I leased a passat from Oscar a few days back and my experience from when he introduced himself to me to when he handed me the keys and congratulated me on the new lease was exceptional to say the least. Up until that day that I got the car, I honestly thought that every salesman was a crook and their goal is only to shaft you with hidden fees and and unclear contracts. Oscar explain the different rebates I qualifies for to get me the price I was looking for. This is the Second vw that I have purchased, the first was at Joe Heidt on 17 and i have to say that was the worst dealership I've ever been to. I also want to say that I have been to crestmont vw in the past and the experience could of been better but not all the salesmen are the same, but again Oscar was awesome throughout the whole process !!!!

After driving our new car for a few days, we couldn't be happier with the purchase from Crestmont VW. Dealing with Oscar was fantastic. I used to work in car sales and I have seen first hand why car salesmen have earned certain stereotypes. Oscar on the other hand was down to earth, kind, informative, and straight forward. It made the process so much more comfortable, and we didn't feel like we were ever being pushed around or manipulated. If you head over to Crestmont VW, definitely see Oscar!

We got to the dealer close to closing and Bill did not think twice about showing us many exterior and interior color choices, letting us test drive the one we finally decided on, and staying beyond closing to work out the deal with us and the manager. They had to bring in the exact car we wanted and they still gave us an awesome deal. The best part was that they was none of the hidden fees or not included nonsense. We ironed out everything that first night and all the paperwork followed accordingly. We leased a Jetta SE with conn. and nav for our daughter and we all love the car.

I was leasing a 2013 Volkswagen Passat. The car was perfectly fine but I wanted to get out of the lease as I had an extra car. I went to see the Sales Manager Josh Hennion to see if he can work with me to get out of the lease early. I explained the situation to him that I wasn't intending on buying another car and wanted to get out of the lease early. I was disappointed that VW Credit was particularly difficult in working with me. Josh did some work on his own and the end result is I'm out of the lease because of his help. The customer service that Josh provided was second to none! Josh went above and beyond for someone who wasn't buying a car from him. If you are considering a VW (they are great cars) please go see Josh. He worked very hard, kept in touch with me, and delivered what he promised! Thank you Josh and Crestmont Volkswagen!

Oscar made leasing our new Tiguan quick and painless! He helped guide us in the right direction to get exactly what we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything and was able to help us make a decision that both my husband and I were happy with ;) He also searched all over New Jersey for the exact Tiguan we wanted, got it to the dealer that night, and we picked it up the next day! Now that's service!! What we loved most about our experience with Oscar is he was honest, not pushy, and we felt really comfortable working with him! Definitely ask for him when you shop at Cresmont!

My tire pressure light came on as I was headed in the direction of Crestmont (which is my usual VW shop). Since I had a long way to travel I thought I should stop in to have it checked out. Bob helped me right away even though I had no appointment. Turns out I had a nail in one of my tires so I needed to replace two of them. Bob had me in and out in an hour and could not have been nicer. Thanks again Bob for great customer service.

I walked into the dealership about 45 minutes to close and was not expecting to be helped by anyone. I wanted to look at the exterior of a few vehicles that I had in mind and maybe get a peek at the interior through the windows. Oscar was available and, regardless of his work day coming to an end, took his time helping me find a car that not only fit my budget, but I really enjoyed. He informed me that the car I was interested would sell quickly, and he was right. I came in a few days later and the car I looked at was gone. They did however get another one of the same kind and he did his best to make sure that I would be the one to get my hands on it. A few days later and the car is here in my driveway. He was very helpful, informative, kind, and cool throughout the entire experience, giving me his own personal advice and tips. I would definitely recommend Oscar to anyone who is looking to invest in a Volkswagen in the future and look forward to doing more business with him as well as the dealership. Great negotiation skills, great information wise, and great customer service lead to me having a great experience getting into a new car.

