I had the pleasure of working with Edgar Del Real and Terry. Edgar was very attentive to my needs and what I told him I was looking for in a vehicle. He was also very informative. Terry was very helpful in assisting with approval even though I decided to go through my own credit union. I purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. Both gentlemen did a great job here at Clay Cooley.

Editing my previous review. Though I did have to return to the dealership to fix the mistake they made, the service manager, Daniel, did everything he could to correct the issue quickly and professionally. I appreciate the efforts and sincerity from Daniel in making this right and maintaining accountability for the problem. I am leaving the details of my previous review for others to be aware. Not specifically for this dealership but for any and all instances of having maintenance done in your vehicle. Be sure the oil cap is back where it should be and securely tightened. I’m lucky that my situation was not much worse than it was because I noticed it when I did. Daniel made it very clear he and his staff understand the severity of this issue and he is taking action to prevent future problems like this. Again, I appreciate the haste in which the issue was corrected and the professionalism from Daniel. Service didn’t put the engine oil cap back. I’ve lost oil, my car smells like burning oil and there is oil all over my engine because of the “service” at this location. you literally do this all day long. Put the engine oil cap back should be the easiest part of your day. I went in for a factory recall. There was literally no reason for my oil cap to be removed for the recall. I will be contacting the manager in the morning.

Bought a 2022 outlander last month. They were good about getting to a payment we were comfortable with, but told us to give them a couple of days to add the gap insurance and extended warranty at a better price. We spent the next 2 weeks trying to get in touch with the people who told us and never got a call back. Left numerous messages and even talked to the sales manager who was just as unhelpful. Once you sign the contract, they're done and have no interest in customer service. I will never do business with them again and I will recommend to everyone I know to not do business with them.

Niki is very enthusiastic with a great personality....4 yrs later clay coolys people will say anything doing anything to put you in the wrong car...got a 2017 jeep couple yrs back not really what I wanted...told accountant the bank wanted 1600 down he told me too them I paid cash down..other words lie to them..you can't ever get want you unless your rich or have great credit...where did the old days go wasn't so hard to get a car back then...😡

I would like to thank my salesman Bryan , he was awesome from the time that I pulled up until they closed the deal. Very professional, listens and even took me to get food, thank you. I purchased my car back in May,mind you it's September now the gentleman who sold me my car Jeff informed me and my bf I'd we brought him more customers of course we would get a referral did exactly that even called and email Jeff who sold us our car never got a call back or an email but I say this i won't refer anyone else to clay cooley and I don't think I will be returning for another car I bring you business and they didn't do good business in return

I really don't see how this place does any business. Sales person was good kid named Diego, after that management is the worst ever. They have all this incentives on their website, but when you get there everything changes. On top of that they added an extra $700 to the vehicle for some paint protection and what not. All in all this place is the worst. Never again will I step into another Clay Cooley dealer again. Worse car buying experience ever!

I came as a walk in to get my car serviced because I was on this side of the metroplex and they completed everything I needed during my lunch hour. Fast and friendly service and if I'm over here when it's time for an oil change I'll be back again.

Nobody greeted us, not the receptionist, the salesmen but I didn't leave because of Anthony. He is a great salesman and if it was not for him we would not be purchasing a vehicle. He was great but as a whole Clay Cooley needs to work on customer service and satisfaction.

Keith Clark is the man to go to! He was very kind and understanding when I let him know that I have never purchased a car before and wasn't sure what exactly I needed to do. I'm writing this review about Clay Cooley Mitsubishi Arlington because of the my great experience, this is my second car that I have gotten from there. My sales people were Mayra & Oliver. They were awesome, I did my app on line to get pre approved, Mayra took it from there she was awesome, she kept me informed step by step she got me an approval a few days later drove to Arlington that morning I was greeted by Oliver who was very pleasant he took me outside To pick out my car, I test drove it, within a hour I was signing on the lines and driving off in my 2017!! God is good and I'm very happy!! People if you want to have a great experience at a Hassel free dealership stop by Clay Cooley MITSUBISHI in Arlington ask for Mayra or Oliver you will be glad you did.
