After 10 minutes with Chuck Lewis we felt like we had known him for years. I bought a Grantourismo for my wife and the service was outstanding. Chuck delivered the car to our house and we completed the paper work in the comfort of our home. My wife took delivery in March and so far the car has been a dream.

Our experience at Criswell Maserati was outstanding. We purchased a new Lavante from Criswell because Chuck took the time to send me pictures of their vehicles and let me know when they had new stock. My wife and I were not pressured to buy the Levante. We purchased the vehicle because we were comfortable. This dealership has an amazing inventory and I know we will do business again in the future.

I went car shopping at Criswell Maserati in Germantown last Saturday to look for a new vehicle.We were greeted by Karifa Mara, with whom we had spoken to earlier that day. Karifa made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering very question of ours patiently. He explained to us the difference in models and was both knowledge about the changes we would see going from our current car to the Maserati. Nowadays, it is not common to have sales experience that provides a professional, personal experience where the sale representative listens to your needs in order to make sure they provide options that not only meet the need, but also the desire. I had a very positive experience at Criswell Maserati. Karifa Mara was my sales representative. He was very professional and easy to work with. Karifa's demeanor was very friendly and he was very patient. I never felt any pressure to buy a car while I was there. In fact, it was more of an informational session about Maserati cars rather than a high-pressure sales pitch. The financing side was also very easy with no hidden fees or agendas. I would highly recommend Criswell Maserati and Karifa if you are interested in buying a Maserati.

Thursday evening my new car, less than 45 days old, 1500 miles on it, wouldn't start. I called into the service department on Friday and talked to Scott Oliver inquiring about a loaner. Mr. Oliver informed me that he didn't have a loaner for me, I explained to him that I needed a vechicle to get around because my father is dying and was told by doctors that he would only live 3 weeks max and I wanted to spend the weekend with him. He said he was sorry but there was NOTHING he could do. I went on to ask him if I rented a car would MASERATI pay for it. He told me if I rented a vechicle and paid for it, that I could submit documation to him and he would submit it to corporate and they MIGHT reimburse me. After hanging up with him I called roadside to have the car towed to Criswell. At 10am the car was towed. I never received a courtesy saying my car is there or anything, At 4:30 I called because no one called me. I told him a phone call would have been nice if he had no other information, acknowledge the vechicle is in your possession. He blows me off and says, "your car is here and we were able to fully charge the battery" he ask me a serious of questions in a very nasty tone, "when was the last time you drove the car, how far did you go, etc? Finally, I asked him for Corp phone number he replied he didn't have it, I could google it, I asked if he could google it and he started panting as if I was bothering him. I asked who do you report to and his reply was "Omar" he went on to tell me Omar is gone for the day, he won't be back until tomorrow, no one else can help me. I asked if he could put me into Omar's voicemail box and he disconnected the line.I called back and left Omar a message. Omar did in fact call me back the same day. He assured me he would reimburse me for a rental and did a great job cleaning up Mr. Oliver's mess. I've purchased other high end automobiles before and Mercedes, Ranger Rover or BMW treated like he did. Outside of being embrassed because my new car had to be towed, my father dying now I have a service executive talking to me like and treating me like my business is NOT valued. If I treat my customer like Mr. Oliver treated me, I wouldn't have any customers. I expected so much more from Maserati.

I was not in the market for a new Maserati but once I spoke with their team and worked up the numbers I had no other choice. I bought same vehicle as my friend. They are great people to work with. Just Leased the Ghibli with Criswell Maserati.This was the best leasing experience I've had so far. The process was fast, easy, smooth and very pleasant. Abiola was the best salesman I have ever worked with when purchasing a new vehicle. We had communicated for a little over two weeks to try and come up with the perfect vehicle. Abiola found that car on a Saturday for me....the only problem was I had a previous engagement that had been planned that afternoon and I live in Baltimore! Abiola to the rescue!!!! He offered to handle all the paperwork and drive the car up to me in Baltimore. We finished everything over the phone at 1pm and I had a new car delivered to me by 6pm. I am extremely pleased with my new purchase and would recommend Abiola to all my friends.

My wife and I have dealt with Lexus, Infiniti and Acura dealers for the last 28 years. The foreign influence enhanced the car buying/service experience. Today we bought an American car (used) through Criswell Maserati. While it wasn't one of the 6 figure Maserati's on the showroom floor, you would have thought we were buying one. Robert set up the buying experience with a quick and low pressure response to my offer. Chuck handled the actual sale when we arrived. The whole staff could not have been more cordial and thoughtful after our 3 hour drive from SE Virginia. From Sales, to Finance to the General Management, you would have thought we were long lost friends. I can recommend Criswell Maserati without hesitation. That in itself is a complement since I am such a skeptic of human nature. It was well worth the 340 mile round trip. Kudos to all!

