Most dealers bombard you with how great they are and a lot of unnecessary information that has nothing to do with making a car purchase or lease. Julio was a no pressure type of guy which my wife and I really appreciated. He was friendly, polite and courteous. Danny Pagan took the additional time to sit down with us and explain why some RAV 4 XLE that looked identical were priced so differently. This is our second time getting a vehicle here and would definitely come back again.

Had a great experience with our sales rep Julio Quinonez. Really nice, down to earth, no pressure likeable guy. He did a lot of legwork while my wife and I tried to make up our minds on color & style. They actually didn't have the one we wanted so I tried to go elsewhere. No luck. Went back to Colonial and Julio worked his magic and I walked in as he was calling me that it was rolling off the truck! Less than 1 mile on it!Long story short. We love the car. After visiting two other Toyota dealerships, Steve Purcell, Steve Curina and Manager Frank Pratts displayed exemplary customer service and follow-up. I purchased the top of the line 2017 TRD Pro Tacoma and frankly said, this was the only Toyota dealership I visited that seemed to care about my sale. Dealership one, told me to pick a truck off of the lot; dealership two told me that they had an allocation when they did not causing great frustration. Colonial Toyota of Milford was honest and returned every call and email within a few hours. I strongly recommend this dealership over any other.

I recently took delivery of a Rav 4 Hybrid--an awesome value for the dollar--and am thoroughly enjoying it. But what makes this event stand out is the incomparable service I have received from each and every dealership representative I have had contact with. Devon Delany took the time and care to really understand my transportation needs. The, joining with Finance manager Frank Pratts, they put together a compelling package. Not only did they come in with highly competitive price and terms, but they helped me understand how the transaction as structured would benefit me on a tax/cash flow basis. After purchase, I had occasion to stop by service not to fix anything but to be better educated in some of the more unusual features of the car. Each time the service manager and several technicians threw themselves totally into the job,sparing no time or attention. Then,I stopped by parts to purchase some accessories and the parts reps went out of their way to see that I left right then with what I had stopped in for. I have never yet walked into this dealership without receiving not simply a friendly hello but an earnest question of how they could help. This includes from the Sales manager as well as the Janitor.If you are thinking of purchasing a car from a dealership, Colonial Toyota must be your first and last stop.

My experiencing started with locating a truck on the dealer website. I inquired about a specific vehicle and was contacted via email by Steve Purcell. He kindly explained the vehicle was sold and asked what I was looking for as inventory didn't contain any other matches. He arranged for me to meet with Frank Pratts the following weekend. Frank had me meet with Salesman Bryan Valez who took down what I was looking for and looked up vehicles that were available from other dealers. Going forward, Frank took ownership of locating an even better truck at the same price as what was presented when I met with Bryan. He (Frank) contacted me numerous times to give updates on the locating of the vehicle and confirmed my acceptance when he found one that he felt I would be interested in. The truck arrived quickly and Frank held it for a week until I was able to purchase. On the delivery date, both Frank and Bryan completed the sale. The sale process went very smooth and was very relaxed; no stress and hassle-free; the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and polite, The transaction figures were presented in a computer printout and easy to follow. In my opinion, Frank Pratts went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly and it sure exceeded my expectations.

My first interaction with this dealership was over the phone. That's when I spoke to a sales manager name Frank and he was very professional very caring and told me just to come in and we can work out a very good deal. So I did and in turn he directed me and introduce me to Anthony which meant my every expectation being my first vehicle purchase every time I went in and out of the dealership the door was always open.I had two vehicles in mind it was given great detail on both vehicles and was able to choose a new remodel 2016 which had great warranty.

I have to admit...I was dreading it...for weeks...I don't have a lot of experience buying cars. I have avoided it for a long time (that would be years). So, I went in a bit determined, but shaky, ready to suck it up and lose a day of my life. HaWhat a very different experience it was than expected. From the moment I said 'hello' to Paulie, I was having fun! That continued through the afternoon. Jeff was the perfect guy to find me my leased 'new to me' Rav4! (I'm soooo enjoying driving it anywhere I can think to go at moment!) Casey took great care of me, and the whole energy of the dealership was a great experience. The 2016 Tacoma trd I just purchased was my first new vehicle. I wanted everything to be right and walk off the lot knowing I had peace of mind regarding the financing and pieced together truck I wanted. James M is a salesman at Colonial and worked with me from start to finish. He was very patient and and didn't pressure me into any sort of program or financing option. The dealership experience was very casual...i mean i felt like i was in some sort of techy coffee shop the way they were piecing together loans and vehicle options for customers with tablets and portable laptops. Buying a car was an extremely stressful experience UNTIL I called Colonial Toyota. I walked out of my local dealership because they paid no attention to what I wanted in a new purchase. I went online and made a call to Colonial Toyota. When Jeff Lewis answered the phone I was pleasantly surprised by a salesman who was interested in what I was looking for and was willing to find it for me. He answered all of my questions and was willing to work to find the car I wanted. My local dealership tried to oversell me with a great deal that never materialized. I was told that in order to take advantage of the 0% promotion, I would have to choose from the few Rav4s that were on the lot. I was also told to put more money down and extend my payments for an extra year in order to bring my payments into line with what I wanted to pay. Unlike my local dealership, Jeff found me the car I wanted at a fair price in line with my original payment guidelines.After talking to Jeff, I took the 45 minute ride and I was glad I did. Frank Pratt, the Sales Manager, greeted me at the door. There was no high pressure salesmanship, just a willingness to make my experience pleasant and successful. Frank explained clearly all of the car's features, as well as the pricing policy and the purchasing procedures. Neither Jeff nor Frank tried to sell me extraneous, pricey additions to the purchase. So far they have delivered on everything they promised. I definitely feel the relationship did not end with the sale. I have had to return to the dealership on occasion to take advantage of the free oil changes promised at time of purchase. Frank and Jeff greeted me and introduced me to the service department managers. I was pleasantly surprised by the shuttle service offered to customers. The whole procedure was extremely professional and the car was ready when promised. So far, my experience would cause me to return to buy other cars in the future and to recommend Colonial Toyota to other interested buyers.

I just purchased the extended maintenance package for my 2014 Prius V. I did this because the service department focuses on the customer and works hard to make things right every time. A car is a big expense and you depend on the service department to make sure your car is maintained correctly. My wife found a Toyota Rav4 on Colonial's website that she was interested in to replace her current 2005 Rav4. I called up and spoke with Nichole (Amena) and asked if the vehicle was still available. She informed me that it was. We both liked it and I told her that my wife had found the car on their website. She took me and my son out for a test drive, printed out the information from the website, reviewed it with informed me of some of the protection packages and we filled out the paperwork. Too be honest, I was done for the day because I had enough of salesmen and cars I didn't really like. My wife saw Colonial Toyota in Milford and asked me if we can just take a quick look. We pulled in and parked and a saleman named Eric was outside in front. He greeted me and I said Hi and that we just wanted to look and see before we head out of here and go home. He said Fine. He wasn't pushy at all. My wife saw a pre-owned Outback and it was funny because it was the one that she was looking for all day. It was clean and had the right mileage for a used car. I went back over to Eric and asked him about the car. He was very knowledgeable about the car and to be honest, at the end of a long day, he was very refreshing to deal with. NO PRESSURE! NO GIMMICKS! He allowed me to ask questions and was kind, courteous, patient and personable. It was late, like 5 or 6 and he stayed with us, answered all of our questions took us on a nice drive and when we went in to talk numbers he did the best he could to make everything work the way it should. Instead of going on and on. Let me tell you. I don't particularly care for dealerships. I know a ton about cars. I am glad we came here though. We made the right choice. My wife is thrilled. The car is clean and good to go and Eric took wonderful care of us. It was a very pleasant surprise. If you happen to venture into Colonial Toyota, Eric is terrific. And I am glad to say, it looked like the rest of the staff was really on the ball and kind as well. Would I go back. Absolutely. Do I recommend. Yes. If you are shopping for a new or used vehicle from a dealership. Save time and go there first.

