Bought this truck there a month ago found a crack in the windshield like 10 min after I left the place I called cam and he had it fixed fairly quickly for me. He called me way more times then I called him to get it fixed. Which is nice. I would recommend buying a car from here

He knew the ins and outs of each truck and made sure I was in the correct truck suited for me. Had a great car buying experience at Ciocca Chevy a few weeks ago. We picked out the car we wanted online ahead of time and when we showed up to buy it, it was parked right out front ready to go. No one tried to rip us off or pressure us into buying a more expensive car (I hate when dealerships do that). We got exactly what we came for at the price we were quoted online with no gimmicks. Derek was the best salesman I've ever dealt with at a car dealership. Great guy. I would definitely recommend Ciocca Chevrolet of Quakertown to anyone. If you think you cant get a loan because of bad or no credit these guys will find one for you. Amazing.

Very responsive, professional staff. Kept in contact as they made an improvement to the used car I purchased. Allowed me to take it to my mechanic to check the car over and accepted his list in order to lower the price. Took care of all my paperwork and offered several surprising extras.No need for Cars.com to send me any more available cars.

Poor trade-in value, about 30% low, so the trade-in is all about how much financial pain the customer will endure. Also disrespectful sales manager/ closer. This man approached me to reason out the low trade. With my keys in hi pocket. Then as I walked out after mentioning to call me if the deal is right, the manager says "You're not going anywhere without your keys!", then produced the keys from HIS OWN pocket. Sales lessons: why offer low trade values unless your following a rip-off model of dealing; DO NOT EVER put my keys in your pocket without a deal; DO NOT talk to me like I'm your teenage son! B.S. and bullying is what I got, right out the door. NO SALE!!!

After purchasing a number of trucks from this dealership I must say that it has come to an end. They have refused to honor a warranty claim and the body shop did a HORRIBLE job and now refuses to stand behind their "Lifetime workmanship warranty". The body shop manager is as inept as you will find and has ZERO customer service skills. As they say "BUYER BEWARE". They may seem like they are interested in customer service but it's all hype. There are a lot of Chevy dealers out there...Pick another one.

The dealership is fine when buying but if you need any service after the sale FORGET IT!!! We've purchased 7 trucks from them for our business and they could not be less interested in caring for anything related to warranty issues. ESPECIALLY the body shop and paint issues. Looks like we'll be buying from another dealership. What a shame since the sales staff was a pleasure to deal with.

We bought a used vehicle from ciocca and wasted the whole day waiting for them to do paperwork and prep the car. We could overlook that but one of the things that sold us on the deal was the "ciocca promise", includes courtesy shuttle, free oil changes, car wash etc, but when we told them we can't use most of the services because we live 1.5 hrs away, salesman Lee Ziegler PROMISED us they were adding a dealership near Reading PA in another month which would allow us to drop off the vehicle nearby for service and pickup when done. Surprise for us when we tried to schedule oil change, NO new Reading ciocca forthcoming so we either forfeit a couple a hundred a year in "Benefits" or spend the whole day driving and waiting for an oil change! Tried to explain it to Mike, the manager but since they already had the sale he decided it was OK to shrug it off and be RUDE and NASTY with no resolution. Come on Greg, if you want to keep Ciocca growing you need to have your people do better than this! MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING THE SALESMAN SAYS IN WRITING

Came in for warranty work and 2 other issues. oil press fluctuates and keeps giving message to shut off eng, very annoying. Trouble shot to bad sending unit, would require 3 days to get part. Other issue they could not find anything wrong yet once i drove off it was still an issue. After that i told them i would like the part they ordered sent to a closer dealership for repair. They said no problem would call them and explain the issue and send part to them. Never called, a week later they are like sorry once you said going to another dealer it is their issue they'll have to re diagnose themselves and order themselves. No longer our issue...Once they had made that decsion dont you think you should have let the customer know you were not going to do what you had promised you'd do and not let customer go a week thinking it was in work? Another week gone, now need to bring in 2 more times, 1 to "re diagnose" and another to come back after part comes in.

