Worked with Craig Pesnell. Was professional and listened to what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me. Craig took the time to not only sit in the car and explain every feature to me, but also explained the proper procedures for bringing the car in for maintaince. Car is currently being worked on for a computer update and a recall on the radiator, Taylor in the service department has been very good at explaining what was wrong as well as returning my calls when I have had a question. This was our second time buying a Ram truck from Crown and dealing with Terry Robey. Terry is very easy to work with, he's very knowledgeable about the features on Rams and he's never at a loss for words. I would recommend Terry as your choice for a positive experience at Crown. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Tanner for the signing ceremony for all of the reams of paperwork that goes with buying a new vehicle. Even though it was late in the day, Mark was pleasant and patient through the whole process.

I recently had my oil changed and Taylor Simmons was my service advisor. Everything was handled in a time efficient and courteous manner. Taylor kept me updated on the status of my car and even ran it through the car wash! I am so thankful that Crowne has finally improved the service department and got a staff that actually acknowledges you when you come in instead of ignoring you completely. That says something for the new GM also! I have had my Jeep for a year and took it to Cleveland for service instead of Chattanooga because of the sorry service. THANK YOU CROWNE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT!!

We answered a survey honestly after a service visit and gave the staff glowing reviews, but did not highly rate Jeep or their recall fix. Mr Botts sent my wife an e-mail lambasting her for giving their dealership a bad review to Chrysler.

I drove 2 hours to pick up my new vehicle which I absolutely love. Viktor our salesman went out of his way to get everything ready for me before I got there. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Spent extra time with me after paperwork was signed to explain gadgets in the car. Way to go above and beyond Viktor!!!! The salesman was friendly and helpful. He found a vehicle suited to our search that had just been sold to the dealership immediately prior to our arrival at the location. The finance manager made the paperwork process as painless as possible and helped recover the second key fob to the vehicle through phone contact with the previous owner. This is the third vehicle we have purchase through this dealership. It is the personal touches and deals that keep us returning.

I visited this dealership on Halloween. I was told because of my age (19) and the fact I did not have a part time job (I've been there for 2 years) I would never get a car. I'm not for sure of the gentlemens name. He was moving a red van. We asked if there was any used darts available. After explaining what I wanted and my 16,000 down payment he told me I would never get a car from them. I went to another dealership that day and bought a car with NO money down. Also this dealership wrecked my truck while it was in their care for a factory recall. I will NEVER visit this dealership again.

I bought my vehicle several years ago; so I have given this dealer ample time to make things right.I was told that the rear camera could be added, after I bought the vehicle and numerous run around I found out it could not be added. My radio will occasionally flip out and lose time, they say it is normal and can't fix it. I was suppose to get 4 oil changes when I bought the vehicle, and they will not honor the 4th. I was told it is expired. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have tried to contact the dealer numerous times to talk about the issues with my vehicle, and I get the run around.General Manager, Service manager and sales manager never called me back. The reviews you read on here are from people that are asked to give a good review for a additional oil change. They are only about the sale, don't get shafted.Last time I went to dealership some dipstick came up to me, and told me to slow down I came into the dealership too fast. I saw no speed limit sign or a badge, so shut up. I wasn't going over 20 anyway. I am sure I can add more details when I have time.

We were a little early getting to the dealership so we weren't expecting to meet with anyone right away but... we were greeted and started our experience even before store hours.A manager (sorry to say I didn't get his name) guided us until Craig walked through and greeted us.Craig was great! Every car...brought to us...fully explained to us. He worked hard for us from the hello to the final goodbye. We got the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted.I can't say enough about Craig. He is the definition of above and beyond. Look him up if you're car shopping in the Chattanooga area. You won't be sorry!Let me also say that Taralynne worked hard to get us through the paperwork (as we were in a time crunch). She had everything ready to go and answered all questions fully.This is a great team.

My wife and I have Never experienced a more friendly and accommodating car dealership! They made our car buying experience a real Pleasurable experience! In fact we were on our way to another dealership, and remembered how well Fulton Lewis our salesman treated us and took the time to really take care of us. even though we weren't purchasing that day. Well that was just the beginning , after seeing Fulton again and ( Just Love That Man) detailing our situation to him, which I might add was pretty strange. we proceeded . Larry White the Sales Manager was ever bit as nice and accommodating as well to us! He went the extra mile to help us out! The office Manager Tara Stricklin was nice also and thoroughly took her time to explain every detail to us! Every one we met was nice and made us feel special.The credit manager was just as nice, too! We are TOTALLY SATISFIED with our purchase! He was very nice and not pushy, which definitely gets an A+ in my book. He helped us on our trade in and got us a great deal on my new Dodge Charger, which I absolutely love. Our Sales Consultant, Rick Davis, helped us immediately. He was very friendly, efficient, informative, and overall was helpful in both helping us with our trade in and our new purchase! He even helped sync my phone to my vehicle before our departure. In general, the entire dealership met our expectations; we were offered water while we waited for the official stages to be completed, and each person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Our finance guy, Mark Tanner, was great as well. He was very knowledgable, and made our final stage stress free and efficient.

I have had several negative experiences with this service department either over charging me or being aggressive. Today however was extremely disappointing. I had 3 warning indicators on my dash. I have had it diagnosed as a wheel-speed sensor. I tried coming in last week to have it serviced but was told I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment and dropped my car off. While checking me in the servicewoman mentioned I had an error code for a speed-sensor, which I already knew. After 5 hours I hadn't heard anything and I called the department. I was on hold for half an hour and was finally told the technician was on a test drive and when he returned they would call me back. I finally just went back to the dealership because I was getting concerned something more than just a sensor was wrong because of how long it was taking. I waited there another 40 minutes to be told that it was being reconfigured and they hoped it wasn't something with the transfer case but they would let me know. While I was there another servicewoman was getting rude and aggressive with another customer and told him to leave and not come back. I had dealt with this woman in the past and was just hoping I didn't have to deal with her today because she is very confrontational and disrespectful. They mentioned that even though I had an appointment it was like a doctors office and I had to be worked in. I got a call an hour later (over 6 hours after my appointment) and was told that the total cost would be $339 because it was just a speed sensor. I asked if they were willing to remove the diagnostic fee considering I had wasted so much time for an answer from them. I was told they aren't able to remove the fee, that they have to send an email to Chrysler to get approval. She also told me that the appointment was for today and since it was still today they shouldn't have to remove the fee. I was then asked if they had my permission to change the sensor. I was astonished to find out after 6 hours NOTHING HAD EVEN BEEN DONE TO MY CAR.I was under the impression the sensor had been changed and then he was re-configuring something. I told her to forget it and I would take it somewhere else because I needed my car back today. She then told me I was still responsible for the diagnostic fee to which I argued. She told me that I would have to speak with the service -manager when I arrived and was very rude about it. I arrived and asked to speak to the service manager and was denied. She gave me my paperwork showing I owed a zero balance and gave me my keys and sent me on my way. I decide I would reach out to the sales manager personally as I didn't have any more time to waste at the location. I'll note that purchasing from this dealership was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. They were respectful and efficient. I just HATE dealing with the service department.

Took my Chrysler 200 in for the second time to address the same problems. No communication all day about status of repairs. Took two weeks to even get an appointment. Left my car at service department all day. None of the repairs were addressed. Only oil change was done. My car is under warranty with 22,000 miles and should not have the problems it is having. I am very unhappy with level of service that I received and plan on looking for another Chrysler service department to deal with even if I have to drive a little further.

I brought my Fiat 500 in for front end service on 5/3/16. Upon returning to pick it up. I noticed a popping noise in the steering column. I brought it to the attention of Judy Mcdowell. We initially thought it was an intermediate steering shaft issue. Instead of sending me home to reschedule, she was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle. This was extremely convenient and less for me to have to worry about. Judy takes genuine interest in the customer's problems and is willing to do what is necessary to resolve the problem. She is an asset the dealership/service department. Thanks again Judy for your willingness to provide excellent customer service.

I dropped my Dodge 1500 off for a service appointment and was treated as well as I was when I first purchased the vehicle in 2013. I have a lifetime power train warranty on my Jeep. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. The day my car was dropped off Taylor gave us his direct number and kept us informed every step of the way. I dropped it off 4 weeks ago Taylor has answered my calls, had the answer to my question and if he didn't he called me back within a few minutes with an answer. He was able to give me a loaner so I wouldn't loose my job. I'm happy that I am dealing with someone that I can depend on to really help me and get the job done for me.

I was able to leave my jeep for a day and have it completely fixed. Four recalls were taken care of and I was able to have a cleaned, beautiful jeep returned to me.

I did my home work prior to going to a dealership. I went to Crown Chattanooga and meet with Darrell Lacy. After we spoke on my needs for a vehicle I took a test drive in a Chrysler 200. I then made the decision after Darrell came back with the numbers. It was a very easy and peaceful transaction.

My first experience purchasing a car from a dealership changed my view of dealerships in general. No excitement came from speaking to anyone who wanted to sell me a car. Mike initially reached out and was able to convince me to come in to look. As I'm walking into Crown I prepare myself for a similar experience and bite my tongue. I test drove a new car, and although the new cars were promoted, I decided on the car that brought me to them in the first place. I didn't feel pushed or pressured at any point. I clearly knew what I wanted financially and Michael made it happen. The real excitement came when the paperwork needed signed and I had the pleasure of sitting down with the finance associate. This was the cherry on top for such an unpleasant visit during my first purchase with a neighboring company. The gentlemen I sat down with was very pleasant. I'm sorry I don't remember his name and I can't locate his card, but he was also great. We discussed warranties and even with him, I never felt pressured even when turning one of his offers down. My overall experience was great. These two guys went out of there way to accommodate me and my purchase. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to others.

I can't say enough about how well this dealership took care of us on our new car purchase. We spoke with Benny Hamby, our sales manager and explained that we were credit challenged. He did the impossible was able to get us approved on a brand new vehicle for the same payment we were expecting to pay for an older used model. We were trying to decide between a Patriot and a Journey to purchase. Our salesman was Victor Polezhaev, he is wonderful! He educated us about both vehicle's feature so we could decide which one was better for us. Victor is no pressure at all, which is a rare gem to find when car shopping. We chose the Journey to fit our needs, though both models were nice. The vehicle is gorgeous and the entire buying experience far exceeded our expectations. We are so happy!!! I have not bought a brand new vehicle since 1986, and I am so pleased that my experience here at Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram turned out to be a wonderful way to spend a Saturday. I was allowed to browse the lot at my own pace and when I had decided upon a certain make, model our saleman Darrell Lacy provided excellent customer service. While working up the numbers for my trade in and the model I had picked out, I used my womanly prerogative to "change my mind" and asked Mr. Lacy if he would work up the Dodge Dart GT (in Go Mango color) sitting directly behind me on the showroom floor. Without pause Darrell Lacy replied with a smile "No problem!" even though it was getting fairly late in the day and we all knew that it meant everybody would be leaving later than they had expected to. I knew Mr. Lacy had a family he would like to go home to, but he never rushed us or acted aggravated at any point the entire time my husband and I were there. Bought my truck brand new along with all of the extra warranties and such. I have had nothing but problems dealing with this service dept. They lie, they dont call u to give updates, they lie and they lie more. I will be trading my Dodge truck in soon and will get any other truck on the market before I subject myself to having to deal with the people in this service department again. Looks like I will be a Chevy owner pretty soon. As much as I hate to say that because I bleed Dodge but I will not spend that kind of money to get that kind of service ever again. Please take this review to heart if you plan on buying a truck or car from this dealership. I only wish I could give them the rating they deserve.... 0 stars is not an option!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my second visit although i didn't buy my Dodge there, i take my car there to get serviced and this particular time i dropped it off early for an oil change,went to school, then picked it up after i got out of class-great service and they even washed and cleaned it for free! Not to mention the free amenities like coffee,water, and the best popcorn ever. The staff is very friendly and the prices are eco-friendly as well. Thanks Ms. Judy!

