Nabi was great! Was honest, friendly and went the extra mile with his customer service. He really took his time and explained things to me and explained all the cool features in my new car. This has been the only time in my life that buying a car was not a stressful nightmare! We will be back soon so my husband can buy a car too

Glad I ran into Amin who guided us in the right direction to getting me into the most functional car I've ever gotten. The dealership was able to find the best loan for me to be able to afford this practically new 2013 Honda Fit. This car even had the pre-owned certified status to back it up. Financing was a breeze and drive off that night with my bum nestled in the cozy newly detailed interior amazed at the generous amount of room in the back seat. Amin had great customer service and walked me through the entire process making it a very easy going car buying experience. Thank you all for getting me the perfect FIT for all my needs!

The staff at Certified Car Center has the best customer service skills in town. Amin, Niko, Nabi, Fernando, and Coni, are by far the best dealership people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They are very professional, courteous, and really care about the customer. They won't come and harass you while you are looking for a car. They allowed me to take my time and look at any car I was interested in. I was never pressured in any way, unlike other dealerships who constantly breathe over your neck. Certified Car Center doesn't have any of the huge fancy buildings of oer dealerships. But they deliver BIG in customer service, honesty, and professionalism. I couldn't have asked for better service. I bought a BMW 545I this March from Certified Car Center. I got, by far the best deal in DMV area. I know, because I have shopped in every dealership in town! If you are not wealthy and have a calculator, this is a place for you... Also the finance department is extremely friendly and accommodating compared to most other dealerships I have been to, which is a nice bonus .... I strongly recommend this dealership. Thank you team CCC.

I don't normally write reviews, but I'm taking my precious time to write this one because of my horrible experience. Interested in one of their vehicles, I drove from southern MD all the way to VA specifically to take a test drive. Prior to the visit, I called to ensure the vehicle was still available for sale. Told the salesman via the phone conversation specifically what I was interested in and my intentions in test driving. His response was "sure, can't wait to see you"...Amazingly enough, within 5 minutes of arriving to the dealer I was asked several questions about my finances. No problem, I kind of understand. They want to see what they're working with. But, the salesman proceeds to get the key for the car, pull it out and prepare it for me to drive. As I'm checking out the minor details of the car, we began talking again. He asks some more specific questions. Meanwhile he starts the 2001 Mercedes-Benz S600, and immediately the ABC (Active Body Control) light comes on, along with several other service lights. (I own the same model year S500, so I know what to look for). Also, as I sit in the drivers seat, I press the button for the trunk- doesn't work via the interior door button. He then proceeds to remove the fob and opens the truck with the manual key- as if I wouldn't realize the trunk didn't work. After this ridiculous few minutes he asks for a copy of my license for the test drive. He goes in, and within minutes returns to inform me that the manager says there's no need for a test drive because the amount I wished to put down wasn't sufficient. Really? Wow Certified Motor Cars!! No test drive, No further discussion, no additional questions. Needless to say, whether I had cash in my pocket, a million dollars in my account... I would NEVER purchase, or recommend for ANYBODY to purchase an automobile from a business with such poor customer service. If I were you, I'd look elsewhere!

Best car buying experience I ever had. Niko helped us out with getting a van. Unlike usual dealerships, this dealership never hassled us, pressured us in any way. We looked at the van we wanted without any salesman around to pressure us. It was very stress free. Once we pucked our van, Niko walked us step by step with the paperwork. Niko and the staff are very customer service oriented and very professional. Amin the manager seemed very caring about our purchase and promised to help us get a decent video equipment in the van. All in all, this dealership may not have a huge building with all the whistles and bells of a large dealership....but this dealership sure delivers in customer service and professionalism. I and my wife recent purchased a 1998 Mercedes-Benz SL 600 Roadster from Certified Car Center in Fairfax, VA. I have never been too fond of the car buying experience and anticipated much of the same during this experience. I expected, the car I was interested in to be a car to lure me into the showroom, to divert my attention to a more expensive car. I expected the sales person to be and pushy and sales motivated. I thought any amount I offered as a down payment would not be enough, and I would need hundreds of more dollars to make the deal go through. This is what I expected because this is the experience I have had in the past with many other car dealers. However, Certified Car Center was the opposite of any of my previous experiences. When we arrived at the lot, the car was parked in front of the office, open, running, and ready for our inspection. The sales person (Fernando) was courteous and professional. He greeted wife and me, introduced himself, showed us around the car and then he did something unexpected. He said, "The key is in the car, look it over, and take it for a drive, take your time." Then he left wife and me to take our time inspecting the car and after putting on dealer plates, we took the care for a test drive, taking our time to enjoy driving the vehicle. Upon returning, we filled out the paperwork and applied for financing and offered $1,000 as a down payment. To our amazement, all was acceptable, and we finished with the documents, and temporary registration in less than four hours, start to finish. We have brought many cars from dealers over our 32-year marriage, and all have been a terrible day long, exhausting experiences. Our experience with Certified Car Center was the only experience we truly enjoyed and would recommend them to all family and friends as the best car buying experience we had. With their focus on outstanding customer service, fast and efficient financing, and a large selection of quality cars and trucks, I will be back to them to purchase my next vehicle because I enjoyed the experience and appreciate their customer service. The entire staff is very helpful, and want to get you in the car that you want by any means necessary. They even offered my food during my wait time. Love this car dealer. Worked with Niko During the process of choosing my vehicle, he was very cordial and patient, very knowledgeable, professional, & never rushed me into a sale. Was in the market for a commuter, this place had a Acura listed for a good price and low miles. Ended up buying it on that day after I test driving it. Usually used car purchases make me nervous, the sales staff reassured that I shouldn't have any issues with the car. So far, I have racked up 30k miles in 15months, drove across the country and really happy with the purchase. Definitely recommend these guys!!

