Todd in Service was great! Very professional and walked me through a concern that I had on my 2014 escape and what would need to be done to correct it. Everything was covered under my Manufacturers warranty and they even gave me a ride to work. Got my car back and everything was back to new. Very friendly service department!!!

I had a faulty sliding rear window on my 14F-150. Todd along with the service manager Derrick made sure this issue was resolved to my satisfaction in a quick and timely manner. remember anything man made is subject to issues. Remember also the service department is not responsible for the issues,but at Ford City of Champaign they will work with you to make sure those issues are solved to your satisfacation.

It is Friday morning .About 9 am I go to Ford City for my oil on my 2015 F250. 2Hrs later my truck is done. And washed. I drive home and what do I find , oil running down the side of the new oil filter. I call Ford City, They said they would send a Tech out to check it out .He said that it was oil left over and cleaned it off. Filter was installed properly. I went for a drive and when I got back it was still dry. Thank you for taking care of this.

I appreciated being able to stop instigating 3:30 on a Friday for an oil change and being ready to go an hour later. I really had a thousand more miles before I needed to change the oil but I wanted tires checked before a road trip. Old school and used to changing the oil every 3,000 miles, I have learned to compromise at 5,000 unless I'm going on a trip and the mileage is close to target.

My Ford F-150 had the "check engine" light come and off periodically for several weeks. I also needed 2 new tires. I dropped off the truck the night before the scheduled service and the next morning I received a call from Matt Odom, (my service advisor). May explained in great detail what the technician had done to determine what the problem was. Although no problem was discovered, Matt made sure I understood that I should bring the truth in again as soon as the engine light comes on again. Matt did not charge me for the extensive testing done and more importantly, he gave me 10% off the price of my new tires even though I forgot to give Matt the "10% off wild card" that I had saved. I am always treated this well by Matt Odom and Ford City.

I had the extra key/fob for my F150 stolen. I was able to get my current key reprogrammed, new key made, oil change, and the truck washed in about an hour AND it was cheaper than I expected! My only issue... they missed a spot on the wash, but I can live with that. ;-)

I had bought a new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport from Ford City last year and had a good experience with the sales department. That's the only reason they got two stars. I took it in about three months ago for a airbag trouble light staying on, a run in the paint and some chips in the paint. I was told the airbag part was ordered and would be there in about two weeks. They took picture of the run and chips to send to the claims department. I waited three weeks with no call. So I called and was told the part had come in a week ago but the guy who was taking care of my account was busy but he would call me in an hour. So I waited three days with no call. So then I called the service manager Derrick and left him a message explaining what was going on. Left him my name and number but no call! So I waited a few more weeks and decided to call once more. Talk to a secretary in the service department explained what was happening, she said I needed to talk to Derrick the service manager! Ya think! He was in a "meeting" but she said he would be in touch. Later that evening I got a call from a guy in the claims department, who had never seen the pictures of the run or chips. Didn't know anything about the airbag light, but he did get me in and got the light fixed and took more pictures. Got a call a few days ago saying the run in the paint and chips were covered, they just needed to make the appointment with the body shop. They were even giving us a rental car. Got a call yesterday from the service department saying they messed up, the run is covered but they will only cover half of the cost for the chips. Needless to say that is it for Ford City! P.S.Never once did the service manager "Derrick" even try to contact me. Thanks

I'm so disappointed at the Champaign Ford service department. I'm moved from San Antonio TX, the Lincoln Ford service is amazing they deliver your vehicle in the front when you check out they explain in great detail what they worked on your vehicle. The Service department in San Antonio make me feel that they care. Champaign was the opposite. I installed a new device in my vehicle no one showed me how it worked nor they delivered my vehicle to me it was parked in back of the building, I had to looked for it and to discovered it was not clean or washed, also it was hard for me to start my vehicle since I installed a key engine starter. In the future I will drive to Tuscola or Rantoul for service.

Recently took my Mkz 2015 in for it's scheduled maintence, oil change, and 3 recalls. Service Tech Todd took excellent care of us. The car has had squeeky breaks. Todd worked with his people on two different occasions to isolate the problem and to fix it. So far so good. Have to say I was getting frustrated. Appreciate Todd getting it resolved. I was provided a loner car since the recalls were time consuming. Appreciated that. I always take advantage of the complimentary wash and vac. We purchased our vehicle in Sept of 2015 and have been pleased with the sevice dept.

I am very disappointed in the service department of Champaign Ford City. They are the only ones that's worked on it. I had it services there in May and now in August they tells me I need a new motor! They didn't notice there was a problem with how black the oil was before they changed it. I am pissed, I might as well let the unprofessional work on it!

Dropped off my 2013 CMax for an oil change which they promised within an hour and without an appointment. Walked over to Einstein bagel to work, got a call within an hour, and my car was waiting. They told me the windshield wipers also needed replacement, which I had noticed at the last rain, and they were able to do that in about 15 minutes. The wipers seemed a bit expensive (doubled my bill, but I had used a deal for the oil change) but work fine.

I almost always work with Matt Odom, who I consider to be my personal service advisor. Matt has never steered me wrong and he always gives me a "heads up" when my Ford F-150 looks like it needs servicing in the future. I particularly like the Ford Service Report Card because it gives me information about the service status of my pickup (tire tread wear, brake wear, transmission, exhaust, battery, etc.). Matt has been explaining to me for the last few oil changes that I should consider replacing two of my tires (I had replaced two tires last fall while out-of-state) and that my brake pads required attention in the future. Today I took my pickup to Matt and after the Ford technician inspected the truck, Matt advised me to replace the brake pads and machine the rotors and that my battery was in need of replacement. Of course I knew I needed two tires as well, but Matt assured me that it would be safe to wait a while before expending more money for tires, but recommended these tires be replaced before winter. In addition, I had a 10% Off Wild Card coupon from Champaign Ford City which saved me $66! But the real reason I wanted to brag about Matt is that back in May 2016, my Ford F-150 got an oil change and tire rotation which is way longer than I have ever had to wait. Matt noticed me in the waiting area and immediately apologized and told me because of the lengthy wait there would be no charge. Matt and Ford City are a class act.

I came in late in the afternoon (no problem for them) to get a regular service and it was completed within 45 minutes. The agents have a great attitude and very helpful. I am always satisfied as a customer with the treatment and assistance. Car wash and interior clean is an added bonus and all of the service is fully explained. Great job!!!!

A wheel bearing was failing as I was traveling cross country on a Friday morning. I was squeezed in on a moments notice. The part had to be ordered from a Ford distributer, which was delivered within two hours! I was back on the road mid afternoon, and safely arrived at my destination!

