On October 12th I totaled my new Kia Forte 7 that I had only about 4 months. Needless to say I had no idea that I could actually be driving another brand new Kia Forte. Ms. Sierra Bowman called me and told me that not only could I be in a new car but with no money down or trade in. The Bulldog Kia sales staff was amazing. This place is great our salesperson James was top notch. My wife and I had been all over the place looking for a car and it was such a hassle. The experience I recently had at Bulldog Kia purchasing my car was by far the most pleasant, professional and friendliest experience that I have ever had at any dealership that I have done business with or visited. I can't say enough about my salesman, Jonathan Pace. He not only is knowledgeable but also very thorough, helpful and proficient with all aspects and levels of the sale process. He went above and beyond the call of duty during my recent car purchase while also bending over backwards to do any and all he could to make the sale run as smoothly andpleasant as possible. My experience yesterday, and the day before, seemed unreal, because I felt like the sales consultants, and management were honest and forthright. The consultants were informative, as most sales persons are, but I didn't feel like I was being 'hustled'. They did their jobs, without hype or the impression of sham. These were two honest, and very impressive sales consultants. They were refreshing. My experience with the consultants carried over to management. Management sincerely went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would happily recommend Athens Bulldog Kia to everyone.

I worked with both Sierra and Maurey on the purchase of a new car. Both were highly knowledgeable of the Kia vehicles even though both of them were relatively new. I purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from Jonathan Pace and this dealership. This is my first Kia. Jonathan got me the vehicle color that I wanted plus satellite. The whole transaction was very quick. Customer service is a must for me to do business with you. Jonathan passed; he treated me like family and continues to do so whenever I am there. I received fantastic customer care from the sales staff, maintenance center, administrative staff, finance manager and upper management. I will definitely buy another vehicle from Jonathan at this dealership in the future.Oh by the way, this establishment is very clean including the restrooms. They serve gourmet coffee, water, cake, and popcorn (all fresh daily) while you wait. The atmosphere is fantastic!

Have purchased 4 new Sedona over the years from another dealership. Stop my bulldog kia looking. I like the new Sorento test drove a couple. Still a little iffey as I was use to my van.Had 3 sale consultant answering my question and concerns, was not pressured, left came back a couple more times. They had a certified pre-owned I really liked , always purchased new however this was a 2016, I was concerned about the warranty it was explained to me.I purchased it, the finance manger told me I qualified for an extended warranty , that is better than the new car warranty at a reasonable price. Would recommend Bulldog Kia to everyone.

I was looking for a car with a certain monthly payment I did not want to go over. I had a set amount for the down payment. James Montalvo called me after i had filled out and application online and we talked back and forth several times. I had pretty much given up and was just going to wait and save some more money. The next day after James had worked his magic he called and said he had me a car. I have had my car for about 4 months now and still love it today just as much as the very first day. Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had! Candler Phillips is one of the best customer service sales persons I have ever dealt with! It had been a long time, more than 10 years since I had purchased a vehicle, so I was really out of the loop as to knowledge of what was available etc. He understood my situation and was very professional, dealt with me starting out just for information on makes/models, etc. the first day I was on their lot. I returned to test drive a few days later. Then after test driving a couple other "comparable vehicles" at other dealerships . . . well there was NO COMPARISON to the vehicle quality, and NO COMPARISON to Candler and his customer service. I have already recommended Candler & Bulldog Kia to my friends and coworkers. Need a vehicle, Bulldog Kia is the dealership to go to!!!

My 2007 Kia Rondo broke down on a roadtrip 900 miles from my home in Texas. I had my car towed to Bulldog Kia because of their 5 star ratings on line. After learning that the repairs were more extensive than I wanted to put into the old car, I decided to make a purchase. Jonathan Pace listened to what my wants and needs were. He was patient and kind and even called my husband in Texas to discuss his concerns with him. We purchased a 2016 Soul and I am completely pleased with my decision. After completing the sale, Jonathan, himself, unloaded all of my family keepsakes (including furniture) from the back of my old car and loaded them into the new one. He went the extra mile for me and I highly recommend him and Bulldog Kia to anyone who is looking for a new car. When I showed up for the appointment that suited my schedule... there was a beautiful blue Optima with a sign in it saying RESERVED FOR KATIE PHILLIPS. To me that meant she listened to my car preference and color. I knew then that whether I left with a new car or not that she seen a person and not just a sale. Took it in for an oil change, tire rotation and multi car inspection. They went over everything and it was fine. Had seen in the flyer that there was a courtesy car wash. A year ago this week, I purchased my Kia Soul from Jonathan Pace, and it is one of the best consumer decisions I've ever made. Jonathan was professional, attentive and sensitive to my concerns during the purchasing experience. They weren't willing to negotiate as much as I would have liked but I know that's because their prices were very aggressive/competitive to start.I am delighted with my new purchase. The car had a cracked windscreen when I bought it and the dealership had a replacement windshield installed at my workplace two days later.

