Great experience! I found a beautiful car on their lot. Since it was a Saturday I put a very small deposit on it so they would hold it until Monday. I arranged for an outside mechanic to check it out for me and Veronica (an owner) was kind enough to take it to the appt for me since I live in Atascadero. The car checked out great but just as they were going to pull it out of the bay it wouldn't start. They diagnosed it as the starter. I told Veronica and she had it replaced the next day. No costs were passed on to me for the starter, and for this car it was pretty pricey. After a lot of research I feel I got an excellent deal on the car, Veronica was extremely kind and helpful but I never felt pressure of any kind. I was able to pick up the car the next day and have been smiling ever since. Thank you Veronica and Castro Auto. I would definitely recommend this business.
