This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Cass Burch Crysler. The first vehicle was perfect, the price was great, and their service was top notch. This time I purchased a truck and they did not hound me, they were honest, caring, and fast. Manager Bobby Joesph is the best in the business. Chad Wyatt is right there with them. You can trust these guys.

I am a young college student, and I was in need of buying my first car! They guided me through the process of buying a new car, and I am more appreciative than words can describe, So, now instead of sharing a car with my mom, I am the proud owner of a 2013 Sonata! I can now drive to school as I please and not worry about how I will get to class! i purchased my car in 2011 from Brian Priest. this was the first time i have purchased a vehicle off the lot. This experice was so easy. I was dreading the whole car shopping ordeal. I'm very particular about the features included in my cars. I asked for a white Challenger R/T without all the bells and whistles. Also it had to be a manual shift. Well, after a little searching they found one in Stone Mountain, GA. Even though the car was on the other side of the state, they had no problem going to get it. I had my dream car the next day.This is the 5th vehicle I've purchased from a Cass Burch Dealership.Thanks!

I purchased my Colorado from Cass Burch and more than impressed. David Mize was very courteous and helpful in relaying the knowledge of the vehicles to me as I was deciding what to purchase. Stopping in at Cass Burch Dodge Dealership in Quitman, Georgia , i was going to compare prices, salespersons, and professionalism. The Minute i arrived, i was greeted like they wanted to treat me as one of the family. I explained i wanted to compare Georgia'car dealerships with South Carolina 's. Ramiro never once tried to sell me anything, he immediately listed to me and what South Carolina hard to offer. a half hour later he took me to the lot and showed me a 2012 Dodge Ram with a Hemi Engine that i was looking for. after hearing what i could afford, i left with my new truck and my wife to return to South Carolina. In all my 81 years of life on earth, i can honestly say, God lead me to that dealership, salesman, and service department. upon arriving back home, no one, even the dealership here, could believe that i could get such a deal as i did at Cass Burch dealership in Quitman.

The salesman, Clay Carter, worked everything out for me over the phone. All I had to do was wait for the truck to be delivered to me, from Quitman Ga. To Titusville Fl., same day. We signed the paperwork when he arrived with the truck, and he drove our trade back. Totally effortless. I received a great deal on the truck. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Just purchased a new Dodge Charger. Brian Priest took the time to answer all my questions sometimes even before I asked them! He made sure I knew how to work and navigate all the accessories before I left the dealership making an easy transition from my old car to my new one. I've been looking for a V6 truck for some time now but everything I could find on my own were the big V8 Fords, Chevys and Dodges. When I met with David, he was able to locate the V6 half-ton truck I wanted from their inventory. I was very impressed that he brought the vehicle to my home while I was recuperating from surgery. The truck was exactly what I wanted and he didn't try to push an overly expensive option package on me. It's a pretty basic SE model but it fits my needs perfectly. I brought my trade in the next day and the numbers they gave were in line with what I was expecting to pay. In addition, the sales manager added a set of expensive Weather Tec mats for my new truck. Even though I was pretty "upside down" in my old car, I was pleased that they got the deal done well within my expectations. I don't think a dealership can do any better than that. Very happy with my new 1500 and I'll look to them again when it's time to trade in the future.

Having now owned the jeep for 6 months I now feel ready to give an accurate review of my experience at Cass Burch Quitman/Valdosta.I've really enjoyed my experience with the Cass Burch Jeep dealership so far. My fiancee and I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in December of 2012. Mr. Cass Burch contacted and scheduled an appointment with us. He was a very friendly and likeable person. During the negotiation he was very up front and honest about the price of the Jeep. We quickly negotiated and agreed on a price which we felt was a fair compromise between getting a good deal and still allowing him to be around for our next purchase. Recently, we have taken our Jeep to get serviced twice (5,000 and 10,000 miles - at no cost to us) and have continued to receive fast, top notch service.Needless to say, we will be back in the future!Ryan W.