I am a Business Link customer yet on my last visit to the service department I was told that being involved in this program no longer gives me any of the services that this membership first offered. The dealership also informed me that they do not have a deisel mechanic on duty on Saturdays. I own and operate a small business and cannot afford to take the time off during the week to bring my vehicle in for service. Nor can I afford to wait a couple of hours to have the oil and filter changed while being away from my family on a Saturday.

I scheduled an appointment for routine service and diagnosis of a malfunction light problem indicating engine problem.My service was handled courteously, and quickly. The problem was explained to me in detail, with length of time required to correct the problem. This was accomplished as specified.Everyone that I encountered (telephone, office personnel & service personnel) were very courteous & helpful. I escpecially appreciated the Service Advisor, Lathan Biggs, who took my order, gave me the time parameters required to do the work, then met me at pickup and thoroughly explained all that had been done. I appreciate that.

I found Crown's sales manager to be difficult to work with last year and wound up buying my 2014 Chrysler 300c from a dealership in another town. However, I do use Crown's service department and over-all, have been pleased with their job performance. A real bright spot is James Fulton who always greets me with a smile, answers my questions and seems knowledgeable about his product, and calls to keep me updated on progress and service issues.

We went in just to check the place out. We ended up buying a used car. We tried it for the night, and didn't feel to comfortable. We walked back in looking for something else. Viktor Polezhaev was our dealer and he was very accomodating of what we wanted and needed while getting us the best price. Cole Brand assisted me my quest to upgrade my vehicle. At the beginning, we could not get the numbers to work on what I wanted. I do contract work so I am out of town a lot so Cole kept me on his "hunt" list. LOL. Attempted even other styles of cars but NO I want what I want. So as I returned home to look at the chosen car Cole had found for me, which he kept in touch with me for the 3 month contract period of my job I might add. Things still were not looking that good. So as I decide to wait & look for myself, explaining to Cole that if I can't get things the way I want them, the deal would end. Stopped by to take a closer look at the jeep renegade wasn't even planning on driving it. I had to go up to the dealership 3 times! I was quoted 4 different prices over the 5 days I dealt with this dealership. I was told how pretty I was and that I shouldn't be speaking to other men or other dealerships. I then asked to speak to the Service Manager and once we sat down he told me I needed to "put my brakes on" and that the original deal was off the table. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

The entire experience here was the best! The first time I showed up to look at a Journey Crossroad. Darrell rode with me on the test drive and allowed me to take it to my husband's work to show him. The entire ride he was very personable and friendly. He also went over every aspect of the car and what it had to offer. We set down to work numbers and he brought in Larry White to help. At this time I had to leave to go get my son from a birthday party but Darrell allowed me to take the Journey and he rode with me again explaining what all the vehicle had to offer but not in a pushy way. Once we got back Larry worked #'s every way possible to get me where I wanted to be at. He was also amazing! You could tell they wanted to make the sell but wasn't overbearing and pushy about it. I left unsure of what to do but continued the search for my next vehicle. A few weeks went by and I decided on a Dodge Caravan. I called them up, had them work some numbers without even going down there to look at it, and within a few hours Larry had the #'s we needed to see. They got the paperwork ready, my husband stopped in to sign it, and I went that evening to pick it up. Best car buying experience we've had yet and this is the 4th time in less than 4 years we 've purchased a vehicle! Both men were great and I highly recommend them!

Everyone at Crown Chrysler are friendly. I brought my 2014 Dodge Charger in for check engine light service. While there James Fulton made sure the altenator recall was fixed. I was not able to give a higher rating because of the internet price had gone up $500 when we went to buy the car. Terry Robey worked very hard to make the sale happen and take care of his customer. As it turned out Terry was able to work with his sales manager to get the internet price that we were expecting to pay when we went to look at the car. Terry was also able to get us a spare tire kit and dealer installed mud flaps. When you put a price on the internet you need to stand behind that price and go up on the price when the customer shows up to buy the car. I'm really not sure we would have bought the car had it not been for the hard work of Terry Robey. If you ask if I would buy from this dealer again the answer would be yes other than the pricing policies it was a very nice and fast experience. Thank you Terry Robey

The employees at this facility are courteous, friendly and helpful. My latest encounter was with a young man named Cody Carpenter, and he was one of the best! I was scheduled for an appointment to have my truck looked at and diagnosed for tomorrow but was called at 3:20 to have them cancel on me. So I proceed to drive to crown dodge after work to see what the problem was. Today is Tuesday and and they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't take in my truck until next Monday and that was a big maybe even that soon so since it has to do with my lights I need it fixed soon. So I ask what options I have they suggested I go to the Cleveland location and if I went straight there that they would get it diagnosed today. As I was leaving a woman walked in with the keys to her car and they took her car with a smile on there face and a thank you so I bite my tongue and headed to the Cleveland location but when I got there they told me that I would have to leave it and they would get to it tomorrow. So I personally will NEVER spend my money at crown dodge.

My experience at Crown dealership was the best dealer new car purchase I have had, Over the years I have brought several cars and most good experience but at Crown it was a GREAT choice from the time I stepped feet out of my car and Micheal Ullenberg walked up and greeted me with an awesome welcome and comfort. I was so frustrated by the time that I had come to Crown that all I wanted to do was cry and run. But the ease and comfort that Mr Ullenberg repeatedly instilled in me allowed me to trust him as a salesman, I was drained of any hope or faith that I was going to get a car and Micheal kept working and reassuring me that I was not hopeless and that miracles are still possible. He text, called, and emailed during whatever communication he could extend to keep me patiently allowing him to work toward me owning a car. He and Tia the finance representative worked effortlessly toward assisting in finding me financing, Everyone during my entire efforts and time at the dealership from all personal were kind and smiling reassuring professional faces around the dealership, I lastly appreciated my clean car with gas and being taught patiently at the end of a long day after the dealership was closed how to use every important button and screen in my car. I felt guilty having already keeping my Mr. Ullenberg all day but overtime he never complained or rushed. His only importance was making sure I knew how to use my new car. I bought a 2014 Ram 1500 new about 5 months ago from Crown. I had thought about trading in this truck to get a 4x4, hoping maybe since it was the end of the year I could get a decent price, and I knew I would have some negative equity. After finding a 2013 holdover Ram SLT at Crown, I talked to Chris in sales to see if a trade was possible since the 2013 was marked $10,000 off sticker. Imagine my shock to find out I was only offered $16,000 trade in value for a truck I had bought new only a few months before. That's about 40 % depreciation in less than 6 months! I can only imagine how little this Dodge will be worth in another year. Once again, I knew I would have negative equity in my truck, but trading into a year older truck, one would think with $10,000 off sticker (at least supposedly) there would be some middle ground here. So, the bottom line for me is, this will be my last Dodge, including not buying the 200 I was going to get my wife next year. Don't make the same mistake folks, buy anything but a Dodge from Crown.

Even though it was not fun spending that kind of money for a 2003 Jeep, things went just like she said and she made some nice accommodations given the dollars and time frame. Very professional!

Judy Lachance, the service advisor, got me in and out very quickly. It was just an oil change but I did not even have an appointment. She was professional and very informative as to my service schedule. Had my 2012 Ram 1500 in today for some trailer brake troubleshooting and repair. Arrived at 08:15 thinking I had an appointment for 08:30. Walked to the service counter and found a great service adviser named Judy LaChance. Judy informed me my appointment was the day before but she assured me everything would be alright. Took me in and called for a shuttle to take me home all is well. Maybe the best part of my visit to Crown of Chattanooga today was the shuttle driver. Come to find out he is an old friend (75 year old friend) Ive not seen in 15 or more years. Great to see him and great service

I received a coupon in the mail and decided to take my 10 year old Chrysler Town & Country in to get the oil changed. A young lady named Judy LaChance helped me with my service. She was professional, friendly, and very considerate of my time. I had not used the service dept. prior to this but due to such great customer service that I received from this young lady, I will certainly use them again. Great Job!!

We had a service recall on our Jeep Liberty to install a hitch receiver to better protect the gas tank for folks challenged finding their brake pedal behind you. Judy LaChance could not have been better at calling to let me know when they had a batch of hitches in, meeting me when I got our vehicle there, and being second to none at being courteous, helpful, humorous (I can't stand a stale old fish can you?!), and just down right pleasant to be around. Before you know it, our Liberty was ready -- in UNDER an hour -- when I'd fully expected a good 2 hours to get that done. Great folks at Crown Chrysler, glad they're there, and also glad they've got Judy LaChance at their Service Desk! Thanks Judy!!

Bruce Lee is the best!! He went out of his way to do some research, and he found a discount that I didn't know was available to me, and it saved me over $1,500.00. Very nice guy, and very helpful. Not at all pushy like most other salesman. Go see Bruce Lee and you won't be disappointed.

It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would definitely return to purchase another vehicle.Tara Stricklin in finance was great. I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Colin Mooney. I was expecting the same runaround I have experienced in the past, but was quickly surprised by the great service and care provided by not just Colin but the new trainee Dustin and the whole staff. I have purchased several new vehicles in the past couple of years from other dealers and was less than satisfied. I would have to say to those pervious dealers I have worked with they should take a training course on customer service from Crowns associates. Needless to say I will be referring Crown to all my friends and family.

