I almost never write bad reviews, why? because I believe some things can easily be fixed and shouldn't harm a business BUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME at that place.....was totally UNACCEPTABLE. My husband and I went to Hyundai section thinking on purchasing or leasing an SUV. Santa Fe, Tucson anything available. When we got there, a sales consultant named MIKE TREMBLAY "helped us" out. My conversation with him went something like this: - Sales Rep: What are you looking for? we do not have cars available for you right now. - Me: Well, we do not have any specific model in mind as long as it is an suv. - Sale Rep: How much money do you have? - Me: We want to see all the options, saw some specials on TV and wanted to see what you have available. - Sales Rep: If you are here asking about specials you saw online or on TV, you probably can't afford an SUV and we just have premium SUV's right now. - Me: Can you at least show us the prices for those models? - Sales Rep: You are telling me you come here talking about specials you see on TV, don't want the small cars, which I am assuming those are the only ones you can afford and still want to see prices and options available for SUV? (as he was leaning back on his chair and checking his phone that was ringing the whole time) -- My husband tapped my leg signaling that we should leave. We absolutely hate drama, but I hate being treated that way I was treated that day even more. We stood up and before leaving I politely said. ---- - ME: The way you are treating us is unacceptable, can you please tell me your name? Sales Rep: Yes, my name is Pedro. - Me: Thank you Pedro ( I knew his name was Mike and he was making up that name) I went back just to grabbed his business card to check his last name. I remember his name wasn't Pedro. It was Mike. Sure enough, Mike Tremblay, on his business card. It is a shame that some business will lose potential clients for incidents like that. Side Note: After leaving that place we went to Rick Case Fort Lauderdale and got a Santa Fe 2022 at a very good price. We were treated so nicely and with such respect.

On 10/21 I had several email and phone conversations with Chandler Miller, internet sales rep, and by 5pm he told me (via email, so it's in writing) that his manager had accepted my offer on the 2014 Legacy that we were discussing. I called 30min later so that I could place a deposit, but no one answered, so I left a voicemail. The following morning (10/22), I emailed asking for the finance dept contact info so that I could expedite the process b/c I didn't want to waste my 1st day of vacation at a dealership (I live 4hrs away, but would be in the area 10/24). Two hours later he responded "Unfortunately, I can't have the car reserved for you. Apparently, you can only reserve new vehicles, not pre-owned ones". WHAT?!? I was a KNOWN OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMER from the very 1st email and was WILLING TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT!! By 5pm that afternoon he emailed me to say the car sold....again I guess....So, just a warning to those of you that aren't in the immediate area...I wouldn't bother making a deal unless your butt is in a seat inside their building.

sevice is overwhelmed by volume of cars sold. service APPOINTMENT not honored. treatment brusk and rude. car currently [6 days] in dealler for repair of safet,item tail lights ALL phone contacts initiated by me. NO diagnosis yet ,and nofix proposed. AGAIN, this is a safety item wiyh no solution proposed. been in auto industry fo 55 years,some as service manager, this reatment is unacceptable by any standard.prsonnel willing but completely over whellmed.

Me and my best friend are planning to buy a full size sedan so we first went to Nissan dealership near to Coral Springs Mall when we went to the store there was a sale person greeted us also help as show the new 2015 Nissan Maxima and He also went over all the new features and he was very friendly to us but after we saw the car we were also interested in 2015 Hyundai Genesis sedan so we drive to Coconut Creek hyundai dealership around 6:15 pm 7/28/15 we spent over 20 minutes looking at Genesis walking around sitting in the driver seat in the back seat and passenger seat also the hyundai Sonata and Hyundai Santa fa after 20 to 30 minutes we realized that there were about at lest five sales person a single person in the store didn't greet us or did not asked if you guys needed any help they all were ignored us. As a person and as customer we been never profiled like this and experienced this kind of customer service from anywhere

