The best experience with buying a car ive ever had. From the time that we arrived at carma automotive group we felt like we were not just another customer, like all the other places we had been. Shelby was very helpful and knowledgeable about what cars were going to be the best for my situation. You could tell that this was a very family orientated business. If theres a story to tell then I have one. I was looking for a Mercedes Benz S Class on Autotrader. I was led to Carma Autogroup for a 2010 MBenz S400 Hybrid. I was surprised that Mercedes built a hybrid for that class. It featured a lot of bells and whistles to boast about. Anyway, I met Shelby (Salesperson), test drove the vehicle, and I was interested in the car. I met with Gregg and spoke about the vehicle. He asked if I did my homework on the vehicle because it is a rare kind. I did my homework. I was still interested but I had some obstacles. Needless to say, the entire staff rolled up their sleeves and did their homework as well. Deir and the finance team found a package that fit my necessary needs. Gregg allowed me to have a thorough Pre-Buyers Inspection of the vehicle. Shelby stayed in contact with me every step of the way and she mentioned that shes here for me. Gregg said to me Im not only here to sell cars. I want my customers to be comfortable in the deal that they are making. If the customer is not comfortable then I will walk away from the deal. His statement gave me an assurance that everything will work out and there was no pressure. Sade aka Night Fury is in my garage and has returned back from our first smooth sailing road trip. Thank You Shelby, Deir, Gregg, and the entire staff at Carma Autogroup. Ill be back for another vehicle.

Recently my wife and I were looking to purchase a smaller vehicle for her to commute back and forth to work. While surfing the internet, she found a vehicle she was interested in at Carma Automotive Group in Duluth Ga. We arrived at the location and ironically the first person we met was Greg the owner. He invited us as expected to look around and to let him know if we needed any assistance. We were pleasantly surprised at not only the variety of vehicles available from high end to economy, but also the quality and condition of the vehicles he had on the lot. We selected and tests drove several vehicles and now are the proud owners of a 2006 Mitsubishi GS Coupe that my wife truly adores. However, the fact that we got a great deal on a very stylish vehicle in excellent condition with only 31K original miles is not the main reason why I am writing this review. The reason I decided to write this review is because of the above expectation customer care my wife and I received during the purchasing process. From the time we arrived at the dealership until the final time we drove of the property with our new purchase, we were overwhelmed with nothing but courteous, respectful, customer service. Greg and his staff, sales person Shelby, and General Manager Mr. Gonzalez provided us with what I can only describe as a Highly Professional Quality Purchasing Experience. My wife and I have been purchasing vehicles for more than 40 years and we both agree that this dealership was more accommodating and attentive to our buyers needs than any we can recall. I was able to schedule a test drive pretty easily through cars.com. Sales team was responsive. Vehicle was sold before my appointment. That happens, I wasn't too upset about it. I believe the sales team did try to contact me to alert me the vehicle was sold but I was in a class so I couldn't answer the call. It would have been nice if they would have left a message and saved me that trip. I had no other real dealings here.

I made an appointment Thursday evening to view a specific vehicle. In order for my wife and I to see the vehicle we had to bring our children, too. The vehicle was not onsite when we arrived so we stuck around for an hour for it to be retrieved from a body shop. When the car arrived we were told there was still work to be done on it. After test driving and preliminary paperwork we asked if some pending work to be done and a final sales price. I was told by the business manager that he would run numbers and call me first thing Friday morning. I asked if there was anything we needed to do to reserve the vehicle and I was told "no". I did not receive a call Friday, so I called back Friday afternoon. The business manager could not talk then and did not return my call. I called again Saturday, but the business manager was not present, so I was told I would be called first thing Sunday. Around 3pm on Sunday I called back to find out the vehicle had been reserved by someone else on Saturday. I used their online contact form and received to response now 4 days later. Not once were we called by the dealership. All communication with them was due to me calling them. Needless to say I am very disappointed in how we were treated. This is especially true given our interest in the vehicle and my family spending our Thursday evening at the dealership. I suspect they did not want to sell to us when we expressed our intent to purchase without financing. My guess is they make their money on financing rates that are heavily in their favor, but I wouldn't know since it was impossible for us to buy a vehicle from them.

