After having my 2011 Kia at century 3 Kia for a clock spring recall my car came back to me not starting in the morning and my radio intermittently going off and on. When I set another appointment to have it repaired they not only had me wait 2 more weeks but when I got there I was informed that I would be charged 130. If they found they didn’t cause the problem. Well of course they were going to say that they were not responsible for it. I would definitely not recommend going there because they cause more problems with your car so they can create work for themselves. I give them a - 100

This was the best experience buying a car. It all started with Ms Davis making sure the car we wanted would still be there for our Saturday appt and her attitude was the best. Then it just continued with sales rep Ryan keeping us in the loop taking the time to make sure we were comfortable. He took the time to explain the functions of the car. He didn’t run through he took his time. Ryan made us feel like we were the only customers that day. If I know of someone looking to buy a KIA I will point them to CENTURY 3 KIA. Thanks for a positive experience

I took my car in for an inspection and oil change I always take my car to century three Kia where I purchased it and I never had a bad experience the staff is very nice in soon as you walk in the door they attend to you immediately and make sure all your needs are met and if you have any questions they will answer all your questions no matter what it is and they're very knowledgeable and helpful if there's any discounts or coupons they make sure you get them all I Drop my car off at night and put my keys in the dropbox and what services I needed they open up at eight they called me at 10 to let me know my car was done and what services were provided and what services I need done when I got there to pick my car up they explained all the charges to me and answered all questions I love century three Kia I'll never take my car anywhere else

I pretty much knew what I wanted before even going and was very educated on my choices in car, financing and cost - I suggest you do the same. The salesman, Sam was overall pleasant to work with. Marlin, the finance manager that helped was efficient with the signing process. Overall I would recommend but make sure you do your homework, understand the type of financing you qualify for and know the fair value of the car.

Made a deal for one discount, and then find out that different discounts were applied by the owner. The final price was the same, but the deal that was written up required us to produce a DD214 for a military discount. The sales person, Wendy, was helpful and friendly, but the finance people and owner were not. Overall, not a good car buying experience.

I truly cannot say enough about my wonderful experience at Century 3 Kia. Previously, I had leased an Escape through Ford. I was a couple of months early in trying to get out of the lease, and had gone a bit over on my mileage. I estimated that I was going to owe about $300 extra because of the mileage, and there was about $600 in payments that I would have to make up. Also, they said without any money down, the best they could do for me would be to get me into a Fusion for roughly $340/mo. for a 10k mile per year lease - and that was not considering anything extra I would owe for terming the lease early and going over the mileage. I knew I didn't want a small car, so I decided to look around a bit more. Having heard good things about Century 3 Kia, I decided to make the drive out to see them. Upon arriving at Century 3 Kia, I asked what would be the best deal they could work out for me in leasing an AWD vehicle. They said without any money down, they would be able to do a Sportage for about $300/ mo. I had never driven a Kia before, but I fell in love with the Sportage right away. It felt very solid, and so comfortable to drive. I decided I definitely wanted to go with it. A better deal for a vehicle I actually wanted was a no-brainer to me. But it didn't take long to figure out that FORD was not going to make it easy! So the plan was that I was going to turn the Escape back into Ford and pay the difference of what I owed in mileage, along with the last three payments, (and for some damage that had been done to the door of the vehicle in my work parking lot - which Ford didn't even know about yet). We called the Ford dealership to see what I would need to do. To my absolute horror, before even telling them about the damage, Ford was telling me I would owe over $1700 to turn my Escape back in to them! I was devastated! I didn't know where they were coming up with that number (which should have been closer to $1000 from my estimations), and I simply could not afford it either way. I was in a total panic. I guess the sales lady could see the panic in my eyes, and she went and spoke with her manager. After some discussion, they offered to take the Escape as a trade-in! I knew they were taking a huge hit in doing this for me, but they were so nice about it! I could not have been more relieved. I have NEVER dealt with a dealership who actually went out of their way to help me! After all was said and done, I ended up getting away from the Ford and into the Sportage, still paying less than what was being base-quoted to me for a Fusion! And - I have a higher mileage allowance on my Sportage than I did on my Escape, so I should have enough miles that I won't go over this time! And they even threw in a giant stuffed dog! :) Thank you, Century 3 Kia! You have my highest recommendation!

I recently helped my mother to purchase a car at Century 3 Kia. Travis Miller was a phenomenal help to us. He greeted us quickly while others appeared aloof. He was courteous, took the time to answer our questions and explain the process and paperwork. He made us feel at ease through the entire process and let us take our time in selecting the perfect vehicle. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. was told for over a month come out we can get you out of you're current loan on my car, so I did, the sales person broadcasted my private info over speaker phone for all to hear, then after waiting a while he comes back and says everyone turned you down bye, loud enough for all to hear, way to go salesman craig stewart , now let me ask you do you think when and I WILL get out of my current car, do you think treatment like that will make me ever want to come back to kia century 3, no way in hell. he was soooooooooo rude and made me feel terrible. will never buy a car from you and will let everyone know that asks about kia century 3 how I was treated by craig stewart when he couldent get a sale.

Going there was a HUGE mistake!!! I took my car in b/c the check engine light was on and cost me over 1000 dollars and the very next day it was back on and I took it back only for them to tell me it would cost another 600 dollars b/c I would need a new combination switch I told them I could not afford it and the told me they could get a used part and it would be cheaper and every time I went into the dealership they hounded me to buy a new car. They told me the part would be in by the end of the month of February (and this was the manager) So now this is the middle of March I have not heard from that all. I did not trust them and took my car to a garage and THANK GOD I did b/c it was not my combination switch at all!!!!! It cost me a little over one hundred dollars to get fixed and my check engine has not been on since. I just wonder if I went there and had the switch replace and when the light would come back on what kind of problem they would have found and what it would have cost me. IF YOU LIKE TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY GO TO CENTURY 3 KIA!!!!

