Service was fast and efficient. The only thing that would be better if the shuttle service was available. Also, the person scheduling the service should know a little bit more about the service to make it easier for the customer. She couldn’t even tell me approximately how long it would take. I was trying to schedule on a very busy Saturday and needed to know how long it would take so accommodated enough time. It would have been helpful if she could have given more information.

I had a great experience at Coggin. Mikey was great. No pressure. Gave me all the options and information up front. When I finally decided on what I wanted, there was no haggling back and forth and they had the paperwork ready for me to sign when I got there. My service advisor was Melanie and I am so glad she was the one helping me. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Communication was great. Service was great. Price was great. She worked her magic on a $3000 repair and got it down to $541 because she knew what she was doing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Oh, and one more thing Go Bills.

I highly recommend buying a car at this dealership! Marquise Harts is a great salesperson that helped find me the perfect vehicle. I know it seems like the easier route to buy online, through CarMax, or a private person - but this buying experience made me think otherwise. As long as there is an understanding that they still need to make money on the deal and that you don't want to feel taken advantage of - there is a middle ground where everyone can feel good. By the way, I LOVE MY CHEVY BLAZER. The dealership was great also. Everyone I worked with was nice and easy deal with. I know that it may seem intimidating to go into a dealership as a woman, but I thought it was fun and liberating to work through the deal on my own.

Well, my boss and me showed up as he had made an apt with one of the guys there who lied to him and we left, after that we went to Nimnight Chevy were he purchased a 2016 ss. I had seen an old Toyota service writer while there and returned to deal with him on a new truck . He made everything happen and in very short order and I am now the proud owner of a 2017 Chev High Country.

Coggin Chevrolet at the avenues is by far the best car dealer ship I've visited . My grandfather and I have gotten trucks from them and they are amazing trucks. Every time we walk around there is someone wanting to help or if we just have questions they always have an answer! If you live in Florida go here because you can't go wrong ! Chevys are better.

My husband and I had the pleasure of buying a new Chevrolet Colorado at the Coggin Avenues dealership on Saturday, We had already been to several dealerships and walked out discouraged and frustrated. At Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues our Sales Consultant Colin Delaune showed us the truck we were interested in and was never pushy and worked with us to get us everything we wanted. The Car Manager Chad Wilson was fantastic. He made it possible for us to get the price and rate we wanted without the back and forth dreaded negotiation hassle. The entire staff was amazing and made it a great experience. We got everything we wanted without feeling stressed and overwhelmed. We will definitely be back at this location for our next car purchase. I would recommend asking for both these guys they were the best! Thanks for making my husband a happy Chevy truck owner !! Kudos to the whole dealership!

My 2002 Pontiac had a recall for the front valve cover oil leak. I am 71 years old and can no longer do some work. I also had them replace my oil and filter. The Battery was 5 years old so I had that replaced be for it failed on me. I am a retired auto tech and retired Air Force M/sgt. I also hold 25 year master tech from ASE. I also received the master tech from Pontiac motor Co. ( I never worked for this Dealer) This Dealership is outstanding. I was getting my work done at another,but will change. This is closer to home.

Chris Sullivan is the nicest, most laid back car salesman ever encountered. Very good communication. Customer oriented. We appreciated his willingness to work with us to get the deal we had in mind. If all car salesmen were like Chris, the occupation would have a significantly higher reputation. The finance guy, however, (didn't even get his name), was extremely unprofessional, pushy, and argumentative. He contradicted himself on numerous occasions when we questioned things on the paperwork that differed from what was agreed during the sale. He didn't want to take no for an answer to his add-ons, repeatedly trying to make us justify our declines. He really took away from an otherwise stress-free experience, reducing the overall buying process rating from five stars to three stars. Coggin would be wise to consider moving him into another position where he doesn't interact with people at all. I will find out his name and update this review (if an option) or else write a subsequent one.

I have experienced the worst customer service with Chevrolet at the Avenues in Jacksonville, FL. I brought my car into them on Thursday August 4, 2016 due to an error on my car that said "Ac Off Due to High Engine Temp". This error caused my air conditioner to turn off in 100 degree Florida Heat. I was told on Friday August 5, 2016 at 10:00 am that the issue was due to my thermostat and it would be covered under my power train warranty. Then on the very same day (August 5, 2016) around 2 pm I was told that they could not duplicate the message I received so nothing could be fixed and that I could come pick up my car at any time. So I got in my vehicle and drove about 5 miles and the very same error message that I saw when I first brought my car in appeared. So I turned around and returned to the dealer. The Service Advisor Colin Mainwaring told me that they tested the car and the message did not appear. He then stated that he would get me in a rental car by tomorrow Saturday August 6, 2016 and that he would call to let me know when one was available. I heard nothing from him all weekend. So at 10 am on Monday August 8, 2016 I called him to check on the rental and he says that he was in fact looking that information up for me as we spoke. I strongly doubt that! He then said he would call me back to let me know when one was available. By about 1 pm I had heard nothing, so once again I called to check on the status and he informs me that he can get me into an enterprise rental car. My main issue is that the communication was not there and I felt like I was annoying him when I just wanted a status update on the rental that I was to receive while I got my vehicle worked on. I finally got a rental after waiting for 30 minutes to be taken to enterprise. I was told on Monday August 8, 2016 at 5:00 pm that the issue was due to the intake manifold gasket and he would need to order parts and it should be ready on Wednesday. I received a call from him on Wednesday August 10, 2016 at 4:23 pm saying that my car was ready and I could come and pick it up. I go in the next day Thursday, August 11, 2016 to pick up my vehicle and Colin doesn't even recognize me. He asks me what I need help with. I respond that I am here to pick up my car and he says oh ok I thought you came last night. At this point I am concerned that my car may not even be at the dealership because he thought I already came to pick up my vehicle. He says that Gm covered $686 dollars of the repair and that I would only have to pay 214.00. However the receipt I was given only shows the $214 price, but not the adjustment by GM. It makes me think that there may have not really been an adjustment and the charge served no purpose. I noticed the following day whenever I am at a stop light or my car is in park that it vibrates constantly. I called Colin Mainwaring to explain to him what was not happening with my car. He says that he will check with the technician that worked on my car to see if he experienced the same issue. He told me to call him back to see if he got any information from the technician. I did not call him back and I am still experiencing the same issues. I dont want to deal with the individuals at the Chevrolet at the Avenues. I felt that I was not treated like I should have been as a paying, loyal Chevrolet customer. I felt that Colin did not care at all about my concerns and brushed them off. My next vehicle will not be a Chevrolet due to the horrible service I received.

