Dan, our salesman, was incredibly helpful in the purchase of our 2016 Escape. Because we were downsizing from an Explorer, we were not sure which vehicle we would like. After we gve the Escape a test drive, we were very happy. Dan walked us through all the available options and searched for our car. 24 hours later we took delivery. Dan did all the work. The financing was all arranged, the insurance was transferred and the plates and registration were all handled. Dan spent an hour giving my computer illiterate husband all the lessons he needed on the Escape's amenities and my husband is very comfortable using the computer screens. He loves the Escape!We used Crest Service department last fall and were so satisfied, we decided to come from Monroe to look for our new vehicle. My salesman Chris Merriman and I communicated exclusively through Email which was a huge help to me with my busy schedule and because we were able to confirm the vehicle I wanted. I would simply give Chris the Vins off the dealer website inventory so he could give me accurate quotes. Chris was able to prep everything and schedule a delivery date without me ever having to come to the dealership until I was ready to see the vehicle and close on the lease. It was a very convenient and efficient process. I am extremely happy with my new 2016 F-150 4x4 super crew and plan to work with Chris again when this lease is up in two years time.

Chris Merriman has been my salesman for over 20 years. As always he works within my budget! Knows what I like and dislike in a vehicle! I leased a 2015 F150 crew cab in white. He is so knowledgable about all vehicles! I am always impressed with how he answers questions and compares and relates to questions and reasons why I want certain things on a truck. Kudos to FORD!!!! The layout of the console, how deep it is, how it locks, the cup holder and accompanying compartments are laid out PERFECT!!!! I love the sliding top to where you can charge and leave your phone! AND that you can lock the console and hang file folders there as well!!! The tailgate is sleek and love how it locks with the doors!! I can honestly say every three years when the lease comes due, I am pleasantly surprised with improvements, but this time it was outstanding!!!!!!!

the car was brought in on a recall to replace some door latches.which was done allright but I asked them to check the air presure in the tires,they rated the condition of the tires for wear and the brakes for wear and wrote them up on the work sheet also the condition of the battery checked and rated but as far as I can tell the air pressure was never checked.They seem to lose air in the cold. I enjoy the staff in the service dept. They do what they say and give me all the information on any thing they see when servicing my vehicles. When I come in for anything they always treat me as a friend. I've recommended the service to all who listen. Not sure I'd ever buy a car/truck from the dealership but will use their service dept for any vehicle I have.

I brought my 2014 F150 in for an oil change and was greeted promptly by a very friendly man. He made sure I knew where the waiting area was and came to get me when the vehicle was done. He even walked me out to my truck and shook my hand before I left. My truck was washed and it looked like more than just a rinse job. I was there for about an hour; not to bad given the full vehicle inspection, wash, and oil change.

(Ken).My biggest gripe is their practice of installing bedlliners in every truck they get in at the dealer and tacking $400.00 on to the price! The Customer is forced to buy these bedliners! There are much better bedliners available elsewhere at half the price! The customer should always be able to choose! Also, shop around for the Ford ESP plan, I found the same plan at a huge savings at a different dealer.

Spent every penny I had on a 2010 Escape. Two months later I found there was a known defect which is not covered under warranty and will be costing me $425. I asked for some help and I was blown off. Marty spoke down to me and basically told me to simply not top off my gas tank and that should take care of the problem. He admitted that Ford knows about it and so did they at Crest Ford. This is unacceptable. A known, but hidden, defect that no layperson would ever have seen with a test drive or a walk-around. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer and will strongly and loudly urge everyone I know to stay far away from them.

