This was my first oil change of my new car. I was emailed saying it was time to change my oil. I called and made an appointment. The date was reasonable, not a long wait. I arrived at 2:30, a little early, but not a problem. The service was quick, great and wonderful group of people that worked on my car. They did the oil change, rotated my tires, refilled(topped off) my fluids, changed the filters, checked and put air in my tires and a few other things + washed my car. They did all that in 33 minutes and I was on my way. I love everyone at Corwin Ford. My only go to dealership!!

We wanted to get a truck and wanted to keep the price down. Josh Keller was referred to us by a friend and so we made an appointment with him. We test drove one truck and then said let us think about it. No pressure. We went back a week later and after talking with Josh decided to test a F150. We love that truck but it had a lot of extras we didn't want and missing things we did want. So we sat down with Josh Keller and he helped us order the truck we wanted. It took 3 months of waiting but we now have a brand new F150 the color and all the extras we wanted in our truck. Josh made it simple and called us as soon as it arrived. Had a great experience with Corwin. Will Snell was the sales man I was working with and he did his best to give me a great experience and he did extremely well. Recently bought a new to me old beater and Emma Harvey helped me throughout the entire process. She was honest and straightforward. Didn’t over sell it and understood what I was after. Truly no pressure. Definitely would recommend her and the entire team if you’re looking for a vehicle. Also the buying team actually surpassed my expectations with regards to the value of my trade. After searching all over the US for a low mileage '07/'08 Acura TL-S I discovered a listing this dealership had just added one morning and immediately called and emailed for more info. I connected with Stephen who I was lucky enough to learn was the one who took in the car on trade I was looking to buy. He was very helpful and incredibly responsive to all my questions. Mario, his manager, was also involved from beginning to help facilitate everything who was also great. There was a lot of attention on this car and I knew I had to make a decision rather quickly (a small bit of trust and faith since I would not see the car in person until I arrived) however their reputation and clearly reviews tell a lot about their business. I provided a deposit for the car and they got it ready for me to drive home the following week when I flew in from California. The entire process was smooth and easy from beginning to end. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of as one may when dealing with buying a car being the nature of the business. On a side note the dealership is immaculate and gorgeous - complete with its own coffee bar. I would absolutely purchase another car from this dealership even more so than one locally.

Purchased used RAV 4. Salesman Steve was pleasant to work with.We waited for finance for over 3 hrs.During final paper work review, we noticed a hidden charge for "Data Dots" that we did not told about. It was eventually removed from the price, as we did not want it.Having some work done to the vehicle was easy to arrange especially with the loaner car..

well the first thing I would say is that the salesman i worked with was great. His name is Alan Denhoed, I was in about a month and a halve ago looking at 2014 and 2015 pickups he came up and talked to me about what I was looking for, I told him what I was in the market for and it would have to be the right pickup since the one I owned was working just fine I was just looking to look. well Alan must have a good memory because NO JOKE he found the exact pickup that I would be interested in and gave me a call. like I said i haven't talked to him in at least a month. well the rest is what you know I bought the pickup they made a deal I am comfortable with and it was a pleasant buying experience as oppose to a bad one which i have had before. I would rate Corwin at a 9.5 just because i wanted more for my trade (but I understand) and Alan Denhoed as a 10.0 on doing his job and being someone worth talking to about buying and selling vehicles. I guess I didn't tell you what I bought yet it was a 2011 F350 with 34,000 miles. with everything I was looking for in the 2014,2015 year range and exactly what i wanted, that also is a thanks to Alan who listened to what I was after and found it in something I wasn't looking at.Very satisfied costumer, Doug Hanson

I brought in my Ford Fiesta for two recall repairs. The man who answered my call for an appointment was extremely helpful and courteous, scheduling the work to be done that week. The tech who worked on my car called to let me know the battery was getting weak and asked if I wanted him to put in a new battery which I appreciated. I was able to pick up my car late that afternoon and drive home in the daylight. Very good first experience with Corwin Ford. I was impressed with the waiting room coffee shop also. Corwin takes good care of the customers!

