This is the first vehicle I have purchased in over 13 years. I stopped by to take a look at a used 4-Runner and met with sales professional Tommy Booher. He was very helpful and patient and answered my questions as well as offered information on the vehicle and it's performance. I test drove the vehicle but did not purchase. Tommy took my contact info and promised to contact me if anything else came in. He did on two occasions, but I did not go to take a look. He called a third time and notified me of a 4 runner that just came in. He thought I should take a look. I did and bought the 4 runner that day. My overall sales experience with this dealership and the sales professional, Tommy Booher, is excellent. Tommy listened to my "wants and needs list" , kept his eyes open and matched the vehicle to me perfectly. He was persistant in keeping me in mind for a 4 runner but never pushy or overbearing. I felt comfortable that he was honest and sincere. And he is. The 4 runner is a perfect match for me and my personality and I love the vehicle . I have no buyer's remorse. I am enjoying my new SUV and am confident in the purchase , Tommy, and the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales professional, Tommy Booher.

this was the second easist car i ever bought. i found one on the inernet , i give dealship a call , got a great sales man mike took info told me he would call me returned call as said, had vehicle cleaned ,serviced ready to go as promised,great comunication easy to deal with. from time of first call till i left with truck nouthing but honest ,helpful and less than two hours out the door fianancing to cleaning nothing but praise.

On July 05, 2014 while on our way to visit friends in Kentucky, my wife's low tire pressure light came on. Since we were only a few miles out of Cookville, I told my wife that we would stop at Cumberland Kia and let them check the tires. We arrived just as they were opening up and we told them about the low tire pressure light. They took her 2013 Kia Sorento right on in and found a screw in the left rear tire. It took them only 15-20 minutes to repair the tire at NO CHARGE! How great is that for customer service? We went on our way without any more trouble.

I had a very negative experience. bought a preowned vehicle. demanded a 30 day warranty. Reluctantly they gave me one. Thank God for that. My vehicle spent the next 30 days going back and forth for repairs. Ball joints replaced, sensor lights were constantly blinking. Sun roof was leaking. Bumber to bumper inspection? I don't think so. Then when all was said and done, I was sent home in a filthy vehicle. Stains all over the upholstery, dirty carpet etc. I sold the car immediately after the 30 day warranty and will never buy another vehicle from that facility again.

Very unhappy with latest attempt to do business here. They seemed rude and not too care if My daughter did business there or not. I helped my daughter and son-in-law buy a car here in 2012. Johnny Lowery was the sales manager and Chad Hancock was our salesperson that helped us. Johnny went above and beyond to help them out and was involved in ever step of the way process. It was refeshing to see a manager not hide and do the back and forth thing. He is no longer working there and the atmosphere has changed greatly. Every manager just sent me back to a salesperson that had only been there less than 6 months and could not answer my questions!!!!

The whole staff was great, friendly, patient, NO PRESSURE, no sales tactics, etc. But Chad was especially great. I am a very analytical person, I like to think things through. Even ovr a week's time of looking at probably 10 vehicles, many of them twice, he never once pressured me or told me "that one is going to auction tomorrow" or "that one will be wholesaled this weekend" or any of that junk you hear from others. I was able to text to get updates on cars, and in the end I decided to get the cheapest one I had looked at, but he didn't care a bit. He wanted me to get the best one for ME, not the best one for HIM. Again, I couldn't say enough good things about them. They were fair, gave me their bottom prices off the bat (no haggling or begging), and never seemed frustrated. I tried a few more dealers and was given every excuse in the book. I could only get a price from them if I signed something saying I was serious, or if I let them run credit. Some wont' even give you a total price, they just want to tell you what it is "per month". None of that happened at Cumberland. I know it sounds like I work for them but this is actually my first major car buying experience, and I would come back here any day. They EARNED the right for me to be their customer. Thanks again, Chad.

I came in to buy another high dollar ride, and Matt talked me down. He knows my addictions to trading and helped keep me on track. I ended up spending less and getting more quality...more importantly, i'm in a position to trade if my needs change in the next year. It always happens that way. I know I will not hear I'm to upside down, or the resale is not good. It's nice to have a friend that keeps me in cars that are worth the money, and glad to see me trade. It's a win win situation...and my daughter says he's easy on the eyes. She's not coming back next time. lol

Got a phone call from Brandon Davidson at Cumberland Auto yesterday, he said he could help me lower my interest rate and payment on my 2012 Tundra and get a brand new 2014 Tundra. I was amazed at how easy this was. My wife and I came in earlier today, he had the vehicle already set aside for me. It was absolutely gorgeous, love the new body style. He did exactly as promised, and went above and beyond for some of my weird requests. Will buy all my future vehicles from Brandon.

My husband and I came into the dealership to get service on his Tundra truck. We started talking to a representative named Brandon Davidson. We told him that we were looking for a bigger vehicle for our dog to be able to ride in easily, as he is 100 lbs. We were extremely interested in the Toyota Rav4, and he mentioned that they only had a couple of 2013 models left. We are in the process of getting our home refinanced and did not think we would be able to take advantage of the great deal he presented. However, they graciously said they would go ahead and do the paperwork and when we got everything finalized I could pick up the vehicle then. We are extremely excited to get our vehicle, but most of all we feel that Brandon was the nicest salesman we have ever dealt with. We bought our last vehicle in Memphis, we will buy all of our future vehicles from Cumberland Auto.

Just wanted to say thank you to Cumberland Auto. I was lookin for a particular make and model. I looked online and ran upon the text a salesman. I text the online messenger and got directed to Mr Kyle Potter. Aka KP as I learned. KP made my car buyin experience easy and pain free. I haven't purchased a car in 6 years and this experience made me question why I haven't shopped here before. KP answered every question I had promptly. After a few responses. I would like to take the time to recognize Cumberland Kia for their time and effort they put forth to get me the car that I truly wanted at a price I can afford. More specifically I would like to recognize Kyle Potter, he went above and beyond, working on me and my car for days, to get me what I wanted. I am not a very patient person when it comes to waiting on things, I expect stuff to happen right then, but he understood that and worked with me. He listened to my financial needs and pretty much done what ever it took so I could drive my vehicle home. He is an awesome sales man that I would refer and recommend anyone to go to. I absolutely love my Kia Soul, so far it was the best purchase I could have made. I had been to other places and was pushed and pressured. Cumberland let me drive all the cars I wanted to, and even a challenger I dreamed to drive. I have been doing business with Cumberland Automotive for the last 20 years, I have met some real nice people that work there. I met Nikki Vallem a year or so back while looking for me a Chrysler 300, we couldn`t find one, a used one so she kept looking. Finally last month I decided to get me a new truck. I went back and saw Nikki again. She was very professional in every way and wanted to find me a truck. I didn`t want a new one, just a used one with low miles. She looked at their inventory and we looked at 5 trucks on the lot, even some new ones, then we were walking behind the used car building and there was a real nice 2010 Ram Long Horn. She compared it with 2 of the others and came up with the best deal on the 2010. I could not be happier or more satisfied with this new truck or with any other salesperson, Nikki went out of her way to make it happen.
