I found the car on the internet and was more interested in the car, since it was at a Crown dealership. We had bought a new car from Crown before and my wife and I were very happy with the sales experience, as well as, with the maintenance of our car. On this trip I was looking for a good reliable used car for my college-aged daughter. Josh contacted me immediately and set a convenient appointment for me to see the car. Ralph met with me and told me about issues the car had and that he would make it right. And since my daughter was out of town; the Sunday hours for us to finalize the deal was great. My daughter loves her new car and the car buying experience was a happy one for her and for us. I will definitely continue dealing with Crown!

I'm a return customer. Crown treated me well in the past and my last purchase was no different. When I described what I was looking for they had the exact car I was describing. I also went in pre-approved from my credit union and Crown was able to significantly beat an already good loan. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole buying experience enjoyable.

We checked out the web site first and found a nice looking car with an awesome price. We called the dealership and spoke to Avery McConnell. He had the car waiting for us upon our arrival. He even came outside to meet us. While in the care of Crown FIAT, we were treated extremely well. There was no hard sell approach. Best car buying experience ever! Before we left with our new car, a manager even came out and thanked us for coming out.

Crown FIAT was a great dealer to work with on buying the brand new 2016 500X. I was greeted quickly by Avery McConnell who listened to everything that I was looking for and helped me compare and contrast the different packages and trim levels. I had done a lot of research about the 500X, but Avery was able to add some insight.Not only did Avery listen to everything I was looking for, he even put up with all my questions and took me on 2 test drives. You can tell he cares about his customers and works hard to make sure he closes the deal. Plus, I have to joke with him about this, the bonus bottle of water he bought me when putting gas in my new 500X was awesome... it really was. It was 90+ degrees and I was dying of thirst!When closing the deal, I also worked with Steve Looney. Steve worked to find discounts for me and we were able to agree on a number without a headache. He then went the extra mile and worked with me and my insurance on figuring out all the information for my new vehicle. It is so new, the insurance didn't even have the model in their system yet. All that was taken care of. Steve also worked meticulously on putting the front license plate holder on my car. I would have freaked out if it wasn't straight, and he was incredibly careful about it! Great work! He is also taking care of getting my new car detailed since the detail guy was off the day I bought.Finally, the part that no one likes... all the finance stuff! Things couldn't have gone any better though and I attribute it all to Ms. McConnell in the finance office! She made things quick, painless, and made the experience wonderful!All three people I worked with wee great and are real assets to the Crown company.

I had called the dealership to express interest in the 2011 Cheverolet Traverse they had advertised on their website. Upon my arrival, Patrick had the car pulled up to the front of the building so I can look at the entire car in detail. He gave me a lot of thorough information about the Traverse before riding along with me for a test drive.

Doug is the man when it comes to Fiat's. We had a very lengthy discussion about how he used to race Fiats in the 70's and how he raced an RX-7 in the 80's. This man covers everything! I thought I was having the wool pulled over my eyes when I was told that Doug knows more about the Fiat product than anyone else working at Crown Fiat. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!!!! Doug is a very genuine knowledgeable individual and really made my experience a great one. As a matter of fact, EVERYONE there was very nice and friendly.

We found the car we wanted at the price we required through Autotrader.com, the car was located at Crown in Dublin Ohio. We were pre approved online so we just had to go test drive and sign the paperwork. I met Doug Carmean at the dealer the next day in 90 degree heat and high humidity with my 4 kids and 70 year old mother. Doug didn't miss a beat, he made sure everybody was cool and comfortable for the entire process. He made sure I was properly familiarized with the vehicle in all types of driving situations. He also walked me through the paperwork as well and answered any questions I had. Overall an excellent experience at Crown in Dublin.

I came in during the lunch hour and asked to look at a used Fiat. I was shown a super clean convertible 500c with very low miles. The next day I took it for an extended test drive. Doug carmean was superb at showing me all of the options and accessories and how to use them. The rest of the transaction went smoothly in professionally. I will definitely steer friends towards this dealership and salesman next time I am asked for a recommendation.