I was in the market for a new Chevy Tahoe, so I visited a dealership (not to be named) that I had purchased 4 other vehicles from in the past 2 years. Being this is the 5th vehicle I figured they would roll out the red carpet and work a deal with me. I was wrong. On a whim I decided I would contact Ciocca Chevrolet in Quakertown to see what inventory they had. From the gate, the staff was fantastic. I was put in touch with the GM Iad Antonios and he immediately said he wanted to earn my business. We negotiated and came to an agreeable figure without me physically seeing the vehicle. Iad offered to drive the car to my house on a Sunday for me to see it and drive it. Seriously never had customer service like that before! John Hall was the salesman for the transaction and made everything smooth and painless. He was beyond knowledgable about the vehicle and its options. He was a pleasure to work with. Found the dealership through autotrader. Good on pricing. Their cioccia promise is great. Who doesn't like free oil changes. Especially one on your birthday. We were there for quite a bit of time with financing issues. They did what ever they could to help me drive off the lot that day. New tires ,brakes, rotors ,ect. They even got us a bite for the wait. I don't think I'd be able to shop anywhere else and not be disappointed with the service. They've set the bar high and I don't think I could find a place that could reach it.

I came so close to purchasing a vehicle at Ciocca Chevrolet. I have been looking for a 2000 - 2004 Toyota Tacoma Extended Cab. They had one available and it was the closest to what I wanted. The price was decent. The woman who kept in contact with me was amazing. Super friendly and was as helpful as she could be in getting me any information I asked for. Planned on keeping my daily driver and buying the truck for mainly winter driving so my issue on why I wasn't able to purchase from them was because I had no idea on how I was to get down there to bring the truck back. I can kick myself for not going down and at least test driving the truck and then figuring out how to bring it back home. Whomever bough the truck is one lucky person.

The experience at Faulkner Ciocca Chevy was incredible. David got me preapproved and I just had to show up to sign the papers. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. It probably helps that half of the people I ran into already owned the car I was purchasing, so kudos for linking me with a sales representative who knew everything about my car.I would probably go back just to hang out with the friendly people. My friend and I had a great day, and the mrs. jaw dropped when I came home in the new car.

I have never written a review for a car dealership. However my experience at Faulkner was exceptional. I purchased a vehicle on 7/31/14 after several weeks of looking for a specific vehicle. I initially was contacted by Stephanie G regarding my vehicle purchase after submitting an online inquiry. Stephanie was very professional and wanted to find out exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. She did not pressure me to come into the dealership, but rather focused on customer service and determining what I was looking for. (Of note other dealerships were just concerned with me getting into the door, not determining if they even had a vehicle I was interested in.) I was then put in contact with Eric K a salesperson. Eric greeted me when I entered the dealership and showed me around the vehicle. However Eric again was very professional and did not try and pressure a sale. He even sent me a You Tube video of the vehicle prior to my arrival to the dealership! Eric worked diligently to get the vehicle and equipment combination I was looking for. However I determined while there I wanted something a little different than I initially thought. He took the change in stride and brought the new requirement to the Sales Manager. Enter Ray, obviously the Sales Manager. Ray does a great job with his team and it shows! He also was very professional and did not try to force a sale. We realized the vehicle I wanted was not on his lot, but he offered to find it and still make me a deal that was fair. I informed him that I was in contact with several other dealers and he said he would be their prices! I left the dealership with Ray looking for the vehicle and equipment combination I wanted. This is important because in my experience car dealers do no want you to leave, especially when they know you are ready to purchase! However Ray did not try to make a car on his expansive lot fit me, but rather find the car that I wanted! He only asked that I give him a day or so to try and locate the vehicle. Ray called me later that evening and told me he located the vehicle and he would call with appointment to come in when the vehicle arrived. As promised he called a couple days later with my vehicle now in his inventory and with a phenomenal deal! I scheduled to go in a couple days later to complete the purchase. I went in and met with Mark S Finance Manager that handled all of the necessary paperwork in a thorough and speedy manner. Mark was again another example of stellar customer service! My experience was so positive that I will be returning with family and friends to purchase vehicles in the future!! I have purchased several new vehicles in my life and have not had such a positive experience ever! Everyone I encountered was genuinely interested in providing excellent customer service above all else!! If you are looking for a new Chevrolet product go see the team at Faulkner Ciocca Chevrolet!!

We were greeted with smiling faces from the second we walked in the door. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, it was so nice to not feel so tense when making this car purchase. Alli and Chris were awesome when working out the numbers before even coming in to test drive the vehicle. The numbers never once changed from when we were talking on the phone throughout the entire process. I am always worried about the teaser rate other dealers offer you and than what the monthly payment is when you arrive. This was our first purchase with Faulkner and we will sure to be back in the future. We also have already told some of our friends and family what a stress free and fantastic job everyone at Faulkner did from start to finish. We felt that they were thorough in going over the vehicle but also kept in mind that we were in a bit of a time crunch. This could not have gone any better, we will surely be back in the future.