Having never owned or purchased a new car in my life, I was extremely nervous to even pull into the dealership to look at cars, but I could not have asked for a better experience! Anthony Mao met my boyfriend and I right at the front door eager to help. I went with the only requirements being I wanted to lease a RAV4 with AWD and nothing fancy added...that's exactly what I got! Anthony found me a great deal and took us for a test drive. He patiently answered all my ridiculous and naive questions while also taking the time to get to know me. I fell in love with the car and asked to talk about pricing and monthly payments which is when we met Frank Pratts. From the start, Frank was 100% honest and transparent with us and again very patient answering all our questions. He actually talked me out of putting down a larger down payment and saved me a lot of money. He had his computer screen turned toward us the whole time so we could see exactly what amounts he was putting in to get me to my goal monthly payments. My boyfriend just leased a new Toyota Tacoma from another dealer and could not have been more disappointed to have not come to Frank and Anthony first. I walked away with a much better deal and experience than he did. Regardless, Frank offered him advice and was willing to go through his paperwork to help him out which was just above and beyond what we expected. The paperwork process was seamless and easy. I left not only with a brand new car, but also with a huge smile on my face! I look forward to working with Colonial Toyota in the future and can't thank them enough for such an incredible and easy first lease experience!

They did not have the car with the options I needed on the lot, however they located in another state and Gaby picked it up in few days. The price was reasonable. After we agreed on the price Toyota increased the factory rebate. When I came to pick up the car they passed the additional rebate to me. Gabe went over and explained all the options in the car. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

Called the dealership about a 2011 Toyota Highlander. Spoke with "Bill"; he told me the car is available. Drove to Colonial Toyota for ONE hour!!!. Bill did not aknowledge my presence there, as I was told to wait to see him. After waiting for 30 minutes Bill walked up smiling and told me three other people want this car and that I would not get it. Wasted TWO hours !!!! Driving for nothing. Typical unprofessional sales guy. Will never buy from them ever.

I went to Toyota three times because my washer liquid freezes when weather is below 20F. Roger advices me to come back only when it's cold. Fortunately Saturday February 13th was a frozen day (below 19). The technician Christian told me he could not fix the problem, ask mw to buy de-icer washer and walked away. After his attitude Bob Forman and Larry Libor take care of my car after two hours waiting. They drained blue washer and replaced it by De-Icer free of charge.

I have dealt with this dealership before is why I went back. I was interested in a specific Toyota Tacoma with the accessories that fit my needs. I have never been to a dealership who recommended to test drive other cars to make sure we are truly getting what we really want and need. Dan is not just a salesman but a genuine good-hearted person who really cares about what he does. I have been leasing and financing cars since I was 18. My brother-in-law use to be in the car business locally before moving out of state. The only reason I am giving Colonial Toyota a high 3 star review is because Judi Rovinelli was pleasant and courteous, her Manager Dan Pagan on the other hand was not. I understand that a dealership needs to sell as many cars as possible in a month but if you are a no haggle dealer then don't haggle especially if you make it a point to mention that several times throughout the process. We where in the market for a new Corolla and Colonial Toyota was the first place we visited at the end of October. We gave it a few weeks and after checking out other dealerships we decided to call Judi Rovinelli at Colonial because we enjoyed our experience with her. After agreeing on a price with Judi we mentioned that we wont be able to come in for at least a week and a half because of our work schedules. Remember this is a no haggle dealer. Judi said that it was fine and it wont be a problem. A few days later Judi called me just to follow up and make sure we are on schedule and on that same day we got another call from her stating that her manager Dan Pagan out of the blue said that if we don't do the deal that day then they will not honor the price we agreed on. What happened with waiting a week and a half and what happened to the no haggle dealership? They mentioned that all the paperwork can be done over the phone and via email but I explained that I was at work and my fiancee (who the car is for) was working at the hospital and doesn't have the time or access to do this but this just fell on Dan Pagan's deaf ears. I told Judi that I am not going to be pressured into buying a car and please keep in mind that Judi was wonderful and she is not the issue here and I feel bad that she couldn't get the sale from us. Because of this I went on truecar.com and found Westchester Toyota with a much better price (few hundred less) and all around real friendly no pressure staff. I told Westchester Toyota that because of our work schedules we wont be able to come back for a week and guess what, no pressure phone calls later on that week to force us to close the deal earlier. We ended up buying the car with Westchester Toyota instead. Again Judi at Colonial Toyota was great and is very courteous and pleasent to deal with but Dan Pagan her Manager is the one who made Colonial lose the sale and we can all thank him for making the deal go sour. If you every go to Colonial Toyota make sure to deal with Judi Rovinelli and be cautious with Dan Pagan.

Gaby Morales, our salesperson, was very respectful and relaxed even though it was a very busy dat at the dealership. He found me the exact car on my "short list" and we took a thorough test drive. Gaby worked in tandem with Frank Pratts, who ran the numbers for us and answered the finance questions; he did so without pressure or any nonsense. When we went back to purchase the car, we noticed a completely different car and felt it better suited for our needs. Frank had no hesitation in reworking numbers and I came back the next afternoon to find it off the showroom floor and ready to drive. Gaby took us for our second test drive, answered all my questions and, upon my decision to purchase that car, he set up my phone/bluetooth system with me. I am thrilled with my new Toyota Camry. Colonial was the third Toyota dealership I visited. My very positive experience began when a very lovely young woman Mia greeted me as she opened the door for me. The showroom was beautiful. It provided a clean and calm atmosphere. Bill Ndreu was wonderful to work with. He was the opposite of the salesman I had encountered along my journey. Bill was pleasant, patient and answered all my questions clearly and concisely. A few minutes into our first conversation I knew that I wanted to purchase my car from him. I cant express how happy I was to have been recommended to this dealership. I was told to see Carlos Rodriguez who was professional and listened to what my needs were regarding a new car. He was incredibly helpful and when I mentioned I would like to see a Highlander, he found two on the lot and explained in depth the differences between both. He was very knowledgeable regarding my current lease termination and introduced me to Frank Pratts, one of the general managers, who was also pleasant, knowledgeable and very forthcoming with information and guidance, as well as expedient. This dealership sticks to the no Haggle promise. I told them what I was looking for and they delivered. I was stuck between 2 models and with Frank's help my decision was made easy. He was professional, efficient realistic and well informed on what he was selling. He worked hard to deliver what he promised and never gave me any false hope. He is the manager and did not have to do all he did but when his sales rep needed help he jumped right in to close the deal not because he wanted the sale but he saw what I wanted and delivered.