I didn't expect the dealership to sell me the car with used worn out tires on it. The way they sold me the vehicle was as if it was practically new. Now I have to be concerned about what else is going to break in the near future because of the cars use as a loaner car. You think the dealership would have to courtesy to at least change the oil on the vehicle before they sold it. Doubt they did that either. And that 'Full' tank of gas they kept saying they gave me was actually 3/4 of a tank of gas. Full means FULL. Not almost full. I'm starting to regret the whole thing and wish I had chosen a different dealership. I DEFINITELY wont be recommending this location to any of my family or friends. I just don't feel like this is a dealership I could trust.

I was quoted a price for a sensor and labor that was $568.00. I had my cousin who owns an auto sales store call Jerry Hamm and ask about the same thing. Turns out the same sensor cost $47.00 and the labor around $100.00! Same thing was done to my sister. Ridiculous!

I inquired about a vehicle thru Cars.com to Coggins. The response was almost immediate. The sales staff (Henry) was very friendly and knowledgeable about their used car inventory. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in sold before I could visit. Henry was very helpful in notifying me of its sale. He followed up with other vehicles of which I might have an interest in. My experience was great at this dealership. Garrett was my salesman and he was great. He worked with us until we got the deal straight and he was also very fun and personable. He has a great sense of humor and personality which makes any car buying experience better. Garrett has gone above and beyond for me since the first day I met him. Our company is now in the mix or working out a deal with him. He is great. I would recommend asking for him if you are ever in the car buying zone. He is excellent help and will help get you where you need to be for your next car! The service department has been great also. They went completely over my new vehicle after I bought it and when I received it, it was even better than I original thought. Love this dealership, service dept, and my new Tahoe!

I know this kind of sounds ridiculous, but it was a legit offer.... I had test-driven a Camaro at the Jax Auto show and received a voucher to get a $50 gift card for going to a chevy dealer and completing a hassle-free test drive. So I went in to drive one of the Colorados that I had seen and liked. I was introduced to Henri, who acted like he did not want to be bothered with me. I told him I had seen the Colorados and would be interested in test driving one. I also made it very clear that I was not looking to buy, and that obviously didn't mean anything to him. I also told him I may be in the market for a newer pre-owned vehicle with low mileage. First he tried to show me some piece of junk 10 year old beat up Saturn, and claimed it was the greatest deal with low-mileage. I told him I was not interested in it and wanted to look at something like a Cruze or Mailbu. He basically told me he could not show me anything because I had planned on coming back in a week to purchase and he said that their pre-owned cars go like hot cakes... REALLY? Is that why I have seen the same car sitting in the same spot from over a year ago when I rode through??? I then went on to test drive the colorado and afterwards was brought into his office and pressured to buy one. I told him I really wanted the Diesel and hoped that since they did not have any, and they were just coming out with them, that would be my excuse to leave... NOPE! then the sales manager starts looking around the entire region and finds one, but i still tell them very clearly that I am not looking to purchase. I then present to him the certificate for him to validate my test drive and send the gift card. He then steps out and comes back and claims it was validated. Then about a week later I contact the issuer of the certificate to verify if it was ever validated by the dealer. They said no, and had to validate it themselves. The dealer never even bothered to validate my certificate. I do not know why both Chevrolet in general and the dealers offer these incentives for test drives if the are not going to honor them. I understand salesmen are paid commission and that this is a waste of their time, but if that is the case, they shouldn't offer it. However, long story short-- I have proudly taken my business elsewhere and bought a brand new 2016 Toyota from Keith Pearson Toyota. Anyone looking to buy a good car with good customer service should check them out and steer clear of this dealership and the entire Coggin automotive group!!!!!

I had the best experience that I have had in years!!!! For a number of days I was experiencing problems with my car. I arrived at Coggin Service Dept. with a polite & insightful staff that were willing to assist. The service Dept was determined to find out the issue with my car before I get back on the road. Came in for oil change. Have always paid $39.95. Service writer, who obviously gets commission, handed me estimate sheet to sign and said it will be $70. I told him I have always paid $39.95. He said that was a special last year. Well it must have been a special since I got the car 2 and a half years ago. I walked out and he didn't even try to keep my business. Today I get an email saying "everyday value price" is $39.95. So what was the other $30 for? His commission? And why do I always get steered to some certain service writer? All he does is write down mileage and punch a computer. If I wanted to select anyone, it would be the guy that actually works on my car but you never get to meet him.

Went to get the defrost/ventalation system repaired, they told me I'd have to look online or go to a junk yard for a part they couldn't me a part number on. The servicing was under the 2 yr warranty and a upgrade to the 4 wheel drive in the computer. What made the experience so good was that I had a small dent in the hood that was very irritating to me and the Service Advisor Michelle Knecht had it repaired at a very reasonable cost and very much to my satisfaction.

My experience in buying a new tahoe at coggin was very good. My salesperson was Marquita Iberra. She is a new employee, but did everything she could to look at only the car I was asking for. When we decided on the Tahoe, she got Mike to handle the transaction. He worked to get me the price I could afford. There was a bad storm, so she couldn't show me all the technology features so I went back on Sunday for that. I was reallly nervous about buying a car dur to the high stress transaction everyone makes it seem to be. Having researched suncompsct cars, I knew the Chevy Sonic was the new vehicle for me, but how was i to go about it as stress free as possible? Stephen and Dustin eliminated any thoughts of stress I may have had about the buying process. They didnt make me feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed at any point in my process. I gave all 5 stars but it keeps bumping them down to 4 stars in customer service. Ignore the 4 they get a 5!!!!! My husband I and went in to start our car shopping, this was the first place we had planned to look and was not planning or ready to buy a new vehicle on this day. We told our salesmen our story about our car situation and he listened and understood we were frustrated with our 4 year old car that just kept needing repair after repair. We told him what We were interested in and we knew we were being unreasonable with my price point we gave him and the car we were wanting but he ran the numbers for us and let us test drive the car he new we couldn't afford than showed us ones we could afford based on what numbers we gave him to work with. He was extremely patient and understanding that we wer not wanting just a car, we wanted the car my car. 6 hours later he got us the car I requested the color, features, everything we wanted at a price we could live with. This dealer bent over backward to help us get out of paying for more repairs and bad equity we still owed on a car and worked out an amazing deal we couldn't pass up and drove off the lot in our new 2015 Chevy Malibu. We love theses guys, take a chance and visit them if your car shopping. they are not like any dealer we've ever bought a car from, they are there to help you not just make money off you.