I would like to start by saying that I have been to several dealerships in the past few weeks and not one honest experience. I have bought several new and used vehicles in my life and i know allot about the automotive industry to know a bad deal when i see one. I decided to check out Faulkner Ciocca when I saw they had one of the best prices advertised for the vehicle I was interested in. First I thought it was another gimmick to get me in there but it turns out it was not. These people were very kind and honest about everything. They did not hide anything from use.Gave us several different options to help us decide what was best for us and did not push us into something we did not want. I went into the dealer looking to browse at some used SUV's with low mileage. I did not have the expectation onf making a deal that day, but if the price was right, it was an option. Gregg showed my wife and I a used SUV that fit the description of what we were looking for, it was priced well and was in excellent condition but wasn't the color we wanted. He asked if we would have any interest in a new model, so we entertained the idea. He told us the "bottom line price" which was excellent, but there was no room to haggle. I had a trade and didn't get near what i was hopping, but my expectations for it were a little high, they did come up on their offer to get my business. Everything was seemless. The paperwork and financing was easy as well, they have some good service packages they add on to the manufacturers warranty, some come at no cost (service plan for an extra year) and some come at a cost (LMW 6 yrs 90000 miles). All in all, it was an easy experience and we walked out within 4 hours of going in, with a new SUV. Thanks!

I will be honest, my sales experience was great, a shorted bulb was replaced... BUT I bought my 2008 PT Cruiser preowned. I spent almost 9k on it. It was a replacement from a car accident where someone totaled my, and my 80 yo mothers car. I purchased and was told it had a 28 point checkup. I am not sure what was "checked" The antifreeze was dirty, the air filter was BLACK (I still have it, and replaced it myself) I am suspect of the plugs. The gas mileage is estimated 19/22, I was getting 14/18, that went up a few points after the air filter. Bottom line... now in May, the plugs are not good... and the head gasket is going (Per my personal mechanic), as the Antifreeze color is off and the car is overheating. I am reasonable, head gaskets usually have to be opened up to see the state, or have a chemical test run. But to have basic tune up items not serviced for 9k? Faulkner will NEVER see my business again. I went on the word of close relatives, and a few friends, all long time Faulkner customers. I will not be back and I suspect THEY won't either. Now my 80 mother and I, have a low mileage, car not looked over that we may not be able to fix or use. I am sure our insurance company won't give us another 9k.

I met Gregg upon me first walking in the door at Faulkner Ciocca Chevrolet, originally looking for a used vehicle, basically considering options. Gregg educated me on programs and incentives provided by GM at the time of my visit, which gave me the opportunity to finally own a brand new vehicle. I dont consider this type of use of resources to be a "sale" but instead, a sales representative educates the customer on whats available and why it would be better for you. It takes the pressure off of being sold a product. My experience with Gregg and Faulkner Ciocca Chevrolet was an excellent one, and I will not hesitate to do it again...when the time is right. :-)

Our experience was great from the beginning. We submitted for prices through the True Car buyer program and heard back from Faulkner-Ciocca as one of the dealers. We first visited a closer dealer but didn't get greeted when we came in and knew nothing about the program or didn't have much to say about the new Chevy Tahoe (2015 model). We decided to drive to Quakertown (About a 45 minute drive for us) and were not disappointed. We were helped from the beginning. We were able to drive a 2015 Tahoe but didn't want the color available (white). Were told that many were ordered and would be arriving mid March. We called then and came up on Saturday, March 15th. We were able to bring one home to see how we liked it and to make sure it fit in our garage.We emailed our salesman, Eric Kratchwell, and told him we wanted to purchase (and what color) so it would be ready for us on Monday, the 17th. We went up and completed purchase on March 17th, 2014. We're very happy with our new purchase.Susan and Jeff Kovalesky

I was told by the finance mgr that I would receive a refund from the bank for the extended warranty which was financed as part of the loan and which I canceled, and he advised me to call the bank, called the bank and was told that is not correct. Again I called finance mgr and asked how do I get my refund? This time I was told i had to contact the company that had the warranty, called and was told the dealership has to refund the warranty and once I told them which dealership it was, they knew I was going to have trouble and advised me to call back and ask for the dealeship's accounting dept. because the finance dept won't help you. When I called the dealership they would not provide the accounting dept phone #. I had to hire an attorney. I have to admit there was dealership form for the cancelation that I signed but the lower portion of the form was completed after I left the dealership and I never received a copy of this form. Now I have to wait to trade in the car in order to get the payout figure to show the reduction of the amount for the extended warranty. I will never get a refund. If it was not for my attorney sending a letter I would have never gotten the payout figure reduced.

