This was by far the easiest transaction ever. Evan Psihogios was my sales person. He went above and beyond my expectations. I flew into Chicago from Miami. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport. The saleswoman ( Tsiana)Was very courtesy knowledgeable and friendly.A true professional. Got the car that I inquired about and had the car deliver to Miami. Overalll one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. And I've bought many cars. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact I've already advise Tsiana to give me a call if she comes across a nice BMW (X5). Thank you Tatsiana for going above and beyond you duties.

I had been looking for a car for about six months . I found a MB SL 550 that I was interested in on the dealerships auto trader website. Call the dealership and spoke to Evan Psihogios with some specific questions about the car. I will live about 125 miles away so I did not want to waste my time if the car did not suit my needs. I drove up to the dealership and took a test drive with Evan and the whole experience was fantastic. He is a real car guy and gave me a tour of the complete dealership and the excellent cars that they sell. Everyone at the dealership treated me the best of any car purchase I've done . The car was detailed out and delivered to my front door by "uncle Tom" in a covered trailer because they didn't want to get any dust on it. Unbelievable. Evan and everyone at the dealership are complete professionals .

Evan was upfront about the car and through his detailed feedback and extra photos etc I decided to make the purchase. I live in Louisiana so I flew to Chicago and Evan picked me up from the airport. He went out of his way to give me a basic review of the technology because he knew my lack of experience, since I went from the 60's to the 15's....quite a change. I recently was in the market for a late model BMW M-6 to modify. I located a 2015 model with less than 4K miles at Chicago Motor Cars. I flew out to Chicago from the East coast to test drive and inspect the car. Evan picked me up from the airport in the vehicle for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and the market for this type of vehicle nationally. I found him to be honest and professional. I was offered a fair deal for the vehicle and the purchase was smooth. I was back on a plane home within 3 hrs. The car was delivered a week later to my office. The car required a state inspection and I had the dealer go over car looking for any other "unseen" issues. The car was in perfect shape as advertised. My experience with Evan and the dealership was very positive.

Geno and the entire staff were exceptionally helpful. From start to finish I cannot say how great they were. For awhile, I had been planning on purchasing a new car (MB CLS 63 or Audi RS7) after moving to the suburbs. I had been to multiple other dealers to determine which car I would ultimately purchase with test drives/finance questions. From the moment I got to these dealers, they were very pushy to make me purchase/lease that day even though I told them upfront I was in the middle of selling/buying a home and did not want to put financing at risk until deal was done. Honestly we are talking a week or two before I would be purchasing and a few times I had to literally just walk out to have them let me go. This was never the case at Chicago Motor Cars. They understood the situation, took my info, and had everything set up for when the house deal was done. From where I live, the dealership was at least 45min-1hr away. Parin actually brought the car to my home, switched out my old car, and did all the paperwork at my home. All financing was done via phone. Overall, easily the best experience of buying a car I have had. would recommend with no reservations.

I purchased a 2013 jeep grand cherokee srt8 alpine edition... this jeep is a monster! I live in dsm iowa and could not find one locally so i started searching online. I came across this jeep at chicago motor cars in western chicago which is a 5 hr drive from where i live. I called them and spoke with evan my salesman...he was very helpful answering all of my questions and making the purchase of this vehicle very painless and easy. I obviously did not want to travel 5 hours one way and be disappointed... evan was very strait forward about the details of the jeep and about the flaws (if any) needless to say i was not disappointed. Evan stayed in touch with me even after i had returned home with the jeep just to make sure i was still satisfied and checking to make sure there were no problems. I was very impressed with their incredible inventory and definately will get ahold of evan in the future when i am ready for something newer! I definately recommend chicago motor cars for your next purchase of a great vehicle! Thanks again to evan and everyone at Chicago Motor Cars!

We live in Texas and flew to Chicago for a 2015 jeep! The process sounds super hard but it was one of the easiest processes we have ever done! Gino had all the papers ready for us to just sign and get out the door in a timely matter so we can get back to Texas ! Great experience! Gino has great customer service and highly recommend them!

I drove 500 miles to purchase a great car and was very pleased with it except for a missing window sticker. However I was able to come to an agreement over this issue with the outstanding co-operation and communication of Phil Davero , and T.J., my salesperson. I can say they are people of their word and a true pleasure to work with. Someone made a mistake in the ad and if it wasn't for that issue I would rate this dealership with 5 stars. Everyone I dealt with while there were extremely courteous, especially T.J.

WOW 500 Plus H.P. and Fun to Drive! I Love my 2013 60th Anniversary 427 Convertible Corvette. I've wanted this car since it came out back in 2013. I will recommend this dealer to everyone..I just bought a 2007 mustang Saleen and I'm veryHappy.. I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!especially Evan who sold me my beautiful Porsche turbo convertible. I flew from Charlotte North Carolina,he pick me up in airport. Since that day until now we practically best friends. I drove the car 800 miles back to Charlotte with no problems. And coming back in a few weeks to buy the GT3. Evan called me pretty much every day after that and made sure that I was happy and everything exactly what I expected,and of course we joke a lot as well. When I bought this Porsche I was $4000 short and they still let me take the car I could not believe it. Great dealership definitely will do business again will be happy to!

Evan is one of the most down to earth and patient salesmen I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. He spent a lot of time helping educate me on various vehicle choices, which ones would depreciate the most and never once rushed me, he understood that with a budget around $100,000 that this was a huge purchase for me. Great guys to work with. Love the truck I bought. The truck was everything that I was told on the phone. I drove 4.5 hrs to buy a 2016 Lariet F 150 because of a big savings. Just thought I'd let you know it's been a beast. Runs like a Swiss sewing machine, sounds like a choir of banshees. It really has been exactly as, if not better than, advertised. The big engine out timing belt service is due next year, but I'm just going to use that as an opportunity to clean up a few remaining issues (swapping out the crappy plastic and copper circuit connectors with a gold connector kit, replacing the water pump, replace a few old hoses). Otherwise, no need to mess with a great thing. The last of the electronically straightforward and mechanically badass V8s. Thanks again Evan!!

Do NOT waste your money buying cars from Chicago Motor Cars.Salespersons are very nice and make a deal with you until you go to sign the paperwork and meet Sam.He is rude, unprofessional, bad attitude, unhappy and tries to takes every penny from you by creating bogus charges. He likes customers to bow to him for buying a car from him. How would you like to go a dealer and spend thousands of dollar and then get mistreated by their financial coordinator (like Sam at Chicago Motor Cars)?Unfortunately, everyone is afraid of him at the dealership including salespersons and president of the company. Maybe he is silent partner and they do NOT want customers to know that their financial person of the business is the boss. He decided to break the deal after asking him to fix a simple broken speaker cover. He got mad and basically asked me to leave and told me I should be happy for getting a great deal. I am assuming that is the culture of their business to have Sam intimidate and mistreat you and get you to sign bogus charges or maybe their cars have problems and they do not want you to know. Sam gets mad when you ask him to explain the charges. I am assuming he has something to hide. All of these are RED flags for you not to buy cars from them. It is sad to see Chicago Motor Cars get bad reputation because of Sam. I like all other people that work there, especially Omar and Phil. But, all it takes is one person to change and destroy the companys reputation. I would never go back there.Please remember, there are always other honest dealership and places you could buy a car. Do NOT be tricked and think that this is the only place you could buy cars.

I had the most fun ever last week when I purchased my GT3RS from Evan Psihogios at Chicago Motor Cars. I found the car in Du Pont Registry. Evan contacted me immediately contacted me by email and we set up a call to discuss the car. He sent additional photos showing every detail, and more. I couldn't come out to see the car for two weeks - he was accommodating to my travel schedule. Evan picked me up at the airport and took me to Chicago Motor Cars. He was extremely knowledgable about the specifics of the RS and performance sports cars in general. We went for a great test drive and gave the car a through examination - with all of my questions answered in detail. I made the decision to purchase, Evan introduced me to Sam in Finance and we went through quickly and efficiently. This was the most crisp and efficient vehicle acquisition I have ever had. Evan and took me to a great lunch and then back to the airport. We had a great discussion of performance cars and I purchased my RS! What a great experience - I can highly recommend Evan and Chicago Motor Cars for the purchase of an exotic car and will purchase my next Porsche there!

Just purchased a beautiful 2010 Audi R8 from Chicago Motor Cars, and Geno Dobleman. Living in Mass and buying in Chicago can cause anxiety, but Geno was great on the phone, and over-communicated the details of the car, until I could travel out to see it. When I walked in Geno and the car were ready for me, in perfect condition and Geno had not over sold. He pointed out every detail and minor flaw on this 6 year old gem. We closed the deal in an hour or 2, he had it shipped back to my home in 3 days. It arrived on schedule in perfect condition and Geno overnighted the title. The place is is like a super car museum, and very friendly staff. cant wait to go back.

I was of course nervous and Evan assured me everything would work out. My satisfaction was Evan's main concern. The reason I only gave this a 4 star rating was after the money was transferred to CMC it seems like it took too long to ship my vehicle.

Let me start off by simply saying that, this was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I've bought cars from Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Lexus. Recently my fiance and I were in the market for a summer car (370z Nismo) and we had worked with multiple Nissan and various dealers. All were "salesy", annoying, and wasted a lot of our time. We came across a 2015 370z Nismo at Chicago Motor Cars and from the minute I called and spoke with Geno, I knew we were working with the right people. Very straight forward, no bs or beating the bushes. From start to finish, the transaction was more than I could ask for. Geno was great, very easy to work with and get along with. Geno not only was honest, professional, and easy to work with, but he truly went the extra mile to make us happy as customers. Eventhough we bought one of the less expensive cars they had (since they carry VERY high end cars), we were treated just like the others and we truly appreciated that. Finance with Hoang was also a great experience. Best car buying experience we've had for years. I can't speak highly enough of these guys, but I did promise them my future car purchases will definitely be with them. Hard to find car dealers like Chicago Motor Cars now adays. I highly recommend them to everyone. Work with Geno, you definitely won't be dissapointed.

