I was looking to purchase a used Ford Fusion with low mileage and the Cargurus site identified Conicelli as having a great deal.. Well, they did and there were no surprises when I went to finalize the deal. The salesman was extremely friendly and responsive to all of my questions!!! He was open and honest about everything. Also, every person I dealt with in the process was nice and reasonable from Courtney Appleton very helpfully responding to my initial internet inquiry to the front desk giving me delicious donuts to Ben Whitlow (salesman) being very helpful to Tom West in finance giving me clear explanations. I can't believe I am saying this about buying a car but it was a wonderful and painless experience.

Had a pretty good experience buying my car here about a year ago. Salesperson Eddie was great! Person handling the financing screwed up with the way he reported my husband's job, which has caused us a few problems, a pain in the neck but not disastrous. However....Our recent experience with the service department has been a disaster. Left the car off Friday evening to have state inspection and emissions recall done. (Note, I had tried to have this done about a month ago when I came in for an oil change and after being told the recall would also be done, discovered it was not done because "computers were down.") Car is done Saturday morning. I call to ask if I can pay over the phone and if they will lock the keys in the car if I am not able to get there to pick it up before closing. Young woman who answered the phone assures me they will do so (leave key along with paperwork) but also tells me "someone will be up front until 9 pm and they will have your key." Clearly she has no idea what she is talking about, as we arrive at 7:30 and the place is locked up tight and closed. Fortunately I have my second key or I'd have been really irate at having driven 30 minutes for nothing. No key in the car, no paperwork. Strike one! I also think my fuel is quite a bit lower than I think it was when I dropped the car off, but guess I could be mistaken or that perhaps it had something to do with whatever work they did so dismiss it. I call first thing Monday morning and no one answers the phone in service so I leave a message and ask them to mail me my key. They do return my call and the message says "oh, I found your key in my folder," - as if that were some big surprise! I They promise mail me the key. No apologies for the screw up, misinformation or inconvenience. We'll see if I ever get the key...I don't drive the car again until Monday when I notice a message flashing on the dashboard display "fuel cap is loose." I open and close the fuel tank several times over the course of the day but the message does not go away. I call Conicelli at around 9 am on Tuesday morning. The young woman who answers (I think it is the same one who told me the incorrect business hours) puts me through to service. It rings and rings and no one answers so eventually I leave a voicemail (don't recall name -Edward perhaps) explaining the issue and request a call back. By 1 or 2 pm I've heard from no one and have to go into a meeting so I call back. Same deal, no one answers in service so I leave another message - someone else's voicemail box (Marty this time). Day is over, no return call. And another full day, no return call. Just floored at the poor customer service and wondering what kind of problem the service department has caused with my car, as there was absolutely nothing wrong with it when I brought it in!

I had such a wonderful experience at Conicelli Nissan. I was helped by John Scola who was so friendly and made my mom and I both feel extremely comfortable. I could tell that he was really trying hard to help us with our car situation and get us an excellent deal. He was also very patient and took his time to explain things to both me and my mom. I highly recommend John to anyone, especially if you are new to leasing or purchasing a car.

Never again!!! Purchased a vehicle beginning of August at 45k miles on it. Went for an oil change and was told NO maintenance was done on the vehicle and needed over $300 worth of service including cabin and air filters. This is only 1 month after purchase! This is a CERTIFIED vehicle! This comes after bringing the vehicle in 2 weeks after purchase because the rotors needed to be replaced. So much for being certified when the brakes were bad! Made an appointment and went in and was told that no we don't do the recommended service on any vehicles before we sell them. Umm what??? So after paying a crazy amount of money for a Certified vehicle I now 1 month later have to pay over $300 to get the maintenance done that should have been done while it was on your lot sitting there to be sold?? Wow!! Worst dealership I have ever worked with!!! Called managers like they toldMe to on Friday morning and left messages and still haven't gotten a call back and it's Monday! Worst customer service and experience ever!

I was at the end of my lease with another company & I felt like the company was taking advantage of my situation. I walked in to Conicelli & instantly felt a little relief. John Scola was amazing. I explained my situation & even though we both knew I was in a bad situation he still found a way to make me feel at ease. He worked very hard to get the best deal to fit my needs. He did a tremendous job. I was so grateful I was in tears.

Tugkan is the best! Nice guy, no shady attitude where you feel like every line is a sales tactic. He's straight forward and gave me a great deal - twice. I leased a car from him, it ran out and I went right back. I had some issues with returning the car (dents) and he helped me through it with no hassle. I highly recommend Tugkan.

I just bought a 2015 Nissan Altima, after careful consideration. My sales person Kevin Bonney was very patient and kind. He walked me through the entire process like I was a family member. I felt he was sincere in what he told and explained to me. And the process didn't take as long as I thought it would. I went to go test drive one car which I didn't like and fell in love with the Altima. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Took my 2015 in for a warranty repair. After horrible customer service, they told me they had to order a part and they'd call me when out came in. I drove off of the lot and about a mile down the road, my hood flew open. Almost got in an accident and ended up driving up a curb to avoid hitting another car. Called the service manager multiple times and never got through to him. Took it to another dealership and had the part I needed in a day. Worst service experience ever. Buyer beware.

From the initial contact on the phone to pulling off the lot with my new car (which by the way only took about 2 hours tops), I have never had a more pleasant experience. There was absolutely no nonsense. We came to an amazing price, and there was absolutely no pressure from anyone. Erik (our sales associate) was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional and knowledgable. Everything you want in a salesperson and more importantly to some people nothing you don't want. Casey (our sales manager) couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Erik and Casey make a tremendous team and I would suggest you ask for them when you go in. Tom (our finance guy) was excellent. He was quick, efficient and zero pressure in the finance office which is normally where they really start pushing for add ons. He simply presented them as you have to expect they'd do and let you consider it. If you said you weren't interested, he simply said ok and moved on but if you had questions he took the time to fully explain everything. I would 100% percent recommend Conicelli and will absolutely be back again.