I visited Faulkner-Ciocca Chevrolet to purchase a Malibu I took a test drive and was impressed with the ride and comfort that the Malibu offered me. I choose a black one to purchase it didn't come equiped with two of my favorite options heated seats and a moon roof. I was told by Eric Kratchwell that they could be added to the vehicle I was buying. This was a really positive buying experince for me. I felt the sales force and finance went the extra mile with me. I went to Ciocca Subaru to service my car. As always, I got the best service possible. While I was waiting for my car, my wife and I decided to look around at some of the newer used models of Subarus. We were approached by Mr. Iwanicki. He began by asking if there was anything he could do to help us and we responded by saying, "No, we are just looking around." Mr. Iwanicki introduced himself as Ron and asked if he could help us. We agreed, so then he asked what we were looking for in a car. I explained that we had a very nice car but the car didn't have all-wheel drive like the Subaru. Ron then showed us serval different models of Subaru cars, but we were not ready to give up on the luxuries of our present car and decided not to trade our car. Ron then asked what was holding us to our present car. We answered, "Well, we feel that we were giving up too much of our luxuries." Ron then asked about the luxuries we were hanging on to. Afterwards, he showed us some cars that had every thing we were looking for. We were highly impressed and Ron took us through all the paper work and got us approved to drive home in our new 2014 Subaru Legacy. I never thought we would be walking out in a brand new car. Gave me a price quote and a trade value all over the telephone. I arrived at dealership and they did a quick walk around of my trade to confirm the information that I provided. They got me a great interest rate (that appeared to be the buy rate, as it was very competitive). I did the paperwork and I was on my way. No funny business once arriving at the dealer, very straight forward and they followed through with all of the numbers that we agreed to over the phone. I very recently was trying to purshase a new Cruise from Faulkner due to the price base on-line. As usual they advertise with incentives that the majority of people would not qualify for, but it still was a good price. My problem was with my trade in, i tried to work with Lisa on line but got a real low ball price on my trade in, which was a 2012 Cuise in excellent condition. She gave me a range that was under EVERY other dealor that seen my car. I have bought many cars on-line, even negotaiting the trade in price based on the condition I state. If I show up and its now what i state, well deal is off. I told Lisa, that Her quote was so low it was not even worht my trip, I never heard back from her. I find that pretty odd. Soooo while they advertise good prices...1) Most wont qualify 2) Low ball your trade in.

Extremely displeased with the lack of service received here today. The condescending nature of mark regarding the concern I have for my safety and the safety of my children is astounding. While driving 60mph on interstate 80 this morning my 09 chevy traverse shut down while driving. The suggestion that because no codes showed up and there is nothing they could do is absurd. "GM Doesn't pay us to just take things apart when there are no codes" was an unacceptable response. Ordinarily I do not have issue with FCC there have been many issues with the engine in this vehicle, they are documented issues. A year ago almost to the day FCC had my vehicle for a period of 8 weeks due to an ECM issue. The fact that this wasn't even entertained as a possible cause for problem today is unacceptable. Your customer service has failed today, asking me not to return... Not at all acceptable. I have filed a complaint with General Motors, they have escalated the issue and Faulkner will be repairing this problem. I highly doubt that mark has been in my position as he stated he's put his wife and children in a vehicle with this particular issue and "dealt with it" fortunately concern was shown at General Motors, a sales manager is just that- a sales manager. This man should NOT be dealing with service issues. Admittedly, I was upset but his eye rolling and excuses add fuel to an already upsetting situation. Huge thumbs down.

Did a test drive of a CPO Equinox that had all the features that I was looking for and during the drive made note to the salesman that the car had some issues like a vibration on the front end both while driving and when brakes were depressed, which he remarked that they would look into Returned to the dealership and the Sales Manager wanted to drive the car himself. So as wre gong down the road and I'm pointing out to him the issues I felt the car had, he repeatedly kept trying to tell me that this was normal. Everything I brought up, he would almost argue wih me about it and not take my concern seriously. Needless to say, we returned to the deLership and I walked out without any further conversation about the car. I found his behavior to be very unprofessional and rude to say the least. I won't be going back there, for sure!!

