Excellent service! I was anxious about getting into a used car. After looking around at several car dealerships, Cruz Auto was definitely the right choice. They had the car I was looking for and I was even able to leave with it the same day! No sale gimmicks. They were extremely professional and made the process so easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend.

While searching online I came across a used car at this dealership. I called scheduled an appointment for the following day and when I got there they were all very courteous and not the typical pushy sales people. The car looked and drove great, they got me an instant approval with one of the banks they work with and I left with the car the same day. Overall 5 star experience.

Very nice people and they care about maintaining their cars. I bought my daughter her car here and being a mechanic for 25+ years I checked everything out and it was exactly as described. Previous dealerships I went to neglected doing maintenance to save a dollar and here they did not and it is why I purchased

After driving all over Hasbrouck Heights and meeting with different car dealers .. I am so glad I came across Cruz Autos. Hands down THE BEST USED CARS IN HASBROUCK HEIGHTS! (& yes I can say this proudly after driving around town for two hours.)They answered all of my questions and weren’t pushy at all. Very professional & they also worked with my budget. I felt like I was doing business with family, that’s how personable they were. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was looking for a Honda Accord or Honda CIvic and after going to more dealerships than I’m happy to admit I stumbled upon a beautiful Black Honda Accord that belonged to this dealership. I was buying cash so I asked off the bat about there fees and out the door price they gave me the cost we went back and fourth a bit but reached a deal and as I write this 3 weeks later the car has been bulletproof! I absolutely love it! Love my car and my experience! Thank you!