I went there only to look at prices but then Mr. Frank Pratts and a sales representative Devon Delaney treated my sister and I so nicely that I got out there with this amazing car. I got a very good price for my trade in, more than I was expecting which was a great start to close the deal for my new car. I got stuck in traffic on my way to purchase my new (used) car from Toyota and arrived at 8pm when my appointment was scheduled for 6:30!! Instead of being upset or rushing me, my salesman Dave Fowlin offered me coffee and water and told me not to worry. When I came in to Toyota to look at cars I had already been to another dealership and had seen another car that I fell in love with. I know i'm a difficult customer and very hard to please and even harder to impress. I was highly impressed with the customer service provided by Frank he took the time to talk to me and listen to what I had to say. I had a great experience buying my new 2015 RAV4 at Colonial Toyota in Milford. Colonial has been servicing my 2004 Sienna for many years. The 2004 was finally not worth the repair, so I set out to find a new car. I did shop around at other car dealers but came back to Colonial. Here I know the service center is great including getting me loaners or rides to work when needed. For the purchase I worked with Robert Walker and Frank Pratts. It was an enjoyable experience and there was no pressure. I did my homework and knew the price range for the vehicles I was considering. Robert carefully reviewed the other models I was thinking about by describing pros and cons and the price differences. The RAV4 was really the best choice for me. The price they quoted was fair and competitive. The purchase and financing was all very well done. I felt like there was a personal commitment on the part of Robert and Frank to make my purchase a pleasant experience. I would recommend Colonial Toyota for anyone interested in purchasing a new or certified used vehicle.

My experience with Colonial Toyota was a great one. There was never no pressure in making the decision to purchase or not purchase. We first met with Ray Jimenez who is so energetic and gregarious in his personality. He took the time to find what we were looking for and explained everything of importance to us about the car. None of the usual tricks to wear us down. A very relaxing experience. Steve Purcell knew what he was talking about, and was completely square with us. After we'd bought our used car, we discovered that it only came with one key (according to folks on the internet, that's not unusual), and another key would have cost $300 retail at another dealership. My wife insisted that if we'd known about that before buying, things would have gone differently. Steve got us the second key! We couldn't be happier. Got the car just a tad over Kelly Blue Book, and we love it. I'd recommend Colonial Toyota without a second thought.

We walked in having a number in mind for a 36 month lease on a 2015 Rav 4. We met our Sales Rep, Lorena Vasquez and told her to give us a number and we would let her know where she would need to be to get the deal. While we were sitting to sign the papers, the manager Frank Pratts stopped over and chatted for a bit (when did you graduate, what have you been up to, etc. etc.). Fifteen minutes later he asked me when I graduated from college again, I said May 2013, and he goes "wait if you bring your diploma in, you can save even more money on your lease!" This happened yesterday, I had two days left before that offer expired. Anybody could have no mentioned that deal and just let me pay more for my lease, but these guys were awesome and helped me get a car that I love! Carlos Rodriguez then showed me all the functions of the car and was very friendly and detailed in the descriptions. I would highly recommend Colonial Toyota to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I purchased exactly the vehicle I wanted at a great price and with a great trade-in allowance for my old vehicle. I am 53 years old and my visit to Colonial Toyota was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. There was absolutely NO pressure NO haggling NO fast talking or dealing involved. Literally everyone in the dealership was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I received outstanding service from Sales Associate Hyginus Erege and enjoyed the No-Haggle, One Associate approach of the dealership. Hyginus handled everything for me and made it possible for me to actually drive home with my new 4Runner less than two hours after I stepped foot through the front door. Now THAT is outstanding service! I am delighted with my new 4Runner and with Hyginus Erege and Colonial Toyota. I worked with Ivan and Frank, and both were very friendly and courteous. Overall, this was a great car buying experience, one which I've not had at some other dealerships. I don't generally like dealing with salespeople, especially those that sell cars, but these two were low pressure, and in general, very easy to work with. Ivan was very willing to work with me to find the right vehicle for my needs, and followed up on things promptly. Frank seems like a good guy, and definitely tried to make the waiting periods pass faster with conversation and a good sense of humor.Overall, I would recommend this dealership, people were friendly, the dealership itself looked clean and well maintained. Coke tasted a bit off, but perhaps that's a sign I should have asked for juice instead. :-)

This is my second review seeing this the second vehicle that I have purchased from Hatim and Colonial Toyota. I was in a Nissan Murano which I had purchased from another dealer. Initially I was satisfied with the vehicle....then it started, transmission, electrical, you name it, it wasn't working. Worst yet I had financed it and had another 3 years to pay for it...in other words, I was "upside down" in the vehicle. Now what can I do? Just for "yucks" I called Hatim, the best salesman I ever dealt with. He went to his unbelievable team of financing and his leadership in sales. When Hatim (and his trusty partner Andy) informed me that they could get me out of my vehicle and into a beautiful 2009 Toyota RAV4 Limited with low miles and the unbelievable warranty that covers it, I was floored!! They got me a great finance rate for my wife and myself and more importantly, they did a fantastic job in minimizing my negative equity in my vehicle!! I live about 60 miles from Colonial Toyota in Milford, but it was worth every inch I drove to get there!! We searched Cars.com to find that Colonial Toyota in Milford had the best prices in the state on a Prius model Four. We checked Colonial's website to verify the prices seen on Cars.com and then called to verify that they had the Prius Four in stock for the advertized price. Then we drove 90 minutes one way, and arrived to find that the two Prius Four cars we were looking at, checking stock number and VIN against the add, were actually Prius Three models. The salesman's reply was that it was an honest mistake and that we should have known that they would not sell a Prius Four for that price. He offered to make it up to us by selling us the Prius Three for dealer invoice. He brought out the invoice, and it was $1,000 more than the advertised price on their web site for that car by VIN. When we said no, he crumpled the paper up in front of us and walked away. We bought elsewhere the following day. Colonial still has the Prius Three's mislabelled as Prius Four's on their site two days later.

Initially, good vibes. Then after waiting for more than the time anticipated...first, 6 days, then two plus weeks... for my new car, I was told it would arrive that week. The next day, I received a call from the manager saying the car was not available, so we should think "outside of the box"....meaning I should buy a car without the options I wanted. My sales person called with a similar line. I asked him to let me know what cars they had in inventory or could procure in a short time frame that had the options I wanted. He has not bothered to call me back. I cancelled my down payment on my credit card. Also, be wary of the "managers" who still loom behind every deal. Even though I put my down payment for my car within the time limit for a 1k rebate, as I was walking out the door, my sales person told me the rebate may not be good the next day. What that had to do with that day made no sense. I said no rebate, no deal and heard nothing further. Of course, I heard nothing further about the car that I had hoped to buy either. Stay away. Sweetness and light in their superficial marketing with no substance when it comes to real business.

i bought a used car ( not a toyota ) and i was lyed to right off the start. Salesman didnt know much about the car, which was fine but there was a short list of things that needed to be adressed... i made the mistake of paying before checking to see that the work was done... well , they did nothing... they they said it was being detailed... it wasnt.. the topper was as i pulled out i could see the gas was below a quarter tank, as i was about to get on the highway, the low fuel light comes on.. and... they was only 1 key... cost another 150.00 for another one. i called and the guy said he was sorry.. bottom line...this is the classic bad reputation of a "USED CAR SALESMAN " Have all the car repairs done by them before you pay,or they will lie that all is well and its not,tell them you want this fixed and that fixed... than check to see if it was done.. and if its ok... that make the purchase