I went into the dealership not to buy a car but to have some keys made for our Saturn. I couldn't find where I should go and I saw an employee, which turned out to be Greg Fichter, and I asked him. He could have just pointed me in the right direction but instead he said he would personally accompany me to make sure my visit was successful. While my keys were being made, I told him about my credit, which wasn't the greatest, and about my current auto, which was continually breaking down due to age. I asked him if he thought if someone with bankruptcy on my credit record would be able to buy a new car. He said he didn't know but we could sit down and explore the situation. So I did. We proceeded from a credit check which passed to other employment questions which passed; to finding a new car that was on sale or had incentives because I needed a deal. Every hoop that was needed to be jumped through occurred. I am grateful for my entire experience and to Mr. Fichter in particular. We are enjoying our new car, a 2013 Chevy Sonic!.

I was recommended to Faulkner-Ciocca Chevrolet by my insurance company, USAA. They recommended three other dealerships in addition. I spoke with the other three first in addition to two other dealerships in my area before contacting Faulkner-Ciocca due to proximity. Faulkner-Ciocca is an hour and forty five minutes from my house. After speaking with Karen Allison I knew I wanted to do business with this dealership. When I arrived, I met Karen and to my surprise would be dealing with someone else for my vehicle purchase. I was slightly disappointed. I was introduced to Greg Fichter. After meeting with Greg I was as impressed with him as I was with Karen. His enthusiasm, knowledge of the vehicle, level of professionalism and interpersonal skills were far better than anyone I had met at any other dealership. At this point, I wanted to buy my vehicle from Greg. When we discussed price of the new vehicle and trade in value of my vehicle I was very impressed. The price of the same vehicle at other dealerships was thousand of dollars more and they gave me two thousand dollars more for my trade than any other dealership. I currently have four vehicles and have purchased more than fifteen new vehicles over the years and I have never been treated so fairly and respectfully. I knew what my vehicle was worth and the other dealerships tried to rip me off. I highly recommend this dealership and would drive the hour and forty five minutes in a heartbeat for my next vehicle.

Used Car Manager, Joe White, has terrible Customer Service skills. I went to this dealership looking for a used Corvette and wanted to use my 74 Vette as a trade. Joe was very nice and accommodating when I first came to the dealership and he thought there was a good chance for a sale to be made. However, his disposition changed on a dime when I returned to the dealership with my Vette to be looked so we could agree on a trade in value. The dealership looked over the car and Joe quoted me a trade in value that I could not accept, when I indicated that I could not accept their offer, he stomped away like a child without uttering a word. When the sales person I was dealing with tried to get Joe to come out and to say good bye before I left, he didn't have the common courtesy to come out and at least say "thank you for coming in and sorry we couldn't make this work out today." I would have expected this from a sales manager, needless to say, I'll never be back to this dealership as long as Joe is their manager.BTW, the Sales Associate I was dealing with, Russ Kingery, is a great sales person and very professional and someone I would do business with in the future. It's just unfortunate that he is at this dealership.

We based our decision upon the comfortable feeling we received from Faulkner-Ciocca as well as the best price. We felt like part of the family rather than a straight dealer-customer experience. Our awesome Sales person - Chris Seifert gave us his cell phone number and told us he would come in to the office to "seal the deal" ON HIS DAY OFF!!! He did. Where else have you ever had that happen.They also were not so local to us - we were a bit over 30 minutes away - but it was worth every minute.Best experience in 13 years buying a car!!

After researching multiple dealerships for the "perfect" car, the bottom line price continued to bring me back to Faulkner Ciocca Chevy. Once I requested more information for several cars, Shawn Parr immediately contacted me via several means (phone call, text, email) and continued to follow up using those methods, which I call outstanding customer service. And this contact wasn't the annoying, won't leave you alone type, but friendly with the right timing. I finally made it to the dealership a few days later and was greeted with a very positive and friendly atmosphere. At that time, I was introduced to Greg Fichter. Greg welcomed me like I was family, he was honest, polite, and straight to the point. During my research I had my eyes set on only one car and he made sure that I drove away in it at the best price possible. I started off by submitting a lead on their vehicle on cars .com they called me quickly and scheduled an appointment. They never called to confirm and I drove an hour on my day off to make my appointment. When I got there they apologized and told me the car was sold without even calling me. I was driving to a different dealership like a week later and I see the car parked out on the grass. I would never do business here.