I bought an Altima a few days ago, and I have to say that the buying process at Conicelli Nissan couldn't have been better. Buying a car is a big step, but my sales rep, Scott Barmat, made the process practically stress free. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the aspects of the Altima, and made the negotiating step as smooth as possible. He made sure I was comfortable, and answered all the questions I had. This is my second time dealing with Conicelli (I had some maintenance done on my old car at Conicelli Honda) and I have to say that the level of customer service is second to none. I will recommend Conicelli Nissan to all my friends and family and tell them to ask for Scott. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Conicelli Nissan for the first time while my son was inquiring about getting a new vehicle there. I was astonished when I observed how excellent their customer service was and how they treated people as valued customers. I was really taken by Scott Barmat who was the best Sales Consultant I had ever witnessed. Scott was extremely caring to please my son in his choice of car and also the finance needs. I was very impressed and pleased at the treatment that was given. Also, I was impressed when Casey Cooney, Sales Manager took the time to speak with us to ensure my son was satisfied with the entire transaction, including Scott Barmat.The entire experience could not have been better. I had the CVT transmission failure so common to Nissans, I asked the salesman if it was fixed before I bought my 2012 versa. They lied, it was not fixed, and Nissan doesn't let the transmission get fixed in the US, you have to get a 3k transmission fix with a re manufactured by Nissan stamp. Similar transmission in other manufacturers, from the same Transmission company can be fixed locally. I hate being a BETA tester for Nissan and paying 3k to fix a two year old 14k car. Thanks for Lying ConicelliI have spoke to conicelli and they did nothing due to NIssan directive

WARNING! This is an unscrupulous dealership that uses the BAIT & SWITCH scam! At 4pm today, I responded to an internet advertisement for a low miles, low price Rav4 listed at the Conicelli Nissan dealership. They immediately responded and confirmed that the car was available and offered to make an appointment to see it, which I scheduled for 7pm. Conicelli confirmed my appointment at 6pm; however when I arrived I was told the car was sold that morning...well before 4pm when they confirmed it was available...if it was ever a real car to begin with! There were no real photos on the listing, just a stock photo, so I doubt it ever existed. They just used it to get me in there and then wanted to sell me another, more expensive car. Beware! If they do this, they will lie, cheat, and steal any other chance they get!

My husbands car broke down on a Tuesday night, so we needed to get into a new car quickly. I put on Facebook a request for any reputable and honest people known in the car industry. 15 + people put Casey Cooney of Conicelli Nissan. Casey was helpful, honest and refreshing. His sales rep Chris Stringer was great too. I would highly recommend using Conicelli Nissan and asking for both Chris and Casey. I went without my husband and they both treated me with respect and answered all of my questions. I greatly appreciate they NEVER rolled their eyes at anything I asked or made me feel dumb about buying a car. Tom in finance was great too, I was pressed for time with my kids at a sitter and they were precise and swift.

This is our fourth car purchase from Conicelli Autoplex. We had great customer service from Warren Lewis (General Sales Manager) and Andrew Diem (Sales). First arriving we were greeted courteously by all the staff. Warren came out and greeted us and asked Andrew to assist us in looking at the 2015 Rogue. Andrew found stock numbers for what we were looking at and then it was off for a test drive. He wanted to make sure I had adequate driving time and was comfortable with the feel of the car to make a good decision. Took the time to make sure he went over everything in the car and was very thorough. We LOVED the Rogue and then it came for money talk. Andrew and Warren worked with us to get us the best deal they could. They were very accommodating in taking time with us and answering and explaining everything to us. This was our first time taking a lease and there were alot of questions but we felt leasing was the best option for us with their help. At the end we walked out with our new Rogue, a great deal, and satisfaction that once again Conicelli came thru as the best dealership for us. I have to say that everyone we encountered at the Nissan Dealership was great from the greeter to the end of the sale with the finance person. At no time at all did Andrew pressure us into buying. He was great!

hi, i wrote last month about my fantastic experience with jim cazier and conicelli nissan, i still feel the same way, with the exception of the veteran's discount. this discount has nothing to do with getting a great deal or anything else. it is a discount for being a veteran. this program comes out of the office of nancy j. becker the recorder of deeds for montco. when i purchased my new altima i was told by chuck ( sales manager) that since i was a veteran i get an extra 100.00 off the car. i just found out that i was supposed to get 250..00 off. when i called nissan's customer relations dept they were very nice but unable to get me my 150..00 back. i then called warren lewis and left a detailed message, it has been 3 days and he never responded, hence the added review. overall i am still thrilled and i still plan on buying my wife a new murano from jim cazier and conicelli nissan. i hope someone in admin sees this and will correct what has otherwise been a super car buying experience. thanks jim finucane

All the employees I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. If I had a question they didn't know the answer to, they went and found out the answer- no BS here. They clearly explained the pros and cons of different features and options, and offered competitive prices and incentives. Everything went quickly and smoothly without drama. This is my second car purchase from Conicelli Nissan. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable about the products. I would recommend that if you are car shopping stop by Conicelli Nissan and ask for Nate Simon and feel the experience that got me into that 2015 Nissan Altima. For over a year I looked for a Nissian Frontier and saw one advertised on line at Conicelli Nissian. Living iin Baltimore, MD, even thought it was a few hours drive, something made me think this could be the vehicle I was looking for, and made an appointment to look at the vehicle. I met Andrew Diem, who was extremely friendly and professional, and most importantly, trustworthy. After talking with Andrew and looking at the vehicle, there were a few minor things that needed fixing; which Andrew took care of. Also, the vehicle was very reasonably priced, and no hidden charges or pressure to purshase other options with the vehicle. I've worked for the Army for 30 years and boughts several vehicles and Conicelli Nission, with the help of Andrew, made it one of the best vehicle buying experiences in my life.