I bought a used car from Crown Fiat, and the sales team was very personable and helpful in that process. Josh Linton was my primary help -- he was courteous, patient, and willing to answer a lot of questions from myself and my dad. Everyone seemed genuine and willing to work with me in the process. The actual negotiation time was only a few minutes and they didn't drag it out like some other dealers I have talked with in the past. Overall, the sales team, and particularly Josh, was great and I appreciate their professionalism and help. Unfortunately, this wasn't my experience with the finance department. When I sat down with the finance person, he slid paperwork across and told me to sign the loan paper without telling me any of the terms of the loan -- length of time, the bank, the interest rate, etc. -- and apparently hoped I would do so without asking questions. Upon questioning, he gave the details of that loan that were really unexpectedly high -- to the point that I wouldn't be able to afford the car. Despite assurances that they would find the best rate and deal for me, it appeared they wanted to go with the deal that would be best for them. The finance person insisted that this was the best option and even if he looked again it wouldn't make any difference. After my dad and I insisted on looking at other options, it took the gentleman about 10 seconds to find another loan rate that was much lower and the terms more reasonable. The conversation took on a very tense tone from that point on, and felt unpleasant to be honest. I understand that I made a A REALLY GREAT deal on my car, and the dealership was perhaps trying make more of their profit on the finance end of my transaction, and I don't blame them for considering their interests in this process. However, I didn't feel like the finance department was totally up front with me. In the end, I did come away with a good finance deal which I am satisfied with. I would recommend Crown Fiat to anyone -- I think on the whole they are a great team and have great cars. I made a TREMENDOUS deal on my car, and I love it! Go find Josh Linton -- he's excellent!

I recently called Crown dealerships about a used vehicle I saw on their web-site. Luckly I was connected to Glenn. Glenn took the time to take more pictures of the vehicle, since I was calling from another state. When I did arrange to see the vehicle, Glenn made sure it was prepped and was awaiting my arrival. I ended up making the purchase. The entire experience went smoothly. He guided me in having everything I needed to make the transfer from Ohio to my state.

I had a 2012 Fiat 500C [which I loved!] and went into the service department for an oil change prior to a road trip. I was floored when they told me that I didn't need one, but that they would check over the vehicle to make sure it was in good order, all w/o charge. I thought "wow"; once again I like Crown Fiat! While I waited I wandered out to the showroom and saw Glenn Stepter, whom I'd met previously when he was the service department manager. He remembered me, greeted me and we struck up a conversation about the 500L. I wasn't looking to get a new vehicle but I liked what I was learning about the L. Glenn mentioned the great deals they [presently] had going and I heard enough to ask if they had a particular color combo. He and [sales manager] Steve located what I wanted. I scheduled a test drive and liked it, but I loved my 500C. I went back again and test drove it a second time and liked it more, but I didn't feel that I was ready to give up the 500C. I told Glenn I liked it a lot, but was still not certain. Applying absolutely no pressure, he just said, "ok, let me know.". Then, the more I thought about it, the more I thought it was a good time to make a switch. So I went back a third time, Glenn arranged for a longer test drive and that cinched it. I wanted to get the 500L. I hauled my husband back (in for the first time) and we [eventually] worked out the terms. Glenn stayed on it and made sure it came together, all without the least bit of pressure. If you love your current car, especially if you are lucky enough to already have/love your Fiat, I urge caution! You may just go in for an oil change and find yourself in another Fiat! I didn't buy my first Fiat from them, but they hooked me on their great Fiat service department, and that is why I bought my second one from Glenn! Thanks, Glenn and thanks Crown!

I just purchased a car from Crown Fiat after visiting several other local dealers and the person I worked with, Doug Carmean, was without question the most knowledgeable sales person I dealt with at any of these dealers. While at othe dealerships i felt a lot of pressure to buy a car Doug worked with me to find the perfect car for me and there was never any pressure to buy now etc. While looking at cars i had an emergency and had to leave Doug gave me his personal cell phone number and came in on his day off to help me. I would highly encourage anyone to stop at Crown and check out the new and used vehicles before you buy from any other dealer...you will not be sorry you did.