I have been bringing my 2011 Ford F-150 to Ford City for servicing ever since I purchased the truck in 2014. On 06/30/2016 I brought my pickup into Ford City at 7 a.m. I like the fact that no appointment is necessary and you can bring your vehicle into the service area whenever you experience a problem. Today I needed a routine oil change and tire rotation. As usual, I was greeted by a friendly attendant who was dressed professionally in a Ford City polo shirt and khaki slacks. The attendant quickly took my mileage and VIN number and pointed me toward the row of service advisors who are seated behind countertops with access to computers. I usually have Matt Odom as my service advisor, but today I had Jake who was just as friendly as Matt. I explained what I needed and showed Jake a coupon I had received in the mail from Ford City. Jake stapled the coupon to my worksheet and explained that this would ensure I would receive a discount at checkout. I waited in the spacious waiting area with free coffee, TV and comfortable seating. Within the hour Jake came to me, advised me my truck was finished and showed me a dirty air filter and asked me if I would like the air filter replaced. I felt no pressure at all and Jake made no recommendation. I opted for the new air filter and within minutes my truck was ready to go, washed and vacuumed. When I checked out, I noticed my bill did not include the discount and when I questioned the cashier, Jake overheard me and immediately came to my rescue, snatching my bill away and changing the total to reflect the $11 discount. It is this kind of service which will keep me returning to Ford City.

3 months after having the bearing replaced one of them went bad. 3 weeks after a oil change and tire rotation tires are unbalanced. They replaced the bearing under warranty but... they noted that the tires were unbalanced instead of calling me and telling me that they could balance them. They released the vehicle to me with a note that said it could use a balance and said nothing to me either when i picked it up. Now have to head back and pay for the tires to be balanced. Excuse I didn't state it was a problem when I took it in. Concept of customers best interests first, communication, transparency, and basic ethics seem to be purely lacking in all aspects of this dealership. I would not recommend nor buy from them. This dealership has lost a loyal Ford customer.

I purchased my vehicle four years ago. My clutch, transmission, and interior seats have continuously been an issue. Matt Odom has twice treated me disrespectful, implying that "I'm a woman and know nothing". Both my husband and I have, on numerous occasions,.been told that the interior of my car is not under warranty. Finally, after being told the Detail Dept. would look at my car (they never did) and that I could bring the Focus in next week and pay $50, we returned (the next day) with warranty paperwork in hand. Two years or more I have been denied service on my car's interior and now, come to find out that $795 warranty will expire at least a year prior to my extended warranty. I'm still waiting on a return call regarding who the warranty is with and when my seats will be worked on. This did not sit well after my tire nearly falling off my car in St. Louis because it was never tightened after having work completed on it.Then, I took a picture of the hatchback space of my car where, after 2 different employee inspections and vacuuming, dirt from a spilled potted plant was never touched; actually none of the trunk space was touched. This happened AFTER my mom's vehicle was inspected and had to go back to detail for repeat cleaning. I appreciate the fact that someone in the Warranty Dept finally was "going to find the number" to begin the process of fixing my seats.

Service personnel are the friendliest and helpful that I've ever encountered. What a difference from many years of experience with another dealership across town where I felt like just a number. After buying a Ford Escape here 2 years ago, I was pleasantly surprised to find exceptional customer service on my first visit. The lounge is quite nice , clean, and comfortable with good wifi. I took my car into Champaign Ford City for a recall. While it was there Matt called me back to say that my car was completed however, they did notice that I needed new back brakes. I asked him what pricing was going to be was very satisfied with the answer and told him to go ahead. He was concerned that the rotors may also be bad but he would do his best to see if that could be avoided. They did a wonderful job on the car was right to the price that he quoted me and had washed and vacuumed the car when I went to pick it up. Very pleased with the whole experience..

I was in for "The Works". The cost of this service is 39.95 and is a fair rate for the services that are performed. I was surprised when my service advisor Todd brought me my detailed bill (which he went through completely with me) that there was a 10.00 off coupon available for that service that he applied to the final cost of the bill. This is why this dealership gets my Five Star rating from sales to service this place is the best.

Since I purchased my 2013 Mustang four years ago, I have been having all my service work done at Ford City to establish a provenance for future record. I will admit to some mistrust/distrust of dealerships, based on being screwed over by Pilson Motors, where I bought the Mustang. So far, my experiences at Ford City have been good. The place is easily accessible off I-74 in Champaign. For regularly scheduled maintenance, no appointment is needed and the wait is always short. The facility is new and accommodating. There are comfortable chairs and tables and chairs in a spacious and clean lounge area with coffee and WiFi available. The staff is courteous and efficient and prices are the standard dealership prices. A staff member goes over your work with you and explains it all. They even wash and vacuum your car at no extra cost. I am hoping things stay pleasant with Ford City for the life of my car.

I was running errands Thursday morning and a "brake light failure" warning came on. It came on again. I was near Champaign Ford so pulled into their service bay. Matt Odem checked it out, gave me a ride home, kept it overnight and fixed it. Sent a driver to pick me up Friday morning. Everything went smoothly including getting the car washed..

Clean and wonderful waiting area, coffee capachino & tea available and the are always keeping you up to date while you wait or ready to transport you to any place in the area while you are waiting. When I made my appointment to get an oil change before Thanksgiving, I asked about tires. Ford City said they were having a black Friday sale on tires FOR COST with rebate, so I made an appointment to get those also. I also needed an alignment, which they did not tell me, but the service department went ahead and did that also. Next time, I would like to be told everything upfront, however the prices were ridiculously low so I am not disgruntled. I did not get a rebate on my touring tires either, but they were the next to lowest cost tires. The cashier explained everything to me, and answered my questions at the end. I have also been taught how to operate my radio, and many other "high tech" things on my Ford Focus Titanium this year, or I would have given up on it as a "lemon". Every car has it's quirks, and sometimes making stuff too high tech is NOT a perk. There ought to be a DVD that comes with your new cars! The salesman did not explain about the "smart key" or say much about anything. For the rest of you customers, all I have to say is, " Ask for more answers politely to your questions, please." Maybe that is why I always get great service with a smile, and a free car wash.

I went in for the works on my Ford Fiesta. The gentleman explained to me what it all included and when i asked if they would vacuum it too he said they could. I was also concerned about my breaks and the gentleman assured me he would drive the car himself to make sure the breaks feel good. After about an hour the car was done, everything checked out ok but they didn't get a chance to vacuum it for me, something was getting changed at the time making the vacuums not available, but he did tell me i could come back in an hour or come wny other day and they would vacuum the car! Was a little disappointed but Overall a great experience.

My Ford F-150 was due for a 60,000 mile service and an oil change. Before I brought in my truck, I noticed that my left-rear tire appeared to have a slow leak. Matt Odom, the Ford City Service Advisor, said he would have the tire inspected as well as complete the other services already scheduled. When I picked up my truck I discovered that Ford City had located a nail in my tire and plugged the leak at NO CHARGE! In addition, my bill was reduced by $83.16 because Ford City allowed me to use my Ford Owner Advantage Rewards which I had earned from previous service conducted at Ford City. As always, they washed my truck prior to pick-up. Even the cashier was friendly and she gladly re-calculated my bill when I had initially forgotten to ask her if I could use my Ford Advantage Rewards. I love Ford City.

