AAA sent them to me to do a battery replacement for my Jeep Cherokee. Ian came over quickly. He had to go back to get a different battery and was back in less than 20 minutes. Changed the battery and even tested the battery in my Jeep Wrangler for me. Ian, if you see this, Sammy the Doberman says "Hi". :-)

My son"s car broke down and we had to have the car towed. Carl Carlson came and towed the car. He was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and took extra good care of getting the car on and off the flat bed. He is great! I would recommend Candlewood Valley 100%. Had a good experience with the service provided. Carl came to the rescue within in minutes. My car's air suspension completely bottomed out and engine wouldn't start. He efficiently got it onto the flat bed without any damages or drama. Well done!

I brought my 99 Honda CRV in with a flashing check engine light. They got my car in quick and diagnosed it correctly. They also informed me of a potential safety issue, that I was aware of, but hadn't had a chance to fix. They fixed that and another issue that cam up during the repair. I really appreciate their honesty in diagnosing and fair pricing. I will definitely use them for future repairs.