I scheduled my oil change for Thursday at 9 am. It was a busy day with multiple people also getting service done. The staff were all friendly and helpful . My oil was changed and tires rotated in a timely manner. One thing I enjoy is their smiles a willingness to help. Another perk is the carwash after. Will be back for sure.

My husband and I were in the market for a new car. We weren't really sure what we were looking for, so we went to a variety of car dealerships to see what our options were. Most of the dealerships that we went to had horrible customer service. One salesman turned his nose up when we told him our budget. Others would just be incredibly pushy. They would call multiple times in a day or bombard me with texts or emails. We were getting frustrated. We decided to check out Bulldog Kia, because I heard that they had amazing customer service. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted by a friendly salesperson that simply asked what he could help us with. Ronnie listened intently as we told him what we were looking for. He gave us a couple of options that were in our price range. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. We test drove some cars, but we couldn't quite make a decision at that time. Ronnie did not make us feel guilty at all for not making a decision on the spot. He respected our time and thanked us for coming to visit. One thing that I really liked was that he did not call me several times a day to follow up. He would send me a text if they received a used car in that he thought we might be interested in. Ronnie was very patient with us as we tend to ask a lot of questions. Ultimately, we decided to get a new Kia Optima. We called Ronnie and he asked us which color we could like. He had our car ready the following morning. We really only needed to sign the paperwork. He made the car buying process very seamless and easy. We will certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle!

I walked in wanting the summer deal of theirs, and unfortunately my credit wasn't good enough for that deal (which they didn't tell me I wan't getting until near the end of our transaction), but I left with a new 2016 Kia Forte, and honestly I'm very happy. The two people I worked with were both very polite and friendly, and they never pushed me into anything. Joe especially just asked me what I was looking for/what I needed, and did his best to help me from there. He asked questions that I liked, "that limit, is that a deal breaker?" and things like that, which I appreciated. Since my credit is only so good, I knew that my interest rate was going to be a bit much, and the monthly payments are going to make things a little tight, but it'll work, and now that I have the wheels I can make anything happen. I'm very pleased with the experience I've had, and I really recommend Bulldog Kia. The staff was wonderful.

THE MYSTERIOUS CREAKING/GROANING FROM THE SOUL'S LOWER REAR THAT I REPORTED IN THIS VISIT AND THE PREVIOUS VISIT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED OR DIAGNOSED. ALSO, MY WIFE (IT'S HER CAR) IS AFRAID TO DRIVE IT BECAUSE A FEW TIMES IT JUST WOULDN'T START. THIS JUST HAPPENNED AT YOUR DEALERSHIP WHEN THE SERVICE TECH TRIED TO START IT. WHEN IT WON'T START FOR ME, I GET OUT, LOCK AND UNLOCK THE DOOR, AND USUALLY IT WILL START. I SUSPECT IT'S "OPERATOR ERROR" BUT I WISH KIA WOULD HAVE SOME SORT OF OVERRIDE. WHILE RARE, THIS HAS SHAKEN OUR CONFIDENCE IS THIS UTHERWISE RELIABLE CAR.

I had a wonderful experience with Denorris Ross. I was looking for a used car after moving here with my family from California. I met with Denorris and he listened to me and took notes on what it was that I wanted. The next day he called me with a perfect match. He even helped me install my car seat so I could take it for a test drive with my Son. He found a car for us that was in great condition and that was perfect for my family and at the price point that was within my budget. He made the process a lot less stressful considering I had just had a big move and was extremely tired. He even helped drive my new car down the street so I could return my rental car. Thanks for making my life easier Denorris! If you want someone who is courteous, professional and will listen to what you need, Denorris is your Man. Denorris is also excellent at following up! I didn't even hear back from one of the other dealerships I visited which was really disappointing. I also wanted to mention that Steven White is so nice and told us not to stress about anything. He helped make the process seamless. The people at Bulldog Kia also let my Son crawl around indoors and gave him a big balloon when we were there. After looking online at some of the pre-owned cars on the Bulldog Kia lot on Thursday night, I had a text from Jonathan early Friday morning asking how he could help. Later that afternoon, he and I met face to face to talk about inventory and a trade-in. By noon Saturday, we had a trade-in amount we were pleased with and my daughter was in a safer, more reliable vehicle. I recently purchased a Kia Soul and give Candler very high marks for his professionalism in handling the sale. Despite being new at the dealership (or perhaps because he was new), Candler was patient and helpful in handling our many questions. Unlike others who are attentive before the sale and then forget you the minute you have signed on the dotted line, Candler took the time after the sale to set up the audio/navi system and to explain all the features of the car. I encourage him not to lose this quality as he becomes more experienced in this dealership.Whereas I rate the overall dealership "average", I give Candler "5 stars."