Arrived at dealership on 1/21/15. Did a online credit application and was called by a representative of Century 3 to be told I was pre-approved. Bring down paystubs and meet with the finance department. So I drove 1 hour to get there and was greeted by a salesman in the parking lot. Mind you I didn't even have my current car parked yet. So I explained to the man what I was told and he said I had to do a hard credit application. OK so we did. When they ran my credit, the salesman comes back out to say we can't help you. Again OK that's fine but here comes the rudeness. When I started to ask some questions he proceeded to blurt out my credit score in front of everybody that was in the showroom and said good bye have a nice day. He humiliated my husband and I in front of the people that were there. Not to mention I do believe my credit score is a private matter. If this is how you are treated because you can't be helped at this dealer, I sure am glad they couldn't sale me a car.

After dealing with the latest snowfall realizing our current car almost killed us with its poor handling, we wanted to opt for a new one, having many challenges with our credit due to recent medical bills and student loans for both of us, I knew I was in for an uphill battle to get approved, my ace in the hole was that I had already been pre-approved by our credit union for a new SUV from Acura, but we wanted the KIA. We went to this dealership where I felt I was scrutinized, told my interest rate will be high due to my score, me and my wife are both professionals and of modest to well means, however mentioning to the salesman that we were physicists, brought a measure of disdain and rather a sigh from the salesman... I was rather upset when I was told I wasn't going to be helped, it was so off-putting and unremarkable... there was no given reason, I was not about to ask, I was not told what they offered for my trade-in, heck I wasn't even given the option to put money down which I WAS MORE THAN READY TO DO, we left and walked into an Acura dealer and drove off in our new 2016 Acura MDX in less than it took for us to be denied by Century 3 KIA. I must say I will make sure I tell all my friends and family to avoid this dealer. We could not be happier with our Acura, at barely 3% APR for it. I am glad I did not plunge for a KIA anyhow.

Run fast and far from getting your car fixed here. For a $100 part they charged me $500. When all was said and done I was charged a thousand dollars for a power steering pump and new line. When I asked why the pump was $500 the girl said to me "that's what were told to charge people." Big mistake kia. I'm trading this car in soon for a new one. Because of your price gouging you will not be getting my business. Should have taken the tow truck drivers advice about this place. He warned me they triple the charges on parts. Lesson learned.

I recently -2weeks ago-purchased a new Kia Sorento at this dealership. First, during the sales process I could not get a vehicle price only a bottom line number-still purchased-my mistake. Now I find that the vehicle cannot be equipped with 2 of my 3 must haves. I told my salesman-Larry-that I had to have AWD, tow hitch and cross rails for roof rack because my family uses several times a year. He said he could get them for me at cost and I would hear from the parts mgr. A week and few days passed and I never heard from parts mgr. I did get a message indicating that there is a safety recall on the vehicle-so I called to set appt for recall fix and to get crossrails and tow hitch installed-at cost. The parts mgr informed me that he knew nothing about me getting these items at cost. Furthermore he told me that the crossrails are not available on the vehicle and the wiring is not being made for the tow hitch and that it could be 6 months out if they make it. The service has been ridiculously poor with no return calls from the GM. I did receive a call regarding an email that I sent but I could not answer as I was at work and on my line. Called back and again got voicemail with no return call. I was mislead regarding what the vehicle has. Follow up horrible. I would recommend finding a different dealership for your purchase.

I went into dealership looking for a vehicle with awd. My salesman Sam said he had nothing in my price range. We looked at a 2015 Kia Sportage, negotiated a montly payment after numerous trips of Sam having to talk to his "sales manager"! He never discussed a price. He consistently had to talk to his sales manager. After I agreed on a payment of 329.65 for 42 months.. I signed papers and left hours later! I looked over lease when I got home, and saw that they overcharged me by 2,000 higher than the MSRP price of the vehicle!! As I signed papers , Valerie cook went over my monthly payments etc, i didn't see how bad I got raked until I got home! I called the dealership and emailed them for a week, nobody would return my calls or respond to my emails. I finally reached Paul Auffenberg, he was supposed to call me back but instead the sales manager called back. I told him that they raised the price of the vehicle by 2,000 higher that the MSRP.. He said nothing!!! There was a dead silence on the phone. Finally he said that the owner said it's a done deal!!! I think that should be illegal!!! They completely robbed me by several thousands of dollars!!! I couldn't get them to return my calls or anything else for that matter!!! When I signed papers , Valerie Cook never mentioned the price of the vehicle , she mostly talked about the monthly payment! I wouldn't reccommend this Dealership to my worst enemy!!! How many people has this been done to ??? They are scam artists!!! This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL dealership that I've ever gone too! I will never purchase another vehicle from them again! I will take my vehicle to another Kia Dealership for routine mantainence.

my son and i got a car from centry 111 kia . And the car has been nothing but a mess . We got a warnty on the car was to be bumper to bumper . but the ldy didnt do that she instead did it for one hunder thousland power warnty . For the love of me don,t know why she did this when it already how apower warnty on it . we have taken the car to kia for service but they wouldn,t service it. WRONG . They the air bag light is on we took it to a shop to have it fixed and was tould that the warnty we got wasnt a bumper to bumper one .So now we are out the money we paid for it . and the car is a pice of crap. Why are Car Dealers aloud to get away with this . It,s not right or fare. They shoul make the mistake right . The person who done this was at fault not us .

Went to look at a vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for 2 months. The first thing I saw was the passenger side mirror broken. The vehicle did not look very clean. We took it for a ride. The cover on the bottom of the drivers seat was hanging off. The consol was loose and squeeking. The brakes did not feel right. There was a heavy smell of some kind of deodorizer obviously masking some kind of smell. The carpet on the drivers side was discolored and very stiff. There was a check engine light and another warning light on. I am not going to get into specific of the reasons they gave me but they told me all those thing would be repaired. Really? I can not believe a dealer would not have that, or any other vehicle that is up for sale, not looking and running the best they possibly could. It baffles me that ANYONE would buy a car first and then have all those problems fixed. I will never go near that place again.

It was a decent looking facility, seemed rather clean, but it was the service that drove me away from this place. I had went in there with the intention of trading my car in to try to get into a (new) used car. Jeff was my salesman. He seemed to be trying into talking me into a way higher payment than I could ever possibly afford and would consistently dance around answering any of my questions, "How much is this vehicle?" - "He'll work with me" - why can't you tell me how much? Not only that, I told him what I was looking for, but he insisted on showing me vehicles that I'd never be able to afford (especially after telling him the price range I was looking for)! A 2013 Chevy Tahoe, are you for real? In retrospect, I shouldn't have wasted my time looking at all here to begin with, but live and learn. I'd wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy to buy a car.