2015 Suburban rear window defroster wire .For the second time now the whire has detached itself for the rear window defroster. The first time it was repaired without hesitation as a warranty repair. I did express some concern over the tension on the wire at that time and was assured that it was fine. approximately 3 mo's later the wire detached again upon opening the window hatch. The service manager at that time looked at the problem and submitted warranty claim. The claim was approved and the replacement was ordered. It took 8 to 10 weeks for the replacement to arrive and I received a call from the service adviser Tom to schedule an appointment for the repair as well as several other issues that required attention including 2 recall issues. An appointment was made for Monday morning and arrangements made for a loaner car. Upon arrival Monday morning, NO Loaner vehicle available. There will be a loaner available later in the day. Upon return at 4 PM still no loaner.Left vehicle with them without the convenience of a loaner.Tuesday afternoon I received a call from Tom the service writer that the vehicle was completed however the original issue of the rear window defroster cable was denied based on the expert opinion on the new service Manage Eddie. I inquired as to how the claim would go from approved to not approved and was advised that I would have to speak with Eddie. Tom offered to pass the message along to Eddie to call me. Being a little impatient I also called Eddie myself and left a voicemail. 30 Mins later I left another voicemail. Then called Tom again and he advised me that Eddie was sitting in his office, Tom again passed along the message to Eddie to please call me. 30 minutes longer still no call, left another voicemail.Wednesday morning called to speak with Eddie, again to voicemail. Called and spoke with Dealership general manager and explained that I had left several messages for Eddie with no return phone call. After approximately 45 minutes I received a call from Eddie telling me that GM had denied the claim and they would not do the repair unless they were getting paid for it. I asked him why the claim was approved with one service manager but later denied by GM. He offered no explanation other than that it was declined by the regional director.I called GM and spoke with a sr customer claims rep and was advised that the claim was denied because of information supplied by Eddie stating that the issue was physical damage. Not quite sure how Eddie formed that opinion to relay to GM but they chose to stick with it and deny the claim. I asked if there was any other course of action that I could pursue and offered nothing by GM.I did a bit of research and discovered the following information.The rear window defroster cables have been an issue on suburbans tahoes yukons and escalades for quite a few years.This particular service manager has a reputation among local industry professionals for denying warranty work as it has negative impact on his monthly sales target.This would be supported by the fact that the original service manager and a service manager from another dealership see no evidence of physical damage.So after 8 years and 6 GM vehicles, GOODBYE to my friends a Coggin Chevrolet. To Eddie,, As I stated to you on the phone this morning your lack of ability to return a telephone call or explain what exactly the reason was, has cost the dealership a loyal service customer. Your unique approach to customer service and the bottomline is duly noted.

Anthony, our initial contact was very polite, respectful, and friendly. We pretty much had the experience we were hoping for when we began our search, also Coggins had the vehicle that met our needs. Anthony was also very helpful in getting us into the finance line and processed in a timely manner as well which helps immensely when you have a family waiting at home. The first day I arrived a salesman greeted me but seemed distracted. I wanted to look at trucks, but he said he was waiting for another customer (someone bought a corvette so apparently I wasn't important enough) and we talked about the truck a little bit. He said he could give me a more professional demonstration if I came back the next day, so I gave him my information and he emailed me saying he found one for me.When I arrived to demo a Silverado that they said was "the one for you", it had 1800 miles on it already, smelled like cheap cologne (like something smelly happened in the vehicle prior to my arrival), and the siding on the truck had already fallen off. I took it for a test drive and the salesman was too busy texting to talk about the features of the truck.I decided to amuse them and see what kind of pricing they would offer me, and they pulled the good cop bad cop routine where the sales manager comes in after you say no and are ready to leave; and proceeds to try give you a better deal. What I did not expect, was the sales manager cracking a joke about my physical appearance after i told him I was not comfortable with the deal. It's bad enough I have a medical condition, but to have jokes made at my expensive while looking to spend 40k-45k on a truck... is just plain bad business.After I explained to another salesman what happened and walking out, he called me the next day stating he wanted to "make it right". What they actually should have said was, "Let's try to sell you a more expensive truck out of your price range and make you feel uncomfortable"This was by far the most unprofessional dealership I have dealt with, and I will be very hesitant to step foot on another Chevy, GMC, or any other General Motors dealership. The fact that the truck was already falling apart, should have told me to walk away right there. They claim to be a no-hassle dealership, but you will find that it's a giant hassle if they don't get what they want out of you.

My wife and I arrived at the dealership only looking for a new vehicle. Steve Stewart met us in the parking lot.We told him "we were only looking". He left us to look and didn't tag along as so many sales persons do. We looked at the Tahoes as well as the only Suburban on the lot. After looking at all of them, the 2015 Suburban was what my wife was looking for (right exterior color as well as right interior color). After looking on line and other dealerships, guess it was fate that the right one was on your lot. At no time did we feel pressured to buy the vehicle. Once we decided to "go for it", we let Steve know and he was wonderful in assisting us with all the paperwork and answering any questions we had. We had a budget that we were going to hold fast to, and that is when Steve really started to shine. He went several times to the business office trying to get just what we wanted. He succeeded. Steve had to leave for a short time and Carey assisted us until he returned. Carey showed the same professionalism and courtesy as Steve . All the employees that we came in contact with were that way. In finance, Travis assisted us in the paper work while Steve and Carey took our vehicle to have it detailed, etc. My wife and I had a WONDERFUL experience with this dealership. This was by far the most unreal and worst car experience I have ever had at a dealership. We called ahead of time to verify that a specific vehicle was in-stock and even gave the person on the phone a VIN number confirm it. We drove an hour a half to the dealership. When we got there the vehicle wasn't on the lot. We waited over 20 minutes while they were supposedly pulling it from an "overflow lot". Then they told us they did not have the vehicle and they sold it yesterday. When we tried to leave they assured us they could give us a great deal on a more expensive vehicle. I told them exactly what I was willing to pay and exactly what I wanted for my trade in and asked if they could not meet that offer to let me know right then and there so we did not waste any more time. I made it very clear that I did not want to haggle and go back and forth on price and I did not want to waste any more time. The salesman assured me we would have a deal and he wouldn't waste my time. He brought us in a room where for over an hour and a half he attempted to wear us down going back and forth on price. He left the room and came back multiple times. His first offer was $2000 over the amount that I told him I was willing to pay. This was ridiculous considering I made it very clear initially of what I was willing to pay and asked him to not waste my time if he could not reach my price. His second offer was a completely different lesser model of the vehicle, this was a joke. I gave him one last chance to meet my price but his sales manager would not go any lower. This would have been fine had they just told me at the very beginning they could not get to the price. Yes, I would have still been angry that I drove all the way up there for a vehicle they told me they had but didn't. But they made it 10 times worse keeping me there using cheap antics to attempt me to still buy a vehicle. This was shameful unacceptable behavior by a dealership. My wife and I get one day off of work each week and we drove, with our daughter, 1 and half hours to this dealership and 1 and a half hours back. We also spent two and half hours at this dealership. That is five and half hours spent for nothing. I really hope that anyone who reads this that values their time with their family would decide not to support this business.

