This was my first time using Crown collision Center and the experience was more than what I have ever expected. My front end of 2007 Honda Civic was smashed, my car was in the shop for a little over a month and when it came out it looked and ran better than it did when I bought it. I am so happy with the service. Everyone from Lynn Dixon, Courtney at the front desk and Frank Resti, as the repair specialist were all awesome to deal with. All of my questions and phone calls were answered in a timely manner, I felt like a priority as a customer. Nothing but a great experience.

To Whom It May Concern:I am a disabled Veteran with a Service Dog Mike was the most amazingly kind, professional, and helpful regarding all aspects of my service from the beginning to the end...he genuinely does care about others and the service he and his staff produce. He & staff are to be commended in all areas of service, collision etc. The man that hit my car has Ocean Harbor Casualty Ins. and OMG beyond a night mare and all the stress and all the calls and the disgusting language and no supervisor and no call backs and no paper work ever received and barely any English speaking employees at all.....My daughter as a Claims adjust herself working for Phily Ins. Co./Grundy had to step in and make calls herself and report them to the Florida Department of Insurance and we had to go through USAA anyway. Mike is a blessing in many ways to myself and my daughter as he stuck through the nightmare with us all the way to the end....made calls and checked on me and my Service Dog and gave up dates and totally dealt with USAA in completion even with the rental car company. All I had to do is relax and breathe....consequently that made my PTSD and my Disabilities completely controllable. I would recommend Mike and Crown Automotive Collision Center and the entire team from the front office to the back end of where the other magic takes place. The front area and the employees there sure set the stage for the back. I am blessed to have met them all and hope to stop in from time to time just to remind them of my gratitude. When my wife had a run in with a decorative bolder in our condo complex, Frank Resti and the folks at Crown Collision Center took great care fixing our 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum. The service was excellent and they were just a plesure to work with. They ordered one part that was on our original estimate, during the repairs Frank called us to tell us the part wasn't needed and he returning it and took it off our bill. Honestly, we would have never known the part was not required if he didn't tell us. Now thats integrity!!! Chuck Stickney has taken excellent care of my cars and I have owned four Audi's and a Honda Fit. Thank goodness only a couple have been in for work. I tend to be rough on my cars and eventually a nick here or a dent there and they have always kept them looking so good. Never kept waiting very long, front desk is friendly and efficient. They even have a rental company on site to assist if need be. The work they do is guaranteed for as long as I own my car, just can't beat the service.Thank Crown and Chuck.....

When I went to pick up my car after being notified that repairs were complete, the dealership was experiencing a power outage. No one called me to tell me not to come in. When I arrived the woman on the reception desk had me sign the paperwork and only then told me I couldn't pick up the car as she couldn't run the card. (Why she couldn't write down the card number or let me call it in the next day - we consistently deal with this repair facility - is a mystery to me). The next day (another day without my car) I called Frank Resti, my estimator. Frank arranged to run the credit card and deliver my car to my home. Way to go, Frank!

My 2015 GMC Canyon was damaged while i was enjoying Busch Gardens. The rear bumper was hit and needed to be replaced. I went to Crown collision center because i bought my new truck at Crown GMC Buick GMC and have had nothing but outstanding service. I recently was put in a difficult position where my workers got paint on someone's car. We brought the vehicle to Chuck Stickney at Crown to have it detailed. The owner of the vehicle was very particular and twice rejected the vehicle because of tiny specks that I could not even see. Mr. Stickney remained polite, caring, professional, and personally worked for hours, even after closing, to meet her expectations. I am extremely grateful for his tenacity. Tom Mathews, my collision coordinator (I-Car Platinum Estimator), provided superior service in setting up the repairs for my vehicle. He kept me informed, and the car was completed on time. The repairs that were done were amazing, you would never know that the car had been damaged, body work, paint, fit and finish... all excellent. I hope that I don't have any other collisions, but should my car be damaged I'll definitely return to Crown.

I accidentally clipped my neighbors open car door while pulling into my parking spot and the door hinge was bent on her Altima and affected the way her door closed. She took it to Tom Matthews at the Crown Collision Center, and in minutes, he had it fixed and on her way, all gratis! At a time when I could have totally been taken advantage of, since I was relying on and paying whatever Crown had to do to fix it and paying for it myself, they stepped up and really went above and beyond what they had to do. I own a Nissan and was not a customer before, but this act of kindness and honesty has made.me one now. Thanks again Tom!