I'm not going to go into too much more detail, other than to say that Dave and Mario, the men sent out, with me in toe, traveled Robinson, tracked down the part and Dave repaired it in the mall parking lot. $150, out of my pocket to just make it end....$150 that YOUR service department refused to dish out for, most likely, THEIR screw up. But, it's not about the money, it's not about the repair, it's not even about what happened to my vehicle. It's about YOUR customer service in your service department. There is none. Though I has good car buying experiences here, I would NEVER recommend ANYONE buy a car here and have to be subjected to your service department. After posting a brief summary of our experience on social media, I have come to find that this kind of poor treatment from the service department at C3 Kia is common place. My friends at C3 Kia, you have now reached the status of your counter-part across the street. Trust me, that is NOT a good thing. I think I will be taking my cars to Monroeville Kia, from now on, like other former customers of yours. You can thank Don, you service manager personally, for that.

My husband and I recently went to return our lease before the lease was finished. The ONLY reason we decided to do this was because the phone calls (from KIA) pressuring us to come in were incessant. We had a TERRIBLE experience. The first night we went in, we were consistently put at the end of the finance line and waited for over 2 hours. Eventually, Dylan came over and we were told to leave and come back in an hour or so. We left and came back as instructed and sat again for over an hour and a half. Dylan came over once again and told us to leave and come back the next night. Naturally, I was furious that we wasted our entire evening and were pushed to the back of the line (seemingly because we were returning our car and not PURCHASING one). We came back two evenings later and were taken care of. At the end of the transaction Dylan promised that we would receive a refund of our last months payment to compensate for all of our troubles. A month passed and we still didn't receive our check so I called the dealership. Josh, the finance manager, laughed at me over the phone and told me that Dylan never said that and that it something that the do not do. This dealership is untrustworthy, irresponsible and deceitful. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM HERE.

Recently purchased a 2015 KIA and bought the extended warranty. NEVER told the extended warranty had a DEDUCTIBLE. Received the warranty details and the card that goes with it, and this is how I found out there is a deductible for every single repair. I called and spoke to the manager who told me "we don't have time to go over everything" and that we could cancel it and there was nothing that could be done. He was rather rude. This is my first and last dealing with Century III KIA if this is the way they run things. Buyers BEWARE!

I went there to trade in a vehicle I bought from them 3 years ago. After spending 2 days at the dealership, being promised a payment, leaving with a new vehicle, they then said when it was time to do the paperwork the payments would be much higher when in fact they told me the day before they would be cheaper. Poor customer service if you ask my opinion. They should be able to at least honor what they promised. Will never go back.

I had looked into the first time buyer program for my daughter. I talked to a very nice women over the phone named April. I explained to her that my daughter had no credit, had a job, down payment and a trade. She said she was able to go through the first time buyers program and told us every thing to bring with us that we needed and when we got there to go see rich. Well we didn't make it before he had left and where stuck with Jeff. After telling him why we where there and who we had talked to he said he was able to do the same thing Rich could because he to was a manager. He filled out some paper work, took my daughter's registration info, went out and looked at her trade, then came back and said she needed credit and I would need to co-sign. when I explained we drove almost an hour and that's why we called ahead to make sure she met every option for the program, he said well we don't do that any more. I said that isn't what I was told. he said it changed a couple months ago. I told him that isn't what their on line ad says, he said he didn't know what to tell me but I would need to co-sign. or she had to have credit???? needless to say I was upset along with my daughter. I guess no one around there is on the same page or has no idea how there program works. Would not recommend this place at all. I guess they change there programs when you walk in the door! read the other reviews. It seems as though I am not the only one who has had this same issue. May be they need to read their own online site!

I wrote an awesome and long review before, but for some reason it did not go through.... Long story short - in 3 years I've bought a new car and a used car from Century 3 Kia (a new car in May 2012 and used in November 2013). Both times they were able to work with me in ways that other dealers were not. They were also giving me a lot more for my trade ins than other dealerships - especially other Kia dealerships in the areas. Sure all car dealerships are... well.. car dealerships, but C3K made things happen for me and I can't tell you how much easier it was to deal with over other dealerships. Travis (in the marketing/online/knowshiscars department) was particularly helpful and really made the process easy for me. Travis was great and I genuinely feel that he did everything he could to help me out and to make me feel comfortable. If you hate sleezy car salesmen, just go to Century 3 Kia and ask for Travis - he is as far from the stereo type as you can be! It's also worth noting that the they did a great job with the used car I bought - they made the thing look like new. Both times I purchased a car I visited at least 6 other major dealerships in the area. Needless to say Century 3 Kia will be the first place I go for my next car.

We stopped in Century III Kia just in case they had a used SUV with the features and pricing we needed. The salesman who first approached us asked the typical questions and ushered us inside...instead of making sure they had something that fit our needs he launched into an initial financing interview and did a "soft pull" on credit. We went back out to the lot see what we could test drive and asked for pricing. He explained they do not post pricing because the prices change weekly. He went inside we thought to get the pricing and instead brought out their sales manager. He sat us back down to ask the very same series of questions and was on "the hunt" repeatedly asking if they could get us a car "today". We were sick of the sales pitch when we hadn't even sat in a vehicle. We left to see other lots before they closed and later called Century III Kia to ask if they could give us a price on their '06 Kia Sorento. They returned my call and I was not surprised when they told me the price had just dropped to basically the cost that would end up at the top of the monthly payments we had told them we were willing to make. I've shopped at dozens of car lots and this was one of the more insulting experiences I've had...with high-pressure sales, not telling you the price and instead playing the game of focusing on what we could pay per month -- all without even sitting in a vehicle let alone narrowing it down to a vehicle we liked. The next week we bought a Kia of the same model, year, features (from what I could tell having not sat in the Century III Sorento), clean one-owner history, recent brake work etc., lower mileage and a nicer color. It cost more than $6K less out at Choice Auto Sales in Murrysville.