My Experience with Chicago Motor CarsOn 2/18 Purchased a Nissan GTR from Chicago Motor Cars, everything when well with James Toy during the purchase process, Huang in Finance did an excellent job, once we proceed to check the vehicle, we found there were missing accessories and a Key that no one could located it or knew where it was. Phil the Manager agreed to send it to me via UPS. The package arrived with the accessories and without the missing car key. Called J. T. he informed me to read the fine print (a disclaimer sold as is") at the bottom of the add, I replied the add said "Two Remote Master Keys", but received the answer "We dont find it, we don't have it".Called J.T. and Huang 10 days, 5 days, and 1 day before paper plate expiration on 3/14 to get an update, was told everything is fine, you should have the plate shortly.Called Huang 3/16 about the now expired plate, he transfer me to the woman in-charge of processing those papers, and she said will call me tomorrow with an update. Never hear from her despite calling her from 3/18 thru 3/20 and leaving multiple messages.2 weeks passed by, I'm car pooling to work because the car is stocked in the garage due to the missing plate (go figure!).Called Phil, he told me there was a mistake with my paper work, we cannot issue another paper plate, but go to DMV and they will give you one. Called Florida DMV and informed me, the vehicle is NOT registered under my name and they cannot issue a paper plate, and advice me to call the dealer and ask for the paper they submitted to DVM.Next day Called Phil explained the situation that the car is not register under my name in DMV and asked for the submitted papers, he told me "You are not listening, I told you 5 times to go to DVM not to call them" , after several interesting back and forth... Phil told me I'll send you the papers by tomorrow you'll have it".Not only I did not received the papers, but called Phil for 3 consecutive days never pick-up or return my messages.Waited another week with my car stocked in my garage before calling again...Called Phil on 4/1 and the receptionist transfer me to his cell phone, I told him I have not received the papers that he was supposed to send me last week, he told me was busy and he will check with the woman in-charge and will get back to me.Because the car was good, J.T. Purchase experience, and Huang Financing, I'm giving 3 stars. Although Phil appears to be knowledgeable of his business, his customer abdicate and management style in my case was below the acceptable level, hence not stars.Based on my experience above, I cannot recommend anyone to purchase from Chicago Motor Cars.

By far the best car purchase experience I have ever had and I have bought a lot of cars. Evan answered the phone before hours and right from the start was beyond helpful and completely knowledgeable. I saw a car they had online and by the time I called it was already sold, Evan was able to find me an even better car that suited my needs. From the first time I spoke with Evan he was very attentive and friendly. It was nice to get a response, most often within seconds to every text and email communication. Evan answered all my questions and sent many pictures since I was buying a car from my home state of Virginia. Kudos to the technicians who carefully went over the car, even checking piston compressions for me. They changed the spark plugs, brake pads, replaced wiper arms, without me having to make a request. The buying experience is so much more important to me! It actually outranks product and price at times! I have been buying cars for many years and have met many sales people. For the past couple years I've been dealing with Evan from Chicago Motor Cars, and not only has it been enjoyable doing business with this gentleman, but I love his excitement and honesty to his trade! I just want to take a little time to express my feelings about my purchase from Chicago Motor Cars. This was by far the easiest and best buying experience I have ever had. I purchased sight unseen over the phone and just received my car in an enclosed transport. It is 100% everything they said it was. I had been looking for a specific truck for 3 years. Had come to the conclusion I would probably never find it. As luck would have it I was randomly searching the internet one day and boom, I found it! It happen to be at Chicago motor cars. We made a few calls back and forth. They where so helpful. I made a 3 hr drive, signed a few papers and I was on my way. Completely painless and simple. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who has a specific higher end vehicle in mind. After reading reviews i was hesitating with my purchase. After further investigation I had my Z06 sent to a dealer for inspection. The car was perfect so i sent my check sight unseen. Within a couple of days my Z06 was shipped to Colorado. When it was delivered I was blown away, what a super car. I worked with Omar. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive (very easy to communicate - mostly we texted back and forth). I initially went in thinking that I would be getting a 911 turbo - Vorsteiner Edition, which was a total jaw-dropper online. I went into check it out, but I was disappointed the car had been sold. However, I liked the 911 GT3 too, but it wasn't my top choice as I, had my heart set on the turbo. We took the GT3 for a test drive and I loved the driving experience, sound, performance and it looked even better in person. It was so much fun and I loved the tubi exhaust it came with - sounds incredible!! So, I went in to buy the turbo and came out with a GT3, which I like even better! Omar facilitated having the rocker panels painted, clear bra, and helping me get a laser detector installed. Now I'm itching for better weather to take it out. Absolutely love it. Sam Salameh helped w/financing and the paperwork was done in under an hour. great price on my trade as well - Thanks!

I was looking to upgrade my Cadillac CTS-V to a Jeep Grande Cherokee SRT-8. The first and only place I contacted was Chicago Motor Cars. I spoke with Geno, he found a Jeep that met all of my criteria and contacted me immediately when it came in. When he went over the vehicle, he noticed a few minor things and didn't hesitate to call me. So when I came he pointed them out and said he'd have it fixed, no problem. Working with Geno was a breeze. He did everything fast and efficiently, which made the whole process enjoyable. My Salesman was Omar. From the time we set out to buy the car to the drop off was done to perfection. I live in NH and flew out to Chicago to see The Lamborghini in person versus what was posted. The car was all that was posted and then some. Omar was very great to work with. He even did the little things like front license plate hidden away kit ( FREE!!!) and blacked out the wheels for me to for ( FREE!!). You just don't get that service everywhere. I would highly recommend if your into exotic cars such as myself you pay a visit to Them!!

When you talk about first class, these guys are first class! I've purchased two vehicles from CMC's & the process has gotten better each time. Every since Omar picked me up from the airport a couple of years ago I haven't thought about purchasing or even inquiring about another vehicle from another vendor. These guys just make you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. They give you that NO PRESSURE/HONESTY feeling & that's quite different in sales. I phoned and got Geno Dobelman directly. I like fine cars, supercars, rare cars, even raw cars.. I had spotted the Saleen S7 on the internet in August. Other interests took me to Chicago in November a couple of weeks after I got Geno. I sat in the S7. It grew on me and by phone we kept talking. The vibes between us were excellent and Geno who is a car enthusiast himself took many initiatives to try to make the deal work. I bought in December because the car was right for me. I met with several others including the owner. They are an outstanding team.. I have entered Ford in the brand box because it has a Ford engine and the Saleen is not in the list ! I think this might have caused my submission to fail.

I happened to come across a 1998 Ferrari F355GTS at Chicago Motor Cars. After an initial call, I was referred to Evan Psihogios. I found Evan to be a car guy first and sales guy second - he is very knowledgable across the automotive spectrum, responsive to questions, and not at all the "close the deal" type. The dealership presents clients with first rate facilities and experience for both sales and service. With a bit of good luck and timing, Evan was gracious in accommodating my visit to Chicago and host me at CMC on his day off! The car was exactly (actually better) than described. The paperwork was complete and well organized by Sam. I look forward to future transactions with CMC in general and Evan in particular (even though he is a true Chicago Bears fan).

I recently purchased my second exotic from Chicago Motor Cars. Geno was my salesperson on my first sale and I did not hesitate to work with him again when my next dream car was on the showroom floor. Geno answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable about the car business and particularly the exotic car business. He and Parin closed my deal within a day. Once I took possesion of the car, Geno checked in multiple times to see if everything was ok. I actually did find a very minor issue when it was in for routine service and Geno and Parin both made sure I was made whole. I cannot say enough good things about the integrity and professionalism (and fun) that these guys show to the customer. This was my first experience with Chicago Motor Car and Geno. After doing some internet research, I was a little hesitant to proceed with my quest to purchase my dream car from them. After dealing with Geno and Chicago Motor Car I have to say it was a great experience. Their inventory is pre owned cars. Just do a little research on the car, the VIN and get it checked out from an independent dealer/ mechanic. When I decided to take my interest in the car to the next level, Geno took the car to the dealer (since I live out of state) and I payed a few dollars to get it checked out. There were a few things the dealer found that Chicago Motor Car did not notice and we got them fixed at the dealer. It was that simple. These are things you should do when purchasing any pre owned vehicle and Chicago Motor Cars made it that simple. My advice, just do your homework and if you find a car at Chicago Motor Cars that you like...ask for Geno. You will have a great experience.

I too could not be more satisfied with my second car purchase in the last six months from you. So now everyone knows that CMC sells great cars. (Many sight unseen). What you may not know is what a great group of people that hang out the CMC. Both employees and customers alike!! Who doesn't love being surrounded by Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, Porsche's, Mercedes, GT-R's and the occasional Bugatti or Saleen? What you get is a year round indoor car show, where everyone just loves talking cars. But what you don't get is pushy "car" sales people trying to sell you a product they know less about then you. So don't be intimidated, get to CMC, grab a coffee and donut, and have a great time.