My husband and I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Crown. This has been the worst experience we have ever had with a dealership. They started out very friendly and helpful leading up to the purchase, promising all sorts of things to suck us in. We were very careful not to believe everything they said but we asked for a few basic items like an owner's manual for example. We were told this would be no problem, they would get everything taken care of that was on our open items list. The promises kept coming but were never fulfilled. We even asked for someone to show us the specifics of taking the top on and off, and between two different trips to a JEEP dealership, no one was actually proficient in taking a top on and off of a JEEP. Just to focus in on the owner's manual specifically, not that this was the only thing, but to point out how they couldn't even come through on the smallest of items, it has been over a month and we still don't have it. We waited a few weeks and then we called our salesperson everyday for a week, leaving messages every time, and never got a response back or an owner's manual. We then called his manager who was not helpful either. He said he would get it taken care of and apologized, but never actually got us the manual. After this our salesperson called us back only to say he never said he would take care of that and was very rude and ended up hanging up on me over asking for something so simple. Then the 4 wheel drive went out. This was only a few weeks into our ownership and is a feature that should have been inspected by the dealership but clearly was not. Although we had a warranty, this was not actually covered and the fee to fix an issue that most likely existed before we bought it was outrageous. I will say that James Fulton in the service department was very helpful and attentive and the only person to actually return a call throughout this entire experience. Next, over a month in (still no permanent tags and an expired drive out tag) we got a call from a manager saying that our car had not actually gone through emissions and they could not get us tags until this was done. They then asked us to come in the following day within hours that would not work with either of our work schedules. My husband made adjustments anyway and got off early to get this taken care of quickly. Although they made the mistake, they called us, they scheduled and appointment, when my husband arrived he waited around almost 30 minutes for them to say they couldn't do it that day. This was the last straw. After stern discussions with multiple managers they gave us the $10 to go get emissions done ourselves, which is still an inconvenience to us but better than dealing with them again. These people are difficult to work with and they do not care about the customers. As soon as the sale is made they are done with you and want you to leave them alone. That doesn't sound like a lasting business plan to me. You may get a few sales now, but you aren't going to have repeat customers and they are going to start spreading the word.

Has a "teen type" attitude and needs better training on how to treat and serve customers. Doesn't know how to properly return, answer, or end phone calls..Promises repairs when they are not ready, and then does not return phone calls to inform of progress or reason for repair delay.. I have been in customer service all my life, and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced by far. I will never recommend this service center strictly based on the customer service I have received.

I just purchased a Ram 1500 from David Hall. Wasn't really expecting to buy a truck at the time but David made things so easy. He got me all the information I needed to make a decision. David got me a great interest rate a very good payment and he showed me all the features on the truck and how they all worked. He even paired my phone for me. I was in a few days to get my oil changed and David Hall was asking how my car was doing? I told him it was doing good. He ask me how I was doing and my family was doing. I told him that a had some new grandbabies and he ask if I new that fiat had came out with a 4 door Fiat. Well I just had to see one so he got the keys to one. We went and looked at them and my first thought was they are so cute. He opened it up and you wouldn't believe how much room they have in them plenty big enough for 3 Grandbabies. I had to have it and David made me a great deal in it.This is my second car from David Hall and people at Crown and I have never been so happy!!

We had looking at cars most of the day and had hard time getting anyone to even to talk to us started to think we smelled or something. When we pulled into the Crown dealership we was imediatley greeted by David Hall. You could tell he was there to help us not sell us something. We looked several different vehicles and he showed us a New Jeep Cherokee let me drive it then went over all the features he even showed me how they worked.. David made everything fun and easy. We thought we wanted a crossover something like a jeep compass or a jeep patriot until we drove them. They drive like a cross over we wanted something with the space of a small SUV but drove like a car. So David Hall showed us a fiat 500L it had the room of a SUV but drove like a car. I was very pleased with James Fulton's customer service. He is a young man who is knowledgeable, pleasant, and respectful. It makes me proud to know that I can still count on a young hard worker like James at the best car dealership in town. Also I mentioned that there was no popcorn to a staff member, and in no time popcorn was made. As usual plenty of water, and coffee. Clean restrooms!!

I usually don't do reviews, but I the experience I had on May 29th, 2014, exceeded my expectations. From the time I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, until I got it back that afternoon, I received top-notch communication and service. Rachael took the time to call me multiple times to update me on the status of my vehicle and work through questions surrounding the my vehicle issues. I could not have been happier with the entire process.This dealership needs more like her!!I will request her next time my vehicle needs service because I know she will insure that everything is taken care of.

My truck went into 4th gear when I was taking my Mom to doctor . It was Memorial day weekend coming up. He told me it would not get into shop until tuesday or wednesday. My mom was scheduled for heart surgery on the 29th. I had my daughter-in-law to come and pick up me and mom. On the way home John called and said that he was getting it in on Friday. He did but the service dept. ran out of time and since Monday was a holiday it was finished on Tuesday. I had my truck back and I took Mom to have her surgery. I am so very grateful for John and the service dept. My next truck will come from Crown also. Again thanks very much and GOD BLESS YOU. Also more good news, it was under warranty and didnt cost us out of pocket.

I took my Jeep Compass in for an oil change and discussed the scratches on my car that were there when I purchased the vehicle from another location. After explaining the problems I have had trying to get this fixed, Rachel assured me that it would be as good as new and some of the scratches buffed out. She explained the process and thought my mileage did not call for the service, she was candid and did not try to force further services on me once I explained my reasons (HUGE PLUS)...Not only was she extremely pleasant when I called to make the appointment, but she was took it a step further when I arrived. She makes you feel as if you are an old friend and you can trust her. Trust is something that is hard to come by when dealing with just about any company, and Rachel emanates trust.Would I recommend Crown? Absolutely! Would I recommend Rachel Smith? Without a doubt... she is now my "person" at crown...

Rachel Smith was my first contact at my service visit today. I have never been greeted and taken care of as much as Rachel did. She felt like any concern I had was her concern. She was so nice and friendly that I can't say enough about her. I'm sure there are other good people to talk to but next time I visit, I might just circle the parking lot acting like I'm lost or on a test drive until I see her desk open up. My van experienced engine problems when I was about half way home from a 1500 mile trip. It was Saturday evening, so we stayed in a hotel until we could get the van towed to the dealership. While I was concerned about the price I thought a dealer would charge for a major repair, I didn't know any reliable mechanics in Chattanooga. David took great care of us and was very honest and up front about the amount of time he thought it would take. He kept me updated each step of the diagnosis of the problem. I ended up returning to Chattanooga 10 days later to pick up the van. Knowing I had a long drive ahead of me, David volunteered to drive the van home and back to make sure it had a good test drive before heading out on a long trip. I had no problems on the way home. I appreciated the great communication and kindness of everyone I spoke to at Crown. Thank you for making a bad situation a good customer service experience!

David Wilson was my service advisor at Crown when i brought in my 2011 Dodge Nitro to have the A/C serviced. David was friendly and prompt about getting down to the issue of why I was there and letting me know what to expect. David also kept me updated via phone calls on the needed parts that were required in order to fix my Nitro and how long he thought it would take in order for it to be ready for me to pick up. Overall David was very helpful and courteous and I would have no problem talking with him again if I need to have my Nitro serviced again there.

Had problems with brake light assembly. Mr. Wilson showed me that the one installed after an accident a few years ago was an aftermarket and was not possible to repair. He said he could get a jeep one overnight from Atlanta and we set up an appointment for the next day. I arrived at the appointment time and he had it installed and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Outstanding service!

My Jeep started making erratic noises so I immediately took it in they were able to fit me in same day. Rachel went above and beyond seeing about my warranty and keeping me informed with the progress, cost, and time frame. They provided a concierge vehicle so I was still able to get everything done I had planned and they even picked me up the next day. A one day turn around and my vehicle is back on the road, can't thank them enough and Rachael!

I had a headlight that went out as I came in I also decided to get an oil change I had on file. David went out of his way to evaluate my headlight problem closely and determine if its a cost I should pay or not. Turns out it was a bad part covered by warranty which saved me tons of cash. What David also did was change the battery in my key fob to ensure that I did not get stranded as well as dig for some lost information that NOONE else in the entire company would help me with. I paid for a package upwards of $500 and after my money was taken and I needed to use the product, I got the run around from all management including finance managers. I tried for over a year. David made a few calls and located the information I needed to use the 5 Star Diamond Finish product I purchased. David recommends services that keep my car performing at its absolute best and while costly he thoroughly explained the benefits and allows me to make up my own mind. His Manager Patricia is fantastic as well and they treat me like I'm the only person there every time I'm there. The special thing about that is, that he makes everyone feel that way.Yes I'm going back! They are the only ones I trust to service my investment! Thanks again for everything David and Patricia!

I like that at Crown, you have your own representative from the service department. David was mine. He called in the morning to give me an update and said he would call back in the evening with more information. HE DID! He actually called! He called to let me know that my Jeep Wrangler was ready. He stayed late just for me; just for me to get my own car back. The entire group in service is very friendly and it is a pleasure to see them. James even opened my car door for me.

David did not over-promise and under-deliver on the timing of my service. It was the opposite. I had planned to stay for a few hours and I did not have an appointment for service. I had expected it to take 2-3 hours, and my car was complete within the hour. This quick service allowed me to get back to work for a very important call. Way to go, David!

This is Why I will highly recommend Crown Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram and John Modean. The blower on my mobility van had stopped. I made an appointment and showed up early so I could get to work on time. John met me with a smile and listened carefully as I quickly explained what was wrong with my van. He assured me that they could handle it and over my shoulder I asked them to squeeze in an oil change too. Later in the day I called to check on the van and I spoke to another service technician and was assured that it was making progress. Later, I got word that all the repairs had been made and it was ready to be picked up. I was running late and called to say so. I was again reassured that John would wait for me to get there, even though I would arrive after their closing time. I was met by a smiling John who explained that there was a loose wire that they had reconnected it. He told me to bring it back if it happens again. I asked about the oil change and they had gotten that done too! This is the type of Royal Treatment I have always gotten at Crown ! My husband and I had bought a mobility van and then had to find a dealership to keep up the service of the van other than the mobility features. I checked the reviews of Crown and they were all raving about how well they had been treated! I called and from the very first call, that is what I have found. I feel that I can trust the work and the advice that I get from the service technicians! I am very thankful to the commitment to the high level of customer service that I find at Crown Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram! Thank John Modean and all your fellow technicians.