This is by far the best car buying experience I ever had! Everyone from sales to finance was wonderful in helping me lease a great car. Our quest to purchase a new Maserati was supported from start to finish by Abiola and Omar from our arrival at the dealer ship to our drive away in our brand new car ! Abiola talked with both of us and quickly understood what we were looking for in both model and price range ! Alberto responded to my initial internet inquiry promptly and has been very delightful to work with. There is no pressure in the process and he nicely followed up with all the details. I have bought many cars in my life, but the experience with Chriswell Maserati especially with Mo, Omar and Scott stands out the most. I was greeted very professionally from the onset. We spent some time discussing the model I was interested in, took a look at available inventory and picked out a specific car. From there, the process was much better than expected. They met my needs and budget and made the experience very pleasant. Total time from entering the dealership to leaving with the new car was probably less than 2 hours. I can't say enough positive things about Mo, Omar and Scott's character. They are truly the type of individuals you want to deal with when purchasing a car. There was zero headache and no old school car sales tactics or time wasting. Once I drove the car home that night, I ended up locking myself out and in the process of getting the door open, the windows cracked. This is where Mo, Omar and Scott showed their true customer service. They arranged to fix the window at no cost and provided an exceptional service in the process. In less than 24 hours i experienced Sales, Finance, and Service team. I could not be happier with choosing a dealership that provides that type of service in their customer facing departments.I am looking forward to going back to them when its time for my next car. I was at another local Maserati dealership at first, but they did not have the car with the exterior and interior color I was searching for. I called Criswell Maserati and had the pleasure of talking to Abiola. He mad certain that he could have the car I wanted, so he set up an appointment for me to come in. When the day came for my appointment he made sure the car was there at the dealership waiting for me to test drive. After giving me VIP treatment when arriving we went for a test drive and his knowledge of the Maserati brand was impressive. Once we returned to the dealership he ran numbers for me and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse and it was by far better than the deal that I was getting at the other Maserati dealership. The entire process for me to purchase the vehicle was very smooth and by far the easiest car buying experience of my life. It was difficult for me to give up my Jaguar XF but the Maserati is in another class of it own. I will definitely get my next Maserati from Abiola because I have become a Maserati lover. Abiola has checked up on me often to make sure everything is well with my new cr. TAHNKS again Abiola!!!!

We purchased a 2015 Maserati Ghibli from Criswell and are very pleased with the car and the customer service we received. The car is a work of art, beautiful in every way. Alberto was our sales person and he made the process extremely easy. All paperwork was completed prior to our arrival and we were in and out of the dealership in less then 1 hour which included the test drive and setting up our settings in the car. Albert is very helpful and warm! I lived in the center of PA, there is no Maser retailer nearby. I have driven over 50 miles for the last 4 years to get my 2006 GranSport serviced at Criswell, The last two years have been the best since Scott Oliver arrived. He gives me such personal attention when I bring my car in. He always discusses service needs in detail and makes cost-conscious recommendations. He makes sure Robert Fox lets me look at the car with him and explains any service needs and any questions I have. I have never had such personalized service. I feel like the three of us are a team working to do what is best for my automobile!I recommend Criswell Maserati to any one who has a Maserati in Baltimore. I had just left another dealer south of CRISWELL were I had a harable experience and even though this dealer accepted my offer to trade my Ferrari for a new Maserati I could not bring myself to deal with them. I called CRISWELL and spoke with Goerge and he asked that I please come see him and he would make sure I had a much better experience. George lived up to his word it turned out to be the best car buying experiance I have had. There was no haggling I made the same offer the other dealer only excepted after playing games and making me very upset. George and the rest of the associates I worked with were appreciative of the offer and made it an easy and even enjoyable process. I would recommend George to anyone who is looking for a great purchasing experience.

