The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle. The entire process from the time we walked in the door until we left with our vehicle was extremely quick. We were impressed with the entire staff and our overall experience. We drove over two hours (and by the way....we have large dealerships 10 minutes away) and will be doing business again with Champion Chevrolet.

We looked at six other dealerships in the Louisville area and were awed by the professionalism and courtesy that this dealership has compared to the other big 2-3 in Louisville. It was worth the drive and we will purchase all our vehicles through them for as long as we need a car. RIcci Walton and Jennifer Glass were outstanding. Every feature I wanted, fully loaded, low mileage, great price, the right finance, = equals an excellent experience. Rita Dean, my salesperson, was professional and honest. She was always prompt answering my questions. The initial contact was immediate. In 22 years of purchasing vehicles, this was by far the easiest. My pre approval for financing and inventory search was done before I went to the dealership. I felt like I truly made the right purchase because I had time to compare vehicles and apply for the best interest rate. Champion got me the best rate by 4 %. The inventory selection was top notch. Definitely would recommend RITA and Champion Cheve - LaGrange KY, worth the drive!

I contacted Champion Chevrolet with a used Tahoe I found on Kelly Blue Book asking for them to obtain it for me. The salesman said he could locate on just like it and probably at a better price. That same day he reported exactly that - a duplicate (I was very specific on my specs) and at a modestly lower price. The car arrived sooner than expected and with even lower mileage than I anticipated. It was a win-win. The price was reasonable as far as I could tell. The trade in was very smooth. Champion Chevrolet deserves high marks for living up to their standard of excellent customer service. Fresh air in the world of car dealers.

We were very disatisfied with the sales team at Champion. We came to them looking at a used vehicle they had. We really liked the vehicle and we were ready to make a deal until the offer they made on our trade-in was insulting to us. The vehicle we were offering to trade was newer than the one we wanted to purchase and it also had fewer miles on it. The car we looked at also had the "check engine" light on and were willing to take a gamble on buying it "as is." They would not come off the price of the vehicle we came to see and offered us nearly $1000 less for our trade than what it should have been. We felt that they could have worked with us more. We will never refer anyone to them.

After two pleasant experiences with Champions service department this year I was encouraged to shop for a vehicle there. I contacted the dealership by phone and was directed to Dennis Moore who guided me to their website; its very user friendly. Number one on my criteria list was mpg; unlike many other dealers, its clearly identified on each vehicle online. Dennis let me test drive my 2012 Chevy Cruze over the weekend where it performed above expectations and averaged 35 mpg. The Cruze looks great, has a roomy interior, and handles like a bigger carI love driving it and havent been this excited about a car in many years. The overall demeanor of everyone I dealt with, especially Dennis was friendly, helpful, and eager to please. I would recommend the team at Champion to anyone looking for a well run dealership thats trustworthy.

My Review Of Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC: I came in looking for a 2013 Chevy Cruze RS David was my sales man he is awesome! He didn't have the color and options I was looking for so we got on the internet and found the Chevy Cruze RS I was looking for within minutes. David had the car picked up from another dealer and brought it to LaGrange and the next day I came in and test drove the car. That afternoon I bought my car and I love the Chevy Cruze RS model that I have matter of fact this is the second Chevy Cruze I have owned. Anytime I have a question(s) about my Chevy Cruze or my Chevy Silverado I know I can contact David and he is always glad to assist in getting my question(s) answered or my issues resolved. Only mistake I have made was when I purchased my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 I should of went back to Champion Chevrolet but I wasn't thinking at the time. But I do know from here on out I will only take my Chevy Cruze and Chevy Silverado to Champion Chevrolet to be serviced. I highly recommend David he is very curtious, knowledgeable, caring, professional and represents the business well. As a matter of fact I took my daughter to Champion Chevrolet and she had the opportunity to deal with David herself first hand. I was very comfortable with his sales technique. I came in looking at the Subaru Outback they had gotten recently. Todd was my sales man he is awesome! I loved the car so much I bought it the day before my birthday I bought the car thru my credit union and Todd made sure I was happy at the rate I got thru my credit union, I was I got 2.7 percent! I bought the car and the very next day Todd called me for two reasons, one he said happy birthday I was pleasantly surprised he remembered my birthday and to make sure I still liked my car! This team went above and beyond to help me complete the purchase of a 2011 GT 500 convertible. I live 700 miles away from champions and they gave me an incredible deal on the car, had tons of great pictures, even met on a Sunday morning to deliver the car to me and my son so we could make the 7 hour drive home. This is the best buying experience I have ever had, from the manager giving me a great deal, to Bryan's communication, to Melissa in finance giving me warranty options. Everyone was very honest and very pleasant to deal with. I will drive 7 hours to buy from then again!