While traveling through Tennessee on our way back home from a combined business meeting and family visit we had the misfortune of having the timing belt in our PT Cruiser break. To make matters worse I had a very important appointment the next day. My mother had passed away three weeks prior, and we were having her memorial service and burying her cremains with my father. Mr David Wilson seemed to sense my pain and frustration, and even though it was late in the afternoon, proceeded to do everything possible to give me peace of mind about my needed repairs and get us on the way in a rental car so that I could honor my mother's last wishes. My son bought a used Dodge truck from a local / national used car dealership. There were problems from day 1, all documented. We felt somewhat safe with a warrenty but it turned out that we were wrong to feel safe. We were directed to 2 mechanic work shops, after days at each location one with minor repairs and the other saying that nothing was wrong we called the sales dealer and they told us that this matter was out of their hands and referred us to the warrenty company only for any further contact. We had heard of Crown's Chattanooga high standards and ethics, so we went to them knowing that there would be money out of pocket for our part, because Crown was not under contract under this warrenty company policy. We had never spoken to anyone at Crown when we pulled up into the service bay. The first person that we met was Jeff Milsaps. After a 5 minute conversation Jeff told us what the problem with our vehicle sounded like to him. The next day Jeff called saying he knew what the problem was and was calling the extended warrenty company and would explain to them what we had been through trying to get the vehicle repaired. At this point we had only owned this vehicle less than 2 months. The extended warrenty company approved the breakdown of the engine to varify the issues with my vehicle. Jeff got an adjustor to come to Crown serive department and approve another engine for my vehicle with all deductables and fees waved, which would have been hundreds of dollars. Jeff also kept us informed with updates throughout the entire process. Not only was Jeff insturemental in getting our vehicel repaired but he also arrranged for a rental car to be delivered and all the renetals costs deferred to the warrenty company. Jeff Milsaps took a personal interest in helping us when no one else would. The definition of excellent service is Crown Service department, needless to say our next new car will be from Crown Chattanooga. My husband and I decided it was time to trade in his car,and being the gentleman that he is, I got to choose what I wanted. I went with the Dodge van. It works well for us since my mother and I travel, and I also take my grandchildren places. When I walked into your place of business I was greeted by your receptionist as well as a few other salesmen. In the past I have dealt with Reggie ( Regginld Harris) and wanted to see him again due to his excellent customer service. I told him what I wanted, a red dodge van. He went out of his way to find exactly what I wanted. He wasn't pushy, or your typical salesman that you hear about. He also helped my son nd his wife choose their vehicles. A 2008 Jeep Liberty and a 2013 Jeep Wrangler 4 door. When its time for us to trade in, we will definetlt be back o see Reggie. For my services needed on the van, I like to deal with David Wilson. He also has excellent customer service skills; as well as very kind hearted. He has gone out of his way to take care of me as well as my daughter-in-law. My wife's Jeep needed a couple of repairs as well as diagnostics for other unknown issues. David took care of communicating well about the amount of time the repairs would require. I had a very pleasant experience on my service visit to Crown Chrysler.. The usual things everyone fears when you take your vehicle in for service are long wait times and inflated prices, or the surprise repair that is needed. These are not things you can dismiss, you want your warranty to be valid so you want to take your vehicle to a reputable service center. I was very pleased with David. He immediately greeted me and began the process. He recommended a couple of add on items, things that were needful and I like that he did it in a no pressure way. I chose to leave my vehicle and run a few errands. When I returned, David met with me and ensured my satisfaction with the visit, I will definitely return for my next service.

I brought my truck in to be repaired and was in between states. I called and they got me in to be checked right away. They then kept my truck and fixed my problems and did a complimentary all check out and found my brakes were needed in the front and my trans fluid was dirty. I agreed and let them service what they could in the time alotted I had. They had me out the next day! Everything fixed and clean! I highly recommend this dealership for service. My svc advisor Jeff Milsaps was on top of all of it. Called to let me know progress and also what was covered under my warranty. They had me on the road right away with a smile. I was smiling too. My truck doesn't drip anything now and I'm glad I got my brakes and tranny done, summer is here and I can travel with the fifth wheel now that all my business is done. I'm very thankful because I had family medical issues going on in Tn and Illinois. Tony Vanderwaal was very friendly and helpful during the entire purchase process. He wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and happy the purchase of my new car. He answered all of my questions and even gave me his cell number. He told me to call him anytime if I had a question or concern. Before I left the dealership, my first oil change was scheduled and important car options were explained to me. David Hall synced my cell phone to the cars bluetooth before I left the dealership. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend Tony and the dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used car. The dealership located the exact car I wanted. The dealership went to get the car and I took ownership of the car the next day by 3:00pm.

My wife and I brought in our Jeep Patriot to be worked on because the transmission was going out. Quite frankly, we were pretty depressed when we first went into the shop. Our transmission had gone out on the highway and we KNEW it was going to cost us a fortune to get it fixed. So when we arrived, we were stressed, worried, and a little angry. We worked with John and Jeff in the service department and from the moment we got there, their positive attitude was infectious. Not only did they insure us that everything was going to be alright, but they just joked with us and made small talk, which made it a great first impression. John talked with Jeep's corporate department and was able to work out a deal that we didn't think was possible. Truly amazing. These guys weren't just doing the work for us, but we could tell that they were on our side and truly wanted us to be happy. John and Jeff communicated with us through the whole process and the work was done efficiently and professionally. Before this all started, I was sure that I would never buy another Jeep because of the transmission, but John, Jeff, and the whole service department has restored my faith in the brand. It was such a blessing to work with them and an overall amazing experience.

I would like to take a moment and commend your dealership for having a true above and beyond employee. I feel Jeff Milsaps went out of his way to cast a positive light on your dealership. He overheard a conversation of mine with a friend about a recall that I received from Jeep. I was complaining about calling the dealer and getting the run around about bringing the car in for service. He without hesitation came over to inquire about the dealership that I had called and ask for an explanation of my complaint. He introduced himself and asked that I bring my Jeep to Crown the next day for service. I took my Jeep to Crown on Friday, March 14, 2014. I was promptly greeted by the staff and they collected the needed information on my recall. Jeff explained that it might take a couple of hours from the point of check-in until completion. I was shown to the customer lounge to wait. Much to my surprise the inspection was done and I was back on my way within one hour. Jeff seems to be a true, caring, loyal and committed to the highest quality of customer service employee that all of us desire to have as part of our team!

The parking brake alert system had become non-functional on our 2014 Durango. We had just moved to the area so I checked google reviews on the local Dodge dealers and Crown of Chattanooga had a 4.8 out of 5. Wow I've never seen a dealership with that kind of rating. So I called and made an appointment. Took the vehicle in on Monday at 10:00 am. David Wilson greeted us almost as soon as the lift door opened. After writing up the service Mr. Wilson informed us that they may have to keep the vehicle overnight. I told him that would not be possible because we only have two vehicles here at the time (one is a service vehicle), and I had not brought our other personal vehicle down yet. I told him that I would need it back at 3:00 pm so my wife could pick our son up at school. He said he would see what he could do. At 2:30 pm that afternoon Mr. Wilson called and said our vehicle was ready. Again wow, I have never seen a service writer work so hard to please his customers. After arriving at the dealership Mr. Wilson informed me he moved some less pressing service tickets around to accommodate our situation. I want to thank Mr. Wilson and Crown of Chattanooga for the outstanding service they have provided my family and will continue to use them for ALL of my automotive service needs.

I recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Challenger from a local used car dealer. The left and right door seals seemed to be worn prematurely. I took my vehicle to Crown (David Wilson/Service Dept), and although the vehicle had been a rental from Enterprise, and the warranty would not cover the replacement of the seals, he had them replaced at no cost. I was very impressed in Davids eagerness to resolve this issue, and I will continue to use Crown as the only place to have my vehicle serviced or repaired. Thank you David!!

This is the second time I have been to the dealership for routine service and have no complaints with the service department. They do what they say and say what they will do. They let me know if things pop up and what it will cost and how long it will take. So far I have no complaints what so ever they do great work.

My wide and I had a horrible time with a pep boys, they really took us for all they could before we figured out they weren't trying to fix the problem. This fella came out had a real calming demeanor, asked what's wrong, really felt for us with our situation and got right on the work, no appointment, just said we'll take care of it and you, I felt really good about leaving the car with him, when the work was complete he showed us the parts that were replaced explained in detail why things needed to be replaced and when we went to cash out he tried to help us with the pricing as much as possible, I felt like he was in our corner, just a night and day difference from pep boys. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to John Modean, just amazing service, I couldn't have been happier.

We are from Atlanta and we drive up to buy our car and then went up a month later for the Diamond Coating application. Both experiences were great. Dave Wilson in the service department treated us like out of town family, in a good way. He went out of his way to get us there through traffic, got us a great loaner car, and just bent like a pretzel to give us a great time in Chattanooga. He even was upset when our loaner care was dinky, which he didn't know we chose for the fun factor! He was just looking out for his customers. Wish we lived close enough to have all our service done here.

We bought a used 2011 Chevy Tahoe here. Ray West was our sales consultant. Ray did a great job of getting evertything lined up before we came in on the phone and email. We loved that. It was as simple as coming in and signing the paperwork. We love our Tahoe and would highly recommend Ray and the staff at Crown for future car purchases.

Because of how David treated me from the beginning keeps me coming back to him/ your service department. Right now my husband is deployed and I am currently 7 months pregnant. I feel like family whenever I come to Crown. In fact, I was there today ( 02/27/2014) to purchase a part for my 2008 Liberty that Reginald Harris sold to me, and the receptionist ( I can't remember her name) was asking how my husband is and how I am coping with his deployment. Greg Carter was great to work with from the moment we met. He was friendly but calm and never pushy. He was just there ready with detailed information when we needed it. He was very knowledgable on the vehicles. He was also very patient and respectful as my wife and I discussed the pros and cons of the different trucks. I had been to six or eight other dealerships to test drive and look at trucks and talked to other salesman. Greg was the best salesman my wife and I have met. He was a humble, down to earth, friendly guy. The kind of guy you could be good friends with when your not looking for a vehicle. Apparently my 2001 Dodge Dakota had a unique electrical problem that would come and go. I received a call from Jason Sharp the day after dropping it off and he walked me through the issues. This started my experience off on the right foot because years ago I had engine trouble and had to bring it to this dealership for repair when other mechanics could not fix it. It was a horrible, expensive experience and I vowed never to come back unless I absolutely had to (I will spare the details). Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised up to this point but then came the price. "Unfortunately these are special order parts" Jason said. The total was going to be around $1500.00. When it was ready, I received a phone call from Jason and he advised that he miss quoted me on the price-- I quickly began looking for a place to sit down. When I arrived back to the dealership, John Modean got my paperwork and walked me through everything that had been done. I had a number of questions for him regarding this vehicle and others that I was considering buying. He was extremely helpful and acted as if I was the most important person in the room. I know that must have been stressful because of how busy the service department was. The only negative things that I could say was that (1) it took a week to fix (Monday to Monday) and (2) I had to call several times to get updates (it would have been nice to get a call with updates so I wouldn't have had to call on a daily basis).

I met David Wilson when I took my Jeep in to have the transmission looked at. When he told me what it would cost to fix it, I told him I didn't have the money to fix it. He asked me what I could pay and I gave him an amount. He told me he would see what he could do about the price. He called me and told me he wanted to fix my Jeep and not let me drive it and take a chance on further damaging my transmission. He was very understanding when I told I could only pay so much. He was very kind and offered to do what he could. I got the impression he had been in my shoes before and knew what I was going through. When I went to pick up my Jeep and he showed me what it would cost I was very grateful because it was a huge difference in the original price. I was brought to tears by the generosity and kindness of David. I truly believe there are some good people in the world and David Wilson is one of them. He told me that if I ever needed to come in again to let him know. When I dropped it off I had to wait for a while for my ride to come get me. He saw me sitting in the waiting area and came and checked on me to make sure I had somebody that was coming to get me. I thought that was very nice and kind of him to that. David Wilson is a very kind and courteous person. In my church when something like this happens we call it a God Sighting.

