We were having an issue with a message that kept appearing on our dashboard regarding service.As we live a distance from the dealership we called and requested help over the phone.Paul Starnes, one of the service advisors gave us service above and beyond the call of duty, even making a trip to our home to help resolve the issues.We have always had excellent service from Circle BMW with the staff and service people courteous, patient and helpful. The service we got from from Paul was over the top!We highly recommend them and just wish they were a little closer to where we live!

Bryan Raiken provided an exceptional level of service that resulted in a significant and costly repair to be covered by my private warranty. This was after another BMW service center was unsuccessful in fixing the problem and gaining warranty coverage. He gathered info from service records, the key fob and his service team to be fully prepared for the call. I am convinced his expertise and professionalism were key in gaining the confidence of the warranty company that the car would be repaired correctly.We are very appreciative of his personal attention and determination to solve this issue for us.

Purchased a pre-owned BMW from Circle and without having any previous experience with the dealership I expected second class treatment. Nothing could be further from the truth. I was treated better than the last time I bought a brand new car. Anthony Gagliardi took the time to work out every detail and address every concern. The result was the right car at the right price. Our son was able to order , with the professional assistance of Robert Cavalieri , a hard to find model. Rob supplied all the information so the build of the car could be followed. Once built, the port and vessel information were provided with an estimated port date. Was quite fun to watch the vessel on vesselfinder.com leave the German port and travel across the Atlantic and down through Canada. The car came in early on a Saturday AM. Rob was able to rally the Circle BMW team to prep and deliver the car that afternoon. My wife and I came over to see the new car prior to delivery. My wife fell in love with an X5 and took delivery a few days later. Rob, Frank and Barry did a great job with all the details. Rob and the team made us a very happy family. Thank you!!

I have been a Circle BMW customer since 2004. They began by servicing our Z4. This experience led me to purchasing another vehicle in 2008. The Salesperson Clay Stroud turned this into an enjoyable educational process regarding BMW and their CPO program. A 2006 330ci caught my eye and Clay made the Sales process an easy and friendly one as I learned the Specs of this vehicle. I went with the intention to see how I liked 3 series BMW's compared to my Maxima, I saw a few 328's online and come by early in the afternoon. I gave him what I was looking for and was given a test drive on a new 328. I did like it very much, but it was out of my budget. I was shown a 2012 328 with low miles which was slightly out of my price range. After deciding that the only thing holding me back was the price, they worked with me on the down payment, trade in value, and monthly payments. Almost every dealer I have been to made the experience feel rushed with a lot of pressure. However, at Circle BMW I felt relaxed without being rushed. I spent the rest of the night finalizing the deal and having any questions about the car answered timely and accurately. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Left Lexus after 18 years 3 years ago to purchase a BMW X3. What a big mistake! Have not missed a service appointment as was indicated. Last week a message appeared about an issue with the transmission. After 3 days was told by Paul was just a computer issue and it needed to be reset. Two days later was told now there was a problem with the transmission that would cost us $5000.00. The mileage is 60000 and over the warranty. I have never traded a car with less than 100000 miles and never had a serious problem with any Lexus like this.No desire to make this right just drop off the loaner and pay for the car.I am selling this lemon and will NEVER purchase a BMW again!!!

While driving home from work the other day my car started hesitating and the check engine light came on. I panicked and called the service Department. Without hesitation I was told to bring the car in. As I was an hour away I was hoping I would make it. After making it to the dealership Ray alleviated my concerns and said they'd take care of it. Ray told me he'd call me the following day with an update. The ladies at the service counter were already working on my loaner when I walked up. I was then escorted to my loaner for the trip home. To his word Ray called me mid morning the following day to inform me the issue had been identified and repaired and that my car was ready for pickup. Later that afternoon I went to the dealership to pickup my car. The pickup process was fast and painless. Besides the repair being done my car was cleaned inside and out. My car settings, seat, mirrors, radio, etc were exactly where I had them. I have total confidence and would have no hesitation in recommending the Service Department or any department at Circle BMW. I look forward to going back for service when the need arises.

I'm not sure if I prefer going to the dentist or going to the car dealer...to be honest, I dread both of them. So when I walked into Circle BMW I was very apprehensive. The receptionist introduced me to Danny and a few hours later I walked out with a new BMW. I'm happy to say that Danny made going to a car dealership a pleasant experience. He never did the red pen, hard sell that I've unfortunately experienced with a number of other dealerships. Thank you Danny!I also had a great experience with Zach. Very pleasant experience from the first test drive with Anthony G. on through price negotiation, financial paperwork and vehicle delivery. The dealership kept in touch politely without applying too much pressure and also returned my calls in a timely manner. We were able to negotiate an agreeable purchase price without hassle. They were even willing to correct a simple issue that I noticed on a second test drive after agreeing to purchase the vehicle. They took care of this mechanical issue in a single day before delivery. Taking care of this minor mechanical issue on a used car before delivery made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. Everyone at the dealership was polite and cordial.

I bought a car off their used car lot, and was more than satisfied with every aspect of the experience. No pressure from the sales people, all staff very professional and courteous, and a truly impressive showroom. Not to mention very competitive on pricing. My only other experience was with Ray Catena Lexus (another impressive operation), and Circle BMW is their equal in every way.

i have a history with bmw . over the years i have interacted with 3 other new jersey bmw dealerships. i recently found my way to circle bmw for the first time and im glad i did. they are by far the best doing whatever they can to make the deal , and providing outstanding customer service. they went above and beyond what i expected . do yourself a favor and check them out. they are good people.

Stopped in to look at 2015 5 Series. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and proceeded to look through their whole inventory. Mario Lisi was very patient with me and worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. Ultimately decided to go with a 528i which I absolutely love! Mario worked with me to get me the price I wanted and walked out of there about 45 minutes later with my new car!!

We purchased a 3 series this weekend and had a terrific experience working with Robert Cavalieri and Barry Lamb. The transaction was quick, efficient and pleasurable. No pressure, but rather, good common sense in dealing with my situation. Right down to the big red bow! John McLaughlin provided quick, friendly service in the financial area, and Brian Valentine led us through the bells and whistles with an ability to explain all of that simply so we know the vehicle well. This is an excellent dealership. It's our 4th vehicle from Circle and won't be our last.

Outstanding - there aren't enough superlatives to cover it. The experience had a few minor issues (tied to BMW corporate) but Danny Wong ad Circle took care of things and made them right. They're as involved as you need them to be - definitely NOT your typical dealership experience which is why I traveled 2 hours to deal with Circle.Great job - 5 stars

I honestly dont know why so many people gave good reviews, they must be friends or told to review. Anyways if you want the truth about circle bmw here it is: I have been dealing with circle bmw for 10 years now and I know majority of the people who work there. I can say that their service department is great, I have nothing bad to say about the service department its actually the sales department. The salesman at circle bmw are absolutely horrible. They have fake manners and put on the face but when in fact they do not understand the concept of customer satisfaction. To prove this I can tell you that in my 10 year relationship I was never able to make a deal to get a car from circle bmw because they are just impossible and obnoxious. However, that did not stop me from owning bmws. I have owned 6-7 cars all bmws and none of them from circle bmw. So just to show my point is that circle bmw haopens to be the most conveneint as in location but every 2-3 years I go in and try to purchase another car I just am proven right and disappointed. I chose to write a review now after 10 years because I came in the other week looking to purchase almost 300,000 dollars worth in cars. An x5 M bmw and the new i8. Someone who is coming in to spend that much money deserves at least the minimal respect. I finally asked to speak to the sales manager Richard Frontero and then thats when I learned what was going on. Richard the manager himself could not even give me a second of his time and was extremley rude about it also. Now we know where all the salesman learn there manners from. Anyways I wanted to share and give a truthful honest review from somone who has 10 years of experience with this dealership rather than a person who came in bought a car and was told to leave a 5 star review. I would bmw of Freehold. They are much more professional and more accomadating.