My 2010 Kia Forte was totaled in an accident but I walked away with minor scrapes and bruises. I went back to Bulldog Kia for another Forte. Tony hooked me up with a great deal on a 2015. I had it for a week and decided I needed something bigger. I called Tony and he started working on a deal for me. I brought back the 2015 Forte and got the larger 2015 Sportage. Returning a car is not the same as returning a shirt you don't like to your neighborhood Wal-Mart, but Tony made it happen. Great salesman. Great personality. I have never thought that I would own a Kia. I did some research and decided to check out Bulldog Kia. I was welcomed with open arms. It was more like a family setting. No pushy salesmen and no gimmicks. I had a great experience all around. The whole process was smooth and quick (without prequalifying). The math was simple and made sense. Quality cars for a great value. Ronnie and Jason took care of me and they both are awesome, understanding, and patient. They were well equipped with an exceptional amount of product knowledge and confidence in the Kia brand. I also loved the way that the owner stepped in for his sales manager s who were away at a conference. The finance and service departments were astonishing as well. This was absolutely by far the best car buying experience ever. Job well done. I am now a lifetime customer. Thanks to the whole Bulldog Kia team for making my buying experience so pleasurable.

I went to Bulldog Kia for service on my Sorento, never thinking about buyin a new car. While speaking with the service person, Jonathan Pace walked by and said "let me get you in a new car". that got me thinking, how is this possible as I am "upside down". Well, needless to say, I drove off the lot with a 2016 Kia Soul. Jonathan was patient and walked me through the entire process. Jason is the type of man you want to go to bible study with and Ronnie, well he would be a blast to go tailgating with! They were super busy and I had exactly 1 hour to buy a mini van .... Around the first of the year my wifes car started acting up so we had to get a rental. We ended up with a 2015 Kia Soul and liked it so much we decided to forgo repairs and instead trade it in for a Soul. Tony Williams sold my coworker a Kia earlier this year, so I guess everything was perfectly aligned. I called Tony in advance of visiting the dealership, let him know what we wanted and came in for a test drive. By the weekend my wife was in her Soul!!!! I was surprised of the deal he was able to get us and he really seemed sincere about wanting to work with us..5 Stars to Tony and the Kia Bulldog team!!!!

I am a student so I have a limited budget, but I was able to buy a good pre-owned vehicle for a very reasonable price. Denorris was friendly and helpful but not too pushy. I wasn't totally sure what I wanted when I came in, but he found me the perfect car. The dealership was also good with accepting payment by cheque which was very convenient and were available for follow up questions.