During the first scheduled appointment they needed an additional day to diagnosis the problems with my vehicle and set me up with a rental car on them. Couldn't ask for better service.

Great experience! I began exploring options for a larger vehicle for my family online. My wife and I inevitably found ourselves visiting Crown so that we could get a better feel for the vehicle that we were interested in (2014 Chrysler Town & Country). I honestly felt that this was just research and that we most likely would not be buying a new vehicle at this point. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Doug Clark. At no point did I feel that he was anything but incredibly helpful and he was by no means overly aggressive which I feel is typically the most uncomfortable part of the car buying process. As someone who has bought many cars and dealt with many dealerships, Doug was by far my favorite salesperson. Throughout the process, I felt that Doug was incredibly helpful, informative as he could be, more available than I could have hoped (the process took 1 week and we communicated frequently), and overall this was the first time that I felt like I had an advocate that was interested in my family's well-being. I would recommend Doug to anyone and everyone who is interested in buying a vehicle from a dealership. The entire staff at Crown exceeded my expectations and I'm so glad that I chose to visit Crown originally. Thank you!!

I went to the dealer just to test drive used vehicles. I was so impressed with the vehicle and the customer service that I decided to look at my financing options. The employees treated me and my family with respect and didn't try to play any games. The told me the truth about my trade and the vehicle I was buying and made me feel extremely comfortable to buy from them. When I have to buy another vehicle I will first return to this dealership before looking elsewhere.

I was at another Dealer and passed Crown on my way home and saw a Kia that looked like what I was looking for. Terry Roby was the first sales person to greet me. Terry was very pleasant and we hit off. We test drove the Kia and someone took my CX-7 for a test drive. The Kia was priced fairly and the trade value on my CX-7 seemed low. Terry was able to make a deal that was acceptable. I noticed the Kia did not have an Owners Manual and Terry and I walked over to office area to see if was up there - someone said they no longer provided Owners Manuals and that I could go on line to EBAY and download one for a dollar and one or two of the other guys said that was right. I was not happy about a down-loaded Owners Manual and I should have called my son-in-law right then who bought a Kia 6 months ago - I did call him when I got home and he said he was provided an Owners Manual and I called the Kia dealer and they confirmed as well. I do not like being lied to and who ever the 2 or 3 men in the office area did lie to me. I went on line and found multiple Owners Manuals for the Kia, so I bought one for $26.95. I called Terry, but was not able to reach him. He said later that his Voice Mail did not work - the Receptionist should have told me that. I also discovered when I got home that the Kia had neither a spare tire or a donut- instead it had pump kit that said refer to the Owners Manual at which time I was very close to taking the car back. Then 2 days later my wife said she notice oil under my engine on the garage floor. So I called Jeff and took it in for them to determine the cause - again not making me happy. It was something minor. Terry greeted me to make sure I was OK and he convince management to reimburse me the $26.95 for the Manual. Terry was easy to work with and said he would be there for me if I had any thing come up that he could help me with.

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from Crown. The purchase went ok, it's what happened after we drove off the lot that is the issue. We traded in our 2007 Ford, we still owed some money on it but Crown agreed to pay it off, most of it coming from trade in value and a small percentage being negative equity. My husband and I handed over the keys the day we bought our new car and didn't give it a second thought, after all, the car wasn't "ours" anymore, right? Well, a few weeks later, we get a call from our creditor demanding payment on a car that we no longer own. My husband immediately calls the dealer and he is assured that the payment had been sent and the issue should be resolved in a day or two. A week later we get another call from our creditor telling us that if we don't pay by Monday, 2/10, that we will default and be reported to the credit bureau. I then call the dealership and insist on speaking to someone in charge. I am put through to John Lever who states that the system is down for the night but that he will give me a call first thing (9AM) Friday morning. Well its 1PM Friday and I still haven't heard anything. I call the bank to see if by chance the payment has went through. It hasn't. I then call John and he states that he just sent the payment in the mail. (I can only assume that is why he didn't call at 9AM - he was scrambling to get the paperwork ready). He tells me that he couldn't pay for my trade in until he received the money for my new car. He tells me to call the creditor with this information and surely they won't report me to the credit bureau. I do indeed call the creditor and am informed that the car became the dealers responsibility when I traded it in, their payment for it should not be contingent on other factors. I will need to call the creditor Monday to make sure the payment from the dealer has been received, otherwise it will be necessary for me to pay the payment out of my own pocket in order to avoid being reported to the credit bureau. I call John back (and by now I am quite upset - understandably so). I am given a spiel about how the dealer had a twenty day payoff on the loan. I inform him that Friday is indeed the 20th day and the bank had still not received the payment. I also asked about why my husband was told that payment was in the mail last week and yet here he is today telling me he just now sent it. He then proceeds to feed me a line about how he's "In charge of 150 human beings and human beings make mistakes". I then hung up on him because it became obvious that he was going to do nothing to rectify the situation and was simply going to make excuses. I would think that keeping a repeat customer of a >20K vehicle would be more important to Crown than a 5K trade in but apparently not. I definitely won't be going back to them when my husband is looking to buy next year!

I purchased a Fiat 500 Sport in March of 2013 from Crown. Since then I have had to bring my vehicle in four separate times, for the replacement of the rack and pinion. I believe you would agree this is frustrating for anyone. I live in Cleveland,Tn. and stay very busy with family and work. So, schedule changes to make these service appointments are not convenient. However with that being said, from the onset of this problem David has worked with me, with making appointments as convenient as possible. He has provided me with great customer service, to help compensate me for my time. David has stayed on top of the problem and in contact with Fiat representatives in an attempt to resolve the issue, which is a defect with Fiat's design of the rack and pinion. David is an asset to Crown and should be recognized for his commitment to providing quality customer service.

I spoke with Greg Carter on the phone and made an appointment to come and look at some used vehicles on 1/22. When we got there he was very friendly and personable. We went out and looked at some vehicles and my husband test drove the 2010 Nissan Altima, he immediately fell in love with it, but it was more than we were wanting to spend at the time. So we went back to Greg's office and he talked to us like we were normal people made us feel at home. He went over some numbers with us and we decided that we would buy the Altima. He was never pushy or disrespectful. He is very good at his job. Everyone we encountered at Crown was very nice. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to give them a call.

Doug was very friendly, and answered all of our questions regarding the vehicle while we test drove. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for, so we purchased the Patriot that day. I had to have warranty work done. The shop was backed up but they worked to schedule me in a timely manner. The final paper shuffle was a bit confusing, but but the service associate booked the rental at their price and my warranty covered the cost. And the work was done well. I'm very happy.

I am not easily impressed, however upon taking my mother there to look at a used car (2011 Hyundai Elantra) I NEVER imagined how far they would go above and beyond the extra mile to get her in the car. Greg did an outstanding job working with Patrick ( manager? / some promotional guy ). Not only did they get her in the car they where able to get her an awesome APR with no money down and a great payment per mo. I will personally go to this dealership when my wife and I go car shopping in a few mo's. It is my hopes that Greg Carter is still there, if you need a car he is the go to guy in my book. The staff overall where polite, clean, and some of the friendliest I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Taralynne Stricklin is also a BIG plus for this company very friendly and explained the paperwork very well.Thanks again for getting my mother in a car she is so happy to be driving again in her own car.

I want to express my appreciation for Jeff Milsaps and how he genuinely went the extra mile in assisting me when my Fiat broke down the prior week. I recommend your dealership and praise Jeff and Jason Sharp. My car was towed in about an hour after the service department was supposed to be close but first Jason and then Jeff waited around for the me, without making me feel uncomfortable that I was ruining their evening. When the car arrived for work under warranty, Jeff made sure that a secondary problem caused by the defective part under warranty would also be covered. He told me it didnt seem right to saddle me with a bill for something caused by something under warranty. He said he advocated for it all to be covered under warranty, including actually calling Fiat. To me, that epitomizes going the extra mile to solve a problem and meet a customers needs. I would have been very mad if I had a charge, let alone a big one, from a warranty repair. I would have protested and, if not successful, would have been sure everyone I knew would not go to a dealership that did such a thing. Jeff, however, solved the problem. So now I am telling as many people as I can that Crown went above and beyond for me and aside from having a great care (the Fiat, which people ask me about often) I can say you have a great service department too. I had my oil changed there a time or two, but now am committed to bring it to you for all my maintenance and other repair needs (hopefully there wont be many of those for a while).Having such strong team members as Jason and Jeff suggests you are doing something right managing your dealership and taking care of all your customers. Thank you for your efforts on my behalf and keep up the good work!

I bought an RV this summer and started camping. Used my 14 year old Chevy half ton to pull the trailer. Had a few issues which caused me to start looking for a replacement truck. Went by the dealer Friday and looked their trucks over. Came back Saturday with my trade and test drove. They were very knowledgeable of the vehicles which helped me find the best fit. Offer was very good. I go back Monday to pickup my new truck. It was a very pleasant truck buying experience.

Mr. Harrell did everything in his powe I get me into a new truck, we couldn't get the credit backing for it because I have some credit issues to attend to, when those are done I will defiantly be back to get my first new truck from Mr. Harrell. He even went as far as to offer some advice on how to get my credit back on track. He is a ferocious worker and the right man for the job, I will defiantly be back for service like that, he is my dealer for generations to come. This by far has been my worse experience ever at a dealership, let alone one that's supposed to have such great ratings. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection for a rattling noise and had mentioned something that maybe was the problem. My vehicle sat at the dealership for over 6 hours before I got a call about anything. When I received the call I was told that I needed a muffler for my car that was almost $500 before they could look into the possible warranty work problem to see if the catalytic converter was also bad. I was told by the service adviser that the noise I came in for could be bad but they wouldn't look into it unless I bought a new muffler that could possibly not be bad either. My husband called into the shop to figure out why I needed a new muffler just to see if the catalytic converter was bad. In the process of him taking to the service adviser David, David tells my husband, " If I would've known she had a husband, then I just would've called you about this." I don't know about any other people, but this is very sexiest. It shouldn't matter if I have a husband or not or if I'm male or female, the customer should be treated the same. I ended up just picking up my vehicle, but not before I had to pay $120 for my car to be inspected that day, which obviously hadn't even been looked at as you will find out below. The next day I took my vehicle to a small automotive repair shop in Ooltewah where in 5 minutes they had pulled my vehicle into their shop, lifted it and found the problem. It was a small clip that had broken off the heat shield and needed to be wielded. I walked out of there within 15 minutes and no charge. After going back to Crown I was reimbursed my money for " Misdiagnosis". I am thankful for this, but what if this was an elderly person or someone who didn't want to questions this ,they could've/would've paid a large amount of money and still not had their problem fixed. It also doesn't fix the fact the whatever mechanic looked or said they looked at my vehicle just COMPLETELY LIED, because my muffler isn't bad, isn't going bad and doesn't need to be replaced. I know it's hard to find honest people in this world, but it goes to show that some people at this dealership can't be trusted.