I went in with the intent of getting rid of my expensive Genesis Coupe and downgrade myself to a normal family car. Chris and Eric were able to show me differently. They placed me into a beautiful 2013 Malibu without losing any of the features I wanted and still being able to keep me in my price range. The whole staff was amazing. Right away I felt like a friend who quickly became family. It was an amazing experience and do not think it could have gone any better. What a great experience and I never thought I would say that for buying a new vehicle. From the time we walked into the dealership, we noticed a comfortable atmosphere and were greeted by Greg who was friendly and easy to talk to. We traveled better than an hour from our home area to check out this dealer. When researching the new Chevy Equinox on the internet through Consumer Reports a contact was made to the dealership. They promptly responded with a quote for one of the models on their lot. We went there to see the vehicle and persue a deal. Although this model was not the vehicle we wanted, the dealer located one and then went beyond any other dealer we had visited in order to close the deal with us. The price of the new vehicle with the options we specified was better and the trade allowance on our Buick was better as well. Together, that made the economic part of the decision simple for us. In addition to that, these folks were very curtious and professional and we were generally comfortable with the entire experience. The staff knew we were in the "process" of shopping a new car with multiple dealers and the deal they assembled easily beat the competition. Sounds simple enough I know because any dealer can evaluate another dealers numbers and then say we can beat that by maybe a hundred bucks or so, right! Here is the thing though, I didn't show them the numbers from the other dealers. We talked vaguely about where their numbers were and these folks came back and blew them out of the water! They will be on our list in the future for buying new cars, period...

I came into the dealership looking to test drive some cars that got better gas mileage than my Subaru Outback. Little did I know that I would have a great deal on a like new "used" 2011 Chevy Cruze. This car has all the features I could want and drives amazing. It also gets an average of 10 miles to the gallon more than my previous car. Frank was full of energy and was very friendly. We spent a majority of our time with him just joking around and moving through the process of test driving. I ended up walking away with a great trade in value for my old car and driving home a great vehicle. This was one of the best experiences that we have had with Faulkner, ofcource every time we have come we walk away with a new car. The last time that we came we bought 2 cars, so that was a really great time for us. This time how often do you see in the window of the car that you want to test drive, "Wecome Mr and Mrs Palmer", that just doesn't happen very often. Where do I start.. Well first I got a new truck from them and was excited. I was shown a truck but it diod not have some features i wanted so they said "no problem, we can install that for you". Well The truck was new and it went in for the work. The work was wrong and nothing worked right. I took it back to them and showed them things that were wrong. After two weeks I get the truck back with two scratches and the work is the same. They fixed nothing. I told them i wanted my money back for the work they did. They of course said we can not do that. Well with this I went home called a my lawyer and a few other people. Now the owner called me back and gave me my money back. The truck was a mess. I know how to do work on cars so i had to take the truck a part the whole dashboard had to come apart. I had to replace two wire harness in the truck because they were shorting things out. They were cut into by the dealership. It took me two whole days to go through this truck and undue everything they did. I had $6,000 in upgrades i did to the truck. Well I traded the truck in because I did not buy a new truck to have problems. Well at the end of the day I lost $12,000 from this mess. I was looking again for a truck and I go out of my way not to ever see that place again. They are crooks.. Ask around they have a bad reputation.. All I can say is STAY AWAY AND BEWARE!!!!

Pressured into a deal that wasn't really for me. Be on guard! Tried to void the transaction within one business day, but was told that I needed to take responsibility for my actions of purchasing the vehicle. BUYER BEWARE! The salesman called me and said he had just received a car he wanted to show me but after driving 5 hours to Jersey and back I didn't want to deal that day... way too stressed, told him I was too spent. He wouldn't let up, persuaded me, talked me into it and took advantage; I signed for the car under duress. He instructed me to write a check from my personal account for the total cost of the car until the credit union check came in... NOT RECOMMENDED BY THE CREDIT UNION... I told him I didn't need the car at that moment but he followed thru and they followed me home with the car. Called the next day to void the transaction and cancel the sale; told him the car itself has issues shifting and wheels are squeeling at every corner but was told to bring it in at my cost for service; was told that I signged a contract and should accept responsibility for my actions. Credit Union very upset, insurance company very upset, buyer not happy. Well, what does he care, he made his money that day! My mistake!

