I purchased a used vehicle from Derrick. The overall experience was good. The only complaint I have is related to a repair that was to be done to the vehicle I purchased. A small piece had to be ordered, and I had to consistently call for about a week after the purchase to make sure the part was ordered. Overall, the experience was good.

Worse experience ever dealing with any dealer told me that they had the car I was looking for was in mint condition but would not show me the vehicle until my credit was approved after giving up 2 hours of my valuable time to go throught their credit process the car was a complete disaster and when I voiced my disapproval I was told all you got to do is get it detailed I have never bought a car from a dealership and had to do my own detail not only that it had dents and scratches everywhere the mirror was almost pulled of thanks for wasting my time

Salesman Sean Russ went overboard to help me. I am a disabled Viet Nam Veteran and He even sent out the truck over 50 miles for me to try out and brought it back for me to keep while the paperwork went thru. Bob Alen's salesman called me a liar so myself and my church nor family will ever visit that place again.. A few other places were nice but no delivery. I bought a Toyota Tacoma used there a couple years ago and same deal but Sean wasn't there. They even put on a class IV hitch and new tires with no extra charge. The Nicholasville Toyota offered us a brand new one just like ours or our pick for our Toyota which has 150,000 miles but in mint condition. I recommend Lawrenceville a 10 plus as the best New and used car and truck dealer as I love my brand new Ram Rebel.

I'm giving this dealership one star, because 0 stars was not an option. I test drove a car with Nick Scott who on our ride was telling me they did not high pressure their customers like other dealerships did. I liked the car and we started negotiations. I told him right off the bat that this was a big decision and I would not be making a final decision until I had slept on it overnight. He left and came back a couple of times (not sure who he was speaking with). The second time he came back, another gentlemen came with him and asked if I would agree upon a certain price. I indicated that was a possibility, but as a female not knowing a lot about cars, I said I wanted to call a friend to come look the car over. I was told I could drive the car to the friend, in fact I could keep the car overnight and bring it back the next day. I didn't want to leave the rental I was driving there overnight, so I said I would bring the car back shortly after my friend looked it over. About 90 minutes later, as I was on my way back to the dealership, I received a call from James wanting to know when I was bringing the car back. When I got back, yet a different salesman tried to pressure me into signing for the car right then and there. I explained again that I wanted to sleep on the decision and would let them know first thing in the morning (partly because it was a lot of money to spend and partly because I wanted to get a quote from my insurance agent to make sure I could afford the premium). I was told the offer would not be good in the morning, that I had to make a decision right then and there. Talk about high pressure!!! I told them they had made me mad and the salesman seemed glad that I walked out. My friend said he was glad I walked out because he was mad too and he was getting ready to give the guy an earful. I mean why tell me I can keep the car overnight and then tell me I had to make an on the spot decision or the deal was off? The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in this place. I will buy my next car and all future cars elsewhere.

Nick Scott, Mark, John, and really everyone was amazing!! The best experience that I have ever had buying a vehicle. Thank you all for everything!! We will be back for the next vehicle!!

I was having my car serviced for just a routine service plan and was very pleased with their staff! I was quickly greeted in their service department and they quickly got to work! A staff member showed me where I could wait inside and it assured me it wouldn't be long. Within 30 minutes everything was finished and I was out the door! They explained everything to me with what they did and all of my levels and told me I was ready to go!

Basic waiting area (TV, coffee, sofas, chairs, magazines, etc.); but thankfully did not get much of a chance to use it -- pulled in on impulse when my car told me it was time for an oil change, and they got me through in no time; fast, friendly, professional.

I came just to get my truck serviced and they were great. Fast and efficient- I was in and out! They were also reasonably priced!