I went to several other dealerships looking for a reasonably-priced used car, but was disappointed, both in the prices and the attitudes. I had seen a new car I really wanted on the Colonial Toyota website, but doubted very much the payment would be within my budget. I stopped at Colonial Toyota fully expecting to be disappointed once again. I wasn't counting on someone like Frank Pratts. He spent the morning with my 10-year-old daughter and I, looking for cars I would be able to afford, but I just couldn't get the new Toyota Yaris out of my head. When making a large purchase such as a car, the sales experience can be long, difficult and sometime stressful. I look for several things when I go to a dealership, including professionalism of the sales individual, knowledge of the product, and their ability to work with you to find the best possible deal on a car you are looking to purchase. Mat made the whole experience run smoothly, making me feel comfortable, and working with me to find the best possible deal on the car I was looking to get. - Matt handled my trade-in, getting me a fair price and making it seamless across the buying experience. - Matt made the entire paperwork process go smoothly, and worked efficiently to make it as simply as possible. - Matt worked with me on getting to a price for the new car which was reasonable, including getting me some options, which I was looking for as part of the overall price of the car. - Matt was professional, and had good knowledge of the car, taking his time to explain the functionality and always keeping me informed throughout the purchasing experience. He also took time to show me the dealership and post sales process of how the servicing center works. At the end of the day, you need to feel good about the car your buying, the salesperson you are buying it from, the dealership that stands behind the sales associate and car your getting, and the transaction you just made for the car. This is ultimately a relationship business, and Matt, through his actions has developed a new good relationship, and won over a new customer.

Just picked up my Highlander today from Frank Pratts at Colonial Toyota. It took longer then expected to get the car due to Toyota Recalls, but I was happy to wait until my new car was already to go and safe. My husband and I went to colonial Toyota to look for a pre-owned work truck or van. When I first met Frank I was sure he was going to be a hard sell and push us into a vehicle we couldn't afford (we had that experience at another dealership that morning). To ease my worries he took put his book of dealer reviews to show me. I asked if he only printed the good reviews and I would form my own opinion. We found a van we liked and frank worked to get the price to an affordable range for us. We were there through lunch time and frank ordered us pizza so we could eat. The bank approval process took longer than anticipated so frank entertained us with stories from his childhood. We heard about his pet monkey, baskin robins, candy factory, and many other things. When all set and done, frank went above and beyond what I would expect from a dealer. A week later we had to resign some paperwork and frank even came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. I would recommend frank to anyone who is looking for a pleasurable car buying experience.

Since we are vegetarians and he wanted us to sink our teeth into his giant meatball sub, we passed. We bought a 2013 Prius color blue. I immediately named her Blue Ivy. Service was awesome! Atmosphere is great. We at no time felt pressured into buying a car in fact, he insisted we shop around knowing full well that we'd be back at Toyota. He's so smart and we like his hats. The lease on my 2011 Camry XLE was ending within a few months so I decided to visit Colonial Toyota in Milford on the last day of a sales event and was introduced to Andy Constantinou, Sales Manager. He is very knowledgeable and after gathering some background information as to what I might be looking for he was very helpful in locating another car that could work for me. He was patient in providing a longer than usual test drive which helped in deciding to get the new car. Unfortunately, I had some doubts as to whether or not it was the right car for me just before I drove off the lot and it became even more noticeable when I actually drove it off the lot during a late Saturday afternoon. I realized that it was too drastic a change for me to suddenly go from a mid-sized car to a smaller model but thought perhaps I could get used to it. By Sunday afternoon however I realized it would not work and needed to return the new car and get my other car back. I also realized that a dealership "Sales Event" is something that I should not attend since the pressured-type atmosphere tended to make me loose my focus in making the best decision for myself. Looking back, I see that It would have been much better for me if I was able to test the car for at least a whole day so I could get a better idea if it would work. Even going on a regular day would have been a more relaxing experience - for me anyway. Well, I went back to Colonial Toyota on Monday morning and told Andy it wasn't the one I thought was best for me and I wanted my other car. He calmly replied that it should be no problem. The paperwork was going smoothly until I received the news that DMV would not rescind (take back) the registration for the new car because it was past 24 hours that it could be done. I was floored! But Andy immediately got to work in resolving and getting past that issue (after going through alot of "hoops" and many hours later!) to finally get the o.k. from DMV so the transaction could move forward. I was so happy to finally get my previously leased Camry financed and Certified Pre-Owned! He was also great in explaining things as we went along the process. I really appreciated his extra efforts every step of the way (even drove it himself to have it washed!) and in making sure I was happy with my final decision.

I was nervous about car shopping as many dealerships can be very pushy. Plus I am still unsure of what kind of car I want, color, price range, how much I could afford, and whether or not I want to get another car right now or if I want to wait a little bit. However, my visit to Colonial Toyota today was phenomenal!I was introduced to a sales associate, Ryan Bray, who started with the basic questions; i.e. what type of car, color, price range, features & then shown affordable certified used cars. After not finding a used car with all of the features I wanted I was shown the new models. Ryan then with went over all the features and benefits of each car that we looked at, which gave me a good idea of which one would better suit my needs. He then provided a printout with all of the associated costs and what my monthly payment would be for my top choice cars. Ryan discussed the pros and cons of each option; i.e. certified used, new or leased and provided all of this information to me without me ever feeling pressure to make a decision right then. Ryan was everything a sales associate should be; he was friendly, courteous, personable, and enthusiastic.In addition, the dealership was absolutely amazing. It was nicer than some infinity dealerships that I've been to. There is a beautiful waiting area for customers where they have a juice/soda/coffee bar and a separate "kids" waiting area that is enclosed & seemed to be soundproof (always a plus when there are kids involved). Then they have a whole floor dedicated to service with its own waiting area/juice bar. They offer fantastic warranties besides the generic factory warranty. There lifetime Ironclad warranty covers your powertrain for the entire time you own that car, which is awesome! They are probably able to offer that because toyota's are such dependable cars, but still I don't see other toyota dealerships offering that. All in all it was definitely the best car shopping experience that I ever had. I look forward to going back to Colonial Toyota this week to test drive my top choices!

Frank Pratts brought us from "just looking" to driving off in a new Prius, and facilitated the return of our leased car (to another manufacturer's dealership). He demonstrated the vehicle, allowed us a lengthy test drive, and provided all the financial options based on our preferences. This allowed us to make a decision based on information, not sales pressure. He was genial and likable throughout the process. Special mention to his associate Ray Jimenez, who also tended to all our concerns, and even accompanied us when we dropped off our lease to ensure we were properly accommodated. Side note: If any TV producers want an idea for reality show, "Frank and Ray Sell a Car" would be a hilarious hit! Two nice guys with whom we shared many laughs during the process.

when i brought my Rav4 in for hood shaking was asked if it was in a accident. NOT come on the car only had bearly 10,000 miles on it was second time it was serviced. I brought it back after a month the hood still shaking said nothing they can do. the response i got was some car hoods move ??? REALLY all the cars i a have driven not one ever moved. So i searched the internet about the problem yes there is a problem. i have read all about them. Everyone is waiting for a recall on the latches. one is metal and one is plastic. It is a very bad distraction when you are driving. waiting for the thing to let go. And then there will be a serious LAWSUIT. . i waited for almost 3hrs to get the nothing else we can do. I watched them leaning on it for over a 1/2hr and when i said something they were like oh it is done, i even mentioned to the service guy about that and he said nothing, VERY UNHAPPY RAV4 OWNER

I knew I was in the market for a new car, but not knowing which new car, I had drawn up a list of 5 different car makes/models that I wanted to test drive, and the Camry XLE was next on the list. I was introduced to Frank Pratts, and he became my salesperson from beginning to end. I told Frank about my list and that I was in no hurry, because I was test driving and comparing models. Usually for me, it's power over MPG, as I had always had V6's, but since they had none on the lot, I was willing to try the Camry 4 cylinder to see what the car was like. I found that I liked the car, but still had one more to test out, the Accord. I still wanted to try out the V6, and about a week later, they had received a few in. I went back for a 2nd test drive, first with the 4 again, and then with the 6, and I will say, the V6 is a mover. When I finally made my decision to go with the Camry, I called Frank and made an appointment to come in. I will say that Frank is quite expeditious, and all during the process, he never pressured me for anything that I didn't need, he answered my questions, explained the features in the car, and was always patient and courteous during my 3 visits to the dealership. When it came time to pick up the car, he had all the necessary papers ready, and the car was prepped and ready to go. After driving the car for awhile now, I see why the car is so popular. I did go with the 4 cylinder, as it has all the pep that I need, and with a gallon of gas inching towards four dollars a gallon again, I feel I made the right decision.