It was a pleasure dealing with the Nissan team at Conicelli. From the first time I walked into the showroom, I was treated like an old old lost friend. very Cheerful receptionist. My sales consultant, Tom Jester met us and let us feel we were not going to be fast talked into just buying a car. We did have a specific model in mind(Sentra). Tom sat down with us and showed us all the functions and options we could get in the Sentra. When we finally told him what we wanted in the Sentra, he said he had a car on the lot with all these options. It was perfect for us. Warren introduced himself and went over the questions we might have about financing. He let us know various financing options and it made it easy to select the one for us. Tom went through the entire car with us "hands on" during the test drive and as a final review. before we left with our new car, Chuck came out to greet us and give his 'thank you' s to us and made sure there was no questions we might have. Tom had to be call on his day off for some additional questions. And to top it off, Tom called us at home the next day to see how we were enjoying the new car.Five * for this team!!!!

Walked into Conicelli and worked with Ben, he was very friendly and did not pressure me. Overall this was the best car buying experience. We leased a 2014 pathfinder. If your looking for a new Nissan, go down to conicelli and ask for Ben. Some dealerships tell you a price and then when you come back to make the deal, every number is different.. Not here.. I give Ben 10 out of 10. Great experience. Five stars

I was looking to trade in my old vehicle for newer pre-owned model. I was really not looking forward to the visit, because the night before I had gone to another a dealership and had a very bad experience. It's known to be "on the boulevard" known for their radio adds. But I'm so very glad that I went to Conicelli Nissan instead. I informed Nate of my credit situation and he was patient and made sure that I was pre-qualified and showed me vehicles within my range and some that I thought I would like. He took his time and at no point did I feel pressured into a vehicle. The entire experience did not leave a sour taste in my mouth. It's been a couple of months now and I'm still very satisfied with my car and the experience.

Nate Simon got me my first used car, at 2010 Hyundai. I LOVED THIS CAR! It had all the bells and whistles and I could not believe I was driving out of the Conicelli with my "iffy" credit. Unfortunately, during the first snow storm my brakes locked up on me and I totalled the car. I was so heartbroken. Nate comes to my rescue and puts me in a newer model, lower mileage Nissan Versa with the same payments and deals. I am sohappy. He took very good care of me and I drove out of the Dealership again! I will recommend him to all of my friends and relatives and anyone else who needs a quality used car. Fantastic experience!

I would recommend this service center, Brain Deese have safety concerns when it comes to his clients. If there is a problem with my vehicle that will cause for unsafe traveling conditions he will be sure to get my vehicle in the same day or as soon as possible depending on mechanical problems my vehicle is having. When warranty issues arise and assistance is needed from Jack Depre he is always there to assist to resolve the problems. Jack has also assisted me in many area's since I have been getting my vehicle service at this Nisan location. I have been a client of theirs since 2005. I like taking my vehicle there because you have your own service manager, everyone is on a first name basis, and the staff is friendly. The one on one relationship affords the opportunity for the service managers, technician's to become familiar with my vehicle and know their client's. I have know Jack since I have been getting my vehicle service at Conicelli as well, he don't treat his client's as if they are just pocket books. He treat person's with respect when he communicates with them. I have seen a lot since I have been with Conicelli sitting in the waiting rooms watching how some unhappy client's has bashed the service managers using vulgar language. I have never seen any of Conicelli staff every speak harshly to any disrespectful client's they hold their compulsur and treat the client with respect. That is outstanding client/customer service that I have ever seen. I felt bad for Steve Mitchell when that client abashed him and the service center. I wanted them to feel better, so I ran out and got some coffee and donuts for the service center and told them all that they are greatly appreciated for all their hard work. I miss Steve he was great, and I am happy you have replaced him with someone who is just a kind and understanding as Steve was. There is no place like home with Conicelli, they do have a caring service center where you are not just a customer but your are a client.

At 68 years old I have purchased many cars and in my opinion I have had only 3 great experiences purchasing a new car......and this was 1 of them. My sales consultant, EJ Dorvilier, was the reason this was a great experience. He listened, he did not try to push me into something I didn't want, he was simply a kind, gentle person helping me choose the car I would be happy owning. When it's time for another car I will find EJ Dorvilier and he will be my sales consultant.

I have taken my vehicle here since I purchased in 2009, and have never experienced bad or just ok service. The service is ALWAYS Remarkable. On my recent visit which I did not have a scheduled appointment. I felt bad about not scheduling in advance and when I asked Brian if my car can get the service and without hesitation said, "we can help you." After the regular service, he told me that I needed brakes. I did not think that they would have time do them since i did not make an appointment but he said they could do the brakes if I did not mind waiting or he could offer me a ride home until my car was completed. He was remarkable! Thanks again to the employees at Conicelli Nissan for such warm and remarkable service!

I found Conicelli Nissan during my car search on auto trader. I worked with Dan Gavin. Dan was very accommodating and spent several hours trying to find the perfect vehicle for me. Unfortunately, I was looking for a very specific vehicle in a short time frame so I was not able to purchase a vehicle here. In spite of that, and going to many dealerships there were a handful of Sales Representatives that truly left a positive impression on me. Without a doubt Dan is one of those select few. He made many phone calls to other dealerships, showed me multiple cars and did everything he could to try and make something work for me. He remained positive and patient the entire time. I live in Maryland, 2 hours away from Conicelli Nissan. I found the Juke online. I scheduled an appointment a week away from the day I saw it online. Zach was extremely helpful and patient at answering several emails I sent asking question about the car. He even texted me on his day off to let me know he would get an answer to me the next day. It made me feel like I wasn't being ignored and taken care of. Also, he offered to use his own car seat and stroller from his car so I could test them in the Juke, which I thought was super nice! It definitely exceeded my expectations and showed me that he was willing to help me determine if the Juke was the right car for me. During the buying process, I also worked with Brandon, John, and Dave. They were all very friendly! All 4 of these guys worked well together to provide me excellent costumer service and a deal I would be happy with. It was worth driving 2 hours to purchase my Juke from Zach, Brandon, John, and Dave at Conicelli Nissan!!

