First ever car purchase and it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and the process was smooth. I was treated more like a friend than anything. Dustin was also very informative along the process! Great job!

We recently bought a new 2012 Cadillac SRX from Cindy! We are so excited about our new car! We got a great deal and had a wonderful experience with Cindy. She took great care of us and was so easy to work with! And best of all she was NOT pushy or overbearing but allowed us to make our decision on our time! Thank you Cindy! I was by far impressed with the effort put forth to get me into a new car. I was in dire need and worried I couldn't get a loan without a cosigner. I was wrong! Everyone that works here is super nice and I highly recommend seeing Eve. She's a great person to work with and she's not one to hide things from you like your stereotype car sales person.

Cindy was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was the reason why I went out twice to a dealership that was about 45 minutes from my house. She made me feel very comfortable and made the process effortless. I have never dealt with a car dealer who made me feel like they actually wanted to help me.

Cindy was absolutely wonderful to work with...... she was gracious enough to come in on her day off so we could test drive the Tahoe. It was greatly appreciated with our busy lives and schedules. I give the highest above highest rating for Coughlin of Circleville, Ohio. I purchased a used vehicle and a warranty from Coughlin in Nov. 2010. A year later,a very 'querky' thing went wrong with my vehicle. I took the vehicle back to Coughlin for repair. After two weeks in the shop, we thought the problem was fixed. It was not. I took the vehicle back to the shop. The problem was a mystery. Ford (warranty) said that my vehicle was supposed to operate that way. Coughlin stood by me even when Ford Warranty tried to get out. The BBB would not even stand in support of the warranty against FORD. But Coughlin DID NOT give in. Coughlin DID STAND with me (even though they probably could have bailed out-THEY DID NOT!). The probelm (an actual problem)was finally located and fixed at NO expense to me (other than the original warranty deductable). A tremendous amount of man hours, several mechanics and Thousands of dollars of parts and labor went into fixing my vehicle.I believe with all my heart that NO other dealer in our area would have gone that far in taking care of my vehicle and in STANDING with me, especially when the BBB would not stand in support. I WILL ALWAYS come to Coughlin for purchase and repair and would recommend that everyone go to Coughlin of Circleville, Ohio FIRST!LHenrysuper satisfied customerChillicothe, Ohio

This is the 3rd car purchase (2 were new ) that we have made with Forest.It is very likely we will be returning in the next month with hopes of getting a used vehicle for our teens. Every experience has been excellent and feel that customer service was the number one goal by Coughlin/ Forest. I would recommend Coughlin to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Superior and exceptional assistance and treatment by Forest Kegley as well as the sales manager and finance manager in accomodatiung my needs and financing my car, which turned out to be a new vehicle instead of a used car. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and caring. I would never hesitate to0 commend anyone looking for the best assistance in searching for either a used or new vehicle in looking ro Coughlin of Circleville. As a retired educator, I rate COughlin as an A+ dealer.

I came to Coughlins last fall to purchase my very first brand new car and Eve greeted me in the lot. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and very patient with me as I was undecided what I wanted. We drove a few and before it was all over I ended up ordering a 2011 Chevy Equinox the way I wanted it. I was nervous about ordering a car that wasn't in front of me but the transaction went smoothly and Eve kept me updated the entire process up to the day I was able to drive my car off the lot. Very impressed with this dealership and especially with Eve Kunkel. I will not hesitate to come back in the future. Thanks again:)

Barbie assisted us in the purchase of a company vehicle, and was fantastic to work with. Coughlin was very aggressive in pricing, and Barbie was responsive and communicated well with us. We are required to choose the low bidder, and Coughlin provided a great price with no haggling. Barbie was patient and helpful as we worked through option schemes. Overall, a great experience.

Cindy was great to work with and we'll visit her again if we need any other purchases. Unfortunately the vehicle was not in your computer system so it took longer to purchase the vehicle. However this was not Cindy's fault. She was more than willing to get info for us if she did not know the answers to our quetions.

Matt has been great in assisting us with both a new car purchase and lease for our business; he has gone the extra mile to ensure our needs were met every step of the process; I always felt he was honest and worked with us on a fair price for both the purcahse and leased vehicle; he provided thorough info on all car options and worked with us to select the right car for our staff's needs. Matt helped me figure what to do about the service work on my '01 GMC Sierra which I really like and more importantly, if I decide to trade this in I am going to Coughlin Motors because of their service and attention to the customer. If they are that good on service it is the kind of place I like to buy from.

I've known Matt for many yrs. and have always known him to be a really stand up person. When it came time to look for a new car he was my 1st choice and came away completely satisfied, with the service, and his approach to cars sales. Hate haggling, I will tell you what I want and you tell me if you can supply it. He was right on with everything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

We bought not one but three cars from Coughlin. They are never pushy or demanding and always imformative and honest. If they don't have what you are looking for they try to find it! No haggling is necessary either and the buying experience is a positive one. Will never look for a vehicle any where else!

Had a great experience working with Coughlin on my new car purchase. They were very helpful and friendly and were able to answer all of my questions in a very timely manner and I did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
