Mo, was patient, informative along with David the pre/Owen manger they went out there way to even beat an auto loan I had walking in the through the door by 3%..and check this out with no money down and with a note that was comfortable for me... I appreciate them making me feel comfortable and understanding every aspect of my car buying experience.. I would definitely recommend the dealership and staff to all my co/workers at the state of IL Dept of veteran affairs and my previous employer which was cook county.. thank you all again... I love my new GMC TERRAIN SLT1.. see you soon..

Internet Sales team was extremely helpful and transparent to inventory and tagged items available and communicating/clarifying what options were in play with which vehicles. I would give this team the highest marks. They truly gave me confidence that Castle Chevy have quality products with aggressive pricing.Arlington Heights Sales Manager(Joe) worked several avenues to get us approved as we are in a credit repair scenario and although wasn't quite in synch with the Internet Sales team that sent us to him, once Joe understood our focus & goals, he worked hard to make them happen.''Sales Rep(Norma) was extremely nice and accomodating doing lots of extras to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of for entire time we were on the property. Could benefit from knowing product details a little more, but was extremely customer service oriented.Finance Mgr( Raul) was excellent. Very solid communications and understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want and knew the difference when to educate me on something vs pushing something.

Samantha Temple was very helpful and did spend a good amount of time helping me learn about the various vehicles available, especially those in my price range or preference. Her trainee, Mo (who's last name escapes me) was very pleasant to spend time with, too. My only disappointment was that my older car was not given more evaluation time and, thus, a better trade in value for me. Had I been better prepared, I probably would have made other arrangements for it. After the fact, I am curious as to why I had to purchase new license plates versus using the ones already on my trade-in vehicle?? Overall, I am very pleased with this experience and the people at Castle. The various programs you have for car buyers is very good and highly recommended. Thank you.......

This is my second leased car from this location, previously Hoskins. I had a good experience the first time, so I went back....not as thrilled this time, (Now Castle Chevy, Elk Grove Village) but I still referred a friend who came in the next week and got a car. I was told I would get a referral check....I have been waiting for 3 months now! One person told me it would take two weeks, then I was told months when I called back again. What? This is just ridiculous now! Not very good business if you ask me...now it's just the principle. It should not take that long! I've already had to have the car in for a recall fix and have made my 3rd car payment! I will not let this go...but at this point I do not think I will get my next car there or refer anyone else. I'm just too disappointed at this point. :(

Found a deal on Castle's website for a 2500 HD chevy. The dealership is a 2.5 hour drive so we shopped locally to see if anyone could match. One dealer straight up told us we would not get the online price, he had us pretty scared. We went to Castle anyways and we got the EXACT deal down to the penny. I hate buying cars, but this was easily the most straight forward and honest transaction we've every had.

