My car had some pretty serious repairs needing to be addressed. Britt went above and beyond to accommodate me during a busy holiday weekend. He also ensured I had transportation during the time my car was in service. Last he communicated thoroughly regarding the repairs needed and the costs. Thank you so much for not just repairing my car, but ensuring I could continue my day with minimal disruptions!

Awesome experience! Myles and I went through the sales process quickly and easily, I told him what I needed and he worked it out. He got me in and out efficiently and everyone was very respectful of my time. I will recommend Myles and Coulter Buick to anyone looking for a great car and a truly professional staff.

BUYER BEWARE! From the minute you make an inquiry to Coulter they will email you, call you and do whatever they have to do to sell you a car. Trust me, the emails will never stop. HOWEVER, here is a cautionary tale... My wife and I bought a 2018 GMC Acadia Denali from here, brand new in May 2018. The car has run great for the past few years and we have had no problems. But fast forward to 2021 come to find out we have a defective and leaking battery in the car. I call Coulter to find out if it is still warranty as it should be based on the dates (AC Delco - 42 Month Warranty) however Coulter refuses to warranty the battery itself, regardless of the manufacturer warranty BECAUSE OUR BUMPER TO BUMPER has expired. So I ask, is it Coulter who won't honor the factory warranty for the battery or AC Delco? "Well sir, there's no way we can warranty that battery for you." Also, my wife and I just had twins, so we now have 3 children and we have outgrown the Acadia. WE NEED A BIGGER CAR, and we're looking to purchase a Yukon XL. But guess who we're NOT going to buy it from. Coulter, this is a BAD business practice and whether you care or not, we will never purchase another car from you again.

Victor was wonderful. I felt taken care of ,and trusted his advice. I was informed of my warranty much to my surprise . I would not hesitate to come back . Victor was the best.

We have purchased multiple vehicles at Coulter from the best guy in the business, Ken Bowers. Always a great experience with Ken. The Coulter Team kicked it in overdrive for us this time.