I bought a certified 2011 RAV4 from Frank two weeks ago. Everything that this place has is very transparent on the website and nothing is hidden behind the screen. The price is quite reasonable.(Don't expect the price as a big deal because you are buying cars made by Toyota with very high quality!) Also Frank is a very friendly, patient and professional guy. He will tell you what you need to know about both the car and the service. He never forces you to buy things like insurance or warranty you don't need. I remembered once I was in Frank's office, he was helping a very old lady to deal with the insurance company and make an appointment. The old lady was Frank's former customer and he has sold 3 cars to her over 26 years!

Hatim has got to be the most patient salesperson I have ever met. My fiance had him bending over backwards and Hatim went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! If it weren't for Hatim, we probably wouldn't be in our 3rd lease with Colonial Toyota of Milford. He definitely is an asset to your company. I am in love with my 2014 Camry! I just purchased a 2012 civic. I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the sales manager I dealt with . In particular his lack of pushiness. The only complaint I have is that 2 days ago when I decided to buy the car I was told that it would take about an hour to process things. In fact it took2 hours .I don't have a problem waiting but this should have been explained to me up front, or at least an explanation as to why it was taking longer than expected.Aside from that I would definitely recommend Colonial Toyota to friends and family. Also you might want to make the online survey a bit easier to log onto. the web site doesn't send you directly to the survey. Keep up the good work ! Sincerely Howard.

I had a 2012 toyota yaris that I bought over the summer and it was great , the thing is I wanted something sportier and that when I came to colonial and seen the 2011 scion tc , the car was beautiful and I asked the greeter to get me a salesman and that when I first met Hatim, he was all smiles and went through the whole thing with me and showed me all of my options, Hatim was not a typical car slaesman he was very nice and you get a feel of honesty the minute you meet him, the dealership is super very relaxing atmosphere and every one is very nice. Hatim got me the car I want and most of all at the payment I can afford. If you are in the market for a car come and check out colonial toyota and ask for Hatim.

I never knew car-buying can be so easy until I met Hatim at Colonial Toyota in Milford. I was ready for a new car and my car was getting old and I was looking for a fresh new change, but was not sure where to go and what car to buy. Luckily I heard great things about Colonial Toyota so I had to check it out. First of all, the facility is clean and beautiful. Also, it is the most welcoming car dealership I have ever been to. It has TVs and a great lounge area. Near the lounge area is an open beverage bar where you can help yourself to cold and hot beverages. What really stuck out to me is the professionalism of the sales people. I met with Hatim Yousef who in my opinion, exemplifies what a salesman should be. He listens to what you need and caters the experience to that. He does not force any car on you, but in fact asks you what you are looking for and shows you specific cars that include YOUR criteria. I finally set my eyes on the RAV4 and i couldn't be any happier. Hatim made the car-buying process amazing and enjoyable, best of all I was driving in a brand new car the same day. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I recommend everyone go to Colonial Toyota and ask for Hatim, you will not be disappointing. Leave the old car-buying process behind and get into the Colonial Toyota experience!!

I am one of those people that has the worst luck with cars. In a span of 10 years I have had 5-6 different cars. My cars are either too small, too bulky, have problems, or are just not satisfying. Well, a few months ago I decided to make a permanent change and finally invest my money into a reliable, and satisfying car. I almost lost hope until I walked into Colonial Toyota one day and was greeted by a friendly salesman by the name of Hatim. I was very impressed with Hatim because at other dealerships the salesman immediately wants to take me to the showroom or the lot and show me the flashiest and most expensive cars and steer me in a direction that is most beneficial for him/her. Hatim was different, and this is also the moment I knew Colonial Toyota was different. The first thing Hatim did was make me feel comfortable, show me around the facility and show me where the coffee and other beverages are. Then we sat down and he showed me that he genuinely was interested in what my needs were when it came to my car purchase. Once he jotted down what I was looking for and he listened to my frustrations when it came to finding the perfect car he began showing me specific cars that match the criteria I gave him. Not one car that she showed me fell outside of what I described. I appreciate Hatim for helping me with the car-buying process because I would have been there all day. By him narrowing down my interests and needs, I was able to find the car of my dreams in less than 30 minuets of touring the lot. The 2014 Toyota Corolla has everything I want in a car. Furthermore, It is a standard, which was my biggest request. Hatim made my dreams come true with his excellent customer service, his feedback, and customer awareness. He catered the car-buying experience to my needs and not his, which I commend and appreciate. I now have a reliable and amazing car and it is all thanks to Hatim and the great people at Colonial Toyota. I completely recommend Colonial Toyota in Milford and when you step in ask for Hatim, you will be sure to leave that day driving in the car of your dreams and needs.

I am writing to give a rating on my visit to Colonial Toyota. My sales Person was Ryan Bray And I couldnt find his picture or name in your list of employees. I personally think this should be corrected immediately. I have never dealt with a better /Friendly/Nonpushy/ and just all around a great sales person. I came in just to look not to buy after about a half an hour of talking and looking I new Ryan had me. He has the personality that just makes you like and trust him. And on top of that he went to his manager and was able to get me a $500.00 credit for my old car which I was taking to the junk yard. I am and always have been very untrusting of car salesmen because they need to sell to make money so they usually will say anything to get a sale. Ryan Bray is the total opposite of everything I have always thought of car salesmen. I know I sent a message last night but I received a return that it did not go through so if you receive two messages I am sorry I just want Ryan to get recognition. This was a small sale to the company I am sure but at the time Ryan treated it as a million dollar contract. My wife has a 1997 Toyota Corolla and when it is time I will be in looking for Ryan. And I wanted a camry and he found a solara that was excellent and he worked with me and the managers to get me a great deal for both sides. We searched online for a used Highlander Hybrid and we went to Colonial Toyota to look at one that they had. Carlos took great care of us and even came in early to drive the vehicle a half-hour to our mechanic to get checked out! He was very friendly and made sure we got everything we needed by the time the deal was completed. The Wii room for kids was very helpful in keeping our kids patient through the whole transaction. We love our new car and would recommend Carlos to anyone who is looking. He is eager to make his customers happy and willing to go the extra mile for them.

Bad serviced from COLONIAL TOYOTA, MILFORD, CT. I went in for 5000 mile service and engine bay detail. After waited for 2 hours and I went up to the service man named ROGER MALMETH, he is on the cell phone talking about his hot water tank. I asked around to see anyone can help me but they told me to go back to Roger. Finally he has time to talk. I asked him why it take so long...he didn't say a word...I see on the paper my car done with service at 8:34am but no one contact me at the waiting room. I thought was the bad day but not. I went home open the car hood it wasn't clean at all, the engine so dirty...I had to take back next day to do it...it take another 1h30m. They told me the car brake was ok but need to replace soon...the estimated is 240$. Next day I took the car for a trip...guess what the rear brake lock...I open it out there were no brake pad left. Pretty bad service...if anyone want to use this service at the dealer...it better for you to do it yourself...or find a better place...