Do not recommend this dealership, I bought a vehicle on Feb 8, 2016 and was told there was nothing wrong with it, and I was being given a warranty to repair anything that may be wrong with the vehicle, the next day I noticed a rattling noise and brought the vehicle to a repair shop and was told I needed extensive exhaust work,I spoke to the general manager of the dealership and was told he was not responsible for the repairs, and would not take responsibility for it, I now have to pay $871.00 for my exhaust to be repaired correctly.

I dot write reviews for car dealerships, because, in all sincerity, I have always considered them to be crooks. Most care more about your Dollar than your satisfaction. Having seen so much madness on our roads recently, I decided to reluctantly trade my car, a 2006 Mercedes-Benz E500 4Matic.I loved the car and really wanted to keep it. However, after carefully assessing the situation, I determined that my safety had no price tag. I spent some time researching--I always do this before I settle on one dealership. Although I hadn't included a Land Rover in my list of preferred car, expert reviewed convinced me that the LRR RR was an ideal SUV because it has excellent safety features.I chose Certified Car Center. After identifying a car, I submitted an inquiry and was very moved by the courtesy, friendliness of Amin, CCC's General Manager. We exchanged between 8-10 emails before I traveled to the location. It was a no hassle buying experience. That the General Manager would personally be involved in a transaction, making sure you are satisfied, is not something you see often--let alone at a car dealership. That is exactly what Amin did. From our initial emails to the signing of the contract, and therefore--even now. I also want to say a special Thank You to Nabi, the Sales Representative who has graciously taken care of my needs. As someone with a background in Quality Assurance, I always put a strong emphasis of service--service to the customer and strive to fairly reward and/or acknowledge those who go above the line while serving customers. I would strong recommend Certified Car Center to anyone looking for an affordable yet quality used car. CCC is like a family. They all welcome you warmly, starting with Amin, the General Manager. Since no human work is--and will never be perfect, I would like to suggest that Certified Car Center considers diversifying and expanding their pool of lenders. Saw the ad on cars.com for a "show room" condition used Honda Accord for my son - and made the drive over to CCC with low expectations. Many of these used car guys are suspect at best and I thought we'd be in-and-out in 20 minutes. Well, sure enough, the car was not only properly represented as showroom, it had 26 maintenance records on the CarFax. We took an absolutely no pressure test drive, liked the car and it was time for negotiation. Niko was the rep, the anticipated low trade-in offer was extended, but when we explained our options, Amin (Sales Manager) stepped in, made some concessions and the deal was struck. Very reasonable and no pulling teeth or squeezing for the last customer dollar. Did I mention this was all done in less than two hours? All-in-all, an outstanding buying experience on a very good car. My son is thrilled with the car and we got a very square deal with nothing hidden. I've probably bought 20 cars over the years and would not hesitate to buy from CCC again. Thank you Niko and Amin.

Bought a truck here with near new VA inspection , drove back home checking oil day after oil was short and when I replaced it look like 6~7 k miles without oil change , and then noticed 1 tires wrong size go to tires shop they point out actually 3tires was wrong not 1 .... How come the inspection passed like this and how come the dealer use them ????

Niko at Certified Car Center is an angel sent from heaven. I am a college student with no credit and no cosigner. I was getting denied for an auto loan everywhere else until i came across Certified Car Center. He looked into getting me a better car with better miles, than the one I was originally interested in. I was a very difficult customer but he answered all my questions and solved all my problems with a smile. I definitely recommend this place to anyone on the market for a new car. Purchased a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. Niko was our salesman and was very good. Amin, the general manager, came and talked with us. Amin was also nice and personable. Our three kids were getting pretty restless, but everyone was patient and calm with them. The day after we purchased the van the radiator sprang a leak. It was very depressing and frustrating. However, I contactd Amin and he said they would help us out. I ordered a radiator and replaced it myself and Amin paid for all the parts. I had the warranty, however, the only place I could find that would take the warrant was pep boys, and they were charging double what the warranty company was willing to pay. So I ended up replacing the radiator myself.