Credit isnt the best but it used to be great and I lost my job when the plant just closed there doors and I was out of work for eight months and I lost everything but my house and ive been working for a year this month now and im getting back on my feet and I really wanted to buy the truck and I dont ha e alot to put down money wise but I was going to trade my chevy xtreme which is a true xtreme truck but its single cab and I need more room or I would not even consider trading my truck its very dependable great gas milage but I test drove the one I got but you dont want to work with me unless I got a bunch of cash ti put down and I dont but I can make the payments if you cod just help me get the truck if you cant thanks anyway I will find one some day

This is the 5th. car I have bought from Carma Automotive. I moved to Florida, and when I needed a second car for the family, I had no doubts to go looking on their website, and making a phone call. They took the time to go over every inch in the vehicle stating every little detail on the car, checking all equipment for me, and clarifying any issues. I submitted the application online and got an approval the same day. They even offer delivery at a very reasonable price, but I choose to drive there to sign all paperwork and take delivery. Previously we bought an Acura MDX, a Frontier Truck, a BMW 5 series, a Toyota Prius and now a Nissan Quest. That can give you an idea of the variety of cars in inventory. The service is always excellent. The financing was reasonable, considering it is hard to finance a second car, they were able to get it done. They warranties offered were also are very reasonable. The car was as advertised, and the Price was more than reasonable. Keep it up, and you will keep me and my family as a customer for life!

I recently had the unenviable position of having to purchase a car with a very short window in which to get it done. Over the past 24 months, I had to purchase multiple cars and the thought of getting yet another one was demoralizing. I had driven by Carma Automotive (formerly Wolfgang) numerous times and remember them to carry higher end cars and SUVs. I initially spoke with Steve (20+ years selling MB), and found him to be both forthcoming and trustworthy. I found a vehicle that I thought my wife would like, but she would not be available to look at it till (2) days later. I called the dealership late that evening to leave a VM, and instead, the owner (Greg) picked up the phone. Shocker. I explained my situation and he allowed me to put a deposit on the car to hold it till my wife could come in. When we did come in as planned......we were disappointed to find out that there was a miscommunication with the sales team, and in fact, the car we had put a deposit on was out being inspected by another customer that had planned to buy it if the service inspection checked out. Needless to say we were upset and bummed. Greg took full ownership of the situation and apologized for the mistake. Not only did he honor his commitment and gave me first right of refusal on the car, but gave me what I felt was a very fair deal on the price. I cant say enough about Greg and the way they run their business. In an industry that is known for less than stellar integrity.......they do the right thing. Mistakes happen, its how you choose to deal with them that makes ones character. Very refreshing buying experience. Thanks Greg...

Great experience beginning to end. Loved the car, in great shape for a 2008 and I didn't find anything they said to be untrue. Took the car to my mechanic and they only saw very minor things. Dealer gave me new tires. Purchasing process wasn't bad. I was only there 1 hr. I would definitely recommend them to my mother.

The staff at Carma Automotive Group on Abbott's Bridge was exceptional! From the greeting we knew that we wanted to do business here. They gave us a great walk through of the vehicle and the presentation of the vehicle was in drive away ready conditions. Avery was attentive with all my questions and showed me how to use all the fun features. From there we had the grand pleasure of working with Alfredo. He was essential in making our dream a reality. I came to the dealership only once to check out a car I saw on line. It was as advertised and I was offered a great price for my trade in which had many many miles on it. I had a mobile mechanic check out the newer car for me and he gave it an A rating, so I went back in to purchase it. The purchase paperwork was already prepared with what we had agreed to and I was in and out as a very satisfied customer.

We had a great experience. We found the truck on the internet, but due to my husbands health conditions and running a business we were not able to come look at it. Greg, the owner, face timed us and showed us every inch of it. He even had a friend deliver it to us for us to look it over before we bought it for our daughter. We could not be happier with our experience. We loved to the two gentlemen who delivered it to us. They even prayed with us for my husband's medical problems before they drove the five hours back to Georgia.

They made you feel right at home as soon as you walked in the door. Had both the receptionist and GM come up and speak, and quickly prepared me for my test drive. The salesman was easy to deal with, and although I spent several hours inking the deal, it was because he was willing to go to bat to get me the deal I wanted. The owner even approached me during the negotiations and introduced himself and made me feel welcome. They have a nice lounge area with refreshments while you or someone who came with you wait. The car had a couple of very minor mechanical issues, which the dealership was happy to resolve before receiving the vehicle. Overall I was pleased with my shopping experience.