I had been looking for a new/used vehicle for a couple months when I was referred to Doug Carmean at Crown Fiat by a close friend. While the particular automobile I was interested in was located at another of Crown's lots, Doug was still extremely accommodating, meeting me at the other lot and even on his day off. He took me for a test drive and made sure the vehicle I had found was exactly what I was looking for. When we got to the numbers, Doug was able to help me get the financing and trade-in value that I needed to feel I was making the best decision for me, not the dealership. Great service. Very friendly staff and the experience and care they gave us was top drawer. It was one of the best buying environments I have every witnessed. We were allowed time to walk around and get accustomed to the lot. We then were greeted by Doug with a friendly smile and great personality. Doug then took us on a ride along in Arbarth edition, which is what we were looking into getting. He surprised us with his skills and knowledge of the car. He really knew his stuff. He wasn't pushy nor was he aggressive for pushing us into buying a car. I entered this dealership on a whim while car shopping because I saw some mini coopers out front and one of them looked like it might be in my price range. I enjoyed Fiats as well but had not considered the ones on the lot at that time because I thought that a new car would be out of my budget. Marvin came out and talked with me and I was very surprised when he said he could meet my price requirement on a new Fiat. I was catered to for test driving, Marvin even pulled a car off the showroom floor for me to test, which is the one I ended up buying. I was also catered to in other regards and had an abundance of questions that were clearly, easily, and politely answered. I was pleased with the actual purchase experience over my last one at a different dealership, as well. While the finance specialist was drawing up the paperwork Marvin and I sat in the vehicle and he showed me some of the intricate usage tips regarding the stereo menus and controls which saved me an early trip into the manual. Overall it was a great experience, and I love my Fiat.

I found a used SUV that I was interested in on AutoTrader so I sent an email through Crown's website asking if it was still available. Mr. Carter (Marvin) called me back very quickly and set up a test drive for that same evening. Marvin was very personable, nice and informative during the test drive and the purchase process was very quick and easy. I had been looking at the Fiat Abarth online for about a year...i decided i would like to test drive one. I showed up to the dealership on a Wednsday in the pouring rain... Marvin was the only person in the dealership at the time and after we joked around about the rain he handed me a set of keys to go out on a test drive...making sure to tell me to hit the "sport" button LOL well needless to say this car was awesome and i had been driving corvettes for years! but because no one was there at the time to give me a trade in offer on my 1999 Corvette i left to get lunch. Marvin called me in about twenty minutes to see if i was still in the area. I came back and within minutes i had an offer on my corvette that was absolutely fair and i left with my new Fiat! My first contact was with Dustin (Sales Manager), and I fully expected to get high pressure to buy. I WAS SO WRONG!!!!!I told him that I saw on the internet that prices started at $12,995, but all the sticker prices I saw were at least $19,000 or more.Dustin assured me that he would personally see to it that I got a price that I would approve, and it would not be anything like the $20,000 sticker price that I was viewing.Dustin was right and I bought a brand new Fiat that I am thrilled to be driving.Marvin Carter took over my purchase to see it through from beginning to end. I happened to find a vehicle here while in town on business. I visited once to see the vehicle, drove it and simply said that I had one or two others to see/drive. There was no pressure to buy right then and there which was nice. I called Marvin back to discuss a purchase and told him exactly what I needed in order to make it work. He called me back and said that is sounded like we'd be able to make it happen, so I returned that weekend with my trade and made the deal. There were a few minor maintenance/repair items that I felt should be done to the vehicle that I was purchasing, before I took possession. Being a Saturday afternoon, there was no service available, but they arranged for me to drop it off on my next trip down, arranged for a loaner vehicle and took care of the repairs as promised. Overall, this was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Thanks!

The sales staff was extremely pleasant to deal with. Doug Carmean is a wealth of knowledge and is a fellow car enthusiast. This was refreshing as he actually got the reason I was interested in such a niche car (the Abarth) from Fiat. I was however disappointed with their service department being closed at this Studio location soon after my purchase. I really liked the idea of dealing with an all Fiat dealership. All of my service will now be done at their Chrysler Dodge dealership down the road, lumped in with Jeeps and trucks and everything detached from the Fiat experience. I hope this changes soon and they are able to re-open the service bays if and when the Abarth needs repaired.

Great Experience! NO PRESSURE!!!!!! We have never said that after buying a car. Glenn Stepter was very friendly yet professional. All of Our questions were answered. My husband and I were in on a Saturday late in the day for a test drive, allot of banks were closed so we were told by Dustin Holland that he would work it up Monday and see if he could get us a better rate. I thought these guys are gonna start calling me at 8 or 9 Monday morning harassing me or offer something a point or two lower. Neither was true, I got a call about 11am with GREAT NEWS. A payment we could afford with an unbelievable rate! So happy with everything. Thanks to Glenn and Dustin for working hard for us.