I give this all NEGATIVE STARS!!! My fiance and I are working to rebuild our credit. We have 5 children and our only transportation broke down so we decided to chance it and apply for a vehicle loan. Admir called us back from coggin and assured us we'd get financed. After test driving and settling on a Honda odyssee we sat at this dealership for 6 hrs before meeting w the financial guy. We were told we were approved and got a great deal on warranties and finally drove home. 3 days later I get a phone. All from admit saying we had to come back in to resign paperwork. A few weeks later we were finally able to both make it back in and say for another 4 hrs to redo everything only to find out we'd lost all of our warranties ! This was after Wed received a welcome call from a bank already!!!! Then another month later, 2 weeks before Christmas Chris the used car manager sends me an email saying we have to return the van we weren't able to get financed!!! I was devastated!!' His response was sorry for the inconvenience!!!! You are taking my vehicle before Christmas when I have 5 children and they verbally told us we were financed !!! Horrible heartless people and a horrible dealership!!! Do not go through them!!! And after doing some research they have done this to other people!!! This place need to be shut down!!! Brandy tM

Weirdest situation of my life thanks for the memories Coggin Chevrolet of the avenues. Wish I could give negative stars...They didn't have any trucks in my price range so Admir took me to a back lot, looking at some recent trade in 's. There was a great 05 chevy colorado which as I was told hadn't been thru the shop. I was allowed to start it up, it sounded great. A little hard negotiating with Admir and I meet used car sales manager David. He pushes me hard, the truck Obviously needs tires and he assumes other work. However I hold fast on my price... $6500... They say the truck would get fixed up in the next few days, even thru in a 1 month/2000 mile warranty. We sign a contract and I pay the amount in full, via check. The next day is when it gets weird. Admir calls and says the truck needs $3000 worth of work and the dealership cannot sell it to me. I was distraught... I checked my contract it didn't say anything about the vehicle needing to pass safety inspection. When I ask David to explain where in the contract states they can back out of the deal he says, "you don't have the truck so we never sold you the truck". It's been 2 days and haven't resolved this problem.. Moreover they never called me and I continually was told they would. If you have read this far do not trust these folks. I honestly feel like they should honor the deal, fix the truck, and possibly loose money...

Both the service manager and general manager stated they would send me a check for $100 for a dealer installed item that was under warranty. I did not receive the check. I have spoken with them multiple times and have emails. They continue to state they are sending one, but have not. This dealership and Chevy in general has been nothing but a constant fight for warranty repairs.

Let me start by stating that I an an ASE master Technician and own 2 independent repair shops in Jacksonville. When my 2012 Silverado wipers would not shut off, it was still under warranty so I had the staff at Coggin Chevrolet check it about 6 months ago, and it of course stopped failing while they were in the middle of the diagnosis. It happened again a few weeks ago, and while they had to keep the vehicle a week, and from what i understand had to get corporate tech advisers involved, they did give me a loaner and since the return of my truck, I have not experienced any issues. Difficult Computer diagnostics will drive any technician batty, but they stuck to it and got the problem fixed.

After purchasing a used F150 2 months ago from Coggin, the truck had nothing but problems. Who knew it would turn out to be a lemon. Everyone at Coggin bent over backwards to make things right. We finally traded in the F150 and were put in a new 2014 Silverado. The deal took a long time to get ironed out with much frustration on both sides. Coggin management and sales put my son in the new truck and let him drive it for 2 weeks before any paperwork was signed as he's a paramedic and needs dependable transportation getting to and from his station in Lake City. We couldn't have asked for more. Billy Bender in sales and Dennis Dourocher in service went out of their way to make things right. This is why I've been a Coggin customer for years and will continue to only use Coggin for all my auto needs.

As above I did not have any repairs as it was a 2014 cruze (new). I was extremely happy at the service I received because this was the 1st car I have every own (my age is 56) so I was over the moon!! Every person I walked by were friendly and each had a kind word to say. Justin Corral was friendly, explained every question I ask of him and was a super nice person that took his job very seriously to make sure that everything was explained in advance after being show several cars in a very friendly way what was in my budget and what wasn't and I truly drove off your lot with the car of my dreams. Excellent service, but pricy on repairs. Escalade oil pan leaking oil should not occur as vehicle only has less the 75K miles. Our son has a Tahoe with over 150K miles and no oil leaks. This should have been covered under policy.

Purchased a vehicle only to find years later it had already had a collision repair before I bought it. Now they will not warranty the rust on those areas repaired by their subcontracted repairs to Autocrafters Collision. They won't even address the fact they did not notify me of the damage when looking at the vehicle. The pin stripe and molding is also falling off the vehicle and Coggin will not warranty as I am no longer in Florida (military move to West Coast). The vehicle mechanically runs great. It has been a two year fight. The paint and molding has been repaired. The dealer installed options in which I had to pay out of pocket to repair have still not been reimbursed as promised by their general and service manager.

My wife and I visited this dealershipy and was completely ignored. No one greeted us and no one seemed to care that we were even there. I have never been treated so badly by any car dealership. I came armed with a cashier's check in the amount of $75,000 to purchase a 2013 or 2014 Corvette if they had one I liked. However, no one even acknowledged our existence. Several sales associates were milling around doing nothing and not one of them even asked us if they could assist us. We had an appointment with a particular associate and he never showed up. How this car dearship stays in business is a mystery to me. My wife and I drove 25 miles to visit Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues and were treated as if we had the plague. We will never visit this dealership ever again.

I am writing this review to help people find a Good Service shop. I am new to the area, and so relieved to find a place to service my Chevy.I was there before they opened and watched cars line up, was thinking when they opened how long I was gonna be standing in line filling out forms, they unlocked and I started to the door, the service people filed out one after the other going straight to the cars and customers!!! Have never had a easier experience with ANY auto shop, Dennis Durocher came out with the forms, filled them out with all the information that was needed, asked about what I needed/wanted done, Boom , I'm done. Courtesy van took me to work pronto, received a call with diagnostic information and pricing. No pushing extra work or items, straight answer's on what was really needed and what would not hurt to wait, Good Pricing on parts and Labor was Icing on the cake!!! This service shop is a Team, and a Good one.