Do not buy a car from this business. The car I bought had significant issues (over $2,000) which I missed as they rushed me through the process. Next, they waited 5 weeks to send in the tag registration leaving me days away from my temporary tag expiring. The GA DMV had no time to process my tag before the temporary ran out. This caused me nothing but frustration and anger. Don't buy here. Heed my advice and look elsewhere.

I came in late one day after seeing a car online that I was interested in. I met Shawn and he showed me the vehicle and answered questions I had. I then took a test drive. I told them I would think it over and Shawn would look into warranty programs and call the next day. No high pressure, Yay! Shawn called the next day and went over different options on the warranty. I took more time to decide on the vehicle. I called Shawn back later and we reached an agreement. I came in and signed docs and got my car! Great experience.

Steve was very patient throughout the process and provided us with a good selection of vehicles that could fit our needs. We took numerous test drives on multiple visits before deciding on the 2006 BMW that we ended up buying. We were trading down our Subaru (which we loved) to drop our car payment. So we were looking for deals and thus, looking at lower end used car dealerships. We spent a lot of time, energy and driving miles and spoke to a few well meaning but off-putting characters in the process. We found some good cars but we prefer to feel good about the whole experience when it's a big decision like a car you drive your children around in. Carma Automotive was the whole package: a nice facility, professional atmosphere, great communication before, during and after our visit, smooth negotiations and reasonable, down to earth people. Ray was our main point of contact and was neither overbearing nor aloof. He was thoughtful and warm. Greg was great at making sure we were happy with the car and the experience. I even enjoyed my chat with Sean in the finance office. It was a great balance of being able to find the right car and the right group to work with. I'd work with them again.

We found Carma A.G. on line and went in to look at a car we liked. We met Josh, who was great to work with. He was very low-key, no pressure and had a great sense of humor. When the Subaru we were considering didn't work out, Josh mentioned a Volvo in our price range. It was perfect, just like our total experience at Carma. I wrote an earlier review while at the dealership. I learned that the car we bought had several problems and the dealership refused to take any money off the price and the only thing they offered was for their guys to do the repairs at a "lower" cost. No thanks don't trust them to touch the car. Don't do it to yourself, save the poor service.

I bought my car 2003 BMW 750 Septemeber 2014 and two weeks after I got it the speakers started making loud noises it drove me crazy like it was possed. So i took it to a local BMW dealer in my area and they were only able to get rid of some of the noise but determine that the care had majro issues that the car should not have even been on a used car lot as a best seller. I have tried to cll Alfreod several times since Sept. and it is now March 2015 and I am just getting him on the phone and he has promised to do his "best" and i must trust that until i see different. I believe his word is his bond. I know mine was when i gave him him my mother's money.

I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! Not even a full week after purchasing a Lexus GS 300, the entire front wheel fell off while driving. This was very dangerous & I was scared to death being a new driver. The dealership took absolutely no responsibility & I was left with hundreds of dollars in repairs. I was also unable to open the trunk of my car. The automatic button on the inside did not work & when I constantly called and asked for the key to the trunk I was given the run around by Alfredo. I still have not received a key to the trunk and the purchase was made in January 2014! For your sake please just find another dealership!

I bought a used 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I brought my wife back for the second test drive after I drove it first and thought it nice enough to look into deeper. Upon that test drive a couple dash lights lit up and we noticed that the rear hatch springs had worn. We negotiated with Carma to repair the engine/dash light issues and they volunteered to replace the springs. The repairs took a few days longer than they had anticipated but they performed the repairs without issue and even worked with us on the sticker price. Thankfully we did not need a car RIGHT that day so we could work with them. They even worked with us on our trade-in and gave us a really good deal on that. Andrew Carter was my salesperson and he was easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. The owner interacted with me multiple times and was approachable and willing to work with us to close the deal. At the end of the day we are pleased with our experience, excited to take our "new" car home and would do business with Carma again in the future.

Been in the process for months of looking and buying. It was nice to finally be able to make a deal with someone. The manager and salesman weren't the cheap cheesy guys you would be used to at a dealership. They were upfront and honest. Cant complain about anything. Had an issue with the drivers seat since it had a tear in it. I didn't want to do anything until the seat was fixed. They agreed and had it repaired the same day. They didn't try and push me off or say they will fix it after the fact. I appreciated that very much.