Mario Feliciano in service is the best. I recently had a major issue with my genesis sedan (which involved Hyundai of North America at one point). Mario was extremely helpful throughout the whole process; and whenever I bring my car in to CC Hyundai for service, he always makes sure everything is done correctly and done in a timely manner. i placed a on line request. I immediated received a response from Jose Dominquez. We set up a appointment to meet. Mr. Dominquez was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.We discuss my need, a 2015 legacy limited. The color combination was not in stock or transit. He discussed placing a factory order. He mentioned a 6-8 week wait. Upon agreeing to a trade in price on my 2011 outback limited. I placed the customized order. I recently received from mr Dominquez the vin # and delivery date 5/7/15. I worked with Jose my sales rep and Kyle the sales manager, then with Sean in finance. The attention that these people presented to me is the same way I would have treated myself, No wandering about, corteous, respectful, and to the point, always backing their statements, and most importantly answering my 100 or so questions with straight answers. There might be many dealers to choose from and tons of promising newspapers ads, but based on my experience with these guys it obligates me to advise anyone who is looking for a Subaru to contact Jose, then I assure you that Kyle(sales maneger) will provide you with such personal, down to earth and enthusiastic attention that you'll find hard not to leave with your new car and a big smile on your face Mike 2015 STI

Bought new 2014 Elantra Limited. Was given missinformation by the salesman and the finance manager which cost me additional money. Wanted to pay cash but told I would get an extra discount by financing. Was told I could pay it off in 90 days with no charges. NOT true. Was charged additiional finance charges and they will not stand in back of what the salesman told me confirmed by the finance manager. I should not have made a decision based on a car salesmans word. This dealership is why the car industry has such a bad reputation any most of the public whould rather have a root canal done rather than buying a car.

After purchasing a vehicle at Subaru, there was a mix up on color shipped from another lot preventing me from leaving with the car day one. Chris personally drove my new car all the way up to my residence in PGA when the correct model was located. In the end, the BRZ is fantastic and so was my experience.

Went their looking to lease a forester and trading in my lease on my mdx Acura which was a gas hog. We were helped by a salesman named Chris Fischer who was helpful and knowledgeable. Great Experience - just have to wait for what you want. Came in and requested a special order vehicle from Rodrigo Otoni (great salesman!!). He worked with his sales managers to find similar vehicles to what I wanted. The exact car I wanted was available out of state. They were able to work with the out of state dealer to transfer the car and order the custom accessories as well. There were some issues in the transition - but Kyle the Sales manager was able to provide excellent customer service through the process. Great dealer and team. I would buy from them again and I plan to recommend them to anyone needing a car (especially the exact one they want).

As a first time buyer I was scared, every car dealership I went to they attacked me like hawks. When I called Rodrigo about a car I saw online he was very patient with me, went into detail about the car and we scheduled an appointment that night to test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, he was very nice and helpful with facts and information with the car. My father was with me and he spoke to both of us and not just him or me. I would like to share my experience with Rodrigo Otoni. Rodrigo was a great salesman. He was kind, polite, (not to mention quite handsome), and made our experience of purchasing a vehicle really pleasant. In buying a car, you want a salesman who is knowledgeable about the vehicle inside and out and knows how every option works. You want a salesman who can give you stats about the car and its safety record. You want an honest salesperson who has a human quality that can relate to a customer and their needs. You don't want a pushy salesperson who you are just another customer to. You want a salesman who introduces himself and when you introduce yourself to him, that he remembers your name and just doesn't call you ma'am or sir. You want personal service. Rodrigo was all of this. I am very happy with my purchase. We looked at several vehicles and for the money, Mitsubishi 2014 Outlander is outstanding. The best value for all the options it came with compared to other vehicles. I really love that my family is safe in my Outlander too. Great gas mileage ! I also love that Mitsubishi put dark carpet on the floor and broke up the interior colors with dark in the areas that cars get dirty the most,but the inside is still light! I never understood why car manufactures put light carpet in. It gets so dirty! I never owned a Mitsubishi before and I have to say I love it!