I was skeptical about these reviews when I was looking at Crown Collision Center in St Pete for a collision repair shop to fix my Hyundai Santa SE, so many positive reviews, . . well here I am writing a positive review and joining the crowd.I had large item that flew off a truck and landed on the roof of my car at 65 mph. Luckily the large item did not go through my front windshield, but the roof took all the impact. The driver of the truck did have insurance, and would pay for all the damage. I needed a new roof put on, new luggage cross bars, new interior headliner, and the windshield did have to come off. This was a lot of work, including painting the newly installed roof. A rental was also provided by the other drivers insurance, and conveniently it is located in the same lobby waiting room. Everyone there was very nice and answered all my questions. I even came in Saturday to check in on the progress and Steve Lukas showed my around to see the progress. I saw the progress, and also the clean indoor shop where they do the repairs.I would go their again and highly recommend it given my experience. Some low-life idiot keyed my beautiful Santa Fe GLS....a complete 360, & for no reason... I contacted my insurance agent and he sent me to Crown Collision.... The estimate was over $4,400 damage, which is a Felony IF we had caught the xxxxxxx. Tom Mathews walked me through the process, and gave me a detailed description of what needed to be done... He was EXTREMELY nice, very professional, and honest.... In a week and a half we had our white Santa Fe back, and it looked like a BRAND NEW CAR... We had 3 collision repairs on 2 cars - one car was only a month old - in 30 days. Our estimator, Frank Resti, kept us fully informed and the repairs were all performed to our complete satisfaction. Frank was even able to have our Mercedes' wheels repaired, damage which was unrelated to the collision. The car had been purchased through another dealer and insurance for wheel scrapes was purchased from Mercedes through that other dealer. Frank had Mercedes contacted and the repairs were completed when we picked up the car after the collision repair. I highly recommend this collision repair center.Greg Huntington

I recently had what I thought was a very minor accident, scraping up the right rear of mycar. However, the estimate from Michelle Trippi was over $1400. I was delighted with theservice received by both the Collision Center and my insurance company, USAA. This repair was a requote of an insurance claim after an accident. The broken seat was not discovered until 2 weeks after the initial repair. Crown took care of all of the paperwork involved in dealing with the insurance company, and did a good job of fixing the seat.

We brought our car in for an estimate after an accident. The rep couldn't figure out how to send an email to the insurance company. He said we gave the wrong email. I called left a message with the address, emailed him with the address and phone number. Never heard from him again. Finally went somewhere else. Guess they didn't need the business!

This, unfortunately, was the second time I needed collision service in less than a year. Both times I used Crown Automotive Collision Center; both times Chuck Stickney was my services representative and both times I have received superb service that took care of my needs. It is always frustrating to have to go to the process of adjusters, wait times for approvals and repairs and not having MY CAR to drive, however Chuck took the time to explain what was happening, scheduling my repairs so I didn't have to rent a car for very long (as I don;t have rental coverage) and making my car look like new. I have told everyone I know that if they have to have collision repair to come to Crown. Thanks again, Chuck and all Crown staff.

We brought our car into the collision center on Dec 8 for a damaged hood, roof and broken windshield. We were told that they were "not to Busy, at that time). The next day I rec'd a call stating that the pictures for the estimate had been sent to the Ins co (BY Honda Collision). A week later I still had not heard anything. On Dec 18th I called because I still had not rec'd any updates and they stated holiday time, etc. I was told it would be ready on the 22cd, not ready- will be done one the 24th, glass problem, maybe the 26th but got it back on the 28th. The work was good except for small glass shards on the dash. but we were disappointed in the communication until I complained to the Manager on the 18th. They did provide compensation for the rental as a good jester, that was very nice.

This experience showcased customer service at its best. My wife and I had an appointment with Crown to have the tires on her 15 Rogue rotated. On the way to the dealer, we where hit in the rear as we waited for the light to change. After having the tire rotation done, we went over to the collision center for an estimate.. Michelle handled the process from quote to completion. I could not be happier with the service we received or the repairs performed. Take Friday off......you all deserve it.

The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They asked right away how they can help us, if we wanted a rental, even if we can't/dont want a rental if they can shuttle us home. First, both Steve Lukas and Mellissa Wilkinson were fantastic. I would give both of them an excellent. In my case, when I first brought in my vehicle in, actually towed in, there was a little confusion as to which insurance company etc. etc. Once that was straightened out, Steve worked directly with insurance adjuster to properly identify the scope of damage to my vehicle while keeping me in the loop. The only issue I had was that the repairs took probably an extra week than what was expected for which Steve apologized and offered a rental car until the repair was complete. When I received my car, it was clean and drove well. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks later there was a part failure that necessitated my return to Crown. After talking to Mellissa she asked me to bring it in the next morning. The mechanic did a test drive with me an immediately knew the source of the issue and the issue was taken care of that day. Both Steve, Mellissa and the other staff were all very professional and sympathetic to not only myself but to many of the customers that I witnessed while I was on site. Given that for most people, they would rather be anywhere else but getting their car repaired after an accident and are not in the best of spirits, the staff of Crown Collision were always courteous and professional.

