I called and set an appointment for service on a recall. I spoke with Samantha Gregory and she was great! She set up my appointment around my schedule and everything went smoothly. Montana greeted me for my appointment and was very friendly. The techs were quick and efficient and quoted me on other services while there. Great service all around here!

Had an outstanding experience here all around. Garrett Gaffney is one of the best salespeople I've worked with. Proactive in reaching out without being high pressure. It was a busy day and he was working with multiple customers at the same time but he moved me through the process quickly and made sure all my questions were answered. Joe Hernandez in Finance was also great to work with. He was very efficient at getting through all the required paperwork and he did a great job of presenting the various warranty options and helping me be comfortable with the option I chose. My previous experiences buying cars at other dealerships haven't been so great but the team at Courtesy Chevrolet was a pleasure to work with.

Noah was great. I was a little concerned because my last experience at the dealership was not good and this was not starting off well. I had set the appointment with Noah and then I started to receive text messages stating your appointment is at a different time. I would send a text back to correct it. Then later get another text about another appointment. So wasn’t sure. I get there and meet with Noah and he was super friendly, without being fake, and very knowledgeable. Worked with me until I got what I needed for my growing family.

Finance found us some really good discounts and didn’t push the extended warranty on us since our electric bolt doesn’t really need it any way. Sales was straightforward and when we asked him for a price he gave us a number. No BS. They were very helpful. We were there late on a busy Saturday and ended up leaving to get dinner while they finished papers. They didn’t try to hold us up, instead they offered to pay for dinner which was cool. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would definitely do business with them again.

Great friendly service. Mario was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership. Update= I had a new truck custom made. Jan was a pleasure to deal with. She walked me through the process and had it built. 8 weeks later my truck arrived. The process was easy and I already new what my financing would be before I ordered it. The process was seamless. I live 40 miles away and pass at least 3 other Chevy dealerships on the way. A great dealership is worth the drive. Once again I highly recommend this dealership.