I had my new to me (two months old) vehicle in for an oil leak. When I took my vehicle home, I was surprised to see an oil spot in my driveway the size of a softball after only been sitting for about an hour. We took it right back to the dealership that afternoon. After having my vehicle for a day longer than promised due to the technician damaging one of the seals he was replacing, I was pretty peeved. We worked with Matt Maier and Kelly to get the work scheduled - they were great.... not to impressed with the technician that worked on our vehicle. I still have a small leak and a slight burning smell but have been told that it is coming from the overflow tube and it's nothing to worry about. I sure hope not since my warranty is up in about 9,000 miles. So far, not too impressed.

I have broughten my car in several times and it seem that not a single thing has covered even though I have just recently found it in my warrenty... also when I pick it up they never state what I should be looking at fixing in the future which has resulted in my car ready to completely die. Unless I pay another 500 to last me only a few months... this definitely doesn't sound right or that they truly care about the service they do.

From the moment I drive my Ford F-150 pickup truck into the service department reception garage I notice the difference. I am always greeted by a man wearing the standard Ford City uniform of polo shirt and slacks while holding a clipboard. The greeter quickly asks the type of service I require and then directs me to the service advisor (Matt Odom) while the greeter takes down the pertinent information from my truck (mileage, VIN, etc.) I need an oil change and Matt notices that I have over 59,000 miles on the truck and asks if I wanted the 60,000 mile service. Matt explains that the 60,000 mile service is identical to the 30,000 mile service (which I had at Ford City also) and would take most of the morning to complete. I replied that I could not spare the entire morning today, and asked if the service could wait until the next oil change. Matt assured me that my truck would be fine if I decided to wait. I waited in the luxurious waiting room, drank coffee, watched TV and checked my cell phone and within the hour my truck had the oil changed, tires rotated and the truck was washed and vacuumed. I received a detailed description of the service received and was directed to the cashier. I have been to Ford City ever since the summer of 2014 and Matt Odom has usually been my service advisor. Matt always reviews the services completed with me and gives me advance notice of possible service required down the road (brakes may need additional service within the next six months). However, this time Matt was busy and I didn't receive my usual briefing. I attribute this to Matt being busy and I look forward to my next visit to Ford City Service.

This is the second time I've had issues with the service team. As a younger individual, I am used to not receiving the service I deserve, and have no problem talking to a manager. When I came in the service associate brushed me off to another person who was at lunch. I asked if he could check if they had my tires in stock and he, instead, told me to ask her. I know nothing about cars - I just drive them - so I needed him to tell me. He declined on my second request. I left and immediately called the service manager.Derek, the Service Manager, took immediate care to rectify the situation. He is the only reason I won't give 1 star. He asked if I could come back and told me they would absolutely take care of me right now. THIS is the service I expect. I bought my car at Ford City and it's still under warranty as it only has 20k miles on it. I have avoided returning for oil changes and have gone, essentially, anywhere else. Kelly kept me updated through the process within reason, which I appreciated.Perhaps I'll give them a third chance for redemption on my next oil change... But if I get anything less than the "World class service" their hold music promises, I will take my business elsewhere permanently.

Kelly in service was very knowledgeable and made a very stressful situation become less stressful. She was in constant communication with me the whole day as to everything that was taking place with my car, making sure to explain everything and answered all of my questions. This was the third time in 2 months that I have been in once for new tires, once for an oil change and then this time for actual problems that could have been catastrophic. Everyone that I came into contact with from Service Adviser to Technician to Shuttle Driver were very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend Ford to anyone!

My husband and I have brought our car to Ford City several times for repairs. Everytime we come in, we do not receive any assistance and the employees act as if we are a burden to them. Don, the service advisor, is always very short with us and never lets us know what is going on with our car as well as how much it will cost for the repairs. He instead just fixes the problem and let's us figure out what's going on when we pick up the car. We never know what to expect. I would never recommend bringing your car to the service department at Ford City.

I always get great service when I come in for repairs or just an oil change. All the employees are very friendly. Matt has always been helpful in keeping my old Focus running properly and safety. I'm almost at the 100,000 mile mark and hopefully with Matt's assistance, I can get a lot more mileage from my auto. As a retiree, it can be harder to make ends meet.

As always, it was done well with great customer service and a smile. My charges were much cheaper than anticipated so I went away very happy. I came in on a mid Friday afternoon and was happy to get me in very quickly for an oil change and free car wash! Greeters are always very nice and happy to get you in while the desk staff is always friendly and helpful. This trip I did come in with my child so wasn't sure how it would go but it was amazing! They have a great play area for the children and everyone was so nice and put on a movie (Cars) to watch. Made this experience unforgettable and knowing it's easy to bring children with you. Defenitely a memorable experience and won't think twice on where to go in Champaign!

I have 2014 Mustang GT with the track package and I asked them to perform an oil change/filter change, alignment (I just lowered the car), check the suspension angles, and some bolt torques. I am always concerned about having a dealership work on my car because I seem to always get the short end of the stick and something is scratched, broken or missing. Hence why I typically do all the work myself. I have also been to a couple dealerships that I had to argue with concerning my oil type in my mustang (full synthetic 5w-50) but with Ford City they seem to know their stuff. At the end of the service the receptionist/cashier even made sure that I was happy and made it a priority to help me understand the bill. The driver that took me back to work, while my car was being worked on, was also very polite so props to him as well.The service advisor I dealt with was Matt Odom. I don't remember the cashier's name but both provided great customer service. I have been to Ford City a couple of times and I am still impressed.

I came in Friday afternoon, without an appointment, to have a "cunchy" noise checked out. "Awesome Jeff" Van Buskirk took a quick drive and told me I needed new front brakes. The service department was very busy, but he got the job done in less than 45 minutes, while I and my little dog waitied in the comfortable lounge. Am ever so thankful for the wonderful service and the considerate and friendly staff. Needless to say, Champaign Ford City is now the only dealer I will take my car to.

I'm a ford guy, so take that as you will. But I've dealt with this dealership for used and new cars and had a great experience. Walk-in service can be a bit hit or miss depending on your needs, but by appointment they'll take care of you and are great at getting work done fast and well done. Which, to my mind, should be expected for appointment work. They don't disappoint. I'm looking forward to my family getting our next car from this dealership. The wife and I rented a Ford Escape on a road trip out west and drove it all over backwoods trails in the redwood forest... and it was *great*. I'll keep enjoying the great and timely service here with what I got, and look forward to maintaining a well-abused Escape with all the gizmos in the near future.

My only complaint about Champaign Ford City is that I didn't find them sooner. My three hour drive to their dealership was worth every mile! First time I ever visited Ford City was for a recall, and while I was there I asked them to test drive my car because it was hesitating on accelaration. When I went to pick up car, they admitted they forgot to test drive it. I waited a few months, went back car was getting worse, this time they updated the computer chip, thinking that might fix it, they were unable to find anything on the diagnostic test. The moment I left went on the highway, same old problem. Called in and complained to the Service Manager, couldnt believe all this happening with a dealership, expected better service. The third time I took it in, they did finally find the problem, a bad cyclinder coil to one of the spark plugs, $600 later, car is finally working great. It just took a long time to get there....

