I am so disappointed to have to write this review, I really wish I didn't have this experience. My husband and I brought our car to Crossroads Ford as new customers on August 18 to have a much-needed repair completed, a water pump replacement. Replacing the water pump doesn't take long at all, about 2.5 hours I'm told. They had to order the part, that took less than 5 days for shipping, fine, no problem. Flash forward TWENTY THREE days later, they called us – 30 minutes before they closed. On a Friday. We finally could get our car back, September 10. They said they had to repair a completely different part, which again should not have taken very long, and now we owed an extra $300+. Okay. But because they took an exorbitant amount of time on the repairs, we had to spend $1,000+ on a rental car throughout the month! We had to get the rental completely separate from the dealership, as they offered no help or care. This was odd, because other dealerships we have worked with have always had a rental car to offer us, for example. At Crossroads Ford, we thought we would get our car back in a week or two at most, because of the minimal work that needed to be done – not nearly a month later. Husband has tried to call to speak with the owner, Ron Teator, but he seemingly won't take our calls. All we can do at this point is never bring our business there again, and tell others to beware of this shop's detrimentally slow schedule for repairs. Have a back up car ready, it could take a while.

I had the worst customer service experience. They are supposed to do what you ask them to do not what they feel like doing. They deserve no stars. I was charged $129.60 to glue my review mirror on which was outrageous. I have had this done before 5 times somewhere else and only wanted their advice about what to do next. I was looking for something stronger to hold the mirror up. I said to the gentleman on the phone I just want their knowledge about the situation. They had to give me a rental to pick my mother up because I expected to only be there 30 minutes and I had dropped my mother off shopping. Then the girl called my house phone to let me know when my truck was done and I put my cell number on the rental form. Obviously I was not at home. I had another experience 20 years ago which was not good and decided to give them another chance. Never again.

Brett was fantastic from start to finish, even held the truck for 7 days with a small refundable deposit because we could not get there to do a test drive until the following week. October 3rd 2016 I have to tell you how impressed I am with the way Crossroads Ford handled the problem I had with the Ford Edge I bought. After just three or four hours after I picked up the new car I noticed two small door dents in my right rear door. I was was not very happy to see this problem. I called Rob Hussey the sales manager about the problem. I thought I might have a problem but to my surprise Rob was concerned about the situation and immediately responded that a person would come in the next day to fix it. He would remove the dents and because there were two small chips in the paint the OWNER would probably take care of the paint damage himself. I was told he has experience in this kind of paint match. He offered me a loaner car because of my forty-five minute distance to the dealer. When my car was returned to me one day later I found the dents were completely gone. The next day I cleaned the door area that was fixed and found that paint work was excellent!! I know quality work when I see it. I have to say a true test of a car dealer is when you have a problem and it is handled the way I was treated. I can not speak highly enough on the great service I received!! If you looking for a no-pressure Salesmans use this company and go to Mike Bollinger he is very polite and educated when it comes time to talking about buying your vehicle . I've been in business for over 35 years and I've driven and purchased my Ford trucks. I own a Ford Fleet of trucks for my own company. Dealing with many Fords since my first 1979 Ford pickup truck . I highly recommend him for your first or any purchase of a vehicle.

Fact is, they had the very awesome truck I'd been searching for. So, I asked for the internet Sales Manager who happens to be Mr. Mike Gollinger and let me tell you that he is one of the very best "few" salesmen that I've ever dealt with! Mike was great right from the first email I sent him inquiring about the truck I wanted. He is very patient and best of all, never pushy. Mike really is an outstanding professional something that in the sales industry is almost impossible to find nowadays. Hats off to the complete staff at Crossroads Ford. Everyone, from the receptionist to the salesmen who took my messages to the owner is great! I strongly recommend buying your next vehicle at this dealer! BTW, I bought my beautiful truck from Florida. I didn't even have to fly over there because I could tell I was in good hands. Mike set up everything for me including transport as I did not want to put so many miles in one shot on my new rig driving from NY. I do wish I met Mike in person though. I had searched local dealerships for months for "the car". I finally came to the conclusion that I wanted the Ford Taurus. I test drove a few and even put in an offer at those "Huge" dealerships. I was treated so poorly and left hanging so many times that I decided to walk away from the deal. I expanded my search to include other dealers within two hours from my home and came across a beautiful car, reasonable priced, but again, two hours from home. I inquired about the vehicle via email and was responded to almost immediately. I spoke several times with the salesman and ended up driving out thinking I would run into the same song and dance of an overbearing salesman. This was not the case. I took my time, looked at the car, got the keys, looked some more then my husband looked even more. He offered a test drive and even offered to go with us because we were soo unfamiliar with the area. He sat in the back, let us ask questions, play with the accessories and just drive the car without driving us crazy. I think this is where we were sold. If you love the car, its priced reasonable and it's not a mess when you get there, the car will sell itself. You do not have to be pushy and rude. Mike Gollinger is the sales manager we had the delight to have handling our purchase. He asked if we liked it, if we had any questions and if there was anything he could do for us. Two days later we returned to the dealership with our check. The car was detailed beautifully and he actually took the time to show me how to use everything in the car, including setting my phone up and changing the lock codes. I cannot express how relaxing an experience this was. I would recommend this dealership to all. It was well worth the drive and my Ford Taurus is gorgeous!

