I purchased my F450 from crossroads and brought it back for an oil change last week. They worked with my crazy work schedule and got it in and back to me very quickly. My wife took the ride and we ate a quick breakfast at their diner inside the dealership. Truck service was great, food was great, will definitely be working with them again for the next truck and all maintenance.

I am more than happy with them! When I first pulled in and saw there was a 3 and 1/2 hour wait I almost pulled out but instead decided to wait it out. Well that bunch worked extra hard to take care of those waiting and instead I only waited a little less than 2 hours. Super polite, super nice, super efficient. Will gladly go there again!

Very polite, professional staff. No long waits. Everything explained. I am very pleased. This is my "go to" place for service. I have used Crossroads for 5 years now and they are wonderful. They even service my Ford chassis RV. I am vey impressed with the courtesy and quick service. I have had them replace my battery, tires and brakes at reasonable costs. And they don't waste any time getting the job done.

This place Rocks and is very helpful. I have been bringing my truck to them every month due to the mileage I put on. They work with me as I am a self employed person that needs quick turn around as my truck is my income source. They are friendly and kind. The try to get me the best deal by suggesting to take advantage of the package service deals. I will continue to bring my truck to them. They shine over the other dealers in the area.

I recently found a vehicle that I was interested in on the Cross Roads website. I then went to Cross Roads Ford of Indian Trail, where Doug assisted me. It turned out that the vehicle I was hoping to look at was not at the Cross Roads location I had come to. Doug assured me that the vehicle could be brought to that location the next day and I could then look at it. And he delivered, the vehicle did come in the following day and I was in love with it! Doug was so helpful with everything including a few minor repairs the vehicle needed (which were all repaired complimentary by the dealership!). I had a wonderful experience at Cross Roads Ford of Indian Trail and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a great car and great service!

When trying to find out what car would be best to purchase Glen C. was more that helpful. He went above and beyond assisting my with my purchase of a Ford Fusion SEL and made sure that I was happy through the process. I was always able to reach him with any questions I had. If there's a need to find another car, I would definitely consider coming back to see Glen C. for assistance.

We purchased the 2008 Edge on May 19 with extra warranty for certain parts of the vehicle. Two months later the car had a leak that was not part of our extended warranty. Four hundred dollars later it was a power steering leak problem. The service was provided promptly the staff helpful but I will say disappointed to have problems so soon after the purchase.

David and Chase Petty (Service Managers) referred me to an excellent alignment person.They felt that the Ford service equipment couldn't safely execute the alignment in question; due to my oversize and chrome tires/wheels. They both went above and beyond to call around to third party vendors, who could help me. That was much appreciated and excellent service. Im a happy customer. 2011 Ford Focus- Info on internet was incorrect about the car. Car had not been cleaned and had a broken door latch. Paid cash. Sales person was very nice. BIG PLUS-- the dealership delivered the car to me fixed and detailed the following Monday. (However, it has been a week and the door latch does not work again.)

JC Hacker was very helpful and accommodating. My only difficulty is from inadequate communication. We received NO updates between "Your truck has been built" and "It's here". It would have been helpful to have a little advance notice to begin the process of securing the outside financing and selling the old vehicle privately. Also, we requested a transfer of tag from the old van to the new and instead, a new plate was ordered with personal tax consequences and me having to insist that the dealer resolve the mistake.

The only thing I can say was bad is that we were not called when the car was finished. I did get an email about 10 hours later. So I would suggest that you make sure you call the person after there vehicle is done. Remains are not reliable at times.

I was looking for my daughter her very first car, that she would be purchasing on her own. I had her go around to different dealerships in our area Charlotte, Concord and Huntersville to test drive different ones in her budget. I wish I would have known about Crossroads Ford because I would have sent her there after she decided to purchase a Ford. I talked to numerous Ford dealerships and first of all, none of them were in communication like Rodrick Hunter was. He was hands down on it. No pressure at all either, which I loved. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he went after it all the way. No foolishness with him, only pure professionalism, no hiccups, no gimmicks, no bull. And my daughter purchase exactly what she was looking for, actually more that what she was looking for, at the same price that was in her budget. He made it easy for me as a mother looking after her daughter. I would definitely recommend Rodrick and Ford in Monroe going forward - even though we are no where near the dealership. It was so worth the travel.