I found the dealership on the internet and sent an inquiry. The follow up was quick and they set up an appointment on the same day. The customer service was outstanding. Just started working in the state of Georgia for about 7 months, and the vehicle I had been driving since my college days was on it's last legs. Decided since I had a pretty decent Job, it was time to get a new vehicle. You can imagine the buying process for a new car, when you're unsure of where to start. Went online and found CarMa Automotive Group, who had a nice 2006 Acura TL. The price and mileage was everything I was looking for. I called in and showed up the following day, and was greeted at the door by the friendly staff. Alan cokley, the salesman I spoke too, has a open door policy; so I walked straight into his office and began asking questions about the vehicle. He answered all of them and even those I didn't know I could ask. Got to test drive the vehicle and fell in love with it. Alan personally handled all the financing details and had me all set up in a matter of days. All in all I'm very happy with the whole sales experience at this dealership and have recommended it to several of my co-workers!!!

I came into Carma at around 10:00am, with low expectations. I needed a vehicle, but I didn't have a high budget and the car that I owned was not worth very much. The sales associate, Andrew, was very patient with me and very understanding of my needs. The setting was very professional and he took the time to help me find something that met my qualifications. once we found a vehicle I applied for my loan and was approved almost instantly. purchased the car and the entire process was complete by 2:30pm. They also wrote me a check for my junk car I drove in with. This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and it was close to perfect.

These guys were the only dealer that had what I was looking for at a reasonable price within a 200 mile radius, and we are 4 hours apart. My sales rep Andrew did an excellent job communicating to me the deal by phone and email, and was very welcoming once I arrived at the dealership. The fiance department worked hard to get me financed at a good rate even regarding my credit history. Vehicle was as described with a minor issue on tires. They were vary helpful in this matter too and we got great new tires to drive home on. Bottom line, they accommodated me and my family well and made the deal come together quickly, without hassle. Nice used Luxury cars at reasonable-drive home prices. Give them a shout!

Not one to negotiate much - the prices are very firm. Otherwise they are more than happy to help and answer any questions at any time! Any time I called I received a prompt answer - and all requests for information were given. The employee who helps you will ride with you in the car which may seem annoying; however, we found out that the salesman was very kind and friendly - and never once pushed anything on us as buyers. Carfaxs are available. They stayed open later than their closing date to help us out with our car. They were very up-front with any problems that may have happened with the vehicles. Everything checks-out with this dealership - I highly recommend. Ask for Andrew if you get the chance!

My purchase was more utilitarian than sporty, but I was given royal treatment and a good deal that was a good deal less expensive than other dealers and private sellers. I even received a power train warranty, but my mechanic couldn't find anything wrong. (The warranty is still nice to have in my back pocket for the next 6 months.) We just installed new belts and plugs and changed the lubricants, so I could start my maintenance records with a proper baseline. Thank you, Omar, for taking good care of me and my purchase.

We came to purchase a vehicle and it was in my dad's name who lives out of state. They knew he lived out of state because of his drivers license. After getting approved and waiting all day to find out when we can pick the car up they say "we don't feel comfortable letting him buy it out of state". I have never heard of such a thing from a dealership, especially if someone was approved and they were going to make sale. They weren't even going to call us back and tell us. I called 30 minutes before they closed and found out. Terrible service.

Great car car buying experience! Bryce was friendly, courteous and transparent in all matters. We were encouraged to have the vehicle inspected by our own mechanic and were allowed to take the vehicle home overnight to facilitate this. Per our mechanic, the 2002 Toyota Sequoia SR5 we were considering, while a high mileage vehicle, was very clean inside and out and mechanically, as sound as he has seen. He felt the price we were quoted was exceptional as did we. We purchased the vehicle and are happy with the transaction.

