Great! Went in for a minor recall repair, was told it would take about one hour. Took only 40 minutes. People are very friendly and efficient. This was my third service. Always fast and complete. Very pleased with D-Patrick service department. Everyone is friendly and knows their business. They take great care to do it right the first time . The only place I take my car for service.

I was happy when checking my car in for service until they said it would be a week until they would even be looking at my problem. I will update this when I actually get a better reaction to my repair experience. Update and amended my 3 star review to 5 stars. My car should be ready Monday. They called on Friday, 4 days after getting the car. It has been diagnosed and should be ready on Monday. I am much happier with my experience now that the d Patrick service dept. is on top of the job.

By a wide margin the most helpful sales staff I've worked with at any dealer. By a wide margin, the WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I've ever dealt with at any dealer.We own two Lincolns. A 2011 MKX and 2014 MKZ (Thanks, Henry!). We've had the 2011 MKX in for brake problems, entertainment center problems and lastly the vehicle spontaneously loses all power in traffic and the dashboard lights up like a christmas tree. Three trips in for the brakes and we gave up. I hear the brakes grind daily when my wife backs out of the driveway to leave for work. The nav system took two trips to dpatrick before they replaced it. As I'm writing this, dpatrick called and told us they can't figure out how to fix our MKX losing all power despite the issue being widely documented all over the internet. (google it to see for yourself--"lincoln mkx loses all power")Our problems with this dealer and this review are rooted in how this dealer chooses not to solve problems; not the reliability of the vehicles they sell because the manufacturer's quality is beyond the dealer's control.I couldn't be happier with the sales experience but the service experience is consistently heartbreaking to the point where I don't trust them anymore.It's really, really bad. We've owned virtually nothing but Fords and Lincolns for decades and never experienced any issues until dealing with this location. There's a culture problem in the service department at this dealership rooted in arrogance, apathy or Dunning-Kruger that seemed to start when they relocated from downtown to Lloyd & 41. Tragedy to see them spiral like this. They used to be great.

Paul Mullen was an excellent salesman to work with. We didn't feel pressured and were able to ask all the questions we needed to before deciding how to go about our decision. Also, I know Paul put in the most effort possible for us to give us the best options. My fiance and I enjoyed working with him and his coworkers immensely and would definitely recommend the entire dealership to our friends and family. All associates were amazing to deal with but I don't remember the name of the gentleman who dealt with the paperwork or the lady who wrote out or receipt.

We were shopping for a used SUV in the lower price range as we are both retired and on a fixed income. Initially we came for a 2005 Trailblazer at a price of a little over $5K but soon found it had been sold and ,after considering a few others, left. We came back the next day and were turned over to a very nice salesman who treated us like family and I can't say enough about him. He found us another 2005 Trailblazer LT that had recently been traded in and was somewhat in our price range. After a test drive which went well we returned and I got out and saw that the left front brake rotor had deep grooves in it as did the right side. I voiced my concern about that and then I opened the hood and saw what appeared to be rust stains on the front of the engine which worried me as well. They took it back to the service area to " check everything out". We sat down and discussed our concerns with the salesman and he told us he would do everything he could to make it right. The price for this SUV was much higher than the one we had first come for but we needed one. We were still interested but were basically assured that the service dept. has given a clean bill of health to the engine area but that it did require a brake job. After the sales manager joined us we agreed to a price. We asked about a 30 day warranty but were informed it was an "As is" Suv and they didn't do that. We paid cash and had to sign the as is form as part of the purchase. Everyone at the dealership treated us well and I have nothing bad to say about the way things went. Until after we'd left. Our salesman told us to call him if we had any issues. On our way home, a drive of ten miles, I noticed a check engine light on the instrument panel. I was ill and didn't call immediately but waited till the next morning and called. I told my salesman of the problem and asked if they had checked it out then why didn't they pull the codes because it had to have had them in the computer. I asked him if they could do anything and he said he'd get back to me. He returned my call minutes later and told me he hated to tell me the answer, that I can only assume came from the sales manager, they wouldn't do anything cause I signed the as is agreement. I put a scanned on the computer after that and found not one but seven codes stored that any service department should have found. I am not the type of person who takes complaining to this level and hate this whole deal. I was prepared to pay three or four hundred dollars for a brake job but we're looking at a whole lot more than that now. Everyone tells me I should take it back and demand satisfaction. All we wanted was a good, operable vehicle not one we would need to put a couple thousand more unavailable dollars into.