I have been a customer since the days of Bowie Ford. I have had all of my many Ford vehicles serviced there and have bought vehicles at this dealership. Chris Rice and the other service writers and techs at Quick Lane, and less often, the full service lane, have always treated me like a customer should be treated. I have never been offered a service which was not necessary or felt pressured in any way which is why my wife and I always return to Crossroads and refuse to step foot on the lots of other Ford Dealers in the area. I have sent many customers your way. I would only recommend Crossroads Ford begin servicing the Ford chassis of RVs like mine, an E 450 cutaway van, class C. I must have it serviced at a non Ford provider. Thank you for your many years of service. I will see you in a couple of weeks with my Mustang.

My Explorer of 5 months had a malfunction and would not run. I was on the road and called to see about bringing the car in but found I could not get it there. Your service manager David helped me on the phone and told me to have it towed and not drive it. He called later to be sure I was home safe and then did a follow up call the next morning to let me the car was fixed and ready to go.He was very helpful and had a true concern about my well being.

I was in for service for 2 problems...a noticeable vibration when decelerating from a higher rate of speed and for the car hesitating to start/key not retracting as normal. The mechanic found that the vibration was the front brakes. They could not say for certain if a part in the ignition was going bad because the problem occurs intermittently; they recommended that I wait to see if it starts happening more often. They did not want to replace the part (at approximately $450.00) if the part didn't need replaced. I appreciated their advice, and the fact that they did not unnecessarily replace the part simply for the business. Great customer service all around...from the time I arrived, to the advice and service from the mechanic.

Well I had done a bunch of on-line searches for the truck I wanted. While I knew Crossroads had the truck I wanted I visited 2 other dealers before hand just to check things out. In both cases my experience there was less than pleasant. But John at Crossroads was no pressure, didn't try to talk me into a different truck that costed more and gave me a price right up front. I despise the back and forth tactics and haggling with sales managers that seems typical at some dealers. I have walked out of some dealers because of that tactic. Overall Crossroads and John got me the truck I wanted, the price I thought was reasonable and treated me like a person not just someone to make a quick sale to.

I made the mistake of having my 10,000 mile oil change at Walmart. They did not reset the oil change warnings and every time I started the car it popped up. It also cost me $20 more than Crossroads Ford and took longer. I am really happy with Crossroads service you just know they are very professional and reassuring to have experts that are familiar with your specific brand of car working on it. Great Job Guys!

I have NEVER had a better experience at a dealership when buying a vehicle. I didn't even think a "low pressure" experience existed until I came to Crossroads Ford of India Trail. Most dealership employees are dripping with greed and it's evident in how they try to hard sell a person into something as quickly as possible, so they can move on to the next victim. I never felt this with my Sales Rep (Blake), Sales Manager (Chuck) nor the Finance Manager (Ed). Everyone who comments on my beautiful Ford Escape, gets a personal reference to your dealership and trust me they are delighted to hear that I wasn't pressured into buying something I would later regret. I will NEVER buy from anyone else EVER and I will ALWAYS refer people to Crossroads Ford! I personally believe, if your product is good, there is never a need to pressure people into buying it. Micheal Zimmerman assisted me in scheduling a diagnostic test for my 2006 F-250. I decided to do the work myself since your cost was so high. I got the job done for $325...You guys wanted $650. Also I just had my fuel filter changed and my wiper blades..Micheal said that the service tech recommended that the fuel filter and wipers be changed. They were brand new.