Marvin was absolutely terrific throughout the whole process! I had totaled my car the first week of January and came into Crown Fiat near the end of the month after getting ready to get a replacement. Marvin was extremely nice from the start, fun to talk/joke with, and most importantly seemed to genuinely care. He was very helpful in helping me pick my car and assured me everything would turn out ok with the purchase despite having all the insurance paperwork hanging over my head. To cap it all off, when my friend had failed to come through giving me a refresher course on how to drive stick, Marvin was happy to help me relearn in a non-pressured environment. As God is my witness I would have never considered this car. Marvin spoke with me in a local cigar establishment and knew of my rediculouse financial situation. We went throught the process and settled on a VW. THAT did not work. Marvin walked me through the disapointment and the technicals. We settled (reluctantly) on my Fiat. This in no way shape or form was a SALES JOB. Marvin treated me like a freind. Not just an an aquaintance with like minds. He really reps your company well. AND I LOVE this car.

Doug Carmean went above and beyond the call of duty for us. We stopped in looking for something in a certain price range that would fit our needs but were not finding quite what we were looking for. Overall GREAT experience---we went to look at a used Fiat Abarth that we seen on-line but ended up buying a new one instead. The entire staff that we dealt w/ was very knowledgeable, friendly, etc. We did not feel pressured at all which is unusual in past experiences that we've had w/ dealerships. I rarely give reviews but Tim and the guys at Crown FIAT of Dublin made my vehicle purchasing experience extremely stress free and actually quite pleasurable. I would not hesitate to give anyone looking for a new or used vehicle a recommendation they're starting in their search with Tim and the guys at Crown FIAT of Dublin. I drove about 150 miles to buy a used Mercedes from this dealer, Tim was great, car is awesome and they all were very friendly and easy to deal with. My only disappointment was that they did not have a second keyless fob for my Benz and if I get one it is going to cost me a few hundred dollars which I cannot afford. Never the less this is a 5 star dealership, thanks Tim.

Today I was pleasantly surprised when my husband took me to a New Fiat Dealership, Crown Fiat of Dublin. The Service Manager Glenn Stepter was most helpful to my husband with his car. While waiting the Saleman Tim Basak showed us around the showroom floor. My husbands is dreaming about owning an Abarth. My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday morning after attending our grandson's soccer game. I had spent some time checking small new cars online and was seriously considering a Fiat because of the research I had done. I even had a picture of a yellow Pop by my computer. I was going to show my husband a few of the cars that I had looked at online and by stopping by during off hours a few weeks before.When we were checking out the cars, Doug came out and introduced himself and asked us if we were interested in taking a test drive. Although I had been looking at the Pop, we liked the look of the Sport with the spoiler and the mag wheels. After an extensive test drive, he asked if we would like to run some numbers. We agreed and found ourselves in the dealership. The numbers were good and their was an excellent rebate, so we decided to go ahead and buy the yellow Fiat. Doug was easy to talk to and didn't pressure us into the sale. We came back later in the afternoon to pick up the car and it was seamless except for the paperwork required by the lawyers and the government. I love my new car and would definitely recommend Crown Fiat to anyone looking for their next Fiat.

Glenn Stepter is the service mgr at Crown Fiat of Dublin. I took my Fiat 500 in for an oil change. Glenn was very courteous and friendly and efficiently processed my request for service. Living in the Dublin area, I had to travel clear across town to SW Columbus for service at irirBoyd Fiat which has provided excellent service in during my 2 1/2 yrs of ownership, so I was a little apprehensive in going to Crown Fiat. They were great servicing my Fiat and making me feel at home.Jody White is the sales mgr at Crown Fiat. While I waited, somehow we engaged in conversation about cars, what's on the board, etc. I was impressed with Jody's knowledge of Fiat's products, but about automotive tech in general. I was treated very well by everyone I came in contact with at Crown but Doug Carmean went way out of his way to be sure I was happy with the car I selected. Since I had a special issue with regard to comfort and support of the driver seat due to multiple back surgeries I have had, Doug had me sit in and drive numerous vehicles to be sure I was comfortable and my back was supported enough. I must admit, without exagerration, that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had at a dealership. Doug was amiable, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted. In the end, he was able to find just the right combination of features for our new Fiat and we're looking forward to receiving it. He was NOT the awful "car salesman" we've all had to experience. Owning three Fiats now ('59 1200 Granluce, '67 500 Giardiniera, and now our POP, I guess I'm becoming known for something in my circle of friends! We found Crown Fiat on line and were pleased they were so close to us and focused on Fiat exclusively. We went last minute to checkout the 500L for a test drive and although we arrived a half hour before closing Tim took the time to let us take a test drive and make a plan for purchase. Tim was extremely helpful and put everything in quick order to make sure we could have a 500L lounge ASAP. If your thinking about getting a Fiat go to Crown Dublin, they're the people who will make the extra effort and make sure you leave with a great car.