I presented Champaign Ford City with a "free brake inspection" certificate and asked that they do this along with my oil change request. They said that would be no problem and would take care of it. When they came and told me that my car was ready it showed an oil change but no inspection of the brakes. When I received an email from them asking if everything was to my satisfaction I explained the situation and told them that I wasn't happy with what had happened. I received an email back stating that they had put a free oil change on my Rewards account and would still honor the free brake inspection, also. This last oil change was a very good experience. Not only did I get a free oil change but I got the free brake inspection, AND a free car wash. I'm very happy with how they stepped up to please their customer.

Went to Ford City to see Brenda about a car for our grandson, she went to great lengths to be sure we would get something that was suitable and price wise to meet his budget. I purchased a new 2011 Navigator from Ford City and have been going there for routine service since. I have always been pleased with the service I received. As is true for all dealers I have worked with, they stock few spare parts and it always takes several days (and another visit) to finish the job. But, their service is the best I have received from any dealer in the CU area in the past 40 years.

The weather had turned cold and mice had gotten into our garage and into my car. They had set up a nice little nest behind my glove compartment - getting ready to settle in for a long winters nap. The folks at the Ford City Service department came to my rescue and "evicted" the mice and restored my car to its original condition - no mouse smell. Matt was especially helpful and courteous. He helped me arrange for me to be driven to and from work while my car was being serviced. Great service! Great team!

Just purchased a Lincoln MKS from Adrian and went in for first service the dome light would not come on when entering and exiting vehicle, found it was a fuse problems they fixed it checked wiring for a short everything checked out fine. Good service provided a Lincoln loaner car as indicated while performing work and I was very satisfied. I had purchased our Ford Transit from Ford City in 2013 and had used it on a contract delivery route through the winter of 2013 / 2014, The Transit did a great job, but we got very discouraged because of the weather; so we stop delivering the 1st of April.When we took the Transit in for service on the 18th we received very prompt and courteous service. My 2010 Merc Mariner has had a ongoing A/C problem and the folks at Ford City really struggled to get to the bottom of this over several visits. I am please to say that it appears that they finally figured it out. Thanks to Matt Odom and Derek Scroggins and the mechanics for looking at the whole picture (e.g., service and parts replacement) over time to finally diagnose the problem. I was very concerned about what the final bill would be, but they treated me right. Thanks again!

From the first time I used Ford City's service department to the last time my wife dropped off my truck for repairs, the people working the service intake department made us feel like we were putting them out. Every time I walk in, there was never a "How can I help you?", but a look (if they acknowledge you at all) like you were bothering them. They updated my software on my truck the last time I was there, which changed my display, and when my wife brought my truck in recently for service and asked for them to reset it to the original display, they said said it cannot be done, and if she had a complaint, contact Ford Motor Company. No effort by Ford City to say let me look into it or ill find out and let you know, or let me take care of that for you while your here. I, later that night, ended up searching the fix on the internet and it was a one button fix. When my wife picked up the truck and drove it home, the hood wasnt latched and she had to pull over off the highway to shut it when she noticed it moving at 65 mph. I cannot wait for my warranty to run out so I have no excuse to visit Ford City anymore. I know people have bad days, but repeated visits with the same customer service tells me this is the way they are, and I have no use for it.

I brought my 2006 Lincoln Town Car in on Friday 8 -1-14 for regular oil change. I bought this Town Car from Worden Martin in August of 2006. 8 years old, 36,170 miles. Left rear driver side tire was low. I bought new Michelin tires at Worden Martin in August of 2012. I waited 45 minutes for Oil Change. Not a problem at all. Car came back and left rear driver tire was still super low. I finally got the guy who checked me in at 7 30 a.m. to look at it before I drove it away and he agreed it was low. They took it back to shop and I had to wait another 45 minutes to get it back. Turns out it was a broken valve stem which they replaced after second visit back to the bay. Wouldn't the guy who filled tires during initial Oil change have figured that out? So I ended up leaving at 9 15. I sincerely doubt my tires were filled or even checked at Oil Change Fast Lube service.

The Service Manager was extremely helpful in working my car in for air conditioning service. We had a death in the family which necessitated an immediate road trip to Texas. We needed the air conditioning in prime working condition for the hot TX weather. Mr. Scroggins was able to work my vehicle in the next day. My service experience was excellent.

My experiences over the years with dealerships has been disappointing, so I am always skeptical. Since purchasing my 2013 Mustang (from another Ford dealership that was unscrupulous) I have been bringing it to Champaign Ford City for my regularly scheduled service. It has been easy to make appointments and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The new facility is clean and comfortable. I can only assume that the service work done on my car has been done correctly. The cost for the scheduled service has been reasonable. One of the problems I have had with my Mustang is figuring out how to put on the convertible boot cover, so for these two years I have not used it. Champaign Ford City had a service man show me how to do it and then watch me as I did it myself. Much appreciated. And they didn't make me feel like a jerk for not having known how to use it. So, after 20,000 miles and the regular service work, I am still satisfied with this dealership.

We came into the Ford lot just to browse; we ended up buying a new car and trading in our Fusion. We now have driven it for several days and are very pleased with its performance. We are an elderly couple, and we needed a vehicle with easy access, comfortable seats, and a roomy interior.The color "Oxford" would not have been our first choice, but that certainly was not a deal-breaker.We are glad that Anthony met us just as we drove up; it is still amazing to us that he was able to immediately show us a car that met our priorities.

However, we did have a great time working with our sales rep, Catie Hausmann. I have always been a huge fan of the service I receive at Champaign's Ford City. They are and will continue to be the only place I bring my vehicles for service. I've been recently married and my husband had his reservations, because he had a preconceived notion that they would be costly and try to up- sell us on things that were not necessary. However, I have been going to them for years and knew them to be nothing but fair and honest.In years past I learned of their exceptional service when working for a company who's fleet was serviced there. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable at all times. They treated me like family and it was from then on out that I would always take my vehicles to them for everything from oil changes to the bigger problems.With our vehicle diagnosed with a problem involving the front axle we scheduled an appointment to have the service completed. The estimate that Jeff gave us was two hours. They were done promptly on time and they even sent the courtesy car to pick us up. Everyone was friendly and professional through out the whole experience. My husband was impressed that our vehicle was returned to us cleaner than when we brought it in. They even washed it for us. To this day I refuse to take my vehicles any where else, even for oil changes! Kudos to the service department at Ford City!

Two days to get a return call from service. Had a test drive with warranty individual, he recognized the issue. Was told alignment was with in spec, and they would try rotating the tires. Was given the explanation this corrected the issue and is doing better. On the drive home there was no difference in the drifting issue. Called service (Travis) relayed my concern, would pass on my concern and call me back. Still haven't heard back.

