David at the BMW location is very friendly and helpful. The services were completed in a timely manner! I take the above statement back! After our initial visit there was always something wrong with our car when we’d take it here, but they kept telling us it was ok and they couldn’t find anything wrong until the timing belt eventually popped off!

I really wish I could give this dealership 0 zero stars, but since I can’t, I’ll write a review. The customer service is terrible here. I purchased a brand new 2021 Mercedes Benz from Critz in June 2021 and by August 2021, the sound system started going haywire. It has taken an act of Congress to even get an appointment to fix the problem and get a loaner. The customer service is garbage, especially in Service. Since I’ve heard so many great things about Mercedes Benz, I decided to try one. Worst mistake ever! I feel like I’ve been taken. No one seems to be available to answer the service department until I call the Sales Department and that’s a hit and miss. Every time I call, the information is not accurate for the appointment. Not to mention, I originally referred 2 other clients of mine to them, which I regret. I’m quite sure it’s not Mercedes Benz as a whole, but this experience is just terrible. Buyers Remorse?They are really making me regret this purchase altogether. 2 months in, Im definitely thinking about trading it for a 2022 Lexus!

These folks were great. We were out of town and having car trouble. We made it in to the dealership. We were set up in a rental car (at no cost to us) and back on the road in no time. We were given regular updates on the status of the repairs and were able to make arrangements to pick up the car at a time the dealership was closed. I would have appreciated better updates on the status of the repair. I expected calls on Thursday and then on Friday which never happen. I finally called on Saturday and found out the car was finally ready. Tiffany was great.....the communications went down hill to whoever was covering for her at the end of the week

Went in for an oil change. Everything went smooth. The car detail was not really a detail, lots of dry water spots on the car. There was also a multi-point inspection but my tires pressures were not checked and when I left there is around a 4 psi difference between the tires.

Had my 06 e class towed in to Atlanta they said it would be about 3500 to fix and could have other issues, called and had towed to Critz they called me the day after to let me know it needed a gateway module and that this was a common issue so this 500.00 repair would be all I needed thanks for being honest

The only problem I had was, two leaks were found by your maintenance team. But when returning home the locations were cleaned up and no leaks were found. The oil and power steering fluid that was on them was fresh when cleaned. No leaks were found after driving and the next day no oil stains on the drive way. I believe this is a quality assurance issue. Almost like the person filling the fluids was not the person that did the inspection and they didn't talk to each other.

I just recently purchased my fourth E350, (2016 E350) and this buying and delivery experience was really outstanding. My sales agent was Fiorella Truslow and she made sure everything I wanted was available and correct on the purchase order. She kept me informed of the car's progress through the entire build and delivery process. On the day I took delivery, the signing paperwork was ready and the process was smooth and quick. After signing the paperwork I was introduced to Faisal Johnson, the consierge, who transferred all the MBrace and Srius accounts over to the new car. This was a very welcome and helpful service. I and Fasial then spent a great deal of time in the car going through a familiarization of all the new features. From start to finish this was an outstanding buying and delivery experience. The entire delivery day was well planned out and executed. Thanks to all.

They were extremely organized, the preparation prior to my arrival was extraordinary, everyone was professional and competent. Fiorella Truslow was the sales representative and she was exceptional. When I am ready to trade again I will call Fiorella first!! The Critz dealership is a 6 hour drive for me but I will gladly make the trip again to get the quality of service provided by Fiorella and the Critz dealership. Many dealerships could take some lessons from the people at Critz.

The folks at Critz were very good. Once we were sold on the vehicle, the negotiation process was fast and reasonable. I think both parties walked away satisfied. Very pleasant, no games or pressure. Both the sales rep and the manager were military veterans as are we...probably not important in the car buying process, but I think we all got the feeling that none of us were trying to take advantage of the other. I guess it is unusual to walk out if a dealership and still feel satisfied a week later.

I would especially like to praise Kyle at the service desk who was able to get the serpentine belt replaced on our ML 350. We were visiting from out of town and this was an emergency repair. Since we reside in two places, I compare you to a dealership in Santa Fe. I like them better because the mechanic comes out and discusses your car, from the tires up. I would pay extra! I had some issues with my ml350 and I will never know now until my service in Santa Fe. The people I meet were great, friendly and helpful, but more value added would offered as I described.

On tire matters at least, service techs should make sure the tires are inflated to the required amounts. Ours were given back to us with more than 8lbs under in the front and near 10 in the rear. This triggered the tire pressure monitor to alert us to the deficiency just the day after we picked up the car from Critz.