I build a Fiat, POP 500c ,Rame-color, tan top, 5-spd, brown interior online the night before my visit to Crown Fiat. I wanted to show my husband what the interior looked like because the pictures didn't show well. My husband called and asked TIm what the cross street was to find the dealership (we had never been to the dealership), Tim was very helpful and gave us the cross street and we arrived within 5 minutes. Tim was busy assisting other customers when we arrived and Jay told us he could help us...we saw a Fiat Rame 500 without the soft top. I told Jay I build a Fiat, POP 500c, Rame with 5 spd transmission. He said we may have one inside...we walked up to the car I build the night before. Hook, line, and sinker...it was a test drive with Tim and we purchased the car...trading in a freshly serviced VW bug. I have had 3 VW bugs and I was unhappy with the new body style and began looking for another style of car...the Fiat is fun, has great fuel mileage, easy to park, and has all the bells and whistles...I love talking hands-free to my husband safely while I am driving. The safety features include seven airbags and back-up buzzer in case someone or something is behind me while I am backing up. Great feature! Tim as great, Jay was very helpful, Jody was amazing closing the deal in a few hours, Nick had everything packaged up neatly, and Tim completed the sale with final instructions on all the fabulous features of the new FIAT 500c, Rame with tan top, and 5 spd transmission. I am looking forward to the free car washes, 10 oil changes, 5 tire rotations, free roadside assistance, and putting the next 100K miles on the car I built...Thank-you for such a great experience!

I knew what I wanted before I visited dealerships. Even so, I was impressed by everyone at Crown Dublin. Jay Gahm listened to what I wanted and worked with me to find it. I was treated honestly and with respect. Crown's team of Jay, Nick and Joel were very professional. It was a pleasure to work with them. Jay spent the time to show me all the car's features and he programmed all of them for me before I drove off the lot. He even had me schedule a six-month check-up for my new Fiat while I was on-site. I went to Crown Fiat looking for a new car. Tim greeted us right away and was very helpful and not pushy at all. He listened to what I had to say and asked questions and made suggestions. The whole purchase experience was smooth, Tim explained everything about the car and I think made me a pretty good deal on the new Lounge I bought. I went to Crown Fiat to simply test drive a Fiat 500 because I think they look nice but was afraid that it might be too small and too low to the ground for me. I am now the proud owner of a new Fiat 500 and so excited. This car is terrific! I travel a good distance to work . . . this new car is safe, off the ground, luxurious - I got leather seats, and there is an amazing amount of room inside. The sales person who greeted us as we entered the lot was extremely friendly and helpful. He was not pushy and not condescending. We had a thorough test drive and he was terrific as we travel on a multitude of road types providing the opportunity to see the breath of this car. Thank you!

I never felt pressured with him. before I left the dealer he showed me how the car worked. the car dealership have great employees and I hope we can work with Jay again. I will recommend the dealer and (Jay Gahm) to all my friends that need a car.

I was looking around for a new lease car since my old lease was to expire. My intention was just to look and lease a new car closer to my expiration date.my fiance and I walked in and was looking around. Jay came up to us and asked us if we needed help. we told him we was looking and when he asked us if we wanted to test drive the car to see if we liked it. (we test drove a convertible)The test drive was amazing and I decided at the moment when Jay said they could buy my lease I went ahead and leased the new car.we loved working with Jay....he was never pushy and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car.I would recommend my friends to Jay if they are in need of a car.I hope Jay gets a raise or bonus....he is very good at what he does.when my fiance lease is up I hope we can work with Jay again. the other employees were also very nice.I love my new car. Thank you Jay for helping us pick a great car!!!!