4 stars for you being nice. Of course your nice you rip people off. Your free service is the only service worth the customers time. My dissapointment well here do i begin. When your service diagnosis a vehicle oh right they don't. I fully recomend taking any vehicle you like to a different place. My car hasn't been professionally care for by this company since i purchased it. They want to charge me to diagnose a problem I already had diagnosed. Talk about rip offs, they don't want to provide service unless their making top dollar for the parts and labor. Where's the drive to do the right job for people buying cars you say can be trusted. Less then 2 years on an over 8,000 dollar car and it already has needed over 2000 worth of work. I say don't trust them with YOUR transportation needs or problems.

I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 Super Crew from another dealer back in June 2013. Over the winter the blue plastic on the emblem developed a crack. I took it in late yesterday to Ford City and I was out the door within 30 minutes. Great service and facilities. Matt was so professional in working out my cars' slow engine oil leak problem over past several months. I went in for service on a diesel truck when the "check engine light" came on. Went in at 4:45pm and service representative made it known to me that they start sending their techs home at 5pm and that there wasn't much they could do for me that evening. My knowledge was that the dealer closed at 5:30pm. After being persistent, I was able to have them read the engine code to help me understand the urgency of the issue with my vehicle, and the service representative complied. This resistance to be forthcoming with help was quite irritating. I shouldn't have had to suggest a reasonable course of action as I had hoped they would be more receptive to my business! Ultimately, the representative had the codes read, informed me of the issue, and we discussed possible fixes. Knowing that the problem could be of a range of issues, I settled for a quick fix, knowing full well that it may not be the complete solution to the problem at hand. I knew that if this simple fix did not solve the issue, I would schedule a time to come back. The service fee was higher than I anticipated (although I did not ask beforehand) and to add to my frustration the "check engine light" came back on when I pulled out of the service garage. Fortunately, after receiving my initial feedback, Matt reached out to me. He was sensitive to my experience at Ford City and helped get my truck diagnosed at a very fair rate. Following up with the customer, and doing what is possible to ensure the customer is happy, is exemplary customer service. Thanks Ford City!

The sales persons I worked with were great.I made some assumptions when I bought the 2012 Ford F 150. We found a nail in the tire, which they said they would fix. They did fix it, but before we got home, the tire pressure light was on. I'm not sure if it was the same tire or not. I made the assumption, that before they sent the vehicle home with us, a general check would be done on the vehicle and that the check would include checking air pressure in the tires and adding air if needed. That was disappointing.My next assumption was also in regard to what should have been done to prep the vehicle. I assumed that it would have fresh oil and filter. However, after we drove off the lot, I noticed that the oil change sticker showed a date/mileage time frame that was long expired. The truck is not under warranty, and it was made clear to me by the person at the dealership who did the financing that anything that happened or I noticed after I drove off the lot was my responsibility. This was presented in an unpleasant way.The lesson for me is to remember to ask for everything in advance, even those things that I just assume a good dealership would do automatically.

Completed a factory recall and oil change inspection in under estimated time. New facilities are outstanding in location and convenience. I came to the dealership service department to get a repair for the second time. I was not greeted until another customer came in. When she did all 3 servicemen were eager to greet her. After dealing with her one gentleman then asked to help me. I was standing in front of Matts desk the entire time because he is my serviceman. He xxx not in the phone or anything . I had called the day before and spoke with him to tell him what was going on with my car. He took my information to call when it was ready but never even called me... After serval attempts to get I touch with him to check on my car another serviceman told me it was ready. I was not please with this visit. I usually have a good visit but I did not this time

To begin with, this repair was covered under my extended warranty so price was not an issue. I put up with a noise in my front end because I wasn't sure my warranty covered it. I finally made the call and Kathy said it was covered and bring it in. I scheduled the repair with Mark and he had Eric take a ride with me so as to demonstrate the noise. Eric and I went about 50 feet and he told me to take it back around and we'd get it on the lift. Turns out my front hubs on my HHR were bad. They had the parts and had the car fixed right after lunch. I'm impressed. To be honest, after I'd read the review about the woman with the problem with her Mustang door, I wasn't sure what to expect but now am happy with my repair.

When I purchased my Ford Edge, I also got the Three for Three package, and have never regretted it since. From the time I met the sales staff, all the way until now, I have NOT been disappointed. The staff is friendly, intelligent, and courteous. It took just over one hour yesterday to have an Oil change, tires rotated, and full inside and out wash done....and it was all covered on the 3 for 3. Love it! I was greeted kindly at my arrival to have my Ford F-150 serviced. It needed and oil change and tire rotation. It was done in a very timely manner, and when it was finished they washed it as well free of charge. One nice perk about buying a vehicle at Ford City is that you receive oil changes and tire rotations every 3,000 miles free of charge for 3 years. The service dept runs a report on your vehicle and will suggest what may need attention as the vehicle gets more mileage on it .

Update:One day after this review was posted we got a call from Derek Scroggins and he said he had done some additional research and he was able to find a way to get the truck repainted. They would pay for the cab to be redone and then we can pay for the liner to be installed in the bed.We got quotes and they approved the payment.Our truck was scheduled to begin being painted yesterday and there was a bit of a mixup in getting the PO to the painter - but they finally got it there.We should get our truck back tomorrow and I will update everyone then.-----We bought a brand new Ford F150 and paid $500 for additional clear coating to protect the vehicle.Now less than 4 years later - the paint is peeling.The company is not compensating in any way for the failure of the coating or the factory paint. They say they only warranty the paint for 3 years. How convenient it fails at 3 1/2 years.This is a work truck to represent my company. I had company logos applied to the vehicle (note: the paint is not peeling where the logo was applied so failure is not a result of the logo process).Now this is going to be a poor representation of my organization when I pull up to a customer site.While the engine is a good engine (less than 30000 miles) I will never buy another Ford vehicle if this is how Ford stands behind its product and if this is how Champaign Ford City stands behind its clear coating.

The people at Ford City are always so friendly they get the work done quickly and efficiently. I bought my car from them and have continued to use them for oil and tire service. I have in the past always changed my own oil but have not been doing that since I bought the car from them. Its just so much easier to have them do it and they alway clean and wash the car - they have developed a very good customer service culture here. Once you come you will stay with them. I'm going to get my mother a car from them when she comes back to Illinois because I can count on these people to take care of her.

We took our 2012 Expedition King Ranch in for its third oil change. The first two times we had great service and had the oil changed with full synthetic Valvoline. This third time we went in for the usual, requested full synthetic Valvoline oil, filter, and tire rotation. That evening my wife and I were reviewing the invoice and noticed they used synthetic blend. After digging in further, I noticed they charged us for 6 quarts of oil. We reviewed the owner's manual to confirm that they should have replaced the oil with 7 quarts. The Ford City dealership used the wrong oil, the wrong quantity and to top it off, the broke the drivers seat frame. Not only have they wasted our time they acted initially like it was our fault. Ford City lost our business when they compromised their integrity.

