We had been looking for an inexpensive car for our son and shopped a number of the used car dealerships in the area. We stopped in DePere Auto and there wasn't really anything too inexpensive, but there were some great cars. The thing that stood out about this dealer was that there was plenty of paperwork showing the condition of the car and it's history as well as everything that they replaced to make sure it was fully roadworthy without having to worry about anything when it leaves the lot. They even showed us the Kelly Bluebook and NADA values of the car so we knew we weren't overpaying for the car. There was absolutely no pressure and they let us decide in our own time. They also cover 100% of the parts and labor during their warranty period which no other dealer offers. So, you have peace of mind that there'll be no surprises even after you buy the car. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchased a used car.

Recently bought my first car from De Pere Auto, and I will never buy a car from anyone else. Give Mike some time and he will find any car you're interested in. Unlike most big dealerships, De Pere Auto prides itself on the quality of the vehicles on its lot. De Pere Auto is known for its attention to detail, as all of the cars are spotless inside and out. Great place to buy a car. Great value on trade and was the lowest price on the purchase vehicle within 100 miles while taking model, year, mileage, etc. into account. Would shop there first when purchasing next vehicle.

My husband and I just bought our fifth car from De Pere Auto. They sell excellent quality used cars. They have a service dept. and they inspect them before they put them on the lot. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. If you know what you want for a vehicle they will try and locate one for you also. They are non commission and they aren't pushy. The sticker price is pretty much what you pay and I prefer that than having to "make a deal". When our cars need work, we always have them do it. We know we can trust them to be honest. We have also used their auto body service. If you like antiques and old cars they have lots of eye candy for you too! Larry is the owner and two of his sons help run the place and it is always nice to support small businesses.

This is the only place to purchase a vehicle. Ask for Mike. You will not have any headaches. The price was great. The service was great. The entire buying experience was great. All questions were answered. Mike took the time to make sure I knew everything I wanted to know about the vehicle. He was friendly and genuine. Not usually what you get from salesmen/women. I will return.

I had been looking for a Silverodo for sometime and when i got there I met Mike Jonet he was more than Knowledgeable on the Truck I was looking at handed me the Keys let me take it for test drive no pressure sale's.He helped with getting all info to my Lender which helped everything go great all I had to do was hand him the check which I did with a smile.Sitting in there office was like being in your own living room.They treat you like a friend not just another car sale they even contacted my insurance for me and relayed all info needed for my Truck to be insured. The only thing is I'll have to buy another Vehicle cause the one I have drives and runs like a top and did I mention that they have a full service garage with Certified on duty Mechanics and even stock and sell all types of tires.There waiting area is awesome and the first thing they ask you is what would you like a refreshment oh yea they also do offer loaner car my regret is I didn't take them up on there offer for the Cup Cake which I now find out is from one of the awesome bakeries in the area LOL would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation I rate Them 10 which I will admit I never ever would give that rating for anything but they earned every ounce Thanks De Pere Auto Center Love my Truck

Was very impressed I had Mike Jonet he was more than helpful let me take the truck for test drive he was also knew everything about the Truck he knew the specs and was very open on how and where it was purchased by there dealership for sale to me.Another thing they did was call me about 5 days after I had bought the Truck and asked about any concerns I mentioned I had found a very small chip in the wind shield and if could direct me as to get it fixed and he said bring it in and they would cover the cost I'm very impressed not sure if any car dealers big or small would offer this. Very helpful with getting financing and all the info to my lender and even my Insurance would recommend them to my Family and friends. when your sitting in there office its like sitting at a home talking to a friend not a Sales men. Also have to say they have gained a loyal customer that will be there for years to come P.S they also have a full service garage that offers a loaner car. So yep I'm Hooked On Depere Auto and you will be to one visit and you'll see why!!