My gratitude goes out to Tim Basak. I put in a call to the dealership on seeing a car on their website to see if it was still available. I had been shopping for a car with my mother for 2 weeks (her car was totaled in an accident). She was apprehensive about getting another car and we had been to a half a dozen dealerships already trying to find something to replace her car that she had lost. I have dealt with a lot of salesman but when I made the call to their dealership and explained to Tim what I was looking for, not only was he efficient but he made sure that the vehicle I was inquiring about was still on the lot before I made the long trip there. When we pulled in the lot, he not only had the car pulled up to the building, he was waiting outside when we arrived. He was there smiling and he was so friendly and polite. I use to work for a dealership (and we did visit that dealership), but he made us feel like we were dealing with an old friend. The sales manager was in too much of a hurry though. He was more concerned about going home than making sure that everything was taken care of. Also when we finished I called the insurance co. to make sure they had the car insured , they faxed the temporary card to the company. The manager had left and locked the door but Tim made sure the next morning that he e-mailed it to me so that we could have the info. Overall if I were to buy another car I will put this dealership at the top of my list. Tim I give you an A+ for your part in the deal, the manager who helped us maybe a C. He was nice but when you are doing business like this, the business helps pay your bills (the manager that is).

My experience with the Crown Fiat team was excellent. Tim and Jody are very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable right away and I bought a Fiat lounge on my first visit which is not typical for me. The dealership itself is state of the art. Tim walked me through all of the features and demonstrated and set up the electronics and even personally hand washed the vehicle upon delivery. Phone calls are returned promptly and I am confident that I will be treated with great care even after the purchase. I would highly recommend the Crown Fiat team and Tim and Jody.

Douglas Carmean was an outstanding sales specialist as he showed us the 2013 Fiat Abarth. With his racing background, he was able to explain the sporty features of the Abarth in an engaging and detailed way. The test drive was a blast as he showed us what the car could do in regards to performance. Everything about my purchasing experience was enjoyable and went off unhinged. I completely trust Crown and all that work there. Before this experience, car dealerships to me have had a stigma of money scalping, penny pinching, and a general lack for the customer (thanks Danny DeVito from Matilda). But this is far from the truth at Crown... and I'm now the proud owner of a brand new Fiat convertible. I would highly recommend doing business with them. :-)

We enjoyed our sales experience at this dealership. Everyone was super friendly, and the car the price was even lower than the Kelly Blue Book "fair" price we looked-up beforehand. Tim went out of his way to help us set-up the new car features, even looking up information he didn't know offhand. Jody investigated potential discounts through our insurance carrier and honored them despite changes in that program. The showroom was very hospitable while we waited for financing, and Tim and Jonathan stayed late on a Saturday night just so we could complete our paperwork and drive home our cute new FIAT. Well done, Team.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Chevy Malibu this week. Jay, had the car all ready for us and greeted us before we got to the door. He offered us coffee and water. We decided that we liked the car and Jody, the Sales Manager, actually came out and talked to us(didn't hide in his office like most do) and worked with us on were we needed the car and our trade to be to purchase it. Jonathan, the Finance Manager, worked wonders and was able to get both me and my husband on the loan at a great rate (which is awesome, because my credit is not the best). He also, stayed longer after closing to get all the paperwork done and was very through about explaining it all. While we were signing papers, Jay, helped us get things moved over from old car to the new one. It was a GREAT pleasure to work with Jay, Jody, and Jonathan. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer.

I had been to 6 other dealership looking for a Imperial Blue Metallic Chevy Malibu. I really wish I would have started here first. Jay Gahm, made sure to have the car ready for me when we got there, offered us water and coffee when we 1st got there. My husband & I were REALLY impressed that the Sales Manager, Jody came out & talked to us & didn't hide in his office like most do. He was willing to work us to get us into payments that we could afford. While we working on signing papers, Jay helped get our things from the other car switched over. John, the Finance Manager, was able to get us a great rate with both our names on loan(which is great because my credit is not the best). He also stayed long after closing, so we could drive the car home that night. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer.

Our experience at Crown Fiat was incredible - and Erik was a huge part of that. From the moment we got on the lot, he showed us exactly what we had come there to see. After the test drive, we knew that we wanted it and he started the process quickly and efficiently. We spent over five hours at the dealership and everyone was very kind to us and Erik was a huge part of that - following up and letting us know how everything was going. We now have purchased our first car on our own, a 2011 Ford Fiesta and could not be happier. The process took awhile, but we know that was not his fault. We were very pleased with the dealership and Erik and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again!The price was very slightly above KBB, but after all that the dealership did for us - we can't complain.

