Horrible horrible customer service. Tom was very rude. He didn't even approach us when we were looking at the car and when we went into meet him and ask for a test drive I had to do all the talking. He didn't tell me about the car. He didn't say hello. I felt like he didn't want us there. As if we were more of a bother to him, to be there.

Drove an hour in a half to look at a van. Met with Tom upon arrival. We were allowed to take the van out for a test drive and look it over on our own. Upon inspecting the van, we found numerous issues that were not stated in their ad or online. Things that would cost us hundreds to fix. Decided to offer Tom less and he instantly became rude and disrespectful towards us. We decided not to purchase and we left the building and headed back to our vehicle. That's where things should have ended. We are allowed to have a difference in opinion on how much a van is worth. However, Tom then proceeded to come up to our window outside and continued to harass us non stop. We were trying to GPS our way home and he wouldn't leave us alone. I had my son with me and he continued on with his horrible and disgusting behavior. Tom is beyond rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. Never would I recommend this place.
