Sophia was a great advisor within the service dept. Not only was this was my first time coming to your dealership but this is also my first week of being a new resident of New Hampshire. Sophia treated me and her other customers with the utmost respect and professionalism. She regularly kept me updated of my Kia K5 status even going out of her way to acquire an item from the parts dept to correct a discrepancy on my car. Being a new resident and coming to a unfamiliar business, Sophia made the experience welcoming without any pressure or frustration that I have experienced with other dealers moving from state to state.

Bryce was a great salesman who truly focused on getting me in the car I wanted. I demanded a specific monthly amount and he was able to get it below that! Overall, I had a great experience, and it did not take long from start to finish. Since I bought used, they took the time to make sure everything was perfect. They replaced the brakes and calipers without me even asking. I will definitely buy again here in the future!

My experience at KIA in Concord was great!! My salesman Bryce B. was phenomenal- he is well educated in all the cars, polite, easy going, and made the dreaded car buying experience actually Fun! Everything was easy, streamlined, and fast. The finance guys were great too. Cameron and Ben! It’s a great group of people working there and I love my car!! Thank you !!

I negotiated just about everything on-line or over the phone.All I had to do was arrive and sign some papers and drove away in a 2022 Kia Soul EX. I was expecting one final Hard sell push from a manager but it never happened. I really appreciated the soft sell approach. Kaleb(Sales) was great! He knew we lived a ways away, so he took a video of the car and sent it to us. Much appreciated Kaleb.

Bryce, Cam and Ben are the best! Bryce worked out TWO excellent deals for my husband and I and we are very happy with our new vehicles!