I was a little nervous about a $50,000+ purchase of a sight un-seen car but they made it easy. Geno was my main sales guy and he answered every question up front and honestly. I recently purchased a high-end vehicle from this Dealership without every seeing the vehicle in person or test driving it. The salesperson (Evan Psihogios) , was highly-professional and communicated exceptionally well. They offered to take the vehicle to a local dealer and have all systems checked, etc. They made this process flawless and they also arranged for a 1,000 mile vehicle delivery. We live in Texas & purchased a vehicle from Chicago Motor Cars, which was the 3rd vehicle we purchased outside of our state like this, so we have experience. The sales process was good and once we signed the paperwork it was completely downhill. They are extremely unorganized in numerous ways. First, the car was being delivered and we couldn't get anyone to tell us when we could expect the car. We didn't expect to have it overnight but we did expect to know when it would leave there and approximate date to arrive to us. It took 2 weeks for us to get this answer, after we signed the paperwork and the answer came from the company delivering the car. But that was just the beginning.Once we got the vehicle we could NOT get anyone to actually process the paperwork so we could register the car. It took multiple phone calls, emails and talking to a total of 4 people for 3 months. So technically we owned the vehicle for 3 1/2 months before it was registered. They did pay the fine for the delay, since it was 100% their fault. I have to say I've never seen a company of their size as unorganized.They have nice cars, we're completely happy with the car but just know what you're getting yourself into if you decide to do business with them. We won't be going back to them again.

I really am not a write a review type of person. Unfortunately, sometimes I read reviews and don't really contribute back. My recent experience at Chicaog Motor has compelled me to share my experience with others. Geno & Phil did and awesome job and put me in the vehicle that I was interesed in. Their sales approach is zero pressure. I felt like Chicago Motor was more interested in building a long term customer as opposed to selling one vehicle. I am very happy with my decison and feel that this is my first of many purchases from this dealership. Great assortment of awesome cars and really just a cool place to hang out. I recently dealt with Evan at Chicago Motor Cars to trade a E63 AMG-S for a Viper. I found Evan to be straight-up with no BS and actually- a really funny guy I'd have a beer with (a first for me with car salesman). I live out of state from that dealer but the process was simple. They covered cost of overnighting all paperwork back and forth w clear instructions. Car arrived to my door with no omitted flaws, it was perfect. I wish everything were this simple. After watching Chicago motor cars web site for a few months they had a 2001 red Dodge Viper GTS and i was very interested. I called and spoke with Evan about my trade. we exchanged a few pics and settled on a price over the phone. the four hour drive and I was hooked! great car and well described and the transaction was smooth and easy. I bought a 2008 Mercedes cabriolet from Evan after finding them on eBay Motor.I am in Mississippi, the car in Chicago--so I was a little nervous about purchasing without being able to personally inspect the car. Evan was a great salesperson and very thorough--he sent more photos of the car to me, and pointed out in detail the very small flaws (scuff mark, one small ding). I ended up feeling very comfortable and respected--not always the case when a ""girl" is buying a car. I was pulling off a birthday surprise for my husband and it all went very well. Worked with Evan in my first Ferrari purchase. Car was very very close to how it was presented by dealer / eBay. I bought the car sight unseen and relied on Evan to tell me the quirks. He was very accurate minus a few small items. Would've preferred if dealer had thoroughly detailed car in / out prior to delivery. The trunk was dirty. The battery plate on passenger side wasn't screwed in and doesn't seem to fit into place. I had to take it to Ferrari specialist right away to get that done. But He was accurate about the tire condition once I asked. They recharged the AC and changed the fluids. They provided records of car ahead of time so my local specialist could view them. The delivery could've been coordinated a little better but the car got here in one piece and that's what counts. Overall it was a fairly fluid purchase with a couple adminsitrative humps. The car is absolutely gorgeous and Evan did a terrific job of describing it. I would definitely buy from CMC again. Don't hesitate to do the same. Evan is very responsive and being a car guy himself understands his client's need for details.

When purchasing an exotic car I was expecting to deal with some uppity Kat in a stuffy suit which does not match my personality type. So to call Chicago motor cars and just talking with Evan I knew he was a guy I could do business with. I flew to Chicago and Evan picked me up and right away it was like being with a good friend I hadn't seen in years. We got to the store and right away your mind is blown away by their inventory. So many beautiful cars! We go to the back of the store and there waiting for a test drive was my own beautiful car. We went for a spin, had coffee then dealt with all the paperwork and went out for a nice meal. The whole car buying experience was that in and of itself. I was interested in a '14 Corvette Z51 and found one I likes on CMC's website late one evening. I requested a call and received one from Evan Psihogios. He told me everything about the car (history, former owner, etc.) and offered to send me the car to take a look (I declined). A few days later, I showed up unannounced on a Saturday to take a look for myself and it was gorgeous, just as Evan had said. Took a test drive and let him know I was looking at one more car before making a decision. He said 'good, I want you to be totally sure before buying from me'. I didn't expect that, but I liked it, and I bought from him the following Monday. Car was deliver yesterday, and is now mine! Very happy with the experience.

I've purchased MANY vehicles over the years and am quite used to the hassle and games involved with buying a car. Dealing with Evan at Chicago Motor Cars completely took me by surprise. I initiated contact with Evan via eBay. Evan responded in minutes and immediately offered his number so we could speak in person. I asked Evan about the condition of the vehicle and what the bottom line price (the TOTAL price) would be. I live in Massachusetts and have been looking for a Modern American Muscle car for a few years. I'm very picky and know what I want (many hours of research). I have always searched for and bought new. I want to be the only one that has driven a vehicle from mile one. On a search one day for a specific vehicle, CMC came up. I'm not sure why but it must have been "meant to be". I saw a gorgeous TorRed SRT, just what I was looking for, with very very low miles, all options and at a very competitive price. I thought it too good to be true (both the condition and price). I sent an e-mail requesting more information and in moments Evan Psihogios (Sa-hoy-is) got back to me. I told him what I was looking for and he listened to me No sales pitch and no BS. I was buying this car site un-seen and felt I could trust him. He told me the story on the car and said it looks better in person and you will not be disappointed.I received the car yesterday and all I can say is that Evan was right, it is better than the pictures and the pictures were perfect. I spent a lot of time researching this car. I knew exactly what I wanted and found 2 cars in the area - one was a CPO car at a BMW dealer and the other at Chicago Motor Cars. Quite honestly, I figured I would end up at the BMW dealer. Geno did everything he needed to do to sell me his car. It took a few days to work out the details, which is a few days longer than I have ever spent buying a car but it was worth it. He wasnt pushy and didnt try any hard sell tactics; on the contrary, he encouraged me to take my time and make the right decision. I highly recommend CMC and Geno to anyone looking for a car.

My wife and I had been searching for a Mercedes for quite some time and happened to come across CMC. The price was right, the car was perfect, and the customer service by Evan on our initial call confirmed we had chosen the right dealership. We are from Colorado so all the initial business was completed over the phone. We traveled to Chicago with two of our kids to pick up the car. My wife and I were very surprised how friendly everyone was from the pickup at the airport by Pinal to the final handshake on the deal with Evan. This experience was by far the best we have ever had in buying a car. It was professional, quick and the hospitality was fantastic. Not being from the local area, Evan, Pinal and the other staff at CMC made us (especially our boys) feel very welcomed and were more than helpful and accommodating on our trip to pick up our new Mercedes, which in turn made our stay in Chicago more enjoyable! I purchased a Vermeer mini skid steer from Chicago Motor Cars (yes they sell commercial equipment also). My search for a CTS-v started local but with the spcifications and condition I was expecting from a fairly new car was turning into a difficult find. I had made several 100+ mile trips to Cadillac dealerships within a few states of my location to look at what appeared to be as good canidates. What I learned was Carfax means very little since side-job, shade-tree work doesn't get reported, if you don't fix it then it wont be reported, and most salesman have no idea how to critique the condtion of a car or know enough to be honest. So feeling frustrated I ventured out further and ran across a nice find at Chicago Motor Cars. It was very helpful to have high-quality pictures of the car to see the details and what helped even more was the service. Evan made sure to find any flaws no matter how small and point them out with very good pictures so I could make my own evaluation of the cars condition even though Evan's eval was pretty much on target with his description. Chicago Motor Cars is a classy establishment with cars classic to high-end exotic and use car enthusiast to sell them and not salesman. CMC had the car I was looking for, Even did a great job helping me buy it, and with his help was driving away in less than two hours which included chatting and helplessly looking around since it is hard to ignore the rest of the cars on the showroom. The cars they have are very well picked so if they have what you are looking for the car will sell itself, you just need a little help to get it off the floor. Thanks again Even for all your help and followup. It was well worth the flight out to Chicago.

I don't think i can even legitimately say i bought a used car, this 2011 G55 was so clean that besides the mileage its practically new. As a pretty average guy with an affinity for German cars, my budget is limited like most people. I usually deal with dealerships to purchase used cars. Purchased my '09 Audi R8 on 4 April 2015 from Nadeem Dossa (Nick) of the Las Vegas store. This was the most satisfying automobile purchase I have ever made. I have been searching for a used S8 for over 4 months and last week found a 2009 Audi S8 for sale at Chicago Motor Cars in West Chicago. My wife and I stopped in on Saturday 1/24/15 to look at the car and we were totally amazed. This S8 was a one owner car and was showroom quality with 54,000 miles. Once we both sat in the car my wife looked at me and said you will drive this car home tonight. After a quick discussion with our sales associate Jose Perez we were able to negotiate trading in our 2009 Nissan Maxima and purchase this BEAUTIFUL 2009 Audi S8.My favorite 2 cars before this were my 2001 Audi S8 and a 2005 Mercedes S55. This 2009 S8 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Two days after we purchased this car I noticed the window washer fluid was not pumping up to the glass at all. I called Jose and he stated to bring the car in and they would give me a loaner to until they fixed this problem.I'm happy to say they fixed this in one day with no charge to myself.Needless to say I would recommend Chicago Motor Cars and Jose Perez to all my friend and family.From: Mark and Mary Ann E.

