Just purchased a new Jeep Renegade for my son and he loves its. I have to admit I went into the process a little testy, as it was the first time I was looking to buy a new car from a new dealership in a number of years, so I was thinking this was gonna be like the old days, simply a hassle. So while I was being a pain over ever little thing, the professionalism and courtesy of my sales person Bud Jones and the sales manger Eddie, got me to calm down and think with an open mind, making the whole process an extremely pleasant and professional one. Everything else about the process; looking, test driving and discussing the car went flawless due to Mr. Jones, making me and my son feel like individuals and not a number. In closing, I want to say thank you to all at Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep for your professionalism and curtesy in this process, it truly was a pleasure.

A few and weeks ago you ran a Ford Escape online. My wife and daughter visited the dealership the next day (Friday) and was told the vehicle was in clean up so they couldn't see it. I called the salesman and he assured me once it came out of detail, he'd park it "out back" to ensure it'd be there Monday when my wife/daughter would return to see it. We live right at the Tipton County line so Monday afternoon my wife left home to meet out daughter at your dealership. After she left I called the salesman who informed me the car sold Saturday. I was livid, and still am. I asked him since it sold Saturday, when was he going to call to let us know or was he going to let my wife make the long drive for nothing. Said he was going to call but "forgot." Yeah well that would've done nothing for my wife's time/gas/trouble. The salesman said he told "them" (whoever 'them' are) it was on hold but was told they cannot hold a vehicle so here's my issue. First, the fact that my wife/daughter couldn't see the vehicle that Friday was not their fault. It was the dealerships fault therefore some courtesy AND consideration should have been extended. If, IF a salesman cannot put a vehicle on hold, you need to tell ALL your sales staff they can't tell customers this. On the other hand, if they can then the salesman flat out didn't keep his word. Bottom line; either way if you don't keep your word on the front end than chances are you won't on the back end when it matters the most ie: repairs and so forth. An inexcusable way to treat a first time customer and potential buyer. Needless to say we're looking elsewhere.

I went to purchase a used 2016 challenger and Bud Jones helped me buy the car. He was very respectful and made the process a lot easier to purchase a car. The financial guy Corbin was a life saver with the way he explained the breakdown of the car to me.

My experience with the dealership was very pleasant. I can't say enough good things about our salesman Anthony Keys. He was very courtesy, respectful and very accommodating. The other staff was friendly and answered any questions we had about service pleasantly. Very good experience!

Great experience! Jamal Mosley met us with a smile and a friendly laid back sales approach. We were there to look at a specific preowned truck that had been sold the previous evening but he showed us another comparable model. He didn't waste our time trying to convince us to buy something more expensive, he asked what we were interested in, listened to the answer and showed us what was there. Brandon Crouch came in to talk to us about financing and find out what our numbers looked like. We actually left the dealership but ended up coming back later that day and doing business with Jamal and Brandon. Eddie Wise came in at the end of the deal to congratulate us and thank us for our business. I feel we got a good deal based on market comps, and ended up with the right financing and payment we needed. This is the newest car I've ever bought and only the second time I've purchased from a large dealership but I can't imagine it goes any better.

Each person I came in contact with at this dealership was very friendly. C.J. Cooper was my dealer and she did a wonderful job, she bent over backwards to help me out. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful but they all made it a pleasant experience.

I have never been so disappointed with a company before in my life. The disrespect and lack of customer service is astonishing. I was personally promised by Mr. Stone my less than a year owned Town and Country would be properly fixed after being brought in 5 separate times for the same issue. After 22 working days in the shop I was told to return the rental in a very RUDE and disrespectful way. My daughter and I witnessed the owner get cussed out over the issue and my unfixed van (they actually put the broken pieces back in) was given back to me. Let me add, this was done knowing I was to make a 10 hour drive 7 months pregnant with a 3 year old the next day. I have tried on several occasions to contact both Doug Wilson and Daryl Stone over my concerns, and have yet to hear from them. Worst of all I am making payments on a warranty vehicle that still has not been fixed!