While recently purchasing a new Kia Sedona, we had the best experience that I wanted to relay. We went first to Bulldog Kia because my daughter and her in-laws and my son had all purchased cars there and highly recommended them. We were looking at a Kia Sedona first and then we were going to view a Ford F-150 at the Ford dealership. We never made it to Ford. The Kia sales team that included Austin and Jason were so helpful and actually got us in a 2015 model with low miles that saved us a lot of money and we have a fantastic warranty on the car. We decided to upgrade to leather seats and they were so helpful. However, when I got the car back I realized that the leather was put in according to the wrong picture I had chosen. The leather job was perfect, but there was supposed to be a darker color running through the full seat in the middle and it only ran halfway. It was a simple snafu, but I felt bad that they would have to start over and redo the seats again. I really did want the seats the original way however due do the fact that we had the darker leather on the areas of wear and tear. So as not to bother anyone, we decided just to stay with the leather the way we really didn 't want it. When Steven, the General Sales manager saw that I was not thrilled over the idea, he said that the dealership would make it right for us! Long story short, Kia is replacing all the leather seating again at their cost!They said that they valued me as a customer and word of mouth is their number one advertising. They wanted me, as the customer, to be 100% satisfied with my purchase. I would have to say a big Thank you to Austin, Jason, and Steve for their commitment to total customer satisfaction! We've owned a Kia Sorento for 5 years so I was already sold on the Kia brand. I've driven a SUV for the last several years but decided to test drive an Optima last Saturday. After listening to our preferences, James efficiently produced a list of cars for us to see. He toured us throughout their expansive lot so we could see the variety of colors and features on the various cars. We chose a beautiful snow white Optima with a sporty set of wheels and spoiler. I was thrilled with the way the Optima handled and immediately knew that I had found my car. James proficiently handled the sales process in a short period of time and we drove away in my new car. Every interaction with staff members was friendly and professional and the atmosphere in this dealership is comfortable and welcoming. My car purchase was kind of spur of the moment. I had just had a horrible day, finding out that my long time car has finally pooped out on me in the middle of running much needed errands. It would cost me more than the car was worth to get it fixed. I had to make the decision to finally buy a car from a dealership and put my bad day behind me. I decided to go to Bulldog Kia first to start my car search. Who knew it would also finish my car search! When I arrived Ronnie rushed to the door to open it for me. Thirty seconds later we were already talking about what I needed in a vehicle. Instead of taking me to see several cars which would likely overwhelm me, Ronnie hand selected a few he thought would be best for my needs and budget. The first car choice was a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Kia Sportage with only 17K miles. It has the space I need for work travel, the fuel economy I need to stay within my existing budget, the majority remainder of the warranty, a bunch of gadgets and cool high-tech things I'm still getting used to, and most importantly this is a car to grow into for myself and my husband when we start expanding our family because of it's superb quality safety ratings. Ronnie and I took this car for a spin and it drives like a sports car on the road and a truck off off the road! Turn radius, acceleration, brake speed, all-wheel drive, and the off road ease of travel are all impressive to say the least. This is the ONLY car I needed to see! When we got back and talked about finance options Ronnie found the best option for me since I was a first time buyer with okay, but not great credit. We got me the car I needed right on time with my old car as a trade-in, and affordable payments. I absolutely love it and Ronnie made the experience the best in customer service that I've had in a while. I will most definitely be recommending Bulldog Kia and Ronnie to everyone I know! It seems like whenever you buy a car, the numbers always mysteriously change just a little from the sales floor to the financing room. That was NOT the case at Bulldog Kia. Everything was out in the open, and I appreciated how low pressure and helpful their entire staff was. James Montalvo was great to deal with. I bought a new 2016 Kia Sorento from James Montalvo last week -- my first new car in over 13 years. James went the extra mile to find a car with the interior color I wanted and had it brought to Athens from another dealership. He made sure the car was there at the time he had specified -- it was there and ready to roll when I drove into the dealership 15 minutes early. He has been great the work with -- following up with phone calls to make sure I am happy with the car and helping me figure out what a tiny little warning light meant (frost warning -- who knew?). I highly recommend James as your personal salesman -- I don't think you will be disappointed!

I have only been to kia to have oil changed twice. I really appreciated this last visit on 12/16/2015. I see my son, Andy, has already written a review. I bought the first Kia from Denorris Ross, who did his absolute best to get my Kia payments within my budget. He is very personable and very good to work with. I love the car! It's my first Kia; my late husband was a GM employee and we always drove Chevrolets. I now wear a leg brace and was no longer able to get in and out of my Uplander (a good van) with ease. At the Chevy dealer, I tried getting in and out of every car in my price range but was unable to find one that I could get in and out of easily. My son, Ken, took me to Kia and I first saw the car on the showroom floor and fell in love with its look. I went over and sat down in it and found it was exactly what I needed. And I love the turn radius on it! Then my son, Andy (who was a Honda Element fanatic), decided he might like to buy one, too. And later in the week, he did.