I was driving a 2006 Dodge Dakota with high mileage. I was actually still making payments on said vehicle, but I was interested in trading it in for something more gas efficient. Honestly, I just stopped at the first dealership that caught my eye, which happened to be Crown. Of course the beautiful cars on the lot drew my attention, but the flailing inflatable man was pretty magnificent.. So I pulled in, and before I could even park, I was greeted with a smiling face: Terry Robey! I explained the situation with my truck to him, and he took me to his office to see what my options were. The odds didn't seem to be in my favor at first, but he maintained a pleasant attitude and kept trying to find a deal that would suit me. I'm sure it must be a tad bit disappointing when a customer arrives and explains they have no money to put down, but he never acted like it was a waste of time for him. He gave me a bit of advice, and I started to leave. Before I could even back my truck out of the parking space, he rushed out the door to me and said that I would be able to get a car after all! He and another salesman showed me a 2013 Chrysler 200, which I fell in love with immediately! I took it for a test drive and returned to the office to fill out paperwork. All of the people at Crown were incredibly caring and friendly. They definitely go out of their way to make sure the customers feel at home. I believe I was at the dealership for 3 hours or so, but never was I bored or confused as to what was going on. They explained everything to me plain as day (but not in a condescending manner). I greatly appreciated every single person I came into contact with at Crown. The past experiences I've had at dealerships have never been pleasant, to say the least. I highly recommend Crown to anyone who is looking for a great deal and outstanding service.

They really treat people like family and not just another customer, I would tell all my family and friends to buy a vehicle from either of them. Because my purchase was a business purchase, my expectations and demands were very specific. Upon making the decision to purchase a vehicle for our new VP of Sales, I contacted Ray West at the Crown dealership in Chattanooga via the telephone. I gave Ray my specifications on the kind of vehicle I desired and our purpose for the purchase: size, fuel economy, business needs, etc. Ray immediately gave me a couple of options that exactly fit with the specifications I had provided. Unfortunately for me, my business tasks required that I have multiple conversations with Ray: each time I had to cut off our phone conversation to handle business needs, Ray was extremely understanding and patient with me, and he took multiple calls from me in the same professional, friendly, helpful manner. In the span of a few hours, Ray had the found the perfect option for our business, and, again, because of business tasks, I could not leave the office to see the vehicle first-hand; so Ray took the time to drive the vehicle to my office for our examination. The next morning resulted in our purchase of the vehicle, a pre-owned 2011 Ford Taurus. Again, Ray drove to my office so that I could drive the vehicle back to the dealership to complete the purchase paperwork. Ray and Taralynne had all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived at their office: they answered a few questions I had, and I was on the road to the office in our new car in less than an hour.If the need arises for another vehicle - whether it is for personal reason or business reasons, I will definitely be calling Ray again: he listened to my needs, offered suggestions and alternatives, and went out of his way to make the experience as easy as possible for me.

Ours was a familiar story that you've heard before, we stopped in at the dealership to just look around and see what was available. We hadn't even talked about trading our vehicle at this time. But, Terry met us on the lot within just a few minutes and he was very friendly and open from the start. He went the extra mile to match what we thought we wanted to what they had on hand and we went through several possibilities before we found one that met pretty much all of the things on our want list. Terry stayed with us through the whole process, but he wasn't at all pushy and gave us our space to talk between us when we needed it. He made what we thought was an attractive offer on a truck that we really liked and then we moved inside to talk to Jimmy about trade-in values and financing. Jimmy went to extremes to find us the best loan rates out there and was patient with us through the whole process as well.

My husband took my care in on September 11th to have the sealer clear coat that I purchased with my vehicle only two weeks prior to this service. I have a brand new 2013 Dodge Charger Daytona Edition that was purchased August 29, 2013. Dewayne Black was my salesman and Taralynne Stricklin was the finance manager. On the day my husband dropped it off to have the service the blonde lady in serice not sure of name handed him the keys of the rental not telling him the time to have to have it back but did tell him the procedure to the car would take 3-4 hours to apply. He drpped the care off at 10:30 by 12:00pm they called to say it was ready for pick. Due to my husband's schedule and mine I had to wait until I was off of work to return the rental and pick up my car. When arriving at the dealer at 6pm the blonde lady told me that I was unable to pick up my car that it was now six and my rental was to have been back by then and they were now closed and that she would take responsibility for the rental and refused to give me my car. I asked why she did not tell my husband of the time limit and she says " your husband, boyfriend, friend, or whom ever he is was told 6 and no later." I found that very offensive and rude. She also told me if I was not back first thing in the morning she was charging me for the rental. As unhappy as I was I went home. The next day my husband got up suprer early was there to pick up the car and brought it to my work. When I looked at the car I was upset and disappoiinted. The service people had left wax all over the front left and right sides of the car as well as the front end. It looked like someone painted polka dots on it. There was scuff marks and scratches from the buffer all over the top of the front driver wheel. The inside looked horrible they had put the sealer on so fast you could see the spots that were missed. Also they were to vacuum for me since the day of my purchase they could not. They did not do this it looked as if someone attempted to make it look cleaned. I then had to drive to the dealer again and spoke to the manager of service Chris. The next day I drove to work and they picked up my car and kept it for the whole day in order to fix the mistakes made then returned my car to me by the end of the day. I was pleased with the work. However I am not happy for all the trouble that I had to go through and the gas in my car that was waisted because they didn't car enough to do the job right the first time.

I looked for the my Deep Cherry Red 2013 1500 Reg Cab Ram Tradesman with 3.6 and 8 speed from March until August. Other dealers tried to coax me to buy a crew cab 4X4s with the 5.7 engine. Doug Grammer and Crown of Chattanooga were able to put me in the the exact truck I wanted for thousands less. Actually the truck was better equipped than i was looking for but had all the features I wanted. I tried to get this truck from dealers in my home state of West Virginia, Kentucky where my family is from, Indiana where I currently work and Ohio that I drive through weekly. This was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Well worth traveling the 6 hrs. Doug and Crown helped me out there and had a driver meet me half way to deliver my new truck.

When I went to crown I dealt with a man named Joe Patnode and he was great! He approached me like I was a human beeing not like I was jsut another sale. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. Lanny Adams was one of three employees who greeted me, engaging me in conversation and immediately helpful. When I told him "I'm probably your nightmare, I've been scouring the internet & have researched what I want," rather than roll his eyes and say "Oh, no!" he (and the other 2 w/him) said "You're the best kind of customer!" (and he sounded believable). He matched me with Rick Harrell, the PERFECT salesman for me. He listened to what I was interested in, he knew I offered my price based on research, and I truly believe he advocated on my behalf during negotiation. The sales process was as quick and painless as possible :).Don Gentry explained all the paperwork quickly and efficiently and Lee Lloid on my way out was very personable. I exchanged conversation with a few other salesmen who also represented Crown well, smiling, joking and happy for my new (used) car purchase.I was never made to feel "less than" for buying used rather than new.I can't say enough nice things about Rick; I would ask for him again and will recommend the dealership to others.The ONLY negative is the back seat was not detailed (and I had specifically mentioned this). There were spills on it that should have been cleaned up. When I picked up the car later that afternoon, I didn't have time to ask about this.

Reginald was a wonderful, helpful salesman. We came to the lot later in the evening, but he never acted like he was rushing us. He took his time with us and tried to help us find what we were looking for. I would certainly buy from him again and recommend him to others. He introduced us to Lanny who was also extremely attentive. Both gentlemen were easy to contact via phone; Reginald called right back after I left him a message. Well, we actually had a fun time at your dealership. We never had any intentions of buying, just looking around. Lindsey and Brandon were amazing at their customer service skills. I had very specific needs, as far as payments were concerned, and I felt like the two of them were my advocates, making sure I was well taken care of. Friendliness, knowledgeable, and efficient are all words I would use to describe, not only the employees, but the dealership itself. I will most likely be buying cars from Crown Chrysler in Chattanooga for the rest of my life, and I'm only 25! After the purchase was made, and the papers were ready to be signed, Donald Gentry did a good job of letting me in on the best products available. Given the specific needs I had, regarding payments, he took that into consideration, and worked out the math that was necessary for me to be well taken care of and still leave the dealership with the car, payment, and satisfaction I wanted. I have had my car for one day, and I have already recommended them to my friends who are in the market.

The check engine light is a very intimidating instrument in the dash display and is an even more disheartening force when the vehicle is just over a year old. The "what could it be's" start popping up in your mind and with the aide of technology you investigate the matter on your own. My 2012 Jeep Wrangler was one that was produced with a faulty head and I found I was not alone. Upon bringing the vehicle to the dealership service center, I was greeted with exemplary customer service by Jeff Milsaps. He described to me the issue that was taking place with the vehicle, which was what I had already researched on my own. He helped me schedule a time to bring it in for repair around mine and my family's already-planned summer vacation out of town. He assured me that the defect would not affect our travels and that the part would be available and ready for install upon our return. The Jeep was taken in on July 22nd and on the 24th it was ready for pick-up. I commend Mr. Milsaps and the whole service staff of Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Chattanooga, Tennessee for their hard work that they perform every day.

We've bought many vehicles from dealers in the area and Crown was by far the best in sales and customer service. Shannon was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the jeep and made it a easier process on picking out our new vehicle. Don was very thorough in explaining exactly what came with every additional item (i.e extended warranties, additional vehicle coverage's and protection plans), was very friendly, and made the paperwork process very painless. Patricia was very friendly and explained the service process and routine maintenance very thoroughly and helped us plan it all out. All in all it was the best experience we've ever had at any dealership.

Ordered and cut a deal for a dodge challenger. They told us they were having the car brought in from another lot and would order a special hood we wanted to have put on when the car came in. The next week when I had not received a call, I called. These people had completely forgotten the deal, not ordered the car or the hood. The guy we dealt with was no longer at the dealer and the guy we talked with on the phone had no idea about what I was talking about. We signed papers and put a deposit down on this car and they forgot about it..Unbelievable and incredibly unprofessional! go somewhere else...We canceled the deal!

I recently brought in my 2012 Dodge Charger for scheduled oil change. While I was waiting for services to be done on my car I was browsing around and met Brandon Payne. He had asked if he could assist me with anything and I had told him I was considering trading in a ford fusion for a small SUV and more family oriented vehicle. He suggested we take a look at the inventory and upon looking we had found a 2012 Jeep Liberty that was exactly what I was looking for. Brandon went and got the keys and we took it for a test drive, he was very knowledgeable of the features of this vehicle and had proved to me that it would be a wise choice for purchase. After much time and patience we were able to work out a deal and do the trade, I am very happy about the new vehicle and will be picking it up today. He was very courteous and respectful to my needs. He went above and beyond the duty to fulfill the sales experience. Brandon had told me he was a new salesman and this was his first sale. I say it was a complete success. Best wishes to him. When I first commenced my purchase, I started with a new salesman. While he was friendly and tried to help as much as he could, he did not know the Fiat brand very well. Between the time I ordered my new car and delivery, the newer salesman left the dealership and Shannon took over my transaction. He did a great job of following up and ensuring all the details that were negotiated during the initial ordering were taken care of smoothly. Ensuring things like my trade in was handled correctly, the after market leather seats were installed timely and professionally, and that all the paperwork was processed smoothly. Overall I would recommend Crown Fiat and especially Shannon as a sales rep.