D-Patrick Ford is a wonderful dealership. Each salesperson is paid a salary and there is NO high pressure. In fact, there were two other cars I wanted to consider. I found out later that they had been on the lot for several months and salespeople were being offered a $200 bonus. Our salesperson (Fay) steered us to a car she took in trade. With little hassle she showed us this car. She would have made more money selling one of the other cars I was interested in than the great car she put us onto! Like a lot of people today, we checked the price out (using the cell phone) and the price was more than fair and they found me an incredible loan. I got a great car at a great price with a great loan. I am approaching 60, and have bought many cars. This was by far the best experience I have had.

Drove three hours to purchase the car. Looked at it under a service area roof and only saw a scratch on the door, which salesman acknowledged. Wasn't happy, but not a deal killer.Took the car home to clean the filthy interior and noticed the driver seat has had a chemical spilled on the leather and is ruined. The passenger seat has two large scratches across it and is ruined. Drove all the way back (6 hr round trip). Dealer wants to dye the seats instead of replace them. Local detail shop, most highly rated and used by all of the auto dealerships where I live, said that dying the seat is ridiculous on a new car and not to waste the time.Called sales manager at D-Patrick. Left detailed voice message. No response.Called manager over all D-Patrick sales managers. Left detailed voice message. No response.This is going to cost me $600 out of pocket to fix the driver seat, and that leaves the other seat that is scratched and the door that is scratched.Not only would I obviously never do business with D-Patrick again, I would highly recommend that customers who want fair treatment shop anywhere other than D-Patrick. I consider them to be shameless crooks.

Payed $100 for them to tell us they couldn't diagnose 2 out of the 3 problems we were having. Basically told us nothing and it's our family vehicle. Then tried to sell us new tires and brakes that weren't needed. We were there all day and should have been a few hour job. Very disappointed and will not go back.

My old Ford with 93,000 plus miles on it refused to budge this winter & had to be towed. I'm on a fixed income & I thought it would be an ugly situation. I had informed myself as much as I could that evening and expected to be without a car for some days. I was glad that I decided to go with D-Patrick downtown as my expectations were met and then some. The mechanic, Cody, as well as the rest of the people I dealt with displayed exceptional courtesy and communication, confirming my hunch that the fuel system was involved as well as perhaps instability in the ignition. I did not share that with them but their diagnostics confirmed it. Between towing of a Friday night and completion of repair I did not even have to wait 24 hours. Car is "purring" along fine. Sorry I had to miss their customer appreciation event which supported the local Philharmonic youth orchestra. Btw., the cost of the repair was well within national averages. Way to go!

i came in looking for a truck with certain features. I was looking for either new or preowned. I met with Kevin and he found they had a truck like I was looking for. Not only did the truck have the features I wanted, it had much more. I liked the truck and after test driving and a bit of haggling came to a number we could both be happy with. I bought the truck and look forward to enjoying it daily. This is my third buy for D-Patrick in about five years and my fourth overall.

Paul was great, he stayed in contact with us through text message the entire process even stayed late one night to test drive with us. Had been to other dealerships before returning to Downtown DPatrick and regret looking elsewhere first. Purchased two cars from them and found the entire experience to be great. The manager worked with us to help us get the car my wife really wanted and Jace took us quickly through the final paperwork so we could get out and enjoy the new car.

Shelly started out meeting us outside and breaking the bad news that the car we were coming to see had just had a deposit put down on it. After that, we picked another car and decided to test drive it. The battery was dead from where the car had set. One would think that this is going to be a bad review; but Shelly and Dylan made our whole experience of buying our first brand new car amazing. Compared to the dealer we had stopped at earlier, the difference was night and day! We were there for over 2 hours from start to finish, but it seemed to fly by. Dylan informed us that this was his first sale and he was already better than the majority of sales people I've dealt with! I would reccommend either one of these to anyone that was in the market for a car/truck. It felt more like we were hanging out with friends rather than buying a new car. DPatrick will be my first stop from now on!