My daughter and I had an extraordinary experience at Colonial Toyota, specifically with one of your Sales Professionals, Frank Pratts.My daughter lives in Milford and had bought her Toyota Sienna about three years ago after she had her second child. Unfortunately, she went through some bad times this year and is now divorced. She lives on a very tight budget and wanted to see if "Toyota" could negotiate a better opportunity for her in a different card. On Saturday, December 7th, she decided to go to Colonial Toyota in the hopes of finding a less expense car that she could afford for her family. NOTE: she had gone to another Toyota dealership previously and the sales representative told her she could not get out of her lease at this time. Fortunately, she met Frank Pratts, who -- not only was able to take back the Sienna and put her into a beautiful Camry, he was so sensitive and empathetic to her personal situation. He put my daughter "first" and made her feel comfortable and confident -- he made sure she could afford the Camry and didn't make her feel like a lesser person because she couldn't afford the Sienna. She was so happy -- she called me from the dealership to let me know. I, also, had a Toyota Corolla, and was thinking of trading it in, so I told her to please tell Frank that I would be stopping buy -- which I did!HISTORY: I had purchased a Toyota Corolla in 2010 from another dealership in Fairfield County -- it was a dealer's car with close to 20K+ miles on it; not in good shape, but it was a good deal and it served a purpose. I had stopped by this "dealership" recently to see if I could return the Corolla and get another car. They told me I had to stay in the Corolla another two years. I was told the car was not worth anything [not very bright -- what incentive would I have to buy another Toyota? I was very turned off to the dealership AND the Toyota brand.However, everything changed after meeting Frank Pratts. He is the consummate professional -- he listened to what I had to say and made things happen for me. I told him my budget, what I could put down -- he gave me good, solid advice. We went outside to look at the inventory, and I noticed a Nissan Rogue that I really liked (I was looking for a certified pre-owned car). We heard that the SUV might had been "sold", and Frank went into ACTION! He was like a super hero running around the dealership to confirm whether it was available or not... and good news, it was "mine" (had not been sold). He made many calls on my behalf to get me the best bank/financing agreement; he made sure the car was in perfect condition -- and I went home with a beautiful new Nissan Rogue. We are loyal Toyota owners, but didn't have a connection to any specific dealer. Our first stop to shop for a new car was at Colonial Toyota where we were helped by Hatim Yousef. He took us on several test drives and answered all of our questions. He was very patient, knowledgeable and there was not one bit of pressure to make a decision on the spot. Frank really took the time to go over different pricing options with me (buying vs. leasing), and in the end I was very happy with the option we came up with. He and the rest of the Colonial staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole atmosphere at Colonial was very positive. The salesman told me when i bought my toyota colonial that i would receive lifetime oil changes so i signed the contract and purchased it but when i got home and looked at the contract it said only free oil changes for 2 years. I confronted the manager and salesman and they accused me of lying regardless of my two witnesses. I don't like this dealer because as the customer i cannot believe they would accuse me of lying. Colonial toyota is bad but all the others (wallingford , torrington) are good

Colonial Toyota provided superior service and took care of all my needs following the purchase. While the car had some scratches and external issues Colonial Toyota took care of all problems I found after the purchase and was extremely responsive to all my request. They also offered very favorable financing despite I had only very short credit history. I have been stuck in a old Toyota Camry for some time now that I got from a bad dealer. I was paying close to 500/month! I was saved when I came to Colonial Toyota and met Hatim Yousef. First, the facility was comforting and clean and that helped me become more comfortable with being there. Second, Hatim was very understanding, hospitable, and helpful; rare qualities when it comes to car dealers. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and Hatim helped me get out of my horrible car deal. Thanks to Hatim I now have a brand new Toyota corolla, paying a very low monthly payment. I am very grateful for coming to Colonial Toyota and meeting Hatim. I was able to return my other car with no issues to the buy here pay here dealer. I am very satisfied with the amount of help Hatim gave me in deciding on a new car. I have always had bad luck with buying cars and have always been tricked into bad deals. This time I am confident I made the right decision. My brother bought his wife a car from Hatim as well and is that was close to 5 months ago and he loves it! I needed to replace my car which was no longer working. I was assigned to Hatim a sales person at Colonial Toyota. I told Hatim my situation, what I was looking for, and the payment amount I was comfortable with and Hatim sat and listened to everything I had to say and put me in a new affordable car the very next day! I was shopping for a Tundra with selected options (not usually available). I have a friend at A1 toyota and at Stamford toyota but can't get the truck for me within the reasonable time. My search brought me to Colonial Toyota and I was given to Hatim. I told him my requirements for a Tundra and if he can get it for me within the time frame that the cash incentive will still be availble. He told me no problem. He gave a listing of the tundra with the options I wanted and the price. The price was reasonable since I have been looking and trying to price it out. I didn't say anything on the price since they said they only give one price. I told Hatim that I have a trade in, my 2000 Lexus. He look at it with another guy and came back with a price that was within the price I expected. I have to give him a refundable deposit so they can bring the truck to Colonial toyota. Next, was waiting time if he can get the truck. To my surprise, he got the truck in less than two weeks. He asked me to come to finalize the deal. I came and to my surprise, he forced me to take the truck home that night without giving them a penny and my trade in was still park in my driveway. No other salesman or dealer had offered this to me. Hatim is a very honest, trustworthy, and awesome salesman. I hope all dealership had a salesman like him. Car buying will be more easy. In return, I brought my son from New York who is interested in leasing a new highlander. We are finalizing the deal this coming weekend. Hurray for Hatim.

So this is my story I had original came into the Toyota Dealer to buy a 2006 Highlander that had 55,000 miles on it. Little did I know it wasn't worth getting due to the cost would have been close to a new car. The thing is i owed on my other vehicle which was a 2002 Camry XLE. Unfortunately as sad as I was and couldn't get the Highlander because of the price Hatim got me into a brand new Toyota Rav4. I was kind of afraid but I definitely gotten used to it now. Its such a smooth car for an SUV I feel 100% more secure in it than I did with my 2002 Toyota Camry XLE. Why you may ask as to why I wanted a safer reliable car so bad well lets just say I am expecting a little one on the way and my Camry took its last tole just recently. But thanks too Hatim for not trying to put me into just any vehicle on the lot he took his time to get me into something I can handle and more safer for my little one I appreciated his business and I would definitely recommend him to someone else in a heartbeat.