I was looking to buy a used 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera for my wife and on December 30, 2014, I liked the one I saw on Chicago Motor Cars website. I took the chance to send an Instant Message through the Chicago Motor Cars website and just so happen, Alex Samhan quickly responded. The next day, I drove down from Wisconsin to have a look at the vehicle, test drove it with Alex, and was interested in purchasing the car. The vehicle was in good shape but need a little love. Alex was very helpful and did an excellent job in working with me to repair and fix a few things. That same day we reached a fair price and I purchased the Porsche! A week later, I picked the car up and the fixes and minor repairs exceed my expectations! I must add that I am the most skeptical person you will probably ever meet, and is not the least bit naive. After meeting Alex in person, I could tell from his low pressure and no haggling/no hassling approach to buying a car that he was a good person and was working with me to purchase a vehicle. I am pleased to say that my perception of Alex was correct as we are still in touch and have even become Facebook friends. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Sales Manager, Ronny Bataineh, went above and beyond for me and my 2013 Audi S5. We had a short negotiation to reach an agreeable price and because I was on out-of town buyer he agreed to pick me up at the airport. I was then going to drive the car back to NY. Because it is winter, I shipped them a set of mounted winter tires to replace the summer tires. Problem was they delivered only 3 of 4 tires the day before my arrival. Ronny took me to UPS to get the 4th. We waited an hour for them to find it. What dealer would do that for you? Ronny was more than patient with my situation. Highly recommended-great cars & great service.

After spending our Saturday at a number of typical car dealerships (read: lots of sitting and waiting for sales people in back rooms), we found online that Chicago Motor Cars had the model we were looking for on their lot. We called before making the trip to confirm that the car was there and got Chris, who confirmed all of the details that we had found on a generic search site. We explained our situation, which included a trade-in and Chris was able to take all of the trade-in information by phone, including looking at some photos, and he quoted a fair trade-in value. We headed over and the car was sitting out front, detailed and ready for a test-drive. There were no surprises - they checked out our trade-in while we took the car for a test drive. We had one small concern about some scratches on the vehicle which Chris and Ronny had their service team look at and agreed to touch up. Less than 2 hours later, we drove our new car off the lot. It had a nicer package than the original car we went out to purchase that day at a name-brand dealership and a great, competitive price. They were also able to match the financing rate we had identified at one of our own financial institutions. We feel so lucky that we stumbled onto this experience - they were extremely nice people - straightforward and made purchasing a pre-owned vehicle easy and pleasant. We highly recommend this dealership and hope to return when we're ready to upgrade!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Chicago Motor Cars with Jose Perez as my sales person. For background purposes, I am physician and I needed to purchase a car for travel back and forth from work. Prior to my purchase, I did the necessary background research about the car, its history and the other options in the area. Upon arrival, I was meet pleasantly and allowed to view the car without pressure. Only after my request, I was given the keys for a test drive, and when I returned, I was offer a place to park the car in the service area so that I might take a better look at it. As someone with a fairly extensive car background, I sincerely appreciated this. I went through the car for almost two hours. I was given a copy of the service records since the car had been brought to the dealer, and most of all, the dealer/Jose was very knowledgeable about the make and model. As this isn't a dedicated Audi dealer, I was impressed by this. The car turned out to be better than was advertised and priced very competitively in comparison to what was available on the market. Again, I did a fairly extensive amount of research before this purchase. After all of this, I still wanted a bit of time to consider the purchase. I received absolutely no pressure when I said "I was going to leave and think it over for a little while". I left, had lunch and returned to buy the car. A week after I got it home, one of the LED reverse lights went out. The dealer has ordered this for me, and Jose has been in contact several times to give me status updates about its availability. My reasons for this fairly lengthy review is that I am a car person, and anyone who has purchased a car or two in their lives realizes the stress that is associated with looking at them. I found none of this at dealer, and I would recommend it to a friend. Jose and the rest of the staff were completely professional. In addition, I have no connection to this dealer or anyone who works there.

I was looking for a Ford F-150 Platinum for a long time and wasn't able to find what I wanted. After several months of research and several visits to different dealerships we came across Chicago Motor. Automatically, I liked that they where on point with the knowledge and their customer service skills. This dealer has the most unique vehicles and are in almost if not perfect condition. Most importantly, the types of cars they have are what people are looking for. Sometime when you visit a dealership people are quick to judge and assume if your appearance isn't an "a" then they don't take you serious but not here. They were very welcoming and friendly. We were looking for a nice 2nd auto when we happened to find this Nissan Sentra. We had our reserves at first coming into Chicago Motor Cars, as they mostly have pre-driven luxury cars.As it turns out, we were greeted by the friendliest sales staff, (Jose and Ronny) who showed us a few cars in our price range. We didn't buy that day but returned a week later and thankfully they still had our Sentra. It was a pleasant change to walk around a showroom viewing cars worth so much money and not be hounded by a sales person.Well, we plan to go back for all our automotive purchases. I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership! These guys are stars. The environment is exciting with eye candy everywhere. Any car enthusiast will get lost in one hot car after the other. The cars are very clean and well represented. I dealt direct with the owner Parin who in my eyes has raised the bar in the high end luxury market. He and his salesman Jose made the buying and selling process fast and easy with no frills or games. I have purchased 2 high end cars from them now and will go back for sure again.

I just finished remotely purchasing a BMW X3 from these guys. I'm in Alaska and these guys are in West Chicago. This could have been a logistical nightmare but Chicago Motor Car staff covered all the bases for me. Geno Dobleman is THE MAN! My parents drove in from Michigan to test drive the car and he introduced himself the moment they arrived with "You must be Rob's parents". After being taken to a certified mechanic a couple minor issues were discovered (automatic tail gate didn't work). Geno had the car taken to a local BMW dealership to get fixed before being shipped up to Alaska. I was concerned that I would not get as attentive service after the wire transfer went through but this was not the case. They went beyond what would be expected of them and Geno personally kept me up to date with every event all the way up to the pickup by the shipping company. These guys are the real deal and on top of their game. Thanks Chicago Motors!

I purchased a Lexus SC 430 from Ronnie who stated on numerous occasions that the seats were like new. Shortly after purchase the seats began to peel. I took the car to a Lexus dealer and another repair shop recommended by Lexus. Each stated the the seats had been sanded and reprinted. Ronnie refused to return my call and denied knowing they had been reprinted. He did not dispute his knowledge of the practice. That would clearly indicate they know about said infraction and must not check prior to sale. The paint samples were given to a lab for testing and guess what? They do not match the rear seats which must be original . I would suggest you run the other way as customer support will vanish quickly in the event of a problem. Amazing people, everyone is friendly and accommodating, willing to work with you on pricing/features/financing/etc. etc. Jose was extremely helpful throughout the process from the first phone call all the way to when we drove the C300 out of the lot and even afterwards to make sure everything was okay. We had been shopping at BMW/Mercedes/Audi dealerships and had come away with pressurized salesmen dressed up in suits pushing their cars/packages and getting really aggressive without knowing much about the cars when asked questions. The guys at Chicago motor cars handled the process differently and won us over. Thanks to them we will be shopping with them for future cars as well!!

I gave this dealer 5 in customer service after they went out of their way t resolve a few issues after taking possession of the car out-of-state. The salesman thought our negotiations was very supportive, offered to help when I had a 3rd party inspector complete a review. There was an issue with a wheel that, I felt, should have been corrected before I took ownership. The owner of the company took command of the situation called me and we worked out a plan of correction.I would go back to CMC for another car. I worked with Evan on purchasing a Gallardo Spyder. I found the listing on eBay, after many months of waiting and looking for what I considered the ideal driving car to show up at a good price. Evan replied by initial email quickly, and was surprisingly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was about as excited as I was about the car and we had several further lengthy gearhead / enthusiast discussions by phone and in person in regards to the car I was looking to purchase, as well as several other cars that an enthusiasts such as Evan and myself can appreciate. Evan is more like talking to a fellow gearhead than a sales person, and wasn't pushy (not that he needed to be as I came in knowing what I wanted) and was truly helpful. Evan went so far as to opening up the dealership just for me and him on a Sunday to have an afternoon hanging out, talking cars, checking out the cars in the shop and doing test drives. Evan had references and saw to getting clear bra and aftermarket nav and audio installed as well prior to pickup. Frankly I am not sure if the experience could have went any better. I will certainly follow up with Evan for any future purchases.

When talking to one of the reps from the company, I was told to fill out a credit application with my fiancee and told that if i came in and put down $500 I might possibly be able to walk off the lot with a truck. The next day I was told that we were denied the credit application because I don't have enough income even though I had better credit than my fiancee. I was not pleased by this.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Knowing what type of vehicle I was looking for (Mercedez Benz E320) and scouring the internet with criteria in hand, I received a hit, Chicago Motor Cars. Upon arrival, I noticed the E320 sitting on the lot, along with more of a selection than what I had seen online. Jose Perez took his time to explain every minor detail of this vehicle and others I looked at. No hassles with test driving a few cars and just straight, honest answers to all my questions, I ultimately ended up purchasing the car I initially set out to inquire about (E320). Negotiations were comfortable. Jose showed me what other dealers had similar vehicles priced at, and in no way tried to impose the dealers ultimate will on me (pushing a sale). In the end, we were able to close a deal and received a deal which is fair to both I and the dealer. Afrim showed the same level of honest, no BS, negotiations when it came time to decide how to pay for the vehicle. He presented me with all of my financing options and help me decide on what fit best with my future goals for both myself and the vehicle. Even after the sale, the staff went out of their way to ensure I was content with my purchase. My car (being slightly used) had very minor chipping on the hood and some normal paint wear in certain areas. Not being part of the negotiation, they had me bring my car back in and fixed everything. When I went back to pick the car up, it was like I had purchased a brand new vehicle. Having owned my car now for 3 months, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this dealer as I and my family with continue to do business here in the future.

