Awful. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I paid cash for a car in April . It's now August and Frank still hasn't given me my title. At first he tried to say he gave it to me and I lost it.. REALLY!!! Then he finally agrees to getting another title. I call concerning the title and Frank acts as if I'm bothering him. He keeps saying I'm working on it. Since April? Really. Then to give a cash customer attitude. And even hung up the phone on me as I was talking. I was not yelling, not rude, not verbally abusive, talking calm and nicely to him . I have been more than patient in this situation. Buy elsewhere!!!!

A great 5-STAR car buying experience at Coastal Auto Sales. Their car selection was great, there was NO HASSLE, the 2010 Nissan Maxima SV I purchased was in pristine shape and the test drive won me over. I got a great deal on my trade in and was happy with their professional matter. I would recommend anyone in the car market to check out Frank at Coastal Auto Sales. Bravo Zulu On a personal note, and my disclaimer, when you finance or buy a car, never treat it like a rag doll. A old man told me once that oil changes (high milage), car washes, listening to your car drive, letting your car warm up, tire pressure awareness, engine/oil treatments, and good gas keeps a good car 🎭

Very Helpful, Friendly Staff, & very quick seamlessly approval process for loan! Lee & Frank were super helpful & very patient! Went over several options & helped me get not only exactly what I was looking for but also A GREAT DEAL!!!! Definitely will be back & I recommend to ALL!!! GREAT STAFF...