Frank Pratts is very outgoing, friendly, and upbeat when we met him. He was very helpful, he explained everything to us before we bought the car and gave us time to choose which was the right car for us. We didn't know which car we wanted or was best for us, and which car was in out budget range. Frank walked us through the whole sale, he was there for us the whole time we were there. We also got our car the same day, we weren't expecting to drive out in a new car the same day! He didn't make our visit to the dealer boring. We didn't expect to meet such a nice salesman, but we were lucky to find him! It was a great pleasure to have him as our salesman. Great service and even found an error on my credit report, ( Discover had me dead) which he helped me fix. Their error. In 2001 I made a Tacoma 4x4 Quad Cab new purchase from ANOTHER TOYOTA DEALER. The vehicle was in good condition and had 114,000mi on it when I found out it had severe frame rot. Toyota had a program that I was never made aware of that either purchased or repaired the vehicle. I was never contacted or made aware of the program so when I found the rot I brought it to the purchasing Dealer but was told the program expired and I had to go through Toyota directly. Toyota basically told me tough luck and would not fix or do anything. You can understand how this made me feel. I shopped around to other Toyota & non Toyota Dealerships and was told my vehicle was worth 1/10 of its value due to the rot. I need to explain that i am a 3 time Toyota truck owner and Toyota was out FOREVER as far as I was concerned so I was on my way in getting a Wrangler which always appealed to me. Just for the heck of it I went to Colonial to see the FJ Cruiser which is comparable to the Wrangler. I met Hatim Yousef(awesome salesman) explained my problem and the hatred for Toyota. Hatim said bring your truck in and let us look at it so I did and $10,000 for the trade later I was in my 2013 New Tacoma. All l along the consideration for the Wrangler was only because of the problem with my old truck. I have always been a Truck guy. I really dont care or trust Salesman or Dealerships but to me there was an honesty to Hatim that didnt seem bs so because of him I never would have gotten the $10,000 or anything even close. So, if you are in a similar situation or just going to make a purchase go see HATIM at Colonial.

I went to Colonial Toyota Milford, CT just to check on the cars, personally I preferred Hyundai sonata hybrid but my wife preferred Toyota. Anyway, we went for a visit just to convince my wife that I was right. The Toyota models, especially for Prius, was so versatile that I couldn't even know what is the difference between them. Then we went inside to ask for a professional agent and we met Frank Pratts. At first, he asked us some questions about our dream cars. Also, he explained to me with annual reports why we should pick up Toyota. He took us in an amazing tour and explained about every single details on how to use Prius and he showed us every model. The most amazing thing about him that he knew what I want even before I, myself, know about it. He is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable in his field. He gave me free advices on why should I pick any model of Toyota and explained thoroughly any ambiguous points that I wasn't aware of.That's not all, after my wife and me picked up Prius Tow model, he helped us with all the papers and he explained to me about the extended warranty and I paid gladly for 8 years or 125k miles for my new car. He even helped me with my insurance company in just a blink of an eye.All in all, thanks to Frank Pratts he made me believe in Colonial Toyota Milford that they have a wonderful agents. If I have to give Frank a rating, I would give him 5 starts for every help, advice and expertise he submitted to us.The worst part in that wonderful day is that my wife was right about Toyota and I was wrong and by the end of the day, she won and I raised the white flag. I got in early on Friday, before the dealership opened, already knowing the car I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, it had been sold the night before, but Frank Pratts helped me find a similar Prius III. He let me take it out on a road with a lot of twists, as well as on the highway, so I could get a good idea of how it handled. We got the paperwork underway immediately upon return from the drive, and he walked me through every step of it, even giving me a much better value for my trade-in than I was expecting. I let him know what I had to put down, the term I wanted, and the payment I could afford, and he made it all happen for me. It did take hours, even going in fully prepared, but the dealership is very nice and we were able to pass the time in total comfort.Frank Pratts sold me my last car, and I will go back to him, though hopefully it will be about ten more years.

It has been 10 years since I bought my 2003 Toyota Highlander. I have serviced this vehicle at Colonial Toyota since. I scheduled an oil change on 6/22/13. I have been toying with the idea of a new vehicle, but I was not sure what to buy. That day I saw a 2013 Toyota Prius V. On 6/23/13 my husband and I went back to test drive it and we met Frank Pratts. Yesterday (6/29/13) I brought that Prius V home with me. I was given a good trade-in for my Highlander. Frank was knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to talk with. Would I recommend Frank Pratts and Colonial Toyota? Yes, I will! I hope to be servicing my Prius V there for the next 10 years too! My brother and I stopped in after visiting a Mazda dealership, checking out SUVs. It didn't take long after we met Frank Pratts at Colonial Toyota to decide that the Toyota Rav4 he showed us was the perfect vehicle we were looking for. We needed one which my 85 year old mother could get in and out of with relative ease. I was impressed immediately with how roomy it was compared to the Mazda equivalent. Overall it was just much more impressive in every way. My brother seached through comparative online sites so we were already sold on the safety and performance reviews of the Rav4. The quality of the Rav4 made it an easy choice and the attentiveness of Frank Pratts made shopping for a new vehicle such a pleasant experience. Within approx 90 minutes, I was driving off the lot in a snazzy new Barcelona Red Rav4...with my mother tucked in comfortably in the passenger seat. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this vehicle to my friends. And most of all, I would tell them to ask for Frank. He really does make you feel like you are dealing with a friend and not a salesman.

We had returned to Colonial Toyota to pick up our car from being serviced, which was done to exceptional perfection by ROGER MALMETH and as usual we received a follow up call the next day from ROBIN HANSON to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We took our daughter along with us to look around for a vehicle and we found our favorite guy DAVE FOWLIN. We just gave him a general idea of what we were looking for in a few words. He walked us over to a Toyota Matrix S and that was it!!! This man definitely has a sixth sense. He knew exactly what we wanted and we didn't have to look any further. Needless to say we were amazed that DAVE FOWLIN could get her into a vehicle that was exactly perfect for her. DAVE FOWLIN saw to it that everything got handled efficiently and while DAVE was doing paper work we had a nice visit with GLORIA POWERS. We also showed our daughter around the dealership and she was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire place, including the immaculate bathroom. Our daughter drove away in her new car that same day. We are still all amazed at DAVE FOWLIN'S uncanny ability to get someone into a vehicle and drive away that same day happy as a clam. We did have to return a few days later to complete our transaction and our daughter brought her friend with her. My wife and I had been looking for a new Toyota Sienna. We used to drive a 2006 Toyota Sienna Limited and looking to trade it in. The new 2013 Toyota Sienna was on the top of the list, but slightly out of our budget at this time. With confidence, he took his time to enumerate the features, safety and standards of the car. Then, we wanted to know the most important fact: the NUMBERS. I was very pleasantly pleased with the whole experience I had at Colonial Toyota. The initial greeting was very friendly. I then met John Harris, my sales person. He had a very pleasing way about him., wanted to know my needs and brought a 2013 Camry for me to test drive. Before I drove, he explained and demonstrated the car's features.. He also encouraged me to ask any questions which he gladly answered. After the test drive, I asked him if I could not afford a 2013, did he have any newer used cars. He showed me several 2012 Camrys , explaining the differences between the different versions. I test drove the most interesting one and purchased it on the following business day. I was shocked that I could actually purchase and drive it home that day.The process was painless and John was wonderful He did everything He could to satisfy including scheduling my first servicing and showing me the impressive service area. I have never received better treatment at a new car dealership in all my 64 years. GREAT JOB!

March 2013 After losing the engine on my prior car one weekend, I needed to walk out of a car dealership with a new one. Along came John Harris. He greeted us not only in a calm and patient manner, but he exudes an open and honest presence rare in the world of car salesmen. To make a long story short, my wife and I have always been Subaru folks, so it was going to take some convincing to get us to switch. We were curious about the Toyota, but in the end when we compared the Subaru and the Toyota, the results were similar enough, that if not for John Harris, we may very well be driving another Subaru (we'd been confirmed and consistent Subaru owners for 25 years). April 2013 - I just bought a wonderful Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Toyota Tacoma! John Harris was awesome - he took us for a test drive and addressed all our concerns about the truck. He worked with us to fix a minor cosmetic issue with the gear shift knob and had us out in no-time. All of the staff have been wonderful through the purchasing process. No games with figures for certified pre-owned Toyota Yaris, no hidden fees or charges and very good price going below kbb suggested dealer price. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed, they do take care of the kids while you are discussing your options (movies and cartoons inside the car you can climb, video games, juice and soda). Todd Jones and Frank Pratis made an impression of very honest and straightforward people with whom it's a pleasure to talk business and not waste time over pricing issue. Only positive emotions with this dealership (at least with these two employees).