I went to Conicelli Nissan expecting to just look around at some cars, get some prices and see what was out there. I was interested in checking out a minivan or suv for my growing family. I had gone to the dealership that was closest to my home first and i was feeling totally pressured into buying a car then and there. My husband was working and I do not like to make these decisions without him, as I do not know a lot about cars and financing and all that stuff. I left that dealership and was going to head home because i was so aggravated with the situation, instead I headed over to Conicelli Nissan. I was met by a salesman named Bill who was very nice and helpful. He answered my many questions and was very honest. He helped me get into the vehicle I wanted at a payment that I was comfortable with. The process was also not as long as I thought that it would be. When everything was said and done and van was mine Bill made sure I knew how to use everything in the car including helping me set up the bluetooth to my phone, which came in handy because I was so excited driving home that I had to call my husband and everyone else I knew to tell them about my awesome new mom-mobile. By the way my husband was extremely proud of the job I did. He was so happy with deal I got and the fact that I was home with the van before he was home from work! If you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle i recommend calling Bill at Conicelli Nissan.

I came into check out the used cars. I did not realise how hot the used car market is now. Bill showed me on the computer the other cars in the area. He actually showed me the competition. Conicelli was the least expensive. At this point I had asked him to show me a new Rogue. With the Conicelli dicount and factory incentives I was extremely happy. The finance and service personnel that I met were also extremely nice. I was treated like a Queen th whole time I was there. I had brought a coworker with me, being a single woman and within five minutes of meeting Bill, he said that I was in good hands. The last time I bought a car, he had stayed 6 hours. This was fast, friendly, and extremely easy.

When we entered the dealership, we were warmly greeted. After some questions, Brandon brought a Rouge for me to test drive. During and after the test drive, all of my questions were answered. Chuck Butler was friendly and engaging as he turned my night of just looking into a reality. I have long been a service customer at Conicelli Nissan after having a bad experience at the service department of another dealership I originally bought my first Nissan Sentra from. I knew when I was looking for a new car, Conicelli would be my first and probably only. I was greeted immediately and I test drove two models. Although I thought going in I was going to go for a Rogue, I drove the Sentra and knew I was more comfortable with it. Steve, my salesman, knew too! Steve was great to work with and helped me get a great deal! Definitely will be back again when we need a new car and will recommend to friends.

Last week my wife and I decided to begin car shopping. She test drove a Tucson, Sante Fe, Rav 4, Rogue and Murano. I reseached pricing on line and sent out three requests for best quote offers. Stephanie Fennell responded first with a price that was almost exactly what I had budgeted to pay. There were a couple of phone calls and emails which yielded immediate responses. This positive start motivated Cath and I to come right to the showroom. There we me Julie Thompson. She was kind, considerate, well informed, quickly arranged for another test drive and confirmed that the price quote I received was accurate. Warren Lewis stopped in to clear up some questions that I had.As the color choice my wife wanted was not available, Julie and Warren conferred and assured us that they could quickly find exactly what we wanted. By Monday morning they had done so. I was impressed that someone took the time not only to find the car, but to travel a significant distance to arrange pick up. Julie kept in touch by phone to let me know of the progress being made and coordinated paperwork with my insurance agent in the meantime.When we arrived Monday night, the car was ready as promised. Paperwork went smoothly and quickly. We also then met Shannon Smith (who had served as part of the phone contact team that was giving me progress reports). She and Julie went over the car with us, reviewed some features, helped pair our phones and provided a sense of enthusiasm that they were as pleased as we were about our getting this car. Warren again came out and confirmed that all was OK. Julie explained a minor problem with a license plate hole and noted that we could arrange for repairs at the time of our first service visit or sooner if we deemed it necessary.Somewhere in this process, we were introduced to Tom West. He, too, quickly and competently guided us through the paperwork and explained warranty and coverage options. He also took the time to help me understand some other finance issues about which I had questions.Bottom line is that the efficiency and personal kindness of all involved motivated Cath and I to purchase this car immediately. We had thought that we would make a purchase within a month or so, but didn't feel pressured to do so. We bought the car because we wanted it, but also didn't feel pressure to get it. Staff won us over by competence and kindness.Our thanks to all involved for transforming what has traditionally been a painful experience to a most pleasant one.

Did my research on Edmunds for TMV price with the options wanted on a new Altima before coming in to test drive. Brandon was thorough explaining about the car and its features. Agreement was reached within reasonable time and got decent offer for my trade-in. Warren (the sale manager) was extremely pleasant, friendly yet professional at the delivery time and quickly resolved a couple minor issues. Ultimately I walked out with what I wanted and my terms was met. The delivery was smooth, Brandon took time to go through all details and my questions about the new car. The financing was also well done thoroughly by Tim West. Just a totally awesome experiment likes the last Toyota RAV4 purchase here at the same dealership. Strongly recommended for your new car purchase here. I know where I will purchase my next car.