After leasing a car for 3 years I decided to purchase a car. I spent days running around to dealerships in Green Bay only to get frustrated by pushy salesmen and lack of customer service being provided. I searched on line and found De Pere Auto Center. I was amazed at the beautiful cars and incredible pricing! I stopped in on Saturday to look at a car only to find out it sold the day before. Sales person Mike Jonet came out and walked around the lot with me; he was very personable, very detailed with telling me about the vehicles on the lot, no sales pressure and extremely honesty. Mike is very particular as to the vehicles he takes in - he has very high standards and every vehicle on his lot supports this; the vehicles are immaculate! I test-drove a car then met with Mike to discuss financing; even the financing was seamless! Several days later I drove away with my new car and could not be happier! Phil Fisette completed the financing paperwork with me and went out of his way to provide excellent service! I can honestly say that De Pere Auto Center is the ONLY place you need to go to when looking for a new vehicle!

I would drive past De Pere Auto on the way home from work everyday until one day a vehicle caught my eye. I stopped in to look at upgrading my vehicle I had back in 2010. Phil was very helpful in working with me in every step of the buying process from trade in to financing options. I drove that "almost new" SUV off the lot extremely happy with my purchase. Fast forward 5 years (Sept 2015) while driving home I spotted the exact SUV we were looking to upgrade my wife's vehicle to sitting on their lot. I stopped in and talked to Mike who let me take my whole family (kids, carseat and all) on a test drive to see how we liked it. Needless to say, we loved it!!! We traded in my wife's old SUV and took our second De Pere Auto purchase home. 3 months later (Dec 2015) that new SUV was in an accident in which the whole front end was taken off. I called De Pere Auto first thing while at the scene. They sent a tow truck to give a tow back to their body shop. De Pere Auto worked with my insurance and made this event less stressful than it originally was. While the SUV was being repaired they let us use a loaner vehicle which was suited for my family (not just a tiny car). The day we got the car back it looked as good if not better than the day we first bought it off the lot. You would NEVER be able to tell it was in an accident. Hats off to the body shop guys!!! Since my wife had the vehicle she was looking for I got the "itch" to get myself a new car. Again, while driving home I spotted the large SUV that I have wanted for quite sometime. The guys gave me a great trade value on the car that I originally bought from them and made the purchase the smoothest yet. My family loves our new fleet of Honda SUVs from De Pere Auto and we will be back I'm sure for a 4th sometime down the road. Moral of the story: I just need to keep taking the same route to get home!!!

I took my old car in to get repairs and ended up buying a car. The crew at De Pere Auto Center provide excellent customer service, both in the shop and in sales. I couldn't be happier with my feels-like-new Chevy Cruze. Mike made the buying experience quick and painless. De Pere Auto wasn't even on our radar when we started looking for a vehicle. When we did decide to go and see the vehicle they had, we were very pleased with the service and the vehicle! When my husband brought it home to test drive, we both could not believe how immaculate clean the vehicle was! I was in the process of shopping for a van this fall and drove past DePere Auto on my way somewhere, and noticed a van on the lot so I stopped. It wasn't what I wanted, but the salesman, Mike, greeted me and let me know he could find anything I was looking for. I told him no thanks...I was in a hurry and didn't have time to talk. I ended up calling him once I got in the car, and gave him the details of what I was looking for, and in a few days I got a call back and he had found exactly what I wanted, for less than any of the others I had priced. It took a bit to get it delivered, but Mike went out of his way to hook me up with a loaner since I sold my vehicle in the meantime. After DePere Auto did their detailing, inspections and repairs, the van was in perfect condition. I went back a few days later to get remote starter installed and had very friendly, fast service. They were always respectful of my time and needs with a new baby on board as well.