We came in because my wife had seen an internet price for the Dodge Journey and we needed a bigger car due to having a new baby on the way. When we first got there no one welcomed us till Reginald Harris came around the corner and welcomed us in and asked us what we were looking for and showed us the Journey. He honored the internet price and worked with us to get the payment were we needed to be and went over all the features of the car and got me and my family some popcorn (none us had eaten lunch). He had the car cleaned and filled the tank for us.

I brought my Crossfire in for a new convertible top which was under an extended warranty. Service man Jeff Milsaps greeted us at the service bay with a friendly smile. I asked how long it would take before I could pick my car up and he said he would first enquire and get back to me with a time. He called that same afternoon and explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be and he called me to let me know I could come pick it up. No hassle, no unnecessary paperwork, a very friendly service experience. Jeff Milsaps answered my questions, promptly returned my calls, greeted us at drop off and pick up with a friendly smile and a hand shake but most of all, he did what he said he would do.

Jeff Milsaps was extremely helpful when I brought in my 2010 Jeep. The A/C was blowing hot air on a very hot Chattanooga day, I thought my compressor was bad. After Jeff and his service team did a thorough review they couldn't pinpoint the problem because half way through their evaluation the A/C started blowing cold air again. So because the problem seem to "fix" itself Jeff and his team could not recommend replacing the compressor with confidence. To avoid costly and unnecessary repair of my vehicle Jeff recommended that I bring the car back if the A/C started acting up again. I told him "thanks" for being honest with me because the compressor would have sent me back about $900.00. Jeff said that he would rather I "be a customer for life, then for a day." Thanks Jeff!!

I finally had enough of my 1998 Chevy Z-71 breaking down. Yet again, I found myself having it towed for repair. It was time to suck it up and get a dependable vehicle. I did my research and found several Jeep dealers in the Chattanooga area. I went to Crown first. Salesman, Mike Ullenberg helped us out and I got a very good deal but being skeptical, I tried one more Jeep dealer in Georgia (I won't name them) trying to get a better deal. They couldn't believe the deal I got and couldn't match it or even come close. My 2 year old daughter was being a 2 year old and running around and the salesman got on the subject of spanking. He was a really nice guy just making conversation but after my daughter finished singing Jesus loves me, he said "my dad used to beat my a$$ when I was a kid". We left and went back to Crown where the very professional salesman Mike Ullenberg greeted us even with egg on our faces. I've bought 12 cars in my lifetime and have never been treated so kind and like a valued customer. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from the folks at Crown.

I had major repairs completed under warranty that took a fair amount of time. Mr. Jeff Milsaps kept me informed of the progress that was being made at timely intervals during the process. He was always courteous and informative. Even when I had an issue after the repair was performed he stepped up and took care of the problem promptly and honestly.

After looking for many weeks I happen to find the exact 3 series BMW i was looking for online. Not only did it have lower miles then what I was willing to live with but it also was priced well below others with more miles. I called immediately and was directed to Michael. I discussed what I was interested in and he went and checked while on the phone to make sure it was what I wanted. I gave him my info and he called me back within the hour to workout the deal, it was where I wanted to be and put a deposit on the car. I live in Nashville so it took a few days for me to find a free day to make the 2 1/2 hours to drive down there. Once I got there he had the car waiting inside for me to view. I spotted a few things that needed to be addressed and they agreed to fix them, after that I was happy with the car. We scheduled a date for me to bring the car back and have fixed to my liking. In between receiving the car and bring it back for repairs someone had bumped it the rear bumper making a small indention and scratch. I showed them what had happened and asked if they knew anybody to fix it. They said they would take care of it free of charge. I couldn't be happier with Michael's customer service or the people at Crown.

While coming home to Birmingham from Knoxville, our 2002 Chrysler Town and Country broke down in Ooltewah. I called Crown Chrysler and spoke with Jeff Milsaps. He recommended a tow company and the van was towed to Crown. Jeff worked with Fidelity Warranty to have the repairs authorized and completed. Jeff kept us informed through the process of the repairs. My wife is handicapped and our van is a lowered floor van with a ramp that can accomodate a wheelchair. We desired to have our van repaired as soon as possible since my wife was unable to travel without the van. Jeff realized that we were in a bind and worked with Fidelity Warranty and his mechanics to have the van repaired as soon as possible. The van was ready the same day that the new transmission arrived at the dealership. Thank you Jeff and the mechanics for completing the repairs in a short amount of time.

My 2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT6 went into total shutdown (power and gasoline) due to a malfunctioning Auto-Theft system. Given that the Crossfire model has been out of production for several years and it is a hybrid manufactured vehicle with mostly Mercedes-Benz parts (engine & transmission) it took a real Sherlock Holmes to track down the culprit. Fortunately, Jeff Milsaps told me that Crown Chrysler had a local Crossfire authority at the dealership and Crown maintained a good working relationship with the Mercedes-Benz dealership in town. They were able to find the problem, overnighted the parts from out of State and got to work on her. Jeff stayed in constant contact with me, even when the news was less than good. Without taking any shortcuts Jeff ended up saving me several hundred dollars and somehow, a free programmed key. This could have been worse. A lot worse. Electrical problems on sophisticated vehicles could easily run thousands of dollars and there were plenty of opportunities for "less reputable" dealers to pad the bill and I never would have known it. But now I have my SRT6 back on the road running better than ever. Thanks Jeff!!

Crown Dodge of Chattanooga gets two thumbs up from me thanks in large part to the outstanding customer service demonstrated by two of the dealership staff members, Chris Schrader and Patricia Neal. Just after purchasing my new Ram, I discovered an issue with the door locks which later would be found out to be a simple deprogramming from the vehicle's "shipping mode" . The very next buisiness morning, Chris met me at the dealership on his off-duty hours to introduce me to the service department and explain to them what was happening with the door locks. Now thats customer service. Thanks again Chris. Patricia Neal then did a great job of facilitating the reprogramming of the vehicle to "operation mode" thereby allowing the door locks to function properly . She was imformative, knowlegeable, and sincerely wanted the problem resolved. She then facilitated flawlessly getting my truck a final detail, diamond finish, and bedliner installation.Patricia, thanks for the great customer service.

Very courteous staff. I came in knowing what i wanted with my own financing. They put me in the exact car I wanted and beat another dealers offer with better add ons like roadside assistance gap insurance and more. Instead of setting with the financing I walked in with Taralynne and Frank stepped up and lowered my monthly payments by getting an even better financing deal. I would highly recommend Crown to all my family and friends. This was my easiest and most pleasant car buying experience.

We came to Crown looking to replace an aging Jeep. Frank was able to see that we needed help and worked with us throughout the process. He showed us the vehicles we wanted to see, coordinated test drives, answered our questions, and became our advocate to make sure we were able to complete our purchase. Was internet shopping and found 2 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that I really like. I live in Knoxville, Tn called and spoke to Michael Ullenberg to see if they were still on the lot. Drove the 1 1/2 hours to look at them. They were not exactly what I wanted. Michael was very nice and patient in my indecisiveness, I test drove 3-4 Wranglers and finally decided on the Rubicon Unlimited. At that point, I only had an 1 hour till I need to be back on the road to Knoxville. Between Michael, New Car sales Manager, and the Finance guy they made it happen. I am so happy with the purchase I make and everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful.

I had gone to the dealership to compare pricing against other dealerships. I was welcomed, made comfortable and asked what I would be in the market for. I was allowed to drive vehicles to compare between standard or automatic transmittion, and informed of the models, features, options that were available for each. I had done alot of research prior to my visit, and was shown features that I didn't know were on the jeeps. Michael Ullenberg's knowledge and ease of talking and dealing with made my experiance a pleasure. I felt no pressure to buy, they gave me a good price for my trade-in, several discounts, and minimal haggling. Larry White and Michael came so close to the price I was willing to pay, before I had even told them what I was willing to pay, that the differance was minimal. A true pleasurable vehicle buying experiance, and their local. Donald Gentry helped with the financing and presented me with an incredible rate that even my credit union could not match, and helped me fine tune the loan agreement. I mentioned Rick Harrell, because he helped my parents purchase a vehicle the same day and they are very pleased with their purchase, and since price was an issue with them being on a fixed income, Rick and Larry helped make their purchase affordable.

Without a doubt the worst car repair experience of my life.1. My quote went from $1600 to $1200 when I complained. They didn't tell me that they were leaving parts out of the repair. Inside the engine.2. Within 5 miles of leaving I had problems.3. Somehow 9 hours ($900) billed the first time became 1.5 hours to "go back in". And the problem that I took it back for (that wasn't there before the repair) was not fixed. I honestly believe that they did not replace the part that I was billed for. But they did comp me for that time.4. They could not grasp the fact that the car had to be driven a few minutes before it started making noise. Even though I mentioned it several times.5. Took it back again for another look and asked them to look into why my A/C no longer works. The Service Advisor made no note of my comment about the A/C. Still not working.5. Told by the Service Manager that I had a bad serpentine belt bearing making the noise. Told by the Service Advisor that they replaced it, it didn't make much difference...and they took it back off. And the A/C? A crimped O-ring. It has to be removed and put back in to get crimped. And I surely did not do that.Overall experience was absolutely terrible. This is the first time that I have taken my vehicle to a dealer and I will never do so again. I could get better service from a shade tree mechanic and save $1000 in the process.And they lost my new car business. So ultimately, it's their loss...

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable of product selling. Price was good, applied applicable rebates and incentives was welling to negotiate on price. The most impressive thing was that they worked very hard to fine the vehicle that I had specified with the color of the exterior, interior and options I was looking for. They reached out 450 miles. It took 5 days and several states to fine the vehicle I wanted. I had a great experience and they deserve a great rating.

When I went into Crown, I really had no plans on buying a car, but Mr. Reginald Harris was so helpful and answer my questions honestly, I decide to spend my hard earn money at Crown. I have to say that my credit score is not the best, but Mr. Reginald Harris did not treat me any differently then someone who had excellent credit. He took his time with me, answer my question and described everything that was happening. I will do business there again.