I brought home my used Nissan Murano today! I would highly recommend Conicelli NIssan. I went to another area dealership and dealt with a very aggressive sales staff and I was freaked. I contacted Conicelli because I found a car I was interested in online. I was greeted by friendly personnel at the front desk and introduced to Julie Thompson. Julie was very helpful and asked what I wanted to see and was respectful of my budget. I saw a Nissan at her place. She took me to another lot in the Conicelli Autoplex to see another car I had seen online. I took two test drives that night.I explained to Julie that I wanted to research both cars and get more information before I proceeded. She contacted me by email to thank me for coming in and said she would wait to hear from me. And I got no pressure at all there! Hard to believe but true! I checked on the dealership on this site (and Julie too!) just to be sure what I was getting into.I checked out what I needed to find out about the cars and settled on the Murano. I called Julie back and she was wonderful in facilitating my purchase.The final process to take my car home was easy! I had financing from my credit union, so I was in and out lickety split. A manager came to check and see that I was satisfied with my experience. A clip was not totally connected on a corner of one bumper. I asked Julie about it when we saw the car and it was fixed so quickly I was shocked.My car is so beautiful and drives like a dream! I will have this car for many years to come, but if need a new car I would defintely call Julie Thompson at Conicelli Nissan again!

Overall, i was very pleased with the experience. Julie was very friendly, and a great salesperson. She answered my questions and was very thorough. The only reason I gave the overall experience a 4 was because it took entirely too long, and I was in a hurry to get to an appointment, which was an hour away. I arrived at 10am, and didn't leave until close to 2. I understand that it takes a long time to do the paper work. Julie did everything she could to speed up the process, which was much appreciated.

Our overall experience at was great here. Julie was very helpful and had the Rogue already waiting up front for us when we arrived for our appointment. She made sure to point out the great safety features on it which was incredibly important to us. We felt a little bit rushed because there were other customers waiting (it was a busy Saturday morning) so I'm not sure if we got the best deal we could have. But overall we're very satisfied with our purchase and love our new Rogue!

Julie was great to work with. No pressure tactics and she really took her time going over how everything worked. We couldn't get one knob to work right and she got someone from service to come and show us exactly how to do it. In the past, whenever I had a situation like that, the sales person would move on and try to gloss it over and say it would be fine. Julie wouldn't move on until we had a thorough explanation and demonstration. The negotiation was brief, reasonable and we were very satisfied.

Everyone was great at Conicelli Nissan, especially my sales representative, Julie Thompson. I've been to many dealerships over the past two weeks and spoke to a number of sales reps, but Julie was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable of any that I dealt with. Whenever I had questions she made herself available and we were able to work things out in timely fashion. I also worked with Dan Gavin, another sales rep., in Julie's absence who was just as patient and helpful in making my car buying decision. This is my second new car purchase from a Conicelli dealership (previous vehicle was a Hyundai) in the last three years, but both of my experiences were great. Warren, the dealership manager, was great as well with his honest pricing right from the get go. The other dealerships would try to squeeze every penny they could before making a sale. After driving (and repeatedly fixing) my 2004 Sebring for the past 5 years, it sprung an antifreeze leak that I had trouble diagnosing. On my way to the auto parts store, I stopped into see Julie Thompson based on a referral from a friend. I simply wanted to see my options in case my car couldn't be repaired. I have never bought from a dealership before - - every car I have owned has been used and purchased from a private seller. Anyway, after a few minutes of dealing with Julie, I had a great idea of the price, safety features and incentives that a new car would bring me. I test drove the Nissan Versa, followed by a base model of the Sentra. I was happy with the Sentra I drove, but REALLY fell in love with the upgraded model right on the sales floor. Julie did an amazing job getting me a fantastic monthly payment on that vehicle, with reasonable terms and explained everything in detail. She is friendly, courteous, straight to the point and patient. She's relatively new to Conicelli, but not to car sales. I think she's finally found her home! She fits right in to the customer-friendly style of the dealership. To be honest, if I wasn't dealing with her, I am confident that I would have looked, and then left. She isn't out for the commission; she's there to make the customer comfortable. Call to make an appointment. If she's not available, wait until she is!After years of repairs, constant maintenance costs, and not knowing when my car will breathe its last breath, its an amazing feeling to sit in a car and put the first mile on it. My husband and I were in the market for a new car and we had done our homework and wanted to purchase the Nissan Altiuma. Due to the cold weather, my emergency brake cables were frozen. This happened Feb.9th 2013. When Keystone AAA arrived they asked where shouldmy vehicle be towed. Without any hesitation I told them. The service department at Conicelli Nissan. You see, I rememberthe professional and caring manner from Sam Screnci. In 2011 I had my front brake pads replaced on my1999 Nissan Maxima. There was never any price gouging or claims of unnecessary repairs. The work was completed andI was very satisfied. Therefore, I knew exactly where my car was going! Later, Sam explained what was needed. Eventhoughhe is an expert automotve technician, he has a way making a non automotive person understand quite well. He told me what it would cost me before the work was started. Even if I had another make/model vehicle, I would see if I could get it repairedwith Sams' team!

The financial part of it went very smoothly and quickly. I decided to get the extended warranty and the wait to have it coated was only 30 - 45 minutes. We just completed our third deal in three years with this dealership and it was the best one yet. The sales manager (Warren) made the deal happen as usual and I can't say enough about the Finance team as they really work to get you the best rate possible. In general, I can't think of a better dealership to recommend for your next Nissan purchase. Unfortunately our salesperson (George Nous) left a lot to be desired. The best word I can use is shady. His price quotes included rebates that we were not eligible for, therefore making the price of the vehicle higher. When I called him on it he made no effort to explain why the number was higher, he talked as fast as he could to get us to come into the dealership. I would avoid him altogether if you shop here.Salespeople come and go though, so I still say it's worth the drive to shop here. If you have issues with any of the salespeople just ask for the Sales Manager Warren...he will get the deal done for you.