I recently purchased my first BMW from Circle BMW and I could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. Tony took excellent care of me throughout the whole process. Negotiations went smoothly and Tony was very responsive and able to work out a great deal for us. He made sure the vehicle was certified and ready for pickup in a timely fashion. When I got to the dealership to finalize the deal, there were no surprises, no last minute pitches or fees, and everything was as promised. He answered all my emails and calls in a timely fashion and took amazing care of me and my family who came along to pick up our first BMW. He has checked in with me several times since I picked up the car to be sure things are well. I am very appreciative of Tony's excellent care. He has gone well above and beyond any expectations I had and I will definitely be in touch with him when I am ready for my next BMW. Thanks Tony!

This was my first buying experience at Circle BMW. Nobody likes walking into a new dealership, its rarely an easy process let alone a stressful experience. Not your average pushy salesman, very professional, prompt in responses and worked with me on every level of the purchase. Bought a brand new 2015 X5 35ixDrive M Sport back in March with all the bells and whistles from this dealership. Within the first month the entire climate control system stopped working on the hottest day of the year (at the time) with my pregnant wife (who hates BMW because of a previously horrible experience) and my mother-in-law (kill me now) in the car. No AC, no cooled seats, midday on a Saturday in a brand new BMW and my wife about to lose it, and her mom giving me the stare of death, I know you guys are questioning the 5 Star rating. Here's where things looked up. I called up Circle on a Saturday at 12pm with their service department closing at 3pm and me living at least 2hrs away in NYC. They took all my info over the phone and Tim in service agreed to have one of the vallets stay back to receive my vehicle. Now I'm expecting them to put me in a little 3 series as a loaner with no Nav that'll make the situation even worse, but no. That's not what happened at all!! They put in a brand new fully loaded X5 50ixDrive with everything my truck had in it and more (except the cooled seats, but who cares it's a 5.0!!!!) My car was stuck in service for about 6 weeks while they sourced the part. BMW contacted me saying the part won't be in until July! At this point even I'm getting a bit heated because let's face it, it's a brand new production vehicle. Why wouldn't you have the parts available? Turned out because we had the ventilated seats, that made the part harder to source. So at this time, Robert, the service manager, took over everything and with the help of Tim and was able to have the part pulled from a vehicle in production to get us back on the road. Finally, about the beginning of May, I got the call that the vehicle was ready for pick up. I loved the 5.0 but I never really got a chance to enjoy my vehicle so I was excited to have it back. In return for the inconvenience, Circle BMW offered me a few options. Trade the vehicle back in at full value and put me in another one, get a couple months payments credited, or give them a list of M Performance parts I was interested in that I would like to have put on the vehicle. Well of course me being a BMW enthusiast a went with the last option hoping I could get some carbon fiber on the vehicle. So I sent Robert a list of about 10 parts thinking I would be able to get maybe a diffuser and a front splitter tops out of the whole experience (because let's face it, BMW isn't giving you anything for free).Well let me tell you guys that this is the first time I was glad to be wrong. Robert got me everything on that list and then some. My vehicle is fully covered in M Performance parts. He even got me the M Performace exhaust. I must say that Circle BMW's sales, service, and management team are the best in the business and all in sync. Everything I was told from the concierge all the way up to the GM were exactly the same throughout! Never once was I told anything other than what was done. They even delivered the car all the way back to the city for me. These guys are professional, courteous, and honest (who ever thought you would see the word honest while dealing with car people). You guys are the best I have recommended all my fellow BMW enthusiast to your dealership. You have earned my business for life. Thank you guys again for a wonderful car buying experience!!! PS. I forgot my sunglasses in the loaner car and they had it overnighted to me. Thanks Dana!!

I recently purchased a BMW X4 from Circle BMW. My Client Advisor was Danielle Weinstein who was a pleasure to work with! Danielle was the ultimate professional who made the process easy and a pleasure. No stress here. I also decided to take the BMW Performance Delivery at the plant in South Carolina which ended up being the experience of a lifetime. Danielle kept me informed as my car was being built and made the arrangements for a delivery time that was most convenient for me. She made sure I knew what to expect and made sure I was prepared. She took care of all of the documentation and New Jersey motor vehicle requirements to take delivery well ahead of time. Arriving the night before, BMW had arranged for a night at the local Marriott with dinner and breakfast included. The hotel staff picked me up at the airport in a BMW X5, it was all first class. The next day included a few hours on the performance track with driving instructors (way cool!), a factory tour, an off road driving experience, lunch and finally the delivery of my car in a glass room with a Product and Delivery Support Specialist. He spent hours going over each feature of the vehicle and only let me drive off once I had no other questions. I broke the car in driving back to New Jersey along the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive. What a way to get acquainted with my new vehicle. If you are considering a BMW, stop and go see Danielle at Circle BMW and get behind the wheel. It was a great decision for me, and I am sure it will be for you too!

I was in the market for a used BMW but I was tired with dealing sketchy dealerships in NYC, so I went down to NJ and went to Circle BMW. Anthony took care of everything for me and I bought a beautiful BMW 2011 328i from them. What can I say this was my fourth BMW purchase and I've never had such an excellent experience! Danny is not your typical client advisor. He takes his time to get to know what the customer wants and actually knows what he's talking about and is very informative of the product. I must've bounced back and forth between three or four cars until I decided to choose the one that I bought and and every time he was as friendly and helpful as the first. As a matter fact I enjoyed working with Danny so much that I put a deposit on anither BMW and look forward to dealing with him again in the near feature. But you don't have to take my word for it! We were looking to trade in our Porsche as it was no longer suiting our needs and my step son had an amazing experience at Circle BMW and Danny Wong a few months ago so we thought we would go into see him. I am a NYC transplant and am accustomed to sales and customer service being on top of their game to survive in a highly competitive market, and overall I find that Good Customer Service rarely exists in Monmouth County especially the Jersey Shore, but Danny Wong does not fit that mold. He raises the bar on Every Level! He was informed and transparent with all the information he had and was a tremendous help through the entire process. I have purchased Range Rovers in the past and I can honestly say I will never buy another Range Rover and will only deal with Danny Wong due to his diligence and personable skills. I have been looking at a particular BMW for a long time with the options I wanted. After finding the one I want at this dealership which was 4 hours away, I decided to contact Circle BMW and get a deal worked out. Steve Burak was working with me and answering all of the questions I had which was helpful. I made numerous inquiries to go around the car and make sure there were no dings or scratches on the car. I was told the the car is "in showroom condition which is why we display it at the front entrance". I finally decide to make the trip and when I arrived, I discovered that the exterior of the car was in a very bad shape. It looked like it was side swiped and dinged everywhere. Very disappointed about the dishonesty of Steve. It was a wasted trip for me and lesson learned for sure. This dealership has very good reviews on DealerRater which is why I was somewhat confident about traveling 4 hours. I hate to leave this negative review but this review reflects my experience. Try to avoid Steve and work with someone else, Im positive you will have better luck than me based on reviews here.

Although I have purchased several cars from Circle, my current car (a CPO) was purchased from another dealer some distance away who happened to have the car I was looking for. My car recently needed service (tires damaged by potholes) so I made an appointment with Brian Raiken at Circle and he really took great care of me. The car actually needed quite a bit of additional work primarily because of factory-authorized updates and Brian carefully and completely outlined the whole process. When the work was done and I picked up the car, Brian carefully went over the entire invoice and all the work that had been done. Brian is a really great service advisor and I would recommend him and the Circle team wholeheartedly.

In the past, I have found buying a new car particularly distasteful because I just don't like talking to salesmen. They are usually unctuous and unpleasantly aggressive and are just trying to make a sale rather than get their client into the car that best suits them and their needs. WELL! Not with Danny! I'm actually a little sad that I've purchased the car because I wish I had a reason to keep calling and emailing him. He is polite and respectful, incredibly knowledgable, funny and friendly and an all around nice guy. He worked with me to find the car of my dreams and I could not be happier (as evidenced by the fact that the car had 7 miles on it when I picked it up and now has more than 200 in only 2 days). The entire staff at Circle BMW were wonderful, including the genius who went on countless test drives with me and the lovely lady at the front desk who was so excited for me when my car arrived. I am excited to return to Circle when it's time to buy my next new car!