All of the staff I interacted with were courteous and professional. We didn't have to haggle back and forth. We were able to come to an amicable price quickly. Alicia and Alfredo were accommodating in every way. My only complaint (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that the crew that details/cleans the vehicle to ready it for pickup did a terrible job. There was food and dirt in all the nooks and crannies. It had been washed, but not waxed. The interior had not been adequately wiped down. It would have been nice if they would have filled the tank too. But maybe dealerships don't do that anymore. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

My son found a truck online that he wanted to check out. He called Alicia and she had the truck brought over for us to look at. We looked at a few other cars too but the truck was the one. It was clean, low milealge, we thought it was too good to be true but after inspecting it we decided it was the one he wanted. Alfredo got all the paperwork prepared for me while I ran an errand and had it all ready to go with the truck when I got back. A few papers to sign and we are taking the truck home. Andrew Carter was my salesperson and I was extremely pleased with the quality of service that I received. After traveling to several different dealerships in search of my vehicle, I have to say that I became quite fed up with the typical "pressure sale" technique employed by a strong majority of the salespeople that I encountered. Andrew was the complete anthesis of this. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle that I came to view and was able to answer every question that I had. Now, mind you, I conducted extensive research about the make & model that I was considering beforehand, however Andrew was able to provide insight beyond what I already knew! When it came down to the process of purchasing my vehicle, Andrew went above and beyond to ensure that my business was treated in a manner commiserate with the level of purchase that I was making (I was even introduced to the owner of the dealership!). Andrew was great, he really was, but one doesn't shop for service alone; they shop for a quality vehicle. In this regard, the Wolfgang Motor Group excels. Virtually every vehicle that I noticed on their premises were rolling works of art! I spoke with Greg the owner initially and all I can say is from start to finish Wolfgang(think they are changing name soon to Carma) absolutely took care of me. The listed price was extremely competitive, the car looked and ran just as it said on the ad and Greg, Oma, Jeff, and June all made me feel like family. If you want a car buying experience without the usual salesman BS you better go to Greg at Wolfgang Motor Group aka Carma. They will work with you on the price they are extremely reasonable and its not a rushed obligated buying experience. I came here to look at a Jeep Commander and spoke to Andrew a nice young salesman. After looking at the Jeep I witnessed the owner throwing someone off the lot. Then when we wanted to purchase the car, the finance manager Omar didn't even introduce himself just walked right by us and said he had been there 12 hours and had to go. The Andrew went to the owner and he didn't introduce himself either just said "give them a credit app" I have called them several times and they said they would call back and apologized. Long story short we called several times and they said we will call you right back but never did. They are the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. I don't understand why when they have cars to sell and we have money to spend they do not follow thru or call us back. I will tell everyone about my bad experience.

I just bought a 2008 Volvo S60 from Wolfgang Motor Group. It is a beautiful car in great condition with low mileage; it had a detailed service record available on Carfax; and, based on the research I'd done before I visited for a test drive, I think it was very fairly priced. WMG also included a 6 month/7500 mile warranty in the asking price to show their confidence in the vehicle, and that certainly contributed to my decision to buy as well. I think the car I bought is typical of the kind of cars WMG sell: gently used, often German (or in this case Swedish) vehicles with low mileage for their age and priced to sell. There was also a good vibe about the place. They were friendly and courteous, I never felt rushed and there was none of that annoying pressure that anyone who has ventured out to buy a car has felt at one time or another. Bryce was the rep. I dealt with. He's new at the job, but he's earnest, up front and eager to help. The owner wasn't too busy to have a chat and answer a few questions I had before I made up my mind, and he struck me as a very decent guy. He was also very nice to my son the day I came to pick up the vehicle and do the paperwork--just a little thing but it tells you a lot. Also, someone from WMG called to tell me I could go in to the DMV and get my permanent tag only 14 days after I drove the car off the lot. I've heard plenty of stories from friends and colleagues who have had to call and call dealers when their temporary tag is about to expire, and the dealers just don't get on it because you've bought the car and you're yesterday's news. Clearly not the case here. WMG seems to have figured out that if you sell quality merchandise and you treat a prospective buyer like a human being rather than an opportunity, guess what, they're going to want to buy a car! We weer loking for a car for our 16 yr old. Wolfgang had a nice selection in our price range and my son found something that he and his parents could agree on anp pay for. A few minor repqirs were indetified and will be repaired very soon. Spoke to one of their sales reps on the phone, asked about any flaws, accidents, repairs needed. Asked if they had any movement on the price of the car... their response... NO ACCIDENTS, and Ys, they had some room to negotiate. I flew all the way in from NC to see the car, car looked and drove fine... Never mentioned it had a LOUD aftermarket exhaust, refused to move even $100 on the car, and then when I was adamant about seeing the carfax, I find out the car has been in an accident. Not only were they asking top dollar, but the car was in an accident. Wasted my time, and money I spent flying in to buy the car.