The Conicelli Autoplex is by far the best dealership location I have been too. I worked with Tyler from the Nissan dealership however, he was very helpful in the process. He showed me cars from Nissan dealership, the Toyota dealership, and the Hyundai dealership without hesitation. He was very detailed throughout and answered questions way before I even thought of them. I went there on a Tuesday night to receive an appraisal. He immediately worked with his managers to discuss and find the best deals for me. He was out of work on Wednesday however, continued to research other alternatives to fit my needs best. This required the help of his coworkers also. Thursday morning, I made my final decision and I was able to pick me car up by 5pm Thursday night. I had no clue what I was looking for and the help from all associates made that a decision much easier. I was required to do little to no work throughout except answer a few questions and sign off. Overall, this experience was by far the best I have had at a dealership. No one tried to push anything on to me. They allowed me thinking time and they were able to read my facial expressions when I was unsure. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Tyler, Oliver, and the rest of those involved in this sale ... I thank you for your dedication and time.

John made the whole car buying experience relaxing and easy. He let me try as many cars as I wanted and never once pressured or rushed me. The sales manager who finally made us the final offer was primo excellent! He was very polite. No shady tactics. Cut to the chase negotiations. That was the smoothest and least stressful sales ever for me! In 3 hrs we were out with a car! I can see why their reputation is so stellar. Car dealerships are in the business to make money so its not surprise that they will try to get as much from their customer. I was very pleased with the treatment I received at Conicelli Nissan. Marvin was very friendly and efficient and, after the sale, took great pains (even though it was about 7:00PM) to explain all the features of the car. There was no "high pressure" salesmanship. And those at the Dealership that were responsible for determining the best sales or lease price they could offer, did a good job matching other offers that I had received "on-line". I appreciate being able to come to a good price without my having to drive around to three different dealers. I have had previous Maxima's serviced by Conicelli Nissan and they have by far the best service of any Nissan dealer in the Philadelphia area (well, at least far better than the other two I used to use on the Main Line.

I went to Conicelli Nissan with the intent on trading in the Toyota Rav4 that I was leasing. I had been asked for a year and a half to trade in my Rav4. Only problem was I didn't want another Toyota. I wanted a Maxima. So I tried my luck to move from one make to another. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Anthony Bunch. No pressure was put on me to deal with him right away. I was given time to look around and see what I liked. Once I found the Maxima I wanted with the options I wanted Anthony arranged for a test drive. After the drive I met with Chuck Butler. He was very accomodating. He agreed to the terms that I wanted for buying the Maxima. I was very impressed with the service facility. It is much nicer than the Toyota service facility. I would highly recommend the Conicelli dealerships. I haven't had a problem with either the Toyota or the Nissan one.

I bought my car from Conicelli Nissan. It is a huge dealership. I really dont care how big the dealer as much I care about how I am treated. I dont mean by that how nice they are because all of them are nice but my negative experience in car dealers is they always try to get money from you as much they can. Dealing with Conicelli made me change my mind. I called a very nice person his name is Ben Moran over the phone to get info about a used car that was posted online. He described the vehicle accurately and set up appointment to test drive the car. He knew that I am coming from a long distance (100 Miles) I reached the dealer site. I found Mr. Moran parking the car at the front door and waiting for me. I cant explain how much he is a nice guy who makes you feel like you are friends for years. He showed me the car again with patient and cleared any negative things before positive things about the vehicle. After an hour I drove the car home. Thank you so much Ben; my car purchase was like my grocery shopping. I am looking forward to deal with you again.

I went in for an oil change and came out with a new car. I was feeling the 5 year itch and looked around the showroom and found exactly what I was looking for. My experience at Conicelli Nissan was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer satisfaction was the number one goal. Mr. Marvin Sanders was great! He listened to my desires and took the time to work something out that would best meet my financial needs. Never once did I feel he was trying to get over on me or push me towards getting something I really didnt want. He took the time to speak with my parents over the phone and explain in detail exactly what he was looking to do for me as it related to the sale of a new vehicle and trading in my old one. I walked in there feeling apprehensive, and I walked out feeling overjoyed. Getting the car was nice, but knowing this car was sold to me by someone who actually cared more about my concerns than his sell, meant the world to me. I could have bought a car from anywhere, but Conicellis excellent customer service is something thats hard to come by.

The new car did have to come in for service because the tire pressure light would not go out and had to be replaced. I had to have someone else bring in the car and he was not pleased with the initial response as to why he was bringing the car and not me. He did not like the reception he received and was a little annoyed. Hopefully if he has to bring the car in again, this will not be an issue

I recently bought a 2012 nissan altima. The over all experience was good. I was disappointed towards the very end when my salesman realized the car didn't have a full tank of gas and he had to take it to fill it up. I recommend that the salesman checks and makes sure there is a full tank of gas when they take the car to get detailed and then they can fill it up then. After being at the dealership for nearly 5 hours I was ready to leave and drive my new car! We waited a long time and it just seemed as though it was something that could have been taken care of earlier.

He was professional & courteous and answered all of our questions and explained each option to us with the advantages and disadvantages of each vehicle. I have been buying my cars at Conicelli for a number of years and feel very comfortable there. The service is always a plesant experience. I recently came in for an oil change with a 2006 Altima and started looking around at the new cars. I didn't see anything on the lot that tempted me,until I went into the showroom. There it was a new Altima with everything I was looking for. I was introduced to Marvin Sanders and he worked out a deal I couldn't say no to. I took the extended warranty and the new one to one program. Marvin made everthing work for me very smoothly, considering when I left the house I wasn't planning on buying a new car. I have been to many dealerships over the years, but this is the only one I have returned to. The high pressure sleezy salesman is not found at Conicelli and that it why I will continue to buy and have my car serviced there.