Gone are the days of spending hours at a car dealership to get into a new vehicle. I worked with Oscar to get my mother into a new Passat, and most of our interaction was over the phone or through text. Some may think this is a bit inpersonal, but it was a life saver for this busy, working mother! Oscar helped us through a tough situation, and made our experience virtually painless. Met Oscar as a walk in. I came in to look at a couple of vehicles with great lease deals. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I wish I found these guys sooner ! My first car leasing experience was horrific, so bad that it had almost lead me to no longer be a customer of VW. I had leased a 2011 Jetta from a different car dealership that was more local to my home. I had told friends I was thinking of leasing some where else and multiple friends recommended me to Crestmont VW. Lets just say these guys are worth the drive. Unlike my past experience they made my car leasing process FUN ! I was looking for a specific model that had just came out and was hard to get hands on. They made things happen and they did it quickly ! Sean and Josh are both very friendly, personable, knowledgable, and professional. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. Belal Taouch was my sales man and he was very helpful from beginning to end in helping me find the right car for me. I had a unique situation that not many other dealerships were willing to take on but he was helpful and honest throughout the whole process. There aren't too many dealerships that strike the right balance between personalized customer service and in-depth knowledge about the cars they sell. John Fletcher is that rare professional who takes the time to understand what a customer values in a vehicle and works with you to find the best fit for your needs and your budget. It wasn't until we went out for a test drive that I realized how much he knew about the nuances not only of the car we were driving, but the VW brand as a whole. His level of passion for the cars he sells is what ultimately sold me. There was no question too small, no concern too big for him to address and the time and effort he put into the leasing process made the wait worthwhile. At the end of the day John and Crestmont gained a satisfied, loyal customer. Hands-down a positive experience all around.

Buying a car is not often thought of as a great experience... more often thoughts of papers, pressure sales tactics, slick sales tricks to cheat money out of your pocket, etc. Not what I experienced at all! Sean was a real down to earth guy, he made the purchase of my first self-bought car fun! He was more concerned about finding a car that fit me than finding a way to match me with a "easy sell". He's knowledgable, energetic, and enthusiastic. I already have told friends that when they realize their next car should be a VW that their only option is to work with Sean and the crestmont management team! Alright, that's enough writing time to go for a cruise now!

Forget the car sales stereotypes. These guys are simply great. Couldn't believe how easy and efficient the buying process was. I traded in my owned vehicle of mine and leased a new 2015 Passat. The deal was done in under an hour total between two visits - blew my mind. Helped with Bluetooth/phone setup and everything. This was the 10th time I've done a vehicle transaction in my lifetime and it was by far the easiest. Thanks Sean, Josh and all at Crestmont!

Oscar is an all-around great guy first, and comes off as a dealer second. He really is a nice and friendly guy from the minute you walk into Crestmont, and to the second he's handing you your keys. He made my experience at Crestmont very easy and enjoyable. Also when it comes to choosing your car, there is noone better. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first, but with Oscar's help, he found me the perfect car, and I couldn't be happier with my descision.

Crestmont Volkswagen is by far the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. Had suspension work and a wheel alignment done, they didn't do it right the first time. Went back a second time, they didn't do it right. In fact, THEY messed up the alignment 2x worse and still claimed that it was fine. Asked them to refund the money paid for the alignment and they ungraciously refused. The customer service was utterly atrocious. The ignoramus staff act like they don't want to be bothered when in fact YOU are the paying customer and expect the work to be done right the first time by their "certified technicians." Service advisor was rude, nasty, sarcastic, and needless to say, acted like he didn't want to be bothered. Overall horrible place to deal with, would not recommend to anybody if their life depended on it. Avoid at all costs.

He described each in such detail and offered helpful advice that actually our end result was much different than the original intent. I have been servicing my 2 Jettas with Crestmont since 2009 and I will continue to do so because of their wonderful service department. Joe is GREAT, he schedules my appointments and calls me to explain all work thats being done. I swear he knows everything about cars :) He always asks if I need a rental, Joe puts my needs first and makes sure to accomodate me before even scheduling my service. As soon as I get there, I am treated so nicely by everyone. Dave and Joe are so friendly and get my vehicle done in such a quick time frame. I have shown up sometimes without an appointment and Dave has always taken care of me, if it's tires, etc he always helps me. Bob Gross the service manager introduced himself to me and told me if I had any questions about anything or needed anything in general for my Jettas to please notify him, I thought that was so professional of him. I always have such a Wonderful experience there and thats why I am a loyal returning customer. LOVE these guys!!