The sales staff did a good job, Alfredo was very friendly, but lacking in knowledge of issues with vehicles(or was he). We are pleased with what we got (fair deal), we ran into a couple of issues the next day, but fixed our self,(new Plugs and coil). Disappointed, that Alfredo stated coil was replaced and ready for emissions inspection(wrong). We were a bit disappointed that we could have taken the vehicle to a repair shop for a check up, but were told that during the actual transaction of the sale(oops!!!), up side they let you drive anytime for a long time to make up your mind, there is no pressure at all during any of the visits and final sale. When we bought our first car at Wolfgang in June 2013, we were very satisfied with the experience. The facilities are clean nad modern. You have the impression of entering a luury car dealership, and you are. Even the least expensive cars, are presented in great shape. The prices are low compared with other dealerships, and the diffference in quality is notorious. The process is simple, no pressure, no gimmicks They sell used cars, and I am aware that small problems may arise, so I budget for that, although I have not encountered any issues with both cars I bought there. The warranty offered was great and at a very reasonable price, I may be getting another car in a few months, and my first stop will be Wolfgang

I bought a 2002 Volkswagon New Beetle for my 16 year old daughter. The next day the check engine light, brake, and epc light came on and left her stranded. I finally got it home and back to Wolfgang because I was told I would not be left "high and dry". I got it back a few days later after it was taken to IP Racing because of a "huge vacuum leak" which I was told was fixed. I paid half and wolfgang paid the other half. I felt that was fair, kind of anyway. But the next day, same problem. This time all those lights and now the brakes don't work. I took it to Volkswagon because I felt IP Racing obviously knows nothing about Volkswagons and all I really want is a safe car for my daughter to drive. Just to start with, the throttle body $1600. Oh, did I forget to mention it stalls at red lights. Volkswagon told me that whoever has been working on my car has routed the hoses wrong, really that's what IP Racing replaced. Very frustrated.

I had an awesome experience from the first call. I must say it was the most pleasurable car buying experience in 20 years and I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime. The whole staff was great. Everyone made me feel at home and almost like I had known them for years. I was in and out quickly. Greg made sure everything was to my satisfaction and they even went of their way a month later to take care of a couple small things. I have already driven the car on a few long trips and I am extremely happy with the quality. I took the time to have the car checked out before the purchase and I was pleased to see that they allowed me to take it to my mechanic. I certainly understood that I was not buying a brand new car so the car checked out well considering it had almost 100k in miles and was a 9 year old car. If you are looking for quality and excellent service I recommend these guys!!

I saw this company via multiple web site in reference to their cars. I called Jun Bug and made a appointment to look at a 2006 Audi A-4. I droved two hours to look at the car and everyone walked right pass me for almost an hour without asking can they help. The lot seemed to be too busy and not enough workers. Finally I test drove the Audi and it made loud noise once I made it passed 65mph. I advised June Bug of the error and after driving two hours I left without a car. During the week I made arrangement to come back up driving another two hours because I was told the Auto SHop had replaced the Mounts on the Motor of the car. I made an arrangement of the amount I was willing to pay for the car as long as it was fixed. I came to LOT with a check and by this time I spoke with Greg towards the end of the buying process. I test drove the car on and off the highway and the sound was gone. I had a family member who asked for the copy of the service recent from their auto shop and they stated they did not have one. I paitently waited and advised them that I will come back for the 3rd time but I need paperwork of the repairs and the back break lights to be fixed as well as the car needed to be clean. I left again with the check in my hand after JUG Bug was very rude to me and my family member. I gave the company a shot because once the owner Greg was involved he seems willing to fix all issues. I drove back and the car was clean, the break light seem to be fixed and I purchased a warranty on the car. Three days later the break light was back on, a link seem to be in the car and of course I'm two hours way so I called and was told I purchase a warranty so see what can be done. Its been 5 months of back and forth to repair shop because this car was never fixexd in the beginning. I would never go back to this place and RUN RUN RUN RUN away.