Went to lease new truck, putting a 500 deposit down on a vehicle the payment was $30+ a month more than the price I was quoted at 2 other dealerships. I asked if they were forgetting a rebate or the a plan. They said no it's correct, ended up getting at other dealership, big surprise huh! I kept $700 + in my pocket. And that is the position I found myself in during the month of Dec 2014.I needed to get a new vehicle, I knew about what I wanted, I knew the options that were important to me. Even that became too time consuming for the hours I had available.I contacted Crest Ford in Flat Rock, Mi And was given a salesman by the name of Chris Merriman unlike a couple of other salemen that I had talked with previously that wanted me to come down to their dealorship even though they did not have what I wanted in the dealership lot.I just did not have the time for that and apparently those other salesmen thought I was not a serious shopper.What Chris did for me was awesome he took down all my wants and all my want nots and became my eyes and legs he found a couple of vehicles that fit my criteria and then called me back at which time we were able to narrow it down to one vehicle. I decided to take my 2008 ford focus into Crest ford to have a engine vibration fixed. It has around 85,000 miles on it and I personally changed all 3 OEM motor mounts myself just before taking it to Crest. After I changed them at home I still had the same type of engine vibration as before. So I made my appointment and had Crest look at it. I dropped it off and 1 day later got a call saying it was done. They told me they adjusted my new motor mounts. Nothing else was done to the car. I went to pick it up, but before signing paperwork I took it for a test drive. It had the same vibration after they finished the car. I got a hold of the service manager and had him test drive it to. He agreed that the car was not right. I left it another day to have it worked on again. I got a call the next day from service manager saying the car needed a 50 dollar PCM reflash to fix the vibration. I agreed to the reflash cost and about 5 hours later got a call saying it was finished and ready to pick up. I got dropped off to pick my car up again. I test drove the car and it was exactly the same as before they worked on it. I argued that I was not happy and they told me that was the best it was going to get. They charged me 170 bucks for absolutely nothing. I was extremely pissed and told them they will never see me again. I have told every single person about how I was treated and I know I have personally stopped a few people from using Crest ford for service or sales. They lost a lot of potential money from people that I persuaded not to visit this location.

Seemed to have an efficient used car department. I am very satisfied with the car, and it was in nice condition, as represented. I was a bit annoyed that the sales rep, or he may have been a manager, stated twice that he'd put $34 worth of gas in the tank. When I checked it as I left the dealership it was obvious that the gauge was still below 1/4 full - exactly where it was when I test drove the vehicle. I live 50 miles from the dealership, and the gauge was on empty well before I got home. I didn't know whether the gauge was faulty or I was actually out of gas. Fortunately I stopped for gas - and found the tank really was nearly empty. How foolish to ruin what had otherwise been a pleasant sales experience. Of course they knew I'd not return there for service. What they didn't know was that the friend who drove me there had planned to return to replace his car as well. Of course, he's changed his mind.

Had a $700 repair done (smart junction box replaced) and then less than 2 weeks later the car died and the cause is the smart junction box has broken "clips" that push it together during installation. They charged us for a new battery(less than 2 years old) and said the box has to be replaced and it is not their problem. Do not have your car repaired here...anywhere else would be better! They take no responsibility for their mechanics work.LESS THAN 2 WEEKS-$700...WOW!

After 60,000 miles I decided to visit Crest Ford for a Transmission Flush on my 2007 Ford Fusion. After Specifing to the Service Advisor to verify that the Correct FNR5 Transmission Fluid was to be used, I waited in the waiting Room. When my car was finished I went to pay the bill and it had listed MERCRON V transmission fluid was used. After quesitoning the Service Advisor they went back to check with the mechanic and she said she would get right back with me. After 15 mins and no responce from the Service Advisor I confronted her and a mechanic, who both told me MERCRON V was the correct transmission fluid, even after I showed them in my Owners Manual and a FORD MOTORCRAFT website it was not the correct fluid. After many excuses going round and round for 5 minutes, they agreed to reflush my transmission free of charge. While Crest Ford did fix thier screw up, they tryed to play every excuse in the book to make me believe they put the correct fluid in the first time. I would not recomend doing any Service Work at this dealer as they cannot even put the correct Transmission Fluid in a car and even the Transmission Mechanic Stated he has never used FNR5 Fluid(The Correct Fluid) in a Ford Fusion with the FNR5 Transmission.
