My 2011 camaro is under recall for ignition and power seats. Took it in and they didn't even do anything. Took it to the back, waited 45mins just to get back the same way I gave it to them. It's funny that a retired fire chief was there to get a nail removed from his tire only to return within 15mins for the same issue. They never removed the nail. Never going back, they freaking suck....

Recently, I received a notice from GM indicating a possible problem with my 2011 Chevy Traverse(throttle-position sensor may cause engine to run rough). Even though I didn't get any warning light indicators for my engine (was sluggish during acceleration), the service adviser who greeted me on my arrival, Lisa Guy, kept checking to ensure that my vehicle was okay knowing I planned a trip home for the holidays. The throttle body assembly did have to be replaced; my trip home was smooth. Thank you Lisa for being so tenacious.

I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service at Chevyland in Shreveport. I have attempted to get an issue resolved with my automobile, which I purchased at this facility; however, the "service manager" has not assisted in scheduling an appointment for my repair. Each time I call the dealership I am directed to voicemail.

My 2003 Trailblazer (which I bought in 2002) became undriveable (broken cable in the gear shift) Monday night. Tuesday morning it was towed to Chevyland. Due to the high volume of business that day I was asked if an overnight stay would be ok. It was as I had visiting family in town and was off from work. The next afternoon Dusty with Chevyland told me my vehicle would be ready the next day before noon. I told him I had to work the next 4 days from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and my asked about a loaner since family left Wednesday. He called me back and told me no loaners were available and realizing how important it was for me to be able to get to work Chevyland assigned 2 other techs to help get my vehicle ready THAT evening instead. He told me they would stay late if needed to do so in order to have me back on the road that nignt. He gave me an estimated time of 5:30 for my repairs to be done (some other "routine" work needed to be done as well). The techs leave at 5:00 PM. At 5:36 Dust let me know my vehicle was ready! Dust and the service department went above and beyond the minimum for me. They could have told me that there was nothing they could do but they went outside the box to satisfy just ONE person. Many more companies can learn from this. My sales experience was awesome enough but the service I have had over the past 13 years has been awesome. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone but Chevyland for the rest of my life.

I brought my Equinox in for an oil/filter change. I had no wait upon arrival as the service department was just opening for the day. A service tech was there to take my information and direct my to the lounge. As I waited for my car, I listend to the program that Chevy Land plays on the TV. I found the news on new products, etc. to be very interesting. Thank you again for all your help!!

Tim Cassario was awesome. I have never had such a hassle free experience. I got a great deal and no stress at all. I felt good about my purchase from beginning to end. Eric Falting was great in finance. It can be stressful and scary to sign paperwork on such a major purchase. Eric explained everything very clearly and made the finance experience very comfortable. Chevyland also had a great atmosphere. It was very clean, modern, and all of the employees I met were very nice and helpful. Layne Huckabay was my salesperson the first day that I came in and it was Tim's day off. Layne was great also. He had a great personality and I could tell immediately that he was a very good salesman. I rarely take the time to fill out surveys like this, but my experience at Chevyland was so good that I "WANTED" to fill out this survey. Tim, Eric, and Layne have earned my repeat business for Chevyland. I will definitely refer anyone I can and I already know where I'm buying my next vehicles... Almost forgot, I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!

Jana was great to work with. She had my car ready and waiting when I arrived at 7 pm after a 2 1/2 hour drive from Ball, LA. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Everything was quick and the staff was friendly. This is a huge contrast to the last car buying experience I had with another dealership where I was left waiting for 7 hours. I can tell you that I will never go back to the other place, but I would not hesitate to go back to Chevyland!

Average turnaround on minor repair of new model Chevrolet Truck 9 Days. Initially brought vehicle in for Steering issue, it took 4 phone calls and a manager on the 7th day to get someone to look at the truck to provide a quote for service. Once Service was quoted, it included multiple items, I consider Generic replacement items, those items that Dealerships always tack on, regardless of wear and tear. The first trip in, cause issue with the truck that resulted in a second trip to the dealership, where they proceeded to charge to fix issue's they caused. Second trip to dealership, to fix previous issues caused, took 9 days to get the service writer to provide a quote, not to mention only because i was calling 4 times a day. Im really not sure how this place stays in business. Very dissatisfied.