I had been looking for a very specific Silverado for quite some time. After months of on line searching.... The Castle Team had what I was looking for. Chris from the Elmhurst location called me immediately after I inquired about the trucks availability. It took a couple days to get to look at the truck... The finance manager had taken it home. I purchased the day I went in to see it. Andrew Altieri... Ed Finn and George in Finance all worked very hard for my business ... And I didn't exactly make it easy on them....The process was comfortable.... And pretty quick. Andrew set me up for a Truck Detail right away.... And even gave me a Silverado Loaner for the night!!! Dear Mr. Lasher,On Tuesday, August 30, 2016 I purchased a 2016 Chevy Equinox at your dealership, which had been recommended to me by a neighbor. I received your request for my completion of a satisfaction survey, but since I am still waiting to have an issue taken care of, I have not yet completed it. Before I continue, I want to let you know that Jay Dallmann was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to work with him on my purchase. I have yet to complete the GM survey for the same reason I mentioned above and want the 'powers that be' to know I have only POSITIVE feedback regarding his assistance. He even came in on his day off to assist me.I came in on Friday, September 2, 2016 to have a remote start installed at my expense ($450 was added to my purchase price). I dropped off my car at 9 AM, and at noon I received a call from Justin asking if I could bring in my second key so the remote start could be added to it also. I live 30 minutes away and when I got there I asked how long it might take and he said 1/2 hr to an hour so I chose to wait. Three hours later my car was ready and I received two different keys altogether, so I could have just returned the second key when I picked up my car. I spoke with Jay about this, and he said he would look into it, but before he could get back to me on that another issue arose. I was hoping for a gas card or two for having to spend the afternoon in the waiting room, instead this inconvenience was overshadowed by what I discovered on Tuesday, September 6, 2016.That was when I discovered that a bumper-to bumper warranty ($1,840.35) had been added to my purchase price despite the fact that I had declined it at least THREE times in my discussion with George. My daughter-in-law was with me for the purchase and witnessed my refusals. When she stepped out of the room after I signed all the paperwork, George put that one (which should never have even been typed up in the first place because of my triple refusals) in front of me and I signed it, relying on his professional integrity as my head was spinning from the purchase. When I discovered the charge and talked to George on Tuesday, September 6, he again tried to convince me that I needed it, but when I refused AGAIN, he said that the charge would be removed, all I had to do was bring in the contract/policy when I got it from Ally in a week or so. I asked if that would lower my monthly payments, and he said probably not, but it would shorten the length of the loan. I would have had lower monthly payments had he filled out the paperwork as I had requested. I then called Jay, who could not address the issue because he is not certified in finances, but he referred me to Ray. I talked to Ray at 6:00 on Tuesday also, and he said he would have the warranty removed at 9 AM the next day and would get back to me with some compensation, a gas card or tire rotation, for this having happened. I suggested that I be refunded the $450 for the remote start to defray the higher monthly payment and he said he would look into compensation. (He did apologize profusely and say that it should NEVER have happened and that he did not want it to reflect badly on Castle Chevrolet as a whole.)When I did not hear from him the next day, I stopped in with my daughter-in-law at 1:30 on Wednesday, September 7. Raul Quesada talked to me in the showroom saying he had the warranty cancelled that morning and offered me a gas card. I restated the entire event as it went down in George's office the day of the purchase and he asked us to go to his office where he offered me "something else" to be added to my car. I said I would like to have a refund for the remote start and he went to talk to a manager. It was agreed that I would get a refund check for $450, but it could not be written there, it had to go through Villa Park Castle. I asked that it be sent to me and we verified my address. As I had still not received the check by Wednesday, September 14, I called and left a message for Ray to call me regarding the check. I received no call back that day, so I called again on Thursday and talked to Ray. He said he had the check in hand (it was not in Villa Park) and that it had been held up because someone was not in the office who needed to okay/write it and said he would have it put in the mail. Ray anticipated I should receive it by today. It did not arrive in my mail today.There is no way for me to know if that warranty is being added despite the customers' refusal to everyone's purchase or if they "saw me coming" as a senior who obviously had little car purchasing experience, but it surely was NOT a mistake. I could have paid for it and never been able to use it because I didn't know I had it. I can't help but wonder how many others may be in the same boat. I felt that you, as the General Manager, should be made aware of these situations. I will complete all surveys as soon as possible. Sincerely,Jan Getto

I'm giving Castle Chevrolet North the highest rating because Andrew Altieri and the rest of the team I met made my recent purchase of a new 2016 Equinox LTZ such a fantastic experience. Not only was everyone friendly and welcoming but they were also knowledgeable and determined to provide the best options without backing me into a corner. Mike was very nice, conscientious and a sweetie for buying me a birthday cake! Everyone was friendly every time we walked in the door. However, dealing with George (the finance guy) was another story! He was arrogant and condescending. During the purchasing of the car, he became so unprofessional that I asked him if he wanted to take a break and come back acting business-like as that was how we were treating him. Apparently, George has never been asked to put the name of the Dealership on the title of the trade-in, so that it was not an 'open' title. (per the Secretary of State, this is illegal). Based on judging the Dealership solely on George, we would not come back there.

Brought the car in on Saturday (8/27) at 1:30 regarding a nail in the tire sidewall of my new Impala. The damage could not be patched, so a new tire would be needed. Service staff called their tire source in Roselle, picked up the tire, and had it installed and balanced by 3:30. Amazing, and as they say at Jimmy John's, 'Freaky Fast.' Thanks to all who got me back on the road ASAP.

I had been looking for a newer model car for about four months. I made the one hour and thirty minute trip from my home to Castle North. I must say my entire experience with Castle was pleasant. Pat O'Brien was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. He listened to me and didn't try to push any other cars on me, we only discussed the one I made the trip to look at. I called about a vehicle I had seen on Cars.com & scheduled to see it within an hour later. Upon arrival the vehicle was freshly washed & ready to go. Norma Vargas met me & rode along for the test drive. She let me check out the vehicle inside in a lighted area since darkness had fallen by the time the short test drive was finished. I liked what I saw & despite having already scheduled to see a different vehicle the following morning, I decided to try & strike a deal for this vehicle. The process, which involved trading in my current vehicle, was quick and, I believe, fair. I was very happy with the deal we struck & got to drive away in my "new" vehicle that night. The only thing that confused me about the whole thing was that the agent I spoke with to schedule the test drive, I thought, was the one I was supposed to meet upon arrival. So when Norma came up, I was like "Who are you? I spoke with (I forget the agent's name)." I didn't want anyone to lose a commission because I test drove with a different person than I scheduled with. That was the only confusing part. But I am happy with the deal, happy with the experience, and very happy with the vehicle! I'm noticing a lot of "Castle" decals on other vehicles on the road too now so I guess others are happy with their experiences too!