De Pere Auto Center has all the knowledge any person would ever need to be informed and they have great people to work with in all your needs. This is the 8th or 9th vehicle we have bought from them and never once had a bad experience. Mike and Phil were both very helpful. There was no pressure at all. They didn't hide the fact that a different car I was looking at that had an open recall and that honestly and openness is appreciated. Mike really worked with me getting my new purchase done. My boyfriend and I went searching for a van and we came upon one at DePere auto,( Mike Jonet was our salesman ) so we checked it out and took it for a test ride, we came to love it so we looked no further on this day and wound up purchasing it. I just purchased a used SUV from DePere Auto and I could not be happier. Mike Jonet and Phil Fisette were Mexceeded my expectations. For 2 years I was researching online myself to find another vehicle, when I should have just called Mike. My mistake also was going to another big dealership in Green Bay and having a terrible experience with salespeople who literary had their feet up on the desks. Additionally I brought an SUV to DePere Auto from another dealership to have the Auto Technicians look at and give me their assessment. Matt was beyond helpful and saved me from buying a used vehicle that would have ended up being a complete headache in the long run. Matt was kind enough to give my number to Mike and in no time at all Mike called me so say he found a vehicle to meet my needs. What a wonderful, fun car buying experience. So all you single ladies out there or (divorced moms like myself) be careful out there and be smart. Mike Jonet was patient and showed me many cars and taught me a lot of things to look for in my purchase. I left without a purchase. Our old car broke down on Memorial Day. We had it towed to De Pere Auto and after they looked at it they gave us their honest opinion that they could fix the current problem but there were more issues waiting in the near future to happen and the expenses would surpass what the car was worth. They highly suggested that our money would be better spent in a down payment on a different vehicle and told us if we wanted to go that way to just take a walk across the parking lot and check out the cars they had to offer. We had never bought any vehicles from De Pere Auto but had heard many good things from co-workers and other people we knew. We saw a car we were interested in and called to make an appointment for a test drive with Mike. We drove the car we were interested in and found out that the car was not really right for us. We went back in and talked with Mike and instead of trying to change our mind about the car Mike actually listened to reasons why we didn't like the car and what kind of things we were looking for and came up with a suggestion of a car he had that would fit our needs. We had never thought of buying Buick and Mike said I know what you are thinking a Buick is for old people but you should give this Verano a try. He thought we would be pleasantly surprised with how it would fit what we were looking for and guess what....he was right! It drove with comfort and ease, was stylish, was backed by the manufacture warranty bumper to bumper for two more years and fit in the price range we were looking for. Mike even offered to take the stress of disposing our car away by letting them take care of it and offered us a fair trade in value for a broken car. We loved that De Pere Auto's prices on the car was one where we didn't have to haggle and wasn't a gimmick discount that was being taking off an inflated price like so many of the other lots do around town. De Pere Auto offers you the best price right off the bat which is a refreshing change from the others. Mike really treated us like family and we really felt like he had our best interest in mind the entire way. Philip from the finance department was great as well. He was very friendly, took the time to explain all the details of what we were agreeing to, and got us an interest rate that the other banks we have worked with in the past couldn't even touch. De Pere Auto took a stressful negative experience of our car breaking down to an exceptionally positive experience of putting us behind the wheel of a car we love! Thanks Mike and Philip for looking out for us! We highly recommend you both!

I was looking for a good used car. I don't generally drive through De Pere but my daughter told me there was a dealership there with some nice looking cars. My choice of cars would be the Chrysler 200. Mike had one there. This has been a very pleasant buying experience. Mike showed me everything about the car that I could think to ask. Our current cars before this were a 1998 jeep and a 2001 Town and Country van, so you can tell I don't buy cars often. They are no pressure, helpful, polite, and professional. Mike also introduced me to their service department. I'm looking forward to having our service work done there. Now I can see why they don't have to advertise. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.

In January I bought a 2011 Buick La Crosse. The buying experience was delightful and proffessional. They showed me how to operate all the options and there were many. I was very pleased visiting De Pere Aunto Center for my new used vehicle. Mike was so helpful answering all my questions about the cars I was interested in. The selection of vehicles on the lot are in excellent condition and a fair price. I was undecided about a smaller vehicle for long distances on the highway, but Mike offered me to take the car home and take it to work the next day. I did and I changed my mind after driving it. I returned it, but then selected other cars to take for a ride. Mike was patient with me when I was making up my mind which car I felt was best for me. I felt no pressure trying to decide. He provided much information on each car.The entire experience was a good one and I would highly recomment trying De Pere Auto Center for your next used vehicle.