My Ford Focus has to be towed to the Dealership last week. Michael, the service salesman was expecting it. He called me the next day to tell me they had found the problem but would need to order the part. Fortunately, the part came in almost a week before expected. Michael made sure to notify me and had the auto repaired by the next day. He also one of his drivers pick me up at home so I could drive the vehicle home. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Rarely have a problem with have this dealership handle my Fusion. The work is done quickly and accurately to what I have requested. They always inform me of items that are due to be taken care of ahead of time so I can prepare my finances for the difference in impact. Chase Petty is my go-to guy for customer handling. My 2011 Escape was in for routine maintenance plus the installation of a new battery; Since the old battery was almost 5 years old, I decided to replace it even though it still started fine. Carlyn Isaac was my Quick Lane Advisor for this visit as she has been for all of my visits over at least that last year for both cars. She is extremely good at what she does and is so nice that it is a pleasure just bringing my cars in for service. The work by the service technicians is always done right so I don't have to worry about how the service comes out. I really appreciate how I am treated at Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail and the way the work is done.

The technician was prompt and clearly explained what my automobile needed. He went as far as to show me photos of the damage to my tires. Once he determined that the work would take some time, he arranged for me to be taken to my home to wait for his call. Our salesperson, Rodrick Hunter, was exceptional in his service. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted and worked with us to find the perfect car for me. He responded in a timely manner to our communication before we even set foot on the dealership property. Rodney was excellent. Once we located the car I wanted he arranged to have it delivered that day from a sister dealership. I was not satisfied with my experience with the business manager, Cornell McGee. Mr. McGee has previously attended the church I am an associate pastor at and he spent the entire time talking about that experience. He was unprofessional from the moment he introduced himself. He was not upfront with the interest rate he offered initially and tried to brush over it. I know my credit score and know that I can get a lower interest rate than he offered. I was not impressed with how he tried to say he was going to get me a good rate because he is a Christian and I am a pastor, and then proceeded to offer me a rate that was double the rate I was offered at a different dealership. The only thing that kept me from walking away from the sale was the fact that Rodney was so good and I did not want to take the sale away from him. My interaction with Mr. McGee almost cost the dealership the sale. Again, I cannot say enough positive things about Rodney Hunter. He is a wonderful salesperson to work with. I would absolutely recommend him as a salesperson to my family or friends but I would tell them to not deal with Mr. McGee.

Mr. Zimmerman was very helpful. (I believe that was his name). He kept me informed throughout the day about my vehicle and let me know the cost before the repairs were made. I always bring my truck to Crossroads Ford. There is another Ford dealer much closer to me, but I think Crossroads Ford gives much better service and the staff are friendlier. I have none OEM skip plates and the service tech was very helpful in adjusting the plates when putting them back on after the service. The transmission clunk from a previous service check was also corrected with the flush. Glad this service managed to figure out the problem this time. It is always good when old issues finally get resolved. Service reps were courteous and kind.

The service adviser at Crossroads Ford, Bayard Davis, always seems to do his best to fit me in even when he has a busy schedule, he always greets me personally. The service team gets my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. Bayard always adds a personal touch, with the many customers Crossroads Ford has, Bayard still greets me by name. He is an asset to the Crossroads team. On a different note, not that this has been a problem, but one of the things that my wife and I think is one of the most important things when we have our vehicle in for service is that it is returned without grease and dirt, or other things damaged. We take for granted that the service will be done properly, but returning the vehicle the way it came in should be every service manager's priority.

Setting up an appointment was easy. I was having to constantly correct the steering on my new 2016 Ford Escape and it was pulling dramatically to the left when I braked. They listened and understood my problem. I had a short wait while they Did a test drive and came up with a plan. They arranged for a shuttle to take me home, and they picked me back up when they had solved the problem. Other than rotating the tires and adjusting air pressure. No other mechanical problem was found...no need to alignment needed. Great to know that my new car was not flawed. Fast courteous service, well appointed waiting area with many amenities. All went well and there was record of money accrued to apply toward the service. Unfortunately, I was two days late for my $10 off oil change coupon to apply. It's normally cheaper at Firestone. All went well and I appreciate going in and being able to get my service and go next door and get a bag of popcorn. I usually wait at the dealership because 1) the chairs are more comfortable 2) I don't have to put up listening to some woman's program--I care if somebody gets a double entendre question in a quiz show? 3) it looks less like the inside of a service station. Otherwise, the quick service works well.