I had recently put a review on about the service department for century 3 kia I had gone to them about a transmission problem that they had claimed to fix. The transmission actually did fail about 3 months later am I called them today. Even though my warranty is out they told me to get the car up there and see what they can do. I apologize for the bad review. I just hope they honor their word and replace it even though I'm out of warranty, since it was an existing problem that was serviced before. The service worker who had gotten an attitude no longer is an employee and I hope we can get it resolved and fix my car.

To whom it may concern,I am writing this letter to express my dis-satisfaction with one of your dealerships (Century lll KIA) and the practices that it keeps. Ive seen first-hand and witnessed it as well. Let me start from the beginning. When my wife and I purchased the KIA it was a new demo with 19000 miles in 2011. We noticed many small chips on the hood of the vehicle so they gave us a marker with paint to fix it ourselves, this should have been our sign to get the hell out of this deal, but, we liked the SUV. Next, the salesman (mucky) adamantly insisted that he gave us 2 keys and 2 keyless entry remotes, WELL he was wrong! And only after repeated calls (without a return call) and requests did they finally, shut me up (as I overheard the sales manager say on the phone) by giving me my second key. He was not aware of being on speaker. I should have ran at this point. Next, they promised to detail the KIA, due to staining on all seats in the vehicle. Yes, STAINS. They said the manager who was using it left the windows down in the rain. It was not water spots, more like an oily stain from somebody spilling something greasy all over. They took the KIA for a day to be professionally detailed; it came back as if nothing was done at all. The seats were a still a mess and have never looked right, we have them covered. KIA had a recall on a switch for the airbag system. The switch was apparently located in or under the seat. They refused to do the work on the basis of the seats were cleaned or as they put it tampered with. Not even sure that that legal. And Lastly, and most recently we had to have the KIA towed to the dealership (Century lll KIA) for a repair. It stalled and wouldnt re-start again. They said that there was the wrong fuel in the tank and it gelled. This is complete Bull, I know it, and your dealership knows it. They outright lied about the problem and billed me $575.00 for a complete fuel system cleaning. I know what fuel was used because I put it in and drove half of the tank out before it quit running. Your mechanic claimed to test the fuel at 85 octane, they have 87 and nothing less where I always get my gas. This has ultimately cost you customers, I will not purchase another KIA nor would I recommend anyone to purchase from KIA in the future. In my opinion your dealership (Century lll KIA) is a disgrace to all of the good ones dealerships and has truly reinforced the persona of the dirt bag, low life used car dealer who is out to mislead anyone you can. I will publicly denounce Century lll KIA and NEVER purchase a vehicle from you again. Your staff at (Century lll KIA) was consistently ignorant and vulgar. This reflects the management, owners and the KIA brand alike. This letter is going to be shared with all KIA management and online reviews alike. Hopefully it will be read by a potential buyer and their minds will be changed. In closing, I do not expect to hear from anyone from KIA. I Came To Purchase A Car And Was More Than Happy With The Experience. I Bought A Used Cadillac CTS From Travis And After Having It For A Week, I Realized It Was Not The Car For Me. I Have Had A Similar Experience With A Different Dealer And They Were Not Very sympathetic After I Made The Purchase And Refused To Do Anything To Help Me. This Was Not The Case with Century 3. They Were Extremely Concerned With Me Being Happy With My Car And Did Everything They Could To Make It Happen. I Drove Off IN A 2013 Kia Rio Today And I Could Not Be More Pleased. So I had a great salesman but one of the finance managers named Valerie ruined it. I put a partial Down payment down then decided I didn't want the car. Never took the car off the lot never got a loaner car never even got a plate or registration. So I go in and talk to her with my fiance and she starts getting angry with us because we wanted our money back for a car we weren't buying. She called us "you people" and spoke to us in a very demeaning way. All the while yelling at us disturbing the other customers on the floor! She told us that they did the inspection on the car so we were out that money. But her trying to give us that crap wasn't going to work because they would've had to inspect it if we brought it or not. She is really just trying to keep our money which is completely unacceptable! Then got angry because we are trying to calm her down and speak to her like a human being, kicks us out her office and says we threatened her!!! I was dumbfounded at her two year old temper tantrum. Hopefully when I speak to the gm I can have a more civilized conversation. I will NEVER go there again or recommend anyone go there.

We took our 2007 Kia Sportage in for routine maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. Everyone in the service department was cordial and polite. The service was performed in a very short amount of time and the car was washed and vacuumed. We intend to take our car to Century III Kia for all of our automobile needs. We were very pleased with the friendly atmosphere and good service. My problem will be trying to keep my husband from purchasing another car.

I and my family have purchased four cars from Century 3 Kia since they opened a few years ago. I was just browsing Cars.com checking out some of their new inventory and I stumbled across the reviews. I just wanted to add a good review, due to my complete satisfaction with all my dealings with them. I am a RN at a large local hospital and many of my fellow co workers are also happy Century 3 Kia customers. I am going to urge them to also write reviews. I feel that mostly upset customers get on and post reviews. Although there is a few good reviews, I couldn't help notice that many are upset about problems with their cars. Who is happy when their vehicle is giving them fits, I don't feel that it's fair to bash the dealer for it especially if they fix it for you. We have bought all our cars from the Internet Sales Manager, Travis. If they don't have exactly what we are looking for, he always seems to find it for us and make the whole process easy and hassle free. I would recommend this dealership ( especially Travis ) to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I was desperate for a car so I went here because of the first time buyer deal. I bought a Mazda 3. There were scratches as dents in the car they said they'd fix but they never touched the dents and the scratch was just touched up, not fixed. My car was shifting hard from 3rd to 4th gear so I told them about it. They sad they would fix it. I dropped it off and got my loaner and when I got it back it was still shifting hard. Now I know for a fact that it's not supposed to shift hard and that's not normal. And I'm new to the buying process so in only 18. Travis was nice about it but the service man got a little smart when I asked a few questions. I asked him if he test drove it and made sure that the problem was fixed and he said "well that's what I just said isn't it?" We'll low and behold it still shifts hard and my 1000 mile warranty is up and I don't think they'll fix it, I mean I'm paying 14,000 dollars for a car and I would expect them to want my business and fix a problem that existed when I had the warranty and asked them to fix and they Sao they did but I know all they did was change the transmission fluid. I'm not satisfied. Although the customer service aspect was nice l, good customer service doesn't always get you a reliable car or repairs done the right way. I haven't even had the car for the month, I'm gonna trade it in soon but I don't think I'll be going back here if that's how it's going to be.