I just recently had my worst experience at a car dealership. I was brought to the dealership with my husband by a sales agent shopping for a new or used vehicle. They knew we were already qualified for a specific amount for a car loan so they commence to show us the four worst vehicle on their lot with hopes of taking all of our money, saying that's all the vehicles that we qualified for. Four vehicles for up to $15,000 on their lot, yeah right. To make a long story short the manger was very rude when he realized we wouldn't budge about buying a vehicle we didn't like that wasnt worth the amount they tried to sell us for and once they realize we very no longer interested in their service or lack there of they discarded us like we no longer existed. We asked for someone to take us back to Sunrise where we were picked up at and needless to say 2 1/2 hours later we had to call for a cab. We wasted the entire day at that dealership and accomplished nothing but bad service and dis loyal sales representative. I would not buy or recommend anyone purchase a vehicle there unless you are prepared to be cheated.

Waited 1-1/2 hours for privilege of paying for car. Traded in my car but, over two weeks later, I have not been paid by dealer - despite promise to match CarMax offer. Dealer refuses to return my calls to explain why I haven't been paid. And my new car was infested with black ants and had to be chemically bombed to make it fit for delivery. Keep away from this dealer.

This dealership practices the "Bait & Switch" routine with some of their online listings. They tell you it is in stock but when you get there it was somehow "sold" while you were on the way. Then they just try to get you into something else. Also, somehow in the 21st century they can not seem to tell you which of their online cars is actually in stock or not. I find that hard to believe. Save yourself the trip and look elsewhere.

the salesman was great but the service department is very poor I have a problem my trip A meter resets itself and they put it on a computer and can!t find anything the service manager had my car for a week and it din!t reset,two weeks ago we went to Ct and it reset twice in the same day all i get is stories they mentioned to me that it could be in the cluster but they won!t replace it because they say Hyundai won!t pay for if that isn!t the problem it dosn!t happen all the time I would not buy another Hyundai again because of the poor service department With the BlueLink they got my email address wrong i can!t even get them on the phone for them to correct it so I don!t get any alerts

You might not find the cheapest or best deal here but the customer service and service department are 2 reasons to shop here instead of anywhere else. If you have to buy a car from a dealership you want to establish a good relationship with them for service, etc. They also are very accommodating and will work to find you something if your credit is not great.

I hate this place. They are crooks. I purchased a vehicle and was told that the vehicle had bluetooth, and keyless entry. Also thatI would be given a free tank of gas and detail of the vehicle when I brought it in for my first service. After I signed the papers the saleman goes to pair my phone to the Bluetooth there is no module and I would need to purchase one for almost $500. I get the keys and there is only one key. I would have to pay like $300 for another one because its a computerized key. THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO TRY TO MAKE ME HAPPY. Even though I asked about these two things before the sale was complete they would not stand behind what they told me. Then when I go to get my service they say nothing was documented to say that I was to recieve gas and the detail. I left at least 5 messages for the GM because the sales manaer was so rude and treated me like I was stupid. Now I get my first service I am told I need 2 tires and there isnt even 6000 miles on them and being told I would have to pay for them. There are better places to spend your money dont do it. Still waiting to talk to the GM. Awful service.

There are much better dealers out there. This is the car buying experience you dread. Stay away from this dealership. The buying experience is horrible, sale consultants lack professionalism and customer service. Save yourself a headache and some money -- do not go to this place.

Of all the car-buying experiences I've had, I have to say that dealing with Chris Ford at Coconut Creek Subaru was THE BEST! He got me exactly what I wanted, and for a better price than other Subaru dealerships had offered me. Would I deal with them again? You just try to stop me! Subaru is the best all-around car; I would urge every driver to drive one, and buy it from THIS dealer! It's a win-win, and don't we all need that now more than ever?