I purchased what I did so I could get in and out of it. Because of some health issues I am unable to got in and out of cars. The new cars are to low for me. I would like to see a little better gas millage but I understand because of the weight you can't get the good gas millage. I hope Ford is working on this. I am sure there are other people that have the same problem with cars. The service and staff are some of the best I have ever worked with. Everyone is understanding and will do what ever is necessary to satisfy you. I have moved sixty miles from Crossroads at Indian Trail, NC and I want go to another dealer. As long at Crossroad at Indian Trail continue there service I will continue to shop with them.

I came into Quick service for brake change. I left with oil change, since it was found that, even though my brake pads are showing wear, they still have "life." I didn't wait an hour. Hi,My husband and I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus Titanium. I traded my 2005 Focus SE for this one to take advantage of the end of the year deal. I LOVE my new Focus. It has all the bells and whistles. Rides much nicer than the old one (even though I was so sad to say goodbye to it). I love the screen and ease of making and receiving phone calls, safety features like the backup camera and just the overall look of the car. Can't quit looking at it! Service went smoothly. Only hiccup was that my husband called earlier in the day to have them transfer the car from another dealership and they didn't follow through so we had to wait for it to be delivered. We were able to go out to eat and do the paperwork while we waited, but it made for a very long afternoon and evening, especially when we were so anxious to lay my hands on it. It all worked out in the end. Love the car, couldn't be happier, and will definitely recommend it to anyone who will listen. The sales staff was all very helpful. Dee was delightful and Don, our salesman did everything he could to make us comfortable and was as helpful as can be. Thanks to everyone at Crossroads Ford for my new vehicle and a great experience once again. Quick Lane is great. Staff is courteous and always lets me know why they recommend a service and exactly why which is very important in the service industry. I attempted to take my Nissan to a Nissan dealership and I had a horrible experience and it took the 1.5 hours of waiting just to do an oil change! That's why I prefer to go to Quick Lane.

This is my familie's fifth Ford vehicle. I started out with a Mustang in college, we bought an Edge when our first child was born and we've since moved on to an F-150 and our Taurus was traded in on the Focus. We've always been happy with Fords and Crossroads has done a great job of servicing our vehicles and getting us out the door with smiles on our faces when it was time to buy a new one. Bayard, in your service department, is wonderful. He's very helpful, pleasant and gets us in and out when we come in for service. That's what keeps us coming back. Down the road it'll be time to trade in the F-150 on a new truck and we'll be sure to visit you guys when that time comes. Thank you.

My Ford Focus is really a piece of crap. But, thats neither here or there. I have had to have to clutch replaced twice due to a recall, etc. I took it to crossroads ford both times and Bayard and everyone else there were so nice and helpful. They did not try to sell me something I didnt need and they gave me a car to drive while mine was being fixed all at no charge. If I ever did buy another Ford which is highly doubtful. I would buy it there.

I always take my Ford's to Crossroads Ford for routine maintenance and other needs. This time it was just time for an oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection on my 2014 Flex. I can depend on Crossroads Ford to do the job right and the staff (in this case Carlyn Isaac) was very helpful. She is always terrific to work with. I highly recommend Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail for both vehicle purchase and service.

The only problem we encountered was with the service department the truck we purchased did not have a license plate bracket we specifically asked for this before the deal was done afterwards the service department wanted us to pay for the 31 dollar bracket our saleslady was very helpful in getting this issue resolved. I would however recommend that your service staff be trained on the art of customer service as this happened to another daughter of mine last year. The experience as a whole was good to bad the service department leaves us with a bad imprecation I would not recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I brought my Lincoln MKX in for regular service to this dealership. Chase Petty waited on me and he was very kind and considerate when taking care of me. He kept me informed about the progress of my service while I waited for the work to be complete. He also researched answers to a few questions I had asked him. I have never received such great service anywhere before. I will definitely come back to this dealership and I will tell all my friends to consider bringing their vehicles here as well!