Sent application and car desired on-line and within 20 minutes received a call from the sales rep James Montalvo informing me the car was in stock and the deal approved. Jason Brown and Steven White were extremely helpful with finding the car I was looking for and backing up why the car they selected was meant for my family. Best experience I have had at any car dealership and making the price right for me. They worked late until the job was done and had a smile even though they were stuck working past close on a Friday evening from sales all the way to the shop who was getting my car ready to leave the lot. Jason made sure I knew everything about my Kia Soul before I left the lot answering all my questions even though the doors had closed for the day he made sure I was well taken care of all the way to after the deal was completed. They made sure my little one was entertained while I started the process by making him fresh popcorn and getting him water and even popcorn refills so that I could go over all my options. Denorris Ross is probably the best sales consultant I have worked with in buying cars for over 50 years - I am 76 years old. Denorris is very knowledgeable about the product he sells and is dedicated to helping his customer understand the vehicle and all it's features. He really is more than a sales consultant - he is an excellent teacher and carefully explains the technology inherit to the car as well as the very complex aspects of the paperwork involved in purchase of a car. In addition to his sales competency, Denorris is a wonderful individual. I felt it was a true privilege to become acquainted with this man and to now be able to count him among my friends. I believe if I had any problem with the car purchase process, Denorris would be glad to help me work through the problem. Joey and Dustin helped me on two seperate occasions. They were both outstanding. I came in two minutes before closing because my check tire light had come on. I could tell they were closing up but still were very gracious and helped me. I know everyone wants to get off work and get home but they still were wonderful. Then when I got up the next morning I was still having trouble with my tire. I went back. Joey greeted me as I came in and welcomed me back. Dustin said hello. I told them I was still having trouble with my tire. Joey noticed something I hadn't that a piece of my car had come undone underneath. He brought it to my attention and said they would be happy to fix it. Not to be a complete pain but I was on my way to work and really needed to get on my way quickly. I mentioned this to both of them and they said we will work really hard to get you out of her as quickly as possible. Joey did a great job upselling me the other services that Bulldog Kia provided. He showed me where the wear on my tires was really uneven. He told me i know you are really in a hurry but if you want to keep those tires in good shape you really need an alignment. So between fixing the underneath of my car, fixing my tire, and doing an alignment, I was done in an hour. i was on my way to work. I can't tell you enough how happy I was with my service. I am a single mother in a one car home. My car is our livlihood and how I take care of my whole family. I just can't thank Joey and Dustin enough for their time and attention. I always hate car buying, but this ended up being a great experience all the way around!! James was a really "knows his stuff" car salesman. Never pushy, stood back , but was right there when we had our questions. When we were in for the financing...it was not a financing experience...more of being at a friends house catching up. I was in the market to buy a car and came across this dealership whom had a car listed that I was looking for.I contacted salesperson Kristen Thaxton and she was there through the whole process;from getting pre-approved to driving off the lot and even checking in days later to see how I was enjoying my new car. Buying a new car can be an overwhelming task,so it helps to have a great salesperson and experienced sales/finance managers to help you through the process. I drove from Macon just to visit this dealership which is about two hours away...and I must say it was worth the drive!

What do you do when Daughter B runs Daughter A's engine hot to the point the cams melt and the engine block cracks? You take Daughter A back to Bulldog Kia for another car. I appreciate Beau Wegmann who kept me from melting down. We were given a very fair trade-in for our 2010 Forte with 105K miles. With the choice of Optimas and Sportages, she decided on another Forte because her first car had performed so well. Thank you James Montalvo for making the experience quick and easy. I went in for my scheduled service, this time only an oil change. They did a full point check and advised me I needed an alignment and the reason why. Bulldog KIA deserves 10 stars!! We had a one on one with a salesman, Jason, right after driving on the lot. We thought they were going to close, but lucky for us, it was the last day of the month and they left when the last customer did. We talked numbers and couldn't find a mutually agreed upon price/interest. The next morning they called us back with the good news, their Finance Manage was in, had reviewed our offer and if we still wanted the "Fully equipped, all the bells and whistles' Sorento, we could just come down sign a few papers and that's it. I'm about to graduate college and the family mini-van I got stuck with was on its last leg. It was a Kia sedona, a very reliable car. It's been on every family vacation since 2004. I came to the dealership with mixed feelings about having to buy a new vehicle. From the moment I was greeted by Jason until the time I drove home in my car I could not have been more at ease. Jason really listened to exactly what I needed and he found me the perfect car. Steven and Steve both made the rest of the buying process easier than I would have ever imagined. I began by building my own Kia Soul AND Nissan Cube online. While Conyers Nissan did contact me, I just did not like the product so on a Tuesday night I did an inventory search for what I wanted in a Kia Soul and found Bulldog Kia and utilized the "chat now" feature at 10:30PM to see what was to be had. James contacted me on Wednesday with information on a vehicle that fit our color, equipment options as well as price range. On Friday we took the 25 mile drive to Bulldog Kia and within two hours, we were sealing the deal. James Montalvo met us in the parking lot when we pulled up and we had already guessed which Soul was the one we were going to see, and I guess we provided enough information on us that he walked right up to us and called me by name. Great guy, no high pressure. Highly recommend him and Bulldog Kia!

After making several stops at the areas competitors, we made our last stop at Bulldog KIa. Why was it our last stop? Because, after being greeted by our sales person, Heather Davis, we knew we would be buying our car here. It wasn't long after meeting Heather that we no longer felt like minnows in a pool full of sharks, the way her competition (I use that word loosely) made us feel. Heather listened to our needs and directed us to the vehicles she had available. We settled on a 2015 Sorento SXL that had been a demo vehicle. It took us about two weeks and three or four return trips to see the vehicle for us to take the leap and purchase. Two weeks, several trips, and with a rowdy 6 year old in tow, through all of which, Heather showed absolute patience and made us feel like friends instead of customers. Every person we came in contact with at Bulldog Kia made us feel welcome!!! Great job!!! Thank you!!!