Had a very good experience with Crown Fiat. Jay, my sales specialist, answered all my questions and wanted to make sure I was totally comfortable with my new Fiat. I was able to test drive it in all types of conditions, and feel it meets all my needs. Of course there is always the negotiation and finance drama, I had better and worse. However, once I made the decision, Jay located the exact match of Fiat I wanted in Detroit and had it to me in a day. I'm looking forward to zipping around town.

Our sales person Doug, was a true gentleman. He was patient, kind and thorough. My initial test drive and vehicle "overview" took greater than two hours. I drove the vehicle to my home where my wife could see the vehicle and put it through it's paces. Doug stayed the whole time, smiling and answering questions. I never felt rushed or pressured.

Pleasant buying experience. Doug Carmean, our sales person was especially patient, kind and a true gentleman. The atmosphere was relaxed and the buying process streamlined. We arrived at the dealer one hour before closing and left almost two hours after closing but never felt rushed. Jonathan in finance was cordial and informative. Erik was an extremely personable and professional salesperson. We communicated beforehand quite a bit over email, and he was always very quick to respond with the information needed. Upon arrival, he had the car ready and waiting for us to test drive and was very knowledgeable about the model. Coming to terms was extremely easy, my only minor complaint was having to wait for someone to come over from the other branch, but there's always waiting when it comes to a car purchase, so that is understandable. I would highly recommend Erik and the rest of Crown Fiat of Dublin staff.

My experience with Erik Dashnaw and the rest of the folks at Crown was exceptional. They didn't push and respected my decision to buy used as opposed to new, which sometimes you can feel "pushed" by dealers to buy from their new inventory. The car is fantastic and the process of credit approval/finance was informative and professional. They also gave me a little more for my trade than I was expecting. I would give my experience with Crown Fiat a very high rating and have and will recommend this dealership to any of my friends interested in buying a car. I wish them the best of luck in their new dealership. The car didn't have a front bumper mount for the license plate and they ordered the part, paid for it, and installed it while I was with finance. What a great place!

My wife and I made an appointment with Erik Dashnaw to look at the new Fiat 500s. He greeted us at the door and showed us features of the different models. He set us up for a test drive with a 5-speed model that we were interested in and let us take our time evaluating it. We told him what options we were interested in and he gave us choice of the cars that met our criteria. We select one and had a very easy negotiation for the final price. Erik then got our car off of the showroom floor and ready for delivery while my wife and I met with Jonathan Lyle-Purdy to work out the financing. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and through. He found us a great financing rate and all the possible discounts that we could qualify for. By the time we finished the paperwork with Jonathan, Erik had the car prepped and ready to go. We hopped in and drove home in our brand new Fiat 500. The whole experience was very friendly and comfortable.

Upon entry to the dealership, we were pleasantly greeted by Tim, with a "non-threatening" offer to assist. As my wife and I looked at cars, he was available to answer questions, simply following our lead to discuss buying options. At the end of our evening...nearly 90 minutes after closing...we purchased a new car. Not only was Tim by our side the whole way, the finance manager and general manager were supportive and available. In a world typically absent of customer service, Tim and the Crown Fiat team have been a breath of fresh air. The car buying experience became fun again.

Great experience here. Erik is a seasoned, knowledgeable low-pressure salesman who was able to answer all of my questions and certainly made me feel comfortable in my buying experience; no pushing but not inattentive either. When it came time to talk dollars we made a great deal and that definitely made me a happy buyer.The dealership was awesome in general - everyone from the sales manager to the man who processed the loans (truly I don't know what they are called -- financiers?) were nice, helpful and professional. They helped me get a great deal on the car I really wanted. If you're interested in a fiat -- or even if you're not, go here.One of the biggest surprises for me (maybe more to do with the car than the dealership) was the amount of space inside the car in the front two seats. I replaced my Mazda6 and didn't really sacrifice anything in terms of space in the front. The back seat, well, my I was able to cram two tiny (5'3" or so) girls in the back, but they were basically sitting facing each other. There is essentially no leg room in the back at all.