F150 - There was an issue with the F150 which caused the oil to go out. This is a brand new truck. I am not happy that with only 10k miles on the truck I would have this issue.

Had a tubo hose blow off my 2015 F450 work truck. Came in and had the new part(a known problem) replaced and complete in under an hour. Todd and his tech were easy to work with and talked straight about what needed to be done.

I recently returned my 2013 Ford Escape for the third recall on my vehicle. While satisfied with the service performed I am concerned with the three recalls. I have owned several Ford products in my lifetime, however I have not had the number of recalls that I have experienced on the Escape. I am anticipating even further recalls to come on the Airbag situation. Not Happy!!!

All and all I'm very satisfied, with one exception. On the last visit in October(14) after I received my paperwork, I noticed when I got home that my car reportcard was missing.I called and informed the man that did my paperwork of that, and he told me he would mail it right away.As of this date October(24) I have not recieved it and I'm sort of disappointed in that respect.

This was my ninth annual visit to have my 2001 Mustang GT oil changed and state inspection. Your store as always was clean, neat and my car and myself were treated kindly and respectfully. I also enjoyed looking at the new cars, talking to sales personnel and stopping by D.J's Cafe. I will return next year. One note of concern: When service finished car was driven out of shop and parked. It was the middle of a sunny day, however, lights were left on while it was parked.

The reason I say my sales experience is not completed is that I did not receive my tags and registration. I spoke with Sherry Knight and she is working on all of that. We brought the Ford Fiesta in for a "shudder" in first gear. Chase was our rep. and he did a great job getting us in and out promptly. He pointed out three or four recall items we didn't know about.Everything was fixed, covered under warranty, and we were able to pick the car up the same day.I was very happy with the service.

I had my truck serviced recently. I always bring my own filter and oil (I'm picky). I noticed later that my truck was over filled with oil which shouldnt have happened since I only bring the recommended amount. The next morning, the crew promptly drained and refilled and installed a new filter. Not sure what happened but pleased with how it was handled!!!!!!

I had a good experience with the Service Department at Crossroads Ford. I only had to wait just for a few minutes before they were able to look at my truck and determine what the problem was. My service advisor consulted with me about what the problem was and gave me options as to what would be required to fix the vehicle and how much it would cost. The truck was fixed in a couple of hours and I was able to go on my way. They did a great job.

Had 2012 Ford Explorer hood painted . Had bubbles in paint on hood then then started flaking. Had to contact the main ford co. But they said they wood take care of it. Through my own carelessness the Ford Key fob (Focus Titanium), which is generally just carried in my pants pocket, was soaked with salt water. While I rinsed it with tap water and buried it in rice, it failed to operate the door opening or start function. Service was quick while I waited and the "key" works. My only negative comment relates to the replacement cost. $150 for the Ford Key and another $100 to flash the firmware seems exorbitant. I own some complex items that cost considerably less to purchase, "program" or update.

Went in for an oil change and to diagnose a tire that had a slow leak. Tire had a nail in the sidewall that could not be repaired, and I bought a new tire. When I got home, I learned from reviewing the extended warranty I purchased from Ft Mill Ford that the tire should have been covered. Called CrossRoads and Chris Rice worked with me to file the claim and ensure I got reimbursed after the fact. He contacted me several times through the process to let me know where the claim was in processing and what to expect. This was excellent customer service.

I have a 2014 Ford Flex which is a Ford Fleet Vehicle. All repairs & maintenance are covered by the Quality Fleet Care Plan. In this case I needed a new battery. Carlyn Isaac is terrific to work with. She understands the process for working with my vehicle & the necessary effort to get approval from Quality Fleet Care Plan. The work was done right with no hassle on my part. I commend Carlyn for both her knowledge, thoroughness and just plain being very nice to work with.