Certified Car Center made the process of buying a used car effortless. I shifted through three different makes and models I has specifically came to see and in the end, after assessing my need, they offered up a wonderful alternative (Honda Civic Hybrid), which I eventually bought. It's a great car, great condition and they worked with me on the price point. Nico was the salesman and Amin, the general manager, are both professional and low-key. No high pressure sales tactics here. I would recommend them to my friends and I'd certainly return to buy another car from them. The place is "The Ritz" as far as that goes, but it's a used car lot, not a new car showroom. It's functional (air conditioned) and accessible. What more do you need?

I went there may be 10 days ago to buy a used car for my parents. I like one volvo s40 online and went to check it out... when i arrived the sales person i spoke on the phone(his name is Nabi) came introduce himself and pull the car i ask for it ... while i was waiting i like another one as well and asked to see it too , he said no problem and get that car as well. he let me look both of them ask me if i have any ? about them and to let him know when i am ready to take it for a test drive.... after i spoke with my family we decide that this is not what we been looking for and we will go to another place i told Nabi tha...t and he asked me what i need and he told me he can help me what find the right car for me. i decide to try we spoke for a little bit i Nabi show me may be 6-9 cars that my parents can like ... he gives the keys and let us look them. my family likes a lot one of them we took it for a ride, after we came back we went to talk to him about price and all the stuff the car need a new battery nabi told thats not a problem if you decide to buy the car i will change it right away ... i went to the bank do all the paperwork and when i came back he already change the battery on the car , wash it outside and in ... and the car was ready to go ... i just love the custom service i got was amazing they really show me that they care not just sell me a car ... nabi was very polite professional and he want me to find what is best for me thats why if you gonna buy another car will be from them again and definitely recommend the dealership to all who looking for new/used cars one more time thank you Nabi

Our daughter did all of the leg work for the used car that she would be getting as a replacement for her first vehicle. She did the research, found the vehicle that she wanted (Mini Cooper S) based on the budget we had given her. Also, she was the one that went and did the initial test drive, by herself. Needless to say, what initially impressed me about Certified Car Center was that she was not treated any different then anyone else. Even though she was obviously a young woman, they didn't try a hard sell or any other of the more aggressive tactics that I expected. Not only that, when we showed up at the dealership to talk about pricing and purchase the vehicle, Nabi greeted us all with equal respect and calmly and clearly answered all of our questions. When it came to negotiations the manager was also very forthcoming and forthright. A deal was struck and money exchanged hands. While we were there I also was able to observe the various members of their team interacting with other customers of all types. Even the way they handled themselves via phone conversations with people that may never buy a vehicle was impeccable. They did their best to make everyone feel like they had their whole attention. Which, in many ways, they did. Everyone was as important as anyone else. Needless to say, based on just the customer service experience, I would recommend CCC to anyone else. As far as the car goes, I believe that we came to an equitable deal for both parties. They made money, we didn't pay as much as we would at another dealership. The quality and condition of the car was clearly listed out and discussed in advance. For the year and mileage they had obviously taken great car to make sure the car was as best as it could be. The quick detail service once the sale was complete was a nice little bonus. So yes, for an amazing customer service experience, and for solid vehicles, I very much recommend Certified Car Center.

I've purchase vehicles in the past, but I've never experienced this type of AAA service as I did at Certified Car Center. From the moment I started communicating with Vito about my intereste in the 2014 Buick Encore. Everything I wanted out of the deal of purchasing the vehicle was delivered to me, I didn't have to go there to haggle with the price. Vito was great during the purchasing of the vehicle we talked, laughed, exchanged stories, he has a great sense humor , awesome personality, he's truly is a people person. U can give him the tools to sell cars but u can't train somebody to be a people person. Vito truly provide awesome customer service skills!!! Thank you Vito!!!! Now the second part of purchasing the vehicle is financing, the dreadful part, but to my surprise I had the pleasure of meeting a very delightful & distinguish gentleman Dwight. Dwight was just as pleasant as Vito. For the first time dealing with the financial part of buying a vehicle I actually enjoy it and Dwight has an awesome personality & great sense of humor, these two Gentleman are truly an asset to ur team at certified car center. The customer service at Certified Car Center was outstanding. Our salesperson, Niko Shevardnadze did a great job of helping to decide which car to choose. He really has a good knowledge of cars and the car buying process. He answered all of our questions and even went the extra mile to do the minor repairs that other dealerships would refuse to do for their used cars. This is my first time purchasing a car. I look at the other reviews and was excited about choosing Certified Car Center. Nabi and Mo was very professional, helping me with any question I may have inquired. The price was fair and definitely worth what they was asking for. The car performance matched the Carfax report. I am so excited to ride my new car. My experience to buy a pre-own Jeep was anxious in the beginning but ultimately an excellent one. Just like all of you people out there looking for a used car, I was anxious because of many reasons. I just graduated college, so I wanted to see if I can qualify for the new-grad programs, and I needed a car that I could save some money and depend on. With a lot of bad experiences with car dealers in the past, I was also anxious to find out if I can afford the down payment and the monthly payment, if I will get the real fair deal, and if I will stay sane through all that juggling with the dealer, etc., you know the details of the story if you have been through one. Then, that is when I came across Certified Car Centers Used car inventory through the net and a friend's recommendation. He told me Not only they would give me a good price, but also they would make my deal smooth and painless. I went to Certified Car Center and met with Nabi who showed me few Jeeps and I liked his hassle Free approach. After the test driver, I filled an application and within minutes I was in their Finance office with Dwight Langley, who was to the point on explaining every step thoroughly, no hidden fees, no running back and forth between sales man and management. Given the fact that this was my first car they even offered help to find the most affordable car insurance to support me with my new purchase. Essentially, these guys are "good guys" selling cars, in a "good car dealer." Did I say enough? I do not think this one review does a justice for these guy. Go and find out for yourself, and make sure to ask for Amin their General Manager to get you the deal of the century.