I took my 2009 Ford Escape into Ford City today for an oil change. I had two previously unsatifactory experiences with oil changes prior to today. They changed my oil and did not tighten the filter properly so my car leaked oil onto my garage floor and driveway. After the last experience I told them I would not be back. My service manager, Don, encouraged me to come back and he would personally make sure that everything was done correctly. So I stopped by to give them one last chance. I had enough points to get a free oil change today which was a nice perk. Don gave me a complimentary tire rotation to make up for my past trouble. My experience today was very good and helped to restore my confidence in the dealership.

I was looking for a 2013 MKZ with the options I wanted, and Ford City happened to have exactly what I wanted. Also, even though I live in the Chicago area, I purchased a vehicle from Brenda in 2011 and really wanted to purchase my next vehicle from her. Without going into too many details, I want people to know that Brenda has always gone way above and beyond in assisting me and making things right. I've never dealt with a car salesperson as honest, conscientious, and helpful as Brenda. She's a joy to work. I really appreciated her assistance in 2011 when I had some significant issues that no other dealership was able to help with. Brenda did everything she could to try to help me, even though her doing so didn't necessarily mean she'd get a sale. She is one in a million. Also, Anthony sent me pictures of the 2013 MKZ I purchased in Brenda's absence, which was a big help. Kathleen Troy was a pleasure to work with as well. In fact, everyone at the dealership I came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Ford City is an amazing dealership in my opinion; they know how to make you feel special and valued, unlike most Chicago-area dealerships.

I've known Brenda Pembor for around 30 years but have never bought anything from her. When I became interested in a used F-150 last winter I called Brenda and told her what I was looking for and what I intended to spend. It took a while to find the right truck (I wasn't in any big hurry) but she got a beautiful, low mileage Lariat that she had sold new in 2004 in a trade and that was the only truck I looked at and bought it. Ford City detailed it (it was so clean it didn't need a lot) and it literally looks like a brand new truck even though it has 66,000 miles. Brenda knows Ford trucks like the back of her hand and can answer any question you could possibly have about one.Kathy Troy handled all the paper work and she was most competent. I don't think it took 15 minutes to finish everything including the plates transfer, title, etc. If only DMV were as competent as Kathy!

Was having problems with my transmission. Initially, we were informed the problem was normal for vehicle. After calling again and speaking with service manager, arrangement were made, and vehicle dropped off. Received periodic updates from the dealership regarding status without having to call once. Upon return of our vehicle, I drove it and initially noticed the difference! It actually drives like a new car. Thanks guys!

I am more than happy to answer "Why" I have given your Ford City service department such poor ratings across the board. These ratings are, without question, extremely honest, highly valid, and dependable ratings: To start, I simply brought my Ford car into your Ford City service department approximately 1-1/2 weeks ago to get the latch on my driver's side door replaced. The latch was broken and would not latch on to the bar. I had to use a rope to keep the door closed and was entering/exiting through the passenger door. Mind you, at that point, the door just needed a new latch in order to fully shut; the latch would just not close on the bar. Still, Mr. Van Buskirk stated he would need to look at it first and that he would be available at 2:00 pm if I wanted to bring it up there to have it looked it. When I got there, Mr. Van Buskirk was nowhere to be found. After a gentleman from the service dept. looked for where he might possibly be, he came back approximately five minutes later and stated that Mr. Van Buskirk was currently out to lunch and would not have my car looked at until ~3:30 pm. (I should have questioned Mr. Van Buskirk's loyalty to his customers and irresponsible demeanor at that point...)However, needing my latch fixed so I would be able to safely tow my child back and forth to school, drive to work, and safely take care of all the errands I needed to run in preparing for an ISAT recognition party for 463 elementary school-aged children, I left my car there and took a "complimentary" ride home to get some other work done. Not even two minutes after I walked into the door of my home (~2:35 pm), Mr. Van Buskirk called me stating my door was ~2 inches off-track and would need new hinges and a new latch. I told him that for now, I can only afford the latch replacement at a cost of $260.00. I did not even question the two inches, even though I believed that it was less than an inch off-track. Indeed, before the latch finally gave out, the door shut just fine, not even having to pull up on it. Still, please remember that my door had been tightly closed w/a rope--pulling the door up--so there was no way the door could have weighed itself down further off of its hinges this whole time. At any rate, I went up there and paid for the part (~$50) as well as the labor and tax (~$210) in advance. At that point, Mr. Van Buskirk stated matter-of-factly to me, "The latch WILL be here in the morning and your car door WILL be fixed by tomorrow afternoon." (Yes, he matter-of-factly told me this after I specifically told him how important it was that it be promptly fixed.) Mr. Van Buskirk also told me he would be calling me the very NEXT morning, as soon as the part came in. So, I waited. Indeed, I waited patiently by the phone the entire morning and much of the afternoon--no call from Mr. Van Buskirk or anybody from Ford City. So, after I picked my son up from school later that afternoon, we went to Ford City to see what was going on. Mr. Van Buskirk did not remember me, even though I had just seen/talked with him on a couple of different occasions the previous day. Nevertheless, I followed him to his service desk so he could look-up my car. After looking up my car, he then (literally) looked at me like I was stupid for driving up there and asking about my already paid for part/service. He stated, "Oh, I remember you now. I TOLD you I would call you [yes, he emphasized the word, "told"]. The part is coming from another warehouse and it won't be here until Monday." At this point, I was a little bit miffed, to say the least. (Mr. Van Buskirk, you could not call me and tell me that my car would not be fixed that day as you specifically promised?!) At that point, if I had not already paid for the part AND the service, I would have certainly gone elsewhere to have my door fixed. However, that was not the case. I had already paid for the part/service and would now have to wait to have it fixed. (I did indeed feel like I was trapped between a rock and a hard place...) Wanting Mr. Van Buskirk and his team to take the best care of my car, I remained VERY polite and cooperative. (I figured I would be able to feel better about the situation after my car was eventually fixed via a review of some sort, such as the one I am posting to this site and will be sharing with Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc.) At that point, I politely asked him to e-mail me instead of calling on Monday as I would not be home to catch his call. I got home around 6:00 pm on Monday to find out that he had called earlier that day. There was never an e-mail sent to me after I SPECIFICALLY asked him to contact me via this method. (Mind you, there was no doubt that he had the right e-mail address; I watched him write it down as I was relaying it to him.)Still, after catching up with him on Tuesday (I had to leave a message and waited for him to call me back), I remained calm and did not even mention the fact that I specifically asked him to e-mail me. We set the appointment to have my latch replaced on Wednesday--almost a week later and the day before the huge elementary school party we were throwing. (At that point, I had one day to finish preparing for this huge event and I had been waiting to do much of the shopping for refreshment items until after my door was fixed. Going in and out of the passenger side to get to the driver's side in a Mustang is no easy feat, even for someone as small as I am. To exacerbate the situation, with so many needed items, room would be tight for me to fit everything into my car. I would have to hop over some of it in order to get into the driver's seat.)When Mr. Van Buskirk and his team finally got the latch replaced and gave me my car key back, I expected my door to shut and to be completely safe in my car while running last-minute errands for all of these party items. That was not the case. When I got to my car, the door was ajar. I got in and tried to shut the door; the door shield came apart on me--I pushed it back in. I then looked at the latch and it had been replaced; however, the door was now off-track by ~4-6 inches. Please remember, Mr. Van Buskirk admitted himself it was only off-track by ~2 inches when he looked at my car the previous week. Please also remember, my door had been closed tight the whole time, without ever being opened (except when it was being serviced), so there was no way the door could have weighed itself down off of its hinges this whole time. Nevertheless, I could not bother with it at that time. I had much to do still and I was not about to let down all of these children! I knew I would have to wait. I would have to get my errands run and would have to wait and call them about it later.After I went to a couple of stores; of which, I practically pulled my arm out of its socket trying to lift the door from the inside by that much--whereas, before the latch finally gave out, it would shut just fine, even being a questionable ~2 inches off-track--I finally realized I would have to start using the passenger side door again. Indeed, my door is MUCH worse now than it was before I took it to your service department. (It's unbelievable how this is even possible!) Unquestionably, the door must now be lifted up ~ 4-6 inches. Furthermore, in order for it to even latch--after raising it up by that much--it must be slammed hard; the new latch will not automatically catch when it hits the bar. What is more--and this is the kicker--the lock does not work anymore! Beforehand, there was NEVER a problem with the lock. The lock must now be worked with in order to get it to unlock. (Coming out of the first store the day it was "fixed"--with ~20 gallons of lemonade in my cart--I was very worried I would be toting all of that lemonade around while trying to find a locksmith to come open my car door! I practically broke the key trying to get it to unlock! It still continues to lock itself after lifting up on the handle. Only after "working" it, will the lock release now.)After I finally got home after running all of my errands, I called Mr. Van Buskirk. He denied weighting the door down another 2-4 inches so that I would HAVE to pay for new hinges and additional costly service. He also stated he would be happy to take a look at the lock if I wanted to bring it up there. (Mr. Van Buskirk, you cannot seriously expect me to trust you EVER again!)My door is now locked shut as I continue to enter/exit through the passenger door of my car. I am currently looking elsewhere to have the destructive damage your service department has caused to my car, fixed. Indeed, I have wasted much of my time, money, and effort with Ford City's service department; including valuable time I have had to spend just to get my voice heard in writing this lengthy review. After the absolutely horrific experience I have had with your service department (after truly not expecting it coming from a Ford dealership I whole-heartedly trusted), there is no reason whatsoever I should ever want to come back to the carriage center again, for anything. (If this is the type of service your customers receive from your service department, what should make us think other carriage center departments are not just as irresponsible?) Moreover, I WILL be telling EVERYONE that I know and then some how horribly I was treated and will go at length to let them know about the extremely poor service and disrespect I received, much like I have here. Hopefully, this review will be paid great attention to as you strive to correct the team in your service department, namely, Mr. Jeff Van Buskirk.I am deeply saddened it has come to this...Thank you for your time and interest in this review.Sincerely,Evelyn DavidsonA Ford owner, but NEVER AGAIN a Ford City customer.