Beautiful new facility, seemingly engaging staff.HOWEVER, "car is being cleaned", you can't even take a peak. No courtesy, no accommodation, BUT, if you leave your number...REALLY? Ive been servicing my M3, bought at another dealership, at Circle BMW for many years. I looked at many cars, and many dealerships in search of my next weekend toy, and finally decided on an M4. In the process I talked to 3 local dealers, and went to meet the sales people. In the end I bought the car from Circle BMW not because it was the cheapest, but because customer service is more important to me than a couple of dollars I would save by going to a large "Home Depot Type" dealership. Both Frank, and Danny understand the need to build a relationship based on customer care, and service. Frank even traded cars with another dealer to get me early allocation on this low production car. I have yet to try their service department, but if it is anything like the experience up front on the sales side, I am sure I'll be back for the next BMW to Circle.

Danny Wong assisted me in buying my car. He was very thorough, professional and helpful. I had to have my 2011 328i towed to Circle on a Sunday night. As I was driving to work the 'Service Engine Light' came on and there was some hesitating and misfiring. I called the BMW 24-7 service number and they had my car picked up from my job in Seaside Heights and dropped at Circle in Eatontown within an hour. Chris Paserba called me Monday morning before I even had a chance to call them! He let me know they had my car and would keep me updated. He let me know if there were parts that may not be available the same day he would get me a loaner car if needed and assured me I would have my car back by the end of the week. My car needed several parts. Chris called me Wednesday. He told me they had gotten all the parts needed, and my car would be done in a couple hours. I let him know how concerned I was about what was still under warranty and what wasn't and what the costs would be. He reassured me that everything was covered, that I shouldn't worry anything and they would take care of everything. Chris' professionalism, caring manner and excellent communication is exactly why I am so grateful to have Circle BMW as my dealership. Thanks Chris and the team in the service department. This was not the first time I've brought my vehicle to Circle for service since I purchased it from them. I have always been well taken care of and have been made to feel like a valued customer. I'm not an average car buyer, I know a lot about cars and typically when I deal with sales reps they can't keep up. Danny is the first one I met who knew more about the car I purchased than I did. Came in to Buy a Certified Pre owned 328xi. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and respectful. My sales rep Danielle was excellent. Very knowledgeable on the brand and model. She answered all my questions. She made sure I was getting a great pre owned car. This was the second time I came in.... the first time they did not have any certified pre owned cars that fit my profile. Danielle kept her eye out for me and when something came available she let me know. Great Experience. What I like most is there were no "Car Salesman/Saleswomen" games. The process was very easy and fairly quick.

I have had my heart set on an M3 for years. Finally I took the next step and pursued this adventure to compare but to hopefully bring home my M3. I went to multiple locations to check out vehicles that could potentially compare to the M3.Mercedes-Benz of Freehold- The ultimate worst experience I have encountered in buying a vehicle in the last 10 years. This is the only dealership that is worth noting on this review to discredit, because it was that awful. Experience to Customer Service.... simply awful.Circle BMW- Research Danny Wong M Specialist Senior Sales... This is the guy I need to speak to. A simple inquiry on their web site followed a phone call from E Commerce Sales who put me in touch with the Specialist for M... Excellent Pricing and Customer Experience - I have shopped at most of the dealers in the area through out the past and this dealership really stands out from the rest. Danielle Weinstein answered the phone the day I called to make inquiries on an X3. She was not the first salesperson I had spoken to, ( I had made calls and visits to other dealerships) But I knew instantly she would be the person I would do business with. Competent, intelligent, friendly, efficient are all words that quickly come to mind to describe Danielle. We had a pleasant experience at the dealership. Danielle handled overlapping appointments very well because we still felt that she spent enough time with us to go over/through the process. However, I just wish there were more perks available to feel a supper appreciative of the business. In addition, consistent pricing presentation is imperative but there were instances when price kept on changing slightly during the process.

My wife recently surprised me with my first BMW lease (435Xi) and I couldn't be happier. I even went back to the dealership to meet John and was really a great guy. He introduced me to Harry the BMW genius and he walked me through all the features and really took the time to make me appreciate what a great car I had. What a great experience. I was met with a friendly smile and Danielle listened very carefully to what I was interested in and arranged test drives. I had explained that I previously had a BMW which had been totaled and the safety features which had impressed me in that accident. She arranged test drives in the models I was interested in with a very knowledgeable young man called Zach. We carefully went over what was inventory, Danielle clarified what she saw as the pros and cons of each and gave what I felt was an objective view. Very patiently waited for me to work with my insurance company and then lined up the legal documents and had the car all prepped for me to drive off the lot. All done in afew hours. Compared to another dealership that will remain nameless this was an outstanding experience and I would readily recommend this dealership to anyone.

Danielle Weinstein is the reason why we leased a car from Circle. We had experienced such great customer service from her at another BMW location, that when she told me she was at another location 1 hour away from us, i had no problem saying no problem. I absolutley hate buying or leasing vehicle. I was very fortunate to be in touch with a sales representative who DOES NOT PLAY GAMES!!!!! I told her where I needed to be and if it was possible. Danielle did it for me. She came back in the price range I was comfortable at and found amazing options for me. I am now in a 2015 X3D and love it. Looking through a couple of websites for a new release/high demand car and came across an Ebay posting for the car i wanted. The car was listed on Ebay for well above list price, which i was happy to pay since the car was so hard to find. Without telling the salesperson that i saw the ad on Ebay, I call the sales department and get a very pleasant salesman on the phone who confirms the "buy now" Ebay price is what they are looking to sell the car for. I offer $1,000 over the Ebay price just to make sure i get the car and was told, "i'll present this offer to the general sales manager and get back to you." Hours later i get a call back saying the general sales manager now wants $25,000 ABOVE what was posted on E-bay as the "buy now" price. I'm sure you can imagine my response. Called another dealership in a different state and had the exact car purchased at the "buy now" Ebay price only this dealership was THRILLED to sell me the car.

The Car Genius Harry, Manager Sal, Dave who went over my car with me and Laura who did all my lease paperwork all deserve 5 stars. I have NEVER experienced the level of service that I have received from Robert Heydorn and the technicians at Circle. Five stars can't begin to cover it. I bought a certified pre-owned BMW here. They were pretty helpful. I would recommend using their website (or BMW's search) to get the price you can start negotiating from. The sticker price was significantly more than the price they quoted on their website but they were happy to start negotiating from the web price.The price negotiation wasn't too long/hard. Overall service was good and they didn't try to sell anything else with the car. I would recommend the sales rep John Marchetti and the dealership.

