Stopped here on a whim after shopping for a car all day. The owner was so nice and very willing to help answer all our questions. I walked in and an hour later i was driving off in my new "used" car! So very grateful for the staff working with us and helping me teach my boys about finance and car ownership!

I can’t say enough good things about them. Good selection at very reasonable prices. Always go above and beyond to help and work with their clients. I wish I could give 10 stars. I'm a little disappointed that I can't give a higher rating than 5 stars...10 stars is more like it! The Coastal Auto Ranch, and specifically Lori are absolutely FANTASTIC!! We were out looking and trying to decide what kind of a truck my husband would like to get. So we had gone from dealership to dealership along the Treasure Coast. We encountered salespeople that were less that par with their customer service skills until we stopped in at The Coastal Auto Ranch and spoke with Lori. Lori has unsurpassed customer service skills and in a very short time you feel as if you've known her for years. She is the kind of person who listens to what you're saying and you are immediately comfortable. She's not the pushy car salesperson that looks a you with dollar signs in their eyes, which was all we had encountered at the previous places. The lot had a great selection of very decent vehicles that had very reasonable prices. We didn't buy a truck that day, as my hubby wasn't exactly sure what he wanted. On our way home we were talking over our experience of "looking" for the day and we both kept saying that we really liked The Coastal Auto Ranch and Lori was great. When the pandemic affected every aspect of our lives, looking for a truck was put on the back burner. Unfortunately, our car died on us and we needed to basically buy a car on the spot that day. My hubby and I both said simultaneously "We need to go see Lori at The Coastal Auto Ranch!" There wasn't a single thought to any other place. We ultimately purchased a Chevy Equinox and we are extremely happy with our "new" car and a potentially stressful situation was handled beautifully when we put our trust in Lori's very capable hands. We will definitely be going back for a truck for the hubby. Thank you for everything, Lori! I highly recommend you to go to The Coastal Auto Ranch, don't even bother going to the other places because you're going to end up there anyhow and it will be your last stop.

Coastal Auto Ranch was one of THE BEST experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Lori was PHENOMENAL and she really made my whole buying experience simple and easy. There were no hassles, no pressure, super friendly people, great selection of vehicles and the vehicle I purchased was a really great vehicle all around! I couldn't be happier! Just wanted to leave a good review for the great experience i had buying my Mercedes E320 from them its been almost a year now and i've had no issues other than general maintenance (knock on wood) the staff there made it painless and quick don't remember being there for more than 30-45 min i would highly recommend and will be returning back to them once its time for a new one.

Very friendly and helpful with looking at cars. John, who helped me look at the car I wanted to buy, was nice and understood the car. Although it is a small business, everyone is nice and their cars aren't overpriced like some other dealerships. They gave me the best deal I could've asked for with what I wanted and was willing to pay.

Shopped for a pickup for over a week straight, from West Palm Beach to Vero, this was by far the easiest going and straightforward dealership to deal with. I got a really clean truck at a great price and will definitely shop here for all my future car/truck purchases and tell all my friends and family about them. Thanks for the experience and the good deal but most of all the comfortable buying experience.

All of the employees were super helpful. They had a decent selection for the price range that i wanted to stay in. All of the cars were clean and taken care of. I honestly wouldn't shop anywhere else for a used vehicle.

I drove from Miami to purchase a 2008 Toyota X-Runner which is rare to find. Lori, the owner/finance manager hooked me up with a good deal. Scott was my salesman and very easy to work with. I would buy there again and recommend Coastal Auto Ranch to anyone looking for a ride.

I had a good experience. Lori, and Bobby are very nice people, I didn't get any hassles from them. there're not out to just take your money and send you on your way, they want to make sure your happy and satisfied with your purchase. I had a couple of minor issues with the car but they were resolved to my satisfaction, quickly and with no hassles. I purchased this car for my son and when I'm done paying it off I'm coming back to purchase another car for me. I strongly recommend them to my family, friends and anyone who wants to purchase a used vehicle . They are new to this area and I think there're doing a good job. Go see Lori and Bobby and welcome them to Port St Lucie....

Bobby, Lori, Mike and the staff were very attentive to my needs. After purchasing my 2006 Ford Escape, a problem we identified before the purchase returned. They were very diligent in following up with me, addressing my concerns. After several return trips, we finally resolved the issue with my new truck. I was pleased as a newly relocated, new-Floridian to find a business that still practices what I consider to be "the right way" here just a couple miles from home in Port St. Lucie. I'll definitely recommend Coastal Auto Ranch to my friends and family for their first stop when purchasing a used vehicle!