I had a great experience working with Rusty at Collierville CDJ. We found this dealer on Cars.com. The dealer is about 80 miles from us but it was well worth the trip. We did our entire negotiation via phone and text. I went to the dealer to give them a check and pick up the keys. It was about as easy and efficient as you could want. I highly recommend the dealer and specifically Rusty in sales.

I purchased two vehicle at the same time. A 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4X4 and a 2015 Jeep Sahara with the lift kit. Both vehicles are great except the Radio in the Wrangler does not work. No problem its covered under warranty right. 3 months later the radio is still not installed. It did get ordered but was returned because Chrysler only give two week to sent back the core (the defected radio). Ok I get that, but should I have been told the radio was in. Everyone knew how important that radio was. I only found out when I called. With trying to schedule a time and waiting for return phone calls time ran out. I didn't know I was even on the clock! Sorry Mr Edmiston you loose and the radio will have to be returned and reorder with no time frame when it will arrive. WOW... If I ran my business like that I would not have a business. It good for Chrysler I don't, so I can buy not once but twice within a year and a half $2000.00 worth of vehicles. I left another message with Brandon, CJ and the service dept. Do you think they'll return my calls. Come on guys wake up and smell the money$$$$.

Was searching for a used truck online and Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had exactly what I was looking for. I called and spoke with Lauren for two days before I was able to stop in to look at the truck. The truck was exactly as it was described. Perfectly cleaned and inspected. Rusty Russell was a great salesman to work with. Rusty and Brandon Crouch helped work with my wife and I to make sure we got the best deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a vehicle soon. I have not had a chance to have the truck serviced there yet, but the facilities look amazing.

I have to say over my many years dealing with service and repairs on automobiles I have expeienced a lot of issue's that is until I met Chad Johnson a few years back. I purchased a used Ram truck from another dealer out of state and also purchased a 3 year extended premium warranty. At the time Chad (who I did not know)was working at another dealer closer to my home. I took my truck into XYZ dealer and Chad came out to write up my service ticket which was a large list but guess what when I went to pick it up he had fixed everything. This continued for approx. a year until one day he said he was leaving XYZ and going to Collierville Chrysler. So I followed him to Collierville, a little further from home, but well worth it. I have had several problems that Chad continues to amaze me on how qualified he is and actually should be in a management position. He knows how to make a customer satified and not feel like he has been abused like most. Even now that my warranty has expired I continue to trust in Chad and take my truck to him with any problems.

I'm not usually a big fan of american auto dealerships, but this one definitely qualifies as an exception. I was looking to get a new truck, something that I could use for heavy lifts, and something that could survive a winter, as I travel to Minnesota a lot. I was immediately greeted by an employee named Bernard H., who catered to my needs and wants without being pushy, as most car salesmen do. He showed me the Ram 1500, and then when we talked about what I needed specifically, without missing a beat he helped explain to me the benefits of getting a larger model. I'm now talking it over with the wife, but if I come back, Bernard will be the only guy I'd want to talk to. Thanks again guys, and thank you Bernard!

First time at dealership was on Saturday November 15th and was met by Slim Long. Took good care of me and my son from the word Go. My son was crazy about him maybe because he is so tall. When my wife arrived they made her feel welcomed as well. Will be doing future business with them.

My salesman was Chris McCoy, when I tell you this dude awesome and definitely cool. He made the difference in the entire process. I found the car on Wednesday online and kept communicating with him until Saturday when I drove up from Atlanta to purchase the car. Every picture and every detail was just as he explained. From Chris to the finance manager, detail crew, lady at the service desk, the other salesman/saleswoman who played with my sons as they enjoyed hanging out there, and to the owner who came out and congratulated me on my new purchase, the entire experience was awesome. I even got my paperwork for my tag sooner than the estimated time. I never felt uncomfortable or second guess my decision. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and recommend others to do so as well.