Called about a car I saw on their website, received 2 phone calls to see come take a look a that particular vehicle.I was told the suv was not availale and had been pulled for work to be done. I was shown a much higher priced suv.Was also told that I may not have a high enough credit score to lease-- All this was done before a credit application was ever done. Not a happy camper. went to another brand dealer and bought a suv the same day.

We purchased our used 2011 kia sorento in late july. The second week we had our car the air conditioner needed fixed. It had a clogged hose and I had over an inch of water on my passenger floor. Mind u I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant at this time and I have a 14 month old child. I called n called n called for two days trying to get a loaner vehicle. I got the run around and lied to. Finally I went up in person and lo n behold I had a rental car within ten mins but when I had called when I was on my way there they were still telling me they had none. I was so mad. Great to stress out a woman who is 7 1/2 months pregnant. Now its exactly 1 month later and I'm having problems again. Now its the car stalling out on me! !!! So I called and was told this time to check the battery if its not that then bring it in for service. .... when I asked about a loaner car cause now I'm due any day with this baby they gave me the run around and then said they don't usually ever do loaners for service but yet that's what I had the loaner for last time...service to my air conditioner! !!! So I bought a car about 60 days ago and now I'm having alllll this trouble from the car and from this dealership! !! This is crazy!! 4 people in our families asked us about going there to purchase a car n we don't know what to say!!

I bought a brand new 2013 optima in september last year. I started to have problems with it in july, the vehicle vibrates. I took it to the dealership to get looked at. They told me that it was a left front axle and they would order the part and call me in a couple days to set up an appointment. Over a week later I finally called and they finally gave me an appointment for 10 days later. I picked my car up after getting it fixed just to realize on my way home tgat the car was still vibrating. I called againg to bring it in. They looked at it again and called me to tell me that they dont know whas wrong with it but its safe to drive and they would call me the next day after hearing from coporate. They never called me and wont return my calls. If the dont know what it is that makes ny car vibrate badly how do thwy know its safe????

I was looking on the internet for the specials they had advertised and began chatting online two different times with two different reps. the first thing out of both of their mouths was "can you come in right now" for a test drive, that is a huge turn off, they both were very aggressive and you could tell they weren't interested in the questions I was asking, just getting me in the door right now, that's all they kept saying, we need to get you in here, these were huge red flags for me, especially after reading the other reviews, I ended up going to Jim Shorkey Kia and they did a fantastic job of listening to me and answering my questions, without any pressure. The two reps at Century 3, Marie D.and Cheryl were very rude. Stay Away.

Honestly, my first impression was, ok, crazy antics in the showroom (balloons, stuffed animals, money machine, energetic sales people, etc), I figured "ok great, another typical car dealer. Ugh. I have to say though, I was greeted outside the showroom by Emanuel and from that moment on it felt like anything but the typical experience. I had spoke to Dana on the phone before arriving, and she instructed me to see the manager, Rich Ward. He was kind of busy with some other customers, but he took a moment out of his time to shake my hand, introduce himself, and explain that he would have Emanuel show me any vehicle I wished to look at (not like other dealers that tried to FORCE me into what THEY wanted me to buy), and Rich would work all the numbers for me personally. Hmm... ok, I'll go along with it...for now, I thought. So Emanuel and I sit down and talk for a little bit, very nice and funny young man. I explained to him that I could afford no more than $300 a month and I wanted a Kia Sorento, I had a little cash down too and an old xxxxx. Isuzu for a trade in. Emanuel showed me all the options on various trim levels of the Sorento, and even showed me the used Sorentos they had there, like 10! All the other dealers I shopped at basically picked out a car, showed it to me, and then wanted to start working on payments, even before I drove it! Emanuel however even offered to let me and my girlfriend take the car for the night, just to make sure it's what we wanted before we talked the numbers game. Wow. Probably part of the reason I'm even writing this review. So different from the normal bully car dealerships I have been to this week. So , long story short, I picked out a mid level model, not all the bells and whistles, I don't need them, but enough that I felt comfortable with the car, and they even had the color I wanted too! Dark cherry, with a black interior. Now the hard part I was thinking. Nope. To my surprise Emanuel took down my offer, what I wanted as cash down, what I wanted for my trade in, and my monthly payments, (I had told him $300, knowing from other dealers I'd been too that it would probably be much higher). He said he was going to talk to Rich and he'd be back, but offered me a water and we were by the Tv, they have a bunch in the showroom, a big plus. I waited for the typical, no money for my old car, wayyyyy to much money down, and a payment that I could buy a BMW for. 5 Minutes go by, Emanuel comes back with 2 options for me, a purchase, a little higher than I wanted to be, and a lease option a little lower than the 300/mo. I didn't want a lease, asked him about the buy - what was the rate, what was my car worth, etc. I couldn't believe it - He called Rich up on the phone and Rich told him EVERY number I wanted to know. I was happy with the trade in, more than happy actually, it truly was a xxxxx :). But the APR was higher than I wanted. Well duh, they hadn't even run my credit, it's good (lot of hard work but finally got all this college debt paid down). After running my credit the payment dropped $20, $309 a month for a brand new Sorento! I was thrilled. So much easier, and MUCH MUCH lower than Jim Snorkey quoted me (don't advise that place - see future review). Emanuel and I shook hands, he paged everyone to thank me, and the whole place went crazy, sirens and lights, people came up to shake my hand. Just a really fun, not to mention rewarding (loving my car) experience. I went into the finance manager Josh, I think, nice as well, went over all my options, showed me how the interest breaks down in my peyment, and offered me extra coverages (I got GAP protection, it's a must - google it. My dad told me a horror story his friend had with out the Gap protection)When I was leaving Rich the manager thanked me for my purchase, my girlfriend got to take home a stuffed monkey - giant stuffed animal, and she lovesssssss xxxxxxx, AND i got to go in their Money Machine! So fun, I only got $36 bucs, but just totally topped off a great time. I normally wouldn't write a review unless I absolutely hated it, or I was like mislead about what I'd find at the store. Have to say I will tell EVERYONE i know where I bought my Kia, and recommend Century III Kia to anyone. Love my car, Rich and Emanuel did a great job. Not your typical car dealer, no way. Awesome!