I specifically intended to buy a Honda Accord Coupe with a Vtec engine. I did a lot of research online and looked over a lot of cars, had many phone calls and yet I was apprehensive about every situation until I showed up at this place with a copy of a photo of a Honda Accord I was looking for and it was at this facility. They showed it to me. I test drove it and I test drove a Honda Civic. I enjoyed Fernando's company and appreciated everything he did to get the ball rolling to get the car for me. I enjoyed the thorough explanation of the contract and paper work with the finance manager who was very professional, well-mannered and yet made the situation smooth with a lot of joking around and bantering as we plowed through the paperwork get me home in the car I wanted. It was an awesome experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a decent car. If you are serious...they will take you serious and be serious in helping you. Fernando and the staff were very professional and helpful. I live over an hour from their dealership and have an infant and a 2 year old child. I called ahead to let them know when I would be there and when I arrived the car I wanted to look at was parked right out front waiting for me, the car was running and Fernando already put dealer tags on it for the test drive.. Fernando simply introduced himself and pointed me towards the car I was interested in. I was told to take my time and take it for a test drive. While I was inspecting it no one was there pressuring me to do anything, I was able to take my time and look the car over thoroughly The car was as advertised and I ended up purchasing it. Again, they knew I had two young kids with me and made the purchasing process as fast as possible. From the time I arrived the entire process took less than two hours which is amazing since I have wasted half a day in other dealerships. There were no hidden charges or fees, everything was up front and straight forward. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a used car.

As most parents we were shopping for a used SUV in beginning of this summer for our son to go away to school, we came across Certified Car Center. They had a large selection of cars that was a good fit for our need, so we went to pay them a visit. After a very long day of searching for a good vehicle, and an honest dealership, our last stop was Certified Car Center. We found just what we were looking for for our teenage daughter's first car and were dealt with with respect and honesty the entire time. They even found a very small leak in the radiator when giving it a last once-over and replaced it at their cost. When they didn't have to tell us, we wouldn't have known, and they did it anyway, I really appreciate that. Not the kind of thing we had experienced throughout the day for sure. They went over all my questions and I had an opportunity to speak with the General Manager, Amin, who went above and beyond his way to assure me that my experience would be second to none. During one of the recent snow days this winter we decided to purchase a winter "beater" to get around, and began shopping for old Volvo Cross Country XC70s. We did an internet search on Cars.com and Certified Car Center came up with very competitive prices. We called to check on their stock - they had two Volvos in stock. We drove over there and found a very busy dealership with lots of used cars on the lot. We were greeted by the gentleman, Francisco, that we had talked to on the phone. We test drove both Volvos solo for about an hour, then went inside to purchase one. The purchase was handled by the manager Amin, was pressure-free and very easy, and took about 20 minutes to complete. They mailed us our license plates a few days later. Overall we had a very straightforward, pain-free experience.

The team is hard working and great. Just make sure to take the car to a trusted mechanic before buying so if there are any issues you can bring them up with the dealer. If you are firm (without being rude or too pushy) they will accomodate and fix pretty much all of the things that you notice w/ the car. I ended up paying the asking price but they did about $1500 worth of work that I asked for on the car so I received it in tip-top shape. Probably if you don't find anything at all that needs repairs/tweaking, you could negotiate a lower selling price instead.

I have bought and sold a number of cars and due to a recent move was looking for a hybrid. While I am generally skeptical and not easy to satisfy as a consumer, my experience buying a car from Certified was exceptional. From the second I walked in an spoke with MoMo (whom I spoke to previously on the phone about the vehicle and who let me take a no pressure test drive) to dealing with Amin the GM, this was the exception to the norm in used car service. This is by far an above the most professional and courteous group of car salesman I have dealt with. Amin was very professional, knows his business and was extremely accommodating. The transaction, which did not take long at all, could not have been smother. I traded my mercury mountaineer for a beautiful Saturn Hybrid and the car is fantastic. I will plan on buying from them again when I am in the market for another car. I could not recommend them or their service any higher. You will not be disappointed. And thank you to Niko who pitched in to get me on my way, even though he did not handle the sale.