I have been using this dealership location to service my 2002 F-150 since buying it there in 2002 and have brought several other vehicles I've owned during that time as well. The service is fair priced and trustworthy, both equally important to me. Even when something was missed or damaged while in for service, it was corrected as quickly as possible without any additional charge or changes to my bill.

We purchased this 2012 Fusion the end of October from you. When the weather got colder, the car would stall when leaving a stop and turning. Letting up on the throttle and then pressing down again would restore the acceleration. Made an appointment with service man Gary Miller and left the car there on Wednesday. The throttle body was replaced, I think there was a recall on that, and so far all is well. Both Gary and the tech who rode with me were professional. The service was done by noon and under warranty. Very satisfied with the service and people involved.

I have a 2015 F-150 which I bought new from Corwin Ford in Pasco, WA.. I was having a problem with the air recirculating switch. I called Corwin and got it scheduled in two days later, (the two days was because I could not get it there before that, not because they wouldn't take it the next day.) They checked it out, along with the auto-on/off-off system on the eco-boost engine. I got my truck back in the afternoon of the day it went in. Even got a ride home when I left it there and picked up at home to go back and get the truck when they were done. Staff were all friendly and accommodated my schedule wonderfully. Thank you for both a wonderful buying experience and a great service call!

I took my Expedition in to a local lube shop for an oil change at the recommended interval. When I brought it home I noticed some oil spots in my driveway the next day. I checked the levels and everything was fine so I assumed it was just some residue. But, the leaking continued. On the second return to the local lube shop they recommended I take it in to a dealer for inspection as it had to be something wrong with the engine. Corwin service root caused the issue within a few minutes to a faulty filter, fixed it, and got me on my way. You get what you pay for.

My experience at the dealer was very good. Both Matt and Al were especially helpful in purchasing my Mustang. I was able to test drive the car as much as needed to get a good feeling for the vehicle. Any questions I had were answered correctly and they made the overall experience pleasant. Food and drinks were offered to us while we waited to do the financing. The car had a full tank of premium when we left and was nicely cleaned. Also when after it had been detailed we wanted the dealer sticker taken off the car they took it back to detailing and removed it.

We have a 2010 mustang and the brakes were starting to make a grinding sound so we called Corwin Ford to get the brakes fixed. Being apprehensive and a little afraid of what dealerships charge for repairs, we called and talked with Byron in the service department. Byron was very knowledgeable and explained what was going to take place on the car and told us he would take care of us. We took the car in and we were treated like old friends, later that day Byron called with the update on the car and explained what was needed to be done. The results were great, the staff very supportive and yes we will definitely be coming back.

The dealership was very professional. I felt as if I met my price target for a vehicle. I had to wait awhile at the dealership, but this was due to a high volume of traffic. I would recommend this dealership to others.

Fast service, very friendly. They put in crossbars on the spot for me, and while I was waiting, for my request they gave me a quote for an extended warranty and processed it while I waited. Very fast, spotless facility, like the coffee bar.

I came in a couple months ago, on my birthday, to simply look at a truck. The dealer met me outside and showed me the different features and listened to what I really wanted. He pointed me toward the F150 XL 4WD. I enjoyed the test drive. A few days later, he texted asking if I was still interested or should he delete my contact. I respected the fact that he did not give a hard sell. Five weeks later, I finally asked to see what he had in inventory and a price. When I found another dealer with a similar truck on a ad, he said he would talk to his GM. Later that day, they offered to match the offer and still give me the same trade in. The sale itself went smooth. Hardest part was picking the color. Great service. Will recommend Brandon to others.

I loved the phone call the day before in regards to potentially trading in my van offer. very polite and kind. the service that day was wonderful and though the wash wasnt great i did appreciate getting it. We had recently returned from a trip on new asphalt and it still needs to be cleaned off as the automatic did not get it.