Finding a quality, used car can be filled with stress, apprehension, disappointment and despair. Not at DePere Auto. Yesterday, after weeks of searching for a replacement SUV that very well could be the last vehicle I may ever purchase, Mike came through for me. Patiently learning what I was looking for and the price-range I had in mind, he researched and found for me a model to test drive. It was like having my own personal shopper. More concerned about my needs and taste and less about just making a sale he found something and called me right away. It was a beauty. Clean. Low mileage. Some factory warranty left on it. More affordable. It would hold its value for many years if I would take care of it. But a second SUV on the lot, a little newer, was calling to me. My reluctance to purchase the newest vehicle I'll probably ever own was pacified but a patient salesman, Mike. He thoughtfully and calmly reassured me that I would be happy with either choice. No arm twisting. No high-pressure talk. No judging my questions, concerns or quirks. Finally, I knew I had come to the right place. I'm now the proud owner of an American-made SUV that I'm happy to take to the highways or just ride around town. And because I've had my other, vintage car, in for maintenance with great results, I know I will be treated well if and when I bring in my new one. I recently bought a car at DePere Auto Center and loved the experience! The car I found was just what I was looking for and it was beautiful inside and out. And the price was the best I could find and I had been shopping around! I found the staff to be super friendly and not pushy at all. I had been searching for a new/used vehicle over the past few months. I had previously purchased an escape from depere auto and had great luck with that vehicle. Over the course of approximately 6 years all I had to replace was the alternator. I never had any other issues with the vehicle but due to commuting for work, I had put many miles on the vehicle and needed an upgrade. I moved to the Marinette area and therefore started my search for a new/used vehicle in the area. I test drove a new escape, a terrain, and an enclave. Due to the small dealerships, there were no ford edges in the area, so I made a call to depere auto. I spoke with Mike who informed me that he had a used edge on the lot and directed me to the website for photos. The vehicle was exactly what I had been looking for so I drove to depere on my next day off from work. Needless to say, the edge was even more spectacular than the pictures had shown. This vehicle was LOADED with options and upgrades. The panoramic roof made the edge feel like a convertible. After driving the edge, Mike told me to think about the vehicle and get back to him when I could. He did not pressure me into a decision and was very understanding about living an hour away. He explained all of my options with financing, trade-in, and other vehicle options. He made me feel comfortable asking questions and did not talk down to me like some of the other sales people at other dealerships. I went home to think about my options and got back to Mike later that night. I had made plans to purchase the vehicle the next day. When I pulled up, MY vehicle was sitting by the office waiting for me to pick it up READY TO GO! Phil, another employee wrote up my paperwork and thoroughly explained every detail to me. He didn't rush or just put a bunch of paperwork in front of my face. EVERYONE at this dealership truly cares about finding the exact vehicle that the customer is looking for. They take their time and RESPECT the people who come into shop/research/buy. I would highly recommend DePere Auto Center to anyone looking for a vehicle. They will find the vehicle you are looking for at a reasonable price without the pressure. They make sure their vehicles are quality - and they provide documentation to support it! I am sure I will purchase any future vehicles from DePere Auto Center. Also, the lady at the front desk (Cindy) was really sweet and helpful!

Not only were the cars available on the lot impressive, the interior of the dealership was as well. The care and deliberation that went into the interior setting tells me that similar care and attention to detail likely went into each car available on the lot. So far, that feeling has been correct. I recently purchased a 2003 Pontiac Vibe and its hard to believe it's a used car. The engine is immaculate, the maintenance records reflect great care to the upkeep of the vehicle, and the detailing inside the car has been a real treat. Once the factory warranty expired, the previous owners brought this car to De Pere Auto for its care. That type of loyalty indicates to me quality service. The customer service was polite and upfront. The buying process was straightforward and there were very little to no mark ups from the dealership. It was definitely sold at fair market value. We had been looking for months for a car for my daughter. She happen to find the one she had been looking at for sometime. De Pere Auto made it so easy! We are over a hour from them. I was unsure about buying a car so far from home but, after calling and talking with them there was no doubt in my mind about making the trip. The car was the best price we had found anywhere ! We had done most of information over the the phone. So when we got there everything went really fast. The guys were amazing!!!! Every car on that lot was top notch! I would buy there again in a heartbeat and would recommend the to everyone. Great customer service, nice little home feel. WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!