Greg our salesperson was extremely helpful in our purchase. We are from upstate NY and had alot of questions about the vehicle we purchased and he was able to answer all of them quickly and honestly. The day we walked into the dealership was on 05/26/2012. It was a very hot and humid day. We started looking for a car for our son and ended up buying three cars. First let me say Greg Smith is the only person who can sell me three cars in one day. I have known Greg for some time and he is truly a good sales Mgr. and an all around good person. He looks at all the needs of the customer and the price. He can look at a customer and talk with them and pick out a vehicle they will like. Faulkner-Ciocca Chevrolet should be very proud to have Greg as their General Mgr. As I said he is the only person who can sell me three vehicles in one day. The vehicle's were a 2011 Equinox, 2012 Traverse and a Silverado.Rick Jarnagin Sales- He is a really nice person, he made sure we were comfortable and had plenty of water. As it was a very hot day and he made sure he pulled the car up to the showroom so we could take it for a test drive. He knew the car and it's in's and out's even the used cars. Even after selling us the cars he called and made sure we were happy with the vehicles. He also made sure we understood how to operate the vehicle's gadgets. If we didn't understand he went over it again until we felt comfortable.Eric Narodovich- He was very helpful in making sure our car's were taken care of as far as the DVD player that needed to be installed on the Traverse. He made sure we didn't have to go out of our way. He had someone deliver the vehicle to my home and pick up the other vehicle for service.Matt from finance for only being there three days and learning there system was very good at his job. We know Matt and he has worked with us before. He has a very good working knowledge of finance and can get the results you need. I can't say enough about the Dealership and the team Mr.Smith has assembled. I would recommend the dealer to anyone. Again the dealership should be very proud to have Mr.Smith as part of there team and you can rest assured he will have the best team under him.

Everyone there made the experience a painless process. They were all very patient with me as I looked at many different models and drove many different cars. As far as my over all experience at Faulkner-Ciocca, I was extremely pleased. The minute I arrived at the car lot there was someone to greet me. The friendliness of all the people there was very welcoming. I did not even have to explain myself much in order for my needs and wants to be met. This was only the second car dealership, let alone second car that I looked at. I went home without a doubt this was the right vehicle for me. My expectations were very high when it came to looking for a car but I did not think I would be leaving with 2012 Chevy. Greg Fichter had my attention the entire time working with me. He was very confident with his knowledge of the car he sold me. He made me very aware of every thing I needed to know about my new car. A lot of his quality time was put into helping me get the right monthly payment and insurance company that I needed. Any concern that I had he had a anwser for me. I was made aware what I needed to do as far as service on my car and where to go. Also I was introduced to the service men there to help me. The service we received at this dealership was phenomenal. The above employees were very very courteous and professional. They were all friendly and you could tell they enjoy their jobs. They answered and addressed any concerns we had about our new vehicle. Everything was done quickly and we were on our way with the new car. We appreciated Eric's extra mile he went to obtain the information concerning using our GM Card with the employee discount. (My stepfather is a retired GM employee). While getting this information, he became aware of an additional $2,000 discount that we were entitled to receive. David was VERY happy to re-do the paperwork to receive this additional discount. Ray let me sit at his desk while I waited for the car to be detailed. We went over everything again to assure that I had understood everything that had been discussed. He also assisted me with the Bluetooth in the car to link up with my phone.Job well done!!!

I did quite a bit of research online before I decided to buy my Lincoln Town car from this dealership. The information on their website is clear and precise and the pictures are just like being there. Their prices are great and they will accept reasonable offers. I went in with my own financing and they still found a way to save me money as well get me more insurance and a better warranty than I was originally purchasing. They did not rush the sale and they were extremely cordial. This was the only car that I went to see or test drive. I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past and work in the industry. After speaking with them on the phone, I gave them a deposit- sight unseen. These guys have a great product and I was willing to drive to them from out of state to make a purchase from them. This was the best experience I've ever had in buying a new car. Been to a few places and all I've ever taken away from those experiences have been lies. From the begginning Denny and Ray were respectful and very helpfull during this time of buying a new car. I brought my son with me and they went out of their way to make sure he was also having a good experience gave him some popcorn and brought over one of his favorites, a lollipop. When it came down to the financing price that I was looking for they did everything they could to accomodate that. I had problems with this dealership from the get-go. First, I was new to car-buying and they failed to explain that the extended warranty they talked me into purchasing would be included in the loan amount and essentially 'financed' along with the car (with interest), and was not simply $12 tacked onto my monthly bill (interest-free). So when I got home and took a closer look at the numbers on my sales agreement and the actual loan amount, I was a little shocked. I had repeatedly asked them if the warranty would continue if I were to pay the loan off early (and their answer was 'yes' each and every time), but evidently they were so eager to sell me a car that they didn't recognize these questions as evidence that I did not fully understand the warranty agreement. So now I'm financing a greater amount than I'd planned. Now I did eventually get over it - at least once I was actually able to reach and speak with Dave (and not his voicemail) - (or Vin, the guy who sold me the car) = reaching Dave an impossible task? And though nothing changed with the loan after speaking with him, payments were to come out of my checking account automatically beginning December 9th, 2011 (per Dave).Then a month or so later I checked my mail and received what I thought was a 'statement' from Ally, the bank financing my car loan. I almost filed it away until I realized that no (automatic) payments had yet been made, tipping me off that this was a bill, not a statement - and this was verified when I called Ally to inquire. Now obviously this had me shaken up since I was about to file the paper away, would have missed my first car paymemt, and my good credit would have taken its first dive since birth, simply because the appropriate paperwork had not been sent in by Dave. But what really had me stewing was that Dave, once again, was unreachable. I'd made the decision to make all payments by mail due to the mix-up - HIS mix-up, yet there was no way of speaking with the person who had the power to make sure automatic payments would not be sent through on some later date. I'd leave voicemails for him on days I knew he was there, but he apparently didn't have 5 minutes to spare to call me and fix this.Vin, I would recommend - very helpful, very concerned, not your typical used-car salesguy. But if the person you have to face at the table once you've found a car is Dave, and he's the one talking the dollars with you, nope! better run! and fast!