Took GM car in for recalls and service. Mentioned a couple of odd creaks the car was having. Service diagnosed creaking problem, called GM and with GM's approval did out of warranty repairs for minimal deductable under warranty (5% of repair cost). For most of the car issues the vehicle Warranty had expired. Critz Service Dept. was very proactive about contacting GM directly with issues they felt were not right on the vehicle. Could not be happier with Critz Service Dept. and the outcome. Definitely will stay with this dealership for Service! THANK YOU CRITZ!!!

I had a flat on rt.95 at the Savanna exit. After Mercedes road service put on the spare (whatever tire) I had to try and find a new tire to complete the rest of our journey to Virginia .After stopping at several tire stores and told it would have to be ordered due to the size for a GL450. We were able to locate the Mercedes dealership. The people at Critz Mercedes were great .they saw to the comfort of my wife ,our dog,and myself .the tire was replaced put back on the vehicle and we were back on the road in less than an hour.This took place late on a Friday afternoon and we thought we might be stuck for the night waiting to get this fixed.We truly appreciate the service team at Critz for all they did to make our experience a good one. I would highly recommend Critz's service department .

I bought a 2009 SLK 300 CPO from a Mercedes dealer in Memphis. After returning to Savannah about a week after my purchase, the A/C went out. I called Critz and spoke with Chuck. He was able to get the car in within a day or so, but said he did not have any loaner vehicles. I told him I could wait a few days. I made the appointment for July 31st, when a loaner would be available. When I arrived the staff was friendly, there was a little confusion about a loaner. Chuck sprang into action! He called Enterprise and arranged for a car to be delivered for me. The next Saturday (Aug 2nd) my car was not quite ready, however, my wife and I were near Critz, so we stopped in to check on the progress. Chuck was not there, but Tifany was and explained that the service department was not open on the weekend. She did an amazing thing! First, she remembered me bringing in the car for service; then she said - "We've got to get you out of that rental and put you in a Mercedes!!!!" And she did!!!! We had a great conversation and she took care of us. One last comment. Before purchasing the SLK, I stopped by on a Saturday morning. Brian (from Statesboro) was working. I told him of my impending purchase and he asked me if I had the VIN number and that he would do a little recon. I gave the information to him and he took the time to talk with me about the SLK. No pressure, no angle, no ulterior motive!! I felt he was actually interested in making sure we bought the car that was right for us. It spoke volumes about the integrity and the professionalism of the dealership. You have an awesome team. I work at FlightSafety International and we understand that our business is based on customer service (yes, we teach folks to fly Gulfstream jets, However, what keeps them coming back to our Savannah Center is the long lasting relationships we have built - integrity and trust!! I had been shopping for a 1 or 2 year old luxury vehicle with low millage for the past year. I had also researched vehicles along the east coast and was about to fly to Miami to purchase a car when I found a late model Mercedes at Critz. My sales person was quite personable and responsive to accommodate me with the features I was looking for in a car. The vehicle was reasonably priced; but, lacked 2 features I desired a navigation system and a back up camera. The sales person conferred with his management and offered to install the navigation system at no extra cost and presented a low cost option of installing back up sensors similar to the sensors in my older Jaguar. I compromised on that option given the price. I am pleased with my service visit. I had a bulb that needed to be replaced. My rims were chipping badly. When my car was serviced last year, the service advisor talked to me about a mobile service that they use to repair rims. I remembered this and arranged for this service when I took my vehicle in for the replacement bulb. It's been eight days and my rims still look like new! I had to wait for 10 days before washing the vehicle or touching the rims, so this weekend I plan to take pictures of my vehicle and the sparkling rims!

We were on vacation in Savannah in May. Saturday morning the check engine light along with other warning lights came on. The engine was running rough and the transmission wasn't shifting right. Critz was able to work on the Yukon and Saturday and supplied a loaner car so we could do our sightseeing. Turned out a squirrel had eaten some of the wiring. I ran over a nail and I called to get it replaced, not only did they have the tire I needed they squeezed me in last minute for an appointment! I was so thankful! Great service! The loaner car process was quick and painless. I was even called after I picked up my vehicle for follow up to the couple of issues/questions I had with my 2011 3-series. My service attendant even offered to stop by my home or work to look at the car if needed. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will certainly consider them when eventually upgrading - although I am very happy with my car for now.

I worked with the Mercedes rep Brian Kirkland. He is the most laid back car sales rep i have ever met. Everything is painless. He is very sincere and honest, and very pleasant young man. Do not let his age fool you but he can deliver. There was not an ounce of wheeling and dealing in our conversations. Everything is clear and transparent. The whole process including the final paperwork with the Business Manager is very clean. They will not nickel and dime you unlike a few weeks back at Southern Motors Honda, where i also purchased my wife's vehicle. It was like night and day difference.