We worked with Fernando, who was very helpful and outgoing throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable about all of the cars that we were interested in, showed us quite a few that met our criteria that we missed, and even wound up having the perfect car delivered to us from another lot! I was pretty skeptical, having had a very bad experience at a used car place for the last car I had bought, which had been totally misrepresented over the phone. I flew out-of-state because Certified had a car that looked way too good to be true - but it was! These guys had my unicorn - a 2006 Acura TSX 6-speed with only 46K miles & the exact color combo that I wanted. One owner, no accidents. The exterior was in good shape except for a few dings & scratches, which they were honest about from the start. The interior is basically mint. Everything worked & the engine looked like new. Niko is the man - he spent at least an hour on the phone with me, patiently answering my many questions. They sent me pix of the odometer & VIN to verify authenticity. Thanx to Mo, Amin & Rod also, everyone was very professional & they let me take the car out for a test drive myself for almost an hour, no questions asked. They even picked me up after I dropped my rental car at a nearby lot & took me back to my TSX. Thanx to Arturo for that. That's the level of service I would expect from a new car dealership. Best of all the price was absolutely fair, the car is worth what I paid & probably a little more. I literally searched the entire US & this dealership had the best TSX for the best price, by far. Thanx to all of you for a very worthwhile trip.

Work with Mo and Niko. Both were great. We test drove a couple vehicles.... "Well, this is a little too small..." Well, I really wanted all-wheel drive." They directed us to try a Ford Freestyle. It was just right for us. We test-drove it a couple of times (once to make sure all the kids fit). There was no high-pressure sales pitch, and they even let me drive the car to my credit union to pick up the loan check when the credit union was being somewhat obnoxious. I went to a couple other dealers, and ended up back at CCC. I'll be going there for my next car, too.

When I had emailed the dealer about setting up my test drive I got an immediate responce. That was definitely nice. Plus, when I talked to fernando he sounded actually genuine and happy to set an appointment time. I'm happy that I set that appointment time too because when we were making the purchase (because I loved the car!) Other people gad come in to try to look at my new car. I suggest to set up an appointment time since this dealer is positively having great business.

We worked primarily with Niko and Vito and they were very helpful and willing to do whatever it took to make sure I left happy with a new used car. They were wonderful to work with and made sure that all my questions were answered. They allowed me to take the vehicle to a mechanic to get checked out before purchasing the vehicle and then replaced front tires for me based on mechanic's recommendation. Overall really great experience, went to a lot of other places where we encountered dishonest people trying to sell us a lemon or an overpriced car. Incredible vehicles fully serviced above standards, allowed a pre-purchase inspection by a private mechanic which flew through with flying colors. The car is literally more than one could expect for it's age and everyone in the dealership is incredibly helpful and cooperative. I did a lot of research on the 2010 Hyundai Elantra I purchased. I visited other dealerships and was met with hostility, pressure to purchase, and just a bad experience. After visiting AutoTrader, I stumbled across Certified Car's ad for the car and checked them out. I arrived a little late and I was met with great client service. In fact, each time I called I was offered great client service. I test drove the car, and any issues I had were solved. The price was fair and every question I had was answered completely. I left feeling like I got a great car, with half the mileage of other dealers at the same price. I bought a car from Fernando. It didn't pass the MD inspection for CV boots. Even though this was not a Virginia requirement they fixed it for free and in a timely manner. I would recommend Fernando and Certified Customers to my friends and family. The car runs great and I am very happy.

In early September we took my son out for his first car buying experience to look at cars. We weren't really going to purchase that day. He didn't like the first one he saw. So Niko asked his price range, we told him the price range and he showed us a car. It didn't have a radio so Niko said he would replace it which he did. We asked many questions about the car and test drove it. The car had a inspection sticker for 8/14 so had just been inspected we thought that was promising, little did we know what we were about to discover.The airbag light came on shortly after buying the car. When we took the car to our mechanic and he hooked it up to a machine he said the airbag light had been on for 6 months. During the emmissions inspection it was discovered that there was an exhaust leak, a check engine light had been removed and the panel covered with duct tape. In order to pass emmissions we would have to pay over about $3000 more in addition to the $4000 already paid for a 2001 with 100,000 miles on it. Our mechanic said it should never have passed inspection. Very dissapointing used car experience for my son and us. I don't trust this dealership after everything we found out about this car they seem very deceiving and dishonest.

I was warey of purchasing a car on line. Amin was very good about answering my questions. I have had my share of people I found I counld not trust, but Amin was honest and trustworthy. He even had the battery replaced after we had decided to purchase this car because it was a little slow starting. It was a 4 hour drive to get here, but worth the trip.