My husband and I found a deal we couldn't pass up at Champion. We weren't looking to purchase right away, but knew we wanted to buy a Nissan 350Z. Champion had the vehicle so we decided to take a look. I spoke with Todd initially on the phone to ensure the vehicle was still on the lot and how late they would be open for us to still make the hour drive to the lot. We were greeted by Todd when we arrived and he already had the keys to the vehicle in his hand upon our arrival! He copied my license and sent us on our way for test drive, just my husband and I. Todd trusted us immediately to take the vehicle out on our own and that was huge for me. We had the opportunity to drive it and explore the vehicle on our own. When we arrived back to the lot, Todd greeted us again inside and we got to work on crunching the numbers. We had done our homework on this vehicle and for the miles/price, we couldn't pass it up.Through the entire experience, Todd was not pushy, he was extremely friendly and answered every question we had. Todd made this experience easy and so stress free. This is the easier car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased 4 or so vehicles from various other places in the past. Even though we kept Todd well past closing hours so we could close the deal, he kept a positive attitude and was very easy to chat with on the side. I've never understood why car buying has to be so difficult, but most dealerships make it that way. Champion was different. I saw the truck I had been looking for online. Pictures were not up yet, so I called the dealership and they were quickly emailed to me. I went out for a test drive the next day. The salesman, David, met me out there even though it was his day off. The price was right, the truck was exactly as described, so I purchased it. There were no hard sales, no hidden fees, no pushiness to try to get me to go with their financing or warranties. After getting all the paperwork in order, they even delivered the truck to me! This really clinched the deal for me because I did not have a trade and the dealership was about an hour away from where I live. The truck was freshly detailed when they dropped it off. I would highly recommend this dealership and my salesman, David. Next time I am car shopping I will be calling them first.

Patrick williams is the most straight forward car saleman I have ever met. You work a deal with him and he dosen't try to slip any late add ons to you, or at least that was the way he treated me. I will find Patrick when we are ready to purchase my wife a new car.My experience with the finance department was also smooth as can be, Melissa was verry helpful with all my questions.And last I took my truck in for service on April 11th because of a noise in the front brakes, the service manager got me right in with no appointment and had me on my way with in a half hour.I have told all my friends about Champion Chevrolet its a little drive from my house but well worth it.

Rita Dean is an agent I would recommend to anyone. I negotiated with several dealers and nobody showed me the as much respect and honesty as Rita. She took the time to listen and therefore was in tune with what my expectations. I was driving in from out of town and was fearful that the deal would change or the car wouldn't be as she described it. I was wrong, Rita took care of everything and the transaction went smoothly. Our experience at Champoin could not have gone any smoother than it did. Everyone was very helpful/friendly, and there was no pressure or hassle. All of our questions were answered and time was spent getting us oriented with the new vehicle. They worked with us to get us the best deal possible. Champion has since stayed in contact with us to make sure we are completely satisfied. We will definitely go back to Champion in the future and tell family and friends to check Champion out!

Patrick, as well as the entire staff, were accomodating and friendly. I feel that I received a great deal on the Jeep that I purchased. Patrick even came in to work with us on his day off! I found my vehicle online and everything was as stated, no surprises. I am 100% happy with my experience.

I was just visiting the store after hours not expecting to talk to anyone yet. Just tryhing to get a visual on what the Buick Lacross looked like. Then I met Patrick Williams who was staying late for another customer. He assured me that this would be the easiest purchase I've ever made and he kept his promise. My experience with Patrick at Champion was great. He was very knowledgable about the car and was a pleasure to work with. He was very respectful and was not pushy at all. Thanks Patrick. You are the best my family has ever dealt with.. I live out of town and was sceptical to buy away from home. All I did is make one phone call and the energy and professionalism I received from Patrick put me at ease.. Within 20 minutes of my phone call, he emailed me the complete background information including carfax, service records, previous owner info and a complete detailed list of equipment. He even offerred to send me a video of the vehicle.. I really appreciate that he understood my needs and concerns and addressed them immediately.. Saw a car listed via the Internet. Called, spoke to sales person, Vicky in the afternoon. Called after work to confirm that she would be available after my 1 hour drive. I called and spoke to manager when I realized taht I would be there right as closing time and asked to have teh car available to look at. I arrived and apparently, the car was sold several hours earlier! Vicky was apologetic, but the manager was quit insolent. Was this intentional to have me look at another car? Based upon my experience, I would be concerned about the integrity of this dealership and manager.