I had a great experience. Freddy Rodriguez did a great job explaining what the system update was and how it effected my car. He also answered other questions I had that was not related to why I brought my car into the shop. I would highly recommend him for friends and family.

I had to take my car in because it was overheating. (Was not purchased from Corwin Ford.) Turned out to be a leaking water pump. It was fixed under Ford Warranty and I had my car back the next day with a brand new pump and new coolant. The service department was very friendly and made the broken car experience much less stressful than it could have been.

Everything went great. Used Ford Expedition we purchased was perfect vehicle for us. I like the fact that it was fairly priced,extremely clean; and the info provided by Tanner Davis, including Carfax info, was appreciated. I like the fact that I did not need to negotiate because of the fair price. Transaction was handled efficiently and promptly. I have not bought many used cars,but this experience was a good one.

The first time I brought my car in because I thought there was an oil leak, the mechanic tightened the oil filter said I had no leak .I called and Brian said that was I sure that it wasn't water leaking cause apparently women don't know the difference from water and an oil substance. Two weeks later it was still leaking so I brought it back found out it was the thermastat housing ,I was disappointed that I had to bring it back a second time, however the experience was much better Staff was very kind and considerate.

The staff were friendly, answered all my questions, and got my F-150 onto the service rack 10 minutes after I checked in. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the coffee was hot. All in all, a pleasant experience.

The service check check in and waiting area is exceptional. I only wish that I didn't have to spend time at check out every visit explaining that I have a pre-paid service plan and should not have to pay for the oil change. Why isn't this on the first page of the paperwork?

They did a great job with no pressure. Took longer than what they said it would. The thing I hated was have a salesman call the night before to try and sell us a new car. He gave us the wrong appointment time and interrupted our evening time. I hate telemarketers and that is what he is. When I want to buy a new car I will come in will never come in when called at home from some salesmen trying to take advantage of getting my car serviced. He could have easily made me miss my appointment if I listened to him say our noon appointment when it was really 1000.

Your salesman Stephen Quilici was personable, patient, and thorough in setting us up in our 2012 Fusion. The extensive paper work to finalize the deal was much more than I had ever experienced but then we haven't purchased a car from a dealer since 2009. While a new horn had to be ordered (a two day delay we were told), it turned out that a new plastic fender liner and new battery that were installed delayed delivery of the car two more days. While we did get a second key for the car, the condition of three of the car's four tires were quite poor, less than 50% tread. One had been replaced in Hermiston recently. Otherwise we still have to give the car a good road test.

A 2014 new Connect Wagon. Tanner Davis was our EXCELLENT Salesman. He was very professional, helpful, and went beyond the call of duty to help me surprise my husband with a new auto-start, the bi-directional one, by setting up the install of the "Auto Start" thing. Everyone was so very helpful.

They did a couple of things that I appreciate, but I wasn't anticipating, namely a recall update. The work was done really well. The only problem was when they ran our credit card. It is one with the new chip. They accidentally credited the card instead of debiting it. This caused us an extra trip (approximately 30 miles one way) to get it corrected.

Norm service of oil and fuel filter change on my F350 diesel and as usual Jaerd Heaps was outstanding. Jaerd oversaw the whole evolution and assured things were done correctly and once done quickly contacted me so the truck could picked up. I will continue to use Corwin Ford for my trucks needs

The service rep who checked me in was super friendly. My car was done the same day. The service rep who checked me out took time to explain the service to me. I bought my Escape at Corwin Ford, and I've been very happy with it. I will definitely consider Corwin Ford for my next new or used car purchase.

My Escape needed a free repair to the side airbags that I received a letter from Ford Motors about. It was easy to leave it, have a Mocha in the cafe, then catch a ride home via the shuttle. My only irritation is having to drive all the way to Pasco when I used to be able to go to the dealership off Columbia Center Blvd, which was just a few blocks from my home.