Evan was very helpful throughout the entire process. Evan went above and beyond in this transaction; he knew the owner of the vehicle I was purchasing and contacted him several times to get some background information. The original owner even dropped off some original equipment that had been upgraded and Evan was gracious enough to make sure it got in my hands. He picked me up at the airport when I came to pickup the car and had no problems arranging a last minute PPI. If I asked something of Evan, he did it. He was very easy to work with and is a 'car guy'.Had a few administrative snafu's in the process that weren't really Evan's fault but I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone else.More than anything, I would happily work with Evan again in the future and plan on doing so.

Nick was a pure joy to work with. From Day #1 when I called about the car he was very friendly. He answered all of my questions and he always got back to me very promptly. My father recently lost his MB E500 due to an accident (thankfully, no one injured) and had been looking for a similar vehicle. I convinced him to let me help search for a vehicle and was able to get him to consider an S550. While he is not internet/tech savvy, he is certainly business savvy and his business sense has always been to buy nice, used vehicles with warranty to spare while others take the depreciation hit. I came across CMC by search on Autotrader and found a clean S550 with the exact color scheme he was looking for and the options on it far excceded what he even thought was possible. Within a span of 2 phone calls to Jose Perez spaced 15 minutes apart the vehicle was his, deliverey was promised same day even though we live 175 miles from CMC. The car arrived exactly the time they said it would a day later. Dad was quite pleased, and he is hard to impress. Over the next 48 hours he received calls back from other dealers that he had made inquiries regarding similar type car. He was amazed that the car he bought had more options and came at thousands less than those other parties were asking. Everyone loves a deal, and while some are too good to be true, this was not and CMC came away with a very satisfied family...maybe one of these days the Ferrari I have on my wish list may become a reality. Where to begin with Chicago Motor Cars...my situation was rather unique because I reside in Wisconsin and had to resort to only phone calls to communicate with the CMC sales associates. My parents, who live in Illinois were the ones who picked up the car for me in person. I was very fortunate to have dealt with Mr. Jose Perez as my primary sales associate. This was my first purchase of a vehicle from a dealership so I did not know what to expect. However, Jose made the process fluid and flawless, returning calls quickly and being readily available at any time to answer questions. He showed great flexibility using various mediums of communication and took the time to follow up on the purchase. Ronny and Sam also played a role in assisting me before the purchase was completed as well.My parents also noted how clean and spotless the dealership was, even the service area so there is something to be said in such high upkeep of facilities. It makes the dealership look that much more presentable. Overall I would highly recommend CMC as a stellar place to deal with. I just want to take a sec and thank you guys very much! I was a bit nervous about buying a car online without actually touching it, but Ronny made the transaction completely comfortable. He even held my car for a whole week, when the normal deposit hold is only 48 hours. This little extra step allowed me plenty of time to coordinate travel from Denver to Chicago.Ronny was up front about the price, and still worked extra hard to get me a better purchase price. I never felt like he was a typical sales guy trying to get me to overpay. The whole transaction was smooth and painless. Even after the transaction was done, Ronny took me over to look at their inventory of exotic cars. My intention was to come and look at a car I was interested in. I have purchased many cars in my day and expected that same old sales pitch I've heard so many times before. After meeting Jose and exchanging pleasantries, we started talking business. The car was all I thought it was from the pictures I had seen online. After I had test drove the car, Jose had said he wanted to clean the car so that I had the opportunity to see the car clean and make sure no imperfections were hidden from my view. There was absolutely no pressure, in fact Jose tried to make sure I was comfortable and even made sure my girlfriends daughter was occupied as well. I had made an offer on the spot and it was accepted. Jose steered us to a good restaurant down the street while some final touches were being made to the car. We had then went to the other building where I was introduced to Sam. His attitude and professionalism was just as great as Jose's. Sam made sure that every little detail was carefully explained and even gave his personal advice on a few things to make sure my butt was covered in case of any unforeseen circumstance. The overall experience was finally topped off by Evan! He came in and talked to me, explaining his personal views on the car I had just purchased. He gave me assurance that what I had just purchased was a great buy and even let me know that it was something that he personally would have purchased. He gave me some great information on future things I was considering doing to the car and even offering to help take care of me after the sale was long done. You just don't get that from a dealer that is anything less than Phenomenal. Chicago Motor Cars sets a standard that the other dealers really need to take notice of, and try...just try, to emulate the level of the overall experience that I have seen! My family and I were passing through Chicago, looking at various 2007 Jaguar XKs. The Jag we were buying at Chicago Motor Cars, clearly put us in the low end price point of their many high end exotic vehicle customers. That being said, we were still treated just as important. We had stopped at first into the high end exotic car building by mistake, and to my surprise, we were completely welcomed and trusted to walk freely around all the exotic cars, for as long as we liked. That excellent treatment continued while dealing with Jose. He was genuine, down to earth, and easy going. After we agreed on the purchase, while my wife wrapped things up with the finance dept, Jose could have gone back to the other building. Instead, sensing how much I love exotic cars, he chose to stay and entertain me by taking me around on a tour of all their amazing cars, just for fun. I truly appreciated that. The car was shipped perfectly, without incident. Our mechanic confirmed that it was in excellent working condition, and that we bought a great car. Well I wouldnt buy a used car from them unless you inspect the car in person and accept the flaws before hand.#1 - someone puked in the car and cleaned it up OK but lots of puke when u flipped the seat up still in the car #2 - they charged me $250 for paint prep - which wasnt done - plenty of wash scratches everywhere and road tar all over the car - that would have not been there if they actually prepped the car#3 - the interior was FILTHY - dirt and grim everywhere - ceiling to floor - in cup holders and rips in the interior that were not mentioned#4 - I asked about the wheels and tires before I purchased the vehical and they were described as NEW 18" wheels and tires and in fact they were and are VERY pitted and chipping and flaking - they are also 22" wheels and tires which puts me into expensive replacements. #5 the vehical shakes like crazy in the front end - I have not had it checked out to find out the culprit yet but I suspect that it is the out of balance wheels or allignment#6 - the CV axles need replacing soon they click very loudly when you go in reverse - Price was right on this vehical even when you factor in the $1400 in shipping fees that we split - but they made it up by charging me fees for things they did not do. I just think they let someone from the lot use this vehical for several months and did not inspect it when they sold it to me - because even a 2nd class car lot (which I do not believe this operation is or at least they do not represent themselves as) would have let all of these issues go out no problem but I just couldnt believe the condition of the vehical and then charged me for something they didnt do. I waited a month to write this review because I wanted to be fair and honest - and thats just what I wrote.

I started looking several months ago and once I decided to go after the Jaguar XKR-S I contacted the dealership via the web. I have never worked with a person as nice as Evan when it comes to buying cars. Purchased an Audi 2013 A7 from Evan at Chicago Motor Cars (CMC). The car was in great shape and the price was very good. From a service standpoint, the car was delivered to my house and an additional part that was needed was ordered and installed by the dealer. Overall, the experience was very good and the transaction was very fair from a price perspective. Importantly, CMC is brand agnostic as they are carrying quality used cars from a variety of manufacturers so you get more objective feedback regarding which brands are enjoying healthier demand in the used market. Evan was very helpful and easy to work with.

I am an out-of-state buyer and the vehicle I purchased was exactly as described. Unfortunately, during dealer preparation and prior to my arrival the car was scratched on the door. Afrim and Jose suggested (and I agreed to) taking it to an auto repair shop once I arrived back in my home state and they would pay for the repair. We anticipated the cost of repair to be $200 - $300. To all our surprise the actual cost was $580. Afrim and Jose stepped up to the plate, making good on their word and a check was sent for full payment of the repair. The purchase experience fully met my expectations. I will, without hesitation, purchase another car from Chicago Motor Cars in the future. The reader of this review can purchase with confidence from this dealership. Great job Jose and Afrim!

After searching several local luxury used car dealers,Chicago Motorcars appeared to have the widest selection. The cars they featured were one of a kind, and many were customized very tastefully. I stopped and talked to one salesman who failed to call me back as he promised, probably because he thought a 21 year old like me wasn't serious or couldn't afford these kinds of cars. However, when I went over to their $60,000 and under dealership, Jose immediately came to my assistance. I mentioned to Jose that I saw the Mercedes GL550 online, and that I liked how it was customized by a famous ball player. He told me that unfortunately it had already sold. However, after continuing to express interest in the vehicle, he called up his boss to see if there was anyway they get me the car instead of shipping it off. Thanks to Jose, I was able to get the GL550 that I had originally seen at a very fair price. He also went the extra mile by finding me a manual and headphones for the vehicles rear entertainment system, since they were both missing from the vehicle when I looked at it. I will definitely choose to shop Chicago Motorcars again for my future vehicles, and I will without question choose Jose to be my salesman. He was a genuine, honest salesman that listened to ne and was able to get me the exact car I wanted. Thanks, Chicago Motorcars...I love my ride!

The level of service is unbeatable! Jose was extremely helpful. We did my entire transaction over the phone and internet. It was such a pleasant experience. I was expecting my 2005 Cayenne Turbo to be in good condition but it was in excellent condition! I was so please that for an almost 9 year old car it was "like new"! My paperwork was mailed to me in a timely manner and my car was delivered to me rather quickly in spite of the harsh snowy weather. I would be 100% confident in recommending Chicago Motor Cars to anyone. Even if you can't go get your car or inspect it yourself before you buy, you can trust that the car will be everything they say it is and more. I showed my wife the website with the car that I particularly liked... and she surprised me by telling me she'd bought it for me, but that I had to go to Chicago to pick it up (I'm on the West Coast). Never having bought a car via the internet I didn't know what to expect, but Nick held our hands and we ended up with a price we could afford so we went for it. The car sounded great and the pictures were beautiful... but you never know, right? So I show up and the car is even better than I had expected. Beautiful. And Nick and Afrim were great about everything. So I drove it out of there for a cross country road trip in what is the best car I have ever owned. It may be a while before I'm ready for my next car... only because I love this one so much... but when that day comes, Nick is the first person I'm calling.