No one should go tho what bs they like to pull. I wanted a new silverado lt 4x4 41k out the door with my 2010 LTZ Z714X4 as a trade in. They came up with 46k. Then 43k. Nope 41k is all I asked for. The dealer showed me The voice in box 40577.88 for the truck but wouldn't sell the truck for it But all n all I went to gorden chevy on blanding jason trimble. He is the man to go to. I got it for 41k out the door and now idk y ppl think All other dealers are bad. Jason at gorden is the man to go to. Go give them a try.Jess Culbertson sent you there. He'll make it work. Plus he'll straight up tell you maybe yes or no right off the bat.

I took my car in on a Thursday morning to have it looked at, figured I needed some new tires and a front end alignment. I was right, needed both, but then was also told I needed my steering column replaced on my 3 year old car. I decided not to have that completed, just the tires and alignment, and was told my car would be done later that day. I then get a call later saying now GM wants to pay for my steering column problem, I asked why, was it a recall issue, I was told no. I was quoted a certain price for the entire job and I am still told that I would have my car later that day. It was not done when I called and was told I would get a call the next morning. I did not receive a call the next morning so I made the call and was told it would defiantly be done Friday late afternoon/evening to pick up. I call at 5:45, I am told it is not done, probably wont be until Monday morning, and that if I wanted a rental I would have to be there before 6 and I was at least 15 minutes, without traffic, away. I needed a vehicle the next morning by 8am but there was nothing they could do until later on Saturday once I was done with my plans I had made way in advance. On Monday I received no call or message about my car, make a call to them and they say it is done but its going to cost $50 more. I get there, clearly showing my frustrations, receive no compensation for the hassle and then when I get back to my car, there is grease all over my drivers seat. I was so pissed I just sped off. I will NEVER step foot in that dealership again.

Purchased a 2012 Impala in March and took car in for some warranty work and maintenance in September 2013. Randy Cygan was my service rep and when I was going over the problems with the car, talked down to me as if I knew nothing about a car. I'm 61 years old and have driven Chevrolets since 1969, restoring old Chevies as a hobbie so I know cars!! When I told him the vents were not working, he tried to show me they did but the vents on the dash front were broken. I explained that the car's transmission was slipping and he said that they would check it out. When I explained that the AC was not cooling properly, he felt of the AC and said it's fine, as if I don't know what the vent temp should be. I explained that it takes 10-15 minutes for the car to cool down but he seemed to ignore my information. I explained that the seat belt warning sign would come on for the passenger seat when no one was sitting in it and he explained that my cell phone would cause that if laying in the seat. "Give me a break", the weight of the cell phone would effect the sensor? He said it was normal and nothing would be done. I asked him to install a spoiler and he told me that I would have to take the car to the body shop for that. I asked if he could get me a quote and he replied, "no". I asked him to tint all of the windows and he said Chevrolet does not do that. I've never heard of that before.I left the car and explained that I wanted the tires balanced and rotated and was in no hurry to get it back because it's one of our local cars that we don't use that much. I received a call on Monday of the following week, informing me that I needed two new tires but the other 2 were fine. The car only had 34K miles on it so he explained that the rear tires weren't too bad. He informed me that if I had all 4 tires replaced, I would get a $100.00 rebate. I asked him to install all 4 new tires and let me know when it was ready to be picked up.A few days later, after receiving a call that my car was ready, I could not get to the service dept before they closed so I called and asked if I could give my credit card number to pay for the services and parts and pick up the car later, asking the person on the phone to lock my keys in the car. I was told that Coggin didn't take credit cards over the phone. After I continued questioning that policy, the person then told me that they were confused and if I was going to pick my car up, they would take my card. I gave my card number and asked to have my keys locked in the car and I would pick up the car later. I was then told they do not lock keys into the car. I explained that I had an extra set but he was persistent and told me to pick up my keys at the parts dept.I arrived after the service dept closed and could not find anyone to ask for assistance. I went into the showroom area and some young girl was playing on an IPAD behind the Customer service desk. I explained that I was looking for the parts dept and asked for help. She jumped up and ran off and asked another person who took me out to the parking lot and informed me the parts dept was closed. I explained my predictament and he said I would have to come back to get my key. I opened my car and there I found my key in the seat with my receipt.Upon arriving home, I went to the website I was directed to fill out my rebate for my tires but the part number on the receipt was not correct and the rebate form would not accept the part number on invoice. Getting more frustrated, I read my invoice to find out the brand and model number of my tires but it was not included with my invoice. I paid $811.24 for 4 tires and didn't receive any road hazard or mileage warranty for the tires plus had not been informed which tire that I had been sold.After inspecting my car, the AC was not working correctly, the transmission continued to slip and a noise that I had asked to be inspected when you turn the steering wheel continued to occur. This was the worst service I have ever received from any dealership. Compared to our other vehicle experiences from Volvo and Mercedes, Coggin Chevrolet's service department was the worst experience I've ever had.To end on a good note, the salesperson Keith, who sold me the car was one of the most personable and service oriented salesperson I've ever done business with. I would love to buy another car from him but I would hate to give Coggin my money. When I bought the car, I told Keith that I didn't want any financing and wanted to pay for the car and leave but I had to wait for over an hour and half to speak to a very disrespectful finance manager that treated my like I didn't know what I was doing because I didn't want to finance the car. It was evident that the policies of Coggins are not aimed at respecting the Customer and their time.

I have a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe and called the parts department to order the rear hitch hole cover. Barbra was very helpful and full of information regarding my truck. The cover had to be painted to match my truck, instead of Barbra passing me on to someone else, she took care of all the leg work for me. She kept me informed and gave me the names of anybody I'd have to contact if she was not avalible. Mike Hopper was the service advisor that handled getting my cover painted and called me as soon as it was ready to get put on. Mike and a technician Bruce helped me put on the cover in no time flat and I was on my way. I love my Chevrolet Tahoe and I love my new hitch cover. I tell my friends about the great experience I had with you guys and hope to visit again soon. Thank you for changing my perception about dealerships.

I came to coggin chevrolet looking for a chevy silverado. I met with keith and he showed me several different trucks that fit in my price range. I had a few other questions about the truck, since i pull a small camper. He not only was able to answer my questions but also retrieved a technican from the shop to further answer questions about the axle ratio and transmission cooler. I have been to many other dealers and coggin chevrolet was by far much better than the others that i have been to. The sales staff and technicans are very knowledgeable on there inventory. The buying process was a breeze from start to finish. I would highly recommend you go to coggin chevrolet for all your car needs, they have been a pleasure to do buisness with.