I really consider myself lucky to find these guys. I was looking for a car that was low priced and high value - I found it. I did my homework, checking several dealers for the same car (Chrysler Pacifica), same basic mileage and price. There was no comparison. The car from Wolfgang looked and drove like new. What differentiates Wolfgang from the other places I shopped is that their cars have obviously been extensively checked out even invested in. They specialize in higher end luxury cars but do sell lower priced vehicles. They treat those lower priced vehicles with the same level of class and service as the high end items - consider it an image they like to uphold. The sales staff was friendly, personable and flexible - no pressure. I was in and out of the door in less than an hour. I will absolutely send my friends and it is definitely my first stop the next time I buy!

I was in the market for an older truck for my brother when I discovered cars.com. I thought I had found exactly what I was looking for and called Greg at Wolfgang. He answered any and all questions I had about the truck and gave me directions that were very helpful. I was especially impressed with their webpage. The pictures and video were great as was access to carfax. I felt as though I already knew this truck before I actually saw it. We met Steve when we first arrived and he took us to the truck. This was the first truck we had looked at. We test drove it and had a few questions and reservations which we expressed to Steve. He and my husband took the truck back out for a second run and answered all questions. We were very pleased with the looks, performance and price. What else could you ask for? The buying experience was excellent. We took care of all paperwork in about 40 minutes. Steve is a very experienced salesman and does not use any high pressure techniques which I really appreciated. I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had in buying a vehicle. We are taking the truck to my brother tomorrow and I'm sure he will be so happy with his surprise. I bought an S2000 from Wolfgang Motor Group, and i have to say that they changed my idea of what a used car experience ought to be. Steve was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They told me the car was in perfect shape and after driving it for a week (and getting it checked out by a mechanic) it really is in top condition. Even more impressively, I was able to walk in, drive the car, obtain financing (solid rate and fantastic payment with a major auto financing company), and get out with my new car in less than an hour and thirty minutes. Their pricing was entirely reasonable for the vehicle being in excellent condition. All in all, I have to give these guys my highest recommendation.

This was an exceptionally smooth transaction! The staff conveyed complete professionalism and made the whole "car buying experience" an experience that will keep us coming back for our next vehicle. Much research led us to our perfect pre-owned car, which Wolfgang Motors had in the right style, mileage, price and color. A trip up to Duluth was worth the distance. Our test driving and negotiating experiences were pleasant and, when we picked it up two days later, we found that Greg had done everything he said he would do. The showroom has a great ambiance with some gorgeous cars.

What a wonderful buying experience. Honest, no smoke and mirrors. They didn't even flinch when I asked to have my repair shop look over the car. They even dropped it off for me. Once I decided to buy the car, they got all of the paper work done as fast as I have ever seen it done. So organized, just painless. My husband and I had been searching for my perfect car for about a month. We were getting frustrated because I am so picky and couldn't find a car that had everything I was looking for- for the right price. We drove from Valdosta to see a car I liked at Wolfgang Motor Group. When we arrived, the car wasn't on the lot. We asked Steve where it was. It was getting detailed and wouldn't be back on the lot until Monday (it was Saturday when we went to look for the car). We told Steve we were leaving to go back to Valdosta later that evening. He made a few phone calls and the car was on the lot about an hour later! Needless to say, we bought my car from Steve- and for a great price! My husband and I appreciate everything they did to make our car buying experience perfect. This was my first time purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. When I test drove the Lexus RX330, my husband discovered that the stereo system was not working. Greg told us their repair department will look into the matter and fix the problem. I was later told the issue was amplifier and will be replaced. When I picked up the SUV, the vehicle was clean & washed and the stereo system was working. However, I'm not sure if the amplifier was installed correctly after taking it home and listening to the radio at a low volume, there's a humming sound that appears to be coming from the stereo system. Overall, the experience was Good. Steve and Greg were attentive and courteous. I gave the "Buying Process" a Fair score. Steve factored in the 2 year Extended Warranty Cost into the Final Sale Price. After discovering his mistake (Math), instead of honoring the Final Sale Price as written, he came up with an excuse. Needless to say, I did not purchase the 2 year Extended Warranty. O well, I came out walking away with a low mileage vehicle at a good price. I'm looking forward to many years of enjoyment with my Lexus purchase.

Bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty and the process was very smooth. Greg the owner worked with me to get me where I needed to be and we made the deal in about 10 minutes. Smooth as silk! I was in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes and that included a 15 minute test drive! The car was amazingly clean for a 2005 as were all the other cars that I looked at on the lot. I am generally not a fan of purchasing a car through a dealership. I originally expected to visit Wolfgang to simply test drive a used car for benchmarking, and ended up quickly building a relationships with one of the owners, Greg. After an hour of enjoyable conversations and stress free "negotiations", I realized this wasn't your typical dealer experience. While I am beyond thrilled with my purchase of a 2007 Lexus RX350, I am even more satisfied with my experience. Fortunately my research lead me to Wolfgang to get the car of my dreams. The car was clean, as advertised on the internet, and ready for me when I arrived. Mike was courteous, professional, and he wants the customer to be satisfied with the purchase. Per my request Mike contacted the previous owner to get some car service history details. I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord from Wolfgang Motor Group, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. This was the exact opposite of what I expected buying a used vehicle. First of all, there was absolutely no pressure at any time from anyone to buy. And when I decided to make an offer, I felt that the price we agreed on was very fair. I'm not usually one to take the time to write a review, but I really appreicated the experience I had with this company.

We went to Wolfgang Motor Group yesterday looking for a nice car for my wife (she's been driving old beat up 90s cars forever) and we just wanted to upgrade her car experience with a car that wouldn't break down or have many mechanical issues. Mike and his crew Mateen and Mr. Steve were of great help to us. We found my wife's dream car and the buying process was extremely simple and not at all a pain like you would get with a big car dealership (say Toyota for instance). We drove 2 and a half hours to get there and the drive was incredibly worth it! All in all it was such a great experience and the staff was great! If I'm ever in need of a car I'll definitely go back!

I went to this dealership yesterday and today. i have never met the most friendly, professional, courteous people selling cars before. The process is easy. They go out of there way to make sure you understand everything. No matter who you ask for this is a top notch business. They are very easy to talk to and went out there way to make my new car look like a million dollars before i drove off. i would 100% recommend this dealership to any and everyone who will listen and i will for sure be buying my next car from them.

I bought a 2004 Crown Victoria at Wolfgang Motor Group in Duluth. The car was in a great shape (as promised by the dealer), also the service was great. I can only recommend the dealership because their cars are in very good condition, not to say excellent. I have to admit that I never saw so many well maintained used cars at a dealership location. Very good pricing, nice staff. Highly recommendable, go there and see for yourself.

The guys at Wolfgang were very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars they have there, and I never felt pressured to buy anything (although I DID buy something!). The facility was clean and well maintained, there was a nice selection of cars to choose from, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you Wolfgang Motor Group!

In late June, me, my mom, and grandma were there. We purchased a Fern Green 2001 BMW 325CI Convertible. I just wanted to comment on the quality of the car. It still runs remarkably. Everything works as it should. I have told friends and family how good of a dealer you are. I can't remember off the top of my head, the name of our sales man, but I'm sure he would remember the car. We purchased an RX 350 over the internet from Wolfgang based on nothing more than pictures and telephone conversations with Mike. We flew into Atlanta from Denver and took a mini vacation driving the car back home. It was a great buying experience. Mike and Greg were professional, attentive and courteous. Peggy was great in getting the title work complete with Colorado's picky DMV. Mike could have sold the car for more money within hours of completing the deal, but instead honored our commitment. What more do you need to know? All in all it couldn't have gone any better.

The staff was very knowledgeable and personable, and we received excellent service the entire time. Despite a few technical difficulties between my bank and the dealership, Michael Kouznetsov kept the process lighthearted and enjoyable. We would absolutely buy from them again if we have a need for another vehicle, even though the dealership is over three hours from our hometown.

Wolfgang Motor Group is the place to shop for a used vehicle! They have a beautiful inventory, showroom, and friendly and knowledgeable sales and service staff. I purchased a BMW 323i for my daughter and the transaction was effortless no pressure and no hidden fees. I nearly forgot I was at a car dealership! Their Service Center is equally amazing! Everything was exactly as stated, and the entire transaction took about an hour. If you have any reservations about this family owned company, check them out at the BBB. They have a long tradition of excellence, just like the German cars they sell.