The lease was coming due on my X5 and my beloved salesperson of the last 4 leases had retired. I read the reviews on the existiing salespeople and decided to contact John Marchetti to inquire about purchasing my X5 instead of leasing the new model. John emailed me back immediately and really made the transition as seemless as possible. He explained how everything would work ahead of time and kept on top of contacting me as the process moved along - even reminding me when my last lease payment was due:). I appreciate his attention to those kind of details and was impressed with how he handled the entire transaction. I feel comfortable at Circle and have chosen to stay there, even though I've moved closer to two other dealerships - but a dealership is only as good as its employees. I went into this dealership with the same expectations as any other. I usually have to fight and haggle for a good price and deal with salespeople that want nothing more than to make a sale at your expense and get you out of there. What a difference here. I worked with John Marchetti and there was no haggling at all, he was able to get me a great price on my trade and on the vehicle. the monthly price worked out to exactly what is supposed to be SIMPLE MATH! I went to test drive the 435i xDrive, and met Danny, the M Specialist, on the showroom floor. Danny is extremely knowledgeable about cars, particularly performance cars. He treated me with the utmost respect, and had, Kellie, a "Genius", take me out for a test drive. I brought my BMW in for a simple oil change and the kind people at Circle BMW handled the process with first class treatment. An attendant assisted me within 10 seconds of pulling in. Robert Heydon immediately greeted me, handled the simple paperwork, showed me to a very comfortable waiting area where I was offered soft drinks. I brought my 2003 X5 to Circle BMW for diagnosis of a problem with the central locking system which developed after I had a dead battery. The locking system only worked with the key in the lock, but not with the remote or the lock button in the vehicle. After waiting for 2 hours, I was told by the service advisor that the mechanic could not figure out the problem and he needed an additional 3 hours of diagnosis time. I had expected the expert BMW mechanics to have figured out the problem after 2 hours of inspection (total cost $203.25). Making things worse, the advisor told me of unrelated problems with a leaky engine valve ($485) and torn bushings ($635). So apparently the 2 hours I paid for were used to inspect other parts of the car and not to diagnose the problem I originally asked them to look at. I paid the bill and went home. After 5 minutes researching the problem online, the lock problem is apparently a very common BMW problem that develops after a full battery drain. The GM3 (general module) malfunctions after such a drain and need to be repaired or replaced. I found a site (bmwgm5.com) that would perform the GM3 repair for $130. The site included directions for removal and I sent it for repair. 4 days later it was back in my hand and I reinstalled it. The GM3 repair solved the problems. So how is this specific lock problem so well-known I solved it in 5 minutes of Google research, while the BMW experts could not do so in 2 hours? After posting this review, the Service Manager promptly contacted me. He was professional and courteous, and he agreed to refund the diagnostic charge.

I purchased a new 750lix and was over 50 miles from the dealership. I worked with John on a specific build I was interested in.He provided a no pressure experience and didnt try to force me into getting a car right away or settling for something I wasnt interested in.I ultimately chose not to go with a custom build and found something located at the BMW port instead.I worked with John on the numbers via email and once we came to an agreement he took care of getting the car from the port and getting everything ready for me.I think in total I spent maybe an hour or so at the dealership for discussions and paperwork, plus the time their genius took to get me familiar with the car (which was the fun part!).I was not expecting a low pressure experience, but thats what I received and it was quite refreshing and unexpected.

I have been going to Circle for over 10 years now and the service has been first class. I didn't think it was possible to get any better, however, just picked up an X5 for my wife and the experience was great. Robert Cavalieri is a fairly new BMW salesman but you would never know by his knowledge of the BMW line and his great passion for the car. It felt like he was a good friend selling me a car and not a salesman at all. His interpersonal skills are great and he had tremendous knowledge of financing options. We had first met John Marchetti a year ago when we first started looking at BMW. We were unable to come to a decision at that time and John patiently answered all our questions. We started actively looking a few months ago and the type of car we were interested in became available. The purchasing process was smooth and we were able to buy our car. A very good experience. I knew the model, features, and packages I wanted. Before I left home I talked with Robert. Over the phone we ran through several scenarios on what is best for me. Robert was happy to walk me through each finance options, inventory details, national offers published on BMW webpage, and patiently explained every details. He also discussed with me the pricing details on my trade-in. I went to the dealership and there were no surprise or hidden costs. No up-sell or pressure negotiations. While BMW Genius was helping me get up to speed on the car Robert was working the paper work. When I returned all paper work was ready. I signed the paper work and off went home. The best car purchase experience I have had ever. Literally two hours the transaction was done. Entire staff was very professional, courteous, and accomodating.

I highly recommend John to anyone interested in buying or leasing a vehicle. I have purchased and or leased numerous vehicles in the past. The most important attribute as to whether or not I select a specific dealership to conduct my business resides solely with the skill of the advisor. From the very first introductory handshake it was clear to me that John had my best interest in mind. He sought first to understand what I was looking for in a new vehicle, did not criticize the Mercedes Benz that I was currently driving even though I was seriously considering another Mercedes Benz as my next vehicle, and was able to provide a compelling comparison of the differences in the make, feel and drive of the two types of automobile manufacturers. John is someone that I expect to develop a long-term business relationship with as he made me a believer in the BMW brand. During the search process I felt no pressure to make a decision and John was very responsive to all of my questions. In the end he found the exact vehicle that matched my equipment criteria in fairly short order. The model and equipment package that I selected was in short supply. John was able to locate the vehicle en route from Germany and have the car redirected to Circle BMW. Overall a very pleasurable experience!

After going to 4 dealerships in Manhattan for a lease, and being treated from fair to poor, we decided to stop in to Circle BMW to "look at the cars". We met Danny Wong at the front desk and he guided us through the vast selection and he was a professional from A to Z. We made our decision immediately because he was so knowledgeable, patient and didn't try to talk us into something we were not interested in. Instead we were appropriately guided and if we had decided not to lease that day, that would have been okay too. The car we picked happened to be arriving soon and the wait was short. We picked up the car two weeks later, only because our schedules didn't allow it sooner; the car was ready sooner. It has been a perfect choice and we don't think we would have gotten better service, advise or attention elsewhere. Thanks Danny!

My experience with Circle BMW's service department was outstanding. I didn't buy my car at this dealership and I was still treated to a red carpet experience, especially by my service advisor, Ray Wagner. I was greeted promptly by a very friendly valet staff and Ray reviewed what needed to be done. He exceeded my expectations when he gave me a loaner car. Communication was great and my car was fixed, cleaned and ready when promised. I would expect this treatment if I had purchased from this dealership, but I didn't and that impressed me. I will be servicing my car at this dealership from now on and they have earned a future purchase from me as well. Very happy.

Ordered a 2014 X5 50i late last fall and just picked it up today with the help of Danny Wong (client advisor) and Laura Eicke (assistant finance manager). They both were worth their weight in gold and this sales experience was better than any I've experienced in the past. Both were friendly, thoughtful, on top of the details, low pressure, and responded quickly to all my questions. Can't recommend them enough. Danny Wong, my sales person at Circle bmw, was extremely helpful, respectful, professional and organized. Danny helped me design my x5 and kept me informed of its progress until the car was ready. He made the delivery day as easy as possible. I went in, traded in my old car and before I knew it David Laconte was showing me the features in the new car. While I was learning about my new car, Danny was behind the scenes making sure all of the paperwork was properly done so it would be ready for me to sign. Danny organized the paperwork so well that basically I only had to read and sign. Danny sent a follow up email to be sure I was enjoying my car and to ask if I had any questions. This is the first time that I have worked with Robert Cavalieri and he embodies everything that I believe Circle BMW stands for. Bryan Raiken is an exemplary service consultant. i showed up just before closing on a friday night with a nail in my tire. he was pleasant, enthusiastic and very helpful. i had plans the following afternoon and asked if he could have car ready at a reasonable hour on saturday. he called me 8:45am sat and told me car was ready. bravo to bryan and the service team at circle bmw! this is my eighth bmw and the first half of those were with other dealerships so i can safely say, there is no dealership anywhere in the area as professional, competent and friendly as circle bmw. i will never go anywhere else.

When I decided to lease a BMW I dreaded going to the dealership. Then I met Danny Wong he made my experience stress free while being a total professional. I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted and Danny guided me along the entire way helping me with what I did want and what I did not need. I had purchased a used, not certified, BMW from Gold Coast Cadillac that had my car in service more than on the road. I came to Circle BMW after having visited 3 other BMW dealerships in New Jersey. I knew I wanted a BMW but no other client advisor took the time to work with me and help to find the perfect car for me. Danny Wong was amazing. After test driving the car I thought I wanted, he helped me find the car that was really right for me! He was patient and never made me feel like my budget was a problem. Danny also showed me options I hadn't considered in a way that wasn't pushy or that tried to take away from the things that were my priority. Robert provided me extraordinary personalized service. My 2007 750Li was totaled in an accident I was in the week before. Prior to this I had no intention of replacing my 750 but continue to maintain it at your service center which I have only had excellent experiences as well. Every dealer that I called (even my personal BMW dealer in CT, whom my family and I had purchased and leased over 20 BMW's in the past few years) said that it was "a tall order" and nearly impossible to find. Many never called me back, and if they did, tried to sell me 328's or 4 door 335's, or ones with limited packages and options. I finally found circle BMW in NJ and spoke with John Marchetti. He did not try to pawn me off on a lesser car just to make a sale, he thoroughly worked with me, updated me with new listings. I drive 2 hours into New Jersey to the meet with John and test drive the car. I am thrilled to say that I walked out with the exact car I wanted with an appropriately adjusted price tag to meet my budget. John and the staff stayed 2 hours past closing helping me to finalize my purchase. They were extremely helpful, accommodating and very friendly, not to mention the showroom was absolutely gorgeous. I was able to drive my car off the lot today and since, John has been in touch with me on a daily basis making sure I was happy with my new car and helping me through the registration, vin verification, etc. processes. I would highly recommend them to a anyone as well go back there for my future BMW needs.