Got a 2004 Pontiac GTO from their "sister" dealership off Harlem and Cermak and was told I can take it to this one to get my oil changed for the life of the vehicle. Not only have they held true to their word but the people who work here are awesome. Family got cars from here since it was Hoskins. Better selection now with the same quality family small business like atmosphere. Keep up the great work and will be looking for another car from them soon.

just bought a new impala today. i was talking back and forth with my salesman Mike Pirozzoli for several days and when i was able to come in, he and owner Ed Finn did an excellent job helping my wife get into my new car. funny, down to earth, real guys that you can relate with and be relaxed. car buying is not for some people and some dealers aren't for some people, felt comfortable and at ease with everything!! very happy ;)

My experience at the dealership was when I came in to get an oil change although I have had many experiences with them in the last seven years. Greg, one of the service writers was wonderful this weekend. He was attentive not only to me as a customer but was great when it came to letting me know the car needed additional things like new windshield wipers and a tire rotation. He even had the car washed. Overall, anytime I work with the service department they all go above and beyond to help me and the needs of my car(s). If you want people you can trust, this is the place to go. Not only is Greg great but the all of the service guys like Zach and Mike and cannot leave out the mechanics. And finally, anytime I go into the dealership even if it is only for work on my car, everyone is welcoming (this includes the receptionists, salesman, management and so on) and friendly. Copy

Definitely love this place! Everyone was extremely nice and did everything to get me a my first Chevy Cruze! Fabian, Pat, and another gentleman were very helpful and made the experience great! I recommend this place to everyone! They are by far the best dealership I've been too (and I've been to a lot). Couldn't be any happier with my brand new car :)

Our salesperson, Pat O'Brien, was a pleasure to work with. Genuinely interested in getting us into a car. No high pressure, no fast talking tactics, which was refreshing and greatly appreciated. We ended up buying a 2014 Chevy Cruze LTZ, which was more car than we anticipated buying! But because Pat gave us room and time to think, we decided we wanted to go with the better car. And they made a great deal for us as well. The finance person was also great to work with - very helpful and we finished the transaction quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I have been working with Hoskins service department for over a year and will never use another car service center. Hoskins has always proven to be the most honest and efficient service center. They are extremely reasonable, friendly, and helpful. Did I stress honest and reasonable? Unbelievable for a car service center! They are the best.

I found Hoskins Chevrolet by referral of friends who liked the service they received at the dealership. Located in Elk Grove Village it was an easy drive on I90. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable and not overbearing. The selection was adequate and the pricing was fair. I would recommend the dealership to anyone likes to drive an American car. The Service Department has limited hours on Saturday, but was courtesy and professional and completed the repairs as promised when I dropped the car off and provided us a loaner vehicle.

I just went window shopping looking for a new truck. Usually i don't trust car salesmen . But, after speaking with Mr. Guercio the sales person / finance manager I bought a Chevy Tahoe from Hoskins. I just love the truck and the salesman was professional, honest and courteous. Customer service has been great. I trusted the Sales Manager Mr. Guercio completely. So much so that I I purchased another vehicle from him at Hoskins Chevrolet about a year later. I recommend Hoskins Chevrolet to all my friends and family.

I have bought 3 cars in the last 2 years from hoskins. Although i cannot afford a new car at this time i have had great experiences with the quality of the used cars and the salesman who helped me in my visits. i never felt pressure to buy. i learned alot from them. they were very helpful through the whole shopping and buying experience. be assured when i need another car i will be going to Hoskins first.

Best Dealership in the Northwest Suburbs. I was looking for a very specific car and my family has been going to the same salesman for years, Bill Martino. He does mainly fleet sales but was happy to help me get the car I was looking for. I am definitely a car guy as Well as a Chevy guy and a Big Transformers fan. So I went ahead and attempted to order a 2012 Camaro 2LT Transformers Special Edition. Although the dealership could not actually put the order in right away Bill talked to his GM Representative that week and got the car built and fast-tracked to Hoskins Chevrolet where I would be the first one in line to pick it up. The car came 2 weeks earlier than expected and I could not be happier. It has been a month and the only problem I have had is a little spot of mirror surface missing from the rear view mirror. I took it in and they setup a date to replace the mirror with no questions and no problems. I had them check out some engine sounds that turned out to be nothing and they even washed the car before I came to pick it up. The service at Hoskins Chevrolet in one word... Superb