We stumbled upon Certified Car Center when we were looking on Cars.com for a used 2008 Volkswagen GTI for my daughter. They had the best price on the Internet. Frankly, the price was so good I didn't even haggle with them. They were very honest about the quality of the car (it had been in a previous accident), but when we had it checked out by a repair person the damage was minimal. They threw in some free gas, and a three-month "breakdown" warranty, plus the car seems to have come equipped with free lifetime Sirius/XM radio. Quick, friendly transaction, and one month later the car is still running fine. As we left, we saw a man walk in who was a return customer; he said had bought a car for his daughter there, and was so happy with the experience he came back with his son, who was now driving age. I only gave four stars to the facilities, since it's pretty much just a trailer on a vacant lot, but if they want to pass the overhead savings on to me, that's fine. Otherwise five stars all the way. I'd gladly buy another car there again.

I stopped by Certified Car Center to check out a used Jeep Cherokee, and was helped by Niko. Niko was super helpful in locating the Jeep they had on the lot and getting me inside for a test drive. The service was excellent! No pushy salesmen here! The price on the car was more than fair and Niko went above and beyond to make a deal. I bought a 2003 durango here and they took 3 weeks to get financing for me, then when they finally did i was charged 3 grand more than the price on the website said the car was, then literally 19 miles after leaving the dealership the power steering goes out and they have not offered to fix it. they gave me the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Niko, awesome salesman but working for the wrong dealership, he should have his own dealership, he would be better off. but I will not be going back here ever again.

recently we were searching for a replacement vehicle for my daughter. she is away at school and her 95 landcruiser has been in and out of the shop lately, a very good vehicle but it's getting up in mileage. we found the right vehicle at the right price at Certified Car Center. Niko our salesman was very helpful and patient, and after having so many bad experiences over the years with pushy unknowledgeable sales people he was a breathe of fresh air. upon closing the deal ,we sat down with Amin the owner and after the preliminary's we continued to sit and chat about a host of subjects and that's when I began to understand why this place is so special. Amin is very passionate about what he does, and the way he does business reflects this, he was very honest and upfront about every question and concern that we had And is so knowledgeable about his product. The vehicle we purchased had some issues as it had just arrived at the dealer Amin put everything in writing without us having to ask him, I was impressed, that never happens; and true to his word the vehicle ready in a couple of days. Bought a used car, 2009 KIA Spectra EX (automatic transmission) was my very first time purchase since I never own any kind of vehicles. I brought my carmd device to plug it into the vehicle's connector and found nothing wrong, then check to see carfax history, the overall is GOOD. I thought that was right thing to do before proceed the paperwork. So, after done with the paperwork, the dealer handed the key in my hand and THAT'S IT. I took a visit to this dealer and they seemed to have great deals and good cars. I took a look at a ford suv and when i test drove it, it had alot of problems. Just in my test drive the window motors were all bad, the stereo system was malfunctioning, and the check engine light came on, along with bad windshield wipers. I look outside the car and the salesman tells me the car is in great shape and never been in any accidents, when i look at the carfax, it had a long history and the car many scratches indicating that it has been in some sort of crash. Do not buy from these people, trust me I'm no mechanic, but a true dealer makes sure the cars are 100 percent perfect and that customer service is first. AGAIN DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

Even when there was a small accident in the parking lot as I was signing the paperwork, they then touched up the vehicle where some paint got scraped (the accident wasn't their fault). I went to Certified Car Center to purchase another vehicle. When driving it home (about 500 miles) I started to experience a serious problem. I phoned Amin and he said bring the vehicle back. Amin and Moo took the vehicle back and placed me in a beautiful Jaguar which I drove home with no problems and am enjoying it more than the other vehicle I was going to purchase. When I first saw that the car I liked was at CCC, I was skeptical about going to a small, unknown dealership. Then, I read the reviews here on Cars.com. I took note of the positive ones, but was even more impressed that when anything negative was mentioned, the owner, Amin, addressed those issues head-on. I bought a 2007 GMC Envoy from Amin and Vito. When I test drove it I found the passenger door power locks,window, and mirror did not work. We figured out there was a factory recall for the drivers switches and they had it repaired by the dealer before noon on the next day. They were very professional, courtious, and on the ball. I called Certified Car Center to ask about their BMW, my sales man Vito was great on the phone. I told him we were coming from 6 hours away and we wanted to make sure there will be no surprises, he answered all our questions and when it came to getting the final price their GM, Amin was very accommodating and he give us the best deal besides the fact that their price was attractive enough for us to call them at first place. I want to start off by saying that I have been shopping for 2 1/2 months for a quality used car. However, every car within my price range at other dealerships had major problems with it. So when I arrived at certified car center, I was very skeptical when I walked in, especially when I heard the client's accents. The unique quality about this dealership is that the salesmen and manager work as a team and the number one goal is the customer's satisfaction.I test drove about 4 vehicles, and I had no pressure to pick a vehicle. A new employee Nikko was in charge of selling me a car, and there was not once a time he got impatient with all the test drives I was taking. The reason why I took so many test drives was the quality of inventory they were offering. Not only did most of the vehicles have extremely low mileage, they were all maintained exceptionally and right smack dab in the market price- the price where both the customer and dealer should be satisfied.Although Nikko was new, he was able to help me buy a good first car. Usually buying a car is a stressful situation with other dealers, but walking out of Certified Car Center, I felt like car buying was too easy. It's the way it ought to be.I am 18 years old and buying my first car. I should've been easy bait for the salesmen. But I was treated with professionalism. There was no bull crap either. Let me start by saying we were in the market to buy a family SUV for our family, but not until the end of the holiday season, fortunately we came across a number of SUVs that fit our family need at Certified Car Center. We sent an email to make an inquiry about few of their SUVs, their internet department contacted us right away and we setup a test drive. We showed up at the dealership, and let me tell you, their staff was not what you would expect in a used car lot. They were all friendly, courteous, and differently not pushy at all, they trusted us on the test drive and let us go alone. We came back and went to their finance department and we were out within the hour with our new SUV. Thank you team Certified and Happy Holidays.