Our salesman, Justin Carroll, was very helpful and never tried to pressure us. We were very specific about the type of truck we were looking for, and he had the keys waiting for us when we arrived. My 2012 Z71 truck battery died, and when I called the dealer they said to look on the battery for how many years it's good. By doing so it said 6 yrs. Servie/parts said its covered under warinty if the truck is under 2 years, and less then 36,000 miles, which it had, so they replaced the battery, but they told me it was hard for them to do this without the truck being their. I told the service person I was told to bring it in, which I did and HE made it good by replaceing hte battery on the spot. Thanks for your support! JRB

When I took my car in I was told most of the technicians were in some type of class and the work I wanted done would probably not be done that day. I was told that was fine because I had another vehicle. I was called about my car when it was diagnosed and was given a total that included diagnostic plus work which I felt the diagnostic should have been deducted from the amount since I got the work done.

Sil Taylor Collins is the greatest . The receptionist at front entrance wasn't friendly or helpful , but Sil made up for that with her warm personality and kindness and readiness . The general manager and finance manager were knowledgable and very helpful . Overall it was a great experience . I have recommended Chevyland and Sil to friends .

I always come here for my car service needs. This past experience was the worst so far. I didn't mind waiting an hour or two for service because i was notified ahead of time that they were backed up. I think that the mechanics are rushing and trying to get quantity over quality. I would rather wait longer and have all aspects of my car's inspection looked at instead of getting in and out but not getting as thorough of an inspection. I had to send my car back after it was brought out to me because of several missed items that would have been caught if a thorough inspection would have been conducted.

Horrible! Horrible experience buy a preowned car. We were sold a used car that had a faulty back up camera. The sales person saw it and noted it when we test drove the car. We made the problem aware to management before we signed any paper work and all parties assured us they would fix the backup camera at no charge to us. All it took for this friendly sales team to change was our signature on the paperwork. We scheduled a time to have the work done on a later date. Once we showed up to get it fixed they tried to charge us $900 for the repair. I talked with our sales person and she informed the maintenance staff and her boss what was happening and of the promises that has already been made on their part to fix the problem. I literally see her walk out of her bosses office, grab her purse, and leave through the back door. We get called called in to the used car sales managers office a man by the name of Gerry Sanders. He informs us that they will not be fixing the problem and that if we had been told otherwise by any of his team that we had been lies to! He admires they had lied to make the sale! I told him if they didn't hold up to their word that we would never be doing business with them again. He literally smirked and told me that with a business their size they didn't need my business and asked me and wife to leave. Unless you just want to be another number on their quotas don't buy your cars from here.

Well, had an flat that could not be repaired. ONly 6700 miles on tires. Had insurance I bought from u upon vehicle purchase. All costs covered except about $13.00. Discussed with Chris in Service and also an insurance rep. Still confused as to why the entire cost was not covered. It is not the money but the principal.

We would like to thank Justin Carroll and his coworkers for getting us the best deal and making it so easy for us. When I had my vehicle towed to Chevyland the representative told me that my extended warranty may cover a rental. The reason was because of the time it was towed in and they didn't have time to check it out. Therefore, the rental would be on me. However, he assured me that they would check it out the next day (Friday) so that I wouldn't be without a vehicle during the weekend. However, that didn't happen and the service Manager told me that I would be responsible for getting the rental (of course I didn't agree with that, but in order to have a vehicle I told him to go ahead and make the reservation). However, when I got to Enterprise they said that Chevyland was covering the cost. I don't understand why I had to go through all of this.

My experience was not a good one. I had to return the next morning because the young man acted as if he didn't want to work that day. Instead of looking into the problem of why the air was leaking out of my tire, he spayed liquid solution on my tire, took it to the back, put in the tire and said he didn't find anything wrong. I had to return the next morning with the same problem. This time the problem was found within 15 minutes and fixed. I wasted time and gas, not mention I was late for work because I had to return for a simple problem of finding a screw in my tire. I was not pleased at all.

The team at Chevyland has always been very helpful and courteous whenever I have had problems with my car. I have had quite a lot of problems with my 2009 Malibu and the team at Chevyland is always helpful. If only, GM cars had the same quality as the people who service them. One of the door locks was replaced under warranty and now that the warranty has expired the other lock has started malfunctioning. I understand wear on things but it seems as if GM parts are not reliable. Thank you for havin such a great team at Chevyland.

