I bought my first car here not knowing about anything in regards to diagnostics, and Rob had helped me so much throughout the whole experience. He kept tabs on the cars that were in my price range and helped me with decisions that would optimize my comfort level and practicality. I was looking for a dealer but what I got was a personal consultant and I could not be more grateful. I feel that my car is safe, very good quality, and was the best decision for my best interest. Bought my first car here in august 2020, after taking it there and back 3 times to fix it I now have to replace the motor for having it for 3 months. bought it for $8500 and am now putting in a few more thousands of dollars. They don’t even have warranty anymore

Last month I found myself in need of a vehicle. It had been over a decade since I had purchased a vehicle and the thought of having to deal with a potentially aggressive sale's men while trying to find a nice and affordable vehicle was definitely a daunting thought. That was not at all the experience I had at Century Auto! Upon arriving on the lot I was given amble time to assess their inventory without instantly being chased down by a salesman. When I did find a vehicle that I was interested in, Pat was so friendly and helpful. I got a GREAT deal on a quality vehicle! A week or so later an issue came to my attention I called Century and spoke too Pat. In no way did I feel that he was annoyed or bothered by my request. He promptly took care of the issue. My sincere thank you to Century Auto and their staff. I will be highly recommending you to my friends and family. You showed the integrity that far too many other dealships are lacking.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Century. I was very pleased with the selection and service, I found several vehicles in my price range. After a few weeks I noticed a leak which was later determined to be power steering fluid. I brought to my local mechanic and was surprised that it would be an almost $600 repair as all power steering lines needed to be replaced.After repairing the vehicle I wrote a brief letter of explanation as well as enclosing a copy of repair bill to Century to see if there was any assistance they may be able to provide. I was well aware I had purchased a used car and that they were not really responsible, or had any obligation to cover something like this. I didn't even expect a response or anything. However, I was absolutely surprised to get a call from Pat with Century auto stating they would cover half my repair bill for me. Wow!! Save yourself the trouble and do not buy anything from them. I thought I was getting a decent used car, I took out a loan and went and picked it up. Before my first payment I am faced with a $1500 - $3400 repair bill. The car was still under their warranty, I have called them and left messages and they never call me back. I have caught them off guard a time or two and they just say that they are looking into it. But never call back.
