I saw my car on line and made the call.... the most honest car salesman ever... Kris Rodenbaugh at Country Hill Motors. We drove over 350 miles to make the deal... He represented the car EXACTLY as the car appeared,, Once at the dealership we were treated with respect and I would certainly buy my car with Kris again. I recommend everyone to give him a call... he will make the deal right.

Kris at Country Hill Motors went out of his way to provide me with a fabulous car at a great price. The deal was so good that I drove over 500+ mi ONE WAY from Indy and the car was everything represented to me. Customer Service was great. Worked well with our situation. We had to leave the vehicle at the dealership for a month and they locked the vehicle in the service garage to protect from elements and cleaned it all up well. Also customers dont feel pressured.

I just bought a 2008 Honda Accord from Kris. I came in for a Civic, but Kris was able to find me a heck of a deal on this Accord. I will say it was a little dirty when he pulled it up, but he assured me that he would get it spotless by the time I left. He was right. I don't think I've ever seen my tires be that shiny!!!! Mike, their finance guy, was able to get me an interest rate below what my own bank would do! I really don't know how he did it, but it ended up saving me thousands in the long run. Awesome place to buy a car from. Highly recommended!

I purchased a used vehicle with 30K miles and the remaining factory warantee. After completeing the purchase, it was not until then that I was told the vehicle only had 1 key and key fob. The vehicle also did not have an owners manual or a spare tire and tire changing equipment. I brought this to the salesmans attention and he promised he would get me an owners manual and provided a spare and tire changing equipment. I still have not received the owners manual and my daughter recently had a flat tire, it was not until this event that we learned the spare tire does not fit the vehicle. I have made 3 attempts to contact the dealership to include emails and no one is returning my calls. These folks definately are not worried about getting return customers.

When I went in to buy a car, I had my daughter with me, and so we walked in to Country Hill Motors and the first thing that happened was a man asked if I need help with a car and was very nice to my daughter, even when she was crying. Their customer service is beyond exceptional, and their cars are affordable. This is a dealership you can bring your family into. Next time you need a car, go to Country Hill Motors!

I pulled into dealership and was barely out of my car when a man said to me that they didn't want my car. Had a person named Deb help. Offered $2,000 less to me that anyone else for my car. Rude and arrogant IMO. I have sold cars before and this is not how you run a business! Inventory is packed so tight on the lot, you can't even look at some of it. Dave Ramsey is their spokesperson. Wonder if he REALLY knows how they do business. Can't believe he is associated with this dealership. They never looked at my car closely or drove it before they appraised it. STAY AWAY and don't believe all the hype in their ads! My opinion and experience.

I know nothing about my car under the engine. I figure any time I take my car in for maintenance/repair, I'm at the mechanic's mercy (and out hundreds of dollars). Thank goodness for the service guys at Country Hill. Twice now in the last year my daughter has taken her car in for service. Both times the Country HIll guys have saved her money by not doing unnecessary repairs. The first time, they checked the timing belt for us. Turns out it had already been replaced by the previous owner. We didn't know any better. I've been to mechanics who would have replaced it anyway. This last time they could have easily charged her a $100 to recharge her AC. Instead, they recommended she buy a kit at Target and try recharging it herself first. She did. It worked. And I'm one happy dad -- and Country HIll Motors fan.

I had a great experience with this dealership, however I should say that I went to the Country Hill Motors in Olathe.?I came in with a very limited budget and I didn't think I would find a car here because they have mostly upper-end cars on the lot. The sales person, Shona, worked hard to find me a car. She showed me several that would have worked and were in my budget range but nothing that I was truly excited about. She wasn't being pushy about selling me a car instead she was working hard to find me a car I wanted. With the help of Tony ( I hope I got his name right) they found an 04 Dodge Durango. It was perfect, but it was too expensive.?This is were I have to say this place is amazing. If I hadn't bought the vehicle I'm sure they would have sold it very quickly at the price they wanted, the asking price was fair. They worked with financing, gave me an exceptional deal on my trade-in and then brought the price down to something that I could comfortably afford.? To top it off, the vehicle needed new brakes, they put new brakes on (including NEW rotors) and put two new front tires.?David, in financing is awesome and the they have their own garage which does excellent work.?People are quick to condemn when something doesn't go well with a business and buying a used car is stressful. I've seen the negative comments left about this dealership and I can't speak to those issues. I can say that I truly believe this a great dealership to do business with. They have great cars at fair prices, I feel that they are honest with excellent business ethics and offer exceptional customer service.?I highly recommend Country Hill Motors.

Ric from Country Hill Merriam, KS was a joy to work with. There wasn't any pressure to buy our used Lexus RX300. The finance department was able to come up with an unbelievable interest rate and length of loan. My wife and I are very happy we discovered Country Hill. We have recommended them to friends already and will return when looking for another car.

Purchased a 2006 Pontiac G6 GT from Country Hill and was very pleased with the staff and service. It was our first stop on a list of a handful of cars and dealerships to visit that day. Even though they were busy, we were greeted quickly and were able to test drive the car we had our eyes on. Long story short, the staff (Dennis and Bogden) was able to get the car down to a price we could afford and get us on the road. They even looked up the other cars on our list via CarFax, which saved us a lot of driving around as most the others turned out to be junk. I suggest checking out their Merriam location when you're on the hunt for a new ride.

I must admit that after reading some of these reviews, I am a bit nervous about potential problems with my car in the near future. Because this was my first car purchase, I am curious to see how they will respond to my needs if any problems should arise...With that being said, I must say that my experience with Country Hill Motors was SUPERB. They were always quick to respond whenever I had a question, and seemed like very genuine people. Jason was always available and went above and beyond the normal substandard service young buyers are normally subjected to. If Jason wasn't working Katie (I think) was quick to step in to help. There was ONE car that I had my heart set on, and Jason made sure that was the one that I got. I was able to test drive before being financed, which meant a lot to me. He sat down and went over all of the logistics with me in a very efficient, professional manner. Never once did I feel they were taking advantage of me, and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Yes, they did have a dog walking around, but I could care less as he was really friendly and seemed to mind his own business. Lastly, I must share that I was stranded on the hwy on my way to pick up my new car, and after calling Jason someone was there to pick me up 15mins later! What other dealership could you call and they do that???? Again, way above the substandard you usually get. I bought my car a week ago and am very happy with my purchase. I am looking forward to getting it paid off and building my credit, which they have made very doable for me.

Was told that the truck I was looking at was rust free, but in fact it had rust on boths side below the doors. Was also told that the truck was a one owner but it was not listed on there web page as a one owner. I know that it may have just been the salesperson I was dealing with that was giving false info, so I would go back to this dealer but not deal with the same person.