Mike Gollinger made my buying experience at Crossroads enjoyable and informative. Whenever I had hurdles to deal with in buying my car, Mike helped me overcame them. When I balked at the price of financing the car (I drive my cars to the ground), he found a way to make the car more affordable by taking advantage of a lease rebate special with a buyout option. When I wanted my car to have a high end accessory package and wanted it to be in a rarely built color, he didn't take the easy way out and tell me that I had to wait 8-10 weeks for the factory to build one. Instead, he found a car in Virginia and, after asking me if I was okay if it had a few hundred additional miles, asked the staff at Crossroads Ford to drive down to Virginia and bring it back. Finally, when I had trouble getting to the dealership because I needed to return my rental car, he drove up to my workplace (30 minutes away) and picked me up.This is customer service at its highest level. In the future, whenever my wife or anyone else tells me that they're looking for a new car, the first thing I'll tell them is that they should go see Mike Gollinger at Crossroads Ford first.

I can't say enough about Crossroads Ford. Over the past 4 years, Crossroads Ford has treated me like family. I have leased two vehicles from Crossroads and plan on leasing an F-150 from them soon.Anytime any of my lease vehicles have had issues, the service department is a phone call away and provides loner cars for its customers while repairs or recall work is being performed. Service has always taken care of me. Sales Manager Rob Hussey has always taken care of me and gotten me the best price on all of my lease vehicles. Rob took the time to ask me questions and not pressure me into something I didn't want. I know that I will be leasing my vehicles from Crossroads for life.If you are in the Albany area or surrounding counties and want a stress free car buying experience with professional and helpful people, Crossroads Ford is your dealership. Again, I can't say enough about how positive of an experience I have had here. Other Ford dealerships should take note on how Crossroads operates. Without repeat customers, you have no business. I will continue to lease/purchase vehicles for as long as their doors remain open.

I came in for a routine oil change, but also I had been hearing an unfamiliar noise when I hit the brake. I told them about it, and it turned out to be a seized caliper. They offered me a loaner for the weekend (this was on a Saturday and they had to order the part), and sent me on my way. Within a few days my car was repaired and I'm a happy driver!

We purchased a Ford Fusion Titanium Ecoboost in Ravena, NY from Crossroads Ford and drove it home to Myrtle Beach, SC. This was the best and most comfortable riding car we have had for this trip we have made multiple times. And we loaded the car with all of the features. The technology was great, particularly the adaptive cruise control and automatic lights. The service we received during the purchase process was excellent and the training on the vehicle's various features was just the right amount. The dealership also took care of all of the licensing and registration processes for the out-of-state purchase.

Very easy to order our new truck. Brett gave us a quote over the internet as to what we had speced out and it was extremely fair. Stopped in - ordered - filled out a credit app. 8 weeks later picked up our new King Ranch. It was so easy and pleasurable. Brett also took out over an hour of time to explain all the technological features to us and to make sure we knew how to use them. Also he syned up both our phones to the Bluetooth so we were ready to go.

I have a 2012 Focus. I took my car in for service, due to the fact that I was having problems with my transmission. The service was top rate and the staff was very helpful. They took care of the problem and I was on my way with a feeling of confidence.

2013 Ford Escape. My car broke down and my dealer, Rob Hussey, answered my call right away and told me what I needed to do. He told me to call the roadside service who came and towed my car to Crossroads. I was set up with a car while mine was being serviced. Couldn't ask for better service!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Mustang Ecoboost. The sales person was extremely knowledgable and a mustang owner himself. I had been researching and looking for the specific car which Crossroads Ford had and I was extremely pleased with them meeting with me and staying even late to answer my questions. This is my first Ford purchase and first American auto so a bunch of firsts. Crossroads Ford made my experience awesome and so glad to have had them work with me.

Everyone I dealt with from the beginning to the end of the buying process were fantastic. They all went out of their way to be helpful and incredibly accommodating. I had tons of questions, and they were patient and very knowledgeable about everything. The process couldn't have been smoother. I bought a C-Max Energi and absolutely love the car. I purchased my 2015 Ford Explorer in July from Rob Hussey. I was very positively impressed with this dealership. Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose and configure my Explorer. He listened to my needs and what I was looking for in a new car and took the time to review the features of different models so that I could find the right car for me. I appreciate his help and patience during this decision making process. Rob has also been most helpful in responding to my phone calls and e-mails. When I picked up my car, Rob explained the features on the Explorer and helped set up my phone, and activate various options. I also should mention how helpful the Service Department is. A few months after purchasing the Explorer I received a phone call offering a more extensive class on the use of MySync. I signed up and met with Ryan in the Service Department who explained how I could connect to Sync My Ride and went through each option in detail. I was very impressed with his knowledge and appreciate the opportunity to learn about the capabilities of the Explorer. And, I should mention that I was very pleased with the price and the trade-in on my old car. Overall, I am 100%+ satisfied with my experience at Crossroads Ford. Thank you Rob, Ryan and everyone at Crossroads.

