We shopped with this dealer over a 2 month period. Tyler was always helpful and not pushy. Dealership had exact Tucson we were looking for and with help from Costco, we got a great deal!!

As stated above, we have been buying cars at this dealership since 2003. Each time we have been treated very well, and fairly. When service is needed they get it taken care of right away, and always wash the car when done. We are very happy with Chico Hyundai!

Tyler and Ron are fantastic...4th Hyundai from Chico Hyundai and will go back again. They are upfront with communications, take interest in my needs, and work to make car buying as easy as possible. Finance team is great too!

After I got my new vehicle home, I noticed a small paint scrape on the lower front bumper. When I brought it to the attention of my salesperson, Tyler, he made sure to give me an appointment to take care of it quickly, so my new cat would be perfect. Brian in the paint department was absolutely wonderful! After touching up the paint scrape, it didn't look quite right to him, and he then sought and received authorization to "fix it right" by sanding and filling the scrape mark so the repair is perfect. Thanks!! Chico Hyundai is a great place to purchase a vehicle. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Chico Hyundai to a friend or anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

As stated in my survey, Tim Wallace is a terrific, patient, salesman. As a retired person, I wanted to take my time in deciding what was best for me. Tim Wallace has a pleasant way about his informative and professional sales manner. I am telling my friends to ask for him at your dealership. I appreciated how he didn't try to push me into just any car. I felt respected and am very happy with my decision to buy a Tucson.

Antonio provided very thoughtful assistance and advice that helped me decide to stay in a vehicle very much like my previous car, but helped me come to the conclusion that leasing is a much better option for my vehicle needs. He was patient when I needed help with things. I never felt pressured or like I was getting a raw deal. They were very fair about my trade in and the negotiating process was a breeze.

Finance manager was rude. In the negotiation process, he came out and basically told us if we didn't like the deal, we could leave. It was over 1,000 dollar difference. Then, the salesperson mentioned he could have possibly called the owner. Didn't like the way the finance manager treated us.

Tyler and Adrin were absolutely what a customer is looking for when they are shopping for cars. Not pushy, aggressive, or just trying to get a sale. I visited another dealer in Chico and the salespeople were uninformed about their product, and seemed like they just wanted me to sit down with their finance person and get the sale done with no regard for the fact that I wanted to see some other makes/models. When I went to Chico Nissan, I didn't really think that I wanted the Hyundai Sonata, but Tyler and Adrin were so relaxed and genuinely friendly that I ended up falling in love with the Sonata as well as the buying experience there. Other dealerships promised me better deals, but I passed them up for the great experience at Chico Nissan/Hyundai.

I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster from Tyler Keerans at Chico Nissan/Hyundai. This purchase was made after scanning the local market and the internet via a number of Vehicle Sales websites e.g. Edmunds.com, to assess what options were available to me. After identifying a number of opportunities, I visited quite a few dealers with the hope of finding the vehicle that met my needs. My experience in dealing with Mr. Keerans was an important factor in making a decision to purchase through Chico Nissan/Hyundai. I was very impressed by the professional manner in which he conducted business. He was very accommodating, allowing me to view, and more importantly test drive the vehicle more than once. He was very willing to share his knowledge of the cars potential, and l always felt that he was playing open cards. He was not very pushy or overly aggressive (as I found with some dealers) and as a result I felt very comfortable engaging with him on a possible sale at the time. He was willing to listen to my concerns, and addressed them with the patience one seldom sees these days. Although not linked directly to sale, I was most impressed by the condition and state of his workshop this is an indication to me that the car had been properly prepared and gave me every confidence that the after sales service would be of the highest quality. The unique 5 yr./60,000 mi basic, 10 yr./100,000 mi powertrain warranty was another plus. In concluding the purchase, Mr. Keerans and staff managed the administration flawlessly, prepared the vehicle and follow up commitments were met. All in all, this was a very positive buying experience for me. I would definitely recommend Tyler Keerans and Chico Nissan/Hyundai to my colleagues and friends.

Both of my car buying experiences at Chico Hyundia have been great! They are a pleasure to work with. I never feel pressured and the atmosphere is pleasant and everyone has a great attitude.