Dear Century 3 Kia - it's 2013 people know how car salesman work. This was the first dealership I stopped at today. Just wanted to test drive the new Kia Sportage. The salesman tried everything to sell us a car today even after one of the first things we mentioned was "we are not looking to buy today." Of course after his unsuccessful attempts he then called the floor manager over who I felt as though was pressuring me into buying a car that day. Advice: make sure you are not pressured into buying THAT DAY. (Everyone knows they call you in a week with an amazing deal anyway!)

Before I bought my car, I did significant research on the car...not so much the dealerships. Being in customer service myself, I feel that often, people only write reviews and provide feedback for negative experiences. Also, I will let you know, that because of that same customer service experience I have, I never write negative reviews and always feel people deserve second chances and make mistakes. Well, I should've listened to the reviews, and I am writing to tell you that I've given them their second, and third chances since I bought the car in March 2013. The story in short goes like this...girl knows what she wants, girl goes to dealership, girl drives car and girl purchases. Now, the car had "just come in for a big sale" and not been detailed yet nor gone for the overall million point maintenance that they claim to do. So no big deal; I'm an understanding and trusting person, so I buy the car, they give me a loaner until mine is ready in 2-3 days. Four days later I get a call that my car is finally ready. I think, "Wow! They must have taken a lot of time and care with it!" No. I go to get the car, we trade the keys and I am so excited I get in and start leaving. This is where it begins. Zero, i mean ZERO gas in the car, so I putted to the nearest gas station. I know I was supposed to be given at least 1/2 tank, but I was too excited and in a hurry to get home, and I figured it would take too long to turn around, ask them to fill it and wait. So I took care of it. Next day in the daylight, I notice that when I open the back door, there is a HUGE chocolate like stain that wasn't cleaned...and I don't remember that whatsoever when I testdrove the car. Next, the little "people" on the back windows of cars? Yeah, still plenty of remnants of them there...I had to take care of that too. What about the chips and cookie crumbs in the backseat? Well, I guess they thought I might be hungry later... And then, about a month later, the rough shifting of the car is getting worse by the day. Mind you, this is something I was told was normal for AWD vehicles as I've never had one before. I tried to check my own transmission fluid (which you really can't on newer cars) and noticed that the engine coolant is 100% empty...I think to myself that this is a problem either way...1) they didn't do well on that million point check on the vehicle if they missed this, or 2) it was filled, but only being 2 months later it's an indicator of a much larger problem. So I go allllll the way back to the dealer. Told it's a recall that had never been performed. In and out in 1 1/2 hrs. Cool!! 1 week later, problem is still there and getting worse by the day...one would think with a transmission problem on a newly purchased car, they would be kind and helpful and respectful? Noooooo....not at Century 3! So, as I'm still dealing with my problems from them and false promises, I urge you to PLEASE, PLEASE be careful where you buy your car from, do your homework, and I will also tell you that Jim Shorkey is now helping me very kindly with problems they didn't cause and even though I didn't go shell out all my money to them, they are being very kind, respectful and fixing the car. Good luck in the painful process of purchasing your new vehicle!

I purchased my car from them at night and when I got it home the next day I found that the passenger door was completely dented. I called and they blamed it on me however when I took the car in they said they would replace the door free of charge. I found out though that they didnt replace the door as they said they would. The body shop just popped the dents out and repainted the side of the car. However, Sam, the salesman that sold my car to me, was always professional. The leasing agent was not. He actually blamed me for his lack of knowledge and inefficiency at his job.

My salesperson was Nate, he was extremely distracted by everything else but the sale. I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time and them was made to wait 40 minutes before anyone could meet with me. I knew exactly which model and color I was there to see and test drive. However Nate kept trying to push other models on me. During the test drive he kept asking how sure are you this is the car you want to buy, give me a percentage. We finally went with a dealer driven car, the color and model I wanted. I needed detailed badly, so they said take it today and bring it back during the week, at which time I scheduled an appointment to do so. They needed the car for two days during which they gave me a loaner car. The car needed cleaned inside and out, especially the cup holders which someone had spilled what looked to me as orange juice. I also asked for them to remove the dealership decals from they car. Rushing between jobs I stop back to pick my car up to find the car was not properly cleaned, even the cup holders were still a mess. The logos were also still on the vehicle. Nate was off that day so another sales rep helped, he was very rude and seemed annoyed he had to deal with the problem. The guys in the garage removed the logos for me. And the sales rep told me I needed to call Nate and setup a time to get it detailed again. Never once was an apology offered!! During the weeks that this mess went on, I received a call for a routine quality assurance call. I gave them a brief of what was going on, they offered a sorry to hear about that, and that was it. I finally got a hold of Nate and he let me know he was upset that I had given him a bad review. All I wanted was for my new car to be in "NEW" condition. I tried multiple times to schedule an appointment to get it detailed, I work 2 jobs 8am - 10pm week day, I even took days off my evening job to try to make it work. However the "detailer was always too busy" and Nate said they couldn't provide me with a loaner car just for detailing again. Months of this back & forth went by and never got resolved. 4,000 miles on the car and the AC went, scheduled an appointment, took off work because the evening appointments are always booked, and it was 90o that week. They kept me waiting for 4 hours. All they said they did was recharge the AC. The worst car buy experience of my life!!! I refuse to go back to that dealership even for routine checks.

I needed a car..desperate, mine kept breaking down..so someone said to try Century III Kia. I walked in, and everyone was nice, however that was a mask. I needed a dependable, AWD car. I was shown a Pacifica. Not a bad looking car, now I was desperate, did not pay attention(my fault) they kept saying "payment price" never giving me total price, and the same speech of "let me talk to my manager to get you a better price" hour goes by, I am tires, it is late, and I finally get them down to a payment I can afford, so I get the car and drive home. Well the next morning there is fluid all over my driveway. I call and they say to bring it back they will fix it. I am now feeling uneasy. I get a loaner for a week. When I get the car back, I drive it and notice it shifts alot, hard. and there is a weird smell. They take it back and inform me its all ok. A couple days go by and its still the same, I take it to their partner in Monroeville. They tell me its normal for this car to shift like that and they may have spilled a little oil or whatever that caused the smell. I feel this isnt right, I go back and the manager at Kia tells me I cannot get another car, wipes his hands in the air and says " a deal is a deal" and walks away. Now I am so upset. Well after a couple months I can't stand smell or shifting. I find out that the transmission seals are leaking which causes the smell of course and the difficulty shifting because the transmission oil was low by 2 quarts, I top it off, and it drives ok for few more months, see the warrenty was over, then the ac blew out warm air, they wont cover that either, fron didnt help the motor for that is blown, I got screwed, to repair just that was over 1000, and the front still leaks fluid all over my driveway, I not having lots of cash now am out of a car, it had to be repo-ed.