I drove down from Pittsburgh PA to purchase an Alfa 4C land edition from Alberto and Omar on Saturday 5/30/2015. I was running a bit late due to thunderstorms coming down as well as unscheduled food break, but I walked into the dealership and Alberto was at the door and greeted me by name and offered both myself, my girlfriend, and my friend a beverage while they pulled the car around for me to review. While the car was being pulled around, Scott (the service manager) introduced himself to me as he is the person I initially liaised with on the car. I think everyone could tell how excited I was about the car. After I walked around the car and finished some paper work with Alberto, Omar came out while I was playing in the car to walk me over to complete the sale. The price I received on the car was fantastic and very competitive, especially for a car so rare. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgable about a fairly rare car. I have already recommended Criswell to some friends and will continue to do so all the way from Pittsburgh!Additionally, after I got home I sent Scott a message asking about service on the car and got an almost immediate response. Buying a Maserati Ghibli was one of the most unique and best experiences of my life. The car is excellent. I had an Audi, a BMW and a Mercedes -Benz before. Nothing drives like a Maserati. The control is awesome, and even in the snow it drives well. Not to forget, the total experience with Criswell Maserati was great. We were in and out in of the dealership in less than 45 minutes. Abiola Akintunde is a fine gentleman who took care of all the paperwork well ahead of time. Even the Manager, Omar Stwodah gave very good personal service . On the whole , fantastic experience and I just can not part with this car. Needless to say, the car has improved my social interactions immensely!.

This dealership had plenty of inventory and had a selection that nobody else had. I had to drive from NJ for them. The dealership was welcoming, warm and always were attentive. These guys are good people more than excellent sales man. Alberto Zamorano took excellent care of me and treated me very well. Omar Stowdah , the sales manager made the buying process smooth and accommodating. They've got me the deal and specification I wanted. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking at a luxury car. And yeah I love my Ghibli too!

I had tried purchasing a Maserati at another local dealership a few years ago. They put no effort in trying to get me a deal I felt financially comfortable with. At Criswell Maserati, Abiola did just the opposite. The entire staff was down to earth and very personable. Abiola frequently contacts me to see if I am satisfied with the Gran Turismo Sport I purchased. If looking for a Maserati or something comparable, please call them up and ask to work with Abiola.

Bought a gorgeous SQ4 today. I met George back in October. It was my first time ever being in a Maserati Dealership. First class service from the first initial visit. I never felt pressured and I instantly felt comfortable and unguarded with George. He comes from a place of "yes" and is extremely encouraging. His presence through out was more like a friend rather than a sales person. I didn't buy a car that day in October. I was just not ready. I said I would be back in a few months. George kept me up to date on all the inventory changes and just to check in to see how I was doing. He went above and beyond with me. I had many questions through out the process and George was always responsive and diligent. Having bought over 10 cars in the past 5 years I have to say this was the absolute best car buying experience ever. Completely stress free environment, professional friendly staff. No pressure or gimmicks whatsoever. I shopped around and they truly give the best deal and have the best inventory. I've bought several cars from Criswell over the years and their customer service has always been excellent. This was my first experience with their Maserati service (2012 GTS) and it was exceptional - just what one would expect when you own a Maserati. Scott Oliver, whom I met at a car event, went out of his way to accommodate my circumstances. They performed the service as requested, checked out the whole car, and the price was well below my expectations -- not the typical high priced service you get at other Maserati dealers in the area. They even detailed the car before returning it to me! Keep up the great work!

These guys really know what they are doing. I drove from Virginia because they have a huuuuuge inventory. Any color I wanted was there. They have a selection that nobody else has. I shopped NY, NJ, FL and up and down the east coast but these guys had it all. Then when I came to the dealership, they were very welcoming, warm and always were attentive. I met the service manager along with everyone in sales. These guys are not your typical car sales guys. I got a good deal, good value for my trade and now I am driving in my new Ghibli. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking at a luxury car. Oh and I love my Ghibli too!

We went to all of the area dealerships and Alberto was able to come up with a best offer on our first phone call, without the haggling. After a short negotiation, they had all of the paperwork ready for when I showed up and it was very smooth. The only thing that they didn't offer (and I didn't know to ask for) was to drill into the bumper for the front plate, which is required in VA. I had to take it in for a separate service appointment after the fact. Regardless, it was a good experience, and I'm comfortable with the price we paid and the service received.

We were in the market for a Ghibli S Q4 and from the moment we met Alberto Zamorano he made the process as easy and stress free as possible. Alberto was very patient with us, especially since we can be demanding at times. Alberto was very friendly, not pushy, and listened to everything that we requested. He was able to find us the car that exceeded our needs and we are extremely happy with the car, the process, Criswell, and especially Alberto. I met George through an internet inquiry and he could not have been more responsive or professional. When I met him in person he was even more so. He said he would not push us or tell us something he couldn't do which was exactly what he did. I shopped around quite a bit and it was because of George that I returned to Criswell and true to his word I got the best deal there. I leased my Ghibli on July 4, 2014. The whole staff at Criswell Maserati were very professional, kind, accommodating and easy to work with. There was no hidden agenda with the team. The lease was effortless and seamless. What is also very nice is that Abiola (Ab) periodically checks in with me to see if all is ok and if I am enjoying Her. That is kind. Scott, the service gentlemen is also very kind and says that his door is always open for whatever I need. Omar, the manager was also very accommodating. He approved paperwork and made sure everything was taken care of on the weekend--even when they were closed!I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants great, exceptional customer service; I will definitely be going back to them when my lease is up!