When purchasing my new Silverado from Eric, I requested that my inspection and registration stickers were matched, they were not when I received them from the state. Also, my financing was set up as bi-weekly, when I received my paper work from the bank it was set up monthly. My attempts to contact Faulkner regarding this were never returned. I recently purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado at Faulkner Ciocca Chevrolet in Quakertown, PA. I was in the area and happened to stop in to inquire about the 2011 Chevy's and was looking to trade in my truck. Ray, one of the sales associates, came out and we discussed what I was looking for as we reviewed the Silverado's on their lot. Although they didn't have the exact specifics of the truck I was looking for, Ray tirelessly looked for two days until he found what I wanted.I was a little apprehensive at first, thinking that this sales associate is going way above the normal expectations one would typically experience when dealing with a car dealership, but after getting to know Ray and Eric the sales manager, I realized that this is their normal level of service. This is second car I bought from this location. However, this is the first review I have been given. I never wanted to come back into your dealership after that. My son-in-law wanted to look at the Chevy trucks rather than drive to Allentown first. We just looked at Ford, but they didn't have the size I wanted. You guys did. I had a very pleasant visit at Faukner Ciocca Chevrolet starting with my interenet request from Karen. I told her what I was looking for and she got Rich to get the deal going. I had told Karen that my wife had never driven a chevy malibu and we would be in to test drive one. There we met Mike and I told him that we looking to lease and did not want to be pressure and Mike made that happen for us. He began to get the cars we were interested in and was very helpful explaining the car to my wife.Then we met Rich and we went through different options that I was exploring. All said and done we all made it happen we Joe doing the last leg work with paper work which was speedy because it was getting late. Mike then showed us the service area while Joe finalized everything. Mike got the on star system going for us and off we went a new 2011 Chevy Malibu. My sister last year had purchased a chevy malibu from you. Inclosing I would reccomend this dealership to my friends,family and co workers. Thank You Fred Firman

I actually enjoyed the experience of buying a new car. I dreaded the sales pitch and the drama, but that never happened. I really appreciated the time Greg spent(over an hour) teaching my family how to use all the new gadgets in the Traverse. We didn't get out of the dealership till 11pm because we arrived so late in the day, but everyone stayed, including the detail guys, so we could purchase our car. True customer service.

Eric was great. He knew we were looking for a specific car and diligently stayed on top of other dealerships until he found what we wanted. Very easy to work with and did not pressure me into buying a car. Able to accomodate my busy schedule. Also located a car with the features I wanted and had it at the dealership the next day. Took the time to explain the car's features to me and made sure I was happy with the purchase.

Steer away from this dealership!!! I have never experienced such a lack of customer service as I did at this dealer. They are the epitome of sleazy used car salesmen. I purchased a vehicle here that started having squealing, chirping tires 5 afters after we drove off the lot. When I brought it back less than 24 hours after the purchase, the general manager Scott Carita was incredibly condescending ("Do you know what As Is means?") and he did not even want to take a look at the vehicle and correct the issue. He was willing to have it serviced if I PAID for it. As I was not going to give another dime to this company, I took it to my own mechanic and found that they had improperly installed brake pads which was the cause of the noise. I have never experienced such a lack of concern over customer satisfaction from a company. They've permanently lost any future business from me and I would encourage others to go elsewhere if they want to have any rights or value as a consumer! (p.s. I would give a ZERO rating if I could)

Our saleman was great, the finance department was fantastic. The service department is outstanding.