On Saturday, March 14, 2015, I made a trip to Bulldog Kia to purchase a new Optima. I had already done my homework on the product in anticipation of spending my entire Saturday at the dealership and was hoping my detailed research would expedite my process. I was pleasantly surprised to find the sales staff was able to immediately identify a car that I may like, but also shared much more about the Optima that I did not find during my research. My salesman, James Montalvo, was fabulous! I was never pressured and actually had the best experience ever in purchasing a new car. Financing was hassel free without having James run back and forth between me and the Finance Manger, which depletes my patience quickly. I would highlly recommend this dealership! They were friendly, knowledgeable, fun and made my car buying experience great!

I am learning to do everything since my husband passed away. I was so very anxious and nervous . Here I am without my precious husband beside me like all the other times. James made me feel welcome as he met me with a big smile. He assured me I would be taken care of. He was very helpful . He knew all about the Kia I decide on. He helped me all the way. My Step-daughter wanted to buy a 2001 Honda CR-V and they took 20 min to find that the tire rod ends, ball joints were damaged and oil leaking everywhere. Beau as usual did a great job getting the vehicle checked in and told me what was wrong with it. Needless to say, they did not recommend that she buy the vehicle. Thanks guys!!!

My experience with Bulldog Kia was above and beyond the exerience I expected. Going in with my stepdad as a young adult looking to purchase a new vehicle was to me very stressful and mind wrecking. The moment we walked into Bulldog Kia James Montalvo was there and ready to help in any way possible. He answered every question not only that my stepdad had but also helped ease my mind in helping me understand the process of purchasing a new vehicle in my name and the things to look for and to be aware of. He done an excellent job in being there through my breakdowns and helping to explain I was making a good choose. After long hours of being in Bulldog Kia, 3 hours after closing time I was leaving the parking lot in a brand new 2013 Kia Forte and leaving my mustang behind. I could not have had any better experience at any other dealership or a better sales person than James. I have recently sent several friends out to Bulldog Kia and told them to speak with James that he could help them with any questions or concerns they may have. I have been back serveral times for maintance on my car and dealt mostly with Beau Wegmann, again he is an awesome service guy to deal with, he has always been there ready to listen and help me with any questions I may have and always willing to help me with any problems I may have that is beyond my warrenty or so forth. In this ending statement I would like to personally Thank EVERYONE at Bulldog Kia for all of their help and knowledge, I will definitely keep sending people your way and hope they have the same experience I did. We just had our first car buying experience at Bulldog Kia and couldn't be more impressed with this dealership! Everyone we came in contact with at Bulldog Kia, was not only professional and friendly but extremely competent in their role. Everyone works well together as a team that creates an extremely pleasant environment which is noticeable as soon as you walk through the door. Austin and James worked extremely hard to find us a vehicle that met all of our needs, even when we weren't sure exactly what we were looking for. Both men are highly knowledgeable in many vehicle brands, not only the Kia. We felt no pressure at all to purchase which was greatly appreciated. Wendall, in finance, was very personable and was able to find us a better finance rate than our bank could. There is no other place to go if you're shopping for a new or previously owned car!

I went in just planning to get my car services and ended up trading in my 2013 Sorento for a 2016 Sorento. We had heard about the incentives for trading in KIAs and inquired about them. Heather showed us the 2016 Sorento and it wasn't going to cost anymore than the 2013 model each month and she sold us on the 2016 Sorento. So, we traded it in.