I headed into the dealership on a wing and a prayer. Laurie Ann greeted me at the door, I explained my needs and wants and Laurie showed me my options accordingly. After the tussle and back and forth with financing I was extremely shocked to say that I was the proud owner of a brand new Kia Forte. I didn't expect to leave the lot with a brand new vehicle, at least not one affordable but I was blessed with what I needed and what I could afford. Laurie Ann was very upfront, warm, welcoming and very good at her job!! I would absolutely recommend this dealership but especially Laurie Ann as a salesperson. Thank you

I purchased a new Kia from this dealership back in October 2011. The buyer experience was one of the worst I have ever had. We went for a test drive during which the dealer told us about the car and how it had iPod compatibility. We went into the office to negotiate a price. After refusing to provide a calculator, the salesperson and I went back and forth on the price. The salesperson would not provide a full price, only monthly payments. Upon agreeing on a price the dealer then had us sit in the office until around 9 pm; we waited for over two hours. All the other salespeople had apparently left. When we finally got to the finance part, it was late and we were exhausted. Upon signing the final documents we left with our new Kia. Upon reviewing the documents some time later I found that my trade had not been included in the final negotiated price. Call it my fault for not reviewing the documents more closely, but it was very late when I finally got the chance to sign the documents. Later we found that the car was not iPod compatible. When we call the dealership to get an explanation, the salesperson said he did not say it was iPod compatible. Upon further discussion the salesperson said that if we gave him a good review on the review we would receive from Kia regarding the sale, he would provide an iPod adapter. I agreed. But then we never received a request to review the sale and never received an iPod adapter. When we called the dealership, we apparently spoke to the manager of the dealership who denied the salesperson had done anything wrong, said that the salesperson was one of his best, and said that there nothing that could be done because there was no written agreement and it was our mistake. I will never return to this dealership.

Dealer was very neat and organized. Lot looked good and well kept. The staff was friendly and inviting. They were very helpful in answering questions and catering to all of my needs. Were also very courteous and respectful during mediation process. The only downside was that once an agreement had been reached, it took an hour and a half to two hours of waiting for finance department to take us. I understand this is a process but the dealership was not crowded at this time so this was the only downside.

I made an advance appointment to look at a car. I came 25 miles and coordinated with my spouse to meet so we could take a test ride together. Not only did they not have the car when we got there, they didn't even know where it was. I set up the appointment the day before AND called them the same day to ask a question about the interior (leather or cloth) so as not to waste my time if it was not what I wanted. Then I called AGAIN outbid complete consideration to adjust my appointment time a half-hour earlier in case Paul had other customers. I was not shown the same consideration. It was bait and switch and complete disregard for my time which I do not have to waste. The salesman Pail assigned to us had no idea what was not friendly was pushy about other types of cars and then Paul had some lame excuse why the car wasn't there. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. I subsequently went to another dealership and bought a car 3 hours later. The experience was night and day. Professionalism and respect go a long way. I cannot say the same for Century III Kia. I should have been tipped-off by the pokemon-decor. There are WAY too many other dealers out there people! Don't use this one!

Me & my husband went to purchase either a new or used car from here & the experience was just awful !!!!!!!!!!!!!! They refused to tell us how much vehicles were , How much our loan was . They changed the down payment at least 3 times the price kept going up & up . Travis showed up 1 car it was a Ford Focus , There were several things wrong with it doors wouldn't open , the gears stayed in park even though it was in drive etc . We left & went to Jim Shorkey Kia in North Huntingdon needless to say their service is 10000000 times better

I found out 3 days later the car had never had its initial inspection from when they brought the car into their showroom, so they let me drive off the lot in a broken car, i found out that i had to have the the entire car fixed, including a specialized part for the alignment. it took them a week and a half to do all of that, they never gave me any phone calls to update me or let me know about anything and every time i called they kept cutting me off and saying that they would call me when it was done... well. the car was done for 4 days before i found out because I CALLED THEM! now i'm in the midst of having my car fixed through them, and found out that my catalytic converter went, and also found out that i still had the original GM warranty that covered it for 80K miles. My cars moving between Century 3 Kia, Chevy, and Bowser on clairton blvd. and nobody has my car, or knows where it is. and wont give me any information on when it will be done or how much it will cost in total... Basically, if you have a choice go somewhere else, I wish I would've gone somewhere else...

This place is ridiculous. Long story short, they cannot be trusted with your money (or with anything else, for that matter).I went to buy a car from them on a Saturday an urgent basis, and was assured that the car would most likely be there by Monday (Tuesday at the latest). They had a specific car for me -- they had me sign paperwork for a car with a specific VIN. And then, on Monday I learned that not only would the car not be there, the car was "lost in transit" somewhere and that they had (without so much as consulting me) switched me without my permission to another car (albeit of the same model and trim) from elsewhere. Now they say they can "guarantee" the car on Tuesday. I don't buy it. This is, at best, a breach of trust (and a breach of contract at worst). Why was I never consulted about this? Why was I only told about this after the fact?After speaking with the salesperson from whom I'd bought the car as well as her manager, I found out that they were simply content to point out that I'd signed the papers to buy the car -- no effort to try to make things right, no effort to do anything to understand why I had no trust in them anymore. I have since filed a formal complaint against them with Kia USA. Thanks to Century III Kia's buffoonery, I will never be buying a car from Kia again -- and I will urge friends and family to take a similar course of action.

