Service keeps getting better all the time, I love this Dealership and my service advisor, everyone works so hard there. This dealership is GREAT! I love the service along with the donuts they provide. I shall keep going here until I move away from Vegas. My Service Advisor has always taken care of my SUV needs, I like going there on Saturdays' to enjoy getting out of the house, and to mingle from a distance with other people. It gets interesting! Every time I go to Chapman Dodge, I always keep EXCELLENT SERVICE, it doesn't matter what my is, I would not go elsewhere, I love the people who work there and always tell my friends!

Chapman Dodge is Awesome. They take Great care of my car. Their Sales & Service Departments are Great. They listen & provide really Good Customer service. My service advisor on my most recent visit was Veronica Martinez & she was very patient & very helpful. She made my experience Awesome.

Chapman service took care of a software update on my 2018 Jeep Compass as required by the manufacturer. Russell greeted me as my service customer manager and he quickly assessed my situation, put me in the new Express Lane, did the point check as I told them I was driving to Phoenix the next day, and had me in & out in 45 min. Russell was transparent in what the service would entail and delivered my car back to me to drive out in less time than I anticipated. Thank you, Russell and Chapman. I felt confident and safe with my Compass in your hands.

I just recently bought my third car from here so that should tell you how great the sales team is. Chris Montana the sales manager always give us a great fair deal. My sales guy Zach was amazing , and super helpful. The whole process was so easy. Go see these guys.