I made the appt. for first thing in the morning so I could be in and out quickly. when I got there were cars were lined up down the drive and I thought I would be there a good portion of the day. The gentleman ghst drive me home was very polite and nice. The rest of the staff was indifferent. It was hard to find the entrance snd although the plsce was empty there were a bunch of men staring at computers and wandering around. Waiting area is uncomfortable. It feels more like a business than a place i mind having to do business. There are several other dealerships and repair shops i prefer to "visit".

Chase was my service advisor this go-around. I've had a few issues with past services, but I believed Crossroads of Indian Trail had the potential to provide the best service around, after all I bought the car there. This time I was early due to lack of traffic, Chase checked me in as soon as he got the chance. I was given every extension of courtesy from guest services and the work on my Fusion was completed in under the expected time. Chase even went a step further and helped me order some broken sun visor clips, a discouraging and unexpected need/ request.

My fusion was serviced Monday Aug 24 for oil change, check brakes, tires rotated. 3 days later my door broke. When I brought my fusion in Friday 8/28, I was worked in and had my car back by 2 pm that day. Indian Trail Ford is like bringing my car to a family member to have it worked on. It is unlikely I would bring my car anywhere else for service.

Took my 2008 Taurus in for oil change, inspection and break work. I suppose the price was fair. But what REALLY SURPRISED me was when I asked the work intake person about my forgotten door-key-code, he said it would be a "few bucks" to hook it up to their computer. I took "a few bucks" to mean, maybe, $10. Looked at my bill and it was $55!!! Wasn't happy about that but whatev's.

I have a F350 used mainly to tow a 39 foot fifth wheel camper. I needed a routine oil change after a 4200 mile trip and a 1700 trip. I had a engine shut-down in W Va on way home on last trip. Service person was very thorough in explaining the results of the diagnostic test. Would rather pay a little more for dealer service rather than a chain company since I know techs at my dealer are trained to service my truck.

Only issue I have is that I expected to receive documentation on the "premium" extended warranty I purchased and have not received anything. The "finance" person was to provide.

I have gone to the Quick Lane at Crossroads Ford for several years now. It is in close proximity of my house, and wait times are very short most days. I have never had a bad experience there, and have always had great customer service. With 2 Fords in my family, I expect to be there several times more in the future.

I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. The salesman worked hard on my deal over the phone and through e-mail. I have a 1-year old so traveling 80 miles to the dealership was an issue for me, so they even delivered the vehicle to me. 2003 Mercury Mountaineer - repair of blend valve on Heat/AC system Service done effeciently, within estimated time and budget, friendly, compentent service. The dash had to be disassembled and reassembled and it was done without problems with other controls or any complications.2010 Mercury Mountaineer - repair of power seat adjustment (drivers seat) - took a little longer than expected due to waiting on parts, but repair was done with friendly, compentent service.

Everyone is extremely nice and professional. However, this is the second time I brought car in doing the exact issue. I am pessimistic that the last corrective action will resolve and the issue will not return as it seems they did a system reset again. I hope there was something that was done a bit differently than the last event as that lasted about 2 weeks till it reared its ugly head again.I hope this does fix it and my fears are abated and I will be able to recommend even higher.

I did not receive a check off list of what was reviewed on the car. should I have? I was due for an oil change via your label on my windshield, yet it was not suggested...I would have had it taken care of if you did. I did appreciate the information given with regard to my rear breaks and servicing, though I must say, I HAVE NEVER had my rear breaks changed or "fluids flushed" EVER in my entire ownership of a car since 1972 and when I inquired with my boss who is a mechanincal engineer and race car driver about it, he said I should not need that service during my ownership of that vehicle. So a bit of a credibility issue here with advice of services though, it was not stated as an immediate need, just a consideration, so I appreciate the tone and presentation of the suggestion.Karen Schultz

I brought in 2 Transit Connects for Recalls. All recall issues were taken care of in a timely manner. I had another issue with a back up camera not working and Chase made sure they found the problem and got it fixed. This service dept did a great job.