After we did extensive comparison shopping, we came back to John for the purchase. John was very understanding and accommodating of our time constraints, between work and many other activities. The reason that I have given this rating is because working with John Marchetti at Circle BMW made my decision to purchase extremely easy with his professionalism, compassion and his overall knowledge of all BMW products. I was very happy with John. However, I was not happy with the fact that I had to wait over 2 weeks to get the money for my trade in. I've traded in cars before and always got my money at the time of purchase/trade in and have talked with other people who have told me the same thing. And while I did eventually get my money it did make me feel very uneasy to just give my car away with the title and not get anything in return for weeks to come. It is for this reason that I will only recommend this dealership if a person is not trading in a vehicle with their purchase.

My experience was incredible, from start to finish. It is not very easy finding a new or certified pre-owned car in your price range (with expensive taste) in a short amount of time. John was not only patient with me, he listened to what I really wanted and what really mattered. I bought a BMW X3 from Circle BMW. Aside from my not so friendly sales man I was sold a lemon. Within a year my truck has had numerous issues and when taken to another BMW dealer I was told I needed thousands of dollars in repairs. After my first complaint I was contacted by Circle BMW and offered a free detailing but that will not cover the amount of money put into this vehicle thus far. First off we did a one way rental car and traveled from Pennsylvania to Circle Motorsport in Eatontown, New Jersey that was a 3 1/2 hour drive for my husband and me. So we had high expectations buying a 2010 BMW 528i xDrive , sight unseen, only to rely on photos and descriptions from the salesman John Marchette . John was GREAT to deal with, good communication and he sent additional info like the carfax free of charge. When we got to Circle BMW we were amazed at the size of the dealership ! What a large selection of New and Used BMW's. My husband commented " Now this is a real BMW dealership ! " It was BMW eye candy as far as you could see. We were in awl of the inside of Circle Motorsport, they had a fully restored 1958 BMW Isetta (which my husband would love to own one day)and in addition to the Isetta they had an awesome wallpaper border depicting BMW through the years through out the show room. We were greeted by a friendly face and taken to meet John Marchette (finally a face to put to the voice on the phone) John was just as nice and helpful as he was on the phone and emails.John started the paperwork and got the ball rolling on the process of buying our "new" used BMW.John handed us over to the wonderful and informative Brian Valentine. Brian escorted us outside to see our new baby. Wow I Loved her immediately, she sparkled liked a 2013 instead of 2010 and she was in pristine condition just like John stated on the phone. I insisted that the car be from a non-smoker and no dents or dings and John was totally honest( you know what they say about salesman, not this guy John was straight with us about the condition of the car.) Brian Valentine( now this guy should get employee of the year) he is the most versed guy on ALL gadgets and gizmos on a car! Brian demonstrated and answered all my questions and even set up my bluetooth and radio stations and I didn't even have to ask! Brian didn't rush us either, he gave us all the time we needed to feel comfortable about the car and just how everything worked. Needless to say I never got service like that in all the years I've bought new or used cars. Service like that is just unheard of now a days so you can see why I was so impressed. Next we got to deal with the finance guy Rodney Duran. Rodney got all the paperwork together that we really didn't have to do anything but sign a few papers. Rodney took care of the paperwork to pay the Pennsylvania sales taxes and even notified our insurance company that we had purchased our car! How easy that was! Next we got to meet the General Manager Sal (Salvatore) Gerbino, he came over to talk to us as we took a photo of the Isetta (the car my husband would so love to own)and he wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase and the whole process before we left. Imagine that a General Manager taking time to chat with a customer.Sal even helped us with directions and places to dine before we left Eatontown,NJ. Sal thanks for the GREAT hospitality and your generosity.What a GREAT group of people! We already know where were buying our next BMW.Thanks everyone for an easy and enjoyable car buying experience. From our first phone call speaking with Mark Militello to signing papers with Rodney Duran, it was, by far, the best car buying experience we ever had. Mark was honest, straight forward, and a completely professional car sales person, just a pleasure to deal with. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Worst experience ever!!! This dealership only favors people who purchase through them. The service advisors did not return any of my phone calls. I was thrown out of the dealership after arriving for my scheduled appointment due to high volume. If these service advisors call themselves by that title they should learn how to do their jobs. All they did was give me attitude. I would advise to stay away!

I am a car enthusiast and a BMW fanatic. Whenever I find something I'm interested in buying, my first choice is to call the Circle BMW Parts Department and ask for Steve. No matter how big or small the item is, Steve is extremely friendly. I don't even have to ask him to look something up for me. He just automatically offers to do it. It is obvious that Steve Hultay really enjoys what he does and he is extremely knowledgeable about every single part that fits on a BMW. Steve is the poster-child of Customer Service and I'd like to publicly thank him for all of the help he has given me over the past few years.

Tried contacting several bmw dealerships in Los Angeles Ca area via bmw usa website but no one seems to care about my parts inquiry I tried google search next, saw circle bmw and tried sending the same inquiry. Then, bam!! ... Got a quick reply and Chris provided what we always hear in Sales (always strive to exceed customer's expectation). I was just asking for parts availability but Chris replied with all helpful info - availability, list price, sale price, complete parts number, shipping estimated cost, shipping eta!! ... I'm in Sales and I always get the order because I always provide everything what my customers need (not just answering what they need but all to help fill the need) and Chris provided that ... I'm in CA but i placed my order through Chris in NJ. It was an easy and fun process with Chris - cheerful, friendly and very professional .... as they say in Sales (another one) - people buy from people :)

This was not a good experience for my purchase of my BMW X3. I bought a used car cash and was not treated very nicely. My sales person was completely arrogant and could careless if I had additional questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in at that time. The day I picked up the car my salesman didn't go over how the vehicle functioned internally, etc. The detailing of my vehicle was poor in the interior and could have been done better. Three months after purchasing my vehicle I took it to BMW of Bloomfield, NJ for service because of my location. They analyzed and checked and found issues with my vehicle including leakages, etc. In addition to paying cash for this vehicle I had to come out of pocket another $700 to get my vehicle fixed. After my experience with Circle BMW my mother purchased a Lexus GS350. The difference in customer service was obvious to me.

We visited the dealership to look at a specific car. The sales representatve was rude, condescending and dismissive toward us. At one point, he actually asked if we intended to buy a car or just wanted to go for a ride in it. He said it wasn't worth his while to talk to his sales manager if we didn't intend on making a decision that night. We purchased a virtually identical car from another dealer the next evening (lower mileage, better price). If this dealer tolerates such behavior from sales representatives, I would hesitate to even have the car serviced there even though they are the closest BMW dealer to us.

I recently leased my second BMW from Clay, first being the 128i convertible and the latest being the 328 convertible, which is now my favorite car ever!Clay is always very helpful and does his best to work a great deal on the lease!The service you receive at Circle BMW is second to none. Just bought our first BMW. Ended up buying a demo. Tathiana Carrasco was great to work with: she's knowledgeable, answered all our questions, was extremely helpful. So were the managers (Nick and Joe). There were scratches on the rear bumper and some of the interior wood paneling. Nick and Joe, along with Tathiana, made sure the bumper and the scratched paneling were replaced, and we were completely happy. They're couldn't have been more helpful. We highly recommend asking for Tathiana when you visit Circle BMW!!!