My husband and I were on our way to Alabama one weekend when I pulled up Crown Fiat of Chattanooga aka Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on my ipad. I had originally found a Fiat in Birmingham for a great deal, but Crown Fiat matched them and did even better! Craig Pesnell took the time to talk to me on the phone to go through the details of my trade in and a possible purchase. His respect and professionalism on the phone was enough for me to want to work with this dealership, which is over an hour from our home. After I got off the phone, I was happy to report back to my husband that Crown was going to be our choice of dealerships. Craig worked out such a fantastic deal and made the experience of buying this car (My Christmas present) enjoyable, that there was no reason for us to even attempt at haggling the price down. Excellent customer service! I couldn't possibly be more pleased with the service that we received in buying a new car. Michael Ullenberg was very accommodating. He made sure the buying process was quick and painless. He showed us how all of the features in the new vehicle worked. We were able to get the trade in value that we needed in order to get out from under our old car. The purchase price on the new vehicle was excellent. Finance took very little time to sign the paperwork. Michael even showed us were to go to get our oil changed. (4 free oil changes!!) Craig was very friendly and professional at making sure we recieved the best service. Craig allowed me to test drive our new Dodge Ram 1500 Quad cab all the way to Crandall, Ga (an hour away) in order to let my disabled brother check it out and see if the truck would be a perfect fit for our family. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle for her when I called the dealership and was transferred to Craig. My wife has driven a Chrysler/Dodge van since 1984 and was ready for something else. She drove a Durango and was impressed with the size (we are both 5'10" and 6"1"). We than looked around at other places for a used one, but came back because the new price on 2012 clearance items was very little more than used ones at other places. Also, I have had experience with Crown since they opened with other Chrysler vehicles and they were very prompt in their repair and service of these vehicles.Craig was as helpful as anyone could be and showed us all of the features of the vehicle as well as programming our phones. He was very friendly through the experience (as well as every one else) and I would very much recommend him as a person to see when looking for a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep.

We went to Crown just to look around and see Chargers and Challengers. Trae Carpenter greeted us right away and took us to see both cars. We found a Charger and Trae took us for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable as well as helpful, professional and friendly. After driving the Charger we went home and thought about it and came back and bought it! We LOVE the Charger!!! It happened to be on a week night (Monday night) and Trae and Shannon and Don all stayed until everything was wrapped up so that we could drive the car home that night! I would like to update my previous review. After my first review, management was very quick to contact me. They were also very quick to make the situation right. After discussing with the service department, I believe the sales rep really did believe the "perform Service" message was indeed an indicator for an oil change. I still would have bought the truck knowing the true meaning of the message. The price and the truck were that good. This is hands down the best dealer service department I have ever dealt with. The friendliness and professionalism is top notch. I will be using this service department again and I would definitely recomennd them. Would I buy a vehicle from them again? Absolutely! I bought my truck used "as is". I was told the perform service message would be cleared when I picked it up. While I'm not a lawyer, I doubt they were legally obligated to make these repairs in order to clear the message. They honored their word and I greatly respect that. I've bought new cars before, other brands/Dealers, and had a more difficulty getting repairs that were under warranty.Mark Hudson

This is the first review I have written on a car dealership and salesperson. The customer service at Crown is first rate. My salesman was Harold Blackstock. Harold went above and beyond to make sure that my overall experience at Crown went as smooth as possible. Actually everyone including the GM Tim and Finance Mgr. I was in the area on business, I had some extra time and stopped in to look at used trucks. Buddy greeted me and showed me a truck that I was sure was out of my price range. After putting pen to paper with Buddy & Larry they made me a deal I could not walk away from. I visit the service department for my second scheduled oil change and Willie took care of me both times. I have never been taken care of in such a professional manner at a service department before. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and have never had such a great experience as I did at Crown. My salesman Chad Yother, worked with me several weeks helping me to get out from underneath a horrible previous purchase that I already had and into a new 2012 Ram 1500. I was in and out of the dealership in no time and Chad came through on all of his promises. Chad called and emailed back and forth with me promptly and even came into work on his day off to accommodate me and my tight schedule to sell me the Ram 1500. I broke down outside of Chattanoga and had to be towed to Crown. Unfortunately, it was after hours. Trisha from service and Matt from the mechanics group agreed to stay and wait for me and the tow. It was at least a couple of hours after normal hours and they willingly agreed to stay and wait. The ultimate result was no work required - I was on my way to Atlanta and had temporarily fixed the issue. Matt took the car out for a trial ride and agreed it would hold until I got to Atlanta and could get it properly addressed.I cannot tell you the feeling of comfort and appreciation felt with both Trisha and Matt. After going to a local Toyota Dealer, we went to Crown Dodge and spoke with Caleb Rogers. We told him what we were looking for. He let us test drive several cars, and was genuinely concerned that we get a great quality car for our price range. He answered all of our questions, and although we came during a promotional sale and Caleb was extremely busy, he was very patient and professional. This young man showed compassion for his job and paid great attention to our specifications and price range. He was not pushy at all, and we really loved that about him. We had been told by another of Caleb's customers how great it was to deal with Caleb. Still, we went to another dealer that day. Looking back, I wish we wouldn't have wasted our time with the other dealer and had gone straight to Crown and straight to Caleb. We also dealt with J.R. in finance. J.R. was extremely fast with our paperwork, answered all of our questions, and was very nice. We are extremely satified with our purchase, the dealership, our salesman and the finance guy. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!! We will be back!

I came into the dealership to test drive some jeeps. Bryan Payne was my sales assistant. Never have I recieved such wonderful customer service! It was the perfect client experience. On way back from hunting trip with friend saw newspaper ad for Ram 1500 Crew. Really wasn't intending to purchase new truck but called about ad anyway. When I called I talked to Bryan Payne who was most helpful, answering all questions and inviting me to come drive the truck. When my wife and I arrived Bryan had the truck out front waiting for me. When I drove the truck I knew I would like to have it. Usually at this point I become frustrated as the sales process become pressured and complicated. I bought a new fully loaded Dodge Challenger RT Classic, they told me that they'd do me a favor by only charging me 3% above retail... after going through Consumer Reports service I got the price down to an adeaquate level. It took them much longer to get my car in than they promised, even though they had already been paid in full. The $2300 custom chrome wheels ended up being chromed "Plastic" wheel covers! I began to have electronic problems right away. When I would take my car in for warrenty repairs, only half of them would get done, but they would tell me nothing about what they had not accomplished, I had to find it out on my own. Then they send me to the cashiers counter where I waited a long time supported by my cane (I am disabled and there were no chairs). Any attempt to get mopar products from parts department met with incompetence as well. Taking my car in again for the SAME repairs, again, didn't work. They asked me to give them perfect 10 ratings on this site as I left. After sending them a letter about my disappointment, they told me that they have no intrest in servicing my vehicle in the future. So I will have to drive to another state to get the same things fixed that they have had multiple opportunities to fix. list of problems my car has: chronic problems with keyless entry which has totally stopped working, remote start does not work at all, Voice Recognition on NAV/Audio/Video system does not work 70% of the time, I get error messages all the time that keyfob is not detected, sometimes it takes several minutes to start my car, now the fan on the heater/AC is making sounds like it is burnt out and my car is only 9 months old!

Check engine light; Auto Zone ran scan on computer, showed bad Catlic Converter Efficiency 2/1 & 1/1..... they sent me to a local muffler shop....when learning that I had only 50,000 miles on the odometer they told me to take it to the dealership as the CAT is covered for 80,000 miles. Expecting the normal run-around I dreaded going to a'DEALERSHIP'. When I arrived shortly after 1:00 pm I was suprised to be assisted at once and ask to return in the am. Again expecting the worst I was pleased to receive absolutely wonderful service, timely and happily fron the entire staff. The CAT cost (est=$1,00.00+) ***NO CHARGE*** NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO WELL AT ANY DEALERSHIP, AND I'VE DEALET WITH MANY. THANKS TO ALL INVOLVED.....GREAT DEALERSHIP!!

The customer service we have received from Shannon is not comparable to any service we have experienced. He went above and beyond to sale us our 2011 Dodge Durango. A vehicle we are extremely happy with. Shannon is honest and he put our needs as a customer before his own. I would recommend the use of the Crown service department because with my experience with them they were very professional, courteous, and kept me informed at all times. I had let the service on my Dodge Magnum RT run a little long because there was no dealer here in Chattanooga... So when Crown opened up, I though I would give them a try. And Boy, am I glad I did. My first experience was with Patricia Neal, service writer and she made me feel confident and welcome right off of the bat. She had a well qualified technician, Matt Clark, ride with me to discuss the problems I was having. After further inspection, Matt discussed with me his findings and some of the technical details behind his diagnosis. He made me comfortable that we would only be doing work that was needed and nothing not needed. I felt confident with his plan but I was a little concerned about the prices on the tires he recommended. So I did significant Internet searches on the tires they recommended. I always felt that buying tires from a Dealership... well you were going to pay a high price. So, I was surprised and please to find that their prices on this high-end 60K mile tire was as good as anyone around... And then I would get the benefit of their mounting, balancing and warranty. I do a lot of Internet searches so if I couldn't find a better price, one does not exist. I sure didn't want to save $25 per tire and have them shipped to me UPS with no mounting, no balancing and no local warranty! Anyway, the bottom line is that if their service is that good... I am pretty sure I would start with them next time I need to buy a car. I appreciate the quality of service and courtesy extended to to me by Patricia Neal and Matt Clark.

I had a couple of issues with a new vehicle purchased at Crown. Both times the issue was diagnosed and repaired correctly. Each time the techs (James and Steven) explained the issue and what would be required to correct the problem, and the Service Advisor (Patricia)kept me informed of the progress. It is comforting to know that when service is needed, the Service Department employees actually care enough to diagnose and actually make every effort to correct the problem. Most dealerships have a reputation for not taking care of issues without a lot of hassle, but Crown has proven to be just the opposite in fixing it right the first time.

I had purchased a 2008 Dodge Viper from a Texas dealership that had a few issues when I brought it back to Chattanooga, TN. I took it to Crown Dodge and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. Not only was my Viper diagnosed correctly, the technician took me back to explain what was happening with the vehicle. The parts I needed to order arrived quickly and I was even offered a shuttle service, free of charge, back to my place of work while they repaired my vehicle. I have owned other Vipers before and have taken them to other dealerships where the friendliness and service was marginal. One dealership even left the keys to my Viper in the ignition while customers were browsing other vehicles in the lot! At Crown, I honestly feel as if they care for my concerns and they really do. Although my vehicle was not kept over night, they assured me that security was one of their core values. They secure all vehicles and treat them with great respect. It's hard to beat the free big screen TV, water, and snacks provided while you wait for your vehicle in the lobby. I will be sure to return whenever I need my vehicles serviced and when I am in the market for another vehicle.

Extremely unfriendly, tried to add $600 in extra dealer profit into a pre negotiated deal at the last minute in the form of a completely unnecessary "doc fee", represented dealer rebates as taxable income to the buyer which therefore had to be reduced. His unprofessionalism lost Crown - and Jeep - a sale today. In today's environment, there is no reason to tolerate this sort of treatment as a customer when better alternatives are in plentiful supply.

Rosie was very, nice and very knowledge on the vehicle that we purchased. When we had our leather installed she gave us a car to drive. She treated us like we were family.