Service was excellent. The exact opposite of what had experienced at th Quick Lane service department. The service advisor, David Morrison worked hard to fix everything needed on the truck. We have maintained this truck very well and I drove it away feeling confident everything was running well and had been properly serviced and checked. We have since bought a 2015 F150 Larriat. (Still have this truck as well.)

2013 Ford Edge I brought my Edge in for the recommended 20,000 mile service. I dropped it off before work and the communication from Chase my service advisor was awesome. My experience was great at Cross Roads. My salesperson Rod Hunter was nothing but spectacular from our first phone call connection. I already new what I wanted I was price shopping. I know Rod tried very hard to find the car I wanted but it ended up I had to order it. I ordered a 2015 convertible ecoboost Mustang 50th anniversary package manual transmission. He returned my phone call within minutes to give me a competitive price. The process moved fast and smoothly while working with Rod. Rod always kept me in the loop as t what was happening with my car. The only part that was slow was waiting for my car to arrive, but my Stunning Stella has arrived and I love driving, looking at it. Thank you Rod for GREAT customer service.

While we experienced some difficulties in obtaining the parts necessary for the repair due solely to a third party's inability to ship what was needed, the personnel at Crossroads Ford including Bayrd, the Service Coordinator as well the General Manager, Justin Clark, were extremely professional and communicated frequently, keeping me informed as to the status of repair. With the repairs done, the car performs like new. I will not hesitate to return to the dealership for future service or for the purchase of another vehicle.

I have been a customer of this dealer and Quick Lane for many years. I have bought a car and a truck from this dealer in the past. The only beef I have with Crossroads FORD is the Service Dept will not service my E-450 because it has a camper coach on it. Crossroads services other big trucks. Why should I have to take my FORD to a non-FORD mechanic who uses non-FORD parts and fluids. I will continue to take my Mustang and Ranger to Quick Lane for servicing and inspection because I like the people, especially CHRIS RICE, who has been most of the reason I return there. I intend to find out from Ford Corporate why my FORD Truck cannot be serviced at a FORD dealership. If I need service for the coach, I will return it to the camper dealer. I want my FORD truck chassis serviced ALL FORD.

They were very nice. I had purchased a service plan when I bought the car. I always tear the coupon out of the book and give to the person Helping me. The last time I went they told me that I had already used a coupon that was still attached in my booklet before I tore it out and gave it to them . I did not understand that. Everything went well when I purchased my Focus. I have had a problem with receiving bi-level air flow from the air conditioning unit. The Ford engineers said it was an "operating characteristic" of the 2015 model. I did find a work-around in an on-line forum. I now do have bi-level air distribution. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful.

Im a bit disappointed that this design issue hasn't been addressed by Ford with their cap-less fuel opening failing on so many thousands of vehicles, yet the onus is on the buyer to repair these fails at $700. The dealership was on point with all repairs.

Found a vehicle listed online. Set up an appointment. At first the staff was very friendly until it actually came time to purchase. When I would not accept their deal, the friendliness disappeared. After I left without purchasing, I inquired about the vehicle a few days later and was told it was at auction but they could get it back if I wanted it. They tried to pressure me into making a commitment to purchase the vehicle over the phone. There was a lot of deception in order to try to make me make a commitment. To make a long story short, I found the exact vehicle at another Crossroads Dealership and purchased it. That experience was MUCH more pleasurable.

2 Thumbs up. Emailed dealership and within ten minuted Don Flint replied asking what I was interested in. I replied back with specifics and within if twenty minutes Don Flint came through with what I wanted. My truck was delivered from Virginia and two days later drove off the lot. Everyperson I had contact with in Indian trail Dealership was kind and courteous to me. I would suggest this dearship to Everyone.