Service advisor Eric Slade and Randy (service manager) give you honest fair assessment with the lowest cost hands down. Other dealers in Jacksonville I've been to are Sub par when compared to Coggin Chevy at the Avenues.

The reason I would refer Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues is because their work is exceptional. I dropped my car of to Michael Hopper not knowing what was wrong with it. I voiced my concerns to Mike and his response was everything will be ok Ms. Spradlin, youre in good hands. He made the experience so smooth and easy. Ive always been nervous to go out to the dealership alone not knowing if they would try to take advantage of me, Mike was far from that kind of employee. I really appreciate the job, professionalism, and time he put into making sure my car was safe for me and my children. I would recommend Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues to anyone looking for an honest dealership with great employees. Ive given them a 5 across the board, I really appreciate all the help!

I takes pride in providing customer service and being professional. This concept seems foreign to Coggins Chevrolet. I purchased a new 2013 Chevy Silverado, based upon a previous purchase from this dealer. All my experiences had been positive. I made the deal on Friday evening, and did not leave the dealership until almost 10 PM,. I returned Saturday AM to take delivery of the vehicle. Prior to taking delivery I noticed an error in the paperwork, an overcharge of $450.00. When I pointed this out to the salesman, he agreed the paperwork was in error. He claimed that the deal had been sent in, although less than 18 hours had,lapsed on a weekend. I agreed to a refund check of the $450. I was,told 7-10 days and I would have my refund. In addition, the second set of keys needed to be located. Two weeks lapsed and I visited the dealership to check on the status of my refund and the keys. I was told the keys had been placed in the mail, a week later, no,keys, and I live less than four miles from the dealer. As to my refund, I was promised by the salesman it would be processed the following Monday, available on Tuesday. This indicated it was never requested from the beginning. Tuesday, I called and was told someone else was to process, but the salesman would personally handle,on Wednesday, check would be ready on Thursday. After several calls and voicemails , the salesman on Thursday said He would personally handle on Friday. I informed him I would be there Friday between 3 and 4 to pick up the check. He assured me it would be ready and he would call me. I never received any call and presented myself at the dealership at 4 pm. The salesman was not available, and when I asked to,speak to a manager, he miraculously appeared. When he saw me, he did not acknowledge my presence but,relayed he going to the other side for the check. After 20 minutes he did have a check for the wrong amount. When I questioned him about it, he didn't t even know what the check amount was to be for, even though he made the deal.Here's the bottom line, three weeks later , I do not have a second set of keys, they are ordered( I am not holding my breath), I was shorted $30 on my refund check, and all I get is shrug,of the shoulders.I was not,only ignored, but flat out lied to.I like the Chevy product but will never buy from the Coggin dealer or any member of the Asbury group.

I had the worst customer experience I have ever had working with Nick (used car sales manager) and Shaun (used car sales supervisor). I came looking for an SUV & Nick did everything possible to get my business which I was very appreciative of. He mentioned that since I wasn't in love with anything on the lot that if I found something at any of their other lots online they would bring it up for me to purchase upon approval. They brought a Buick Enclave from Fort Pierce. We test drove it and loved the car but noticed a problem with the steering. Upon researching the issue myself while they worked on it I found out online the issue is very common with Buick Enclave CXLs (same model) and that even if "fixed" owners have to come back frequently to get it fixed again and if you don't get it fixed as soon as you notice it the power steering could go out. Since I have a wife and a baby on the way I didn't feel comfortable proceeding and told them so. Since I felt bad that I added the car to their inventory and didn't buy it and I liked working with our salesman I decided to stay with the dealer and find another car. We finally found a Honda Pilot and they brought it up from Orlando. We loved it too but noticed it didn't have the mats from the listing and when you braked in the car it jolted the passengers and shook the steering wheel. I told them about it and they said they had it checked out before we even came in to teat drive it and said we needed new back tires to fix the problem (even though the listing said it had new tires already..?) I asked Shaun "Are you confident its not the rotors? Or the brake pads? Or the alignment?" And he said no, everything else is fine you just need new tires. They made me pay for the tires and when we picked the car up it was still doing the same thing. I requested my $ back for the tires and they refused for 6 days. They say their #1 priority is customer satisfaction but from when I rejected the enclave it was all about how much $ they could make, period. I want to be able to refer my coworkers, friends, & fam here but don't feel like I can after this. I am an Assistant VP at a global customer-centric organization and I know and understand business and customer service and it does not seem as if these managers/supervisors do understand these things at all after my experience.I wanted to be treated with respect and integrity but instead was lied to, talked condescendingly to whenever I had a concern, and refused repayment for something I should have never been made to purchase in the first place. Do you make all your customers fix their cars before purchasing them? Your parent company made $104 MILLION in used car PROFITS ($1.3B in Revenue) in 2012 and you make a huge deal about $300? No one except our salesman was ever on our side at any time during our experience.

Traded a vehicle and was told everything was great with paperwork and financing. One week later no approval. Finance and saleman has become less than polite. The salesman that did the deal has been very hostile towards us and out right rude. Had afraud alert on credit had it removed, took some time. Did and gave dealer everything they asked for still no results. Nothing but excuses......Treated like crap, they claim not to know where my trade is....As of today no REAL approval. GO with your own financing if not you will be jacked. Worse experience ever!!!!!

I purchased a impala a week ago with any money down, drove off the lot with the car after signing papers, finding out my interest rate and monthly payments thinking that this was the best dealership ever. All of a sudden a week later I gets a phone call asking for a down payment. I could have swore we worked that out while I sat down with the financial person. Coggins is horrible and a rip off I don't advise no one to go there.

He is a great guy and I have bought 3 new trucks from him and the price and freindly service was better than all dealers I visited. I am a repeated buyer and the deals and freindliness just keep getting better.In 2010 I was searching for a deal on anew truck and I had talked to all the dealers in my area and had just about given up and I summited a request for quotes on the Internet and Hmpton called and told me that I would not be disappointed if I came to the Avenues and he was right.

