Best used car experience I've had in awhile. 2005 Honda Pilot EXL, radio was locked due to the battery being replaced but with some patience and know how from Honda, I was able to bring the stereo system back to life. You get 4 stars: It was supposed to have a full tank of gas after the purchase and was left with half a tank. Other than that, great customer service value!

My wife and I would like to express our deepest gratitude and thanks to Ben and his staff at Car Concepts of Colorado. My wife wanted a certain type vehicle and Ben had two of them on his lot. We went to look. Ben went over every detail of each vehicle with us. My wife wanted some things done to make the vehicle she chose more to her satisfaction and comfort. There was not one thing she wanted that Ben did not make happen for her. Ben bent over backwards, went above and beyond in meeting her desires. Some issues developed and Ben ensured those issues were resolved to our satisfaction without any expense to us. Ben is definitely one of God's angels sent to show people how a car salesman should treat their customer. His decorum is way above any car salesman we have ever encountered. He has a positive attitude and demeanor. He does everything within his power to ensure his customer's satisfaction. We would definitely buy another vehicle from Ben and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone we know who is looking for a vehicle. I cannot think of the right superlatives to write to express our positive thoughts about Ben and his staff and how Ben made us and our desires paramount over his desires and needs. God bless Ben. Ben (the owner) is truly an honest, decent, professional, and very fair person to deal with. His integrity is beyond reproach. Ben absolutely goes out of his way to not only refurbish and recondition his vehicles before he resells them, he also treats, and interacts with his customers with the same level of high quality customer service.