Having moved to this state and finding I have to drive 80 miles to get my car serviced, I was hoping it would make for a good day. Weather aside, it was freezing cold, I found the dealership nice (and warm) and it's employees the same. I am grateful. My loaner was ready and I took off for a day of shopping. I was called as a courtesy to let me know about additional items and that there was a little delay. No worries, I went to a sit down eatery, had a nice lunch, some warm tea and waited it out. Arriving a little early as sat in the waiting area, clean and well stocked, and chatted with the locals. My car was soon, washed and ready to go. Heater on as well, always a good sign. I have only good things to say, and it was worth the days outing. I will be making sure I use this dealership going forward.

The only problem I have with Critz BMW is that you are not located in Beaufort, South Carolina! Of course coming to Savannah for having my car serviced is a good excuse to go shopping! First of all let me say I was traveling from Maryland to Florida when I had car problems. I guess in hind sight I was lucky I broke down off Interstate 95 in Savannah. Your service advisor, Steve Baumann, was fantastic. He assured me he would do everything possible to have my car repaired that day so that I'd be able to continue to my destination. Steve was also very helpful in making my delay as comfortable and painless as possible. I'd like to make it clear that Steve and your service dept. went above and beyond in getting my car repaired, because I believe they stayed a bit past when they would normally have gotten off. My 2012 GMC Terrain had damage to the tail light lens and I needed a replacement front tire following a road hazard incident. No replacement was available at the Bluffton Firestone store and they indicated there was no stock anywhere locally. The Service Dept did locate one almost immediately. We had a tire issue on Sunday while traveling from Florida to Carolina We had to wait until monday morning and the dealership got us in as a wait job. We were on our way again in less than one hour. Yesterday just before lunch some unidentified chunk of metal flew upfrom the road surface and severely gouged my left rear tire. I will have owned this Z-4 for a complete year next week. When I purchased this BMW Roadster I did so with an additional tire/wheel warranty. I drove in on my run-flats from Hinesville unannounced. Not only did I only have to pay fifty dollars to have the tire replaced but also it was taken care of right then and there before I could use the restroom (always immaculate facilities), drink a cup of excellent coffee provided by your espresso machine, and complete three crossword puzzles. Upon arrival the service manager complimented me on the condition that I am keeping the car and also asked how my back was (knowing that I've had to have surgery on verterbrae.)

From the time I walked in the door and met justin at the Mercedes dealership I knew this car buying experience was going to be different. I was at critz because I wanted a Mercedes and their corporate support of the savannah philharmonic on who've board I sit. Justin our sales was respectful low key and courteous. He made the whole experience easy. When we learned there was a car we wanted at another dealer they jumped on it and brought it to savannah. Overall I appreciate that I didn't have to wait all day for my repairs to be done. The staff was very nice and friendly, I appreciated that they cleaned and vacuumed my truck afterwards. I would return again. If I had to say what they could do better would be considering Mercedes is a high end luxury brand, they could provide better refreshments especially for those people that are there for long periods waiting on their cars. One lady said she had been there since 10 that morning and at 2 when I came she was starved and still waiting on her car. All the dealership had to offer was water and coffee. I'm just saying...LOL

I brought in my car because of a recall notice on a particular part. It just so happened that I somehow managed to also acquire a massive ant infestation a few days prior. Despite my best efforts, I was still unable to rid my car of the ants. However, David Minadeo and the serviceman went above and beyond to help! So grateful! This was a follow up visit for a part that was ordered for my Mercedes. They contacted me as soon as the part was in and set up an appointment - very courteous. Supplied me w/ a loaner and my info had been saved in the computer so we did not have to go through the whole process again of signing me up for the loaner, just a quick signature. In and out in five minutes. A few hours later they called to advise my car was ready. Critz autogroup, specifically Critz Mercedes Benz service provides the type of service you expect from a luxury brand like Mercedes. Specifically their service advisors provided outstanding personalized service. Their service dept mechanics were thorough and ultimately worked to perform repairs that cost $880 instead of $2100 ($2968 estimate of another dealer) I concede that the other dealer may have ultimately found the same problem and charged a similar amount but I lost confidence after several sequential repairs at the other dealership. I will use Critz regularly from now on.

