I bought my 2005 Hyundai Sonata from this group two years ago, and when I come by for a visit they still treat me with customer service. I am looking to get another car from there in March 2015and they are already working with me and looking for me. When I bought my car in for a diagnostic test, the sales manager knew it was me and gave me some recommendations to start researching already. My car has not had any issues, I bought it with 76,000 miles, I got it for a GREAT PRICE AND FINANCING RATE for a single mother of three freshly out of a divorce and bankruptcy, I mean my car note is under $200 a month. People with good credit are shocked at the rate I was offering. These guys can sniff out good, hardworking people and do EVERYTHING they can to get you the best bang for your buck and I am grateful for them.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Burnsville Motors! The two gentlemen I worked with were extremely friendly and made me feel like a part of the family. They the made the car buying experience as painless as possible and worked very hard for me to get financed for my dream car which I thought was impossible!!!

We went in the dealership for a promotion which turned out to be a total scam. When the sales person inquired if were were interested in buying immediately and we said just looking but still here for the promotion she became even colder than her non-warm greeting. On the walk to the promotion site she shook her head to a manager across the room and rudely explained the scam promotion, gave us our worthless prize and walked off. If this is how they operate, we do not really want to do business with them when the need arises.

This was the first used car I have ever purchased from a car dealer and I couldnt be more impressed by how smoothly and fair it went. I was more than a little unnerved to go through the process of buying a car for all the reasons you can imagine, but I worked with Geno in sales and he is a real stand up guy. I was extremely pleased with my dealings with Geno. After the test drive I noticed a few things that needed to be addressed. He made sure everything on my new (used) car was in order, safe and to my liking before I took it off the lot. Tom the Sales Manager was a straight shooter, pleasant and friendly. Ted was fast, thorough and answered all my questions clearly. To be completely truthful, I do wish they filled the gas tank up for me. The gas light was on when I picked it up, but at $3.45 a gallon I can't blame them. Also, the price I found on Craigslist was different that the Dealer's website price, which was also different from another price I saw. Geno gave me the best price that I saw (from Craigslist) but I think it's important to have everyone on board with one price. I got a good price for my trade-in and working with these three gentlemen was an unexpected pleasure.

The guys at Burnsville Motors are great. I was in a tight spot and they did everything they could to help me out. Gave me a more than fair price for my trade in, and an even better deal on the van I traded up to. I will be sending all my friends and family, heck even people I don't know to their dealership. Thanks Tom and Trent for the A+ experience!!!

I traded in a 2008 Milan Premier for a 2009 Escape. The Milan I had was a GREAT car with a warranty still on it and perfect running condition. I traded it in because I wanted a small SUV because I live in MN and I thought it would be smarter to have a 4x4 for our harsh winters. The truck was great(except they still didn't detail yet and it was out in the sales parking lot already, which should have been a warning). The body looked great with minimal scratches and no dents and it ran good when I test drove it! It has been only a couple months since I bought it and it already needs transmission work, new wheel bearings, brakes, and there is a smell in it which smells like a wet dog! I should have kept my GREAT car! I DID buy a warranty with it but I SHOULD NOT BE SPENDING THIS KIND OF MONEY ALREADY ON A CAR WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED OUT MECHANICALLY AND DETAILED!! I would NOT recommend this dealership! OH...and the salesman act like your friend up until they know your gonna get the vehicle and then ignore you for the next customer and sale. I made a bad mistake going here.....NEVER again!

With my busy lifestyle and limited time, I rarely will stop and take a moment to fill out a survey, do a poll, or answer questions about any of my regular purchase transactions. But buying our minivan from Burnsville Motors was an experience that was anything but regular. I can honestly say that my wife and I have never had an enjoyable experience buying a vehicle before. We can now say that we have! At Burnsville Motors we found it to be what buying a car should be like...exciting and easy. Jeff was fantastic to work with and not only gave us a great deal on the used Kia Sedona that we purchased from him, but also gave us a great deal on our trade-in as well. One of the things that Burnsville Motors stressed to us was how carefully they inspect their used vehicles before they buy and sell them. This is maybe the best part of what I can share, as it has been two years since that purchase, and the Kia that Burnsville Motors sold us still runs great, and we have never had an issue with it. These are the testimonials I am happy to take 5 minutes to share. Our experience was what it should be. It was easy. It was fun. And we drove off the lot feeling like we had made a great buy. Two years later, we know that we did. We'll never buy another car from anyone else.

I was very impressed with this dealership working with me though my credit wasn't the greatest. I was pleased with the vehicle purchase and the value if my trade-in. I also utilized the service area which was trustworthy and did a great job on my vehicle. I would totally recommend this dealer to others!