Upon entering truck lot was greeted by Kevin Overlay. He took me to office and was also greeted by several others including Flynn Odaniel, another Lady salesperson and a couple more, Very friendly! Kevin showed my what I came to look at and we found what I wanted. Price was great and also traded my vehicle due to allowance for it. Finance was easy and Jace the finance guy was great to work with. Everything was very timely and did not have to wait around to complete transaction. Overall experience was a 10, Thanks

IT WAS A FRIDAY MORNING WE WAS GETTING SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN, THE DEFOSTERS STOP WORKING ON MY 05 LARIET AND THE RAIN WAS FREEZING TO MY WINSHEILD I CALLED RYAN HE TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN. WE WAS EXPECTING 6 INCHES OF SNOW, I TOLD HIM I NEEDED MY TRUCK, HE GOT A CALL TO CLOSE THE BUSINESS AT 2 PM DUE TO THE SNOW, BUT RYAN AND THE MECHANIC STAYED OVER TO GET MY TRUCK FIXED. I took my car in, without an appointment, because the tire pressure light came on, on my way to work. I had also asked about my gas peddle sticking, not expecting them to look at it the same day. Not only did they fix the peddle, but they also flushed the system. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help.

I have recently come back as a Ford owner after several years. I purchased a truck from D-Patrick and had also purchased another Ford product for my wife from a small car lot. We recently took both vehicles in for service at D-Patrick Ford. My wife's vehicle was in need of several minor items to be fixed. We left her vehicle on a Saturday and the mechanic stayed to check out all the problems, so that we had a call first thing on Monday with a diagnosis. I told them to go ahead and get done with what they could on Monday and we would p/u that evening. They had everything but two parts in stock. Later they called and said they had located one part there and another at another dealer. They had all fixed by Monday at five when my wife came to pick up vehicle. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back! Thanks to service department, parts department and the sales team.

Noticed the differential seal on our 2005 F350 had very small wet spot around it, thought preventive maintenance, right? Took it to D Patrick Ford, they stated it was going to be done a certain day, called and stated they had to send it out and it would be a day later. We don't drive the F350 except to pull our 5th Wheel. June comes around, we go to Jacksonville, FL for Mayo clinic with our 36 foot 5th wheel. The night before we leave with our 5th wheel back to Evansville, the truck makes a funny grinding noise. We take it to a Ford dealership in Jacksonville, FL. They tell us that the differential is flooded with a bunch of water and that we should be more careful putting our boat in the water. We don't own a boat and tell them this. They say that or a flood is the only way that much water could be in the differential barring someone putting it in on purpose. At this time, the F350 only has gone less than 3000 miles since D Patrick did the differential which included the drive down there and all of our driving while in Jacksonville. We called D Patrick and of course the warranty on that work has expired and they deny having to out source the work on the truck. The truck was not driven much in Evansville before that time and certainly not during any flood. Guess D Patrick had a heavy boat to move before returning our truck to us and it got away from them. The work didn't even show up on the "my ford site" where it supposedly records all the repairs done to a vehicle by a dealership. Other repairs have, but not this one.

I bought a brand new 2004 F-150 supercrew. About a $40,000 vehicle. Picked it up at night, went out to eat...blah blah blah. The next day started looking at it and it was COVERED in white/silverish overspray. They dealer traded and drove it through a painting area somewhere and didn't bother getting the paint off. The service department at this place is a JOKE, and I can't write that big enough. I took it down to have the overspray taken off, and they didn't get any of it off, even though they called and told me it was done. And I took it again, same deal. Ended up have to talk to the service manager and he said he didn't see any. I had to walk him around like a baby pointing out all the over spray. It was a nightmare. I have to talk to the owner of all the D Patrick dealerships and he finally got it straightened out. This was an hour drive each way for me to take it down to them. I will NEVER buy a vehicle here again and I would suggest that no one else does either. I have also had a mercedes and dealt with their Mercedes department and it is at least as bad as the Ford dealer and maybe worse. Hands down the worst dealership I have ever been to and I will not be back.