She took us to each department and introduced us to the Staff and Manager of the Service Department. The Manager of the Dealership came over and introduced Himself and made us feel welcome in the Dealership. This was my Daughters first New Car purchase and the Staff went beyond of what was expected to make it special for Her! Right down to letting Her drive Her New Car off the Showroom Floor !! I felt like they treated me very well during the car buying process, we was able to keep in touch on a daily basis to keep each other updated. I also thought that it was great that after we thought we found the car we wanted which was the sonic LS, about a couple days later they had a sonic LT ( higher end version ) that was on sale for cheaper than the LS and it was the same color so it worked out great. I thank them for being to helpful, the process was so easy and fast. Next time I am ready to buy a vehicle I will be coming right back. P.S. They even gave me a full tank of gas!

After being told what the problem was with my car after telling the representative that my problem was the result of a large rock hitting my car underneath. When my insurance adjuster came out, he says that he was told that I did not tell the rep that it was the result of an accident on the street where the city was doing repairs. Therefore it took numerous phone calls to my insurance company to get results. Nevertheless.my overall experience was very good. Chris was very kind and I am satisfied with my service and the way I was treated.

My service advisor is a dream, I adore Mr Dean. He is always professional and courteous.However, the length of time it took to service my car is an issue. I bring my car to Chevyland to receive quality service from a trusted source. I schedule appointments for service to avoid a lengthy visit. My oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours. That was 2 hours away from work. Customers with an appointment should take priority over walk-ins. If the issue was multiple appointments, then there should be a limit to the number of appointments scheduled. I will return to Chevyland because I appreciate the quality of service and quality matters when you love your vehicle. However, if the length of time continues to be excessive I will consider using a different location to service my vehicle.

Didnt like to ask for the sheet the mechanic fills out and leaves in your truck when he is through. like to read it and see what is worn or needs replaced. I had to have my car towed on a Saturday. I talked to Dean before he left for the day. He told me that he could get me a rent car so I could get to work and would call me when he new what was wrong. It was the Shift Cable and it was covered under my service agreement. I only had to pay $25.00. That is the least amount I have ever paid for car repairs. Thanks Chevyland-Shreveport, LA

We bought a certified, used 2009 Chevrolet Malibu from here several months ago and we were told that it had the 3.6L V6 engine from the salesman and the listing, but when I was checking the oil before a road trip, I noticed that the car in fact had an the 2.4L inline 4. We were left with 2 explainations for what happened, either gremlins took the v6 in the middle of the night, or we were lied to. We have been getting the run around from the salesman for the 4 months since we noticed it. We have been calling more than once a week to try to find out what happened. It is one thing to make a mistake and another to refuse to acknowledge that a mistake was made. We have bought at least 4 cars from here, but never plan to again.

I want to say that it took a while did get everything done. I came in on a Saturday and the Sales Manager that had emailed me was off. I talked with a real nice sales person, Justin Janik, and he did everything he could. He kept me informed through emails and text messages and phone calls as to what was going on. I went in on Monday and got a vehicle but that also took a few hours, from 4:30 to about 8 something. Other than the time it took, the visit was good and Justin Janik was a big help.

The actual purchase process took a long time and we were left alone and unattended. My daughter knew some of your employees and had it not been for conversation with them the experience would have been much worse. During the introduction to the functionality of the car it was obvious they were not well prepared for it. The corvette is a new model for 2014 but that should not excuse poor preparation. The car is exceptional and is placed to compete with Jaguar and Porche and possibly with Italian exotics. The car manages this but the professionalism of your people does not. I own one of each of these cars and deal with the dealerships regularly some I am in a position to judge

Sales part went good all though Tammy never asked if I wanted any extras. When I picked up my Truck on Saturday and her trying to hurry me through the truck inspection and how to operate everything inside the truck there was no floor mats in it. At first she said she wasn't sure that it came with floor mats then she said that she would go get me some. When she came back she said they were lock up and I would have to come back next week. I told her that that would be a problem. I called the sales manger on duty ( Jerry Sanders ) but he would not return my call after I left several messages. So I called Anthony Thompson on Monday and he had the mats delivered to my house. That is the only reason I gave you 4 stars is on count of Anthony Thompson.