Although my initial car choice had 'just been sold', I was satisfied with the selection they had on the lot. Most were attractive and fit my budget. My salesman Mohammed (Momo) was friendly and courteous without being condesending. Fernando and the rest of the staff were knowledgable and helpful as well. I do not know how this dealership got a 4.5 out of 5 stars, this has to be the worst dealership to do buisness with period! Dealing with this dealership has literally been a living hell!!!! This dealership is full of fast talking slime balls who aren't to big on customer service. Oh and may I add they are liars! they are the type of people to tell you what you want to hear just to get your money. The only person who actually was a joy to work with was Fernando. The cars they offer aren't bad but the prices are outrages. Without a doubt they are overpriced! I'm glad I went with my instinct and didn't purchase the vehicle I planned on purchasing with them. I informed them I wanted to be in a car by a certain day and the process took weeks!!!! Ridiculous! My advice for anyone is to stay clear of this dealership. And if you do ignore me and Visit this dealership please ask for Fernando.

My husband and I have been looking for a MB M class for quite some time, today we found one at Certified Car Center inc., . The on-line descriptions about the car were very impressive and we were skeptical at first. But for once we were not disappointed. The car was beautifully and accurately presented to us on arrival as promised. The service was great, Vito was very courteous, his GM Mr Akim was very respectful and honest in his answers. The deal was sealed, the paperworks were done at a blink of an eye, and we have a new car for the winter. Thank you. The cars on their lot appear to be well chosen and well priced. We will definitely cruise this lot for a new car for our daughter.

We recently purchased a used Aveo from Certfied Car Center that we found on AutoTraders. We are from Mi, so had to travel to pick it up. Vito was great from the beginning, and even came to meet us at the bus station. The car was just as described in GREAT condition. On the trip home, we experienced some engine trouble, and Vito and Amin were always available to talk to, and very helpful. Issues are now resolved and the car is great.

I called Certified Car Center on a Saturday morning to inquire about a 2001 740iL I found online. I spoke to Amin and was told the car about which I had called had a deposit on it, but he had another I might like for the same price that was not yet listed online. My wife and I drove up to Fairfax and immediately fell in love with the car. It was absolutely immaculate. I found their selection of cars to be of good variety and high quality. Amin and his associates were all very nice and extremely helpful. I've purchased a LOT of used cars in my time, and this one was definitely an A+ experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

After having looked at and test driven multiple cars of various makes, and at multiple used car facilities. I found Certified Car Center very refreshing. First, they had very good prices on several cars with very low mileage on them. More impressive, though, was the responsiveness of the employee handling my inquiry -- upon my call indicating I was on my way to test drive the car, he checked it, noticed it was low on gas, and had some put in quickly enough so that when I arrived the car was ready within minutes. No where else had given me that kind of attention. Personal and friendly service, along with a willingness to take the time to ask what it was I was looking for, all combined to make their service above all the rest.

I recently bought a 2002 BMW 325ci from Certified Car Center in Fairfax, Va. I must say, the buying process was a breeze! After searching for a used car for over 3 months, I was frustrated with the lack of quality and service at other places. When I stumbled upon this dealership I decided to try my luck. Fortunately, everything worked out in my favor. All of their staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was a bit indecisive during my visit, but the salesmen were patient and reassuring. The amount of quality vehicles on their lot made it a hard choice for me, but when I finally decided on the BMW I had no regrets. The car was BEAUTIFUL, had great mileage, and both the interior and exterior were in superb condition! I have now owned this car for close to 4 months and havent had a complaint yet! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a car. I love my BMW and I was highly impressed with the service that the gentlemen at Certified Car Center provided during my visit!