I bought a 2007 Acura RL from Chicago Motor Cars in early October, I wanted to drive the car a few months before writing a review. The buying experience I had was so positive that I felt it necessary to write a review, I generally don't go in for that sort of thing. I had been looking for a 2005-2008 Acura RL in good condition for a few months, and finally found several at the same time that met my criteria, so it made sense to make a purchase since I am always a comparison shopper that likes options - never fall in love with a car or a house until you own it. The first thing to point out are the folks I dealt with - Andrew Ehret was the salesperson and Afrim Delisi was the sales manager. They were very good to deal with - straightforward and candid. I also wanted to ask their service manager, Geno Dobelman, some things about the car I bought, and I give him very high marks as well. Considering the high end type of cars they sell and the fact that I was looking at a car in the bottom 10% of their price ladder, I think the treatment I received says a lot. I looked at 2 other cars at different dealers and while they were nice cars, buying a used car you always have to be mindful of 'buyer beware' so I wanted to have my mechanic check out the cars. I was able to do so but the permission wasn't easily given. Turns out there were reasons for that, the cars weren't in quite as good a shape as they appeared to be. I know from personal experience that the 2 major car validation websites can only tell you so much and they aren't perfect or always right. I contrast this with the way Andy and Chicago Motor Cars dealt with my request to have my mechanic check out the car - they said 'sure, no problem'. That's it - no problem - the only condition was that Andy come along. My mechanic checked out the car and told me it was in remarkable shape for it's age and mileage, excellent shape - better than you'd expect in many ways. Besides that assurance, in this particular case, Chicago Motor Cars was able to share some of the Acura's repair and maintenance history, both good and bad, which was very refreshing. I have seldom had any dealer be as candid, low pressure, and easy to deal with as these guys were. Once I decided to buy the car, it was just as easy. I did not haggle because there was no need to - I had done a lot of shopping prior to looking at the car, I knew it was priced right and the only question was condition. Some people feel a need to haggle but I prefer the 'price it right, let's not play games with each other approach' and that is how I was treated. Their back office staff was also extremely efficient and I was out of there much faster than I expected or thought possible - I have probably bought a dozen cars in my life and I have never ever seen all the paperwork done that quickly and easily. Plus - there were a few very minor things that needed to be attended to from the mechanical inspection, they did them quickly and cheerfully and I may well go back to them for service and repair down the road. Many dealers would gloss over or blow off small things like that, but they took care of them. Finally - the car after two months I'd say it is among the best buys I have made. It is awesome and I plan to be a repeat customer.

I am a first time internet and out of town auto buyer. Very, very, very nervous. Chicago Motor Cars made this transaction amazingly simple. The most impressive part is every promise they made.they delivered. Very unique the car sales business. From the description, price, delivery, to the final day. Everything was as promised. Heck, they even delivered the car before they received full payment because they new I was without a vehicle. That was super! So for you out of town buyers, this is one dealer I highly recommend. I will be back!

Bought a 2004 SL55 there a few weeks ago. Sales guys were pretty nice and the car was pretty clean. in less than 30 days the car began to have major mechanical issues. Brought the car to them for repairs (because i was told that if I had any issues to just bring it in) found out it would cost almost $3k to fix. When I decided to have it brought to a Mercedes Mechanic, it was discovered that htere was a part missing. The reason it was missing is because the service guys broke it while taking it apart and apparently this is a cost to me. I also found that many options in the car do not work. It has Navigation - but no disk. It has seat heaters that do not work. It has two keys as described in the sales brochure but one is missing (the expensive one) I would not reccomend this place to anybody unless you like to take risks!!

To be brief, this dealership is dishonest. I had trusted this dealer based on prior web reviews and the salesperson seemed friendly and hontest on the phone. However, they did not disclose that the vehicle that I almost purchased is MISSING A CATALYTIC CONVERTER. I almost bought an expensive car site unseen based on the information provided on their web ads and by speaking by phone to their salesman, Rick Carlson. Luckily I paid to have it inspected which revealed multiple issues including the car missing a catalytic converter. Neither the car ads nor multiple phone conversations with the salesman Rick Carlson disclosed this important information. The vehicle would not have passed smog inspection where I live (as most areas) and I would not have been able to register or drive the vehicle without spending thousands of dollars upon receiving it from them. Had I known the vehicle was missing a catalytic converter, I would not have spent $405 to get it inspected and would have looked for another vehicle. When I asked Rick why he did not disclose this information earlier which would allow me to make an informed decision, he claimed that he did not know the car was missing the catalytic converter. This is not believable for a dealer that sells cars of this caliber. I requested a refund of $405 that I spent for the inspection since they should have disclosed the information about the catalytic converter but they declined. It is fraudulent to not disclose this type of important information to the consumer. I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Was looking for a 2000-2002 Used Pontiac Trans am Ws6 for a while. Stumbled upon a gorgeous 2001 balck trans am with a great price and low miles on cars for sale. Ended up looking into it more so I called and spoke to Andrew Ehret. Which from day one acted professional. I live in miami and well the car is currently under my name now! I don't usually write reviews, but these guys are worth the effort. My salesman Zoran Has been extremely helpful and more than patient with me during this transaction. They had the car ready when I arrived, and paper work was ready to go, so no long wait for preparation of documents. Thankfully the vehicle was just as described on the web site, beautiful.......overall I would give them an A+ rating for customer service and accurately describing vehicles so you are not surprised or disappointed when you see the car in person. Just picked up my 2011 Lincoln MKX last night and am so happy with it. I had been looking a long time and came upon an ad online for a car available at Chicago Motor Cars. I was contacted immediately after sending the online inquiry by Jose Perez. Jose was a pleasure to work with, in fact, my whole experience with everyone there was a positive one. The car had a couple of minor service type issues - Jose made sure everything was done - the car was cleaned and absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. After driving a minivan for 17 years, it's obviously a huge 'freeing' moment to graduate to a REAL car!!

Travelled up to Chicago from North East Indiana to do this deal, got a fair price for my trade in and now I am driving my Jaguar XF. Service good and friendly though communication could be better. The dealer had issue with hacker which did not help and caused a couple of hiccups for me and them. Got to say they have a lovely selection of vehicles to choose from, (if only I could afford it). If I was looking again I personally would have no problems going there first. Have a great day...

After doing a lot of research and shopping I purchased a vehicle from Chicago Motors Cars, partially because of the reviews here at Dealerrater.com. I would strongly encourage you to continue to google Chicago Motor Cars for the whole story on this company. There is even a ChicagoMotorCarsSuck.com website that tells more of the story. First of all, Jose Perez was very friendly and as helpful as I believe he was authorized to be but... this place is terrible. One of the first days I am on the lot a sales manager is chasing a guy in a Lotus yelling at him, making a scene because the guy decided to leave the lot and didn't want to continue to negotiate. I should have listened to my instincts and just left. However, I bought a used vehicle from them. I first took it to the local BMW dealership to have it mechanically checked out, which made the sales manager upset. It came through passing the inspection. What I didn't do, and should have, was to have the ENTIRE VEHICLE inspected thoroughly because it does not appear that Chicago Motor Cars inspects their cars before selling them to the consumer. You can check the aforementioned website where ownership admitted in court that they don't. Shame on me for assuming that they were a reputable dealership that would do that. At the point of sale they make you buy a Protection Warranty service for like $300 that is nothing more than a fee that they will not waive. It covers nothing. It is a complete scam. So within a couple of month of having my car the paint started chipping and the bumper fell off completely. I wasn't in an accident and had never had any contact with the bumper yet one day on the highway it just fell off. It appeared that the bumper was not installed correctly and they either were part of the patching process or never inspected the vehicle. Nonetheless, when I called them as soon as this happened to discuss the paint and the bumper, they wanted nothing to do with it. The car is basically a $30k piece of crap that is just falling apart... and I have only had it for 8 months. I asked them to help me with the bumper. I think I was being reasonable by asking for them to try to get me a decent deal on a painted replacement bumper and possibly share some of the costs since they stole the $300 fee for the warranty just to make it right. Jose agreed the bumper should not just fall off but they weren't willing to help in any way. They wanted no part of it. So maybe I am just dumb for not giving a vehicle a 2000 point inspection but I am not sure you could be savvy enough (nor would it be worth the effort) to fully inspect the vehicles the way you need to before purchasing from this dealership. Shady operation with a series of shady activities... just google it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Trust me you will regret it.

I recently traded in my much loved cadilac deville at chicago motor cars, and my experience with them was excellent. I was reffered to them by a friend and I was very nervous because although I have had many cars I have never had a car payment.Geno who is the head of the service department let me drive several vehicles and walked me thru what he thought would be the most dependable car for my lifestyle. I was looking at Victory motorcycles on eBay and found a perfect example of the bike I was looking for. I emailed CMC to inquire if there were any damage to the bike. First thing next morning I received a return email from Steven Ruiz and another associate, Steven told me there was no damage to the bike and to give him a call if I had any other questions. If you see it on eBay with a buy it now price and you really want it you better make it happen or it could be gone forever before you get back from lunch. Thinking this, I called Steven and began the short and painless process of purchasing the bike and getting shipped to PA. There was an issue with my funds coming from a closing escrow account that was to pay the balance of money down and shipping, took longer than anticipated to receive and pass on to CMC. Sam, the finance manager was understanding and friendly about the situation and along with Steve was a pleasure to work with and do business with. Rob who delivered my bike was a nice guy that I could tell had a lot of experience in transporting high end autos and bikes. Good job everyone!!I would not hesitate to recommend CMC to any of my friends or family. When I look for my next vehicle, I will start with Chicago Motor Cars.