On Christmas eve last year, my wife and I were in a freak accident and our 2000 Nissan Xterra was badly damaged. Although we were visiting relatives and had moved away from Philadelphia in 2000 we continued to have our 2000 Xterra serviced by Conicelli, where we bought the car in 1999. Through the process of having our damaged Xterra assessed for repair by Conicelli, we had the good fortune to meet Marvin Sanders. After explaining what had happened to our 2000 Xterra and our need to return to Virginia within 72 hours Marvin offered, with no pressure, to take us on a test drive of any vehicle on the property, with the intent to help us out with our problem since our damaged Xterra would be "laid up" for another two weeks at a minimum. Our initial reaction was to say no, as we were not interested in a new vehicle but, Marvin put us at such ease, we drove a new Xterra and were very much impressed. Again with no pressure, Marvin asked if we would be interested in a quote for a new Xterra. We agreed and within 15 mins Marvin had given us an offer that was too good to pass up, including taking our damaged 2000 Xterra off our hands and handling the insurance issues related to the repair. We still had a problem though. The New Year's holiday was approaching and Conicelli didn't have the color we wanted. Marvin found a perfect match for us at another Nissan location and personally delivered the vehicle to us; a brand new 2011 Xterra with the right options in our desired color. We drove our new Xterra back to Virginia the day after New Year's. Marvin was exceptional to deal with as were the other employees of the Conicelli family, some of whom remembered us from our 1999 purchase. We can't say enough about Marvin he frequently contacts us to inquire about our Xterra and ask if we need anything and/or remind us of our complimentary services provided by Conicelli. My wife's family has been dealing with Conicelli(through the name changes) exclusively for 50+ years. They are simply the best. Several years ago I researched Nissan Dealerships throughout the tri-state area interested in buying an X-terra. I ended up with a Murano from an Exton Dealership with very poor maintenance service and high personnel turnover, not to mention a changing of ownership several times. The more I visited there, the more I felt like a stranger. Some other dealerhsips, I could not even get a return phone call for new sales. I tried internet contact with one for new sales and the response was idiotic. Then I walked into the showroom of Conicelli Nissan. My first impression was a plesant smile and warm greeting from a few ladies at the front desk. A spacious showroom, everything around me appeared to sparkle including the floor. When I looked up a tall well groomed man from head to toe approached with a big smile and introduced himself and my car search became a magic carpet ride. I have been thinking these days about what catches my attention regarding a person...And please think about what Mark Twain said "Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see." Today, I am on my third Conicelli deal. We had an appointment with Ben Moran. He was waiting for us when we came. He was very knowledgable answering all of our questions and patiently waiting for us to make a decision as to whether we were going to buy or lease. We ultimately leased a Maxima. When we arrived to pick up the car the next day, Ben had been called away for a family situation. However, Josh was waiting for us. He took his time expaining all of the features of the car and even set up my blue-tooth for me. We have purchased or leased several cars from differant Conicelli agencies and have been very satisfied with their staff both in sales and in service.

My husband and I recently purchased a new Nissan Altima from Conicelli and could not have been more pleased with the service we received. We originally brought the car in for inspection but after finding out the car required to many repairs to pass inspection, we decided it was time to get a new car. Ronnie, at the service desk, could not have been more professional. Ronnie was a pleasure to deal with - helpful, friendly and courteous. After deciding to purchase the new car, we were directed to the sales department and worked with Ben Moran. Ben was just great ! Buying a new car can be a stressful experience, but Ben made everything easy. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Ben was patient and helpful during the entire process. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured. This was the third car we have purchased from Conicelli and it will not be our last. Keep up the great work Conicelli !!!

I had an excellent car buying experience from start to finish. Everyone was courteous and professional. My Salesperson, Mr. Carson, was patient and informative. The car was clean and beautiful, the Sales Manager, Mr. Lewis was courteous and efficient. The people are more than helpful and friendly, they go above and beyond. I have bought and serviced our family vehicles with Conecelli and I have never had a problem of any kind. In fact, I TRUST their knowledge and experience, I have found the attitude of their employees to be very accommadating. Their customer service skills are professional but friendly. After going through many service centers the one thing that would always kill me is the wait. I would set an appointment for an oil change for 2pm, yet at 2:45 my car would still be sitting where I left it yet to be serviced. After reading reviews for Conicelli, I set up an appointment for 2pm for an oil change and headed over a little earlier. When arriving at 1:35 I was met with Jon at the service desk who was very nice and friendly. He informed me my car would be taken care of and he would come get me when it was done. I went into the waiting area where there was the standard complementary coffee and the snack machines. It was also fairly busy this day as the waiting area was packed! I would remember back to the other service centers and knew I would be waiting here until atleast 3pm. Yet I was amazed to see Jon come out at 2:10 and tell me my car was all ready. Job done right, dash board warning for oil change reset everything done! Price was reasonible as well for a dealership. I would come back here and recommend this place to all of my friends. They really went beyond my expectation!

My fiance & I were buying our first car in April of 2010. After looking around at numerous dealerships & being either harassed or ignored by many of their staff members we decided to check out Conicelli Nissan. We contacted them through the internet sales department who immediately responded to our interest. When we arrived the sales person Chris Solarz was already at the door. Chris was very honest and helpful. Because my fiance and I are very young we have no credit which prevented us from being able to get financing. Chris tried his best to get the banks to give us a chance. Although ultimately we were denied financing (Chris later called to wish us the best), my fiance and I went home, thought about it a decided to pay cash. The dealer lowered the price buy a lot. Chris even came to pick us up from our house. Then there was a mix up with the insurance company that look nearly 2 hours to resolve all the while Chris waited patiently offering his help. The car was all cleaned and ready to go. Chris answered all of our questions, showed us around the service station, and once again wished us the best. As for them being racist towards Asians, I have to disagree. My fiance is from China and I am half black and half white, we have walked through life with people starring, calling us names, and denying us the same respect they give other couples and we DID NOT get that from the people at Conicelli Nissan. In fact I think the only people there with an attitude were the receptionist who had to answer phones non-stop while I was there with people on the other end who seemed rude and inpatient. I would recommend Conicelli Nissan over all other Nissan dealerships. I and my fiance both can agree that we will return there for our next car.