We have bought 2 cars from Colonial Toyota - a New 2007 Toyota Sequoia (purchased in 2007) and a 2008 used Rav4 (purchased in 2009) Both were reasonably priced. Both cars have had all of their service done at Colonial Toyota. The service is outstanding Lenny Pue is great! Although our sales experience was not exceptional since sales people are paid on commission and they all push hard, the service is what keeps us coming back for more. We will be buying another Toyota next year when our daughter starts to drive!

I purchased a Nissian Versa Sedan '07 and its great except it had a CD stuck in the radio & a bad tire! I was upset that Hyginus (the salesman gave this car to me w/ these problems then had somewhat of an attitude w/ my sister when we had to go down there for the 3rd time!) I went in to ask about a college discount that Toyota is currently offering for college graduates who earned an Associate/Bachelor's Degree during the last 2 years or that will graduate within 6 months. Well, somehow the salesman tells the manager of my inquiry and the manager manages to print a fixed paper saying that I must have graduated from a 4-yr school (currently have a bachelor's degree) during the last six months. Unfortunately, I did not have the papers from the Toyota website handy. I knew I was right because I had done my research days before walking into dealerships. On top of that, I walked to the lot to test drive the vehicle before all this mess and inform the salesman that I was interested in the black color noticing 2 models in stock. He replies that he does not have black in stock, rather he suggests to get the "equipped model" which was around 3-4K more in order to get the black color choice. He then takes me to a test drive while pushing me into buying the car in a color I don't want. In summary, I was treated like a liar, felt disrespected as a human being. Those salesmen are not friendly. They fake it and greet only those customers with "big cash". Greeters bat the front treated me better than those called "managers". For better or worst, I went to another Toyota dealership ready to fight this time and brought the papers from Toyota . There was no need to fight. They did not find a single reason why I would not qualify to get the college rebate ($1000), therefore offering me the discount + better price + free-extended warranty + free oil-changes, etc. and it goes on. Would not recommend Colonial to any one I currently know or happen to meet.

I went to Colonial Toyota to look at new cars, I was just looking at the cars on the lot and i was interested in the Camry. A very nice woman came out and asked if i needed help and got me a sales person right away. I test drove 2 cars and then went inside and talked about pricing. They had good prices and their service was excellent. I took a card from the sales person and thanked him for his time. The next day, I came back and bought the car. They treated me very well and was helpful in answering my questions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought my Solara in 2007 from Mr. Harris who sugested the Toyota extended warranty which I did not want but he said I would thank him for it someday. Well that day came when the window motor broke with my driver side window stuck down. The service departmant was great. They got my car in quickly, and to my suprise this repair was over $800 which I then found out was covered in full by the warranty. Thank you to Mr. John Harris and also the service department. I bought a Solara and my wife bought a Scion, both from Colonial Toyota and could not be happier with this dealership.

I had a superior experience at Colonial toyota recently, I purchased a used 2010 camry. My credit is a little shaky but Colonial was able to work everything out. The finance manager helped me get my payments setup and explained everything and did really well. There was a minor problem with the interior lights. I sent my car to the service center and Greg hooked it up. This is my second vehicle from Colonial Toyota!

Its a nice store that has good selection, I bought my last two cars from here an never had a problem. The people are professional, with the occasional Saturday noise, but most importantly they also had a like-new Prius for an unbelievable price, but I thought I should live within my means and am happy with my brand new Yaris.

I brought a new car from this dealer and the price which thy promised me never reflected on my aggrement and when signing the paper they are pushing me too much and I trusted them and signed the paper. But when I returned home then I saw the paper saying more when I returned to the dealership they said once the deal is done its final they can not change it. I also deposited $2000 as down payment and when I asked for refund they promised me to refund, but has not refunded it. I put a mail to toyota customer care when they contacted the local dealer thye refused to pay my refund back. What should I do now??.

I went to this dealership to check out the Camry Hybrid and the Avalon. Dealership had a lot of seats, and a lot of salesmen. Cole approached me and accompanied me on test-drives for both the vehicles. He explained the cars in great detail, including why those particular models faced recalls. This gave me the impression they were very transparent about things. He didn't have all the necessary brochures, as they ran out - for that reason, he mailed me one, and called me just to make sure I received it. Overall, I had a great experience at this dealership.

There is a dealership closer to my home, but I like Colonial Toyota. I may go the extra miles anyway. On the whole, I felt like a received a fair price and one where we did not have to haggle. I appreciated that a lot. I knew my "stuff" and they knew theirs. My only disappointment was that Toyota did not provide me with a fair offer on my trade-in. Part of buying a car is often being able to trade in your old one. Toyota's offer to me was below blue book, after some research on how much it would cost to fix my car up - I reluctantly agreed and am now a proud owner of the 2010 Camry, overall was an excellent experience.

I had been looking for a Prius that fit my needs, and I had gone to this dealership as well as a few others also very friendly, but I felt as if they were being nice and saying what I wanted to hear as opposed to the truth. Chris was very honest and upfront about everything. He did not try to sell me additional features, or try and get me to spend money on things I did not need because he knew I was clear about what I wanted and did not want. There was no bargaining involved since I got my Prius as a "manager's special," so I did not feel as if I was being hassled. Even after my car was purchased, Chris helped me understand some features that I was not clear on. Overall experience was good and quick.

During the repair process on my air conditioning for my Rav4, Sam performed above and beyond what I expected from a service department. Since there was an unusually long wait in getting replacement parts, they kept me informed of each step so I would have a reasonable expectation of what, when and how the situation was being handled. They also made sure that I was with a rental car so i could get to and from work and that really took a big stress factor off of my mind. Now here's the thing, I've been in customer service on the front line with AT&T for 27 years and I know exemplary service when I see it. I bought my truck here many years ago, and will I will return when it is time for a new car and hope to experience the same.

Overall Experience: Extremely PoorI was shopping for a 2006 4x4 Highlander (A5) and did extensive online and offline research. I had the "Toyota National" printouts for similar vehicles which offered dealer line-by-line items and charges (both invoice, MSRP, including holdbacks, etc...).After selecting, test driving, negotiating, mutually agreeing to a and initialing a selling price of $28K at Colonial Toyota of Milford, the sales team proceeded to do the "dealer" shuffle routine where the salesman went back and forth to his manager afterwards about the price. After wasting about an hour of watching the salesman go back and forth, I asked to speak with someone who had authority to make decisions. The manager proceeded to tell me that the selling price was $29500 even though we had agreed upon $28000. He then said that was the after rebate price where I would have to sign over $1500 to them in addition to $28K. At that point I was pretty much disgusted.I showed the manager an Edmonds, CarsDirect, and their own Toyota National printouts for the trim with the exact same options. Seeing that, he and the salesman tried to back-peddle and went down a path of redfining the terms of the manufacturers rebate and special financing offer for 2006 closeouts.At that point I walked out.