I got just an ac evacuation and i was told that i need a new water heater control valve and that alone cost me 230 dollars. I got the same thing done somewhere else and it only cost me 75 dollars

Received a recall notice on my 2010 335i. Already had a short list of questions, so I scheduled an appointment. Steve Scarano greeted me as I walked in. He was pleasant, professional, helpful and has a great sense of humor. He answered all my questions and got me a lift to run an errand and then drop me off at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Josh was the first driver. Poor kid had to help me carry boxes of files up a flight of stairs, but he did so with a smile. Speaking of smiles, Darnell, my second driver, has a terrific one. All 3 of the people I came in contact with were great. Car aint too bad either. :)

While traveling I had a dead battery. AAA charged the battery. I went to this dealership without an appointment to have the my vehicle checked out. They kindly took my car and checked it out. They charged my battery and found a problem with Embrace. They advised me to have it checked at my dealer when I get home. They were very accommadating.

This was one of the most pleasant if not the most pleasant car buying experiences we have had and we have purchased many cars. From the pleasant greeting by our salesperson Lori all the way to closing with Greg. We would definitely recommend Critz to anyone. The new showroom is very pleasing and state of the art. Everyone was knowledgable about the car we purchased which was very important especially since this is our first BMW.

I spoke to the sales manager on the phone and told him what I was wanting to do. I visited the show room and test drove an Acadia. I picked a black one that was not in Savannah. It was driven to Savannah, I waited a bit, but and very pleased w/ the vehicle and the payment.

Tiffany was outstanding help with our concerns.We just had to drop our car and there was not a wait,because the loner was ready and available.We are first time mercedes owners and we have never experienced this type of service. We were well please with Tiffany keeping us up dated with the status of our car.The idea of having the quality control manager recheck is amazing.It reassure the owner that they are receiving quality service.

Just received our 2013 ML 350. Drew Silver managed the entire transaction from ordering the car in January to receiving it in March. He handled all of our questions and issues immediately and professionally. He is an outstanding young man and Critz should be pleased having him on your staff. As he was new, he didn't have the answers to all of our questions. He never tried to bluff his way through an answer but promptly found the answer and immediately go tit to us.

Miss Tiffany was my Service Rep. We were moving to Kansas City and I needed a part. So Miss Tiffany called the dealership in kansas City to explain the part that I needed and She even called me when I was in Kansas City to make sure that I had all the info to contact the dealership in Kansas City and even had a name for me to contact. She is an amazing assest to the Critz family. Sure hope we move back to Savannah so we can come back to Critz.

I came in to get my 2013 MBs first service done. I called made the appointment and set up the rental car over the phone, which was easy. When I arrived, I was greeted by Tiffany Frost Small. She was personable, professional, and very nice to speak with. She got me all checked in quickly, got my keys to the loaner car to me quickly and I was back out the door in only a few minutes. Tiffany called me as soon as the service was done on my car, but never made me feel like I had to hurry back to collect my car. I arrived and my car was washed, and ready to go. The dealer upgraded an electronic component for my rear tail light at no cost and explained why they did it and showed me the paperwork that indicated it was free of charge. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Critz. The sales staff are amazing, as are the service staff. They exhibit the level of service and customer care I would expect from MB, and then some. Thank You Critz for making owning my beautiful MB an even better experience! Jennifer Johnson

My preowned car was purchased from another dealer in January. Six weeks later the battery failed and would not hold a charge, plus it was a model affected by a recent BMW recall. Charles assured me these items were covered under warranty, then scheduled both an appointment and a courtesy vehicle for me. This was my first experience with both BMW and Critz, but it won't be my last, as their customer service is outstanding and exceeded my expectations!

This Saleman was awesome! I was was not shopping for a car! He presented himself with a vevr very pleasant attitude, and knowledge about his product, did not be pushy at no time, but with a sale purpose in mind, and kept that focus throughout the sale. My oil change was fine, but my appt. was for 12:00 and was supposed to be finished around 2:30. When my husband went to pick up the car after 4:00 he did not want to wait for a car wash. It sounds like a very little thing but I was so excited to get the pollen washed off! New facilities are beautiful!

Three cars (1999 S430, 2006 S430 and 2012 Ml350)all have been serviced at Critz and there were no complaints. As a matter of fact my expectations were consistently surpassed. My service writer has always been willing to answer my questions particularly when there was a question of 'do it now or later'. Her concern was always safety which I and my wife greatly appreciate.

My continuing comment is that the cost of service is overly heavy. Yes, I used the 10% discount coupon and was looking forward to 'only 2 X $168 or so for the service of my wife's 2005 CLK and my 2007 GL320cdi. Ooops! It was 60,000 miles for the 320cdi and the fuel filter cost $250 + my wife blower unit for H/AC went out but only $100 for that because I purchased an extended warranty.