I have purchased a number of cars in my life, new, used, leased. But hands down, I have never met a more honest and straight forward dealership. They made it easy to negotiate a price and financial structure that fit my needs, and whats more amazing was there were no hidden fees, or "adjustments" made to the payment structure when I signed the deal. They didn't even want a deposit before delivery, a handshake was enough.

We were looking for a specific vehicle from cars.com, called about it and arranged a drive. Rob had the car waiting for us out front, required no paperwork to drive it and then held the car for us with a small deposit. We weren't required or pushed to fill out any paperwork in advance. I can't say enough how little pressure we experienced. We weren't pushed at any time. Purchasing the car couldn't have been easier and the experience since then has been smooth. They'll pick the car up for an oil change and leave us with a loaner. Not just a beat up courtesy van but a near new vehicle. Crossroads Ford is interested in selling you your second and third cars, not just one and done. Take the time to visit them... You won't be disappointed!

I can't say enough about our wonderful buying experience from our new friends at Crossroads Ford! We have been searching for a used Ford Expedition for months in the New England Area.(western Massachusetts)All of the trucks were either overpriced for the condition or mileage and the dealers would not negotiate fairly.I found a listing on a Sunday for a 2008 model at Crossroads Ford,They were closed so I figured that I could really examine the truck with no hassles from any sales people! I drove 80 miles to check it out.Upon driving into the dealership I noticed a variety of beautiful new and used vehicles and a nice facility,not too big not too small but had it all.....I found my truck on the lot parked next to a 2013 model, I could not tell between the new and used,WOW! I crawled under,over,in between and on top. This was the ONE! The Quest was almost over for my new ride,now just to contact the dealership to let them know I was interested in the 2008 Expedition. I called from the parking lot and left my 411. I stopped at a local restaurant and while having my slice of Village Pizza pie asked the locals about Crossroads Ford........I heard nothing but good reviews! I called my wife whom stayed home due to my wearing her out looking at other dealers Junk. Told her not to make plans for Monday,were going to New York to hopefully buy this Beauty depending on the dealerships sales team. This is where my wonderful experience started! When I got back to Massachusetts I emailed Crossroads through their website..........And get this.... I got a personal email back in no time from John Sterrertt, the internet sales manager. On a Sunday? Wow! If that's not being on the ball.......I don't know what is! I told him that I filled out the credit pre-approval form on their website.And that we were coming to test drive the next day,John responded letting me know that he would get to work on it first thing in the a.m. My wife and I took the 80 mile drive pulled into the lot to find our test vehicle parked out front gassed up with the keys in the ignition waiting for our arrival,again WOW! John came out,met us with a smile and a hand shake and it was sincere! We took the drive,returned to the lot.Now for the negotiating.I had a small list in my pocket of little things about the truck I was going to use for bargaining leverage to get my good price.Trust me when I tell you it was hard to even make the list because the truck was that nice but I needed to use any angle to get the best price or so I thought.........I made my(low) offer,John spoke to the owner and came back with a price that I could not even think he would come back with! We shook hands again on the deal............I pulled out my hit list and crumpled it up in front of John and jokingly thanked him for me wasting my time making the needless bargaining list.........I have never not had to try and haggle over prices and issues........This was a first! Now,off to see Brandon Corey in the finance dept. Brandon ran all the numbers,got me the terms I was looking for with no issues what so ever!Thanks again Brandon! Thanks to John and Brandon my family has a wonderful newer ride. They filled the tank,changed the oil and checked every possible point of the truck before we took it home,that day! My wife and I were so excited with our new purchase we forgot to ask how everything worked in the truck before we left, It felt like we were leaving a family reunion! I called John after we arrived back home to tell him the truck ran flawlessly and we made it safely. I then told him I was very upset. Very concerned John asked what happened.......so I said we were so excited we never asked how to work all the gizmos in our new ride........we had a good laugh !!!!! WE CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT JOHN AND BRANDON AND CROOSSROADS FORD........JUST THE BEST! BROUGHT MY TRUCK IN FOR MASS. STATE INSPECTION TO THE LOCAL STEALERSHIP AND THEY COULDN'T EVEN SELL ME A LIGHT BULB OR FIND ANYTHING WRONG!

My husband and I are the proud parents of a beautiful new baby girl. Prior to her arrival, we drove either his pick-up truck, or my two-door car. We knew with her arrival that we needed to seek a larger car. I had an idea of what I was looking for and thus, began my search before her arrival. Almost 4 months later, I decided on the make and model of the vehicle I was looking for.
