Greeted professionally by Mario our sales rep. Process re: trade in and the price range we were budgeted for, was heard, respected and presented w options that matched our need. After the sales we were greeted by a finance rep Rick,D along w an insurance rep (if we needed this). Basically a 1 stop shop from beginning to end. I drove away that eve w our new RAV4 and our trade in already labeled to be sold. The process was excellent customer service, care and consideration of our financial limit. We love Classic!

My family was in the market for a minivan and I decided to visit Classic Toyota as this dealership had the highest Google customer rating in Northeast Ohio (even though 50 miles away from my home). After the visit at Classic Toyota, I fully understand why they are rated so highly. The service was simply exceptional from the moment we walked in the dealership until we drove away in our van. Our sales consultant, Brandon Knott took plenty of time to understand our needs, purchase timeframe, vehicle features, preferred colors, packages, etc. Not a single time during this visit I felt pressured to make a quick decision; on contrary we were encouraged to take as much time as we wanted. After the test drive, Brandon asked politely if we would like to get a price quote, within half an hour from that moment, we were offered a very competitive price. Overall, this was the ultimate car buying experience: professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, courtesy, patience, and cordiality of Brandon as well as the dealership manager, David Alicea was simply remarkable.Next time I am in a market for a car, I will drive even further to get this kind of customer service, BY FAR my best experience at any car dealership.

We went to Classic Toyota looking for a Certified Used Car or a new one. Because of the special 0% financing offered by Toyota, settling on a new car was an easy choice. Knowing that we wanted a Camry narrowed down the choices. We made three visits before driving off the lot. First visit was just Paul. He wandered the complete showroom and picked up a brochure without as much as a nod of recognition from anybody. He went out to the lot in search of the Camrys. He wandered the full length of the car lot and was heading back to the show room when he was approached by Mario Zlataric, a salesperson. He explained what he was looking for and Mario grabbed the keys to a couple of cars. Mario showed him the car features and offered a test drive, but he declined until we could both be there. Returning that evening, we both took test drives in a Camry. Unfortunately they did not have a Camry in the exact color and configuration we wanted. Mario checked other dealers and found one. He made arrangements to get the car to Classic Toyota and get the car outfitted with everything we wanted. Two days later the car was ready. We returned and inspected the car, signed the paperwork and Mario went over all the features of the car, even syncing our phones to the car and programing some radio stations. He explained and demonstrated the features of all the electronics, taking his time and answering all our questions. When he explained the different features, he made it easy and simple to understand, yet was very thorough in his explanation. We were very, very happy when we drove away.We found Mario to be an exceptional salesman, extremely knowledgeable about the products being offered, friendly and not the least bit pushy. Our total experience in dealing with Mario was enjoyable, comfortable and pleasant. We would highly recommend Mario and Classic Toyota to anyone seeking a car. This is our second car from Classic Toyota. We have also purchased a new car from Classic Mini.

I had emailed the on-line team at Classic Toyota regarding a 2016 RAV4 for lease. Had an immediate response and they informed me they had several in stock. I arrived on Saturday and was greeted by a smiling, friendly salesperson - Jen LaForce. What a treasure she is. Seemed very sincere and honest. We took a test drive, came back and started the paperwork. Wait time wasn't too long. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely come back if I like the vehicle and know I can get the same kind of sales person again.

We went there to look at a Certified Used Toyota and ended up buying 2 new cars; a Rav4 and a Mazda 6. Our salesperson, Brianna, was patient, cheerful, professional and helpful. The whole staff was great. I worked almost 25 years in the auto business, and this is the way I like to be treated. No pressure, no games, just straightforward people. I am a satisfied customer. This is the second vehicle that my wife and i have leased from Classic Toyota, and it has been another pleasant experience. Arrived at 10 am and was out by 1pm with a brand new Carolla, Blue Crush, by the way. And I owe it all to our very experienced salesman Rich Lothman, thank you Rich. So in three hours I returned my old lease, picked out a new one, and BAM I was gone. All good.

I've purchased several vehicles from Classic Toyota and will continue to. Same for many people I know. I'm not into gimmicks and drawn out processes; I like straightforward action from my dealership. At Classic, I have found everyone to be responsive to my concerns. They listen... and work hard to get you what you ask for. No pressure, no problems, just good people selling great cars.

We arrived a little after 10AM to meet with Ryan our salesperson, to take a Prius C out for a scheduled test drive. The car was new off of trade and had yet to be detailed, however, I was happy that we were afforded the opportunity to test drive it and start our deal. Throughout the entire process Ryan was very helpful addressing all of our concerns and the Sales Manager, Don, was extremely helpful as well. Don, let us know we could get a better interest rate through Toyota, than what we were provided by our own bank. The deal was made and we are to take delivery of the vehicle on Friday. The whole process couldn't have been simpler and we were only at the dealer for an hour and a half. Absolutely superb, I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Classic, they are the best.

Zac and the rest of the preowned team at Classic Toyota were outstanding. Very accommodating for this first-time buyer and got my used 4Runner at a great price. Although it needed some fixes, they were able to set it right on short notice. I am sure to be a return customer.

I responded to the ad on Cars.com and received an e-mail back from the On-Line Sales Person; set up an appointment to see the car. It was ready to take for a test drive upon my arrival. No hassle over the price, which was discounted from the dealer lot price because it was listed on-line. Joe Ferrato was our Sales Consultant and he was well prepare to talk about the car and to process the paperwork quickly.

I went to Classic to view 2 cars I found on line. When I got there to view the the first car I discovered that it was recently traded in and was not yet cleaned up for sale. I asked the sales rep to call me when it was ready but never heard back. I went a second time to view a different vehicle and it was also not cleaned up. I left my name with a different sales rep to call me when it was ready but again no one called. I spent my $10K at another dealer.