De pere auto is simply the best for sales and service and body shop work. They are trustworthy in a business not known to be. Customer service is exceptional. Quality and deals are stellar. Whatever you want in a car, they will get it for you, and only sell it to you in quality condition, and give you great trade in price. They are a gem. They offer special deals monthly, like a $50 gift card! They are unique and a breath of fresh air.

We recently purchased a used 2014 KIA form De Pere Automotive. Both Mike and Phil posses great customer skills and it was a pleasure working with them both through the process. We worked with Mike and he was very professional with no pressuring and when we left we had a great deal, that we were all satisfied with. What really impressed me was the no pressure and no hassle in the price negotiations. I would highly recommend if looking for a good used car, shop at De Pere Auto and discuss the vehicles in stock with either Mike or Phil. NO PRESSURE SALES AT ALL GREAT!!!!

I recently purchased a 2013 GMC Sierra and absolutely love it. We shopped around and their price was better than most. But when it came down to the adders when purchasing, DePere Auto was dramatically less. I did not feel like just another number being pushed in and processed. It was a large amount of money for us and they truly respected our choice of taking it slow. Thank you Mike and others for a great truck and buying experience. We will seeing you again.

I took my previous car to De Pere Auto for maintenance and repairs, and the service is second to none. They have been fair, honest, and straightforward on all that needed to be done, with attention to detail. The same goes for Mike at De Pere Auto Center. When I needed to get a new car, Mike was helpful for all of the steps and I would recommend anyone to get a car or maintain a car here.

Lot full of quality chosen vehicles of all kinds. Loved the sales office and the old school feel to the whole place.. Trade ins are no nonsense, straight forward wholesale prices so don't get your hopes up for better trade values. Sales are very laid back and really do follow up on unfinished business.. Will be back. Very nice change from the huge glass and steel showrooms and impersonal sales cubicals.

This place has it right; one of the few places in this world that actually puts the customer needs FIRST. The cars that they offer for sale are priced very competitively and believe me; I did my homework before my purchase. My questions were answered honestly and sincerely. The trade in value that they gave to me on my old car was more than fair. They are tops when it comes to customer service!! Their service department treated me like I was a very important customer and it is my opinion, that you don't find that in very many places anymore. Being a female, I have many questions about cars and how they operate. These guys know their stuff and explain their services very well. I would definitely encourage anyone to purchase a car from them and/or use their services for oil changes, tires and any other car issue that may come your way. I just can't say enough GOOD about this place; which is why I drive 45 minutes to use their services!

Went there to look at the Mazda 5 they had and Mike was great at answering our questions. Very happy with his knowledge. Loved that there was no going back and forth on the price. We looked at other Mazda 5 at other shops. They didn't even come close to the deal we got at De Pere Auto.

Best car buying experience ever! Friendly, no pressure, straight forward process, all questions answered. Mike took care of/helped with most of the paperwork. I got a great vehicle at a great price. Next car I buy, DePere Auto will be the first place I go! Highly recommend DePere Auto!

We needed to buy a car fast. I found the 2007 Honda Civic online at De Pere Auto Center's site and knew it was perfect for us. I went to look at it and Phil answered all my questions and put no pressure on me. Later I came with my husband and we talked to Phil and also Mike this time, who were able to answer some of his questions. The transition was quick and easy and we had the car the same day. Mike even changed out the license plates for us. The Civic is a huge step up from what my husband was driving and working with these folks made it painless. The price was excellent too.I would definitely recommend them.

A very nice hometown used car dealership. They had the car and the PRICE I was looking for. Very laid back with no heavy pressure sales. Everything up front including carfax. Would buy from them again.