I brought our 2014 Accent in for an oil change and wanted to have the bumper looked at. It had been pulled away on the passenger side. Michelle Trippi came out to do an estimate, looked at the bumper, and determined that all that was needed was a screw raised and the bumper put back in place. After bringing in my Pontiac for the recall, I had several "lights" come on to indicate something was wrong, again! So I took it back to Crown, and spoke with Bill Hevel to have them check it out. I thought it was my ABS computer. They did a thorough inspection, and luckily it was not the computer, just a few sensors. I asked for a quote to compare them with local mechanics. They were only $70 more and I was getting GM parts, instead of after market. Mind you 2 of those sensors were already replaced last year, and were after market. I expressed concern about not having a vehicle since I do so much running around, and my husband needs his car. Here is where they have again exceeded expectations, without a second thought they gave me a loaner vehicle to use for the weekend while they fixed mine. Every time I am there the entire staff is polite, and attentive. As a matter of fact I'll be back soon for a new belt, because I know I can trust them!

After our accident, I went to Crown Collision to obtain an estimate. While there Steve Lucas came out and took pictures of my car. I was able to give him the insurance information and that was the extent of my involvement in this claim. Steve explained that the center would need 3-4 days for repair but that I could drive it in the meantime.When I received confirmation of my claim from the insurance company, I made my appointment and the car was ready within the stated time frame. When we picked up our car, Steve came out with us and explained exactly what had been done to the car.We could not ask for better service than what we received at the Crown Collision Center and I would recommend this center to anyone I speak with.

First of all, I am writing this review after utilizing their services on more than one occasion, three times to be exact. Each time I have received, as the stars indicate, world class service. Mike Stickney in particular has helped me on all three occasions, and I would recommend him to friends, families, and strangers alike. It is a fantastic business full of courteous and friendly employees always willing to help. Not only that, they go above and beyond. Mike in particular did me a huge favor and helped me out with a predicament between my insurance company and I. Our 2011 Hyundai Elantra had been side-swiped and the driver's side mirror badly damaged. When I went to crown collision Mike Stickney examined the damage and gave me an estimate; he was extremely professional and courteous and after discovering that we had been able to save the cover of the mirror(thus saving any painting necessary) he was able to retrieve the parts needed and have it all completely done in under 35 minutes. I know this is a very fine collision center with honest good service because five years ago our brand new(two weeks old) Honda Civic was badly damaged when a deer ran in front of our car on a four lane highway..it was towed to Crown and had over 7000 damage. Again the service was top rate and the car was totally restored and is still in fine condition. j

Dave Conrad was an exemplorary service advisor. I have always hated brining my car to the dealership and have preferred going to the likes of Tires Plus, etc. However, because of the recall on my Honda paint, I was forced to take in it to Honda. The experience with Dave is how ALL customer service should be conducted. Any time there was any problem or delay, he phoned me immediately upon his knowledge of the delay. Moreover, he consistently provided ample contact and a chipper attitude the entire time. I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dave for anything at the collision center.

WE are so happy with our new (used)Prius. We found our vehicle online and Bill gave us all the info before we drove the 2 hour ride to the dealer. Brought car into Crown to get repaired with severe rear end damage. Had some issues with paying for the repairs to the point where the financing bank got involved and were ready to repossess the car. This whole situation was caused from my senseless decision and was entirely my fault but Pauline being the very nice person that she is still gave me a chance to resolve it. She went above and beyond with helping me do so. Also can't thank Mike Stickney enough with his part in this. He got the repairs finish within the promise date, took care of a couple problems that he didn't even have to. Long story short is that these 2 individuals provide top notch service and assistance and would highly recommend them. The work performed was excellent and repairs were absolutely flawless. I appreciate all the help from everyone at Crown and couldn't think of a better place to go. Thank you Crown!

My beautiful 2011 Kia Sportage EX was hit by a person who was exiting a parking lot. Damage was fairly minor, thank goodness - dented right bumper and fender, caved-in headlight.Crown made speedy repairs and returned my car promptly as promised - sparkling shiny and sweet-smelling. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful as was Steve Lukas, my estimator. A day after the estimate was presented, I discovered that the windshield washer pump had also been damaged - no problem, Steve took care of that as well.I was very pleased with the service CrownCollision gave me. I will recommend them to others.

Ron Potter was absolutely as good as he could be. He was able to recognize my problems and deal with the insurance representative, on my behalf, in a very good business manor. It was the way he handled himself that caused me to let your company do the body work. I actually wanted to take it to another body shop.However dealing with Steve Lukas was another matter. One time he would be nice and then the next he would be rude. He couldn't see problems with their work that other qualified men saw immediately, including the insurance adjuster.I took the car back today for them to adjust the new door handle mechanism that was put on the last time the car was in and his excuse is that it is new otherwise it would work smoothly. That the 2011 models all worked the same way....I doubt that. The other three doors open the way they should.