I truly want to thank him and Burton Henson who dealt with the craziness of my job and were able to email me with any info I needed when I was to busy to answer the phone. We have dealt with many dealers in the past and usually dread going. Vito,I had recently brought my BMW 325ci (I purchased it in Southampton, NY where I live.) in when it was giving me trouble on my way to visit my sister's family at the shore (March 29-30th.) You may remember that the car "died" as it entered the bay. It was the fuel pump that failed.I just want to thank you for your help getting the car serviced and providing a rental for me. After having owned four Acura cars before this, the time was right to look into a BMW (which I have always wanted). Upon visiting the lot on a Sunday, I was impressed with the style, color, and price of the model I liked. We called the dealer, made an appointment, and after negotiating bother the trade in and price of the BMW, we finalized the sale. I am thrilled with the car and extremely impressed with our client advisor Danny Wong and all the other people involved with the final sale of the car. All my questions were answered completely and to my satisfaction. Time was taken to explain the many features that came this model. My overall experience was very positive and I look forward to my visits in the future for service. It is nice to know that I can get a loaner car when service is needed and enjoy the variety of culinary treats while I'm there. It is true what they say, BMW is truly the ultimate driving machine.

My mom was all set to buy. On first visit we asked that car be serviced for a minor ussue prior to pick up. I was promised and called to check day before. Day of pick up. Problem still there and 2 different answeres after run around. And it was covered under warranty. Sales said part ordered and manager said problem could not be repeated for dealer. Them computer said 800 miles till service and wen i questioned they reset the computer and wiped the code. Wtf. Hey, maybe that was an important code! Guess we never jnow. And. Now we need to wait for deposit check that they wont mail. Need to pick it up! Guess i pick that up on a saturday mid day and hope no one overhears my disappointment!

Going for service, even with BMW's $0 maintenance program is a daunting thought. Each time I walked in, even at 7:30 AM, Bob greeted me with an extended hand, a warm smile and an even warmer disposition. I unfortunately just moved over an hour away from the dealership so coming in for service will be tough and I'm disappointed about that as I found a place I trust. Highly recommend Bob and Circle BMW.

Overall purchase experience was pleasant and not a high-pressure environment. I felt welcome and well treated even though it took me two visits to decide on the vehicle I wanted, the day of my purchase I was on site for most of the day, and I was not purchasing a terribly expensive vehicle (3 year old used).

This was my 4th BMW. The cars are terrific and practically sell themselves. The difference is the dealership and how they view the purchaser. Simply put, Circle BMW is privately owned, and it shows. My salesman, Allan Tannenhaus was attentive and thorough. To make the experience even more special, he recommended that we pick our new X-5 at the factory in South Carolina and take advantage of the Performance Driving Center which is part of the New Care Delivery Center. You get to experience how to drive your exact vehicle type under controlled but extreme conditions so that you truly see how the car will perform and react under non standard situations. This is what sets BMW apart from their competition! Overall, a wonderful experience!

Where do I begin! Circle BMW is the best dealership I have EVER dealt with. CHASTIN is AMAZING!! He was very straightforward, DID NOT, AND I REPEAT DID NOT try to fast talk me. You know the saying that a lady should never go into a dealership alone. Well I'm not afraid to do anything alone and was ready for the challenge but Chastin was GREAT! He was pleasant, respectful, put effort into making my sale go smoothly. I felt comfortable from the time I spoke with him on the phone. I had spoken to 5 different BMW sales people located in Brooklyn, Queens and various parts of Jersey and none of them enthused me to want to do business with them. When I first saw this dealership online, I said "I'm not driving all the way to Eatontown, NJ". Then I saw the vehicle of choice, with the color and interior I wanted! I called just to see what kind of vibe I would receive with a sales person and God gave me Chastin!!!!When I spoke to Chastin, I could tell that he had experience, loved his job and his aim was to make my experience memorable. He definitely did! So there I was driving all the way to Eatontown, NJ to see this vehicle! I am so happy that I was blessed to make the choice of this dealership. Chastin ensured that all of my requests were met with the vehicle of my choice with no hesitation! He answered any inquiries I had timely. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with Chastin and my experience at Circle BMW.All of the staff at Circle BMW are friendly. When you walk in there is a pleasant receptionist sitting there, smiling which is very important to me. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in. All staff members speak and acknowledge you when they walk by you with a "Hello" and a smile. Not a phony acknowledgement, but they are genuine. I spoke with Vito in Service, who was very polite and helpful and let me not forget Brian, who gave me an overview and training session of my vehicle. This guy is extremely knowledgeable. He is patient as well because believe me, I had a trillion questions. Coming from a Nissan Maxima to a BMW is a HUGE step! Also, the gentleman who comes out and break down your financing was good. I don't want to give him the wrong name but I think he's the only guy who handles this so you will know him when you meet him :-). He ensured that I received the best possible rate and explained everything to me. Robert Alfonso, the General Sales Manager was also great and assisted in any way he could. On top of that, he has a sense of humor, not at all uptight like most people with a high position and title are, if you know what I mean. :-) I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I have dealt with horrible sales people, people who could care less about pleasing the customer and personally, I have no tolerance for that. My mind was at ease dealing with Circle BMW. Everything fell into place so smoothly and timely with Chastin. It happened so quickly that I didn't know how to react to my purchase at first. I was just surprised. If you're searching for a BMW, find your way to Circle BMW. I won't put other BMW dealerships which I encountered on blast by mentioning their names. I'll be polite, just take my word for it. I was shopping for a BMW X5, but this dealership wanted to take my trade in for almost nothing, they made me signed an agreement with them and took a down payment, after getting my car appraised I realised they were ripping me off and called to ask to negotiate my trade in, which they refused to do so, because of that I did not purchase the car from them and they are taking my $1,000 down payment. They did not do anything of me, I did not even see the car I was purchasing, which was verbally agreed upon, with the client advisor, if I do not like it I could refrain from purchasing it.This matter was resolved in the best way I ever expected. I will use them again and also recommended them to other customers.

As a physician who travels the country speaking at medical meetings on customer service and patient satisfaction I am quite sensitive to quality service. I have been a customer at Circle BMW for four years due to outstanding customer service at all levels. The process of leasing the cars I have gotten from them is seamless, prices very good and delivery process first class. Any service experience has been positive typically very painful at other dealerships I have dealt with through the years. We went in three weeks ago with the idea of maybe buying a CPO X3. We bought a 2008. We were so impressed with the vehicle, the dealership and Alan Tannenhaus that today we walked out with ANOTHER X3. We made an appointment with Alan to purchase or lease a new X3, but none were available. There were a couple of X5s in stock but the X5 is just way more car than we need. Alan's unsurpassed knowledge of the product, Circle's inventory and then of his customer's needs led to our purchasing a 2009 CPO X3. The disappointment of not getting exactly what we went in for was mitigated by superior salesmanship and Alan's ability to not laugh while watching two adults pout. Of course saving a few bucks didn't exactly sting either. Added to this is the fact that we absolutely love the 2008. Again, thank you Alan, Brian and Frank. Your expertise and professionalism and your enthusiasm are unsurpassed and you all are a pleasure to work with.