We went to Coggin Chevloret, to look at new Veichles! They let us drive off the lot with a New veichle saying that we got approved, only for a month after having the new car, our old loan never got paid off! We kept calling asking why? They kept saying, just give it a few more days! The bank they had us financed thru (shown on paper work) really did not approve us! We were asked if we could put money down, an at first I said yes, then to only find out it was gonna a 15 dollar difference! I changed my mind! Well the Guy never chaged it on the paper work, so after going back an resigning for financing thru a different bank! We were good to go! Then received a call a few days later asking about the money we put down! The experience with these people were horrible, an stressful!!!! I advise you stay far away from Coggin dealership in Jacksonville, Fl so you will not have to deal with the ** that we did!!!

I bought my 2012 Bumblebee SS there, and i have to be honest....the buying of this car couldn't have been easier. I told them what I wanted...they found it, gave me the 5 or 6 choices of the ones they found, and I got it in 2 days. Right when it was delivered, my wife lost her job, but had applied for another one in the mean time...and they let me keep the new car while they held mine for 4 days until she found out she got the job. The sales and Service people are awesome. The ONLY issue I have is that oil changes take 2 hours. I like having my car serviced where I bought it for some of these types of things, but a 2 hour wait time is entirely too long. Other than that...I will go back if I ever buy another Chevy!

My husband and i went to coggin to purchase a truck for my husband. The salesman we delt with then proceeded to tell my husban that we could use my beautiful 08 hhr for a trade in plus the cash we had and get two vehicles one financed and one payed off...so we were curious to see wat he could do...he showed me a 03 trailblazer ext luxury model i mean this truck is beautiful so i said ok y not more room for my kids then he showed my husband a 04 chevy colorado z71 pu truck and of course my husband was excited....the truck was a recent trade in and had a few minor problems they agreed to fix in the shop so we did all the paperwork. The truck has been in the shop for 3 days and now they say they cannot sell us the colorado bcuz they cant get it to pass the safety inspection....my question was y was it on the lot if it hadnt passed the saftey inspection? I do not recommend them to anyone!

This dealership has the worst cusomer service. They do not communicate well with the customer. They told myself and my husband that they would call us back and they never did. We got re-approved for a loan and Nick Rosa gave us false information to get myself and my husband to come back into the dealership to get "sign more paper work" they ended up telling us that we had to pay money down after getting an approval from the bank. We ended up returning the truck and going next door to Ford at Avenues, which treat us 100% better than Coggin. We will NEVER purchase another truck from them and we are going to be talking to the GM of the store. As well as the VP or president of the company

I have a 2010 Silverado which I purchased new at Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues in Jacksonville, Fl. The vehicle has 37k miles and a 5 year 100k mile warranty. I drove 40 miles from my home to the dealer for warranty service including several rattles, an aliment issue, and a faulty reverse parking sensor. The dealer had my vehicle for 3 hours without giving me a loaner vehicle or rental discount before telling me that none of the issues were going to be covered by my warranty and I would be charged a $56 diagnostic fee that would not be credited toward any repairs to correct the issues with my vehicle. The total for the rattling AC vent was alone $124. I have owned several Chevrolets in the past and love my current truck, but this experience makes me question my brand loyalty and will keep me from every recommending this dealer to anyone.-Kasey T. I found a truck that I was interested in and contacted the dealership through their website on Tuesday. Almost immediately, I received a call from Belinda to set up a test drive and a meeting with a salesman. Belinda was professional and very friendly, she asked several questions and set up an appointment for me to come down. Belinda is exactly what you want in a customer service person. Unfortunately my interaction with Belinda was the high point of my dealings with Coggins Cheverolet at the Avenues. Ryan also contacted me on Tuesday and I told him that I would need some information and an out the door price before I arrived on Friday. He told me to send him an email and he would get the requested information. Being that the vehicle was a used Duramax, I had specific questions that needed answers before I purchased the truck.Following are questions:1) GMVIS Report and a detailed service records for the vehicle (Coggin sold the truck new and did several of the services after the sale, so this should have been easy)2) Coolant pressure test results (Quick and easy test that is very import test on a used diesel)3) API Rating, Maximum Single Fuel Injector Return Flow and Maximum Fuel Injector Bank Return Flow (A little more difficult but should have been easy for a Cheverolet dealership based on the fact that they should have had a Tech II diagnostice scanner)Ryan never followed up, even after several emails. I did receive a call from Carey on Thursday afternoon. I recieved a call from another Customer Service Rep on Thursday morning with a reminder about my appointment of Friday. I told her to tell Ryan that I would not be at the appointment unless I heard back from him before the end of the day. I recieved a call from Carey during a lunch meeting and returned his call 3:00. He did not answer and did not return my phone call.If they communicate this poorly during the selling process, how bad would they be after the sale?

The Corollas that Coggin had on the lot did not have Toyoguard, a distributor add-on of doubtful value, and this is a very good development in their sales policy as compared to last year. Coggin was smart not to refer to it, push it, or have on its Corollas. Although I asked for Toyoguard and got it, that was my mistake; I should have been more aware.

I was at coggin chevy this past spring (2011) to get a vehicle I saw online. They gave me the amount I wanted for my trade in and I got a great deal for their vehicle and a full warranty too. They said I wont need a cosigner or any money down since my credit was very good and I made enough to get the car I wanted. A few days go by and the sales or finance managers calls me to tell me I have to either put some money down or get a co signer to keep the car I got from them or the deal would be nullified. I dont know how things change but it seems they did not like the deal they made for the car I gave them and wanted to have any excuse to get their car back and get rid of me .Needless to say the next week I didn't make it back to the dealership to re do the new BS paperwork because I had an emergency to deal with, so they decide to cancel the deal without even telling me and on top of that, they let my previous car get repossessed by the bank since they never paid off the loan. They kept their mouth shut and when I finally called back the week after, they tell me they want their car back and that the deal was canceled. In less than two weeks, they give me a car , take it back, and put a damn repo on my credit history.So in the end their car was returned, and I had to fight my bank to get my old car back thanks to them never paying off the loan or telling me. They had no patience or understanding, and tried to cancel the deal as soon as possible, since they didn't like the outcome of the trade apparently. Even after I called back and tried to tell them I can get a co-signer, they still refused and told me it was too late to do another deal, even though I had the car only 2 weeks. The sales guy was not that bad, he was pretty friendly but the managers and finance people there were absolutely terrible, liars thieves and total crooks. Not to mention I lost over 450$ in exhaust work I put on the car, which they never gave me back because they sold the car to some other guy and of course wouldn't tell me.Stay away from them at all costs people!