If you are looking for good pricing without all of the haggle then you need to visit CCDJR to get your next no "Hassle" car or truck. I told them up-front what I wanted for my trade-in and what I was offering for their vehicle and they quickly came back with an acceptance of my terms. I was in and out the door within 2 hours. Do your research and prepare yourself prior to going and have an informed opinion, this applies to any dealership. However, the quick pace at which Jack Wyatt worked with his General Sales Manager (Eddie Wise) and Finance Manager (Brandon Crouch) made the overall experience a plus in my mind. The two hour drive to get my vehicle was well worth it and the lunch they fed me after closing on the deal made the ride home that much better. : )

I have bought many cars over the years, and this has to be the worst dealership ever. They are very nice while selling you a car, but as soon as you leave the lot that's were it ends. Mr. Wise is the most unprofessional disrespectful person I have ever met. The GM does not even bother to return your calls. I have had nothing but trouble since purchasing a car from this dealer. There are to many dealerships to chose from to have to be treated like an idiot. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Before traveling 200 hundred miles one way I talked to the salesman and he stated the car was in perfect condition. But when I arrived on site the cars was not even close to what he said. The car had to have been hit on the left back fender - it needed body work and the right front tire was mismatched. Also the right front tire rim was damaged from hitting a curb. When we took a test drive and tried stopping, the steering wheel shook violently.. After telling them about the steering wheel they put it on the rack and discovered what the problem was and told me that I would be responsible for the addition cost to fix the car. So with this I told them to keep the car. While we were leaving the GM wouldn't even come out of his office to talk to us.This was the worst experience ever trying to buy a car. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealer ship

bought a 2007 dodge 3500 truck. they worked very hard to get the truck sold. two days after i bought the truck the transmission started slipping. the truck was not gone through a check, was not cleaned inside. they have a 3000 mile warranty and has to be repaired there. i live 300 miles away. was not explained when bought. have other issues that should should been took care of if it had been checked and fixed. right front cv joint has rust coming out it has been bad so long. they would not help pay on getting the truck fixed because i could not take back to them. i sent paper work on what had to be done to the transmission with the cost on the transmission dealership letter head. called them to see if they got it after we faxed it to them they said they could not help. will help get a car but after you buy beware it is your problem. do not buy from this dealership. i am going to call dodge chrysler corporate to see if this is they they let dodge chrysler dealers do business.

Traded for a jeep with 15k miles on it. Had some issues and they were to keep it a week to fix then deliver. Delivered with same issues and only fixed what I paid extra for. Returned the jeep again (4 hours each way) and they kept it 4 weeks!! Yes, I said 4 weeks to fix 3 problems. Again, only thing done was what I paid another 1050.00 for and still have same other problems taken in for they had a month to diagnose and repair. I have sent emails and left voicemails and not a single on answered or returned. Had someone local look at it yesterday and low and behold the entire front end and axle are shifted 3 inches to the passenger side that are causing all the issues. I now have to spend even more time any money and will contact Jeep corporate over this. I would not take a bicycle to this this service department!!

I stopped by the dealership to check out a few cars, My salesmen was very friendly and knowledgeable. once we came back from a testdrive we sat in his office and he entered information on the computer but I guess he did something wrong because he was called by management into their office and the owner was screaming at him so loud I could here through the window! while pointing! I didn't buy from this store, if they treat the employees like that, they can't care about us buyers.

I drove 200 miles ONE WAY to this dealership to PURCHASE a vehicle that was supposedly in great condition. I get there and the vehicle is filthy both inside and out. There was trash stuck to a running board, the check engine light is on, the rear tires are nearly bald, bad scratches all over the exterior, and the interior did not look like it had been cleaned up at all. The salesman was nice, the GM came across as a jerk - typical. If this place tells you a vehicle is in great condition expect something in poor/fair condition. And dont drive very far out of your way to check out their vehicles.