Never in my wildest dreams did I believe I'd ever actually enjoy buying a car. Purchasing our CPO X3 was an awesome experience. Alan Tannenhaus, our client advisor, is an outstanding representative of both the dealership and the brand and a pleasure to work with. Dealer is one of the best I've dealt with (this was my 7th car, and 2nd BMW). Dealership is spotless, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Jonathan was a great sales rep - lots of help, but no pressure to make a sale. He let us know he was there when we were ready. We visited, called and emailed - and everything we asked was responded to promptly and accurately. When I inquired about a 2007 335i coupe last week I knew it was an extreme long shot to say the least.. At first I didn't get my hopes up as I had done this about 3 times prior with other dealerships much closer to me with no success! Mike Castoria was the beginning of making my dream come true of owning a great pre-owned 335i coupe. He was straight forward never played games and cut right to the chase. When I came in to test drive the car I noticed some bad scratches on the hood that upset me, but to make a long story short when I arrived to pick up to me ( my new car)! the scratches were completely taken care of and GONE : )!!! I met Mike Castoria as he pulled up next to me in his 2011 m3 convertible near my house in staten island as I was driving my m5..we instantly hit it off both being car enthusiasts and right away I could tell mike was a good guy. I was shopping around for a new bmw at the time and it just so happened that I was looking at exactly the car that mike was driving, after speaking for a little he told me to come in and he would take care of me and in a new m3 convertible and sure enough after visiting him just 1 time he was a man of his word. Mike is a great salesman as everything he promised and had told me about was 100% true and he was a man of his word, Mike was by far the best experience ive ever had with a car dealership due to his professionalism, knowledge about the cars, customer service, and above all respect. I was looking for a new 335i convertible. Jonathan sold my son-in-law an X5. I went to him and he gave me a price on trading an 2009 328i. They gave me a very good trade in price. I then told him the color I wanted and he found a car right away. The lease price was so good I ordered the car immediately and got it on Fri. May 27th. The car is awesome and Jonathan did a great job with the paper work and ease of leasing this car. I would recommend Circle BMW to any friend. Jonathan was the nicest person to deal with. Most dealers are all over you when you come in to buy a car applying greater levels of pressure with each passing minute. That never happened at Circle. Secondly, the test drive experience was good as well. I test drove the vehicle with my wife and the sales person simply sat int he back and let my wife and I converse about the car. The salaes person only spoke when we had questions about the car. It was almost as if he was not there. Finally, the actually buying experience was very smoothe. Paperwork was organized, each was explained to me and then they had a separate person orient me to the car before I drove it off the lot.

Originally I had went to Freehold BMW to inquire about purchasing a 335. The salesman I spoke with was very short and abrupt. He didnt take the time do get out of his desk and show me a car. It basically seemed like I was wasting his time. But still, I called to schedule a test drive. On the day of the test drive there were tons of people in the showroom. The woman I was scheduled with wasn't even on the premises and I stood around for 45 minutes waiting for someone to take care of me. Needless to say I never went back. A few weeks later I went into Circle BMW of Eatontown. Len was sitting at his desk and we were introduced. I told him what I was looking for and kindly he explained they didn't have anything on the lot but stopped what he was doing to show me something similar. Five months later I went back to Len who still remembered me and we ordered a 335is Coupe. The car was delivered in 9 weeks as he promised. Throughout the sales process, Len never looked at me with dollar signs in his eyes. He didn't use any tricky sales practices nor did he try to sell me something I didn't want. I was pleased with the price Len and I reached. Bottom line, Len Digilio is a professional in every aspect of the word. I will not buy my next BMW from anyone else.

I loved my experience with Circle BMW. I explained to Eric the guidelines for a used car of my dreams, and he said he would look for me. He called me a few days later with a perfect vehicle. I made an appointment to come in and see the car, and the appointment time was honored. We went for the test drive and both the positives and negatives were discussed. I made the decision to buy the car that night but absolutely without any sales pressure. Two days later, Eric had the good news that James, the finance manager had managed to get me an even lower finance rate than quoted to me two days prior. Again, the appointment time was honored, even though I had changed the time that morning for my convenience. The car was well-cleaned and looked brand new. Both Eric and Brian showed me the features of the car, and the Bluetooth was set up for my cell. Within an hour, I was driving off the lot with my new to me car. Everyone was supportive and friendly, wishing me luck with my new vehicle. The owner was very generous and put his stamp of approval on the sale. Today I'm getting more comfortable with my new car, and it is even better than I thought. Best car-buying experience of my life! Thank you again, Eric!

I had decided to trade my 2010 Nissan Pathfinder in for a new car. The choice was either an ML550, a Cayanne S or the X5. I narrowed it down to either the Porsche or the BMW after my first visit with Jon (Jonathan Paciello) at Circle BMW. I excluded the ML mainly due to the fact that Mercedes did not take "care of me" on my last two visits there for service of my other cars eventhough I could have made a better deal at Mercedes as I have a fleet account with Mercedes. I visited Jon a 2nd time and even felt more comfortable with him. Jon was very proffessional, had great knowledge of the car I was interested in, did not try and sell me something else, like many others do, was very open to listening and answered my many questions maybe twice and three times as I tend to sometimes asked the same questions more than once. I consider Jon to be a down to earth kind of guy who had no problem taking as much time to answer all my questions. I did visit another BMW but never returned back as there was simply no comparison overall. This other dealer was more interested in selling me a car that they had on the lot instead of listening to me that I wanted a car ordered just the way I wanted it. Jon never pushed me or pressured me and I really liked the fact that he knew everything about the car and was so excited about talking about the car-that was important to me. The experience with Jon at Circle was well above my expectations and I am sure that I will be buying more cars from Jon in the near future. The deal I made was fair and was hassle free. I basically told them what I was willing to pay and it was done. There was no going back and forth and someone trying to do a sales job on me, etc. It was a wonderful experience and I am very happy that I ended up with the X5 as now I have a BMW contact for the future. Circle should be very proud of having like Jon working for them.

The employee we dealt with directly, Jonathan Paciello, was phenomenal and was able to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend this dealer and specifically Jonathan Paciello because he was straight-forward and very respectful. I came into the dealership with a vehicle I had found on the website and I was able to test-drive the car and was provided with all the prior history of the car. I also was given a selection of other Certified Pre-owned BMW's that were on the lot. Very good service and I am happy I bought the car from this dealership.

Right from the start when I walked into the dealership I knew right away that Jon was going to look out for my best interests. He was very knowledgeable about all options and presented them all without bias. Also, Jon's personality made me feel very comfortable, where I was not afraid to ask as many questions that came to mind. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Circle BMW. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant transaction I have ever made. I had been to several dealers prior who had undervalued my trade and claimed it was because they "price their cars competitively". What does one have to do with the other? Anyway, Len ensured that Circle gave me maximum value for my trade. At first glance it didn't appear that they had the car I wanted in stock, but Len double checked and found my vehicle on the lot. He made the effort to get me the best deal available and for that I am very appreciative. He made me feel at ease and I had no second thoughts about the deal.The facility is immaculate and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend Len in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a BMW.

I went to the dealership to service my ten year old three series convertible. We had been there before and liked the way we were treated. When Bob, the service specialist reviewed our estimate with us, my husband and I decided not to complete the repair work. I went back to the dealership and asked Bob to recommend me a sales person that he would "send his mother to", not being a fan of the car sales experience. Bob referred me to Mike Castoria and I was comfortable with him from the start. He picked up on what was important to me and not once did he attempt to sell me a pricier car while I was there. When we were discussing the various options on different models I liked the way he used specific examples and personal experiences. His overall authenticity and communication skills made for an excellent experience. His sense of humor was a plus as well. I would also like to add that the financial specialist was also very approachable and patient with questions. We are typically not after sale purchasers, but the way he explained things sold us as well.I have already taken Mike's card for one of my friends and definately will continue to use this dealership and salesperson.

I had a 2000 238i for the past 11 and a half years. I finally decided to get a new BMW. I was greated at Cirlce BMW by Jonathan Paciello, who was very friendly. Jonathan worked up a 3 series lease special I saw on bmwusa.com. I had some questions regarding the lease calculations and he went over them with me. I took a car out for a test drive, and then we walked around the lot to look at interior colors. I couldn't decide for a while on the interior color and Jonathan was very patient with me. My sales experience was great. Jonathan was helpful and not pushy. Yesterday, when I went to pick up my plates, Jonathan put them on my car for me. As an added note - I had been using Circle BMW for all my 2000 328i service needs and the service department has been great as well.

ths is my second car with circle bmw and the sales experience with paul richardson was unique in that it was actually pleasant! paul is a genuine guy and made teh process non adversarial. he worked hard to get me the car i wanted, not what a dealer wants to give you. other than the fact that paul is a sox fan, i can;t say enough nice things about the guy. i certainly didn;t leave there like i have left most car dealerships in the past---like why did i just give them all that money?and the car is great.! blew away mercedes in performance and audi in price.the service on the my last 7 was general maintenence and i always had a loaner as opposed to countless excuses i used to get(along with a dirty car) when i had my s class.overall great experience. thanks paul.