I bought a used car 4 months ago from this dealership and have been having problems with the AC from the day I bought the car. Everything was working fine when I drove tested it, the AC too, but it wasn anymore once I had paid for it (which is all they care about, or so it seems) so I decided to take the car back and see what they could do. To summarize, theye been messing with me for the past 4 months, ensuring me every time that they were trying their best to fix the problem. I took my car there almost every week for 4 months, and every time I got it back it was supposed to be the last time, because they told me they fix the problem. To add to hassle, they don return your calls nor keep you posted on what going on with your car, so you have to actually show up there for them to finally respond. After 4 months, I decided to take the car directly to their mechanics and had to pay $700 to get my AC fixed. The mechanic told me that Amin said he was not going to pay for it, not even part of it, that he said it wasn his problem, and when I tried to call him and left messages to his co-workers for him to call me back, he never did. That how much they care about customers. So maybe I was a little nae to think that they were honest car dealers and wouldn try to screw me over. But anyway, if you want my advice, look somewhere else for your purchase, and don make the same mistake I made.

seen a BMW I wanted at cars.com, gave the dealership a call! talk to Fernando about the car, the dude was cool gave me a straight forward answer.....did all the transaction over the fone wit the price I wanted drove all the way to VA from Philly 200 miles! Check the car out it was super clean! when I got there everything went smooth all I had to do was check the car out and Fernando was helpful with the whole process and especially me commin frum out of town I didn't know wat I was really expecting....trust me I bought a lot of use cars b4 from dealerships and wen I got here I wasn't expecting the process to b this easy but it was!!... Im well satisfied with my purchase and the car ran smooth driving all the way bak to philly!!!...highly recommended place n I would buy here again!

I was interested in a certain car. After inspection by my mechanic, the car needed front brakes and rotors. The salesman said he would cover the repair for about $200. This particular car, using OEM parts and work done by a reputable mechanic, would have cost more than that. I take brakes seriously, and wonder how cheap the parts and labor he was going to do. And, the salesman wouldn't negotiate on price. Not an inch. Stay away from these people.

I recently purchused a 2006 BMW from this dealer, Certified Car Center. I highly recommend this dealer because, Amin, a salesperspn, along with Fernando and Vito, helped me through the whole process of buying this car making it a fun and easy expirence, considering this was my first car. This dealer definetly had great customer service. For example they have a very busy dealer, and when I was there, they had other customers, but they didnt just get carried away by the other customers, instead they worked hard, so I could leave satisfied with my car

I was very satisfied with my experience. I was looking for a Honda Accord. Amin showed my wife and me a 2011 model with low mileage. We had priced several of these and felt that it was out of our budget. We had our financing arranged with our bank. Amin gave us an excellent price and a very fair trade-in offer. I m now a happy owner of a 2011 Honda Accord. I found Amin to be a straight forward dealer.

This dealership(Certified Car Center) satisfied my needs in many ways. First of all my credit was really low, and they still financed me, making me feel as if they know how it is to have low credit. Amin, who was an extremely helpful and patient sales person, was very helpful and gave me an easy time! The thing is that I was just in search of any car that was in my low range because of my credit problems, and I had no clue where to start. Not only did Amin give me a discount, but he threw in a 3 month warranty program for free!!! They even have thier OWN finance manager making the financing more convinient and helpful. Meeting Amin, and the other salespersons who were extremely helpful and patient changed my entire experience. I know if I went to another dealership I would've been treated horrible and with no respect, but at Certified Car Center I was highly respected and felt like a very loyal customer. I know where Im going next time to buy a car ;)

I was looking to upgrade my car but didnt want to spend a lot of money on a brand new car, so I started searching cars.com for good 1-2 yr BMW 3Series.. and found a couple, of all the places I have been to I thought Certified was great in terms of giving me the key and leaving me along and not being pushy. They answered all my questions and processed the paperwork very quickly and delivered the car on the same day. I normally hate having to buy a car. I've honestly always felt like I've been taken advantage of leaving a dealership, but this was the first time I enjoyed the whole process of buying a used car and I'm still happy a month later. I found a car I wanted online and they were nice enough to get back in touch with me and their salesperson answered all my questions. The car was in great condition and drove great, they had a cheaper price than other dealers in my area and didn't try to hit me up with crazy add on fees. They were patient with me, because I didn't buy the car right away and never pushed me. I ended up buying the car two weeks after I made my initial phone call and they were great the whole way through.

I buy used cars all the time and I must say this was the most pleasant experience I've had dealing with a dealership. I found the vehicle I wanted on their site and gave them a call. They were patient in answering all my questions on the phone and were honest about the condition of the car. I went to their location and the car was as advertised and they weren't pushy or tried to make me decide on the spot. I told them I would keep looking, but ended up coming back to them, because they had the best price. It was a pleasant experience overall and I'm still happy with my purchase.