Both Dale and John were patient, polite and respectful. They took the time to answer my questions and to address my concerns, particularly for warranty related issues, since this was a non-GM dealer and I wanted at GM vehicle. As a female who makes purchasing decisions on her own, it was a pleasure to work with Dale and John. Neither exhibited the all too often "female can't know anything about cars attitude," that I have experienced elsewhere, despite being a fleet manager of 600 cars in a prior life.I would recommend both Dale and John highly. In fact, I already have to another "car seeker." Probably the biggest recommendation I can give is that I purchased the vehicle, which I might not have done if they had not been willing to work with me. Dale spent the time to get to know something about me as a person, so I felt much more comfortable making the decision on such a large expenditure (for me). I am a happy customer and would recommend this dealer highly.

I called Conicelli Nissan to determine if my 2000 Nissan Altima qualified as a clunker and it didn't due to low mpg. Salesman, Marvin Saunders was considerate from the beginning to end. I told him that I wanted a new Altima and the price I wanted to pay. After spending time discussing my options and getting familiar with a possible new car we proceeded to negotiate the best deal for me. I was prepared to walk because I knew I was the one with the new car payment. Marvin's team conceded to my wish in price. I had no idea that I was going to leave that night with a new car. Lucky me! I'm happy with my new 2009 Nissan Altima! I love it! All Woman versus SalesMAN! Okay, I called my husband on the phone a couple of times. Thanks Marvin and Conicelli, this is a NICE place to do business.

Last weekend I went to visit my mother . When driving in a line of traffic going up a mountain near Rickets Glen state park, my service engine soon was activated. I was able to visit upstate Pennsylvania, and travel at two hundred miles back to the Philadelphia area without incident. I called Monday for a "car-checkup" on Tuesday. Tuesday the problem was diagnosed and taken care of in a timly manner. When leaving the dealership, I traveled at two blocks and felt something drop. I returned to the dealership,and was immediately seen. A rental was arranged and within Two days my car was repaired(I had a fractured spring/strut)(a totally different problem that activated my service engine icon)(the Pennsylvania turnpike is bumpy as are the roads in Pennsylvania). I was treated in a respectful manner. The problems were clearly explained to me in a language that easly understood, and the cost for both repairs was reasonable. I could have been taken to the cleaners for the repairs, but I have not experienced that at this dealership(I bought my car here at 2 weeks post 9/11, and have brought my car here for services needed). I brought my vehicle in about about 6 months ago to have the cd player repaired. After being told by Ardmore Nissan that it would take 10 days to get the part from corporate (which happened 3 times in a row), Conicelli Nissan got the part to me in 3 days. They fixed the vehicle the same day the part arrived and I was able to pick it up. I haven't had any problems since. Additionally, I was not able to pick up the vehicle while the shop was open and they were great about working with me to pay for it and arrange to get it later. I had to take the shuttle both times I used them and both times the shuttle driver was fast, friendly, and on time. I was impressed with Conicelli Nissan and recommend that anyone in the area use them over Ardmore Nissan.

Horrible sales experiences if they don't like how you look.I recently wanted to stop by this dealership simply to test drive a car for my sister. I called earlier in the day and asked if they had the car in stock and if I would be able to get a test drive. They told me that is no problem and around 2 o'clock I should be able to get to a salesman fast because of the slower hours. I arrived at the dealership at 1:45, and was promptly greeted by the receptionist. That was the only positive part of this experience. I told her that I had called earlier about a test drive, and she "attempted" to call for an available salesman. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went back to the desk to ask what was going on, and she called the back office to see if someone will help me. When I walked closer to the desk to see if she needed any information from me, she turned her head and started to whisper into the phone. At this point I knew that there was something going on. After another 15 minutes, a gentleman finally came over to me to "help". When I stated that I wanted to test drive a car, he immediately told me that he will find someone to help me with that. What I didn't understand was why I wasn't given someone that could help with the test drive especially when the receptionist knew that that's why I was there. Meanwhile, 3 seperate parties of caucasians were helped and taken on test drives, without appointments. After another 35 minutes of waiting, I was finally greeted by another man that told me that I would need to get my insurance card before I could drive the car. This was the 3rd Nissan dealer and the second Conicelli dealer that I was at today and the first time that I was asked for an insurance card. No other dealer has asked me for my insurance card, but the people at Conicelli Nissan just cannot help people of Asian descent, and will find any way to keep them away. I finally left the dealership at 3pm, yes, over an hour after I arrived, without a test drive.If one thing is for sure, I know that I will never buy from Conicelli Nissan in the future. Who knows what they might do after they've taken your money.Just to confirm what I thought, I even went to the Honda dealer 4 doors down, and was treated much better. And of course, I didn't need my license or insurance card to test drive a new Accord.

purchased a 08 altima coupe 2.5 from conicelli nissan. paid 22000 with apr of 2.9. contract was completed and signed. got a call back a couple of days later stating that the apr of 2.9 was rejected because it only applies to the sedan. wanted us to come in a sign a new contract with an apr of 8.9 then dropped it down to 5.3 before leaving. i agreed to return the car and get back my deposit. went to return the car and they wanted to return our deposit the next day. i said "i give you your car you give me my money." they said no you cant drive the car. they threatened to call the police. i said go ahead because i have the paperwork stating i own the car. they had another vehicle blocking our vehicle from leaving. the manager wanted to see the installment contract for the car and wouldnt return it. he was ignorant, confrontational and deliberately wanting everything his way. stating that we might sabotage the vechicle or run up the miles on it. what a creep. never do business with this dealership again.