Pros:1. They had the car I wanted.2. Was offered a free soda.Cons:1. After the initial contact over the phone, they increased the advertised price on Autotrader.com by $400. I could already smell something fishy, contacted them again and was told that they will honor the whatever price I saw initially. Keep reading...2. After being reassured over the phone that the car is in excellent shape, next day I drove 300 miles to the dealer and found out that the car won't even start! And they knew in advance that I need to drive for 5 hours to get to them! 3. Completely incompetent technical personnel, after hours of research nobody could tell why it wouldn't start.4. Was offered to get the financing done and expect the car delivered next week... until I asked for the final price... they insisted on adding the dealer fee of $599, which was not specified in the ad, neither over the phone (the ad just said "tax, title and tag are not included in the price", nothing about the dealer fees). After showing them the ad, they just replied that they don't care what their own ad says. Badly funny and completely ignorant staff at this dealership. Feel truly sorry for people doing business with them. Do yourself a favor and just stay away.

I have been promised several things from this establishment and not seen any of the promises. I was told when I purchased my car, that I would get new tires for my vehicle. The tires were (and still are) bald and scary to drive on. I was let loose from the car lot and they promised to call me when the tires arrived. That was over a month and I'm still waiting for those promises to be filled. No one ever returns my phone calls so I had to put a letter in writing by mail and by this email. I'm very dissapointed and feel robbed : (

This place will tell you anything to get you in, only to shaft you when you get there. I was told my car needed to have work done on my steering wheel column, and that the job should be covered 100% by warranty and recall. I called this establishment to set up an appointment. I talked to a rep who got my name, my info and the work that needed to be run. He scheduled an appointment for the next morning (which I had to take off work), ran my VIN, confirmed the problem, assured me it was covered and I would owe nothing, and even gave me an estimated time of repair. The next morning, I show up and they don't have my appointment written down, don't know my name or info, and don't know who I talked to. I gave them all the info again, but this time the VIN didn't register that my issue was covered. But then, as if they were coming to the rescue, offered to give me a full diagnosis for $100. Rip off!

I recommend our salesman to carry a notebook and write things down, he wouldn't remember where he put his own head if it were not attached. I grew tired of repeated semi important details of our sale to him. Not to mention the amount of details not mentioned to us.First vehicle purchased was returned three days later because they forgot to put the payoff of our trade. We did use this opportunity ( since they had to void the deal and rewrite) to upgrade to a more optioned out truck. This week I recieve a statement with a balance on our trade in. They did not pay-off in the alooted time and it was an daily interest accrued loan. Management seemed friendly maybe to make up for my utter dislike of our salesman. Today no one new my name when calling to solve this pay off issue. Solution- call this number (Coggin Nissan)who doesn't understand why you are calling them. I'm done if they want a tiltle to the trade in I guess they will figure it out. We brought a used Vehicle thru the coggin family few years back...arrggh expeirence as well. this time thought since buying new what could go wrong.... Never will buy from Coggin again, any coggin dealership!---When they tell you , we will give you a great deal or do this for you as long as you fill out the survey , giving us great reviews, don't fall for it.

I went to Coggin Chevrolet in response to an Internet ad for a 2008 Mercury Milan. Sean Cowley helped with the purchase and was very nice. Most of the information was accurate, although the advertized 4% interest rate was not available. I have three comments about my experience:First- When I asked Sean about the double-overhead cam in the Milan, he said he did not know anything about cars. Did he mean Mercury products or all cars? Second- I asked if he could find out what the door lock code was, and he said he did not know it, nor did he know of any way to find out. (Please contact me if anyone at Coggin can help with this)Third- Sean told me Coggin would pay off my trade-in and give me $3,500 for my Pontiac. When all was said and done, the $800 pay-off was figured into my loan and I was given $3,000 for my Pontiac.

We came to Coggin to purchase a new Traverse. We had been to a GMC dealer nearby who evidently was not interested in selling a new car to a cash customer (no financing). I chose Coggin as my next stop because I knew and trusted Randy Cygan in service as I had purchased my last new vehicle from there and have been dealing with Randy in service for quite some time. We were fortunate to have Tony greet us when we arrived and show us around. When we had selected what would become our new car Tony really worked hard for us and got us a good deal. The management was very friendly and accomodating. I will be back for my new HD in a few months.

Although Ion was busy with another customer, he settled us in with another salesman who was equally as versed in customer service. Both youngmen were remarkable, very helpful and charismatic. I will probably shop for my next vehicle there. My wife is very happy with her Monte Carlo.

This life lifelong big three fan (I mean I love my Chevy), recently required some service from Coggins Chevrolet at the Avenues, in Jacksonville Florida. Their Service Consultant, Lorraine Frabutt could not have been more indifferent, unprofessional, or rude to me. She gave me a time when my parts would be ready. When I showed up they were not. I inquired about the problem and was basically told it was my fault and I should stop arguing. No apologies, no sorry for the misunderstanding SIR. I was told to come back at a specific time and service would be complete. I left, then came back at the appointed time. Service was NOT completed. I thought about complaining to management, but considering that Coggins own a Toyota dealership just down the street, why bother. The Over paid Fat Cats at GM tell us they need another Welfare Bailout to stay afloat. That may be, but my thinking is that if the dealership owners are not concerned about GM, treating people with respect, courtesy, or keeping customers loyal, then why would their employees. And if the employees dont care then why should I. I hate to say it but Next vehicle Im shopping. And it wont be at any General Motors or Coggins Dealerships

I was very happy with the service from Chevrolet at the Avenues and Ion Baker. He called us back on the car we saw on the internet and held it for us to come see and drive. He sold us this car at $1,000 less due to a typing error on the internet. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. The internet shopping is the way to go. I was very happy with the service that I received from Chevrolet at the Avenues. The Sales person that assisted me, Ion Baker went out of his way to accommodate my preferences on an automobile. He spent the majority of the day helping me and skipped lunch to search for the exact vehicle that I was looking for. After that, Danny Sullivan assisted me in completing the Automobile purchase and made sure that I was well taken care of. My husband and I were shopping for a new loaded Tahoe; found a couple of vehicles that seemed to be exactly what we wanted on the Coggin website. Jerome and I corresponded via email and the next day my husband and I drove to Coggin to look and drive the choices. Jerome was very responsive,knowledgeable and professional. He brought the "Big Guns" in when it came time to talk price. Frank Kuitkowski seemed to realy care that we got into the right vehicle for us at the right price. We look online for a vehicle in the price range that we wanted. We found one and I sent an inquiry about it. Sean was very prompt with a reply and answered the questions I had, and followed up with setting up a time to come and test drive the car. We have bought a car from Coggin before and were very satisfied with the experience. Sean was very patience and answered all our questions and showed us other cars that fit our criteria, but in the end we purchased the first car that we looked at.