I bought my Maserati Ghibli in April 2014 from Crisswell Maserati. After the purchase I have been mainly dealing with the service manager Scott. Since my purchase I have brought my car to purchase new tires, do my annual service and recently updates Maserati had for the Ghibli. All of my visits have been exceptional.The service experience is personable. When I call Scott he remembers my name. He is accommodating with my busy schedule. If I have to bring my car, I receive the same year model or newer as a loaner. When I pick up my car Scott reviews in detail all the things that have been done to the car. Also they do a phenomenal job giving the car back to me extremely clean. I wash my car every week inside and out at some of the local car wash, but the guys are Crisswell really leave my car extremely clean. If you are in the market for a Maserati I recommend purchasing it from a dealer who will have the support and knowledge to service your vehicle. People only come to realize this after they purchase the car and they start having questions. Scott's expertise has become handy to me plenty of times when I've had questions in the past. Although there are forums online where you can find ton of information, getting advice from people who are working on these cars daily is a big difference.

Five Star Experience from beginning to end!!! Abiola Akintunde was absolutely awesome!! Completely professional, informative, helpful, followed up as promised and most importantly not your typical pushy salesman. My wife and I purchased a 2015 Maserati Ghibli SQ4. The whole process was hassle free. They provided us with a more than fair trade in value for our 2013 Range Rover Sport and matched a competitive price we had received from another dealer on the car. We drove in from out of town, the car was ready to go, the paperwork was ready to sign and the full team was expecting our arrival and greeted us by name as we walked thru the doors. Being a native New Yorker I naturally wanted the best deal in town and called every Maserati dealership in New York. At one dealer in NYC I got the rude "You need me more than I need you treatment", at another dealer it was " No way we can't go down on sticker", and at yet another dealer it was "trust me your getting the best deal in town" which it clearly wasn't. After a tiring search I found George Liapis at Criswell Maserati in Germantown, Maryland. He said Michael I will do the best of my ability to earn your business, your trust and give you the best price possible. Not only did he do all he said he would but I got First Class Treatment all the way. I was so impressed with George that instead of having my new Maserati shipped up to New York I decided to drive to Germantown to meet George and his associates. Price was the most competitive I could find on the east coast. I traveled from New Hope, Pa to test drive. And then purchase the car. Both Alberto and Omar were fair and curtious and steered me in the right direction in going with a 3 year lease vs purchase. I intend to come back in 3 years and lease another Maserati, either another Grand Turismo or the new Alfiari. Anastasia and the head of the service dept ( I forget his name) were a pleasure to work with as well.Ps love the car!

George Liapis sold us a two year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited they'd taken in trade, with 24,000 miles on it. The whole experience was flawless. George was exceptionally low key,personable and knowledgeable, with no high pressure tactics. He allowed me to drive the car to our mechanic in Virginia for a pre-purchase inspection (the verdict was "perfect") and subsequently had the Criswell Jeep dealership accomplish two outstanding recall updates. When we purchased the car, he handled the paperwork and Virginia licensing expeditiously and with quick and quiet accomplishment -- no last minute drama or surprises. We are delighted with the car, and with the final sale price. It was well worth traveling to Maryland for his professional approach, and I would do it again for the right car.I would most highly recommend George to anyone interested in the purchase of either a pre-owned or new car; regretably I'm afraid I'm unlikely to ever choose to afford a new Maserati... but they are great fun to look at! Took the car in to fix Sat antenna problems and a couple of other minor things. Scott knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. I really like Scott's demeanor, attitude, and customer service. Also very much appreciate a straight talk and none of the "hmmm ... let me see ... not sure if we can do that ... it's normal ... " Car was ready as promised but I got stuck in traffic on the way to Criswell so I asked if I could return the loaner car the next day. We exchanged emails while I was in traffic and he was very quick. "No worries ... come tomorrow" was the answer and nothing like what other dealers do when they give you a cheap loaner car! Bottom line: First time working with Scott and the experience was A+++. Thank you!

Scott Oliver and his technician have be one of the most professional teams in car repair as they corrected a very complicated problem with my Maserati GranTurismo with relative ease. Their sophisticated knowledge allowed the overall cost of the repair to be remarkably minimized. This speaks to two significant attributes: expertise and honesty.