My service technician, Ryan Moore, was excellent. He made every attempt to discover what was wrong with my car-a 2012 Cruze with only 7500 miles . He even called me and asked if he could drive it home that night to try to get it to recreate the problem I was having- my brakes had completely failed with a cold start! Unfortunately, he could not. They put it on the rack, checked every line and conceivable thing. He did discover that a recall is coming out about the brakes in the Cruze - but GM says it is safe to drive until the recall and parts are announced. NOT TRUE!!!!! My brakes FAILED with a cold start- that is NOT SAFE and I think GM is WRONG for saying it is safe to drive until the recall. I have a cold start every morning when I go to work and a cold start every evening when I leave work- that is twice a day every day that my brakes could AGAIN FAIL. The dealership and their people were wonderful, but GM rates a big zero with me!!!! The store manager, Mr. Welch was extremely helpful trying to contact GM about the situation- but for GM to say it was safe to drive is moronic! The temporary solution GM came up with was to replace a vaccuum and to bring the car back in once the recall comes out and they have made all the parts necessary. Hopefully I won't have another situation of failed brakes before then. Thanks GM........

Prior experiences has not been that good, however this visit was much better. The service people were all friendly and i was treated with much respect. The service center worked really fast and my vehicle was ready in no time at all. I was very pleased with the service i received. However i was still unable to give a rating higher than a 5 based on my prior bad experience. I am forgiving, but it will take more that one good visit to make me forget about the other ones that wasnt so good. But i feel that the staff is on the way. I emailed Chevyland and was immediately put in touch with Josh Knowles. We had recently purchased a 2012 Silverado, but wanted an upgrade. When I arrived Josh was ready to show me everything on the lot after I told him what I was looking for. The first truck was the only one I needed to see. Everything went great except waiting on the buying process. It took almost two hours to complete after I was called back to come pick up my vehicle. And everything was not complete until a few days later. Aside from all issues with the deal I will still continue to use Josh Knowles as my salesman.

Right away my husband and I were greeted by Shayne when we stopped to look at the Rocky Ridge Z71's. Shayne was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and what he wasn't sure of he quickly asked his superiors and got the answer right away. He was very down to earth and straight-forward with us. We never felt pressured or pushed like we've experienced so many times at other dealerships with ridiculous sale tactics. After the test drive, Shayne did everything possible to satisfy and meet our wants or needs with the vehicle. The staff at Chevyland were wonderful. We even got offered fried chicken :) we were informed the GM of Chevyland is a preacher and runs a tight ship and it was apparent. Everyone was professional and courteous to us and were just as excited as we were about our new truck and it didn't seem like the type of excitement like they just made a sale, they seemed genuine about the whole thing. When the sale was finalized Shayne drove back to the dealership with us to fuel up and make the small changes to the vehicle we asked for. The people at the dealership were just as nice as those on the lot at the century-link. We didn't have to ask for a thing and all our wants and needs were met and then some. Shayne was by far one of the best salesmen we've ever worked with. Chevyland has promised to take care of our truck and we feel confident we won't shop anywhere else. I recently drove my 2009 Malibu in for repairs due to a funny noise coming from the front end of my car. I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. I asked for Dick Welch and was immediately shown to his office. Mr. Welch took the time to ask me questions about the problem I was having and placed me with Ryan, Service Advisor. Ryan took care of all paperwork and made arrangements with Al for the repair and asked if I needed a ride somewhere. He called me and told me my car was ready in just a few hours after I left. I went online to look and research possible vehicles on a Friday morning, and after a few minutes I selected to send a notification to Chevyland. Within ten minutes of that notification I received a call from Chevyland accompanied by a voice mail from a Representative. I arrived at Chevyland shortly after and asked for Pam(the rep that had called) and from there Pam and I went to work finding the right vehicle for me. We reviewed several different trucks on the lot and Pam noted the differences between to the trucks. After completing a tour of the lot, we took a similar model truck out for a test drive and she explained the different features of the vehicle, all the while allowing me to be comfortable. After returning from the test drive, we reviewed the on lot stock through the online service and while doing so we were able to narrow down the list of trucks to 4 that had all the features i was seeking. We identified those trucks and the first one we came to was MY new truck. After finishing the "hard part," we submitted the paperwork for review. While the paperwork was being reviewed, Pam took me on a guided tour of the facility and explained the various services they provide for their customers and introduced me to other team members that i will be working with in the future. After my review, it took little time to finish the process and for them to get the vehicle ready. I drove my new vehicle from the lot with no problems at all. It was a very helpful and productive process, and was much easier than i expected it to be.