We brought our pre-owned car (128i convertible) that we bought out of state to repair a technical issue that was within warranty. They served us as if we bought the car with them. When it turned out to be a longer repair they immediately drove us home and picked us up later that day. The service is personal, friendly and competent. We had such a positive experience that we switched from our old dealer and bought our next car with them. The purchase process was the same way. It is a dealership where everybody knows everybody and customers are treated with the courtesy and professionalism that could be expected when driving a luxury car. We do not drive the most expensive BMWs and we were treated the same way as other customers with a 7 series. This is something we have not experienced at a dealer also listed for NJ where we felt as being second class citizens. By the way the ambience is upscale and modern and matches the luxurious cars they sell.We will report back when we received our new X3.

Jonathan has sold my husband and I two cars in the past 6 month. He is always friendly and welcoming and made us feel like we were important to him and the dealership. Lenny is a great salesperson to work with. He isn't pushy and listens to what you are looking for and any concerns you may have. We went to Cicle BMW for 1 CPO BMW X-3, and ended up leaving with 2. That wasn't planned but we couldn't be more happy.I wasn't in the market yet for a new car, but when I learned that I could trade in my Wrangler for a Certified Pre-Owned X-3; I thought about it for 30 seconds and handed over the keys. I bought my first BMW from Alan Tannenhaus in 2003 at Circle BMW. I knew I wanted a BMW but since this was my first purchase, Alan made sure that I was making the right choice by asking me questions about previous vehicles owned, how I liked to drive, what my typical commute was like, etc. He put me in the perfect car. In fact so perfect that I put 240,000 miles on it. Over those 240,000 miles, I had the car serviced at Circle exclusively. All of the service consultants were great but Rob Datri stood out this past summer when I was having an issue with my air conditioning. New Jersey had the hottest summer on record and it wasn't working properly. Rob went out of his way to make sure that it got fixed quickly so I didn't have to endure the summer traffic on the Garden State Parkway (if you live here you know what thats like). I really appreciated his extra effort. When my son was in the market for a BMW in 2006, I sent him to see Alen Tannenhaus. He is now a proud owner of a BMW and like me, uses Circle BMW exclusively for all his maintenance requirements. I'm sure he'll be a repeat customer. For my most recent purchase, I contacted Alan Tannenhaus on a Tuesday and told him what I was looking for. He met with me that same evening, I got the car I wanted and they even gave me a great trade in on my 2003 with 240,000 miles! Everyone there works as a team to make sure the customer is satisfied. I picked up my new car on a Thursday and couldn't be happier.The Circle BMW facility is state of the art and they have a great inventory of both new and pre-owned vehicles. What most impresses me about the dealership is the people. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and you never feel pressured. In the future, I can't see myself buying anything but a BMW and I can't see myself not buying from Circle BMW.

My wife and I recently bought a BMW and wanted to upgrade so we went to Circle BMW. Although the dealership is 2.5 hrs away it was well worth the drive. Our associate James Castillo was very patient and we test drove 2 cars not being sure which one we wanted.He was very professional and pleasant as my wife asked many questions which he answered all of them. Went on Circles BMW website, car listings with detailed information and pictures. Saw a car I was interested in and filled out the website form. A quick reply from Alan Tannenhaus, to go over my interest in a new certified preowned. He understood what I was looking for, very friendly with a positive attitude that he with Circle BMW would find what I needed. Set up an appointment which was convenient for my husband and I. We test drove a 2008 5 series and looked at what was available on the lot. I had my 1998 5 series looked at by their service department, which is very user friendly, to get an estimate of repairs. Due to age, wear & tear, we decided to purchase a another certified preowned. We made another appointment, and now test drove a 2009 3 series, which we purchased. Again, when I told Alan what features I was looking for, he had the car right on the lot, a test drive, and I was sold. I never felt pressured to purchase, Alan was working with me until I found a car that I was comfortable in. Everything was done right at the dealership, new registration, transfer of license plates and a temporary insurance card and our car loan. One Stop Shopping. It has now been a month..I love my car and the experience we had at Circle BMW.

I would highly recommend this dealership as well as staff members James and Dan. We walked into the dealership with a hope that we could get a BMW and walked out of the dealership with a joy that could not be contained. We have worked very hard and dreamed of buying a BMW for years. On this past Tuesday, our dreams came true. We purchased a 2006 325i. The car is in excellent condition and we received a fair/excellent price. James and the BMW team made the process easy and a pleasant. They were up front with the price, taxes, etc...There we no hidden cost or games. They assisted us with the financing and explained every detail of the contract. We have had bad experiences with previous dealerships and was a little hesitant in going through the purchase process again, BUT Circle BMW of Eatontown, James Castello and Dan Ligouri have made us believer again. Timothy was wonderful to work with when I brought my truck in this month. He FINALLY got what needed to be done to my truck done without any confusion or going back and forth with management or service advisors. He understood what was being requested and made it happen with no problems at all which was a huge relief considering a couple of my previous experiences there. I want to take a moment to comment on my recent purchase of a certified pre-owned 328XI from your dealership.I feel quite lucky to have been assigned to Eric Krentzman when I called in to inquire about one of your cars.I have been looking for a certified car for the last few months, only to have to deal with, surprisingly so, arrogant salesman or sales managers, lies, inaccuracies, last minute bait and switch tactics etc. I'm not talking about "Joe Blow Used Car Lot". These were Mercedes Benz Audi and BMW dealerships! All in all the experience was dreadful, to say the least.Until I drove 50 miles (I live in Montclair) and met with your team starting with Eric. He was a perfect gentleman, low key and had a genuine desire to help me figure out a way to purchase a car I wanted and could afford.Eric also explained fully each and every document I was required to sign and was extremly patient with each request for clarification or explanation when taking delivery last night.Eric also took the time to be very polite and courteous to my 12 year old son Zachary. He also made it his business to have your detailing department do their best to cover any minor scrapes in the paint finish and clean the car before delivery. I pointed out several small areas that needed a bit of touch up, as well as my son and I don't think one of them was overlooked.OUTSTANDING!Daniel Fagan made the financing paperwork a breeze to work out and went out of his way to make sure I understood all. While offering me additional services, he knew when to back off the first time I said no thank you and explained clearly and accurately the benefits of one of the optional services offered and purchased.Last but not least, Brian led me step by step through the "how to" process with all the patience he could muster considering my 12 year old thought he knew more than Brian.All in all, you've got a great team at Circle BMW. Consider yourself fortunate.I only regret that I live 50 miles away and will have to service my new car locally.

This review is based on my few visits to Circle BMW service center. After the last one when they absolutely stunned me in a positive way with their quality of service I decided to finally do something for them and write this review. I should have done it a long time ago since every time I been to Circle BMW their service, from an annual service to this most recent major repair, was more than I could ask for.They have a very helpful and friendly staff whose only objective is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your car service.I highly recommend Circle BMW.

Tim provides exceptional product knowledge and service, he is one of the main reasons we continue to buy BMW's from this dealer, it is the best "service after the sale" we have experienced. Tim and the service department continue to provide us with outstanding service, the BMW loaner cars are always in top condition and the overall experience is very professional.

Could not be happier with the service that I have had from Circle BMW and have recommended the dealership to clients, friends and family. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. I have dealt with Dennis Adams, Billy Defelice, Robert Heydorn and Tim Meritzis. All have been gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Of particular note, Tim has been exceptional and has gone beyond the call of duty on occasions too numerous to detail in this forum. Tim's knowledge of the M cars is encyclopedic and his passion for BMW's is obvious. Tim's a true enthusiast. Tim loves what he does, and I look forward to taking my car in for service....though walking into a BMW dealership does present a moral hazard. Tim is the reason I will buy my next BMW at Circle.