My 2011 Ford Explorer had previous problems, reoccured approximately 3 times, with faulty manufacture/design of the windshield pillar covers.Ford City was exceptional and persistent in their numerous attempts required to ultimately resolve this problem with Ford Motor Co. Problem was Ford Motor Co. design flaw-not Ford City problem.My experience with service has been exceptional: courteous, polite and efficient. I had a bad wheel senser in my E350 van that was messing up the tracktion control. I had cleened conectors and it would be ok for 6 months. I won't consider it fixed for 6 months to a year, but for now the light is staying off. That's why i didn't rate quality of work. Also my service rep. was sick the day I came back to get the repair done so it afected the comunication, but it happens and the repair still got done ok.

Everytime I take in my truck. They do this inspection and say it needs about 1,000 dollars worth of work. Alot of the stuff has already been done. Flush the fuel system three hundred dollars, give me a break. Flush the break fluid / fluid doesn't break down. I had a front end alignment. 1 month later I had a Tune up and they said my coil spring is busted in half. I had you guys change my differential oil. The next time I took it in my seals were leaking. Evertime I have something serviced, the next visit that seal or gasket or pan is leaking or needs replaced. I have to question the dealerships honesty. I don't think I will bring my vehicle back. I'm a working man, not some rich guy that you must be accustomed to visiting this establishment.

I typically walk away with a positive experience. This particular visit, I discovered some grease on the door jam and roof interior after my oil change and tire rotation. I phoned my service rep and he's going to have the detail guys clean it up right away.

Price, friendliness and customer service were excellent. However, the quality of work needs to be looked at. I found the steering wheel dirty and I found oil on the mat and carpet in the front passenger seat. Hopefully this will be corrected on my next service trip.

WE bought a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Mr. Green early in 2009 (delivery in August 2009). We liked the vehicle a lot. Unfortunately it was in a crash - total loss. As a result we applied the insurance payment and a CD to purchase a 2012 - "younger brother" of the previous car. We had gotten friendly, informative service from Mr. Green in 2009, hence went back to him this time also. We trust him. Except for a couple of oil changes at Jiffy Lube, we had the 2010 always serviced at Ford City, finding the work very satisfactory, the turn-around on maintenance or repair to our liking, and the price standard for the work done. We were happy with this aspect of the dealership also.

Oil change = excellent. Washing of Lincoln was done excellent. Manager said it would be vacuumed out as well. (I did not ask for it but was enthused that it would be done. It was not and I did not notice. After telling the wife that is was washed and vacuumed inside, she was all smiles. (her car) then when she went to drive it later I found I was in trouble. It had not been vacuumed and I did not notice before I told her. I am not very observant. I took the guy at his word. OOOPs. ) I am content with Ford. My wife is less so. (HER CAR)

We needed a key made for a car that we had bought from Ford City, but we had a meeting that we needed to attend and the key wouldn't be done in time for us to get to our meeting. We were given a car to drive and they took ours to service and we were on our way. When we got back our car was ready. Because of them giving us the use the car we were able to make our meeting and other appointments that day.

We purchased my wife's Ford Edge from Ford City and have had all the service done here as well. Matt Odom has been great to work with and has put forth the extra effort to make sure we were treated fairly. I was moving across the country and had a problem with my 22 year old Ford F-150. I stopped at noon on Friday of memorial day weekend. Matt was awesome. He came up with an innovative temporary solution to get me back home to Colorado safely. It was so busy in the service bay but he took the time to help me out. The solution held for the 18 hour drive and I arrived safely. Thanks Matt for helping me out! It's refreshing to know that there are good people in the world that help with a smile.

first off ijust want to say thank you to everyone who helped my stranded daughter.she in school in champaign and we live 3 hours north near wisconsin border.she needed to get home for some minor surgery afer her classes went to car started it heard a noise and could not turn her steering wheel. she ran to class we called a tow truck and they took her 2007 ford fusion to your dealership.you fixed while she was in class and had it ready for her drive home. again thank you for your kind service and very fair price

The sales person, Brenda Pembro has sold us our last 5 or 6 vehicles and she is very knowledgeable and friendly. Brenda spent a lot of hours looking for just the right truck for us. We told her want we wanted and she was able to find exactly what we wanted. The finance person, Kathleen Troy is very excellant and efficient. Kathleen is so knowledgeable about everything and made the procedures almost painless. All of the employees at Ford City in Champaign, Illinois are friendly and helpful. We are always treated with respect. They are always have been able to fix any of our concerns in a professional manner and in the time quoted.