My wife and I have never had a more enjoyable experience when purchasing a car. We had a 2011 Kia Sorento to trade and expected to have to downsize some to keep our payments the same or lesson them. Heather Davis knew exactly what we wanted to do and showed us how we could upgrade and still stay within our budget. She wasted no time in allowing us to test drive what she thought would be a good fit for what we needed and at a fair price. We bought our 2013 Kia Optima from Heather with 16,000 less miles and two years newer than our Sorento. We now have a lower monthly payment and at a better finance rate than what we had before. From the moment I stepped into Bulldog Kia, I was surrounded by friendly folks. Actually even before when I called to get directions. Not only was the staff friendly, but they were so quick about their job! I stepped into the dealership at 5:05pm, and was driving away in my new car at 7:15 pm. Finally had to accept reality that my 95 Civic with 306,000 miles could not last forever , I began the hunt for a newer used car. When I sat in some of the newer models I felt like I was in a Star Wars episode. A lot has changed! Jonathan Pace helped me crossover into the new age with a wonderful 5 door Kia Forte that I feel so at home driving. He answered all my questions, very informative and patient since this was a big event for me and I was a wee bit anxious. Jonathan and Seth Greenwall manager for used car sales, and Wendell Chatham , who dealt with all the paperwork and financing made this a great experience. My wife and I bought a 2012 Kia Soul from Bulldog Kia a few months ago and she loves it. Brought it in because a mechanic we know noticed that one of the belts was in bad shape. Since we had not had our first oil change, this was somewhat unexcepted. In customary great customer service we have come to expect from Bulldog Kia, they replaced the belt - no questions asked! When you go to a service center and have a great experience, that is one thing. When you go and are told you can put your wallet away this time, that is something special all together. This was my fourth service appt with Bulldog Kia. Each service has been handled correctly and promptly. I feel a confidence with my car that I haven't had after a non-dealership service. I know that Bulldog takes pride in their work as their dealership relys on the word-of-mouth (and mine is always good). I usually have a coupon for my oil changes, but my coupon had expired this time. Ryan, the service person, advised me to go to the website and see if I could find one. He saved me even more money - great guy!! I will continue to take my car to Bulldog for service.

I recently purchased a new Kia from Bulldog Kia, and after arriving home I realized that the numbers that I was expecting didn't quite add up to what was in the contract. The difference was small, but it bothered me. So I contacted Steven White who looked at the paperwork and found and explained the difference. I told him that I must have misunderstood some of the details, but what he explained made sense to me. He offered to take responsibility for the misunderstanding and correct the contract at the dealer's expense. He wanted to make sure that I was a happy customer. I did not feel that would be fair, so he then offered to split the amount so that it would be fair to both parties. Keep in mind, he didn't have to offer ANY of the difference, and even after I declined he made the offer to split it. This shows honesty and integrity on Steven's and Bulldog Kia's part. People are human and sometimes mistakes are made, but Steven has shown that Bulldog Kia will step up and try to work with you to make things right.

The service at the KIA dealership in Athens is wonderful. They take my car as soon as I drive in. There is a great waiting area to sit at with a TV, popcorn, coffee and water. The weather was getting bad with temps under 20 degrees. I knew it was time for an oil change so I went to the dealership without an appt so my fluids could be checked along with the oil change. I was so afraid I would be turned down because a day like this everyone wanted their car checked out. When I got there they asked if I had an appt. I said no.they said fine they would do it but I would have to wait awhile. That was fine with me. They inspected my car thoroughly and let me know what I needed. TheY game me a deal on a front end alignment and rounded off all my fluids. They finished quicker than I thought. The entire experience was great and I appreciated everything they did for me without an appt. thank you you for Your kindness.

I bought my Sorento from another dealership last year, and after taking it back to the same dealership for the first oil change, was very disappointed in the service department. The employees were unfriendly, and suddenly there were a million things wrong with my Sorento. And I was there for over two hours for just a simple oil change. I decided to schedule my next oil change at Bulldog Kia since it's closer to my home anyway. I was blown away at the difference in the dealerships. Now granted, bulldog Kia is newer, but they everything was clean and the showroom was beautiful. The waiting area had nice comfy chairs/couches, and they had coffee brewing. The staff was very friendly, treated you like one of their own. Everything was first class. My wait was just short of an hour, so not bad at all. Overall, I was blown away at how well things went compared to the other dealership, and will definitely be bringing my Sorento back for any and all future service needs.

Took my car in without an appt on a Saturday to have the battery inspected. Service department was very helpful in getting battery replaced quickly. I would highly recommend Bulldog Kia.However, I do plan on contacting Kia regarding their warranty as I would have expected their bumper to bumper warranty to last for more than 2 years on a battery for a new car.Thanks,Jason

My car broke down on me out of the blue in December and I really didn't know what I was going to do because I didn't have much cash and I didn't have much credit. When I went to Bulldog Kia, I really didn't think I was going to be able to buy any decent kind of car.The people there were really helpful with finding out what my options were and they worked really hard to get me a deal I could agee on. I came to Bulldog Kia to price compare with other Kia dealerships. From the moment I pulled into my parking space, I felt like I was visiting a friends home. I was greeted at the door but not followed or pestered. I walked right up to the counter to ask my pricing questions, explained the situation, gathered a business card from James and Steven, and left. This was on Saturday. We were not able to get back to buy until Christmas eve, right before they were about to close. Everyone acted like it was no big deal. I felt bad that we were keeping them from their families but it was unavoidable. From Saturday to Wednesday, no one called to bug me. James called early in the day Wednesday to give me their hours for the holiday. Other dealerships are still calling and emailing me multiple times a day. I feel very confident recommending Bulldog Kia to anyone. The person that recommended me to Bulldog Kia has bought 2 cars from them. I will definitely use them from now own.