It was a pleasure to purchase the 2011 Red ZR1 from Mike Simon. We talked on the phone about Corvettes in general and then Mike asked me how we could make my purchase of the ZR1 possible. Just right to the point , price was discussed, we came to an agreement quickly with not a lot of time wasted going back and forth like a lot of other buying experiences. Mike then asked when could I be available to pick up the car. What an excellent way to purchase a car or anything for that matter. Found the exact ZR1 I was looking for on the first day of looking. I figured it would take me a while to find what I was looking for, but Chicago Motorcars had my car! Tatsiana was very good to deal with. The entire transaction was done via email, which is very convenient and good for documentation.The deal was relatively complex, as I had a car for trade, and was located all the way in Texas. This was no problem, and Tatsiana and Chicago Motor Cars were lightning fast in getting back to me and coming to a deal we both are happy with. Mike Simon, promised me the R8 was in mint condition. That it was and the way I was treated was awesome. I flew in from Grosse Pointe Mi. Mike sent a luxurious Benz to pick me up. The driver was a sharp lady that new her way around the city. They offered me dinner and drinks while we processed the deal. Mike Simon spent time teaching me the Audi R8 from front to back and top to bottom. Mike and Christina also showed us the many Super Exotic cars he has on hand for sale. The cars all had one common similarity they were cared for by experts and people who are passionate about the vehicles they buy and sell. I would by my next 10 cars from Mike Simon.

It's hard to buy a car for some, it leaves you vulnerable, and it's not like you're buying a sandwich. For me, when I called and talked to a guy named Robbie, I mentioned the car we saw online, I told him my credit score was great and this is what the payment had to be for our budget, now we have been trying to buy a car actively for 3 days, in and out of dealerships, spending hours with some, just to walk away. I couldn't believe people aren't more flexible. Robbie, crunched the numbers and even though he didn't have to take it too far out of his way to make it work, he did, bringing my total payment to our comfort level, that sold us on the deal. He didn't try and get my info. so that he could stalk us at a later date, for a sale, just gave me the numbers. As a matter of fact, I called back to make sure he had the right quote and price for the 2011 Prius that I was interested in, because his price was so competitive than every dealership. So we went in the next day and were equally impressed by kindness, genuine people that know how to be with people. Jose was awesome, they were giving of information and helpful, they gave us contacts then Mark (finance) wasn't scary either, that is where it can get scary for me, but that was smooth too, he also got on the line through out the day, and worked some magic at the end, voila, start to finish exactly what our budget was, what they quoted, no more: from our phone conversation to driving the car off the lot. Most people dread dealing with buying a vehicle, painful but necessary. That is not the case with Chicago Motor Cars in West Chicago. Mike was very professional and timely with all communication. The negotiation process went smoothly, and I feel it was a fair trade. The car was used and had a few cosmetic problems that were taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them. They have a great selection of used vehicles!! I will go back when I need another vehicle.

I recently purchased a Corvette from Chicago Motor Cars, and I can say this was the best experience Ive had with a new car purchase. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They answered every question I had (and I had a lot of them). During the negotiation process I never felt pressured, and while I always feel I could do better in price, I was happy with the overall deal. After the sale, they continued to impress me. They walked me through the titling process as I was from Wisconsin. They also took care of the two very small issues I had after the sale in a prompt professional manner. This dealership had the exact vehicle I wanted on their ebay auction page. I communicated with them via email and texting throughout the entire purchasing process as I live in Ohio and the vehicle was in Chicago. The communication was smooth, easy and responsive. Negotiating the purchase price was easy and reasonable. When I flew into Chicago, I was promptly picked up by Zoran and driven to the dealership where my newly detailed vehicle was waiting. As I had a 6 hour drive back to Ohio, they handled the paperwork signing and transfer quickly and efficiently, so I could get on my way as soon as possible. The Evoque I purchased was in pristine condition and has performed flawlessly in the 2 weeks I have owned the vehicle. I would highly recommend Chicago Motor cars for the purchase of a specialty vehicle. Just so you are aware, the dealership staff dress VERY casually, but don't let that put you off in any way. They are professional and honest in every way!

I found a great deal on a 911 c4 cab at CMC. I worked with Zoran who even sent me extra pictures and took the car to a local porsche mechanic for a pre purchase inspection for me since I was in Pa. The car was just as described on the website. The process could not have been better or easier.

Overall this was a very positive experience. When testing driving the car, I did find a small leak in the cooling system which was immediatley rectified to my satisfaction by the sales manager. The process was very smooth. The Escalade is running great and have had no problems! Thanks Zoran for an easy long distance transaction! I will be back.

I purchased a 2011 Porsche 911 Turbo S. The trade in was fair for my 2010 ZR1 Corvette and the purchase price was better than all the local dealers in the area for a similar car. All the staff was knowledgeable and provided answers to my questions. They delivered the used car looking new. His professional detailers made sure to take all the imperfections out prior to me picking up the vehicle!

Mike Simon helped me purchasing in purchasing a 82 Ferrari 308 at Chicago Motor Cars . When they were preparing it prior to shipping it to me they found a major problem and Mike recomended mme not getting it. Mike then found an identical one at another dealer which was shipped directly to me from that other dealer. When it arrived I found two problems: worn tires and clutch. I was a little woried but Mike sent me enough funds to buy four new top of the line Michelin Tires and to have a new clutch instaled. I now have a great running red 308 with complete 30,000 mile service records.

Walking into a high-end dealership with the purpose of buying one of their least expensive models, a Ford Mustang GT, can be a little intimidating. We didn't expect much.Were we ever surprised! We were treated very well indeed. There was no hesitation to let us test-drive the car and the salesman, Jose, was attentive without being pushy or, as we'd anticipated, dismissive.He noticed my husband walking the dogs around outside and welcomed them inside with enthusiasm. We chose to go through them for financing thanks to a highly competitive low interest rate. The whole time our dogs were as well treated as we were, with water and food being brought to them.Several employees stopped to discuss our dogs and our vehicle purchase with enthusiasm. They all had something to add about the vehicle, or a personal story about another similar car. You can tell these guys are passionate about cars.One minor repair was included as a condition of purchase, and we were contacted the next day to see how we liked the car and to set up a time to bring it in. At time of writing it the repair has already been made.We will definitely return when we're ready for another purchase.

I ordered a Lexus 600hL from this dealership off the internet sight unseen in January. My initial inquiries were answered promptly by my salesperson Zoran. He was very precise in his responses and also took additional pictures for me of the vehicle in question. I thought they were very fair on the price so I agreed to purchase the vehicle and have it shipped. Their shipping charge to Des Moines from Chicago was very reasonable and the transport driver was courteous and careful with my new acquisition. Upon inspection the next morning I found a few wear items that I thought were not fully disclosed in our negotiations. Zoran and Parin, the owner of Chicago Motor Cars, stepped in to remedy the items in question at their expense. They also did it in a timely manner so I could enjoy the vehicle as if I purchased it new. These guys were extremely pleasant to do business with and I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them in the future. Their website (and dealership) is a cornucopia for anyone that loves nice cars. They have about every make and model and thanks to technology will probably be doing much more business in other states via the internet and their commitment to superb customer service.

I spoke with Parin Shah about a vehicle he had offered for sale and we struck a deal for him to sell me his car and take my porsche as partial trade . Before purchase I wanted to see the car. Initially I indicated I could be there in few days and he agreed to hold car. My plans got pushed back for 10 days and without a deposit he held car for two weeks. When i arrived in chicago he had me picked up and taken to his show room. His show room was filled with many high end cars. I inspected the car with no presure to finalize the transaction. After I completed the inspection ,we finalized paper work , then he took me to lunch , arranged for car to be shipped to east coast and drove me to town. I have since recomended him to two of my friends I would always consider buying a high end car form Chicago motor cars and Parin Shah.

Communication from start to after the sale has been outstanding, they were eager to put together a deal that made us all happy. I bought the car long distance from South Carolina. After taking delivery of the car, I discovered the owners manual was missing...they promptly ordered a manual and made the situation right. That's just good business. I recently purchased a Range Rover from Parin at Chicagomotorcars. Having had plenty of experience in purchasing cars in the past, I expected the typical uncomfortable buying experience in which a salesman tells me everything he thinks I want to hear so as to purchase his car for the highest possible price, the lowest coefficient of service, and thereby accepts no responsibility when my car leaves his lot and my money has left my pocket. Parin and his staff have certainly set the bar to a new height as the professionalism they exude, the "no presure" sales tactics, and the quality of their inventory leave me with a sense of peace and confidence which I have never even come close to feeling with respect to all of my prior automotive purchases (which exceed in excess of 70 vehicles) I would highly recommend Chicagomotorcars and Parin and I will be doing all of my future automotive purchases with them.