In my many experiences with car dealers over the years, I have never had a better experience. The sales consultant, Kip Malinowski, was very knowledgeable and very friendly without being high pressure. He seemed to actually want to give us the best deal he could. For the first time, I felt that, despite my limited negotiating skills, I was not being "taken." Kathleen Troy did an excellent job clarifying the mystifying papers required. She was efficient and friendly, truly smiling at us the whole time, even though (because we had not planned on actually buying a car that day) we kept her almost two hours past closing time. Kip, also kept that late, never stopped smiling either. And the whole time their care for us and smiles seemed to be genuine, unlike the plastic smiles of some other car dealers I have encountered.The customer service after buying the car is also excellent, from providing rides both ways when having service, offering soft drinks, coffee, and popcorn, and telling us that if we came in on Saturday, there are donuts, too.When my wife is ready to buy a new car, this is the first place she will look, too.

Adrian was not pushy, he was very imformative,knowledgeable,about the vehicle we were asking about. After the purchase he went through the operaton of the vehicle and offered for us to return if we had an issues with the Truck operaton etc. He showed us around the service department and showed us what we will need to do when we visit for oilchanges etc. We would definitely feel comfortable working with him again in the future. We do own a business and will be in the market to upgrade one of our delivery vans in the near future.Kathleen Troy - the finanace manager - I think she could perform her portion of this job in her sleep. She knows her job very well, but she makes it personable and makes the customer feel very comfortable. She had some good ideas on ways to use the rebates to our advantage and constructed the financing to our needs. She was calling me first thing Monday morning to schedule my vehicle for the environmental package,bed liner and roll type bed cover. Both of these people deserve a big pat on the back for a job well done and we look forward to dealing with all of you in the future.ThanksRich and Fran Coyne

I just wanted everyone to know of the experience i had while traveling out of town, I was on my way to Indiana and my vehicle was giving me some issues, it broke down in the town of Champaign Illinois, I looked up the closet Ford dealer and gave them a call, I was greeted on the phone by the nicest voice, i explained my problem and she transferred me to service, I spoke to Mark and told him i was broke down, he assured me that all would be fine, he even arranged to have me towed in!!!. The tow company arrived and he was professional, when i got to the dealership i was greeted by the service advisor who quickly got my vehicle in, after only 20 mins i was told my vehicles battery and alternator would need to be replaced, I had to get to Indiana and Mark promptly called a rental car for me. The following day i returned from my meeting, I did not have to take the car back, your company had the rental company pick it up, after i payed for the service i recieved, i noticed Mark running out to my vehicle, he stopped me and informed me i had been charged for the alternator core, so i went back in and was refunded that amount, I found this to be very honest, this shows me that your dealership is Trustworthy, reliable and went out of the way for me... I commend your dealership and will stop by everytime iam in the area.. Thank you Ford City, and keep up the Fantastic work....

Our experience with Ford City was outstanding! We cannot get over how easy and enjoyable the whole process was from start to finish. Bill and Todd were excellent! They were both professional yet personable and made our car buying experience stress free and a lot of fun. They were both very responsive through e-mail and were thorough answering our questions and explaining all of the features of the car before we left the lot. Scott Miller in the financing department was outstanding also, he explained everything in a clear, concise, and expedient manner. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from Ford City and referring all of our friends and family!

I had recently moved from another state and was referred to this dealership by a friend. I was hoping to find a dealer and salesman I could trust. I wanted to be able to rely on their expertise in models and reliability of the cars they sell. I visited the dealership with a list of the type of car and features I needed. I met Bill Green, who put me at ease immediately by being responsive to my list. We looked at my list together. He asked appropriate questions and made some additional recommendations. We went to the lot together and he showed me several cars that met my requirements. We sat in each one as he reviewed the particular features of that car. Every car had all of the features I wanted and also some additional features I might find useful. We took each car out for a test drive with Bill answering all questions and pointing out the particular features of each car. After the test drives, he went back to his office and left the cars open for me to explore on my own. I wrote down a list of questions about each car and returned to his office. As we talked about the cars, I realized that it would be helpful to have the "sticker" sheet to take with me to use in comparing the cars. Bill went out to the cars, took the sticker sheet off of each one and photocopied them for me. He also made sure I had the warranty information on each car. He continued to encourage and answer all my questions. I think he must have spent at least 3 hours with me. The entire time he was gracious and accommodating. I left with plenty of information to consider. My intention was to make a decision and return to buy a car. I became wrapped up in other changes related to my move. Bill called me to ask if I had any questions and to let me know he would be there to help when I was ready to make a decision. It was at least a month before I contacted him again. I made an appointment with him to decide on the car to buy. When I arrived, I told him which cars I was interested in looking at again. I took each car out for a lengthy drive by myself. It helped to become much more aware of the particular features of the cars. I made a decision, we agreed on a reduced price and the paperwork was completed. I wanted the title to be in two names and arrangements were made to meet later in the week to complete the paperwork for the sale. Everyone I encountered during this entire process was friendly, happily answered all my questions and made suggestions that made buying the car much easier for me. Kathleen Troy was also exceptionally informative in helping me complete the paperwork. Everyone I encountered at the Ford City dealership was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and accommodating. I plan to return for service on my car feeling confident that the service department will be just as competent as Bill and Kathleen. If I need to buy another car, I will definitely return to Ford City and Bill Green

Matt is a great sales person. He goes far beyond what is expected as a car sales person to get you what you want in an automobile. He is very down to earth and easy to deal with. Scott Miller, Buiness Manager and Scott Jordan, Sales Manager was very easy to deal with also. The process of buying my car was go smooth and I have never had that in a dealership anywhere. Matt and the Ford City team went above and beyond to provide a quality experience!Matt worked with me to keep the purchase within my budget, including taxes and dealer doc. fees. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and the team emailed all the info and phoned often to ensure I had what I needed.Matt even picked me up at the train station in my truck! The whole team stayed beyond "normal" business hours to enable me to test drive and do a thorough inspection. After all of that, Matt demonstrated the spare tire operation and set me up for the long drive home with a full tank of gas and new windshield wiper blades.After the sale, they checked to make sure I made it back to my home state and was still satisfied with the performance of the truck.I highly recommend Matt Russel and the Ford City team for your new or used vehicle purchase.

Bought a Flex from Ford City on the supplier pricing program. Got a fair price for my trade. Salesperson was knowledgable about the how to use all the toys on the car. Loan department found me a lower rate than I could get from my bank. I like all of the free services that I get with the car (oil changes, Owner service program, and tires program.) I have bought from their other stores and had good service and I am sure that I will get the same here.
