Came in for The Works and I had a leak in my tire. We mainly dealt with Cory and he was very professional and courteous, but everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and efficient. Cory showed us everything that was wrong with the tire and let us know everything that had to be done. Also, all of the work was done in such a timely manner. We were in and out in a little over 30 minutes. We were very happy with our service. EDIT*** Just bought my second vehicle from Chapman Ford on 11/15/21. I would rather shop at no other dealer because I’ve been a long time customer of Chapman and completely trust this dealership. Our salesman, David Greenberg, helped us select a vehicle that suited our needs and found us a great deal. The sale was seamless and everything went very well. I will continue to use this dealer. Working with Mike was an absolute pleasure! Mike is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision and most importantly, a professional who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process wasn’t long and drawn out. The finance manager was fast and efficient as well. I highly recommend you talk to Mike Moyer if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. Had a very great experience. Walked in for my appointment and then got with Brian Brooks. He was great, allowed me to check and road test the vehicles I was interested in. He didn’t give me pressure on getting a vehicle just allowed me to see if the vehicle was right for me. Sat down and talked about my options and decided on the 2020 Ford F-150 lariat and it was the best decision I could’ve made as well. Thank you Brian for helping me out and being a great salesman and thank you to the Chapman team for allowing me to get the vehicle I wanted in a short amount of time.

My salesman (Aaron Conway) was wonderful to work with. I used Ford's website to locate the vehicle I was interested in, so I walked in the door knowing exactly which truck I wanted. Aaron was quick to get me some numbers for both the car and the add-on services and warranties so I could finalize my purchase. He was polite and attentive the whole time, and was able to clearly explain everything that was confusing. If any of my friends or family are looking for a new Ford, I will be sure to point them to Aaron!

Chapman Ford is the only place I'll go to for my car needs. I have purchased all my cars there and they treat me fairly and respectfully. Recently I had some work done on my Lincoln at the Chapman Body Shop and they were fantastic. The communication was seamless. I knew what was happening every step of the way and had my car returned to me when promised in excellent condition. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