My husband and I were shopping around for a Dodge Viper for the last 2 years. We discovered one at Chicago Motor Cars at a very competitive price. After researching other private party and dealer prices all over the nation, we decided to move forward with purchasing the car from CMC. We decided to purchase the car based on photos and the knowledge and assurance of Barry D. that the car would be in prestine condition upon delivery. There were some minor flaws in the interior as well as some minor mechanical issues that Barry assured us would be remedied to our full satisfaction. We were initially a bit apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen, but when the car arrived, everything that Barry had given us his word on was at or above our expectations. Not only did the car arrive in perfect condition, but we received regular and prompt communications directly from Barry regarding the pick up, transportation and delivery of our purchase. We are also left with a high level of confidence that any residual issues we could experience will be handled in the same timely and professional manner. I just purchased my car from CMC about a week ago and I cannot brag enough about the service I was provided. The car was immaculate, freshly detailed and looked great! The service was beyond amazing, the sales person-Steven Ruiz is very knowledgeable and overall excited about being at his job, he definitely has a passion for what he does. He really knows his cars and he's probably the most patient sales person I've ever dealt with, he's not pushy at all. I highly recommend buying a car from Steven. I must give a lot of credit to their finance manager Mark Foster, as well. Mark really went above and beyond to help me obtain the final monthly payment I would need to have this car. It's a given fact that Mark has been a part of the industry for many years. He possesses the information and know-how to really work with the customer to make sure they leave as satisfied as possible. I knew what I needed to pay to stay within my budget and he was able to get me in my car! There was no haggling for hours back and forth like many other dealerships, very straight forward and got it done. The CMC showroom is awesome! I cannot begin to tell you the struggle I've had at countless dealerships as a young woman looking for a car alone. At other dealerships I was bombarded, hassled, and stomped on as if I were an easy commission check. Not at Chicago motor cars! If you're in the market for a vehicle, you need to call these guys, no matter where you live. I recently bought a GMC Denali there and worked with Zoran. Great guy, very knowledgeable but also really easy going. you just don't feel the stereotypical sales pressure from anyone. Parin, the owner, made himself accessible to me throughout the entire sales process, and his colleagues Robbie and Mark were both genuinely ready to help. The vehicles they sell are cleaner than clean. the buying process was actually really laid back and the paperwork was jet-fast. You can tell these guys love what they do, are very good at it and I don't know where you'll find a better vehicle for the price. Kudos, CMC.... you've earned a lifelong customer.

In a word: Excellent. I was treated with respect, felt very comfortable with them, and never felt the stereotypical pressure associated with buying a car. Zoran was a fantastic and easy going salesman who listened to what my needs were. They came in at a price that was way less than what I expected and gave me more for my trade-in vehicle than anyone else was offering. The owner, Parin, called and emailed me several times during the process to make sure my experience was good. It was more than good. I have never been to this dealership in person, but my wife and I have a STRONG opinion of Chicago Motor Cars after buying our Infinity from them online - THEY ARE FANTASTIC. Our shiny new FX35 is everything we hoped it would be after speaking at length with Jose Perez, and it was delivered right to our driveway only a few days after the ink dried on the paperwork. They handled everything: securing low interest financing, preparing all of the documentation, and even our state-specific license tag application. I'll admit, we were a bit hesitant to make such a substantial purchase without ever touching or driving our new Infinity, but it has proven over the last two months to be the best car purchase we've ever made. Heads turn when we drive it, and the car is in excellent condition under the metallic pearl exterior, too. We recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a high end driving machine, no matter where you live!

Jose met us at the dealership on my schedule even though it was his day off. the car was in perfect shape as advertised. Unfortunately, they were not able to give me what I expected for my MB trade, so I took it home again to sell myself. The whole transaation and time it took were excceptional. I've was shopping for a Z06 for some time, and came across one here. It had some mods, which I did not want, because I already had my own upgrades planned. Not only did I find the right car, but I was able to find a car that was modified very closely to what I wanted. Initially, I felt uncomfortable buying a car that was already built, but the documentation accompanying the car put me at ease. I called the original installer of all the equipment, and I found out the car belonged to a 65 year old man who just wanted something special! Its been a month and I love the car! Yes, I was pleasantly surprised by Chicago Motor Cars and I will not only recommend them, but I'll definitely buy from them again.

I bought a Ford F250 7.3L diesel from Chicago Motor Cars through Mr. Jose Perez. I love the truck - Chicago Motor Cars acquires great stock like this truck - one owner California truck, well maintained, low mileage and spotless autofax. And they are a super-transparent and efficient online seller. Very easy and perfect transaction with Mr. Perez, who worked my deal in one call. And there were no surprises. Jose sold the truck exactly as it was and he made sure it would be in shape such that I'd be happy with it. And I am. Chicago Motor Cars has great customer service too. I was picked up downtown Chicago, the truck was all set when I got to the shop, and Jose and the entire staff was helpful closing and getting me on the road. It was hard to leave because there were so many very cool cars they have in stock (and motorcycles, vintage Harleys and Ducatis etc). Unbelieveable dealer. 5 Stars. I have been in the market for a Porsche for 1 1/2 now. Last year, I tried buying a Porsche online through the Porsche dealership in San Antonio, Texas. The entire experience was a disaster and almost convinced me to never buy a vehicle online again. Besides the dealership being rude, slow, never returning calls, and finally, lying about the vehicle I was purchasing (it did not have the amenities that was being advertised/it had been wrecked & shoddily repaired-which DID NOT show up on the Car Fax), they took forever shipping the car to me after the purchase and difficult to work with when I discovered the condition of the vehicle upon its arrival. It was only after me threatening to sue and contact the state attorney's general's office did they take the car back. But then, they turned around and advertised it the same way again.Needless to say, I was very hesitate to buy another vehicle online and decided that if I did, I would hold the next dealership to the highest standard possible and if at any point they did not produce, I was going to back out of the sale no matter how far we got in the transaction.With this car, I initially was just looking. After talking with Jose over the phone, he impressed me to the point I was confident this was a good dealership to work with. After working with Mark Foster from finance as well, the overall experience went smooth and easy. I got a better interest than I was hoping for, received the car sooner than I initially anticipated, got a fair price for the car, and finally, and most importantly, the car met the description and condition that Jose told me: "Perfect." For the record, I live in El Paso, Texas, and believe it was easier buying this car from Chicago than it would have been purchasing it in El Paso. To the crew, thank you for your effort and patience. I have a wonderful ride now because of you guys.

I had been looking to purchase a ford taurus as a second car to get me back and forth to work and came across a good deal via eBay on an 06 Model. I click to open the ad was was impressed by the high end inventory they had to offer. I felt i was in car heaven. I live out in Orland park so west Chicago was no short drive at all for me unless I knew it was a great deal. I called in and was greeted by jose who was very familiar with the car as it was traded in locally. He explained how they were an Internet based company who specialized in having great prices and vehicles that were pre checked prior to sale. I don't normally fill out ratings, but I have to say this was one of the best car dealerships I have ever visited. All the cars in the showroom and on the lot will make a statement on the road. If you want to drive an "average" car, then don't shop here. My car was an older sports model and was in showroom condition. Chicago Motor Cars really has great products, great salespeople and will work with you to find the best ride for your lifestyle.

If you're looking for "just another car" then go somewhere else. Sales and finance guys were very helpful and genuinely shared in my excitement for this purchase. I just recently purchased a 2011 Range Rover HSE SC and it was another great experience at Chicago Motor Cars! The transaction was quick and the the financing easy. The staff was very knowledgeable and had no problem allowing me to drive several vehicles until I found the right one. Comparatively the price was good and they were very efficient in doing the paper work and arranging for shipment to the west coast. found a sl500 on line and went to the dealership to trade in my car. there were issues with the online car but these guys were wonderful in getting all of them straightened out. michael the salesman was great and held my hand the entire way. mark in finance had all the right answers and rates and made the buying process really easy and quick. would buy a car from them again in a minute. their inventory was top notch and expect their service will be too.

No matter whether you go there to buy a Ferrari or a Ford, they treat you the same way - respectfully and honestly. Parin, Sam and Philip all went out of their way to make us satisfied customers. This is my second purchase from them and will continue to do business in the future. Haven't tried their service yet, but will do that and provide an update.

Bought a beautiful 550i. To close the deal they even bought me a twin and a diet Mt. Dew. Zoran, Mark, Rob, and Jose did a great job. Did most of my dealings over the phone and pretty much and to show up and sign on the dotted line, even with a trade in. Took them longer to evaluate my trade in then it did to sign and drive! Good people.

I bought a 2004 Mercedes SL600 at Chicago Motor Cars along with an after market service contract. There was an issue with the 20 inch wheels on the car and the service contract provider suspended my coverage. I called Mark at Chicago Motor Cars and he resolved the issue for me by paying a premium for the suposed wheel/tire modifications that were on my car. Issues can always come up in any transaction, but Chicago Motor cars resolved my problem in a profesioal maner, and did it at their own expense. Leon

Here to sell a vehicle, we had the price agreed upon, the bill of sale written up, only to have "the president" say he "didn't want" the car. Asked for my signed paperwork back - such as title transfer, bill of sale, etc. - only to be told that it had been shredded and if I wanted to verify, I could go look at the shred bin.No reason was given for wanting to call off the deal, nor did the person who declined to follow through on the deal bother to come out and explain it to me.No apologies were given, no explanations offered, nothing. Just very rude customer service culminating in a customer lost for life, which is a shame because they had the same color Panamera I'm looking to buy on the floor and would've talked to them about it.

I was on the market for a used Porsche 911 turbo and i came across Chicago Motor cars. I decided to go in and check them out and WOW. They have such a great selection with some pristine cars in there show room. The guys there were super friendly and straight forward. I delt with a gentelmen by the name Nizar. He answered all my questions and helped from start to end. Was up front about everything and I buy 2 to 3 cars a year. I will never go to this place again... Everything was just really unclassy I'm even a previous customer of theirs. Never really liked them just liked their prices... but I saw the real them when I wanted another car. They are are everything you dread in a dealership-- pushy-yes rude-yes obnoxious-yes judgemental- ABSOUTELY I will only go to a NEW car dealer from here on out at least they have a name to stand behind. I would like to start off with saying I did not do any business with Chicago Motor Cars. I was in the market for a 7 series BMW and noticed a great deal they had on ebay. I went to there dealership to look at there car and noticed they had another 745 in there back parking lot that looked as if it just came in. I helped myself to look at the car and to make a long story short there was around 80,000 miles on the car so it did not interest me. Approx a week later I came across this same car on there website with around 40,000 miles so I called to verify it was not a mistake. So I went to look at the car to see if maybe they got in the same color car with the same options and sure enough it was the exact car I looked at with less miles. This will def make me look twice on any future car I look at.