Work that was done was excellent as usual. I have always had the best experience when having my car serviced at Bulldog KIA and this time was no different. They were very thorough and did everything that needed to be done for the 20,000 mile check up. Made me aware of regular tire and brake wear and tear as well. They even took the time to give my car a quick wash even though they were very busy that day. Always a pleasant experience.

I went in to the dealership right at closing time on a Saturday evening, and Heather stayed late just so I could test drive my car. Heather Davis also took my information over the phone to do the deal and stayed past closing to get the deal done on Monday night. The experience was almost as good as when I bought my truck from Heyward Allen. She also went above and beyond and called me a week later to make sure I was still happy with my decision. I would recommend Heather and the Bulldog team to others. Much better treatment than Land Rover of Gwinnett. Thank you Bulldog Kia.

Jonathan was great. We showed up in the middle of a downpour so Jonathan moved the cars we wanted to look at into the Service Center garage for us to view the cars. We had a great experience. Heather Davis and Steven White were great to work with. No pressure at closing to buy thousands of dollars of extra stuff like I've had at other dealerships. We needed towing package on a used Sorento and they threw it in for free to make the perfect car for us. Heather was very responsive to all our followup questions after our initial visit. They gave us a loaner while they installed the towing package so we didn't have to wait and could drop it off and still get to work. Overall super friendly and very customer focused. I would definitely do business with them again and encourage others to give them a try.

I always have a great experience at Bulldog Kia! I have had my car serviced there since I purchased it 2 years ago. Made the mistake of going somewhere else once and learned my lesson. I was especially pleased this last visit because I had a coupon for an oil change that I didn't let them know I had when I made my appt. Instead of telling me I couldn't use it when I presented it at checkout Beau quickly just changed my sales ticket to reflect the coupon when the sweet, very personable girl at checkout notified him I had one and I was on my way. I also love the reminders I get about upcoming service that is needed because I tend to forget things so that is always helpful. Everyone is always friendly!! Beau took care of my visit and I would always recommend Bulldog to anyone!

Bulldog Kia, everyone who makes up that entire team, are to be commended. Bought my first KIA there in 2011. Bought my second KIA there in summer of 2014. Have had all service on both cars done at the dealership. Why? It is simply an amazing team of people dedicated to customer service, unlike any other business I've encountered. Whenever I have had to have maintenance done on my car, the staff are courteous, attentive and thorough. The waiting area is so comfortable, I feel like I'm in my own living room! (In fact, one time I fell asleep it was so relaxing.) The staff always greet you by name and no matter how busy, take a moment to see how you are doing. I have never had to return a car that was in for maintenance because the job was not done correctly. It is done right the first time, in an expedient manner and most reasonably priced. Anyone considering purchasing a new car should consider a KIA, and anyone considering a new KIA should go to Bulldog KIA first. You will not be disappointed. In fact, you will be amazed. I first spoke with Austin Hammond who was very professional at all times. We had scheduled a time for me to meet with him but unfortunately I had to call and cancel. My husband and I were talking about getting a new car and out of the blue on Friday, he called me and told me to come down to Bulldog Kia. I stopped by and my salesman, Brian Thomas walked me over to my dream car...we test drove it and I absolutely LOVED it!!! He made everything so fun and easy. His sales manager, Steven White was terrific to deal with and my experience with the finance manager Steve Carter was so laid back and no pressure what so ever....I LOVED Bulldog Kia!!!! I will be telling everyone I know about them

I came to Bulldog Kia because they were rated #1 in the US. After working with Jason and Steven, I now know why- this was the most relaxed car buying trip I have ever had. They made it easy, stress-free and they did exactly what they said they'd. Great people and place to buy a car!!!

I was in and out in a small amount of time and the customer service was awesome as usual. Keep up the good work. Whoever thought of the idea to use surveys are brilliant, each time I do one and get a free oil change comes in right on time. I love my kia. I am not sure of the service guys name, but I was there on August 27th at 2:00pm and he has great customer service skills.

This is by far the best customer service I've ever experienced. Tyler Gove was very helpful in helping me make a decision on which vehicle would best fit for my accommodations!