I went in to buy a NEW Kia soul that they had advertised left with a used Chevy. They told me to bring it back to get detailed and a few other minor things. It's been 28 days and I still do not have the car! I just made my first car payment and I've only drove this car 5 days! When I was up the dealership the salesman kept walking away from me while I was speaking my concerns with him. I ask to speak to a manager many times and NEVER had one help me. I tried calling to get ahold of a manager specifically ask NOT to talk to the guy who sold me the car and still they had the guy who sold me the car call me back and NOT a manager!!! I have hated every single minute of this experience! Still do not have the car I'm paying for! Worst place of business I've ever seen!

I could not have been more pleased with both Century 3 Kia and my salesman Nate. I had been to several stores before coming over to Kia that were unable to help get me into a car. Granted, my credit is not the best, but the overall level of professionalism that I experienced at Century 3 Kia versus their competitors was night versus day. Not only was I able to get into a vehicle, they also gave me $4,000 for my old Explorer and got me a payment $50 less than I expected. Needless to say I was stunned. I actually sent my daughter over to buy a car the very next day. I normally don write reviews, but this is the very least I could do to show my gratitude for all their help and support.

I came to this dealer looking for a car that had been advertised online. Upone arrival, I found the car to be in awful condition. The car's interior was extremely dirty and had not been detailed. I made the appointment to see the car over a week in advance. I should have seen the red flags when they made an issue about sending me the CarFax and only sent me the first 2 pages of it. Travis is an extremely unprofessional sales person. He refused to give me a price on the vehicle until I commited to buying. While I was sitting at his desk, discussing the condition of the car and how I was unhappy with it, he got up in the middle of our conversation and walked over to talk to other customers. I left. I strongly recommend you stay away from this unprofessional dealership! Worst dealership I've ever been too.

I was out at the store for about 2 hours. It took a little bit of time for them to go over all of the features of the vehicle and the financing terms, but they were able to answer all of my questions without giving me the run around. Ive never seen a store that busy. It was kind of like the show King of Cars with people everywhere and a big party type of atmosphere. Everyone was pretty friendly and my salesman did an awesome job. Overall I was pretty impressed and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Kia. Thanks again for all the help Sam.

Had to visit this place 4 times to take care of the paperwork, it has taken over a month to take care of sending in the paperwork, some of the people there don't have the consideration to return phone calls, it has been over a month waiting for a plate, and we have not yet received it, Century Kia tells us that the paperwork is in processing, and Penn Dot tells us that they know nothing about the paperwork in processing!!!

bought ford expoler March 06,2012 from don shock Said it need 2,000 dollars in repairs after the purchase,but don't know excact what the repairs that were need was. was pormised that my son and I would have the vhicle by thursday March 08,then it wouldn't be ready until saturday March10. Called on saturday don said it would'nt be ready until monday or tuesday . the when i question him he said that i was yelling at him on the phone and hung up called back 3 times berfore he would answer it agian the hung up a 2 time. called paul talk to him. really to seen that this practice was ok to act this way for his sales person and dealership,to act this way toward a former customer and his family menber David Kohan

This place was just awful. I kept getting told that I didn't want a new car I wanted a used one. I was yelled at and asked why I wanted my father there before signing any paper work (I am a 22 year old female, excuse me for not wanting to get screwed over). Ray said at one point to my boyfriend it was "because she's a woman." I was yelled and and kept getting told to take the kia soul out for the day and bring it back in the evening even though I said multiple times I was not comfortable doing that. When he ran the prices he wanted 200 more dollars a month on the same payment plan and for the exact same car I got from another dealer. When the "manager" Nick came over to talk to me and ask what was going on and I explained he started yelling so I left. he followed my boyfriend to my car despite seeing that I was extremely angry and in tears at this point. He started pounding on my car window (a huge no no) and yelling at me and calling me the wrong name. I told him to back off and drove off. They called my phone about 5 minutes later because I did not realize that I had left my registration as they had walked off with it, and asked if I would like to come get my registration or if I wanted them to rip it up and throw it away. My boyfriend ran in to get it and Ray leaned on my car and told my boyfriend its why men should be the ones buying cars and he didn't mean to offend me, and my registration card was ripped when i received it back. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy as I have never been so disrespected by anyone in my entire life. I bought the car I was looking at 2 hours later. If they would have been respectful they would have made a sale today. The staff definitely needs some customer service training.

i was there a very long time. they would not let me leave. (not Physicaly) let me ask you this what would it take to earn my business. how about selling me a car based on the selling price, not based on the monthly payment. if i get you this monthly payment will you buy this car. i ask what is the sales price, i don't know. what is the interest rate, that has not been determined. my sales person would run every time i ask a question to a manager and come back with an answer. the saleman passed me off to a manager or closer. it is his job to close the deal. he was worse than the salesperson. everything and i mean everything was about payment not the price of the car. when a deal was struck i realized i am paying window price, there is no mark up on kia? there is a rebate but that was already factored in the selling price, in other words they keep it, there is a add on like after the car sale fee 300+ and document fee 200+ this one they all have. (maybe not as high) after 4 hours of the worst experence i have ever had in buying a car i went home with out a new car.

I had a fantastic experience buying a 2011 Kia Optima at Century 3 KIA. I had a great salesman JIm Sicuro who was extremely helpful and did everything possible to ensure I was driving home in a brand new KIA. I had great help and service throughout my visits and finalizing paperwork. The sales staff is extremely helpful and outgoing. I would absolutely go back to purchase another vehicle from Century 3 KIA and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family!

I came to Kia looking for a new Sorento. I met Ray Schwartz. This guy is a complete stereotype of a used car sales man. Liar,cheat,and very misleading. First,he treated me like I could not even buy a car,and wanted me to fill out a credit application as soon as I got there. Secondly,he would not let me look at the cars I wanted too assuming that they were out of my price range I guess. And third, when it came down to price he would not even work with me at all or negotiate until they did run my credit and found out that I could buy a new car. Funny how that works huh? I felt so disrespected that I knew right away that I would not do business with Ray. Also,I swear he could not keep his eyes off of my Fiance. He creeped her out by staring at her and made us very uncomfortable. The dealership was not all that bad,but this guy ruined are car buying experience for sure. Needless to say,we did not purchase from them and went to Monroeville Kia and purchased a new 2011 Kia Sorento. It was easy because I used their numbers they gave me to negotiate an even better deal. LOL! I would not recommend this dealer and certainly not Ray.
